"Has supported equality whereabout every individual has an equal opportunity to make the most of their laws and talents progressive. Socialist are pushing the agenda equality or sort of equity that each person has a different circumstances and therefore requires allocations of resources in opportunity specific to the individual or group to reach an equal outcome. Cdc the difference. Yeah the overriding change behind the progressives blitz is a removal of debate if a person stands up against the socialist communist agenda being pushed from within our with our own congress. The cancel costa activists will come honor. Your different will come. Honor your differing opinion. They will categorize you a fastest intolerant. Bigot deplorable ultra riot. Evangelical you name it. They will cancel you. That's happening so he says this should not come to surprise certainly not to those that are dedicated followers of christ. The bobble has explained these times in great detail. Read these words. From peter that sample is he quotes from proverbs of the old testament. Dear friends do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal. That has come on you to test you as they'll something strange were happening to you but rejoice inasmuch as you participate in the sufferings of christ so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed if you are insulted because of the name of christ you are blessed for the spirit of glory and of god rests on you if you suffer. It should not be as a murderer or thief or any other kind of criminal or even as a meddler however if you suffer as a christian do not be ashamed but praise. God that you bear that name. Free is time for judgment to begin with god's household into begins with us. What will the outcome be for. Those who do not obey the gospel of god and if it is hard for the righteous to be saved what will become of the god at what will become of the ungodly in the center. Proverbs are eleven thirty one so then those So then those who suffer. According to god's will should commit themselves to their faithful creator in continue to do good first peter four twelve through nineteen so says these words you can see how the borsa for believers not only are we to expect persecution but we should consider ourselves blessed in praise. God will bear the name of christian. In addition we should remain committed to the lord in continued to be alive among the darkness. That reminds me when they were in prison and they were chained and they had just been beaten in in there. They're chained and what were they doing. They were praising and singing hymns and songs to god. So that's what we should be doing. Because i'm i am a pre tribulation is but also no. Persecution is coming even for us here in america. So it's coming and we just need to be thankful in his praise the lord that we're living in these tom in the bible true it's so totally true. super Super exciting to living in these days. But yes we will be persecuted You know not not not the great tribulation of its man's persecution. Satan's persecution but not god so the great tribulation is god's wrath being poured out on an unbelieving world in. The bible says numerous towns. We are not meant for his wrath. Jesus cross to god's wrath on the cross in our place of praise the lord for that anyway continuing with article are calling is to remain transfer through christ not conformed to this world into share that good news of salvation in this lost world when the cancel culture comes after believers. We have to stand firm in our faith knowing that they cannot cancel the word of god. They can cancel you and me but they can never cancel the truth. Jesus christ our savior. The way the truth and the life. They will reject the truth and for believers..

"July eighteen. God's grace in spiritual gifts. As each has received a gift. Use it to serve one another. As good. Of God's varied grace, I peter four ten. When we use our spiritual gifts. We are stewarding grace. Not Yesterday's grace. But today's grace, arriving in every moment of need. And this future grace is varied grace. It comes in many colors and shapes and sizes. This is one of the reasons spiritual gifts in the body. Are So diverse. The prism of God's gifts in your life were refractory shades of divine glory. That would never come through my prism. There are as many future Gracie's. As, there are needs in the body of Christ. And more, the purpose of spiritual gifts is to receive and dispense. The future grace of God to those needs. But someone may ask. Why do you take Peter to refer to future grace? Doesn't steward, manage a household store that is already on hand. The main reason I take Peter to refer to future grace is because the next verse illustrates how this works. And the reference there is to ongoing supplies a future grace. He says whoever serves let him serve by the strength that God's supplies. In order that in everything. God May Be Glorified through Jesus Christ. First Peter Four eleven, the word is supplies not supplied. As, you serve. Serve in the power of the ongoing supply of God's grace to do what you need to do. When you fulfil your spiritual gift to serve someone. Tomorrow. You will be serving. By the strength that God supplies and that supply will be. Tomorrow. Not Today As your days so shall your strength be dude early thirty, three, twenty five. God goes on. Day By day moment by moment. Supplying the strength in which we minister. He does this because? The ongoing inexhaustible supplier of power gets the glory. WHOEVER SERVES Let him serve by the strength that God's supplies. So that in everything God. May Be Glorified ended through Jesus, Christ..

"It always happens really at the most inopportune time, doesn't it? It's a crazy thing. It's like the guy who is writing a New York City subway for the very first time. He standing next to the door. It's cramped if you've ever been in New York City subway I, mean they get really cramped, so he's not only on the first time. He's next to the door and he has pushed up against the door and he starts to develop a case of motion sickness. y'All kind of know where this is going. Suddenly the subway stops the door that he's pressed up against opens and he loses his entire lunch. Right on a guy who standing in line to get on the subway, the doors close train moves on the guy. Standing there simply says. Why me. Would you agree that's life? Is that ever happened to you? I. Mean just like God why me. Problems there so in convenient, but the third one is the most important one. They're not only inevitable. They're not only inconvenient. They can be very instructive. When handled. Rightly. When you leverage them with a godly sense of understanding. In fact I Peter Four. Says this friends. When life really gets difficult. I love these words. Don't jump to the conclusion. That God isn't the job. I like the wording here. Instead. Be Glad that you're in the very thick of what Christ experienced. This is a spiritual refining process with glory gesture around the corner. Those are great words. Now, let me clarify. So, you really understand this. I'm not saying that God is the one who causes your problems. What I am saying is that God will use them for his glory and you're good. That's what makes them highly instructive, right? But? Here's the deal. When it comes to trouble. You get to decide. Am I going to grow in them. or Am I gonNA. Drown in them. You get to choose. They can be instructive, or they can be destructive to you. You get to choose. I will say this nothing will attribute more to growing your faith. Nothing will contribute more to developing a mature faith..

"One twenty. If all the promises of gone find their. Yes, in Jesus then to trust him now. In the present. is to believe that his promises will come true. Those are not two separate fates trusting him. And believing in his promises. Trusting Jesus, believing in Jesus for salvation means. Believing that he keeps his word. Being satisfied in the crucified and risen. Jesus includes the belief that at every future moment to eternity, nothing will separate us from his love. Or keep him from working all things together for our good. And that good is ultimately seeing and savoring the beauty and worth of God in Christ as our supreme treasure. The confidence that this all satisfying good will be there for US forever. Is based on. All the glorious grace of the past, especially the grace that God gave Sperry's son, but gave him up for us. All Romans Eight, thirty two. We need to taste now. The spiritual beauty of God in all his past achievements. Especially the death and resurrection of Christ for our sins, and in all his promises. Rooted in his past grace. Our confidence and trust lay hold on all. That God himself will be for us in the next moment. In the next month. And in the endless ages of eternity. Is He. And he alone who will satisfy the soul in the future, and we must be sure of this future if we are to live the radical Christian lives that Christ calls us to live here now. If our present enjoyment of Christ now are present faith does not I have in it? The yes to all God's promises. It will not embrace the power for radical service in the strength. That God in every future moment will supply. First Peter Four eleven. My prayer. Is that reflecting like this on the nature of faith in future grace. Will help us avoid superficial over-simplified statements about believing the promises of God is. A deep. And wonderful.

"I think this is a great opportunity for revival of Christians are not using it as a means to tell the world about Christ. They're really missing their chance. Because there are a lot of people needing hope right now even without the virus having the economy shutdown and having jobs lost and This is a situation where people are literally living at at home with all of the shortcomings of sinful man. Condensed into a house full of people except for those of us who are single owner in quarantine by themselves but abusive situations can be. There's no way out you know you're stuck in a house abusive situation. There's people who would normally be at work and are literally. I mean driving themselves crazy especially extroverts. Who are used who really need that. day to day interaction with people just to express their personalities. And it's a situation that can become very tired just in my neighborhood. Yesterday I saw a massive amount of police suddenly appearing in my neighborhood and I had no clue what they were doing there and I lit it later. Found out that there was a sixty sixty ish. Gentlemen who had brandished a gun on somebody else in the household and they were treating it like a hostage situation and brought in. Swat and police from like three different departments because they're on the county line and it was Quite the exercise they they were able to get him to surrender and come out but nobody was hurt. But it's it's those kind of situations that are made worse by a stay at home order where everybody is stuck at home in dealing with you know whatever and securities they have and this is the time when people need hope and the only hope that really lasts is the hope of Christ and so we need to be diligent in sharing that with our friends and neighbors and not just taking it for granted that they don't need our help that they don't need us to speak into The despair that is going on in their homes and I'm pointing a bunch of fingers at my house off right now because I'm an introvert and I'm perfectly happy at home with. My Door's closed it. But I need to be checking on my neighbors. I need to be making sure that everybody gets what they need. And and Yeah if nothing else. A kind word from a safe six foot distance. You're absolutely right so that leads right into talking about everyday heroes because this movie Really talks about several people who go to heroic endeavors in order to save children and in in the context of the movie didn't really have anything you know. Any risk to him and his wife they. It looks like they lived outside of town. They weren't really exposed at a diptheria. He had just come in from a run so he was ready for a break. And and there's a scene where he's waxing his sled runners and his wife is like so you are going to take this run. And he's like I didn't say that perfectly happy staying here. I haven't been here in a while. Need to stay home for a while. He seemed not be reluctant to commit to going on this run but they needed him to and we did find out looking into the actual history of cephlon his wife that they actually did have an eight year old daughter at the time of this which. I don't know why they left out of the movie is seemingly. I'm just curious about that to an odd Omissions considering the fact that it gave him some motivation for making the trip and risking his favorite dog because they really almost kind of feel like in the way that it's portrayed in the movie that Togo is almost like their child. You know it's like The dog was especially important to constance because she had raised him as a sick puppy and Even though separate was just willing to let him die because he was a renton useless. But you really get this. This feeling that they're risking their child. You know that the this whole concept of taking Toko on this run was against consciences wishes and didn't think he would make and they had to do it anyway because they needed the motivation to make this run and the the hazards were incredible. I mean we. We're currently hailing as he rose the truck drivers who are staying on the job and to deliver stuff to our stores and don't get me wrong. These people are risking a lot to to be continuing on the job and it's not easy because a lot of the way stations that they would normally stop at to sleep and eat. They can't stop at because restaurants are closed. And there's no place to to to stop and rest. They're making these cross country tracks so these guys really are modern-day heroes in the case of cove in nineteen. What separated with his dogs is way above and beyond so he is an everyday hero. A real hero. I mean he really did it. And and he wasn't the only one though he went the furthest and with his dogs and Toko leading the whole way He he did like I think ten times. Further than any of the other Rela- runners mushers and dog sleds What was his motivation for doing it? And it was because he cared enough about the people who needed that serum to make that choice and to ride into that storm. He did it because it had to be done. His community dependent upon him and It's the way I don't I don't know if Sepp was actually you know that Stoic. In real life as defoe played him in the movie I it was a good balance and informed the informed the audience about the characters decisions. He he didn't have any intention of going on the run but he was also a realist and knew that he would probably be going on the run. What was he said? I have no inclination to right and I think he felt like. If you sit anybody else that they wouldn't survive the run and then it would have been worthless because the the cost of life in the community if you didn't send the best team on this trip. And when he left he didn't know it was going to be a relay. He thought he was going to go all the way. Exactly since pick up the the stuff and bring it all the way back. He thought he was doing the whole run himself. And so I mean for him to step up and take that responsibility knowing that he was probably the only one that could do it and come back with the serum because the whole point was to get the serum back it wasn't to prove anything to make any records or the whole point was to get that Sarah back in a timely matter and you know like so many things in my life I I tie back to examples of soldiers in combat and You know when my buddy rob is Was standing outside the door of a building in Iraq that needed to be cleared. He didn't have any inclination of going in there and getting shot at. Yeah but it had to be done so he did it and he you know he had his team with him and they accomplish mission. And that's the same kind of stoicism that that we see from seven in this movie that same kind of devotion and I appreciated that and the sad to hear hero here ship center real work heroism. Thank you Terry. Well we see that same kind of heroism in our medical officials today because a lot of them are getting sick and dying in the the idea of going in and they can't go home to their families because they go home to their families they have the potential of infecting their families and so they're working around the clock. Take probably taking naps on out of the way corners in the hospital. Because they can't go home as you have pointed out. This is not a short sickness it takes a while to get over and so these people are literally being the comforters. And the caretakers of people who can take days and sometimes still die and I've seen some pretty heartfelt videos and posts from nurses that have watched people die of this illness and the saddest thing is that they can't have their family there with them and so they're they're dying alone and except for these nurses and doctors and that's a lot of pressure to put on our medical personnel to not only be the caretakers but to be the last ones to be with somebody when they die. My Hat's off to them. I do WANNA call out. There are a number of community groups out there that are stepping forward to support these every day. Heroes he's modern heroes medical professionals the doctors who can't go home. There's a group that my wife told me about just the other day called. Rv'S FOR MD's where they are renting and borrowing RV's to put in the driveways of doctors homes. So they can go and stay in this. Rv At their home and be near their family even if they can't be in touch with them. Yeah interact with them. Yeah coming beginners community. Yeah exactly that kind of coming together as a community is is so uplifting it reminds me a bit of you know how people were just after nine eleven before the politicians kind of got ahold of it. I appreciate that. It's that this very difficult. Time is bringing out good and and people again. Yeah bringing us together as communities in his neighbors and people checking on people and while there is obviously still the nasty side of things. My parents have mentioned that some friends of theirs. They were at the grocery store as a couple back before when they were still letting couples shop together which they're not now even not letting you do but he. She had needed to use the restroom and so he was standing outside waiting for her to come out the restroom and he saw this well dressed like businessmen going around and touching everything he could touch literally opening the eggs and touching every egg and handling everything shelves and he was just completely puzzled by. He couldn't figure out what this guy was doing in in that kind of situation. It's just like disgusting behavior. Some from some people are are just Truly evil in my mind whether or not he was infected with anything just the thought of somebody going in handling food that someone else is going to come behind him by is just totally disgusting. It's it is the definition of terrorism. I mean yeah doing something specifically to cause fear and others right in order to establish a political statement. So who knows? Maybe he could be charged with domestic terrorism. Yeah yeah the thing is is that that does just like this kind of thing can bring out the good people it can also bring out the bad and people as well and but I'm just so thankful that we do have the medical system that we have in the US and we have true doctors and trude nurses who truly care that they're not just in it for the money that they're willing to work the long hours and put themselves on the front lines that as president trump has said multiple times. These are our soldiers in the front lines of a war against an invisible enemy and we definitely need to be supporting them in and giving them the VAC leads. They deserve what they're doing and and just to to wrap the topic but the Bible tells us that this is exactly what we should be doing. I Peter Four. This encouragement from Peter says that in the hour of unusual threat whether insult or deaths there will be a spirit of glory and of God resting on. Us doesn't mean that. God gives special help in the hour of crisis to those who suffer because they are Christians. I don't mean he is absent from our other sufferings. I just mean that Peter went out of his way to say that those who suffer for the name of Christ will experience a special resting on them of the spirit of glory and of God. "February four five ways affliction helps us before I was afflicted I went astray But now I keep your word someone. Nineteen verse sixty seven this verse. I shows that God sends affliction to help us learn his word. How does that work doc. How does affliction help us. Learn and obey the word of God. There are innumerable numerous answers. As there are numerous experiences of this great mercy but here are five one affliction takes away the glibness of life and makes us more serious so that our mindset is more in tune with the seriousness of God's word and mark this there is not a single Glib page in the Book of God you too affliction knocks worldly props out from under US and forces us is to rely more on God which brings us more in tune with the aim of the word for the name of the word is that we hope in God and trust him. Whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction that through the endurance and through the encouragement of the scriptures? We we might have hope Romans fifteen four. These things are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ the son of God join. Twenty thirty one. Three affliction makes us searched the scriptures with greater desperation for help rather than treating it as marginal marginal to life. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your Heart Jeremiah. I twenty nine thirteen. Four affliction brings us into the partnership of Christ's sufferings so that we fellowship more closely with him and see the world more readily through his ours. Paul's great heart longing was is that I may know him and the power of his resurrection and may share his sufferings becoming like him in his death Philippians three ten five affliction mortifies deceitful and distracting flesh. -Ly desires ears and so brings us into a more spiritual frame and makes us receptive to the spiritual word of God since therefore Christ suffered into flesh. Arm Yourselves with the same way of thinking for whoever has suffered in the flesh has seized from sin. First Peter Four one suffering has a great scene killing effect and the more pure. We are the more clearly we see. God Matthew Five eight may the Holy Spirit gives us grace and to not begrudge the pedagogy of God through.

"I'm your host Ms Kennedy as we look back at a magical weekend wondering how many more times I can say that she does she stay in training next year can brief Cameo he works with sky sports racing he's got his own podcast called in the money players podcasts were going to do a crossover show very very soon and our Breeders Cup podcast is coming to your ears very very soon as well it's the return of Peter Four Natale hello my so good to be back and not just to be back but back from London usually I'm doing this early in the morning now to some in London it means it's after lunch I'm in the proper mind state which means it had a few drinks excellent you've gone for a couple of half bidders are presume for lunch and rumor has it actually in at the racist terrorism London and will be kept locked there until Breeders Cup not quite until the Breeders Cup but it is true that in Matthew have asked me to do these profiles of Breeders Cup contenders for at the racist Dot Com and they have changed me in the office today until I opt out six of them and did the final furlong so I will be able to be on parole when we finish the show and I'll attempt to sneak back to America well this is only a five hour show so oh you're fine you'll you'll have plenty to those profiles done we are also joined by the Guardians Chris Cook I welcome back to the show a friend great to have you on and off course skysports racing's at the races finest pundit and final Furlan podcasts legend it's Mr Kevin Blake Ooh you almost got killed twice at the weekend you were most trotted on in the parade ring by human cameraman and almost killed in a car crash slight exaggeration take me exaggerate no the the taxi was was a phone one jump taxi. Apr Towers they're at the half as yesterday morning about fifty yards and we crashed into a wall low wall to be fair I should have been a bit suspicious when I went out to taxi and the taxi driver was literally asleep at the wheel woke him up to that I woke him up and he had a big cannon monster energy drink okay no it was relatively minor low the he didn't see crashed into it and having made a very technical and professional assessment of the damage he decided the cavs find Kick on with so he get kicked on again so he left this justice just hang on a second because the metropolitan police interested this he left the scene of a road accident not a one character is just yes he did like the way Kevin just throw him under the bus there and if you'd like to go back to facebook to Inigo from at the races was doing it facebook live with Alexander and and Kevin Blake have a look at it on Saturday would have been branded about one o'clock and in the middle of that Alex has to stop the thing and of course it's live because it's facebook live and she's stop it and says something to the effect of Kevin you're about to get killed there as a cameramen just decides to walk on top of Kevin mid-sentence in the middle of his previous just come decides to come along and Trod on you the congestion in the absolutely empty escapade ring at eleven o'clock on the table unbelievable nonsense they cave obviously you were on Judy for sky sports alongside Freddie Tilleke and Alexander what was your impression of the latest renewal we've been having this essence twenty eleven it was the first time that they're the change to the jumps course they've basically said that saved the meeting that they would have had to cancel otherwise what was your impression of the day the position it's in the calendar it's always vulnerable to rain testing conditions it was great that they had the contingent and see their kings could have got a bit awkward otherwise the racing would have been at risk I think on the round course in terms of even being allowed to go ahead such was the level the moisture knocking around so we got it on I thought it was great racing it lacked a little bit of star power I think it's fair to say Bush on the day the race themselves for fantastic spectacles we got some great performances and we've planted look forward to what we saw with you to next season even I think and yeah look at sprint champion stay doesn't always necessarily deliver on what it's supposed to give its British champions day where one assumes the champ beans Ron and we have seen one champion perhaps on Saturday but it still delivered like reading high-cost Racing Really enjoyable ray say experience discredit atmosphere there and yeah personally I really enjoyed Chris deliver for you think Kevin Neal and the necessarily making champions with these races are all the title is there a there are so many big flat races are there in this country and that comes out so you just have to hope the good horses turn up and on this occasion I you know in most cases they didn't really I think in particular when you get really testing conditions for arc weekend fancy bringing those horses again two weeks later you know that was basically what they said that the wasn't it onto that factor I think one thing that might help going forward as if they commit to using ener- track just for all the run course races from can you just say well that's GonNa be our course champions day in the future for all that has been the hurdles back as far as far as I can make it worked fine on Saturday okay which is the first time it's ever been used for flat racing and it provided you know he was still soggy surface but it's it's better ground than you would go on the run course for sure and any encouragement you can give trainers and owners are not going to be turning up to race on the swamp is is pretty good news I mean I think the fact is you know this is the ground that we know expect for that day for all there were a couple of early champions days Iran serve goodish ground we'll agree UC ideally GonNa get lots of rain and it will turn soft and heavy in places this time of year and so even did freak weather one year where it was good ground again the reality is probably haven't been campaigned to turn up on that day because everyone's expecting softish grown which is a very good point at the atmosphere watching the sky seemed to be electric as well Peter so you're now a royal ascot veteran and ask veteran at that matter what did you make Champions Day in terms of my experience as a huge racing fan it was absolutely fantastic everything came together in terms of of the experience of being there and watching some top quality racing now when you think about the very name champions day and to the to everybody else's point I hear where you're coming from it's it's pretty tricky when you have a race that's two weeks after the most prestigious race in in Europe and the Ark and then from my selfish America part of the still think about the Breeders Cup all the time and with that coming in in two weeks as a potential target it's a it's tricky to to crown a champion between two champion two other days that are essentially designed to do the same thing but I think if you just take it for what is it provides a fantastic alternative and great end ABC's and target for a lot of domestic Brunner's from here and ends up being a racing fan I I I think it really deserves its prominent place towards the end of the calendar I I had a fantastic day out there and look forward to to try to many times more I was there in fifteen as well when I was living in London by a the experience of it it's obviously a very different animal than the royal me eating but something that I enjoy going to immensely and will target as a racing fan for many years to come a thoroughly enjoyed it I have to say and we'll done to the teams Sky Kevin obviously firm parts of that Long said Alex and Freddie I thought they did a brilliant job MC fits doing interviews I would have preferred it though admitted a brilliant interview with Aidan O'Brien Turku Gardens won the the longest cup which will talk about a few minutes time but I would have preferred it if mic was the one and not Richie to get Sean Lee whoa conduct because then I could have that clip to pay play in the final form of podcast we'll because it doesn't belong to US I can't play it damnit Mick Fitzgerald got that gold over what it means I don't mind that's fine yeah it's only the tenth highest grossing films of All Time Anyway the KIP CO champion stakes will be and with the feature race and magical who was beaten ten lengths into fifth in the arc only thirteen days prior to this race got back to winning ways she is real superstar of mayor but she's always enables shadow whenever she faces her even though Abel was beaten in the Ark this is the first time that Aidan O'Brien has ever won the champion stakes which in itself seems extraordinary but Chris it seems to me and we were talking about it on choose stay with Rushie and on Thursday with Steve Jones and rory champion the champion stakes for all that it is a prestigious prize maybe for ballydoyle it's a little bit an afterthought in in that position between the ARC and the Breeders Cup Classic Slash Breeders Cup Turf But this horse has proved to be good enough to go and get the job done for them and a worthy winner prestigious yeah I mean it has to be afterthought doesn't I mean you look at the best thing for the in stakes at about the time of the art I think you'd like a day before the art the top four in the batting stage we're all going to run in the are you know Japan is in there as well and others a new enable would have been one obviously so that's just the way it is when you talk class middle distance horses and they're probably GonNa go to long shot I aren't they and then case who's fit to go again and well it would be able because it seems that she's old boots what was this our is our ninth run of the year yes it was and it off in the middle of eight days after the grand national was her first run of the year and you know that nearly gotta be her best maybe upon short when she was chasing home able in New York but I mean she's holding her farm and it must be every she'll go again breeders cup I think she's fantastic I you know being jumps racing in principle I su- admire any horse the can be that jewel and can contain their enthusiasm for racing after all sorts of different experiences you know one talk class race after another one country net another one you d ground the last couple of starts and it doesn't seem to take anything off her she always runs a race Peter with a view to the previous cup she is obviously self boots she won the phillies and mirrors at the ascot meeting last year beating coronet she's now won the champion stakes proving versatility she was obviously involved in that epic jewell with enabling the Breeders.

"Today i peter four ten each of you should use whatever gift you have received a to serve others as faithful stewards of god's grace and it's various forms irving berlin said talent is only the starting point new york is next up y'all is with us hey yakov how are you good afternoon dave i have a question about i am a cell phone that i that i find through verizon directly you know they used to have it that you signed the contract and now you can point i hadn't put it in my that snowball but i was thinking about it the other day that something that is supposed to be put into the debt snowball as well sure it's a debt and i ask one more question okay i heard earlier we're talking about a lease a carlise being in a that's noble i'm i before i started my that's noble i also made a mistake leasing a car that's always goes into that's noble i did not i would like to know if i have to add that in absolutely yeah because the whole goal here is to get rid of payments and you know if you got rental on your cell phone rental on your car it's the same thing as having debt on those two things and so we want to get rid of the payment you don't get rid of a payment like a utility payment because that's based on consumption that's not based on a death that is but basically the carly says another form of that it's another way of borrowing money to buy a car that you did not pay cash for and so yeah that would go in your debt snowball and when you get to it and the debt snowball you'll make the decision of okay do i want to turn this car in at the end of the lease or do i want to sell it or do i i want to just pay it off and keep it if you're going to pay it off and keep it you treat it like a car loan and debt snowball if you're gonna take it through the end of the lease and then dump it then you may want to just do that you may want count it as a budget item and run it through to the end of the lease and dump it if you wanna go that route but most of the time that's not the route you wanna go most of the time you either want to reach over and save up the money and pay it off in full so you own the car or you know have the plan to turn it over at the end of the lease if you know if you got six months left on the lease or something like that then you just run it out to the end that's going to be your cheapest route out and save up and pay cash for a car and move on ryan is in savannah georgia hey ryan how are you pretty good how about you that oh than deserve sir how can i help will me and my wife we had some my father passed away earlier this month and i'm sorry yeah well he left us big chunk of cash that me and him talked about years ago and i wasn't expecting it but it happened and all i wanna do is be able to turn that into you know more income uhhuh just keep moving on catcher cool how much was the inheritance probably gonna roughly be looking at eight hundred thousand extra taxes i'm not sure what the death tax rate is wow well there won't be any unless a state is over i mean you.
