"Makes it dad that that in itself is the biggest thing that I believe is brings. Ability in any community any city anywhere and because if you if you have that work ethic than There's nothing greater in the world world. Then you put in eight hour work day or maybe more. And you know that you worked and you did a good earned a good day's pay. And That that's key right there, and socialism will never do that. And I think with this upcoming election, we see it all around with the comparison with the The support that President Trump Skating and visually what you see. Compared to what you see, with the Biden campaign going and what visually looks like the opposite. But the polls say otherwise. But I think that the country as a whole, which is a beautiful country, beautiful states, like the gentleman said before he traveled around. Well it it's showing that people in this country the majority of most people that wanna work, raise a family. Have their own home and so forth. Do not want socialism. And it has got to the point where I even said that the Democratic Party has been has been taken over by the progressive left. The Democratic Party is dissolved in for mated into something totally different in so many ways. That I think that's why we're seeing This happened in this whole pandemic situation. We we all know that I hear it over and over again that President Trump's responsible for it. He should have stopped the he There's some things that maybe could have been done differently. Whatever. But he's only one man is not a scientist. He has to go. And he's at the mercy of the Science scientists and so forth that that we always hear Pelosi own says We must trust the science. They're just learning is it's going along. This is something new, just like with any new virus that goes on and there's no way to put a handle you, Khun Newsome, precautionary things like wearing a mask and making sure that you distance and make sure that you don't come in contact with the owner on which people should do that anyway. During any cold Lucy, let me let me let me let me say a couple of things here. First off. He shut the economy down for a guy who's all about business. He did that Okay. And Joe Biden said that he should not. But he did in the beginning. These governors and he stayed have the control over what they want to do. He has nothing to do with what's happening in business with a lot of these places. It's the individual governor, so they still blame him. For that. He closed the border down shut people down from coming in from China when Joe Biden didn't want him to do that, and all the things Joe Biden is saying now that he'll do the president and his team has done it. The bottom line is nobody has the magic one. Nobody, the Republicans and the Democrats when it comes to this pandemic. But I'll tell you what's becoming even more frightening. You know, I'm a big fan of the railroad industry. You know, at one time, and in recent years now railroads were busier than they were pre World War. Two when railroads were at their height. In the early fifties, the Pennsylvania Railroad made a profit of just under a billion dollars, which was astronomical at the time. Well, what happened was A jet plane came in and passenger trains went away, so they had to go in a different direction. Enter brands like Penhall, Ohio, New York, Central and others and eventually became Conrail. They became one big conglomerate. Well, now we have Norfolk Southern, a great brand. We have CSX. We have the Alaska Railroad Union Pacific. We have bee n s F, which is owned by that great brand, that his Berkshire Hathaway Warren Buffett, Big fan of his Somebody should call this guy and get his advice as opposed to everybody just shouting at the president or Joe Biden. Maybe somebody like Warren Buffett might have a good idea. Steve Forbes would have a great idea. They need to reach out to these people. They need to form some sort of commission getting some of the brightest business minds in the country together, But this is why I'm frightened. In my lifetime. Every time a train goes by, I look and if I'm stopped at a red, but I really look there was a time in my life. I really loved railroading model railroading everything about the railroads. I always thought it was really neat. Thes cold Guan Dollar cars stacked high topped off perfectly with nothing but cold, making a train go in one direction to take it to a power plant or wherever To a steel mill. Wherever every day, I shall Cole hoppers either. Norfolk Southern of CSX every single day. Do you know the other day I saw a train full of coal and I stopped. I was in a red light. And I was thinking how beautiful and how all of a sudden I went. I haven't seen anything like that in months. So for the first time in my adult life first time since I have enjoyed railroads, which is what 2025 30 years. I am not seeing Cole hoppers every day traveling the train tracks in America in our region. People don't understand how dangerous of a world we're living in right now, if our railroads start to go in a different direction when it comes to profit and loss margins, and they start to get into trouble financially, Do you understand what that's going to mean? Moving product in this country value, viable product and also that tens of thousands of jobs that are directly or indirectly connected with the railroads. People haven't seen anything until the railroad industry gets in trouble. If you think about it, tell me the last time you saw a train full of coal hoppers when I saw that, and I thought it's been months. That literally put the hair on the back of my neck up. That's how much that frightened me exactly exactly, And that's that's so key. Important people need to start looking. And I thank you for the call. We're getting out of time here. I want to try to get a couple more calls on. But we're getting to the point now of no return, folks. Listen, I don't care who you vote for. I respect your vote. But once that person is the President 2021 let's work together to make America get moving again and stop pointing fingers at each other. We'll be back. Voting by mail in Pennsylvania. Make it count. Send it off before Election Day, November 3rd. Don't forget to seal.

But, I mean, you know, he said, the whole ofthings down and just had a talk and was like, Hey, guys, we got to step up and make a play. You know who's it gonna be? "Great. Ted Robinson in New York to cover the U. S open tennis tournament getting underway today tends there with the tennis Channel. Right, Let's check KCBS traffic and weather beaten right now. This update from Kim sponsored by PG and E. All right, we'll start in San Francisco. There seems to be some sort of hang up, but I'm not sure if it's an accident or something else going on 19th Avenue North bound side where you cross slowed, traffic is backed up beyond ocean. So Something going on here is you come up from Stone's town heading towards slow toward the zoo area. There seems to be some slow traffic. Also Pacifica, a rather dramatic accident. South bound one just after the tunnel. This is south of Grey Whale Cove. A vehicle went off a cliff side, so there's emergency crews. They're repelling down the cliff injury acts then, obviously here. And we can see some slow traffic looks like it's getting through. But not without a little bit of a delay at the scene again on the South bound side of Highway one in Pacific on your grey Whale Cove. Otherwise, things are looking better now stand on North found one a one coming up through Morgan Hill. We still see a little bit of slow traffic say between 10 and East down, that's the slowest bit But for the most part, this commuters thinned out rather nicely and on the shore freeway to recovering from earlier problems, still a bit sluggish at of the San Pablo side for Richmond, but it again it's not the stop and go that we were seeing earlier out of Penhall. You're next update a 28 on the traffic leader, KCBS. Now the man seen asleep World 64 can save over 50% Teo and select premium mattresses during Manzini Sleeper of Labor Day Mattress sale. We're looking at another murky one. Today The temperatures will be pretty stable compared to yesterday. That boy, the sky conditions, lots of smoke and haze. Another spare the air alert in place, and in fact, there will be one.

"My camera. They're zooming through the Bay Bridge Toll plaza right now at least Yeah, kind of oddball. They turned the meeting lights on Really early this morning Stand, and then they turn them off very early. So they came on at 5 33. But they turned him off about 10 minutes ago. So Yeah, that part looks good. Some of the traffic is still hung up on the shore freeway, though I must say so. There's a little bit delay getting down to the Bay Bridge, and this was because of an accident that has been clear this was westbound 88 L. Portela took up the two left lanes for quite a while so chilled, not a body collision camp sees the beginning of the backup at Penhall Valley Road on West 80. It's on again, off again. Slow traffic now passing the scene of what was the accident all the way down into Richmond. You really don't start to regain the speed limit to get a little bit past cutting. And then we have a bit of sluggish traffic That's back in Berkeley. But yeah, the Bay Bridge looks fine. It's just getting there on 80 is still a bit of a hang up. If you're approaches the Nimitz Freeway or the MacArthur Freeway 5 80 80 look fine, very lightly traveled as you've been hearing Matt Report. There is a heck of a fire in downtown Hayward this morning. That means Foothill Boulevard remains closed There, detouring you off. The fire scene is foothill between a and B street. So there's heavy traffic in downtown Hayward as a result, and were looking fine up and down the peninsula. Although I'm just getting word of north, Wanna one at Embarcadero, we may have a stall out there. It looks like it's up on the center Divide area, but CHP is on the way. Your next update is at 7 48 on the traffic leader, KCBS word, murky area weather story this morning. Either you're under the fog, and the smoke is kind of above it are mixed in with it or you're not into the fog and you're looking at the smoke in any case..

"And other venues are hosting unpermitted large gatherings. ABC is Alex Stone joins us on the coma news line from Los Angeles with details, Alex. How big of a problem are these mega house parties? Well, it seems like they're becoming increasingly a problem in the issue being that so many of these mega mansions that are in the Hollywood hills and elsewhere did their rent it out for Airbnb and and other services that are doing it and people rent them for a knight to Knight and they're holding these Massive party inside of them and that picked off the neighbors. That makes a lot of people in the area angry so they're more than willing to turn in to the E D ordered a media these homes that are doing it and weave this week being view of them, one that ended with gunfire and a woman died at that party. But it was a back to the party that the LAPD said they couldn't shut down Big wedding last night in the Holmby Hills, where Michael Jackson used to live in that same neighborhood, Big one by Jake Paul, who is YouTube star who is constantly in trouble. He was in trouble for one recently, so they keep happening, and you know, now the city says they've got to do something about it. That's what they're doing. And when it comes to these, what are they saying about mask wearing social distancing? Yeah, None of that goes on that last night at the wedding reception, where they they had they believe 202 150 people at one of these mega mansions. They say they did offer up custom mask. That I believe was pink and blue Mass with the bride and groom on name on them, and they had shield people wanted them. But from what we could the nobody was wearing anything like that at these other parties one earlier this week No. Everybody was dancing. There were caterers. They were hanging all over each other. You could be from the helicopter shots. None of that was going on The one weeks ago it Jake Paul's home in Calabasas. They were doing a lot of dumb done, you know, jumping off balconies and hanging off tractors where they would put the bucket up and they would hang on them and then jump off and doing tricks and cars and and dancing around to know that's the problem. The mayor of Calabasas is saying This is not going to be allowed any longer. The bearer of L A saying the same thing that the answer is going to be now that if these don't shut down that the department of Water and power is just going to come in and shut off the water and power that ifyou're gonna party we're going to party in the dark and without any running water. Outer. They say that's how they're going to shut them down. If the homeowners refused to do it of those throwing, the party's refused to do it. They will shut them down That way. You can't really get enough police to come in and get hundreds of people out of there and especially on wind E Hollywood road, the police would lose that battle. Instead, we'll turn off the light. They're going to say now you've got to go home, and this is essentially happening, since all the bars and nightclubs have closed. Yeah, and and And that's really what this whole thing is and that they've gone on for a long time. They have rented out the mansion for a long time. But we're seeing these rial mega parties going on. People can't go and run out a nightclub or a wedding venue. They're not allowed to do that, In fact, study talked about that angle of it due here. We have already closed all nightclubs and bars. The large house parties Have essentially become nightclub in the hill. And that's the thing even though there are bands on gathering people over 10 2030 people, depending on where you are in California, for some reason in the law. It wasn't written in that you couldn't have a a large private party at one of these mansion. Now. They have added that in to the ordinance that that's in place right now the public safety ordinance so now they are illegal tow. Have that gives the power to go in and shut them down. But until now The LAPD has said, Look, yeah, that the state says no large events, but this gun, private property, nothing we could do A B C's Alex Stone in Los Angeles. Thank you, Alex. "Trying suits joins US number one show over the weekend and Brian, I know you're probably following the story that's going out of camp Penhall them with these missing Marines and the one that has been confirmed. I had died. What kind of vehicle didn't happen in and how come it sank in hundreds of feet of water of it's that heavy Um, the A V is the latest version of a Ah Ah Generational Marine Corps armored personnel carrier because you know, the The Marines are not like the army in that the Marines need there a PC armored personnel carrier. To go from ship to shore. Okay, the army you needed to go from Germany to men, you know, are or bahsrah to Baghdad. Right? So the Brinker has and you talk about form following function. It's a big floating RV. It's a big, big vehicle, and that whole has been around for almost 40 years. You know, inherently, You're dealing with it really dangerous environment when you roll off of Ah, a ship and But you know the Bonham Rashard, the boat that that burned the ship that burned, you know, four weeks ago. It. Did you know that's what it's for an amphibious. Ah, you know. Ah, well, deck. Ah, You know the ship and that submarines to get to the beach is on these landing craft in a world war to like the opening scene of Saving Private Ryan. You know, you're you're talking about open top. Ah, you know, Higgins, boats where the bow drops and everyone runs off and gets killed. Well, the the the Marine Corps is evolution. Has led to a our personal carrier that can swim. Um you know, 10 miles of it have Teo to assure, But there there is. Ah! There's Achilles heel with these, and I don't want to get too specific because I got some information today and I'll talk about it tomorrow night on the dark secret place today PM but, um There's a Ah well, there's operator level thing that if it's not done, um it can lead to the death of everybody inside. I'll say this in the Bradley fighting vehicle in the Army. For the other Armored personnel carrier that we use was told the 113 Well, let's call them tracks. So we we come tracks in the army and Rick or we go through rivers, the most. We go through rivers, the Marine Corps drops into the ocean. And they swim ashore to a beach and the mistakes that we make in the army up in San Luis Obispo. They lead to Ah, a vehicle filled with You know, brackish river water and guys pulling their personal crap and their porn and their Hustler magazine's Adler in the Marine Corps. You do that, and you're literally like you look, he said, 500 feet at the bottom of the ocean while and so there are some stupid mistakes that Cruz can make. That can lead that. And the thing is in in the army and drink or you do what are called rollover drills for Humvees and then the up armored vehicles called M ramps and tanks. He called Yu Do what tickled rollover drills for if you roll over you, you know, by muscle memory. You know what it is to get the hell out. But there is no rollover drill for the Pacific Ocean. And that is one thing that you know, and it kills me to say it. But the effing Marines they deal with this crap of the Army does not, and I might have a lot of those guys because every time they get in a V Which uses he called Nell Tvp. Seven, but a V s O much easier there running the risk of dropping like a stone. I mean, 26 tons him now 26 turns with a little weak. And those guys have literally 10 seconds to get out of the hole. Wow or a hatch and also give me what you know. What if you're Ted Kenley, you know, And you won the pennant by Scott. Whatever river. Um the doors don't open outwards on DSO. They have They have drills to get out of a sinking A V but you know what? All the marines I know all the guys who texted me today. It's you know, their winking they're saying, you know what it's like. Okay. If you're the first guy out, you might live. But when that thing goes down when is taking on water? Um, because the entire point it's a armored. You know, it has to sink at a tremendous speed, too. Yeah. And you're not. It's not like saving private Ryan. You're not, you know, Put your arm over the side Smoking a cigar on the way in tow, you know, go ahead to him with a non sees it is a sealed up. Amphibious assault vehicle. On and the crew are you know the gunner, the commander of the driver, Then there's 13 or 14 days in the back, and their job is to shut the hell up. I mean, that is their job, And if it starts taking on water, there is no way out on so it is a inherently dangerous thing. And also the deal is the Marines do it? Thousands of times per year and they do not lose guys. But when they do, it's bad. It's a bad scene like it was yesterday. I can you can you stay with us? Okay. Brian suits is with us. I want to go back. I want to ask him a little more about this, You know, vehicle that that sank off camp penalty him. And what are the odds that Maybe at the bottom. These guys were alive for a while, but I'm sure Brian, I'll let you know. The answer to those questions were live on K five AM 6 40 more now, with Gina Grant fires.

I was talking about that icky big bucket of soybean oil or whatever refined oil, so just imagining that that's bad on so many levels. And so avoiding that, of course, and if you want fewer symptoms, it's really important to take fewer risks to avoid these artificial estrogen's. Yeah, I would agree with you. And it's some. There's a lot of options that we give people who miss sort of those fried, you know, and and that flavor profile yet another symptom of peri menopause symptoms. That we briefly mentioned is vaginal dryness. I always tell my clients who were experiencing Penhall Peri menopause symptoms. That is important to hydrate the vaginal tissue with healthy fats and oils and to make sure they're drinking 8 to 10 glasses of filtered water daily. So that might mean adding a good fatty acid supplement like l A and vitamin D and, of course, is important to have a sufficient level of vitamin D for any peri menopause symptoms. The one thing that's work for a lot of my clients is actually using coconut oil as a moisturizer. Vaginally that works great. Best kept secret. Yeah, I guess it's out now. Everybody knows Yeah, I realized many years ago that my unhealthy eating habits which my body was able to tolerate in my teens and my early twenties, but I realized it would not be wise from a long term hormonal health. So I've really committed to Getting rid of processed carbs, the junk food I mean, when I look at what I was eating, it's appalling. It's that you don't know what you didn't know exactly. Yep. Yep. And you know, Was it easy? No, of course not. Making these changes are not easy. I have a sweet tooth. But I did it over time. You know it's a process. I think that's important for all of our listeners. To understand. Making these changes is a process that takes time. You need to be patient with yourself. But I'm so happy I made that decision. So I could get pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy Healthy baby and be comfortable in that process. Yes, yeah, that's important. And if you so if you're ready to change your eating what I encourage you to do take the next 3 to 5 days and write down everything you eat and everything. So there's little Hansel's a chip, sir. Chocolate here and they're right that down. That's when I saw everything I'd eaten on paper and black and white. Ares is shocking and I'll periodically do this to you, but it made it a lot easier to have that awareness and allow me to cut out those foods. And I also included on that food journal. How I felt. So then, when I could tie certain things like my headaches to foods well, that made it even more motivating really motivates our relief of it really motivates. Yeah. Oh, and you know Britney what you were saying about? It's a process. It is a process and, um, taking a few steps, having AH, team member a nutritionist, dietitian to tow walk with you. You start taking the steps at your pace. Yeah, And pretty soon you'll look back and go. Wow. Look it look it be checking out, but I always tell my clients your health is worth it. If not now, when? Exactly when you're going down, and we understand that Changing your diet can often seem very overwhelming. Few people can actually change overnight, however, are estrogen detox plan is well thought out plan and a process that has resulted in balancing hormones for so many of our clients. Now is a great time to start because we're encouraged to cook really food at home on due to this very unfamiliar time in our lives. It's something that has helped many, many clients because it is also a great time. The grocery. With that we could go to the grocery stores at the Farmer's markets. We can make real food in our home or nourishing not only ourselves, but our families with fresh and tasty vegetables. Yeah, I think it's it's done some good for a lot of us. I think some silver linings. Yeah, yeah. And I've found person how I start. My day seems to make a break my commitment, and I think that's true for a lot of people. I always if there's one thing you change, I always recommend breakfast. It does tend to make or break things for the day. And currently, the statistic is one in eight women will get breast cancer and I keep those numbers in mind to remind me why I made this commitment. And to keep my commitment going a swell I eat lots of vegetables. Specifically those Krista first veggies that we talked about earlier.
