"Those kids. They were smart to believe that guy who told you that he could open that door. Yes yes very easy very easy to open that door. That's all he had to do because he could say these that I saw the flames right there but I was too scared of mine on and trust me was in Catholic school. You didn't cost nuns uh-huh yeah and you're darn smart not to write. Because they were right most of the time ninety nine point nine percent of the time and so you'd go sit back down after all they're an adult they know more than you do. Do and we're not supposed to be touching any kind of firearms plus where this kid was. He couldn't touch fire alarm. Could he now. And the sprinkler systems. Were the what what do you call it. the canisters the you know the put fire out exterminator fire extinguishers they were seven foot off the ground. The kids couldn't touch those so there's no no way you can touch it so this fire is going up that staircases second floor now. A lot of people had said this in fact there's a movie out or a DVD out called Angels Too Soon W W strongly recommend getting that you can only get through. WTT W about maybe twenty four twenty five dollars shipping or it's definitely worth it. They show it every single year. Round December. I it's called angels too soon. Is the name of it and so what it is. It actually got a An Award Grammy Award. If I'm not mistaken an Emmy Award Emmy Award for it but it's going to show you how that fire started. But what they they said was had. They had a door on that second floor. The fire would have just plain gone out with a fire and a staircase and just gone on out. At least that's what they were saying in there however however I still see that pipe shoot on the one side so that fire now is going up right and it's going up towards that second floor hallway but you also had the pipe shoot with a pipe shoot. It's now going between the walls it's going straight on up towards the cock law which is seven foot high. I'm sorry it's the attic addict. which is a three foot? High Attic Almeida would Almeida cobwebs. All Up above. They may have put children's papers in there. It's an attic and and so with it not being able to burn through that roof it is now going directly across the top of the children and the nuns are up there. Teaching not realize that this splash fire has suddenly gone above them they also have to vents. They have a hallway in there. Okay the hallway separating the eighth grade and the sixth great from the one side and seven fourth and fifth grade from the other always down that center and again. It's got all your coats down that hallway to with a traveling across the cock law. which is the attic right above them? They have to vents one end of the hallway and the opposite end of the hallway. These events so the fire is going to start coming out the one event one and travels fast can towards the opposite side and now becoming out the other Band Fire Commissioner Commissioner Robert Quinn back then said this fire travels faster than the fastest human being can run can run so there was no way for them to be able to get out at north weighing except to jump because guess what you have a fire totally carbon straight down that hallway and so that is what's going to it'd be greeting those nuns now end. Yeah they they were nuns. Also teacher Nolan picking all nuns all nuns up in that. Wow isn't that and it didn't matter which side of the hallway or you were on a Nielsen. You're doomed. You were doing because guess what you could not get out because guess what you had a fire fire was totally down that hallway. In in fact I forgot about that little old pipe shoot thing remember. That's how could it crept on up there through that area there. So That's within the wall over there so this thing is coming down the hallway away and everybody's getting warmer and warmer and warmer within the classrooms and so with them getting warm and they're one of the nuns seventh grade teacher. Take your who's right up against the fire there as like my gosh. The things are getting very very warm in here. Wow so she's going to sell the open up in fact by the way they give your classroom. Okay you have a door up by the teacher's desk okay. which is towards the front and Adore towards the the the the the back end of the classroom? So there's two doors ores in there okay. Two doors into the hallway so the none in the seventh grade sister can acis going to go and she's going to open that door to look out and slammed the door shut because it's hotter than blazes out there in fact her face the black face. It's GonNa be that bad that bad but beforehand. They're sitting in their. What's going to happen is all of a sudden? It's going to start to rattle. Everything's rooms getting warmer and warmer. Let me all the windows. Everything's starting to rattle. The air is getting getting sucked out of the hallway. It's all getting sucked out of the hallway. So what's happened is they're starting to laugh in. The seventh grade is like my gosh. We got ghosts in there. Don't we we have goes out out there. All of a sudden it's GONNA start getting warmer and warmer and warmer and all the sudden. The walls are going to start to turn from from from white to Tan Dan to Brown the room getting ready to ignite. And so you've got all the ceiling turning that color you've got the walls during that color sisters sisters GonNa look on out and go. Oh my God. We're trapped we can't get out the only way to go is to the windows and so the children in the seventh grader GONNA go. Oh towards those windows and according to the movie angels too soon they're going to say we were grotius. Animals inherit to get out. We had to do whatever are we had to do. And so they're going to go out towards that windows to a twenty five foot trap and some of the children will fall right along the brick as they're heading all the way to the bottom. One girl will shatter her hip pretty bad to where he's going to have four hip replacements. What she's going to have to have there was nothing in there was no sprinkler systems? Mo- smoke alarms. And that was that particular arom now. Their Room is GONNA wind up. Being the fourth graders in the center they're going GonNa get it the worst and they're the ones that were between seventh graders with your right up against the fire. Fourth graders are in the middle of the hallway. And they're right up against it's the fifth graders. which could have maybe had the best chance to get out because they were towards the front of the building neighbors avenue fourth grade? What's going to happen in their one of the the sisters is going to be in there? She's at one end of the classroom and he's going to sell they realize my gosh. It's getting awful warm in here. So what she is going to do is share her name. Sisters seraphic graphic. Kelly is sweet non. They said they referred to her sister. Holy Water She's always blessing. Everybody my friend Cathy. Cincinnati had told me Al.. We always assist holy water. She was such a beautiful none. He's going to be at the front end trying to see what's going on a child's going to go to the back end both of them open the door at the same moment and this is going to blow them into the room. Now the fire is in with the fourth graders and the fourth graders are going to pile up towards towards the windows. Trying to get on out. Drawback is going to have to pile up one after another trying to get out there too short to get up an out of the windows and they're going to have to jump. There's a beautiful girl binding this Sharleen Camp Anneli and Charlene is going to be there in the center and she's all of a sudden gonNA get up and she's going to realize I can't do anything except go. Go out those windows. The boys are going to be pulling on her. Like you wouldn't believe and she's going to say no I've got to jump. I've got to get out of here. I've got to get out of here. So what's going to happen with Charlene. He's still on the said. My God it looks just like the Empire State Building is I'm looking down there. And she will suddenly have to fall out of the bill out of the room and when they're out there think think about it. You're hopeful that somebody's going to be able to catch you but with fire behind you. You've got all of that going on now. There's my dear Peggy's room which his room to twelve. What's going to happen is is he said all of a sudden we saw all all this smoke coming into the room and he said I started to stand up she started to stand up and all of a sudden he was seeing the none was suddenly getting draped with all these children children screaming for their mothers coming around as the smoke is pouring into the room he said Jim you could not see your hand in front of your face eventually? It was that bad but the the smoke but he will look at Peggy. She will look at him he will suddenly look towards the boy who is right up in front of them and can't see him. The boy was wearing a white shirt. Like I'm wearing wearing right here. Couldn't see him at all in fact what's going to happen with John. Raymond is he's going to try to get up and get out down the aisle and he suddenly falls over the boy's body in front of him. The boy is dying gasping for air. So is John Raymond and what John told me was this. He said it was like drinking several glasses of tax. He said said if you have ever and that's how they said Christ died he suffocated okay. You suddenly suffocating. You will do anything to try to get out. And so he pushed shove whatever he had they do to get out those windows. That's what he did. Plus he had those damn desks right there in the way they were bolted to the floor bolted to the floor so John Raymond's going to get up up there on the ledge and tumble out. He's going to hurt his side badly as he tumbles out as he looks up he's going to see all the smoke oke in fact the the movie angels too soon. By W W is going to show you. It's like a cardboard box effect. The smoke is billowing out there. There's no way you can breathe. John told me this he said Jim. This may sound heartless but he said those guys if he ever saw nine eleven. How they're jumping out of that building? He he said that was the best damn thing that ever happened for me. said I sound heartless but if you have ever breath in smoke like that where you are gasping for air. He said he'll do anything to add air and he said for those God love those people that fell out of that window at least ahead air before they hit the ground he said I have never been through such hell as not having been able to breath but he said I looked up at the window. He said there was my none trying to look on out. He said but I saw less and less children. Non and more and more smoke smoke twenty-eight children plus that none will die in that room due to smoke inhalation. That's how they're going to die. Not Flames smoke in in that room because he talked to you about his jump he no..

"Well let me ask you something. No is there any any part of your brain. That's going he wants to sleep with me. No maybe it should never never never got that vibe. From him. Only recently only at a dinner party it was only a couple years ago. Someone said something to him about me because we're sitting next to each other and chatting China in and he's like world friends or whatever and one of his guy friends was said something like a joke about dating. He looked at me really quizzical. Like I never did do that did I am. I was like no forgotten now. You're you're at an age where I could not even on the rails. I might be getting getting older. I guess you know what it is so often when we hear the word mentor and it's offered by some older actor. It's it's a real red red flag but this is a great story this is. I'm very naive to that too. I never had that feeling. I never felt unsafe. I was in his home alone and and never had add that boy. I I gotta say of of all the people that we've got to meet or be around. He's the guy that I'll I've many any times. been walking off the floor of the Lakers in the tunnel. And you're with him and I look at him and I'm dislike. I couldn't begin to say hi to him. I'm so intimidated mandated by him. He really is in some weird zone in my mind of just other level other otherworldly. Yeah yeah he's a a normal dude he's not a regular guy but he is been. He has been very helpful to me. 'cause I after madman ended and I got offer for last man on earth like I was just like people are only going to remember me as betty and he said that the worst thing he's like well you got to keep working. He's like people people only know me from like the joker or the shining even get scripts and I'm like yes. I believe how we see. We are all people. Stories are so funny because I remember. I actually told this story when I interviewed but when I was dating kate and got to hang out with Kurt Russell. Aw He would tell me all the time like a lot. I'd never get fucking recognized if I wasn't married Goldie but I'm always with Goldie and everyone knows her and then they figure out it's me and I'm like that in in your mind. That's the truth isn't it and we just see ourselves differently. Yes yeah you know what's funny is I actually thought of you thought of you when when you started last man on earth is you know it's our that was our favorite comedy for like three. You said that that's so cool when people say hof genius level comedy as far drugs. Listen I'm so smart. Funny we all I love it. We love it. We loved it but I thought of you and I was like man. I'm envious of you being on madman and yet I would be so overwhelmed with the decision decision of what's next. It's so stressful. Because you have all this cachet people want you. You're also realize it's got a time stamp on it like it. Will you know after after however many years that that won't be. This is a stressful time to make a decision. Isn't it. Yeah I mean my agent pushed me into that a bit. 'cause I got the offer for last man while we're we're still wrapping up madman and I was super scared to do it for me just as a person it was the right thing to do for my soul to go do comedy do something fun where I'm just laughing all day and be a just in a different atmosphere and then when they said shoots in Chatsworth was like like twenty minutes from my house old. Yeah Old Pretty Leo where it shoots. Is Everything Kristen I. It's just an option for us to be gone for for eight months of the year. Whatever just did Sean Toronto from January till May and it was so cold and so foreign and bring my son take him out of school? It was just very hard it all around. Yeah what was that. Not The politician all politicians shot here. Okay so that was. I wasn't in very much of it. So that was reas- is that this one was spinning out which comes out January first okay net flicks okay spinning out about figure skating and bipolar depression forest crisanto. That'll trope boy. I've seen that a thousand times if I gotTA watch one more goddamn series about bipolar. I'm going to give to skate in it. I play sort of like a Tonya harding. A mom figure skater and I have two daughters. I don't know if I get a job where I don't have to slap my kid. Ah that's your career. Goal is to be in some abuse a child on. You're the you're the big the big fish. Yeah Yeah I don't yeah right. Let's talk about that. This is a lot of pressure. Yeah Yeah Yeah so not. Nearly on the scale as yours is but when parenthood ended. I'm like I'm getting offered now to be the the only person or one of two people things and I was like. I've I have done this before. I've made these mistakes before like I was in an ensemble without a paddle great and then immediately needed to be lead to something and then you know I've never had that wish ever I mean I just I don't know that I have the motivation or the drive to want to be that person. I'm not married to the job enough to really want to worry about that. Doc is that something that is a product of having a child or have. You always been this way. I've always been that way. Oh it wasn't something that I ever aspired to be a real away. If I failed or about audition it rolled off my back. Oh it didn't bother me like 'cause there was always a reason. Mother was told to me my agent on our manager. Or whatever like you're not right for this because this and I was like sure that's fine. I never went home crying after something. It's also the truth. I tried to tell this to Monaco. The she's not listening. But the fact that you were up against Elizabeth Moss for Peggy. I can't imagine you being Peggy Aggie because no me neither did anyone other than Elizabeth Moss rank Peggy. You might delivered it perfectly but then just the packaging. You're like well. I don't know that that all this other story we're gonNA tell on top of the exact same sense it nothing to do with your performance at all it's just no more succinctly just said you're too pretty to play Peggy uh-huh right in that can just that's can but I am. I supposed to be upset about that. Like I don't know then write me something interesting where I can can. Yeah look the way I look. I don't know yeah but most people leave those auditions and They they did what they wanted to do. And then they don't get it so then nate they start thinking like well. Maybe the thing I think I do well is not it and I need to refine what I'm doing and I'm like no if you know what you're doing are you can and find your voice and be you leave it at that and then you're going to be right or wrong for some stuff. Are- draft why was just had in the back of my mind that I wasn't going to be the and this job for a long like I'm going to do this going to be fun and then I'm GonNa go be a Marine biologist and get married have kids or live with my parents or whatever it is like I i. I wasn't worried about plan B.. I had my things that I could do or meteorologists. I got all kinds of things I wanted to still do by the way. Yeah have you ever guest meteorologist. No but I used to be obsessed with unsolved mysteries. Robert Stack member. Oh until Mr yes. I was scared of that. Show I wanted to you that guy so badly and and this is like January Jones reporting live from the tornado. Like I just wanted to be a mystery to know it kills me by the way of my weather Woman was January Jones. I would call bullshit. I'd be like that's not her name. January Jones all of a sudden. What about what really Dallas rainless ways but but again I immediately go? He made that name up but he may really be named Dallas Raines. I doubt it. But what if he was or there's another guy like stormy Daniels or no. That's yeah she should become a meteorology on the street. I Ah Oh boy oh boy. I renamed myself January snow okay. Do you let Keith Morrison. I know the name what does He. He's one of the league guys on Dateline. Oh yes silver her Fox yes they do or Dan Rather Tom Brokaw causeways. My favorite Tom. Bro- from South Dakota by. Yeah he's on the state shirt with me and are you. Are you as directed to them. Yeah just because they seem really smart and they they imbued confidence too. That's why they're good at it. They make everyone feel safe. They can deliver w very scary information but in a very calm way and you feel very even register. Yeah Yeah Yeah. It's hot voice. Yeah who's is your dream may currently like Ricky Gervais as or. Oh Wow that's a good wall is going to be thrilled. Costed sit him at an awards. You're not having it. You're kidding it was really nervous thing. He was supposed Globes or something. Oh Buzzed Stephen Merchant. And I was like get me in there right now super nervy all my gosh. "It looks like when Tobias few gay got like hair plugs and arrested development developments season three. It's amazing also like he looks like shades of Fisher. Stevens and hacker with like. That's macaques. Yeah it's just I love it and we're going to be seeing it a lot more. Don't worry because I feel like we very rarely outside of walkabout get the ball. John Locke look they really really want us to look at John Locks quote unquote earlier years when he got into very hairy situations quite literally. I just love it I I think he looks great. I I think it's I think it's fantastic. I like how when he gets angry at hangs low like it's almost in his mouth. It's just a great piece. It's a great piece Pretoria Quinta half to work with. I think it's just like it. Localize lock in this at various specific time this age of innocence before everything goes wrong and then he still has the hair after things have started to go wrong. But it's like it's like haggard it's progressively more of like he. He's literally like you can imagine literally ripping his hair up Anthony Cooper. I think it like it. It adds to the sadness of him is the way that I read it. It's like the way that it looks on him like kind of just like like he. He kind of feels like a very large boy. And I think that there are many ways in which that's actually fairly accurate of John Locke somebody whose growth was fairly stunted You know I think that this is somebody who has really struggled to ever belong anywhere. This is somebody who's ever who's who is really struggled to ever find his purpose you know he. He was bouncing around from home to home to home. Never really had stability in his life when he finally meets his parents. This episode is what happens. This is a very very sad man is the guy who loves to play Games. You know he he reads a lot and fantasizes a lot He's a he's a big dreamer but not a big doer until he gets to the island. And I think that there's just there's there's like a quality of like a he's he's like a teenager in an adult body in a lot of ways to me and I think that that's part of the reason why he's such a great character and why he has some of that childlike wonder when he's out on the island that like yes. He's very wise in a lot of ways but he's also very youthful in a lot of ways. Where like like? This is the first chance he's ever had to actually be alive and live his life and really do everything that it is he wanted to say. Screw you dad. Look what I could do here now so I think that like seeing him in the form that we see him. In in the flashbacks really helps to crystallize quality about him for me. I think that the hair there. Even though it's an easy punch line I think really helps to to add to that is that for for John Locke plus I will say I think. Jack's hair man of science manifest is way way worse. It's very very Charlie Salinger. It's very party of five Which I think is pretty fun? But we're still. We're still some weeks away from that. Mike Bloom for now. We've got the mouse trap. Lock is teaching this kid how to play mouse trap and obviously it's like a a really easy way of setting up like what the Ark of the episode is going to be right like that. That Anthony Cooper is going to spring this mouse trap for John Locke to give him his kidney with locking and also is lock in this case the diver. Considering he'll we'll take a dive out well he will be eventually for sure. Yeah I also like the connection to last episode where he told Claire Putting bits and pieces together not only referring to the cradle but also or her memories and here he talked about how he loves piece by piece. It all comes together. which not only we're flexible on last episode but this episode to where you just see again another reason Weisloch has been so contemptible and slow moving on this hatch process? Because he's really been trying to think each and every piece of plan through to the point where I think one of the things that unfortunately dams boone the end here is that lock sort of gets this vision decides to immediately rush ahead and not take slow going as he has in the past yes absolutely agreed read and I think that that's another thing that's great about lock is how detail oriented. He is how he how he loves process. How how why he understands so many any different things because he likes to assemble and disassemble and reassemble and study things piece by piece? That's another like control thing right like that's another power thing when you're so powerless in so much of your life. That's something you can control. You can be the master of many different arenas and I think that that's something that John Locke really craves for himself. So even in a game like mouse trap is going to scratch that itch for him. Where your your whole goal is to create the Perfect Rube Goldberg machine to to win the day out? But the other thing that I love about this sets up the cooper thing but this is this is the story of John Locke sadly it's not just the story of John Locke here in days ex- Makina this is the story of John Locke on lost. This is the story of John Locke on the island. He's the mouse and the man in black is leading him into a trap especially all that action at the end of season four going into the entirety of season. Five like yeah it really feel like these leading him around the board to an ultimate destination where he ends up dying and then the man in black is able to take him over and successfully trap him. It's it's a great great microcosm of his general art and the fact of the matter is also in taking his maiden black comes the mouse trapped in the island and now sort of is like this weird sequel to mouse trap of right right okay. The mouth is under the cage now. The mouse has to escape so it can go eat the cheese all around the world. Alright so emily lock is gonNA show it with their big big coat. She's got the big coat on on K.. What do you? What are you looking for? What's up second? Just you know God so awkward football. Football's this is this. Oh Yeah. Football's ALA regulation. I'll fifteen for NERF. Why are they so far apart? Just keep them pretty close together. Yeah like the people who generally are looking for NERF. Footballs might want to look for their pigskin comparison. Like unless you're trying to install some sort of like exercise policy to space Saudis many. Hey Hammers Nile one nails in. I'll thirty seven just to get people on the move it. It just seems like poor planning on this stores part. Maybe I'll fifteen for regulation attention Iowa. Sixteen for nervous. We Wanna stick with the numbers. Yeah exactly I also think that I mean I surprise surprise. I was not really a football throwing person but Mella male throwing a good football around anyway. I've never done that. I've I have no idea how to throw a football. Football's like they made aid because there were called like the vortex which were much smaller there. They were the ones who have details to them and they like they pimp those things out in the late nineties the earliest ones out the NERF. Footballs there were ones. That lit up in the dark. I made whistle sound. When you through it like they? They knew what was making getting money and they double down. I wouldn't be surprised if maybe a few years from when this took place they say okay. Regulation I'll eight NERF aisles. Fifteen sixteen and Seventeen Mike. I always knew you were a scruffy NERF herder. This doesn't surprise me at all. I'm just I just love shooting. A bunch of wamplers with my football on the island. Lock is with Boone. They are at the hatch. They've excavated it more. It's really starting to jet out and they're GONNA they're gonNA try and do this thing. They've been they've been. This is why we haven't seen what's going on the hatch for a while because it's taking forever to build the great and powerful drabber Shea but don't try to spell it yeah. Why do you spell? Trevor Shea. I it's G. R. E. H. E. T. so there's there's little wrench to it. There's a tea at the end Boone's call a Trevor Shannon. It's called Trevor share because trevor shape expect. This is the guy who responded to work for box company company. Yeah the box box as Buddha's going to say later on like you or he's going to say it right now actually like. Hey I don't know too much about you. And this is a good example of why that's the really wants to know more areas like one minute. You're quoting NICI the next year. An engineer like what's your story man likes us out for you would it. Would it really. I think your story would would fascinate people. John I mean listen so I was. I was raised in several different foster homes. One one day when I was young. Man This guy with eyeliner on his eyes came to me and put a knife and a compass in a jar of sand in front of me on a map and then he took all the stuff and he seemed pretty disappointed in me and then I tried to gotten to boy scouts and then I I wanted to go to science camp and people wanted me to go to sports camp And I didn't WanNa do the sports thing and then I lived a long life and met my father who had never met before and we bonded and I gave him my kidney but it turned out he was a con man and he conned me out of my kidney and then I fell in love with Peggy Aggie from Mary children and things worked out pretty well there for a little while but then my dad came back. Because I couldn't let it go. Peggy left me and then I got a really upset and I went and worked on a farm for a while and I befriended this young guy on the side of the road and turned his secret. FBI agent shot but then he was like your farmer not a hunter so I let him go and then I found I started working like electrical engineering and stuff and then this kid. He's from the from one of those medical shows in the USA network. He showed up and he's like hey. I think that your dad is marrying my mom. I'm pretty sure he's a con man and then that kid died and so I got really nervous and I looked into it some more and I said Hey dad did you kill the guy no son come. I'm in here. Let's have some whiskey up just getting pushed me out a window and I fell stories and shattered my back and then this weird guy with blond hair came up to me and touch me on the shoulder I said. Hey It's not your fault everything's GonNa be okay. Sorry this happened to you. And then he walked away and then I was paralyzed for four years. And this Guy Matthew Avedon wheeled around in the hospital for a while and told told me that I should go on a walkabout and maybe that would fix everything up and so I spent the next little while working for a box company and test and we made boxes and I was fantasizing about the walk about. Now it's also having a phone relationship with somebody who is who called Helen. Even though she wasn't Helen and I'm sorry. I called her peggy before. Obviously her name is Helen. Now Wins Australia. And they didn't let me go on the walkabout and then I flew back to La but we crashed on this island. It now I can walk but tell me about your sister. What happened with her? That's the thing is that lock has got to be bored by the story. It's a lot. I mean that could have occupied several afternoons just clothing Nici but yeah I mean it also says that shows. How much boone is sort of become under locks? I won't say control but at least under his possession a bit in that you. You know the boone could very easily talk to kate and Sawyer and be like locks opened up. They're like Oh really because he told us this really great story about this girl who apparently possessed zest dog and the dog came and stayed with them for the my his foster mother for a few years. But again because boone at lock sort of requests for closed everything off breath to people around him. He's really just so focused on lock and I think that's the reason why he's just growing so frustrated with this man that he serving under is not providing him with any details about not necessarily why he should be working under him but who.

"Question. Maybe academic something to help make things right so I wanted to speak up and speak out about peace and reconciliation. That was passionate about that and so I did. Ed and I want to do that because I wanted to. Also leave the legs seat for my two sons. That was different from the legacy that was left for me so for eleven years I I spoke all across the country. Bats Peace and reconciliation and The book book I wrote for my two sons mark. Anna has been our Collaborated on the book. His mark is live forty. Six years On the broken road with me and I wrote it for my two sons so The let that legs. We left them. If I may say feel he also wrote it for all of us because you have this unique view this no one else has the perspective on on George Wallace was was Other than you and and your siblings. But you're the one who's who has who speaking here Who has written this book and to that to that end? Peggy if I could ask ask you I I'd love to hear I'd love to hear about sort of the lessons that you draw from your father's life and let me just okay. Let me just put it this way in two thousand fifteen when then candidate. Donald Trump came down that golden staircase and and announced his candidacy for president. How much of his approach and what he said how much that was familiar to you familiar to you? Well some of it was familiar to me I don't really compare them anymore. But some of some of was familiar but front My father It was it was it was just different there was some similarity in way. They campaigned and The way that they both knew that hate and fear Moat. That's what motivated voters but My father was Just not To the extreme mm-hmm that we are now today Can Can I just jump in there for a second pay. Your father was not to the extreme that we have today I mean he he sure he was he east. He for years he to- he called for salvation forever birds. Yes I think he he end up. I'm I'm saying that I don't think he would've ever Taken can children away from their parents. The board that kind of thing. Yes he yes he was a racist segregationist. Yes That yeah I don't But he had the capacity to So if you want if if you you WanNa go to have some similar the campaign slogans were you know coded That kind of that kind of thing and Peggy when you say that their campaign slogans were similar Miller. Obviously the president's being make America great again And George Wallace's being stand up for America you write in your book that that I'm just GonNa read a little portion here of your book. Pay You write quote. Daddy tapped into a complicated network of political ideals and cultural values. He was aware aware of the somewhat perverse attitude of the white middle-class toward power here under de understood that when middle-class whites perceived that the American dream was no longer within reach they would become blindly loyal to the person they believed could reclaim it for them. And then you say daddy and Donald Trump would have agreed on at least one thing thing. While powerless people may sometimes be skeptical of those who have the power powerful people people are the ones. They most often worship accepting the authority without question and teaching their children. That respect for authority is a moral absolute and that is at the heart of the appeal of both stand. Stand up for America and make America great again so That's from Peggy. Wallace's pay you. All's Kennedy's book the Broken Road. Peggy aggie is that. That's one of the ways that you think that they were similar visit. That is correct right. That's great so then tell us how that understanding like how how that helps us understand sort of how to bring America How to get that reconciliation today? Wow well. My father had the capacity to change And you know as far as American people reconciliation is is within reach for every American no matter what in what circumstances you know. Racism has become sort of a national security threat oft we see continued hatred and racism and violence and But the country entry has the capacity to move toward reconciliation and understanding. I think I think every fellow man can reach and and for their neighbor Cher their dreams their beliefs. We need to feel feel authors celebrate others everyone has a history and that's the fabric of their lives. We must us come together as one country. We have to come together as one America because just like I said before John Lewis says we cannot go back we are one family we are one America. That's reconciliation. We have to do this. We all we will stand up. Not Stand by like I said before. Being being patriotic is not political. It's Patriotic Peggy..

"I was very curious to hear as was a couple of listeners. Including Courtney who had some questions about the horns peggy and Samantha. I was curious to hear that you guys heard. They have been listening to podcasts. I'm not going to ask you how you know that. Probably just through sources right. Are you hoping that they will come. Forward after listening to this podcast with either some information or with something disputing something that you said that you can then work with. What is your hope there? I I mean it's not like we're making them listen to it if they're listening to other listening to it Of course would always hope that if they have information that could make a difference in this case that they would come forward. Yeah I mean it's through some sources I I will say I want to mention something interesting that you know how like uh-huh as the series has been going on every so often people will pop up and say oh about that episode. What you mentioned there I know some more information about it? Re- you remember the story in which Sam's brother other was killed By Rose Rudman's nephew remember. Sorry yes Rebecca and rose went to prison for it for killing Sam's brother or helping kills brotherhood. Whatever conspiring to kill him well it turned out? Somebody contacted us. Witness contacted us and told us that apparently the only reason rose actually she had gone to the police. She had recorded her nephew. Basically confessing that you went to the police which was always an odd thing understood why she did that. according to this witness who was there at the time a around the Horn family Sam and Peggy had turned against her and said we know that you were behind us. We're GONNA make sure like you know they. They recorded her talking about murder and we're going to turn her in so she thought this is one way to protect myself so apparently there is not great blood. Between there's some bad blood between rose and her daughter and grand daughter Samantha and. Peggy aggie So you never know who will break. You know. That's an interesting detail about them recording her it just it it strikes me that like. That's a thing that people work with the police do. That's not a thing that people typically do on their own. You know what I mean. I don't know that's an interesting detail but ever since then there's been some some bad blood between them. I could imagine Colin if you did that to member of your family. Wouldn't you assume there'll be some bad blood after that. I don't think Thanksgiving dinner. It would be that now Colin Lisa asks the question Listener Lisa. She says I listened on my way home from school tonight and she is a law. Student apparently She wants to know more about what is next for Greg legally. And how the podcast or what you guys have uncovered could help now. You guys talked about this in the last asked episode Colin. Do you have any thoughts about that. And then I would last the rest of the panel as we mentioned in the episode. There's this Tennessee. Law Firm and innocence project who are interested in getting involved in so one option is the post conviction DNA testing statute. That can be done brady claims. Although we're seeing some question marks enjoy Watkins case Georgia dear radically Brady claims or something that you can bring even decades later. It's something you were not aware era in that still viable on their successor. Habeas petitions where if you have new evidence reclaims including evidence pointing to alternate suspects. Suspect that is something you can petition the court to get back into court so there are a variety of different legal options that depending upon exactly what exists here her could be explored as next step in the case and right now the The folks that I'm talking to you know I think we'll probably be representing Grech They've kind of come up with a three prong strategy which I can't discuss yet but it doesn't involve some would would call and saying but also some other avenues That that might still exist so I think you know. Unlike some of the other cases Greg does have more options than some of the folks cases. We've covered one thing I was. I was curious about Colin. Do you think you and Susan the information that Lacey has given us in like fairly. Recently the last six months would any about rise to the level of like new evidence. Yeah making it's harder with the witness statements like that. Yeah 'cause 'cause I don't think so. 'cause lacy was always in the record we always always. It's not like someone that could have been talked to right if he wasn't if he wasn't giving more information at the time. And what can you do without. I mean wouldn't you you say that. That was due diligence that he had spoken to. Maybe I think it's I don't think there's an easy answer for that one. Yeah it's very much agree reason. They're gray area as to whether that would be new incorr- lavery opening the case but if the case where reopened and there were a new trial. He's a potential defense witness for sure right sure absolutely. Yeah and if I mean if he I don't know would you be able to use the recordings of him in court. I mean do you guys think that the material that you guys have put together here could be used in an appeal process or in a court case at some point and do you plan. I'm curious about your process. The person who's going to be representing where people can representing Greg. Now would you work with them. And give them the stuff that you guys have compiled. Ideally would need any of that because ideally witnessed willing to testify themselves to stand and so I if everything works out like the ideal way that according to our meaningless right the questions will happen. Say the witness is no longer available or is no longer cooperating. Operating right right okay. A lot of our listeners had were curious about the story line Sort of posed greis conviction. You guys kind kind of got into it in the podcast about his personal life. And we heard about that really heartbreaking situation with Becky and her death and her Difficult relationships ships after he was incarcerated and a bunch of listeners including toby want to know whether or not greg has any contact with his daughter today. How she's doing if you know anything about that and you can say anything about that at all? He and others would like to know. And if you can't I think I understand why no I mean like I mean. Greg has always always maintained a close relationship with his daughter. Rebecca and Rebecca is in constant communication with him when I was looking at one of the Around the time time right after Beck is death when Greg was fighting from behind bars to keep his parental rights. He said he submitted along with his I can't can't remember. It was like a a response to a petitioner a letter to the child protective services or whatever A log of the prison visits where in the last like in the previous two years Rebecca had visited him one hundred ninety nine time prison. So He's you know he did his best to help even fund her as she went to college and and Rebecca's doing She's doing as well. She can You know she's. She's basically been raised by her grandparents but she's an adult now and she's a lovely young human being And Yeah they're very close. Isn't that unusual. I mean he has been in prison her whole life and they maintain a relationship this whole time. That seems very unusual. That was his commitment. I mean he's that's like his heart and soul Rebecca now. Stephen asked a question and I just want to give you guys a chance to clear it up because I know what the intentions were because I read the script there was a reference in the last Episode Oh to Greg's quote infidelity and Stephen as asking again just to confirm that we all understand in that. This podcast understands that. Individuality isn't necessarily Non Monogamy is not necessarily infidelity and so forth. And that they seem to have an understanding of sorts or can we just say that we we all understand that or is anybody on this panel. not agree with that because I think that the podcast made that clear right I guess I I anita shorthand word for a second. I was trying to think what the issue was and I did realize it I it. It's a good point but in. Yeah but isn't it more about the jury's potential perception though than it it is about. I mean that to me was how this has always been framed like Greg can say he and Becky had an agreement perception. Yeah Yeah exactly right I it and that's yeah well we'll in scripting this. That's how and maybe it wasn't phrased while but that was kind of the point is like despite what the perception of that whole thing might have been which was the negative perception of infidelity The reality was that you know his marriage to. Becky was not just a marriage of convenience at the time Is there anything else that any of you would like to add. Final thoughts coming up this series and where we left it. Oh Gosh I mean there's a bunch of stuff that could be included for different reasons just again. There's so many people whose names pop up in the cases that are a lot of them are kind of interesting details but also I didn't WanNa keep being redundant and how many names can you expect listeners to remember it's like Oh one more person who said Sam was crazy killer. Oh there's another person who said Sam was a crazy killer. I I mean like there's so many of them well. I'm kind of excited now because I feel like now the reportings have been done The investigation as far as I'm concerned is not over. We have some new leads that we're we're going to be looking at the next couple of months As I'll be back in Cookeville Tennessee for that at some point And I think this potentially new evidence that still exist and I think there's other people that might come forward to as this goes on but I'm excited to see all of this kind of come to fruition in court just getting him back in court it somehow and Let's see you know. Greg just recently had a birthday so happy with Greg and would it be terrible. Said hello to Pam Peggy and cement no Hi Guys and we heard you're listening. If you have anything you'd like to say send us a note. We Love to hear it so Colin and Susan. We heard a Robbie say at the end of this episode this week. That guy's going on your annual hiatus and that you're sort of regrouping for a series of stories and episodes working on next year. Is there anything anything that you can tell me and listeners about what you're working on if not in substance at least in spirit so that I know what I will be looking forward to. I'm always about answering these questions valley giving way too much. Can't you just tell us like the theme. Is there a theme. We should be looking forward to if not like a specific name. What's what's going to outrage us? Next time we hear from you and everything. It's a crazy escape Colin. What about you? It'll be closer to.

"peggy aggie" Discussed on The Real Madrid Podcast

"At the stratosphere that Real Madrid plays in especially considering your of Atlantico the reemergence of this Athletico this year and with a quest finally dethroned Barcelona after the last two embarrassments Real Madrid both in Europe and in Spain are going to need to keep the pedal to the metal so there's going to be spot time here there. There can't be time to really lead someone in on the defensive side considering all of the criticism that's thrown at them and the the the weaknesses that they do have especially again no Kayla novice anymore and I've seen audio as a similar type player but I don't know if he has that personality that Taylor had to be able to shrug off mistakes aches were or mishaps and with diva courtois credit to him. I think he's getting a little bit better in his aggressiveness in his ability and willingness to come off the line in here or there but she has a reaction deeper. He's not an action keeper and for Reality Drid even two or three years ago when these players were younger fitter later and more mobile versatile you still need cheaper like to see us in his prime like novice to come in and sweet things up and I think with with courtois again a Florentino signing a floating Tino Egos signing. I think it's something that might have been the one situation where floating told Z. Dan This is the decision that has to be made everything else you can choose but were limits this Real Madrid as good as he is. I don't think he fits in so with that in mind I have a feeling that they'll try and stick with the stayed an untrue and limit mistakes and I think eight thousand and a half to bide his time and then try and take advantage of it when it finally does come lastly. I I just want to touch on the systems now. We've had seventeen. O players us. We've had three systems in the gangs. We had the four four to against are we had the four one four one against violently with Casimir applying the holding row Benz of the loan Ford Upfront iskoe Played Ed so too did Hamas and then in the game against Celta Vigo. We had the the full three three does Z. Dan Know what his best team mm-hmm is and the system the suits that team. I think the answer is yes what he wants to see. If there's a better way to move that Rubik's cube around in fact if you go back especially prior to the transfer window where a couple of players might move but if you go back to the started the season Hartley do well largely due to his art injury. There were no changes. I mean it was with Hamas and bail even sliding in if anything going backwards but the the spark that for men the showed maybe opens the door for a little bit of a change there what we've seen from willingness. I guess to sit cross occasionally motoric. Maybe even a little bit more. maybe opens the door elsewhere the willingness to slide Benishi over to the right and see what he has to do. Now we'll find out what happens with Rigo now that he can slide in due to the Citizenship Issues I think in many ways the best Real Madrid incinerating Zedong's mind is pretty much the Madrid. He left a couple of years ago and he's trying to find ways to spice it up and really other than me. I don't think anyone has really stepped to the fore yet talked about Yovich. I think he's he's enamored with Lucas. Vasquez is enamored little less but still loves each go. You'll find ways to get those players out there when he can so I think even goes. Perhaps even a bit deeper than eleven deep. I think in many ways is top twelve or thirteen. It is pretty much rock solid in very few of the newcomers have forced their way in. They are creating a made. If you look the season's stats so far eighteen point seven shots per game six different plays with one assist each this season if you don't pay too much attention to the average possession because they've had two red cards which have obviously affected that the early season statistical analysis of this team looks looks good Benza with a couple of goals bail with a couple of goals cruises on the scoresheet Vasquez on the scoresheet. The ability of others us to serve up assist and get involved in goalscoring activities is also a bit of a bonus absolutely and I. It got into a little bit of it earlier. I should have probably wait until the transfer window with Rodney Marsh who I work with with Sirius. XM satellite radio over here kind of like a talk soccer sport football over in the United States and Canada where at the end of last season I saw the weakness of Barcelona I saw the weakness of Real Madrid and I saw the demolition of Athletico Madrid and the thought crossed my mind. There is the very outside possibility that someone outside of those three can sneak in and round the title and way even came out is there was a possibility for each of those three giants to finish outside the top four. I'm not saying it's going to happen. The moves that were made in the transfer window. seem to have a put paid to with that thought. I think Barcelona still trying to to find a spark to catch a live. I think Rayon Madrid's trying to find its footing and Athletico Madrid. It has been phenomenal and the the point I would be little concern with this. You could go back four or five years with with some Yanni and each year the first half of the season is him trying to make it let it go. Madrid wargin attacking creative team I Christmas. He realizes not GonNa work and they just go back to the salt mine for the second half way back into this time around those some of the players they've picked up. They might be able to keep this going and with that in mind. I think that it puts a little more pressure on a Real Madrid. I think that they are more capable of handling handling that pressure that I would have thought same with Barcelona but I think it let it go is thrown their gauntlet down. Now you look at some of the other teams that are that are kind of in the mix and maybe you could look at it sooner and elevates or at Granada and say okay that's just early days but what's going on at severe return of Monchy low Peggy aggie with chip on his shoulder some of the players that they have brought in a faquir going down the other way to this. I think they could challenge for a European. Ian Spot here or there but Athletic Bilbao under God he thought Oh one of the hottest teams in Europe as avoided relegation last year and climbed just just on the edge of Europe to this year coming out of the gate strong. There's some competition and I would not be surprised if one of those the big three has to settle for Europa it would be a shock to the system but I think that again it's one of the issues with La Liga there is so much talent in Spain they have the I've even more talent to bring it in that fits into the system and even though it's not quite the full deal revenue sharing that is going on in the Premier League which is a huge part of England's professional success the the little steps that have been taken to try and balance things out as much as they can without Real Madrid Barcelona seeing a drop in the bottom line as for the most part been used wisely by some of these clubs. They don't need to spend that much to get a decent player and at the other point it means that they might not need to sell some of their best players where in the past that was how they financed the next seas so alita is bit by bit getting stronger which puts more pressure we've seen some of those early results with Barcelona Madrid having to swallow their flushes is a bit because lesser teams did not back down. They stood up to them so at the same point that the talent that is on those two teams and specifically Riyal Madrid. They're going to be up there challenging at the end and I guess in some ways it depends on does athletico fall back to the pack for Real Madrid or Varsha. Pounce bounce doesn't athletic or a severe fall by the wayside as we get towards the marathon stage and they hit the wall in a lollygag season but it should that'd be one of the more entertaining campaigns in recent years ago. I agree completely the other name that you can't actually keep out of the the crested. The moment is Josie Marino. I mean ease absolutely everywhere. He was on television in Portugal yesterday was talking about Real Madrid and remembered it as the best experience of his career he said because of what I learned as a coach and he added we had to prevent bustle under from crushing us and that that is why the Messiah Cup final when he was there was the most important game he that he played as the days go by those results stutter uh he will become more prominent again. G. IS ENIGMATIC and I guess the Russian Enigmas never quite sure of shows a once. You think you have in pinned down once you think you have have him identified. She Morse into something else and I'm not just talking about the special one to the happy one but uh-huh go back to his fourth days you go back to his inter days you go back to that first at Chelsea and it was a stratospheric honest feerick rise and then something happened and maybe it was Abramovich saying no thanks but you can't can't go home again we saw in his days with with Real Madrid at the midway point and this might have been the real real situation. I think I think it was mentioned in the in the take the ball documentary. I've I've heard it mentioned elsewhere at the peak of his managerial powers to come up against a once in a lifetime. Maybe a once in a sport generation. Shen like Barcelona had to give it your own. Do your best and still not have enough to beat. Barcelona had to crush his ego at times times had to make him maybe almost Poulos some Polian like camp out next to the stadium and just watch video twenty four seven. How do I beat this are Celona and he could you got a trophy in odd trophy here there but in some ways I think that might have been the souring of the special one and it sounds strange to say maybe for Portugal on Santa Steps Aside. Maybe for some other national team I can see where it takes a little bit of the pressure off and you you don't have to go into the daily grind of managerial work but could you see him back. Madrid though though he seems happier now he needed some work for the company our would be in sports desk on English. TV actually sat down and had a conversation with arson vendor and neither one tried to poke each other's. I was just watching him now. It is agile. It's like looking looking back at some of the youtube videos of Johann Kroth ocoee about things watching pep in German beer hall talked to the fans and even Andy Gray and his prime when when those little discs around on the board watching what does brain at work is phenomenal. He seems seems content You're probably right. The EGO will be there. The money will be there..

Look at that you can't. You can't even tell the screen is that looks great. We'll get that is impressive. Good job apple now for those of you wondering apple tease several images of the new screen tech comparing it to the all screen find X.. It released last year now. If you're Scifi fan you probably he cannot like crazy at the site of an all glass slam with such narrow Basil's. It looks impressive but is it really practical. We've already seen phones with curve displays. Registering unintended touches end durability while a curve display that glass on edges is completely absolutely unprotected if impacted obviously if that means you drop it. It's GonNa crack then there's also the tap basil's as many people on twitter pointed out making a side Basil's curve in virtually disappear into phones frame has been done before but what about the top ones it could be a little bit better there so one person pointed out as long as I don't see those black vessels care meaning the topper up left and right now the phone display is still a prototype so apple could improve on a design or maybe it's offer show and a waterfall screen ends up only being concept we shall find out as for the phone while at the teas that we have so far and it doesn't look like I think they have much more about it in terms of release date but if it is hopefully we'll be hearing more news about it soon all right now onto some gaming news. I got four articles for you guys. I know this is like a little bit longer article day. There's a lot of stuff to cover quite honestly fortnight season ten teasers point to the visitor at dusty depot season ten is just around the CORNER NEXT SEASON OF EPOCHS POPULAR BATTLE Royale game officially kicks off on Thursday August August. I and other developer traditionally does before each seasonal change over is begun dropping a few teaser images which seem hint at some kind of time more theme for the new season. I know a lot of you are interested in that the first teaser which you can see see below we have a photo of it which shared ahead of the finals of the Fortnight World Cup the tweet simply reads think back in features in image of dusty depot which is famously destroyed by giant meteor and became dusty David all. All the way back in season for those of you who weren't keeping track this seems to suggest the beloved area could be making a return in season ten now the second teaser image which dropped today features what appears to be some kind of new mech. That's coming going to the game look forward. The tweet reads which again hints at some kind of space time disruption taking place in the new season you can take a look at the second teaser image on the screen. The one on the left matches a symbol adorned owned by the visitor a skin back from season four the subtle reference might suggest the skin or possibly the character making a comeback in some capacity. No each seasonal change over in fort night is typically ugly preceded by some world changing event in earlier this month a giant robot did battle with the master that was formerly frozen beneath polar peak and we saw the results of that battle Mac was ultimately able to defeat the monster by impaling it with a giant sword hidden beneath neo tilted but the vault in Lieu Lake was damaged during a confrontation and is becoming increasingly unstable which may be the callous for whatever time related event leads to season ten with only a couple of days away time is quickly running out to complete any fortnight season nine challenges. What do you think will be coming in season ten? Be sure to drop your thoughts. Your ideas predictions in the comments section love to hear what you guys might be looking forward to. I don't know are we looking Ford took back. Is it going to be back to the future reference and we're going to hear more awesome. You Know White Grizzly bear dude goes flying by a delorean. We have no idea no idea fortnight till sees hanging on edvard seats trying to figure out what's going going on or or lands us right in the middle of a MEK monster battle essentially like Pacific Rim Style and so obviously we try to build a platform to see what's going on and you know it'd just smash it down and fly right through we shall see we shall see all right so for those who play League of legends. I'm one of the players Pantheon I'll be one of the oldest characters has been around forever is finally getting a rework ben in re in rework stages for a little while now but for those of you who are interested. Here's your I look at that Rework League of Legends Developer Riot Games has just lifted the lid on its next champion rework it in line with hints dropped earlier here this year Pantheon is an ex champion to undergo a full vigil gameplay update in a trailer shared earlier today right took fans behind the scenes honorine work rework once known as the artisan of war after the update Pantheon will be known as the unbreakable <unk> spear into video which there is a link in article the developers made clear that the champion Spartan aesthetic will remain but more could be done to give him his own personality Pantheon floor will be tweaked in line with his new update while skilled warrior named <unk> Atrios used to play hosted a god-like R._T.. Ours in a war that God would eventually defeated by another champion new demonic eight tracks giving Atrios back control of his body. The mortal warrior has returned but has the trailer shows. He's been scarred by his experiences right. They have say that Pantheon's old skills meant that many of its fights played out in the same way but felt like they couldn't move too far away from the original concept video shows off some of his new skills including a line skill shot version of his Q. A. W. That still allows players to leap to their target in e that looks like it might provide some increased defenses. All the champions abilities have been changed but riot says that his iconic ultimate is mostly the same renamed Grand Star Fall the ability now brings Pantheon in at an angle seeing him streak across the map which should make it easier for skill players to hit more enemies so Europe Pantheon Europe it finally dudes men needing rework ever glad see him finally getting rework. He needs all right. How many of you know of doom sixty four now while that was a game that was a promised twenty two years ago but rumor has it might be getting a release finally on the P. C.? The twenty fourth annual quake con event took place this weekend completely overshadowed by Fortnight World Cup obviously including version of the show in Europe for the first time and it brought with it a lot of news about I._T.. Software its upcoming doom eternal including the introduction to a new demon called the doom hunter and a lot of details about the game's multiplayer component battle commode now as such a lot of doom related excitement at the moment so p._c.. Owning fans of the series May WanNa go back and replay the previous neum games but there's one doom. That's never been made legally available on the P.. C. Doom sixty four however however looking possible that doom sixty four main last appear on P._C.. Only to any two years late according to a review by Peggy doom sixty four is on its way to P._C. N._P._S.. For and if it happens it will probably come out an xbox. Spots one in Nintendo switch to while rating has since been deleted it was spotted in tweeted by <unk> Matsu and he currently likes the finds. All this stuff is currently marked for a release date of July twenty six which is presumably temporary Dumont to in three released on current Gen consoles on July twenty six instead so there is a possibility. It's a mistake however the description given for the game is correct for Dune Sixty fours story furthermore does not match the Games previous box art or advertising but it does does match line from the gains manual which obscure thing to dig up if rating was a mistake or an oopsy while doom sixty four released nintendo sixty four nineteen ninety seven and has never been re released anywhere else since might be probably coming down onto licensing issues as the game wasn't about buy I._T.. Software it was made in published by Midway. It's actually a completely original game with its own reimagined look rather than just the port in even features new demons and with that being said it's rated Peggy aggie sixteen but we will we be seen it sometime. Twenty nineteen one can speculate rumors obviously will abound until it's been officially confirmed in releasing were actually able to get our hands on it all right now to our final article of today. How many of you like the halo series? I know I'm a fan of them. While you remember when you heard about that halo infinite trailer that dropped at e three this year any washed it like think this kind of Nice if you haven't seen it you you can go ahead and go see it and then come back and finish Washington video while somebody did some hardly put some groundwork in found a secret secret audio clip of a possible second Cortana what what to Cortana. "You know feel like feel confident that you can do it fasting but bring like Jen and said bring along some snacks based on the type of food that does fuel you very well so I don't know what type of Diet you're following so if you're doing you know if you do well on more ketogenic type approaches. Maybe WANNA bring along. You know some nuts or we can avocado. Hello or something like that. If you do well on you know more carbs you could bring like fruit or you know like the type of food that you know will provide good energy for you. In that moment I think that's important the quotes snack food that works for you for quick energy bring it along and like John said I don't think you're going to be completely fine and then pass out because probably going to be a transition there. So if the moment comes you can have the snack if you need it. Also you might WanNa bring along electrolyte type water or something like that because that could also play a part. I'm recently just order because Rob Wolf keeps talking about it on his podcast that the element t element recharge have you heard of Gen. I have not because I don't listen to podcasts. Sorry I only here of things that people ask about them in the in the group repeatedly because that's basically what I do all day long is answer questions in the group. I don't know if it's actually his company. He made he's very either his company company or he's very strongly affiliated with it. It's electrolyte drink and apparently people are swearing by it so I actually ordered it because they have one that is completely unflavored so be great for the fast. It's basically just magnesium potassium and then like the the right right sodium ratios and it's also people on Cuba genyk diets but that might be something that you could look into software linked to that in the show notes awesome all right ready for our next one. "He chose to do that so he could have created some sponsors okay and bright so when he chose to live out with peggy he lived out in an alternate dimension with Peggy until Peggy died. Once Peggy aggie died. He then used his travel kit to why it's not just one. He's like well. I've got nothing else to do here. It's all right. He he used his time travel thing sir go back into his current thing but since it is a unit he he came back whether it was sooner than what they saw and then knowing the time weighted and went and sat on the bench so they weren't there or he just chose a different location location. He chose to go back on that bench right that that is a theory that I'm willing to accept because that would make sense as to why he didn't show up when they tried to bring him back it would make sense as to why the universe that we know time line was the same because if you think about if he's in the alternate dimension and he's with Peggy. He doesn't need to do the superhero stuff anymore because he knows that the other person. There's going to be two of them. They're technically is doing all that. He doesn't need to do it. He did it. He knows the outcome of it at least in terms what that is right sure so that is that is one that I'm willing to accept as as plausible shirt current thoughts on that so the the way that I because I know that everybody can interpret the way that they explained it differently right like obviously time travel's really confusing and there's no explanation exact away so I keep visualizing it like <hes> like hall caned whatever her name the chosen one the previous doctor strange whatever whatever she is for <hes>. There's there's that orange line right yes. That's this current timeline yep so this orange line is the current time line and that's like hey we never go back whenever try and fix anything fifty percent of life's gone forever forever yes it splits into B when they try and when they try and fix it so he's going to try and gather the stones. She gives them the time stone. Okay now we're in now. We're in timeline be got. They decide you know they fixed everything they put the time zone back. They give it back to her. Whatever so now we continue along now time line a is modified so the one where fifty percent of people? It's not even an alternate anymore. It's completely modified defied to wear like that's how it is moving forward. That's how I interpreted it but is right that makes parallel running. I think that's to me it'd be like parallel universe like going by saying but then the cabins Evans whibley wobbly tiny east but like so so timing a bright is always going to be their timeline because they have a G._p._S.. Get back to this time. That's one of the G._P._S. no matter what they do. When they go back to their current timeline they are always coming here sure when they were back in the past that they didn't create different timelines especially like so when they got the stones in this in the past they still are on their same timeline because their G._p._S. brings back there same timeline no matter what you do in the past it doesn't affect your timeline they could go in the past and kill Loki? It's not like they go to the past and find Thanos in space and kill them real quick or baby thanos right like they were discussing. Airtime line will always be there timeline I might if they use their G._P._S. unit to go back to their time when they get back here still snap people right so that's how I see that they cannot affect time what's done in the past and this time has done in the past in this time right. That's the that's how they explain how they explained it yeah so when they snapped the people back into existence. That's still in this time that was going to always happen in this timeline even though because their G._p._S. took them back to this timeline right they can't. I don't want to word this because it does the way I want <hes> explain. It doesn't make sense never mind well. It's it's hard and I could be absolutely wrong. That's the time I'll find but the the part that sucks with all this because we're we're going over. <hes> all these crazy theories of what might be I guarantee they never explain it. Never GonNA explain how these how these get put back. Yeah it in honestly. I'm okay with that because just just leave it like it's a closed book. It ended it ended nicely. I'm not GonNa read into it and say that Oh because they didn't explain how they injected Jane with the third again. It's that I mean the people making this movie. They're not stupid. They have to have thought of these questions right like anytime yeah. They've tied twenty two movies together. They've they've definitely thought of this and they just might not care to tell it doesn't really matter. Does it really matter now. It happened but I talk about it. Is it's fun to talk about. Do you believe trae though in terms of cap probably probably cap chose to stay there heated creating all the time line unless unless this was always going to happen unless in this time line this was always actually meant to happen and the mystery woman air mystery man that Peggy actually mound of Mary was always him because he's feud she did marry she. That'd be cool honestly if they did that. I think that'd be really cool. I would like the only weird part about that. If that was true again I accept that that would be cool. The the weird part would be totally made out with my granddaughter or something and it's not okay. I love time travel talk though is is so yeah I think him doing that. Screw with the timeline because I think shouldn't stink shouldn't have happened that way because he wasn't. If he wasn't the mystery man and their main time line that means he definitely live in an alternate timeline light meaning trae is right. He created splinters yeah. He treated his own time when he wanted to be in therefore gives him okay so him okay. This is what this is what I'm thinking okay what he's the Hands Again K. O.. For a rate a him getting with Peggy okay doing the whole thing. Come back to our timeline old like maybe merging back into the timeline right but but still it messes up anything that happened correct in that space that he wasn't there and be wouldn't just go away. I believe be would still continue be would always be there. He just went back to a himself that I think would be the most accurate of all the theories. That's the one I think would be most accurate is he created be live with Peggy be went back to a because he had the G._P._S.. Ask You knew how to get back there so be still going to happen even whether he's still there or not as older cap but he went back to a to die but be still there because my thought is when he goes back and he he lives his life with Peggy right. There's still a captain America. They're right. There is that because they kind of prove that by going back to New York and they're they're right America's ass that is America's ass the food so good the other Elevator Scene Hill Hydra Hail Hydra. Oh my God fucking great like that but that's how I would see that's that's how the fan theory. I see the most accurate in that one there be happened. He be with Peggy. He went back to a to finish to say everything because I think as possible because unless he's the mysterious man that Peggy married a I like I like that idea. I didn't think about that. which is the only way that's the only way there would be no splinters because that means? There's always two caps at one point in time in a other than like Lancaster Tar Derian type thing going on right but I. I would I would like to think theory of there still being alternate happened but that's we're spending a lot of time on this but there's a lot we spent do this brings up the theory of the multi-diverse right like they don't have that in the movies yet and that's something to think sure it could happen now that yeah it's going to happen now because definitely good because now with this this will give the excuse of like oh since cap made the splinter now the mutants arrive yet it since you know since Donald Sterling dead in this time line you know fantastic four show or you know sense. Thanos has gone in this time line Gladys arch to thrive no gladness needed galactic or non space cloud galactic. Let's say since Tony Stark interacted with his dad and then his dad maybe like trying to find this person. This person ends up being Victor Von Dum dum big bad guy in case. He's like Oh like I'm just going to be iron man but doctor doom essential which books so that's like what's his face from one basically doing the dude who was the bad guy came. He becomes Victor Von Doom right yeah yeah I just think cap selfishly doing that. Fuck with time absolutely like we could think our theories wasn't though because he went back in time and it was like I wanna be with this woman I know I was frozen time for seventy seventy years. Whatever like I wanted to live my life? I wanted the life that the regular timeline had for me if you can if so if you have the opportunity trae yes you go back in time and the woman you've always loved loved forever. I mean gave you everything like you were you. Just you use your the woman you absolutely you go back in time. You have an opportunity to spend your life with her that you never got that you've always wanted in a secrecy that you you don't think would affect anything because they no one has to know anything and this is your one opportunity. This is your chance. No you wouldn't even at least think about it. No damn good yeah because if I know that I'm GonNa mess with the timeline for the eternity of everyone. That's that's fucking selfish. I wouldn't do that volts a full tomato good comparison. He said he Barry Allen. It called it a point that would be an alternate timeline so time line is multi verse. I I how vade I think of all the way time travel has been explained in anything I like. There's the best and here's the reason why I love that. You can't go to the past fix something that he has your fucking t- that they make because then that doesn't make time travel so fucking broken yeah like that helps make time travel nod broken. I agree. I do want to move on to a few other points in the movie because I know we we spend a lot on time travel because there there's there's a lots of theorize there so another point we brought up kind of earlier on `Camorra so we don't really see where she ends up. Iron Tony Stark snaps and Thanos and all of his minions go away. We don't see what happens tomorrow right. We don't know if she's a part of that snap or if somehow if Tony was able to keep her there we don't know right so really there's one of two options either there. She got snapped and she's just gone or she..

Peggy aggie Thanos Tony Stark America Victor Von Dum Lancaster Tar Derian Victor Von Doom Barry Allen Jane Donald Sterling New York Gladys arch Mary fifty percent seventy seventy years
