"Unless you want it to be forbidden. Unless you want me to do things that aren't truly forbidden. I've seen the first 5 episodes from this new season three. And they managed to be outrageously funny in some spots and genuinely scary in others. Everything works in concert here. The writing by series creators Robert and Michelle king and others is clever enough to keep you constantly second guessing, even third guessing. The acting is terrific all down the line. The show lost Peter Scolari, who died between seasons. But Andrea Martin, as a nun who seized demons, has stepped up as a major factor in this season's storyline. And just as with Catherine O'Hara and Eugene Levy and Schitt's Creek, it's great to see another old second city veteran making the most of a meeting new role. Also hitting nothing but home runs here, Christine Lahti, as Kristen's mother. This season especially, she's been able to do a few things and say a lot of things that she could never have come near on CBS. I can't play you any examples, but in this new season, evil may have become the most profane TV series since Deadwood. But sex scenes with demonically forked tongues and dialog that blisters with intensity and profanity aren't the only changes in this paramount plus version of evil. Each member of the team is questioning his or her faith and sanity. And the stakes of the battles and not just against Leland have only increased, as one of his evil allies points outdoor three heroes.

"We're going to look back on this moment. As like damn. I remember that was pre metaverse. Because what's going to happen. Is that if your company has anything over like and we talked about this chat. Recently i was chatting with you about this. I like if your company has anything over like a million dollars of revenue so if you're like a decently sized company of like let's say you're like ten people in your company makes like five million bucks a year right. You company your boss your manager. The owner all the way to like working at the largest companies in the world working at like cisco or fucking john deere whatever carrier. You're gonna you're gonna get plugged into this metaverse. It's going to be the new employee intranet and it's going to be the new space where you're expected to physically be you're gonna be there's gonna be like a virtual version of your boss coming up behind you and kind of like tapping on the shoulder and saying like hey i need you for this. Which they can't do right now is an awesome movie episode on office space by the way. And you're going to be doing. Tps reports and the gps reports but in virtual. Yes exactly exactly. It's going to be exactly that and it's gonna be even worse than the then it's to be even worse than not just a pandemic era it's going to be worse than pre pandemic When you were with everybody was doing nine to six every single day inside of an office because you know what at least you got a little bit of time to yourself in your car. At least you had a little bit of like peace and tranquility at your little coffee spot that you would go to in you. Know whatever commercial area you worked at least you got you know your camaraderie of the people around you talking through like shitty. You know a camera phone microphone and like surprising you while you're like trying to engage in where but like you could actually sit within proximity of somebody. All of the good stuff about being physically at work will stay gone. Yeah like all of the like you know like hanging out with people who you consider to be kind of like work friends or whatever all that shit will be gone because it's gone and it will come back and then all of the bad stuff your boss being up your ass. Everything that you do being tracked being expected to be somewhere and physically stay in that space and you know being restrained being like being held by a caller by leash like that shit will come back. And it'll be worse and more effective than ever before now and they'll it'll create new productivity expectations which by the way we're already a thousand times more productive than our parents were at like just being able to email makes us a like if you look back at madman. There were entire plotlines of the of the show madman that could have been solved with an email them if they had email and it was but there wasn't so they had to fly to la..

I'm honored i'm honored. What number did you live show. Was that your hundreds episode. It was right around the hundredth episode. I think so. We are centennial favorite. We invite you love it. Yes new host our anniversary specials and stuff. I'm so excited. This is great. Welcome back so happy to be here. Thank you for having me back. I worshiped the two of you in a way. That's not normal so it's really good for me to be here. Oh good we love that delusion bring that with you into the what have you been doing since we saw you last update us. I don't know if you know this but this thing happened called a pandemic since then. I don't know if you aware of that. 'cause i that was a live show. How about there was no cova testing. There was no mass. That was just we just went out. We just like one out and didn't even think about that. since then i have filmed season. Ten american horror story only ten ten seasons. Only i feel like there are seventy eight me too. So we are in the middle of that airing and that took almost a year to do ten episodes. It was intense because there were the colored protocol significantly slowed down our pace like in a way that we would normally have done it and then there were a couple of shutdowns so we finished like a week ago out partying in the hamptons. Like ramona singer is that why they're shutdowns leslie. I know. I don't know how i for every day of my life. I'm like well. this is it. i've got it now. i've got it. It was not me but the funny thing is we had more trouble with shut down post vaccine so it was that delta camp there we shot without vaccines we started in november and went through may without one shutdown with nobody getting it no problems and then it was when we went back after a lot of people have been vaccinated. That things started to happen. So what's beyond got vaccinated. You know the mindset was like well let's go we a good three weeks off the everything's open and then a way you could still get covered. I can picture concert master ryan murphy thinking. Oh there's a season of american horror story in this pandemic moment we're like is he taking notes and who will play leslie. Grossman and the american horror story about this filming. I'm sure he is. That would be very meta an exciting so anyway. Frankly i've just been working like working working a lot which has been good for me because it was able to waylay my anxiety which is extreme and intense Well you know. We're anxious people too fun. Let's keep going. Can i say something. I would love to be and just watch you work because you strike me as such a stone pro who then is super fund to hang within a like i mean just the nature of the ryan murphy shows how like all these people come back you know again and again there must be this group of people working together time and again. It really is that way and i have to say. It's the most fun job i've ever had. And you'd think because of the the subject matter that it would be weird and twisty dark it isn't at all also were so lucky and it's not rocket scientist so i'm really happy to be there and now that i've had the chance to do it for several years like very attached to that crew. Do you know what i mean. I have really good friends and every department and there's such incredible collaborators so we sorry we do have a lot of fun. Although now i hadn't worked with. Sarah paulson since auto clips. And now it's not possible anymore for me to work with our. It's not it's not. I mean when. Are you not at dinner with sarah in holland. Listen i first of i. Can we talk about holland taylor for a second. Can we just talk about for one second job. That's literally job so holiness summoned that. I had admired for many many years and was show called bosom buddies and it was tom. Hanks was a sitcom tom. Hanks in peter scolari wonderful. Yes the original work it. You go exactly. Holler played their boss. I want everyone to go to youtube and type in bosom buddies being banned chair. There is an episode where she visits apartment. And there's this whole physical bit with the beanbag chair shantung. Hangs you're doing a thing with a lighter with cigarette and a lighter while they're doing their lines. My point is i just long admired her for many years obviously with her incredible work and she is one of the few people who is so much better in person and as a person than i had imagined she would be as brilliant and funny and wonderful and kind and caring. I love her in a way. That's not possible. She has been on. Keep it oh right. She's been interviewed are myself And it was the most warm person. And i and i also like love the The shock on her face. As i started asking her about like Ventures things she'd been in like when she was on soap opera. Like how do you know these things. And i was like you know what i did not have friends as a child. She's also one of these people. I had loved her anyway. And then when sarah paulson won the emmy for the oj show. She tweeted ferret. Is i was so good. And so like exactly. The attitude like up here comes and they are. They are so wonderful together. I mean when you're with them together like this is exactly exactly right anyway. What i was gonna say working with. Sarah has now become a not possible thing and she loves to hysterically. Laugh only on my coverage. Yeah what other ryan murphy question before we get started. How has your time in. You know the like ryan murphy players different than when you first were part of it on popular well..

Yeah, just ride that and the commercial break, So I just want everybody to stay safe. But yes, that will be. I want to 7 30. 7 30. I want 20 years. I think God, God does such a good job with with the anthem. She's done it before. And, uh I love her. I just I Was thinking about her interview with Stern a couple years ago. And, uh oh, She's just so amazing. Doesn't need anything. Just her in a piano. Just give her piano wonder go so talented. You know, The funny thing is the first time when I first read that now you're just saying that I wonder what masks show where She'll have one all sparkly. To sing. Maybe not to sing at least just, you know, Chill, So we're something Maybe not while she's singing depending on where she is, too, But just as a symbol, Maybe if she walks up to us to saying or taking pictures ready to go. It's funny, you know if the start of the pandemic in February march, um you know, we're all jumping on Amazon to try to find masks and you know, we couldn't find any every every place that sold masks were out. It took a long time for you know, etc. For people creatives on Etsy took a while for organ. You know, corporations to start making masks and fun masks and you know, and then in summer, Yeah, and then by summer, then you started seeing, you know. Hey, Fred Flintstone, Math and Disney masts. And you know, Green Bay Packer man. I mean, he said By summer, there was full So where I bring this up because I went from, uh, scavenge uring on eBay or Amazon to try to find a mask for like the first month of the pandemic. And now yesterday I opened up a drawer and I forgot that I put him in there. I have basically an entire drawer of masks, and it's just way too many. And I laughed at myself. And like I went from one medical mass that I bought on Amazon, But like to now I have a drawer full. I have the ODA masks. I have dizzy Max. I have guessed my talk masks. I have fox masks. I have a a mass with Kenny's face on it. I have, um, you know, mix it up in accessorized, Don't you think it is? That's what made me think of this was God. God, I'm like I literally now have a mask for every occasion. Um, on dit just cracked. I'm like wild Jason. I could probably stop buying masks now. Also really interesting mask yesterday. At the store, you know, after the boo boo bionic plague. Nobody wanted to get the bodies, So they were those masks with that it almost looks like there's a beak. At the end of it. Oh, yeah, They're right. Yes, someone a target had won a mass that looked just like that on And can we don? Can you get the annals of our show out, please from me? Can you get that? Can you get it out? You know what I'm going to say? Could you write down Thursday, January 14th. She said it around 17 A. M. Thief. First mention of the bubonic plague in the history of our show. If you could write that, just that done no, we've never I don't think the words bubonic plague have ever been mentioned on our show. So don, if you could just jot that down and are being spread by rats, right sighting. Oh, really? Yeah. They were spreading with damn rats. Damn rats. They're the cause of everything. "You basically get all this unfettered free content. It's so amazing. So the question is, if you could have a network that just showed one TV show, what would it be? 6516411071 Holly? Who do we have on the line? Let's go to Kyle first. Hello, Kyle. Kyle. If you could have a network that's just plays one TV show. What would the TV show be? And why We got such a good question. I recently Rewatched Dharma and Greg and was shocked by how good it is and how well it holds up and also how delightfully distracting and wonderful it is. So I would choose Dharma and Greg Kyle. I have to tell you of all the responses. I thought we'd get that. I forgot that that show even existed. So don't you for that, because that's a gift in and of itself. That's just about right back to Julio. You can watch it all. Believe it or not, I love it. Thank you for your call, Kyle. Dharma and Greg. I never watched Dharma and Greg That was like late nineties. I was not watching a lot of TV. Then I feel like I watched like I wasn't I wasn't a regular watcher of it, but I do remember watching it right. The whole storyline was that Dharma, who was played by Jenna Elfman, right was sort of like a hippy dippy head in the clouds, Gal and Greg was like a down to like a grounded Analytical type a person, right? And they were in a couple. Is that right? Yep. Okay. That's the gist of it. Yeah. Who else do we have on the line? Holly, Jeremy's on the line. Okay. Hello? Jeremy. Jeremy. Jeremy, if you had a network if you had a network that just played the same show What show would it be? It would be holding girls. Oh, that's a throwback that's throws way back. Why Hogan's heroes nostalgic. It was my grandma's favorite TV show, and I had to watch it as a young young kid. I didn't understand it and then when I watch is an adult It just became so funny. You know them doing everything right underneath his nose, Right? I love it. Thank you for your call. Um, By the way, you can watch Hogan's heroes. If you subscribe to something called Fu Bo TV, which you have to pay for. I do Here's the thing about, so it's funny because I keep thinking about like, well, what's the difference between The question. We're asking right, like having a network that just offers up a show. I am being able to just binge it on your own. There's something to me very like Fortune cookie joyful about landing on a show in progress. And like not having to have done the work of figuring out which season which episode Yeah, that it just sort of gets offered to you by the universe, and you pick it up where it is. So, for example, like I did a paint by number and watched the family ties channel like that is soothing background for me, But there were all these episodes that I wouldn't have chosen. If I was thumbing through and reading the Um, the synopsis. I wouldn't have said Oh, I'm gonna watch this one like the Uncle Ned one, but not the Uncle Ned, one where he goes to rehab with the Uncle Ned, one with Tom Hanks, where he, um, it turns out he's been embezzling money from his business, but I I watched it and I was like, I remember this and I'm telling the kids what's going to happen and they're like this is so ridiculous. You don't care about the universe gifted it to me and it was special. Can I share a couple that we got on the twitters? Because I have two comments to make one From Estonia on Twitter said I'd love an entire channel of bosom Buddy buddies. I have fond memories of it, but I can't find it on streaming. She tagged Tom Hanks, Peter Scolari in Holland Taylor. You guys. Holland. Taylor liked that tweet. Shut the front door today. The actual Holland Taylor. Hello. Oh, my God. Anyway, who is in a relationship with Sara? Yes. Loved you in the latest bill and Ted drank, you can horse story But then I also wanted Tonto Mention panda on Twitter Who said I needed all criminal Minds Channel. She says. I know some channels on like ion ratio marathons, but she needs it all the time to which I would say. I think it looks like 12 seasons on Netflix, honey, so get busy. Get busy. Wolf. All right. Well on that note, guys just remember Pluta TV probably has a channel that's showing your show right now. So you guys this polluter TV thing? I'm telling you, you guys they should pay us because we're like, no big D Hey, they also have slow TV. I and I introduce Jamie too slow TV yesterday because The Norwegians have this thing called slow TV, and it is literally is it's the Norwegian. It is because I say that as a Norwich, he's like, what slow TV and like, literally, it's like you're on a train and you watch The like scenery pass by from like point a to Point B. That's all they do. Oh, so like they got some deep tracks on polluter TV is my point. We love it. And you will, too. When we come back on the Colleen and Bradley show, we've got to get the grouper scoopers together to scoop some group after this on my talk one of 71. Nothing but good times getting up with.

"I once again here's ABC, Jason Nathan. All right, Jane, eight s o at home. Let's let's and really, that's what we're doing, is it? I don't even know why we're doing two segments here is like it used to be stuff that you go to the theater and see or whatever. And Stuff that streaming this weekend. It's all the same thing at this point that that's not true anymore. The movie theaters run. Oh, yeah, right. Um know, Okay, I'll give you one example of one of the movies opening this weekend is the X Men film The new mutants. Right. This is a film that's been basically sitting on a shelf for for a long time. For whatever reason, it wasn't coming out. There are problems with it. They didn't like it. This was the last Marvel movie done with the Fox deal under 20th Century Fox before they were acquired by ABC. So there's there's a whole There's a whole bunch of you are Disney. So there's a whole bunch of weird stuff going on with this film, and they decided, I think just to kind of dump it this week. You know when theater's air now open in some parts of the country, but not in all parts of the country, so the put it out there say they put it out. If it doesn't do well, Oh, the pandemic. You know, That's the reason. All right. So now you saw the movie. Now, Here's the thing my producer slipping. Jimmy is a huge, huge fan of the genre, and he is waited with bated breath to hear your review of this thing, And I may just say prior to this movie coming out. He came in this morning with the same expression Jim Cantori has on his face when he gets to stand out in a hurricane like he is right now, so he's that excited. Okay, Great. And for I'll tell him that I have no idea how this movie is because Disney did not send out links to the movie, which is this is what they've been doing recently because you can't go to the theater, especially here in Los Angeles work for them. So we've been getting links for everything from the big studios on down. We get links for stuff like that's just the new normal. Didn't get a link for this. Nobody got to review it. And so in that case, usually where will that happens? Um Or there's a screening. I have to go to or whatever I would go to the Theatre on Thursday night, right to watch it when it when it comes out your boss saying better be careful. I'm dancing. There's a dizzy movie, Jason. S o. I would go to the theater, right? I can't physically. That's not possible. The theater's not open in Los Angeles, so I literally cannot see this movie, right? Okay part in parts of the country. There are people who Congar to the theater and watch this movie and this is my shop, and I literally cannot want fantastic. All right, so we don't know if it's good or not. It's supposed to be terrible, but we'll see. You know, all right. So last week, we had a conversation. And you probably don't recall this conversation because it was the worst he's ever. Ah, and we're talking to think about the bill and Ted thing. And I said, Well, what about Beavis and Butthead? I know Mike judges we doing. Beavis and Butthead were there. You know, now they're I guess they're married and they have kids or something. Which sounds ridiculous premise, But Beavis and Butthead are so jacked up. I think it might be funny. So let's get into the bill and Ted thing, right. Bill and Ted is it faced the music? Yes, Millions had faced the music. This is the third film in the bill in Ted Universe Saga franchise. The last one was in 1990 one's almost 30 years ago that we've been waiting and it's tough to put the toothpaste back in the tube. It really is, And unfortunately for this film, it really really is because I think the biggest problem for me is just that. I don't know. Bill and Ted with 30 years ago with Chiana Reeves and Alex winter. It worked then because they were young kind of stupid stoner type guys. You don't want to see those guys 30 years later with kids and a family and still talk the same kind of watched just to see though Go for it. Look, it's only 77 minutes long. I mean, it's it's super short, So I mean, it's not a whole lot of investment. You can see that streaming and in theaters, so it depends. You know, wherever you are there, there is a way for you to see it. But, man, I mean, the humor just did not work. It's not funny, Okay, It's not funny. It's confusing. It's weird and spine, like the plot and the time travel stuff. I'm not gonna pick that apart. You know, I'm not going to sit here and go Well, they didn't do this. And they did that in the time travel. The math doesn't work. Okay, It's Bill and dead. Like, right. You know, I was never was a big fan of it. I don't know There's something about it. I'm like I didn't that was prime 89 91, I know. And it was prime it and I'm like, even then, now, I was 12 and 13 at that point like that was that was right in my wheelhouse, you know, But I was older when Beavis and Butt head came out, and I found that way more fun. I don't know. You know, they think it's funny because you mentioned Bill and Ted on DH, You know, Talk about two divergent career path. Right, Chiana reason Alex Winter. It's like It's like Peter Scullery and Tom Hanks just totally from way way back in the day. If you're a fan of all TV, there's a show that got Tom Hanks has first show's called Bosom Buddies Back tonight on the late eighties, early eighties, maybe And hilarious, and Peter Scolari was his co host, and we know what happened to Tom Hanks, the other guy. He doesn't even know what it means to be a nineteen year old anymore, and he's trying his best to put himself back in that spot in the mind frame of nineteen year old. Out of whatever he was at the time I, guess he would have been like what fifty I'm. Sorry, twenty, three or something, but still he's putting himself back in that mind frame, and he's doing a terrible job of it like I couldn't put myself in the mind frame of twenty three year old I could do. I could do the best I could do, but I'm going to look like a buffoon. and. That's exactly where he's at I. Don't know why he chose this or her. Maybe the better way to approach this would have been here's bill and Ted and rather than thirty years later. They're doing the exact same thing thing. Maybe it's thirty years later. They're exactly like they were thirty years ago. Like it's just so stupid, that's no growth. No growth is. You you, you call it in for that year. You're not happy that no, that's a good way to put it I didn't think of it that way, but yeah, no growth like they. They never thirty years goes by EULER. Nothing in life right now. And I had a couple of beers. Like. Whatever let's I saw I. Have a fond memories of bill and Ted. Yes, you know one and two. Let's watch it help. Maybe you know, but man I I'm not going out my way for okay, I agree. Yeah, I agree with you. Before we get into what we're watching. Let's talk about themes in themes in Hollywood. Okay cool, so we said tonight there was a theme and I mean what's the theme rates musicals? It's dance. It's yeah, it's you know it is but I think more than that I think it's the. There's a certain drive in these three movies. That is you know. The main character is driven to sell in their chosen profession and. A couple of singers and a dancer but it is that drive and the setbacks that life throws at you, and then you just have to push push through that to the end. You know there's a there's. There's something special about artistic drive, because because the end product is so so subjective that when you succeed, you've only.

"Why do I make myself laugh? But I don't know I heard you talk. I couldn't hear you're saying and I just heard you start to like thought about. I see what happens is let me pull my microphone. Closer you get in here get in what happens. What happens is Andrew? I think about a question to ask you and then I think about how can I ask you in a funny so I was going to ask you does this and then I said No. I'm going to ask you. What music artists does I can tell you Stephen. Bishop say Oh from the Stephen Bishop band pulled around Allen Love Big hit the Alvin Elvin Bishop. Yeah I don't know what did this seems. Like a real dork. What music artists musical? I'm Michael while really takes a left turn to Israel pretty bad this real never ending story. Yeah it's all from it's from the money pit. Though which I watched I watched last night. Good movie you when you when you look at it. It's impossible not to take shelly longside because Tom. Hanks is such a checklist. Guber through the entire movie. He is actually every man now. Walking around in real life is just Tom. Hanks from the money pit. It's so sad. Oh yeah because of the rules first month and Rocco. I've got all these projects to do and now I've got him here now. Everybody just wants to fucking kill like. Oh this one. This happen to me. Oh everything's happening to me. Oh my God oh Oh and and then goes and he thinks that she fucks Carl from diehard. Which would be cool Yay Fuck Ya? But she doesn't and then but then he still at the end of the movie before he finds out she doesn't still cox himself. It's so hard to watch new danjaq hooked. It's really really bad. Yeah like honestly if you WANNA be a better man if you wanna be Goodman good man wants the money pit and find yourself in the character and kill. Whatever part of YOU IDENTIFIES WITH TOM? Hanks in that movie sure. And you'll be great. This is the one time a month. Andrew Very Masculine yes. This is get their period. Yes Andrew The opposite injured dead lifts in the garage and then screams to a mirror and comes here then. I got a one. Am Call. He's like I can't believe yeah that's what's happening. He's like I got a flat tire. I don't know what to do. That's crying go rhino. Right where you were you West Gate Plaza or plaza and then you have a whole pizza that you've obviously been eating and he started. Drove away eating in your car. And he drove away. And you realize that you have a flat tire and you don't know what to do. Yes e- every time I don't know what to do is call you. That's it that's what everybody not everybody but that's what people should do. Just call you know what to do. Call Me Call Me Henrico. Call Me Henrico. That's my new tack. That's my new character. The person that drives the tow truck Henrico Henrico Henrico named after Henrico County. Henrico County. Nine one one Henrico County County Virginia. Okay so I have. I have an issue Andrew. This has happened only. Tell me well I took a shower before I came here because I like the smell. Nice Yup and I. It was quick I was like. Oh fuck at six forty five and I'm such a fucking like my exact Mr like. Never mistake me for somebody who has really good executive fucking action like executive thing. But but I'm like fine but my fact I gotta take a shower so trump and take a shower. Then I leave but I am like I dried off and I am just fucking cover. I'm like wedding. Yeah I'm afraid you're going to die. Maybe leg really not cool. I'm not I'm totally. This happens every time I take a shower and I know what happens. Other people to the weird. We're now on the seasons where the weird humidity is happening. And I'm still dressing like it's fucking forty eight hours. It's actually sixty hate it but anyway the money pit but that's what's happening with the money pit is great because it's a perfect example of pre. Gump Yeah Oh. That's true. Pre gump is Tom. Hanks doing his best dressing up like a lady and Bosom Buddies Right Yup Bachelor party part of where he is like unflappable right. He's a he's a fucking he's A. He's an houses a spy in the house of Love Man. With one red shoe right. Joe Versus the volcano versus the volcanoes. A good whole career coach before he became the White Morgan Freeman. He had a whole career of being a he's now he's homespun. Pre gump is like the good ship. The really good shit and then it's like the band you really love. And then before they got signed and then they're like. I don't think we've a path for Tom. Hanks before gump like I think when you're doing those things that's just it like unless you can get like below ten percent body fat and become an action star off of it. That's kind of where you're stuck. That's well He. I think he would have been great in like a he. Why wasn't he a member of the Brat? Pack that's what I wanted to all. I think you might as well might have been a little too old for that. Yeah I think Peter Scolari would have been really if they were a package deal throughout his whole career. That would be really cool if it's like forrest gump and lieutenant. Dan Is Peter Scolari. Or if it's castaway and the the woman leaves and says I'll be right back and then he leaves her fucking stupid fucking head to take a head of take fucking free flight on a Fedex thing. I never watched a stupid move. Yeah but Peter Scolari would have been the woman waiting for him dressed up as those and buddy and that is really cool. That's great little alternative fiction right and if I was in the Jimmy Fallon writing team. Because he loves to do that stupid. Shit why don't we just do that knowing that be fun? He sat down and watched Jimmy Fallon to have. That's weird because he is very annoying as an interviewer and I like when he shuts up but has people on who I like like Michael McDonald hillock whole hit a week. We're all had Mike McDonald. Come on and sing songs. And then he had Christopher Cross come on and sing ride like the wind and as a surprise to Christopher Cross and the audience he had Michael McDonald come on and sing his part but it was like finally my big moment ram on mainstream. Tv with young people watching. Maybe I'll sell some records. This is it. It's my kid has decided to go to another college. That's more expensive and I have to pay for this I told them the money was the money ran out and then we had a big argument but then comes on and ruins it for everybody. Who did he was? GonNa Sing that part. I wonder he had backup singers. He had the roots playing Yeah that makes sense. So we will about the roots. Whatever I think love is a great drummer. Okay because he does he puts it for minimal effort and he's not a symbol hog. That I'm with that I. I am a big advocate for banning symbols symbols no symbols. None of the only symbol. I need is a middle finger. Really good in the studio. I used to do that. I used when I what I would do. Live sounded hanging fifty seven over the kit and people will be like in who symbols and like all I can hear is this. Are you kidding me? It's just like somebody is a TV on between channels playing behind the band. Trying to kill the symbol wash. People can actually hear the instrument. I think the only symbols that are allowed are if you have belly dancers they can have the finger cymbals but you must have belly dancers. That's the trick. We used to tell Eric boost that that cymbals eat guitars and he would hate that. Yeah he's not a fan. You know what I remember when I played the tambourine part leaders and he freaked out and had to do it because it was a percussion instrument. I don't remember that now is actually. I think it was before my time was Steve Hackney. Yeah we recorded somewhere in Massachusetts for free one of Patrick's wheels and deals and was awesome. Because Eric's like ran down the stairs. It probably would price very bad if it wasn't It wasn't syncopated in Guyana under control. And but he's like no has to be perfect to six takes and it was fine to get him on here. He's going to tell his side of this story. He's GonNa come on soon. He's been reaching out to us and he says hey man first of all he shot. That's one of our one of his favorite songs Second of all. We're doing an allison chains. Cover band very cool. Eric Andrew. An eye eric singing on drums really got. I'm very girly configuration. Also he's GonNa come and he wants to hang out with US and most importantly we might plays music and also we're going to have him on the podcast. I think he's doing this thing that I went through a few months ago. Which is because he's just all over the place constantly just flying somewhere doing some bullshit bullshit. Not and when that stops abruptly you like you kind of lose it. After the first week I came back from flying every single week I could not possibly get comfortable. I was just. I was wreck walking around my house because I on Thursday I gotta go I gotta go gotta go. I can't I can't I don't know why I'm saying I didn't do this. I know that and it was just on Saturday. Yeah it's very weird. They came out today and said that it's going to be eighteen months and I said if it's eighteen months I will I will. I will kill myself. Here's the eighteen months. There's no way to kill yourself because people will be breaking each other's heads okay. There's no chance no way a capitalist society that you can you're telling people and businesses that they can't run for eighteen months yeah right now. That's one thousand one breath. The Governor said twenty months and the other breath he said yes. And I'm also meeting with a task force to see how we can solve this with the other governors basically saying we're going to do our own shit and we're gonNA open bars and whatever task force better have a Howitzer. They plan to go longer than what you're talking about now. 'cause that's not adult but then it's GonNa get it's going to get like fucking like East Berlin after the war was going to be like speakeasy and shit low. Yeah that's exactly what we're already is..

"Maricopa county until eight fifteen this evening we're looking for a low overnight a fifty eight with the showers continuing and right on into tomorrow with a high on Friday at sixty seven degrees right now it is sixty nine in Scottsdale whether brought you by Howard air I thank you Lynn on a resume as news station KTAR news Arizona's news station our news ninety two FM the Gatos B. Q. poll question of the day brought to you by your valley Toyota dealers want you into the search at which story about the coronavirus shocked you the most now remember this was put on KTAR dot com earlier today so much more has happened okay but Hey Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson have a corona virus B. Ducey's state emergency in Arizona no March madness the NBA suspends its season trump bans travel from Europe to the U. S. I was the one that set out for you because I mean today Disney MLB NHL this is either NCAA or the NBA with it with the two biggest at the NCAA because this isn't like we're going to hold it back for a couple weeks and see what happens this is we're just not doing it I think for me it was Tom Hanks this is a guy who survived being stranded on a desert island this is a guy who survived a plane crash in the Hudson River and he also survived D. day in Vietnam SO Getty don't forget jetting yup and right and so I'm just saying Nicole did not come to be yes oh my gosh and by the way me say this thank god Tom Hanks is in Australia there's a test in Australia they they're they're actually testing people on like the United States well we're testing people but as slowly as we possibly can hi Jenny he survive Meg Ryan he did three movies survived an attack from pirates and mermaids member that Daryl Hannah that's not real life yeah he survived a mermaid that's right yeah and he said the party he survived a lot also survive dressing up like a girl not we say that in the complaint that's right Peter Scolari cold at night that's what I'm really gonna be ticked off if he can survive all of that he can beat this I mean he's no he's no Chuck Norris but to get us a big Q. poll question the day brought you by your valley Toyota dealer valley when the other us stories that certainly has made news today because we have about fifty breaking stories one of them is you know the big debate Bernie and Biden Sunday Phoenix Arizona and can be held in a nursing home now now Washington DC kind of a nursing home pretty much so the old geezers don't want to fly out here even though they probably have a private plane and by the way if they were to get on a regular playing the be all by themselves anyway they don't want to track all the way out here I did this this one I don't get you wanna shut down Major League Baseball the NHL in in the instability so I get all that stuff but you know there are cleared the entire room out here in Phoenix for these two guys and I don't understand why if Arizona's voting on Tuesday they don't want to come out to Phoenix is if their age they don't want to what are they going to stay at home so so I try to make sure they're not going to go anywhere else right they're not they're not doing a lot of said they've cut down big time that I could be holding some rallies plus you gotta remember something to control is a huge thing and they're gonna be able to be in a certain area where they can control it now without the audience here coming across country probably seems like that's a silly thing to do because we're not gonna get audience questions we're not gonna get any of those things why would we fly across country we can stay here because Arizona's voting the latter is on that night it doesn't matter we are the little one on that night remember you got Ohio he got Florida you got Illinois in the US yeah but we're the best we're the best absolutely so that that is not gonna happen on Sunday night in Phoenix from what I understand we're still carrying it live on KTA are on Sunday it'll just be from Washington DC if you were hoping that the Dow turned around today that did not happen down two thousand three hundred and fifty three points hello so to put it into context I'm one month ago the Dow stood at twenty nine thousand points today it stands at twenty one thousand thirty percent down over the last two weeks trump's lost eighty one percent of what they've gained since he's been in office and he's upset about it I get it he's annoyed by it he's doing everything wrong in trying to calm people's fears or even get test kits out there to people we are about what we are actually one of the worst countries right now in getting tests out to our people and by the way for all those who got their listen all these other shows these crazy right where I was at hope swords it's part of the deep state it's not this is a real thing all right so everybody slow your roll on that this is real we I just had one of our sales people saying here's a can you believe this her family trying to check right now because I think their mother father may have come in contact with somebody and they're like sorry can't help you there's no testing sorry drive through okay all right all right up there doing in Colorado so that yeah you know it's only got one test so you got to be fast through testing yeah I think they're two cities in America that are doing it yeah but you said you were doing it in South Korea yeah eleven thousand today because they know what they're doing out there they do eleven eleven thousand tests per day yeah and part of the problem to on top of all of this stuff is other countries get away with some of the things that we don't get away with it the doctor felt she said the same thing here's the reality of it we have so many regulations and rules to get through some of these things it's insane you have to think years ahead not weeks or months at yeah South Korea did eleven thousand tests today R. two days ago on Tuesday the United States eight eight thousand now eight okay eight counted on two hands eight all right up next the survey fingers on one hand sure that's gonna gross we've got an elementary school district in Arizona closing because of the corona virus why we'll talk about it Gators Chechen the.

"That sounds like a great place to start and I would would thank you guys are probably have a like a a media campaign as far as like radio and MTV public service announcements and that sort of thing as well the way I think world aids day the perfect time for us to be you know disseminating this information for sure so yes definitely well I would like to thank Dr Peter Scolari said before director of clinical research with Merck research laboratories as well as Marie printer for discussing this this is a topic that I know some people may not you'll want to discuss but I think it's very important that we discuss it because I think with many topics including this no education is key and your talking artists are those stats on the survey and I don't know the age group bills is target towards men and it said that most to me is like three quarters of men would rather do household chores they go to a doctor now this is not an H. I. V. doctor just doctor in general and I lost both of my parents to cancer so I don't feel that way at all more I want to get checked out I want to make sure that you know if there is something wrong what can I do to take the steps to live a longer life in so many people don't seem like they do that for all of us we need to be our own advocates with their healthcare providers I think it leads to the best outcomes overall was to hear bad news but if you ignore it you wait till it's too late then there's nothing you can do about it whereas if at least if you take that effort you know to go to the doctor and take their advice and take the medications and go to the check ups at least you have you know a fighting chance and immerse situation you know the end I don't speak for you but it sounds like from our discussion that you're leading a pretty normal life absolutely and and it's why I we always encourage everyone to sort of sad that stigma and get past.
