"We're talking about the actual terrorist attack in order to call the actual terrorist attack in Pensacola Naval Air Station these troops this visa militare our our soldiers are sitting ducks I mean these are going free zones friends I mean look it's easy for our politicians to make these decisions when they have like the president's secret service protection our congressmen have private security so they're not afraid because they're protected twenty four seven what our soldiers who put their lives on the line literally can not to have access to weapons because military installations our gun free zones just imagine if they weren't we probably wouldn't have three dead our soldiers dead our American soldiers dead and others wounded because someone would have been able to retrieve the fire arm right from there poster and take care of this demon and send him straight to hell and this is the problem we face in America I'm opening up the phone lines once again so you can weigh in on the program one eight seven seven forty nine Steve let's jump back to our busy calls Steve in California your next welcome to the show yeah hi thanks for everything and I agree with you I'd like to add something I am not really in the news pay attention but I'm not gonna be thinking like a couple things first of all how did this national get through the security gate on the base in the first place I was curious yeah the I'm interested in is the way trump Campbell day and who knows what happened behind the scenes I don't tell but trump came out publicly and said something like the Syrians are very sorry that happened word we're looking into it and I know they're going to give some consideration for the victims and and the families of these people and night won't work and work this out and I thought wow he's gonna hold these people accountable may be that he didn't make them pay reparations or something it sounds like and I thought that was interesting yeah you know and I'm glad you said that and it's actually the salaries that are he's working that's I don't know well I it is no that's okay you're most like most people you're finding shows like online that won't bore you that will give you what you need and then you can go investigate and that's what we're proud of what we do here Steve so I appreciate your listenership but also you know it's the Saudis that have said we apologize for this we will make it right what that looks like what's happening behind the scenes I've already got my feelers out there and of course they do a local show in Las Vegas Monday through Friday so tomorrow night when I'm on local Las Vegas in this national show can actually hear that you just by going to Katie W. N. dot com listening lives there I mean to bring to you what information I'm getting from my sources on what that conversation if I can get anything regarding the conversation that's being had between the president and Saudi Arabia regarding this whole thing you know what the nine one one victims have indicated that they apparently tried to get some compensation to from the Middle East and like that Brock that's yeah that's what happened just think how much good it would do if we could just all moved past it and you know work now our country is willing to give reparations the people from the the eighteen sixty three civil war one you got people right now who are suffering give them reparations let's start with now instead Turner years ago make your program and I think it's really cool trump did and I sure hope nobody dropped the ball on this but we get to know like hated their pay off a horse or help the family dollar and remember because it's crazy murderer but how to get through a security system in the first place and that's a problem we got effect so absolutely no great call Steven I do appreciate a man god bless merry Christmas.

The New York Times reports Saudi trainee filed a formal complaint earlier this year against instructor

"Even the all the latest on the Pensacola naval base shooting and some breaking news from The New York Times it'll be a big feature article in The New York Times tomorrow we'll have it for you right now here on cable BJ as the F. B. I. continues to conduct interviews with everyone at the Pensacola Naval Air Station in may have had contact with the shooter is identified as a second lieutenant I'm not gonna say his name New York times reports a new report has emerged that this Saudi trainees filed a formal complaint earlier this year against one of his instructors apparently you one of the instructors left him in fury aided in class by tagging him with a derogatory nickname your times reports his complaint quoted in a communications circulated among people connected to the flight training said that the instructor referred to this lieutenant from Saudi Arabia as quote porn stash in quote in front of about ten other aviation students said embarrassed it angered him in this complaint he wrote I was infuriated as to why instructor would say that in front of the class this document was reviewed by The New York Times and authenticated by a person who spoke with the lieutenant shortly after this incident happened the FBI declined to comment on this situation to happen back in April of this year the special agent in charge of the F. B. I.'s Jacksonville office Rachel row Haas said investigators are still searching for a motive nothing to suggest that the classroom incident had any connection to the shooting as the incident happened in April and now here we are all these many months later your times reports very little is known about this shooter's life in Florida during his months as a trainee that incident April according New York times appears to have been of setting enough that to American students in the class helped him filed a complaint as reported this confrontation came at the end of a meteorology class that's coming from the New York times tonight and will there be any more out of this well a stay tune the FBI surely is all over it even as they're saying not sure is terrorism even as they're saying we don't know of any connection between that incident and the shooting but they're continuing to investigate and will keep you

Authorities Say It's Too Early to Know What Happened in Florida

"The FBI says it's too soon to say what's behind the deadly mass shootings at the Pensacola Naval Air Station in Florida a Saudi Arabian military officer training at the air base opened fire killing three people and then himself the F. "That's all they're going to do we're going to so the president's talking about the shooting at Pensacola Naval Air Station this morning and it was yet a message from MBS about the about the shooting in and we got we just caught it late there but so it is one of those where this story started off this morning S. a shooting and there was one last night involving a U. P. S. driver and at a busy intersection in in Florida and so these things you don't know we'll look at them you go was you know was this a workplace grunge was a person fired was there a lover's triangle was or what I mean what could it could be a million things and then and then and then they would not release information about the gunman they would not release information about the gun they would not release information about a lot of different things and then the word came out that the first person I heard it from wise that Pete Williams which let's do cut the Levin and he broke the news that the shooter was a foreign national we've been told by several officials law enforcement and military officials that the suspect the shooting the person they believe carried out the shooting is a Saudi national who was here in the U. S. for training name Mohammed Saeed Hey all Shyam runny Mohammed Saeed a all Shyam Ronnie there are conflicting reports about whether this person was here in the U. S. for pilot training is you know Pensacola Naval Air Station at the the the and the air station gives you all you need to know about the fact that there is a lot of pilot training and you see the runways there in the aerial picture so many foreign folks come to the US for training for military personnel come to the US for training especially if they're going to be operating flying in using military equipment that comes from the US so the train here for many reasons in our operability even knowing how to handle U. S. equipment and so forth now on a big note of caution here because just because this person is a foreign national and from Saudi Arabia according to these officials doesn't mean it's an act of terrorism because obviously a a foreign national could have the same kind of motives are problems that anyone else who carries out shootings could have then you can did you compile your own list of what those possible motives might be none the less because it is a foreign national because it is someone from the Middle East authorities obviously have to pursue the possibility that this was an act of terrorism no one is saying that it is but obviously it's something that that has to be investigated and in terms of more about this person we're trying to check that out now but I I I I can only tell you what we have confirmed which is that the this person named Mohammed Saeed al sham Ronnie a Saudi national is the person that authorities say carried out the shooting today and now there's obviously a very intense investigation to look into this person's background yeah so that changed his story it from was it a workplace shooting to something bigger and you go back a you go back to Fort Hood I you go back to what what's the the navy base there the supply base in Washington DC the you've got you've got just a couple of days ago in Hawaii at the navy base there add to Pearl Harbor so I mean we're yeah I'm sure they're coincidences but it brings up the whole question about the fact that well people in the military I have problems just like anybody else in fact I would I would guess that we hear so much about the problems that people have with the PTSD and things like that you might have a higher incidence of workplace problems that you would elsewhere but it's everywhere just is then you cannot say everybody in the military is going to be a one thousand percent the problem that bothers me about all of this is the fact that on military bases you cannot have a fire arm moves interesting because they just told a news conference half an hour or so ago and the commanding officer of Pensacola of was asked that question he says no no yeah it's it's not you can't have a you can have a weapon on the base so it's not exactly right what is the call from is it cut sixteen colonel Jack Jacobs Rockin about base security as well as losing his he kind of points out well in the yeah the whole thing about guns on military bases are gonna wind up tight all bases postscripts inspirations were gonna wind up tightening up security again as we did have to Fort Hood but after a while we relaxed we relaxed in because it's impossible have an extremely high level of security and still maintain the operational tempo we need to on the boat on the post it's a bit like the internet you know we have to bet the argument is always balancing privacy against freedom of speech there's got to be a balance on the was not me really get anything done but you can expect security will be tight everywhere you don't have the very different rules on a base than you do in terms of Armonk farms and guns and then you would in the outside world even if you will we are in a state where the gun laws are pretty yeah let me give an example if you if you're on post if you live on post if you live and work on post you can have weapons but all weapons or any registered and be locked up in there in an arms room in a lock for actor box in a locked room well that's maintained by an armor and you can't get it unless you he's there and unlocks it you have permission to take it out he signs it out and then you sign it back and so on if you live off post however with the rest of William or not Terry you can get on post most bases in camps if you have a vehicle that's registered with the problem Marshall it has a department of defense sticker on it and you have a department of defense idea of some kind your vehicle's not searched what is routinely star store all the vehicles that coming to make deliveries are not registered on post and so on those are the ones they take apart they look into everything and soon to inspect every single one like they do the visitors vehicles would be they come to the conclusion is going to be impossible operate properly so in other words the the commanding officer of the base said no no no guns are not a lot on on a base yeah well you can drive in as long as you got one of those military stickers in your windshield or on your bumper yep they won't they will check make sure you was show your your idea you just drive on and you can have a lot of weapons in that car they're not going to search your car so it's kind of goofy the way that they've got the rules about you can't have guns on base but you can drive your car in without it being searched and then the other part of it he's about on post he says well your weapons are locked up and you got to go to the armory you got to ask for the person or the armory you got to show him you got permission to take the gun out of the US this goes back to Fort Hood and how all those people that were shot and killed by major Hassan was they were sitting ducks because not nobody had a gun nobody you talk about a gun free zone it sounds bizarre doesn't it but a military base is a centrally a gun free zone I was also surprised I haven't heard a peep about it from anybody yet today but the military police where were they there's no mention of them I'm sure they were involved but nobody is mentioning them the local sheriff from his combi county was talking in fact let's listen to him this is caught eighteen and he goes on about the fact that his deputies were the ones who were close by raced to the scene of the shooting and they were the ones who brought down the shooter let's listen.
