You have forty three seconds. Okay i first of all used the first half of that to clarify that. No one knows who i am. And then i'll use the second half to say i do. Magic tricks mostly primarily on stage. You do stand up comedy in magic together. That's most of my work but my background is close up magic which i still do occasionally and still love so. There is something else that you might become more known for which is a new show on netflix. Tell us about that. Yeah yeah that's a fun thing. Yeah i'm very. I'm very honored to appear on a netflix original. That just dropped about a week ago. Called the brainchild and the show is a science show for kids produced by pharrell and also atomic entertainment. Who are the guys who did Brain games that apollo robbins and other great magicians also appeared on so they kind of they teamed up with ferrall design. This concept end. It's a kid show version of of brain games in a way where they want to teach kids about science. Which i think especially right now. I don't know how things are over in the uk but especially right now in the united states. I think teaching young people about science is more important than it ever has been and it was a lot of people who denying science in general so getting kids into it is great and yeah i did segments doing magic on that show and i think they translated it into all the languages so wherever you are listening from. Yeah if you haven't net flex go on there and you might you know if you're in korea. There might be korean person who has overdubbed my voice and And i think wherever you are if you get netflix. You can search for brainchild and see my segments. The ones that. I'm most proud of are on the episodes space and social media. So it's episode one and episode five and Yeah they're they're pieces. That i designed specifically for the show for the theme and i'm really really proud of that material. I've just seen them. And i've just watched them and i am. You see this is an interesting thing. Whenever things on television youtube comments always default to although they may not know the particular inaccurate they will say pre show or setup all stooges and i watched the first one. And i was like okay. There's something that that's crazy and the second one is a beautiful sleight of hand. So do you want to talk about either of them all sure. Yeah this is. This is the first interview that i'm actually talking about. So yeah i'm very. I'm incredibly happy with how they turned out. Obviously hindsight you always want to change things. But there's two interesting things. I think that are worth mentioning number. One is the social media. Piece was I'm i'm concerned one big concern with it and that's that people are just going to go with. Oh they're stooges and because it really looks clean it really looks good But i'm incredibly proud of the method that i developed. They are not stooges at all. I promise from the bottom of my heart. They are completely completely fooled. I didn't have them write down information before the show or anything like that. This really hit them like a ton of bricks and even though it looks completely impossible. It's a mellow. It's a method that i had developed several years ago and then continued to tweak and finally solved all the problems in time to make it work for this show so that is my promise. People will say. Oh it's completely sat up it. Is i promise you from the bottom of my heart genuinely fooled. It is really really impactful for the spectators live. Let's

Ask Your Clients for a Referral
"Ask for referral now. You may be wondering why that contributes to customer experience. It's really just part of our process. We know now that they're the that the client is, is fairly happy, where we've checked in with them. We've had our monthly call. We've offered them a referral. And we, you know, we just have a sense that they're happy. Of course. If you don't believe they are happy, and that's definitely sometimes the case, you may not get to the step or you might want to skip over this step. But if you know that they're happy, you give them referral. Now it's time to trigger yourself to ask them for something. So this stage of, you know, sampled them I know that they're happy. We actually sent out a survey to, to make sure they come back with good feedback in that triggers me actually creates a task for me or Erik or the account manager to assery. Pharrell and ask for a review on Google that we can share for the really good ones washy offer. You know, ask for a testimonial video or a case study. So depending on where you're at and what the project is you can decide. But for us, we definitely to ask for referral because we want more business. So for the step, I feel good about them. They've give them referral now reach out and say, hey guys, would you refer us business or anyone just like you just like your company? That could use our service that you refers to very simple. When you're going to do this, don't ask for just abroad. Heiki refers to anyone. Or if there's ten people, you can think of that refers to, because then the client can't pull that out of their mind, real quick. If you say has anyone just like you maybe the same industry. Maybe it's another colleague of theirs owns a company or a company that they do work with that. They can think of just ask for one because they can actually get you that if you ask for too many than they kinda thinking about all kinds of stuff, and then they end up not getting that one referral that you're asking for. So simply reach out to them. Get on the phone talk to them and ask them. And then also they're gonna probably wanna know how they can best refer. You sit down and talk to them and say, let me tell you how you can best refer us. Here's what we're looking for. Here's the typically it's just like you that we, you know, were good fits for make easy for them. And maybe send over little sheet or an Email that says these types of people we like to work with, and here's here's all the things that we offer. So. Now that you've done a good job for them. It's on to ask them for something. And it just strengthen the relationship together you've give them a referral. They pass your referral. And now what does, what does it kicks off, hopefully a process where the referring you work multiple times throughout the

Neil young. Okay. Start me up Rolling Stones right sky. Fall by Dell also doesn't really this del happy by Pharrell Williams. That makes sense because everybody's happy because the, you know, the the country's in better shape and the last one purple rain by prince, purple rain that has nothing to do with painting or politics or anything like like, we are the champions, and we're not gonna take it something with a message. But I think maybe this is just likes the music. I I know for fact that this is the reason why I mentioned that because apparently Trump became a fan of the OJ's. I am talking once again about the personal speakers made by Amazon and Google and Apple's personal assistant. I will be saying their words out loud. So you might wanna mute their microphones before we go any further. Okay. Folks. I have a question that I just ask Alexa. I said, hey, what music should I listen to how about exploring some music from on shell depot a popular classical artist. I think you'll like no, thank you. Would you like to listen to something by the Oscar Peterson trio Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart or James Taylor? Oscar Peterson trio please here's an album. You might like now that was fun. Wasn't it Amazon's personal sin just got chatty? With me, that's kind of unusual and something that we have seen. But you know, today, we're talking about music commands for personal assistance. Google will not chat with you. And neither will Siri. But Amazon does a pretty nice job of being your personal DJ. And at times like you heard there concern out pretty well. The key is knowing what to ask and refining your request until it gets it. Right. Once you're there, you are in better shape than a radio DJ because you really are way more likely to hear music that you like let's go over some of the commands that are pretty cool. I told you about what music should I listen to which just for the heck of it. Hey, Siri what music? Should I listen to? Here's some great music. You may have never heard. That wasn't the command. Hey, google. What music should I listen to I can search for popular music, new music or any kind of music in other words, it couldn't answer the question. Here's some other good commands that you should know play music. I like they all do this pretty well for Siri. It will only do it. If you subscribe to apple music Siri will only do it. If you subscribe, apple music, Google defaults to YouTube music, which is ad supported and Amazon will give prime members free limited Amazon prime music. Mike experience was Amazon did a better job of playing music that I liked if you ask a question like play the latest Ariana GRANDE album, shuffled all of them get it right on the first request. If you try having fun with lyrics of believe belieber, not is not very good at it. But Siri and Alexa. Our instance. Hey, Siri play the song that goes tell me something girl. Shallow by lady Gaga and Bradley. Super. So when I ask that question that Google got it wrong three times, it got it right on the fourth attempt. Same thing. When I use the phrase, you know, what I want in what I need baby. That's of course, by Cardi B and Bruno Mars from the song, please me Google decided I wanted to listen to respect by Irit, the Franklin the query play some happy music. Google plays the song happy by Pharrell Williams. That wasn't really what I had mind. Alexa in Syria. Actually, give me some happy music the play music. I haven't listened to in a while is a really weird request because Google plays a song never heard my life. It's if there hadn't been you by Billy dean, while I've asked this question to Amazon speaker over ten times in every time they respond with a syrupy ditty by the late. John Denver somebody. I never listened to never wanna listen to. And they don't even offer me a second opinion and apple response by choosing attract I've never heard of called. It's not you. It's not me by b Miller and. Six black. That is a weird request play a song. Listen to less Friday, Amazon. Does that really well Google plays a song that I didn't play last Friday or the week before or whatever? And apple plays me song. I also didn't listen to overall Amazon does a way better job than Google or apple when it comes to music if you're willing to ask for specific play this song play this album play this title play this playlist. They all do it. Well, but some of the detailed questions Amazon is winning this race hands down. What is your experience listeners?
