"Jim knows how to make it fun for kids right. When you're three years old guinea jujitsu should be more about playing games when you're there and you learn a little bit of jujitsu and things like that but you know bowing on the mat running around and some of the martial arts Respect things like that but I'd say when they start really picking it up. i mean. I was happy with getting involved in eight. You know we had to be afraid of not getting too serious about getting burnt out as well to as they get older. So there's always a fine line with every cato. It depends from kid to kid on how soon as you get involved in it if this show interest to it that's the most important thing didn't get him involved. You know what i plan on doing. Just have my son around practice. Sees what i do. I'm having fun. i'm doing it. Maybe he wants to jump in if he doesn't then you me do anything else to do. Whatever he wants to get involved in or supported so just kinda give them the opportunity to be introduced it any opportunity music baseball wrestling's jitsu wherever may be great stoff. I don't have a specific opponent yet because I'll be fine for the title. I'd say first quarter next year could be marched. I'd say the earliest But the guys that are fighting for the bill right now. My weight class are algebra's sterling. Peter yawn in there fighting october thirtieth so they fight the thirtieth and take all of november off if you start training a little bit. December get in a fight can't january february march for the world title so whoever wins that fight is who will be fighting being next year. Okay very cool. And i watched that fight and i don't care what the judges said corset. Hagen won that fight. The judge make bad call sometimes. This one isn't necessarily the same situation. Because peter yang that was that was the right call for algebra to get that win but still. I watched that fight and peter. Yon came away from it. Feeling as if peter yawn is the better fighter between the two and to me. That's the spirit of what all of this is about right. When you're watching this how do you how how to instinctively when you're eye test. That fight leaves me coming away from this feeling like periodic. Now at the time i argued so that should have been a disqualification. He was clearly down. Eddie knew he was throwing the knees and it should have been a disqualification dunno. It's a no contest. now there's no contests on his record set of a win. They ran it back and obviously dustin beat him and and the right guy one in this case now have a disqualification. The the inconsistency the rules about disqualification. What's i'm not saying. It's wrong to be a disqualification. Said there's no there's no consistency in the rules. So wandering qualification. everything's contests. I don't know who's right. Or who's wrong instance. Because nobody knows who's right or who's wrong in that instance so in this particular case. I agree with sean. The eye test is at that moment. Peter yang was winning. Should he be punished. And having this title take it away from sure but does that make you feel like. He's not still the best bands weight of the guys currently competing. No i still think he's there but again four weeks you now. We're going to get our answer five eight weeks you now. "Yeah that's a good question I remember going into my debut. I find kidney kerryon on where. I definitely wasn't as confident as i am. Now because i've knocked out a good amount of people since then even in that fight leading up to it i had knocked out a fucking a lot of people i just come off. That contenders series fights just knocked out. I thought for sure. I was gonna knock this but for for whatever reason i was eating vegan diet for for six months before that i might as well try a fucking watch them stupid ass documentary flicks. I'm like i'm a vegan and even saying it back now my god fucking sound stupid. But i being diane even looking at my body in that in that fight. I was just wasn't muscular. It wasn't it didn't have that pop. It didn't have enough power But i was. I was confident but right now i'm so. Yeah fucking super coughing. Yes when you were. How would you describe the negative side effects of the vegan thing which i completely in the same position as you begin when i was like eighteen for like three or four years and this is my body just did not heal the same way. Yeah i think initially people. I feel so good because they quit eating so much shit And then after a couple of weeks months. Whatever you're not getting the fuck and protein and stuff you need and i don't know i'm not a fucking expert in it but i just don't think you get enough enough nutrients and i'm sure you can supplement for and all that but i enjoy eating me feel like it's fucking makes me feel way stronger especially after lifting. I think but everyone's so different. Everyone's inside there so different people fucking digest differently but for me eating meet definitely i have to know exactly the same. They say it all the time. It just drives me crazy. I have some friends though who like their doctors have basically told them that they have to eat dramatically less red meat and and really most meets in general and that scares me because i honestly have a hard time imagining getting like satisfied from eating without there being some kind of meat as the centerpiece of whatever. I'm eating you know. Eat a fucking salad. But i'm like aiming for the pieces of chicken vegetables around the in that one by the that's the meal. Yeah do that would suck. I think the quality of meat to there's just such shit you can go fucking mcdonalds and get a nasty ass beef. Patty that's probably like ten percent beef and fucking ninety percent buck in plastic or you can go get some one hundred grass fed beef in quality shit. That'll you'll body will digest way better so the quality of meat fucking affects that a lot.
