Big Wins Across State Primaries This Week

"Had Kansas and Missouri Arkansas having battles, Missouri. We saw Eric Schmidt, the attorney general over there when the nomination in the battle of Eric's Donald Trump chiming in with an endorsement of Eric with two candidates having the same first name, Eric Schmidt ended up getting the win and will face off to try and make sure the Missouri Senate race stays in Republican hands and then down in Arizona. Carrie Lake finally gets the final nod that she's the winner in Arizona. Maricopa County, Phoenix that screwed up the 2020 election has done no progress in getting any further along at being able to actually count votes and get through an election process. You know, you've got other countries where they can literally hand count ballots and they can do it in 24 hours. Maricopa County can't even get it done in a few days and they had chaos, they had confusion, like we saw in 2020, despite all the denials that there was any election problems in Arizona that it didn't get stolen from Trump, but a big week there, and then in Tennessee, where we're broadcasting from in Memphis, Andy ogles wins the Republican primary in the Tennessee 5th congressional district. Last night, as Republicans redrew that district in Tennessee, it's been a 9 congressional district state for a while. Traditionally, you've had 7 Republicans to Democrats in recent years. Well, with redistricting, Republicans redrew the lines in Nashville, dividing Nashville up, adding some of the suburban counties to it. And for the first time for the first time since reconstruction, the Civil War, Republicans have an actual shot to pick up Nashville and probably do that new district is about a 12 plus Republican district Donald Trump carried it by over a dozen points,

Questions of Election Integrity Following Arizona Primaries

"Well, right now, let's look at the week of August 1st. Here we are Thursday, August 4th. There was a primary Tuesday. In Arizona. I think it's fair to call Carrie Lake controversial. The left hates her, she's endorsed by Donald Trump, former TV newscaster, and they still don't know whether she won or not. They got her up by a couple of percentage points. And I'm reading from the Arizona media, let's see, Fox ten Phoenix, primary election 2020. Our 2022 confusion in canal county. Is caused by unprecedented demand for in person ballots. Here's a headline from an Arizona paper, smeared ink, pilfered pens, ballot shortages, scattered election day issues dot otherwise smooth day. I mean, other than that noise misses Lincoln, how did you like the play? Smeared ink on the ballots, ballot ballot shortages, all kinds of now you remember hanging dimpled chads? Well, in Arizona right now, it's smeared ink.

"Let me just explain to you why I believe Carrie Lake is dominating Karen Robinson robeson, whatever her name is. It's because Carrie Lake is actually out talking to people. She's actually out there doing the work. She's all over the state of Arizona. You can not look at a post from her social media and not see her speaking to everybody in the state. She was just yesterday I was at a rally in Tucson. I was speaking there as well as Blake masters and a few other candidates that are running here in a state of Arizona, but she had just left Colorado city, which is the furthest north in Arizona that you can go right on a Utah, Arizona border. She was there earlier yesterday morning, speaking to a crowd there, inspiring people, and then she came to Tucson and today tonight you're being Phoenix. And her watch party is tomorrow. I'll be there. And I'm really hoping that she take over. And the reason why I think it's invaluable for people like Carrie Lake and others who are America first patriots to take over is because we need a resurgence of constitutional loving patriots to be in office.

A Battleground Election-Eve Update From Arizona With Blake Masters

"Am joined by the man who will be the nominee for the Republican Party, Blake masters, the Arizona primaries tomorrow Blake. Welcome back. Great to see you. Thanks for having me back. And you want to say that we don't want to get too far ahead of ourselves. But voting is 24 hours away from polls closing. I have 36 hours. How do you feel about the race? Feeling pretty good. You know, every major poll shows me up kind of by a lot actually, but we believe the polls we also don't trust them. You know, I am sprinting to the finish line. You and I are doing an event here tonight today at 4 p.m. in Phoenix. I have an event after that. Some stuff going on tomorrow. So we're sprinting through the finish line. And so the race, I think the primary is basically. I think you're going to be the nominee, but we have to can't take anything granted. You got to get through it. That's right. And so but you're coming up against Mark Kelly, who is super well funded. Now, Blake, do you feel as if some Republicans have an attitude that a red wave is inevitable and that we have a lot more work than I think they're willing to admit that there might be a complacency spirit. That's right. And I'm learning every group that I speak to about this exactly. It's like, yeah, God willing we're going to have a red tsunami, right? More than just a red wave. But paradoxically, you can't take that for granted because if you think there's going to be a red wave, well maybe you'll sit on the couch and you won't do the hard work that we need to manufacture that red wave. So we need to act like the underdog, we need to know that this election is existential. And we can't get complacent. But if we don't, we'll crush it.

Kari Lake Holds Her Ground Over Drag Queen's Allegations

"Want to say, how Carrie Lake conducted herself in this hostile interview with Fox News channel. It is a master's class on how politicians have to smack down the media, but do it a very nice and polite way. Let's take a listen. The Washington Post has a story today. It says Arizona GOP candidate who criticized drag queens was once a fan, according to a drag queen. This is the quote, Arizona GOP gubernatorial candidate carried Lake, who has attacked drag queens as dangerous to children, attended the shows of drag queen Richard Stevens from more than 20 years, and once hired him to perform at her home. Do you care to address that? I do care. I actually do care to address that and I'm really shocked. I'm actually appalled that Fox News would take defamatory story like that and we are pursuing legal action against this drag queen. I'm appalled that you would bring that up when you have not talked about our stolen election. You've failed. That's three questions. Mister leg talking about this. You asked you a number of questions about it. I played the Arizona. Let's address this story that's in The Washington Post. Every candidate takes tough stories. I'm asking you to respond to it, if you'd like to. I'm happy to address it, but I'm really disappointed in Fox. I thought you were a little better than CNN. This is a person who I covered for decades for decades, 20 years, and he's never been in my home. He says he's been in my home for a drag show that's ludicrous. He's never been in my home. He's lied, we tried to serve him defamation papers. Okay. And he so shady that we can't even track him down because he's not even welcome at the place of what it works. I'm sorry, but this is the last question but to ask, what about these pictures of you with him, Richard Stevens? What about the post I've performed for Kerry's birthday of performed in her home? That's not true. It's some of the serious bars in Phoenix. I don't want to ask these questions. I asked you to address them.

"Extremely disturbed by this, I mean, frankly, what's happened is that the FBI has been weaponized against the American people and ray eps is just one thing. I mean, he's clearly a plant. He was on video, encouraging people, hundreds of times to attack the capital, go in the capital and people were shouting them down. There's video, but you know, you also look at, it's not just him. Like, you have this bogus patriot front group, which most recently was a quote unquote arrested in Idaho, and the thing is these guys will wear like matching khakis. They're all a similar body type. They don't matching shields and face masks. I mean, it's an absolute joke. It's like they don't even try to pretend that they're not here. They don't even try to hide it, Ben. They don't even try to hide it. They're not even ray eps would be charged with something. If he wasn't an it seems to me, now maybe there's an explanation. Has anybody heard a plausible explanation explanation about this shadowy character from Phoenix? Ray eps, why he isn't being charged?

What Drives People to Commit Crimes?

What Drives People to Commit Crimes?

"Ask ourselves the question, what drives people to commit crimes? Is it the fact that there are police so that there's laws protecting against looting or is it something about the human nature and our maybe we have to do something better with education or family formation or having fathers? They don't want to talk about any of that. Instead, they believe in mass aggressive abrupt societal revolution. And what's amazing is that the people in the highest positions of power believe in these pathological ideas. And then they're using force to be able to implement them. But we saw yesterday and as the results have come out, a shocking repudiation of this. The people of San Francisco don't want to live under some sort of Berkeley ideology. They don't care if there's books written by some sort of smart guy, and I put that in air quotes that tells them that the police are a tyrannical oppressive colonialist institution. They want the homeless person to stop defecating on their porch. They want to be able to walk down to fishermen fishermen's wharf and be proud of their city again. They don't want to become the laughing stock of America and they know it. Property values, I don't know what what's happened in San Francisco. I think they might have gone down slightly, but hard to believe all the dollar bills out there. They've collapsed, but they certainly aren't keeping up with other areas, such as Phoenix or Vegas, I know at least even with liberals that I know and they go to San Francisco. They know it's become a complete and total mockery of what it used to be.

California Elections End With Earthquake Results

"Welcome, I'm Hugh Hewitt inside the beltway live on the morning after elections across the country from New Jersey to California and in California. Every candidate that we backed and every measure that we backed either one or our leading, most significantly, the San Francisco electric tossed out the Soros prosecutor, chase boudin, and I mean chase a boudin. They tossed him way out. They drop kicked in. So far out of the city by the bay, they are sick to death of having, oh, that's not a crime. I'll go take $950 if you want prosecutor. Oh, no bail. They are sick to death of it in Phoenix and sick to death of it in Philly. They're sick to death of it in LA. Rick Caruso won the first past the post, but he didn't get the 50%. I didn't think that was possible, but he will be the prohibitive favorite in the fall. Karen Bass is very nice 68 year old lady who just could not handle LA's disasters any more than the person sitting next to you on the bus this morning could. They just don't have the skills that she's been in Congress talking to herself and 8 Democrats for forever. Rick Russo is a developer and he is chairman of the board of the UFC and all that stuff. He's going to win and maybe LA has a chance.

This is his wake people trying to make sense of it. All rivers mother is sitting on the stage. She's cooled rivers friends all around her. This review saw earnest. And the atmosphere's side bart serene river is at peace a guiding spirit. An angel cooled back above. That's what the voices say eight remembering a boy who was barely a man and then there's another voice a note of discord in the harmony. It's comes amongst the accusations and confusion and it spills the elephant in the room. Someone says is there anybody here who can tell us why it took all those drugs. His mother's in shock is two young sisters liberti and summer. Run out of the room in tears. Seventeen and fourteen but it's a question they and everyone else in the room have ost themselves ready. Most funerals are about stories retelling and refining. Who a person was sharing. Memories share the burden of grief with river. It's not so easy is last shoot. He doesn't fade away. He burns dazzling bright and then darkness. He's gone and those left behind are left wondering like an illusionist audience. They can't tell what's real and what's not whether their faith has been misplaced with They've been deceived. Because river doesn't want hollywood's usual. Trappings but then he dies is most cliche.

"What's your foot right or what is your foot in the door interesting. Now, you have a podcast now, you can totally invite that person and guess what you're going to be sitting in front of that person for what 1 hour that person will never forget you ever for better for worse for like they will remember they will connect and then you know that that content is allowing you to say hi all the like several many times, you know, a lot of the businesses that I work with they recycle this content. They transcribe the podcast put it out in years later. They cut it down to like a shorter 3-minute punchlines to to you know to put it up in the social media and then you would give it as a link to let's say then you just released when you press release right? They recycle this content all the time. So there's a lot of value that a company can get from just one podcast. They can use it in a lot of different ways not just wage. Podcast usually don't just like put out one episode and forget about it. Like that's that's the wrong way to do things recycle. Like we're in the in the world of I don't know recycled. Yep. Yeah. I'm very cycle. Yeah, and I feel good about recycling right and there's different ways to recycle different things. This content absolutely needs to be recycled and so back to what I said. Yeah, invite people you want to talk invite people that inspire you and and your industry like, you know, invite those people because these are you're creating an asset which has relationships and often times people underestimate that those assets but as a small business owners, we know what a great asset it is absolutely relationship with how long it takes to establish a nice to have that assets. So don't lose it and use this platform to utilize it in to you know to to just I don't know grow your business. We're here at open conversation. We're we're happy to help I didn't mention our website open conversation. Com again. That's true. And I always say you can afford and PR quality podcasts like quality and consistency without absolutely without breaking Bank. Like it's it's it's affordable. "Decided like hey, why don't we put this show out as a podcast? So people could listen not on Monday morning when they didn't have time on Sunday afternoon, right? They could subscribe and make sure that they you know, it's it's on the on the devices. That's how it began, but it's kind of quickly spilled through sit through and and now, there's no industry right now, like every dentist nowadays has podcast right to talk about teeth. I guess. It's it's like it's a very lucrative thing to do for dentist for some reason song. Lots of Surgeons scientists politicians, you know, Michelle Obama just started her podcast, you know, Biden has his potty like so so many people that are there and in public Arena right off. They have their own podcast. Why well because it's your it's your it's your media. It's your own privately owned media where you make decisions from to talk to Joe at what consistency to talk to these people what topics to discuss right? Not someone decides it for you. Although it's a good idea for you as a business owner to show, you know, it's Joe case your your product or services at someone else's podcasts too. But here you're Your Own Boss here. You know your that's yours. That's your that's your media outlet that young age, you know push in to enter into the masses and for your specific Niche audience. Also, what I wanted to say is They're a lot to discuss in terms of like storytelling and how to grab attention of a person and make sure the person stays through the through the you know through the episode but but the the value for for the business owners is is is that you know, you can you can Target your Niche audience and you can you make sure that you deliver the content with a consistency again that you decided on right you you know, you you talk & podcasts have this like weird. I don't know if I can a lot of a lot of a lot of patience. That is not the the case when people discuss podcast, but they're very intimate spaces. You're going to have someone on a year for half an hour, right? And if you deliver cake, you know value content people like I have podcasts I cannot live without right there is a business of content. For example that I really love to listen every month. Every week and if I don't I make sure that I find it, you know, and I find time to listen to it. So that's you know, that's that connectivity that you have or there's a famous host of how I built this which is interpreter. I'll show ya I'm sure your yeah guy Raz is the host. He just came up with a book as well. He once said of the podcast conference. I remember a couple of years ago. I would rather have several thousand people that are subscribed to my podcast than a hundreds and thousands of people following a Twitter or Instagram and people are like well why and he said because you have someone on the ear for an hour, you know, the chances that if I advertise something on my podcast The chances that are not just going to be scrolled up or down that people will subscribe that people will go and purchase that product as are so much higher. And by the way, these are not just me talking. This is from Edison a search. I think it was more than 25% every time the advertisers advertised on specific podcast. Although the numbers of subscribers are lower, you know, the things that were advertised on Thursday podcast were they eventually, you know more than 25% ended up purchasing or subscribing for services that were advertised so and on Twitter. Yeah, you can have millions of followers and probably, you know, maybe, you know, some percentage want to percent will go and follow the link that you advertised and you know, buy those socks or I don't know whatever was advertised but you took the the rate on the podcast is is much much and you can check it out at the it's ABI Edison research. I think it's for it from 20 20 dialogue. I forgot the name of the but I'm happy to submit those links to you. So so listening to all this awesome. And I mean that's an awesome statistic all this value, you know how and being a professional and seeing the space how it's progressed how it's evolved. How would you how would you use that space? I mean what how would you break it down for 6 if you're a small-business owner or an individual? How would you use that space? Yeah. No that that that's that's a great Point like at some point. Okay, let's let's stop talking about podcasts in general. It's like okay, I I own a shop. I don't know about a car wash right right down the street and so what can the podcast like what can I do for my business? Right? So so I'm happy to break it down. There's several, you know several things. I wanted to hit. I think that will be very relevant to business owners just like you are right just like I'm itself and yeah. Yeah, so number one David is dead. You're part of this amazing marketing agency. Right number one thing the podcast do for you is they establish your voice as an expert in the field. If you consistently talk about things that you do hope it will start like I start my morning from specific five-minute run down of the actual that's that's that's my alarm. I just set up a 5-minute render, like what happened in the world. Yeah a while. I was sleeping and I want to tune in to be busy just because I trust that resource right? I want to know what happened while relena was sleeping right in the United States and Arizona on Pacific time. There's a lot of things that were happening while I was sleeping. So I want to catch up in 5 minutes. Okay. Give me a rundown. I tune into BBC. This is my expert sync to go for that specific file a rundown, right? So if you consistently deliver the content to your Niche audience to your tribe, you know, there's like there's no way you at some point like wage. Yeah, I know this guy David, you know, he talks about marketing all the time and he actually have really good tips on on his specific thing. Or maybe it's it's it's a part of the marketing that that you you know, their life of different things. I'm sure marketers do yeah, so so that that is very important that that that voice that that trusted it creates and you know trust is invaluable abstract trust is often times a small businesses. We will fight for that trust, right we wanted to happen in our businesses and and we need to fight hard because we don't have a big agencies behind our backs. We're just off our own and we deliver the services and products to our best, you know abilities and our best. Another thing I wanted to to hit on before before I run out of time is the consistency a lot of the times people talk about the authenticity, but I think it's like it doesn't even matter really that that's my that's my dog. Listen, we're going to create as a production company. We're going to make you authentic, you know through editing through questions through scripts through, you know, you're going to sound great. So don't don't worry about authenticity right now. I'm not worried about consistency. If you if you promise to deliver your content and podcast do allow you to do just that right every Tuesday or every twice a week or whatever, you know, once a month twice a month do that do just that and invest invest your invest your resources into that and it's always always pays off and a lot of it's just people just don't you know, they're like, well I decided to skip this month and I decided not to release the well, you lost your audience right there, right? So consistency is very important and cast do allow you like hey world. We just dropped a new episode right through your newsletters through your twitters and and Facebook's and whatever Instagram accounts you use your tick tocks. We just dog The new episode it's so so exciting. Go ahead subscribe. Tell your friend about it. You know, just one friend just one friend if you tell one friend. Well guess what your audience just double-check? Yeah, just like within 1 episode. I talked about how intimate spaces those podcasts are and that the numbers should be perceived very very differently because these are your die-hard followers. These are over time you're going to generate type of people that cannot live without your voice and they literally need to hear your literal voice off. Yeah. He like like the way you sound the way you you know you laugh the way you and what you say is so so crucial to them like super important and I you know, one thing I don't like talking about pandemic but we are in the world of pandemic and we saw it it's going to be over in two weeks, but it's now what 672 many weeks off. Hardware still in it so, you know, we had to find new ways how to connect before that. We could just go and volunteer. I used to volunteer at my public library. Yeah, I used to you know volunteer at the one of the local non-profits that I used to support right? It's gone like you can't those things. Yeah, and you know what people often times they like well it's going to come back. Yeah, the world is going much better place soon. I'm I'm sure about that but it's just think about some like, you know events that changed our lives forever, like after nine-eleven. We thought those things at the airports. They're temporary things right know they're they're still we're still taking off our shoes you years years later, right? They're still you know, the way we're Bank the way I can go on and on. So there will be people that will never Shake our hands ever again, you know, there will be people that will never take off their masks ever again, there will be businesses. That will be you know, yep. Eating the surfaces three times four times a day and does infecting everything for a forever and ever so some things are here to stay. So we have to walk like all of a sudden we have to figure out how to connect differently how to educate our kids how to you know, how to do things right how to work from home. So podcast is another space that wage so many businesses nowadays are penetrating by the way, just a quick stats from the Apple. 1 million active podcasts right now out there in the world active 1 million right now right now active. I mean not dead wow active. They're uploading the episodes with a hundred thousand about a hundred thousand. It's a little bit more added every month hundred thousand new podcasts added every month. And this this is not just a production is growing. People are seeking the content all the time. Like this is mind-boggling like how many yeah their stats from Apple. That's a staggering number. Yes. That's a big number ya baby. Ya keep that number in mind and the last the last thing I wanted to mention to you as a small business owner as maybe non-profit as an individual. Don't forget that podcasts are the amazing excuse to invite people that you really want to connect with. Otherwise, like how are you going to you know, you really want to Target that person but like, you know, what wage Like invite stranger to Coffee. What's your and what's your foot right or what is your foot in the door interesting. Now, you have a podcast now, you can totally invite that person and guess what you're going to be sitting in front of that person for what 1 hour that person will never forget you ever for better for worse for like they will remember they will connect and then you know that that content is allowing you to say hi all the like several many times, you know, a lot of the businesses that I work with they they recycle this content. "Hi everyone and welcome to my world. I'm Regina Rose over. I am a founder and producer at open conversation LLC. It's a podcast production Network that I've found three years ago. I'm with David Silvernail. He is with a raving fan marketing agency here and I am very excited to present to you where I found the studio. So because we were wanting to talk about podcast we thought well, why don't we showcase how the podcast works and this is actually the podcast about podcast and I will be happy to answer your question at the questions afterwards, but without to frame it as a conversation, welcome to the studio David. Thank you so much for having me. This is actually my first time in a podcast studio and it's off if something else really, it's really cool. No, this is the first time I've been on this plane. Yeah, it's super awesome. Thank you for having me. Yeah. No awesome. So David pull a skiff off. Questions and we thought maybe you know later if you have some other questions feel free to chime in and you know, I'm happy to answer it afterwards when we're done here. So yeah David so okay. I have a question. We've we've all heard so much about podcasts everybody. It's a household name podcast become has become such a it's buzzword now. I'm I'm curious what people like you a professional who's in the industry. What does what does that? How do you define it? What is that? What is a podcast? Okay. So I took three years ago. I used to be asked that question all the time. Now, it's kind of a lot of people are like, okay. I know what podcasts are. I'm listening to them. I'm sure you listen to podcasts all the time, too. But you know, Podcast is basically a radio on demand. It's like the Netflix to TV when you can pitch and you know, can you can turn out turn it on and watch your shows whenever you want to from whatever device you decide to just log in and kind of start watching through the same thing as a podcast. It's it's that's what it is. It's used to be a broadcast when you know, we have three stations and they broadcast to everybody now it's off, you know hyper Niche, you know, subscription-based but free content that is delivered to your phone's to your tablets to your you know computers just because you subscribed so that's what podcast is. Well now I know and I'm still Blown Away by podcast in general but so as knowing what podcasts are dead and and and seeing the popularity of podcast rise over the years, especially, how are they popular for, you know, individuals and business owners like what's what's the name? Value of having why would somebody want a podcast whether they're an individual or a business owner? What's what's there? That's that's a great question. Thank you. I you know, I think I'll start from this like podcasts were born as part like I shouldn't say that they were popularized as part of the efforts of the big media. I talk like ESPN. I talk NPR off a huge ones. They just decided like hey, why don't we put this show out as a podcast? So people could listen not on Monday morning when they didn't have time on Sunday afternoon, right? They could subscribe and make sure that they you know, it's it's on the devices. "And they said well, you know, we want somebody to book an appointment. Okay. Well what happens after they book an appointment? What do you mean they show up dead? Not necessarily because we have to still continue to guide them. We want to make sure that we send the emails a follow-up calls or if we have cancellation policies that we reach out to them. Right? We should continue to nurture them and make them feel like we care and communicate so they know what to expect. They should never be a question in your customer consumers mind of what's next. So for example, you know, I'll take a dentist, right? So from a if I'm going to dentist I'm already apprehensive. Nobody wants to go the dentist. So if I book an appointment because I went through the other process and I decided to work with this particular dentist and I felt good about it and I booked the appointment and I haven't heard for them and my appointment is, you know coming up. I'm nerves again all that stuff that we did is out the window. I forgot about the attraction and the proof and all that stuff. I'm now living in my fear or my you know, uncomfortableness of going to the dentist wage. But if the dentist had send me emails or videos of how to follow-up call or somebody call me and said Hey, listen, you know, by the way, we know, a dentist is not always fun, especially if it's your first time but don't worry like here's how it's going to be. Here's what you can expect you're going to be in and out. There's going to be no wait, you know, we've got the best service, you know, dentist Doctor so-and-so is super friendly, you know, blah blah blah, you're defusing that and they're keeping that vision of that flow alive, and I know what to expect next so conversion is very important and it happens when the client walk in the door not when they click a button or book an appointment. So that's the next part now, we finally get to the part that you as a business owner should be excited about this is why you do what you do you get an opportunity to Delight your customers with your.

"And so we want to address that right away, you know, the number one fear that we seem to find with, you know, women especially going into new hair salon is that they don't trust anybody with their head and they're scared. Someone's going to ruin it and screw it up. And so we want to address that right away, right? We want to bring that problem to the Forefront and not hide behind it and say look we understand we get along but don't worry. Here's what we can promise you right and we tell them about our experience. We tell him about the thorough consultation they get you know, we turn about the collaborative effort and that it's going to be a fun experience and you can be met with love and it's going to be very comfortable. So, you know, that's a verbal way of just kind putting them at ease and then of course we want to really inundate them with proof because it's a visual product hair is a very visual thing right Beauty job. Very visual thing just like lashes are very visual things. So, you know, we put their new YouTube channel up where they can see some of the work and the Styles, you know, we also follow that right up with Instagram. "I'm going to pick one of them. So if you get on the map that's being visible. Cuz if you're not on the map you I got to click somewhere at the bottom and then go to another page and then read between the other forty competitors that are there and now that's just too much choice. Information I don't even know what to do. So as human beings, we also learn really well and take orders really well in bits of three the three steps, right? And so when Google gives us through our brains are comfortable with that and we want we're safe and we want to we want to stay in that space. So now you know, that's kind of how you can you how you you know, take advantage of me of that search. So the question then is you know, how do get on that top three so, you know, I can show you that with Picasso when we first started working with them as a client and you might not be able to see it clearly, but I took it to you it basically it says in September of 2019 that their average rank average rank amongst barber shops within you know, a three mile radius was number 22. I mean even know there was like thirty barber shops within a three-mile radius, but reality is that for every local business you have a lot of competition, you know, almost every other block every two or three blocks. There's a similar business so long You know for them not showing up on that map. They were missing out on so much so business. So by working with us, you know, they went from 20 to the number one song, right? So that's nine months later. So in six months, we got them to like number three number four and then by nine months we got a number one and now we keep expanding and making that range of that map wider. So you should see the first map has a lot of read a lot of red is, you know, not even in the top twenty and you want to be in the top three so they were not showing.

"That means the behaviors inside of my team and the processes that I have inside of my company or organization or team needs a line. So I get better result. This is behavior plus process equals result or if you don't like result use the word outcome that gets you a better outcome if these aren't aligned you're going to have this is going on inside the company you're going to have mixed messages. You're going to have departments potentially fighting with one another maybe you'll have leaders not aligned speaking of alignment. I don't know about you. But have you ever been in a relationship or you haven't been aligned? What's that? Like it's horrible most of those relationships and maybe that's one of the reasons why divorce is at such a high rate. But even when you were dating or you had a significant other if you're not aligned, if you don't have a shared Vision if you don't have a similar purpose or if you aren't completely different train tracks that relationship isn't going to work and neither will your business so let me walk you through how we think about it at Fast Track take whatever you want. And if you have any questions about it, I I'll be in a break on I don't know what time that brake got somebody alternative brake rotors, but I'll be in a break out later my one of our business colleagues our coaches and guides. I think Cory will be there as well. If he's not I certainly will be and we can spend some time just talking about getting behaviors gaining momentum was envisioned excuse me mission and goals really looked like to keep people aligned before I can talk to you about alignment though. I really want to talk you about a broader system because for things to work out. Side of a system if you will or a blueprint and a blueprint that works. We we really think about business and really six ways and and I think Coryell, you know bring up a slide here in second for you, but we think about it in six ways and actually a core if you back there maybe you could move that that prompter for me a second or move the the to next slide if you would that would be great and then I welcome to bring up a slide for you that will show our six components in a second. But what I want to chat with you about is about alignment today, yes, and and think about it this way in a side of alignment that there's one phrase that I like and it's called Clarity is the antidote to anxiety now, I don't know about you and we've chatted briefly about this but there's a ton of anxiety in the marketplace today not just inside your company. It's everywhere. I had to call with a colleague and in a company that we do business with over and do by this morning tons of anxiety with probeer and his team will over in Dubai off. And and I gotta tell you what that's everywhere. But you know what Clarity is the antidote anxiety. I stole that actually from Marcus Buckingham. If you don't know who he is, he's a guy that we worked with for years or Best Buy in the Gallup organization. Just talking about how to create momentum and build great culture..

"Fallen at lisa's beeping and things fall in love with all souls or beings fall in love without any expectation of game four window by that to avoid born in low offers booed affection and have fallen now first of all with yourself. Hi there this riady back with another episode of phoenix rise from your own ashes before they begin to remember your victory tree lies in holding yourself together even after falling numerous times in this episode we will talk about how to heal a broken heart and say goodbye to be and you know you are healing and you don't try to forget because you're okay with remembering so in order to heal first of all for you. Forgiven is the first step towards healing no matter what the nature of your penis forgive the person who caused you pain without wishing them back forget to boston for y'all auden peace and wellbeing in order to understand why forgiving is important think about what happens when you are angry with someone you keep going to the buzzed lost recollecting what caused the pain and how much it told you you keep thinking about your perpetrator. You keep fighting with him. Sometimes with them mm-hmm sometimes with yourself. It is a constant fight within you which keeps you risk this and causes more. Can you ever heal could keep scratching and you're not only linda. The woman get was same goes with emotional being on the contrary. When you forgive the person take a step away from queen and the process of detachment begins now. Let's talk about how to forgive as easy as it sounds. Sounds forgiving someone who put you in the situation where you're keep aching stuff. How can you forgive someone. Who else did you heart and soul. The answer is yes. It is a mind game. You have to daniel mind that it was not the person but the situation that for strong the same person must have been good to you somebody the same person must be good to somebody else. Instead of blaming the person accept what happened as an important lesson that life wanted to teach you for your own growth food clear your head of any negative with deanne in your head forgive us. You don't have to wait for them to apologize. You don't have to go to them to dowden that. You don't hold any grudges against them anymore. Just you have to know your don't lose once you forgive. It is important that you don't go back to the same person you go to the same person who broke because you think on lead them we can fix you. You blame yourself thinking. It was a fault in you that made them change that there was something that made them love you and if you become the same pushing you work they will also be the same person they will use stew cling onto those moments that brought to closer in tings quit for some time without realizing that the time has passed the boston has moved on and and it's wendy you who is insisting on being stuck binning force hope on reunion contrary to what to believe the truth is that you need to distance yourself from your source of damage to repair in here you need to move away from that person and move on to all yourself to deal with the pain that the spokesman has caused i i know it's easier said than done and when i talk about it i'm new outside. Oh i've been there. I have been through it. I've experienced every every single moment and every hour of being very deeply and so when i say you need to move will be a newborn nor that i'm speaking from some experience. It just got to cherish the happy moments that you spent with them but it is polished to forget the cause of the pain that you are today. It is wrong to rethink being from the same source twice despite being aware but before you try to delete the entire chapter from your life let's post from the cherish movements when you were in love and you'll love and happiness who need to keep the feeling and confidence that you can love your dissolve and you will get from the separation. You need to learn to be able to live without someone. You have to learn that nobody can be there for you want the time one set knowledge leaves in it. It is important that you don't use another person and don't jump into another relation do not rush into another person complex immediately up to one relations and this is not your heart but your mind trying to seek the same love attention and emotion support trump. Some other source do not use another person to get to with the person when you love the fact is that at this point you're extremely vulnerable and you tend to fall for anyone who softwoods after on what does he. We need more than love this. You will not only make a wrong decision for your so but will also be unpaid to the person you coming to no. Let's understand the metal forever see would hurt our expectations for april which has no definitely forever has no fixtures and impact back. There is nothing called for for example two best friends thing the friendship would last forever what they mean is that it would last to die but dodd awed going to die at the same time. Eventually one of them will die but the other it wasn't a forever and he's left wanting to be but it's time signed for him to make new friends. Maybe involve more reduce what they're now. You may blame love enable to feel it again but you have to be courageous. Here's enough to take another shot at to dissolve. You have to love again. You have to fall in love repeatedly till you begin to rise and for this time mm-hmm. I have a few precautionary measures to suggest firstly. Don't be ashamed of love. It comes with a shock to me that people today are ashamed of love out of loving someone of having feelings for someone and of their own need awfully tough. Love is the most feeling in the squad and you should only only be proud if you're able to feel for someone say guindi save yourself from getting attached to a wrong person getting dash to a wrong person. Can it'd be extremely dangerous. They was dating and damaging for retrial. Choose your relations by sleep. You may think that it's not in your control but let me tell view it is who need to decide to take charge and lead. You need to quench asleep. Decide who you want to get involved. Do not give into a moment of attraction infatuation or inclination attraction is natural and obvious but you have to decide who you want to invest in just as your questions just by making any monetary investment be more cautious and careful by making emotional investment wanna see off now. You can't fall into a river mm-hmm. Next new. Expect from people say do not expect. I say why not it is very natural and obvious for anyone to expect absolutely normal forget humans. Even any modes expect feed the dog twice and he will come every day at the same time expecting food. What an expectation shen. Is it not another form of hoop being hopefully with motor mounts identity that the other person in reciprocate your feelings emotions and services. Let's in fact expectations. Help us have better and stronger relations. What would a person mean to me. Were expected thing from with expectation. You please a lot of faith and confidence and that relationship if i'm dating a guy and i can't expect him to women importing pod and what do i need him for dwy. Not expect a reminder tone of passover assist to my company. Do i not expect from my own self. I won't say won't expect expect. I say no who to expect from one to have been belittle and disappointed by someone there is no point holding on and infect no fall in the world expects picked from everyone we ourselves by default selective we choose awful are fluids our profession education and people likewise we we know what to expect from and before we expect me invest where the financially intellectually or emotionally when these expectations are not don't just let it goi- drop in visiting the moment you stop investing you stop expecting. It's like you will not expect interest from the person. You never lent money to well. That's how how the brain functions next. Take responsibility not blame. You have to know the difference between taking responsibility and taking when you took responsibility for everything that happens to you you please yourself at the superior position where you have the baltimore your life events on the other hand. When you take blame for everything that happens to you you start looking down upon yourself in belittle your own world so i read take responsibility huddling became the home you see become the home that you wish to live in this time to non build a home in manila. Be the home that you belong to be your own. Source source of comfort happiness enjoyed to just in case this person moves of yours not adjoined. You will not feel homesick. You will be as happy as you will with them now. Let's talk about who to love. Love yourself is divorced answer. Give yourself warm that you would give to the person you love the most. I pamper yourself. Libby would bump with the love of your life. Look at yourself asmatullah mauritian as they would look at the person. You need a deeply poor. Love your said said the week you would love the person you love the most accept yourself in the most undesirable cheapen situation love yourself before anyone this also noth- the people who love you it is as important love the people who love you as it is to love yourself. Most of us are actually thanou drowning after people who do not know our most of us are baking someone to stay when they are showing cedo interest in being part of our story. We are making ourselves. I self victim by focusing on wrong rectors when we can be the heat whose if only we start reciprocating defection to the same people. We are receiving frahm tom. We are crying for someone's attention acknowledgement and affection. Why do we have the choice to spite love for people who believe in us who love us remember that you will never have to beg someone to stave the belong to you. Remember that there are people who are dying in crying for your love just as you crying inquisitiveness late can become so much easier. If only they begin to make choices that bring smiles pot sufferings remember to love the people who i love you. This is all for this episode. I'm sure will help you heal and feel healthy both mentally and emotionally i pray to the unit us to bless all souls and beings who are in pain. I printed the almighty bless us peace and positively she had this podcast with others and help them true. They cannot be a gift more precious and more tuition.
