"It wasn't toto totally. Did i missed the rains. Down a zsa. That wasn't it about asia hutchinson back in april. Signed an order that that banned local school districts from enacting Mask mandates yesterday at a press conference. He was asked about that and he says he regrets. It says in hindsight he wishes that had not become a lot. But it is the law. The only chance we have is to either amended or for the courts to say that it has an unconstitutional foundation in other words. You've got a governor of a state that seeing an outbreak who is saying. Well i guess the best we can hope for. Is that the courts telling me. Did something illegal. What what leader says man. I sure hope we did something illegal. That way they can undo my screw up. No you as a leader you get your butt back into your your legislature and you go guys. We got to fix this. Everybody we gotta get together and let the local school districts decide whether or not they wanted to ask mandate but you know. He doesn't have the political support. Twitter of course is letting him have it. Twitter is saying too little too late. Who could have possibly seen this coming that you would see a spike in cases with no When you deny Hot spots from being able to protect themselves who knew still happening in florida. There's an executive order from rhondda. Santa's said Mass mandates are going to be illegal in schools but now legal experts. This goes back to asia. Hutchinson hoping what he did was illegal. Legal experts are saying you know what his executive order was really more of political statement and not so much of an order. It's kind of guide or a suggestion according to cnn legal analyst. Paul callan says it is a loosely. Written riff on the governor's political views unmasking in parental rights chock full entirely unenforceable whereas clauses designed to garnish newspaper television at twitter sound rather than judicial support in the event of inevitable lawsuits. Once again. we're running into a politician. That is doing things that they know full. Well are not going to survive legal challenges but they play well to the base if we talk about. "Because we're toasting today with Paul Callan Carrion and I am so thirsty for it. You see, Paul is the second generation president and owner of the original Wine of the Month club, having taken over the business from his dad, Paul Sr. Who still enjoys a great glass of wine at age 92. Paul has tasted upwards of 100,000 wines. You heard me right, making him a true expert and his podcast wine talks shares insight into the wonderful world of wine. I've always appreciated his deeply rooted love for the grape. And he does believe that wine is one of the only creations in the world that can represent a region and say this is who we are, and I agree. Paul is here to share his ideas today. His trendsetting opinions for what wine looks like in 2021. I'm very glad to welcome you back to the show, Paul. I hope you're healthy and safe and that you've been drinking a lot. Always an honor and pleasure to be on the show. Thank you just again. Thanks for having me. Yes, of course. How much have you tasted during the pandemic? By the way we do have you know in the industry? We do have that excuse its research and development. Right? But have you have you up to the pace? I wonder Well, so, you know, it's always like somebody's gotta do it right. Well, of course, I actually set a record last Tuesday. Now, despite 31st year of tasty wine every Tuesday list a sick or out of town. Right. And I tasted 131 winds last Tuesday from 9 A.m. to about four. Wow, My record to that point had been 100. My record off campus is 162. That's exactly the point is that Cove it has has, unfortunately for restaurants since they're not buying anything right now, right? That changed today. Los Angeles The vendors of wine or looking for places to sell. I mean, there's just there's no place to go. Okay, so wait. Let's talk about that. I mean, 2021 is hopefully bringing some new hope 2020 we Could move on. Thank you. But let's talk about wine offerings at restaurants. I mean, here in California, where you and I live, they recently lifted the stay at home order. We're starting to see a little bit more outdoor dining, but it has been a lot of months. Like you said of zero vendor relations. So that's what's gonna happen in there. Let's not be mistaking. It's gonna take some time. It's very expensive to reopen a restaurant. As you know, like opening a restaurant. You gotta bring the staff back. You gotta bring the equipment back and bring food in. And so why is not gonna be the priority of over the expense for those wine cellars that were used to Curating or having fun with it. A restaurant again take a little wild comeback. And the wineries that Used to rely on restaurant business, sometimes in the tune of 80%. Are looking for avenues outside of the on premises sale and they're coming to us. And that is why online sales of wine and skyrockets recode it. And by the way, 2021 is not backing off. No, it isn't. I agree. I think that what you just spoke about is Definitely a Reminder I and a good one. I think that we want to support always. Of course, our local restaurants to order a bottle of wine, T try to, you know, keep the The flow and the process and the families in the wineries and the businesses afloat. But how does that on the flipside selfishly affect us? Let's say still at home. How do we reap the benefits of those wineries looking for a place? To share their goods. That's a good question that always happens with Cove. It is not only have people you know sales of spice and people realize now that you can actually buy wine online people that never would try before or intimidated to do it. Direct their own. Like doing it. Yes. What's happening? The known brands brands you and I see at the restaurants like Silver. Okay, Mus Austin Hope Thies types of lines are Sold prolifically now online, and they get delivered. Rather expediently these days sort like the Amazon model. We get winds out here every day. So the consumption of quality wine has gone up. But not everything with a name is good. Like I would love to know. And your opinion Why Snoop Dog makes wine? You know you're just got you're really gonna irritate me here. That's why we're friends. Wait a second. If I've been through this business too long to be celebrity wines. There are some legitimate celebrity wines like Greg Norman's brand. Greg George Brandy actually has a facility actually makes the white actually taste the blends. But I'd farfetched to think that Snoop Dog is sitting home blending shoes for Snoop Dog, though I mean, since you brought him up, he was Front and center on Lee weeks ago at the local market, which means you know that position was purchased. I want consumers to know that it's just like toothpaste and shaving cream, and the best spot on the shelf is bought. So here's Snoop Dog. Whoever's been the wine buys that position thinking that Callie Red was gonna flat The shelf in, like, two weeks later was on the bottom shelf, which is a death to a brand. Wait. Is that what it's called? Paul? Callie Red? Yeah. Do you think I could produce a really buttery chardonnay called Better Blonde? Yes. Let's do it. Okay. I'd love it. We'll put your picture on it. Well by the front spot of the shelf and I actually standing the island at the market. You're shooting a selfie video for social. Oh, that would be me too. Yes, People are walking by like, what is he doing? But your point is right. Those aren't religious brands. They certainly are there legal and they're they're bonded and TP be approved them. But we want to curate things that are meant to enjoy and that somebody's the winemakers moniker behind it. Yes, their talent and passion. I agree so with that said Tell us a couple of your newest wine fines, please. Well, I'll tell you. What's interesting these days are some indigenous Italian indigenous caucused wines Georgia learned to find, but let's go to the Italian ones. Is remote regions like not remote, But Cumbria likes sovereignty know from Monte Falco are or the Umbrian reds that are grown and volcanic soil are creating such complexity. That they fascinate me. Every time I taste them, But you're gonna have to find them. You know what? You got to go to a curated store wine shop and say this is what I'm looking for. Can you search online? Sure. Good..

"Increase your odds of winning these grand prizes. I'm gonna explain to you when you buy the book and the more books the more entry slip. I hope that all makes sense. Here's what you could win. And and then please make sure I explain that we're still doing Callen. Please make sure I explained. We're still doing the V I P list for anybody who buys a book period, right? That's that is one separate thing. But for every entry slip you get into the drawing because you're buying books. You could go home with a Meyer lemon tree. It has a $45 retail value. This is a special Meyer lemon that has been bred from a root system not grafted onto a route star. And that's huge because that means it's going to be the most productive hardiest of the lemon trees around and Meyer Lemon world. You also have that posted this on Facebook. Yesterday evening. When I got home put, I went ahead and set up. All the prizes were gonna be given away today and one for just being on the V I P list, but What if your name gets drawn to you could go away with three of those £4 jugs. Each of those air about fitting They're like 14 95 each too. So you have basically a $45 retail data collection of those. If you don't know what I'm talking about, Go to the Facebook page. I'll repost it a little bit later on today. Here's just one of the prizes and then the other prize, which I don't have ability to get a picture of just yet. But I probably will before the morning's out and post that on Facebook as well. They get four bags of their compost. The Arbor gates compost four bags again That's like 10 to $12 a bag for the highest in compost available out there, which you know how good this stuff is. It's basically It's just black gold is what it is for our gardens and That's what I got about another say 40 anywhere from 40 to $48 retail value, depending on how they price per bag, But I know it is not cheaper than $10 back because this is the high quality stuff. So you have those three grand prizes will be drawn. At the end of the event. You don't have to be present to win, but the more books you buy because of Christmas gifts. Just like yes, you just like yesterday. I was super impressed How many people were buying books for Christmas presents and at 12 95 apiece. It's so cost effective. So get yourself registered for the V I P list this morning right now, because you're getting one book. You are to get one entry slip into this drawing. That just because you're listening the show and tell me you're gonna come on out there to get the book. I got you a V I P gift, And that's gonna be one of those £4 jugs. One or one of the Color star, uh, jugs or While supplies last. I've got some con sand 22 your way. I had a whole case of yesterday. I'm down to four bottles. So I had eight people that wanted the content 20 as their VIPs get. Yesterday. And if This has been tell me that this has been pretty consistent. We make these V I p list. There's about 80% of them coming. Take advantage of it and 80% got it yesterday, but that 20% You didn't show up yesterday. I'll still move your name over, all right? So I know who was there. I got to check off who was on the V I p list yesterday. 20% of you didn't show up to get your gift that you said you wanted to be on the V I P l a style. The Arbor Gate is up in Tomball for you, champions. People just go up to 49 exit 29 20 Go west a mile and a half And there you'll be at the Arbor gate today. The numbers out of the state so far, not great. Today, we saw jump go back up in terms of the number of new cases that were reported one of the things about the state and the county. They both admitted that there's been under reporting in the last couple of weeks, so that's not good. But Dr Cristina Galley for the county is saying that our hospital numbers are doing very, very well. So even if there is a backlog of new positive cases are hospital capacity is great. A. G. E. triple eight nine seven one seven two four three one more time though about old Obama gate you know I'm watching a lot of C. N. N. M. as in he house so you don't have to wait for them to realize they have start talking about this how does a president in two or two and a half years of investigation as to whether or not he is a Russian asset based upon how this whole thing started fake dossier paid for by the DNC biased investigators trump haters and as you know AG Barr says that the Donovan probe will not likely lead to a criminal investigation of either Obama or Biden I have a general idea of how Mr Durham's investigation is going and as I have indicated some aspects of the matter are being examined as potential crimes but we have to bear in mind with the Supreme Court recently reminded us of in the bridge gate case the court said there there's a difference between an abuse of power and a federal crime not in what he's talking about is this these Obama people as I told you a million times they still do not understand why Donald Trump won still do not believe he won the gym Italy nor does the majority of Democrats believe that Donald Trump won legitimately majority Democrats believe that vote tallies not just interference vote tallies what changed by the Russians Michael Flynn was dismissed by the Obama administration he was the head of the defense intelligence agency because he was too hostile towards China into accommodating towards Russia in the opinion of the Obama administration all of a sudden Mike Flynn pops up as the advisor and named national security adviser for this guy Donald Trump is it the same god we just fired because we thought he was too cozy with Russia the same guy yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah let's launch a probe are you kidding me and then it turns out that when Michael Flynn was interrogated agent wrote wait in line not intending on truthful and those notes were not turned over to the defense until very recently are you kidding me I put it in terms of OJ Simpson remember the two lead detective Lange and vannatter and they kept trying to figure out something on on the twin does do old doors of disaster never let they had nothing and mark Fuhrman ten years earlier had told some woman who was doing a screen play and use the N. word and they asked him if he ever used the N. word left ten years including everybody done the interview says nope all of a sudden I mean he planted a cough can you imagine what they would have done if they had notes between Lange and vannatter saying what a a hole he is he should be found guilty hundred thousand that did nothing the way these guys were saying Lisa page instruct are you kidding me Matt would occur as a former acting AG under trump oh absolutely not in fact I think there are several people in that room including the vice president Joe Biden that need to respond to these very specific questions because it does appear that the White House was possibly directing the investigation into general Flynn obviously that is very concerning and if Jim call me and Sally Yates and others that were also in that meeting don't explain how this investigation was followed pursuant to the book you know I think that's the that is another issue that is going to erode the public confidence in this entire chapter in American history now I'm gonna remind you of an exchange that Trey Gowdy had with Peter struck back in twenty eighteen in just a second but there is a legal analyst for CNN name Paul Callan I've always thought.

caught but I don't I don't have I don't have time to tell a story right now I got to get back to CNN thing here here's the headline from Paul Callan he pretends to be a legal expert on CNN and they tried this a couple of weeks ago to they're still trying it now however trump impeachment could lead to Apollo C. presidency they these people are as they're just they shouldn't even speak English there they should be speaking some kind of a band to language or something house Democrats will press forward Thursday with the house vote to officially green light impeachment proceedings that's not really even accurate entirely they just had the vote the Democrats it's a strict party line vote Democrats voted to approve eight and a half pages of rules the rules will give the Democrats kind of Soviet style power and deny the Republican minority in how Democrats are with minorities they hate minorities they hang him from trees and they take their rights away that's the history that ever got just telling yeah I know you know like there you're a Democrat the truth is ugly for Democrats anyway really as house Democrats gonna push work they passed it it's eight have pages of other Republicans can't call witnesses or if they do there is a vote and other Democrats vote down the witness it's really it's like lord of the flies on Capitol Hill it's not even like North Korea it's more like lord of the flies so here's the CNN hacker over here soon and loves this stuff Paul Callan Hey says that that in defending his actions trump has suggested that reporters should look into vice president Mike pence's conversations with the Ukrainian president again I thank god that present should follow Dave Bassey's advice which is my advice and start releasing transcripts of Obama's conversations with foreign leaders just to provide context just for context so that the press can see these are the kinds of conversations president Sepp and then bill Clinton's conversations should be released for context just it'll be helpful for everyone so here's this hack and the White House has been evaluating whether to release notes of pence's talks with president Vallone demersal Lenski again Obama's transcripts need to be released all of these developments raise questions about whether pence could be drawn into the impeachment maelstrom sure democratic efforts to remove trump from office exceed pence would succeed to the presidency under normal circumstances but both history and constitutional law however suggests that other successors to the office are possible I can hear the ammo flying off the shelves all over America right now it all depends on the magnitude of the nature of the bribery there's no claim of bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors no they're just making things up they just they live in it like an LSD induced fantasy I I think that may or may not be established by congressional investigators you know we have the transcript of the call this is all about the call it's a world of make believe these people are mental cases so this idiot continues to type on a talk about this money and imagines a fantastical world where I did through some kind of trickery the Democrats impeach both the president and the vice president at the same time removing them both from office and then the Democrats speaker of the house becomes the president of the United States and then the US military is called out to Washington DC on two major urban centers across America because a giant violent civil war broke out and millions of Americans were killed in the mail from the White House was burned to the ground Washington was reduced to rubble and ashes and Nancy Pelosi well we'll just we'll just stop it there but this is what they're up this is they literally are demented there in same their route that this is a typical Democrat news media fantasy and their mental and they're dangerous they're genuinely an authentically dangerous they just want to overturn the outcome of the election and they don't care you know they're one of their sayings is by any means necessary and no justice no peace justice is a very nebulous term that the definition changes every couple minutes when you're talking to them and no peace is a direct threat of violence as you might expect hi let's go to well let's let's go to number one let's go to Debbie was a man she knits she's a vicious sure little rodent and she yesterday showed up as a scary clown on Capitol Hill thinking that it was Halloween but today's Holloway and Ken Cuccinelli was up there with "When it comes to the rest of this. I don't I don't know how the parents are how much time you're gonna get in jail. But it sounds like the prosecutor really wants them to go to jail for a long time. So are the parents are trying to pretend like their, their victims that it really is this Rick singer guy, who's the one who should be going to jail for a long period of time. And the people who took the payoffs. So if you're paying off somebody. Are you the victim or are you the criminal as much as the person who took your money? So. Paul Callan former homicide prosecutor here in New York says it makes no sense to jail the Mr. banned more. Well, I think a lot of people are going to be angry about it. Because what is this thing on the white collar crime situation like this people wanna see white collar crime be treated the same way, other crime, isn't in other words go to jail, but I think the judge got this case, right? This is the sailing coach at Stanford. He didn't personally benefit from the money of wrote is hero. Took the seven hundred thousand put it back into the program, and he has a spotless prior record. So the judge is looking at him compared to who else is usually on her docket terrorists drug dealers kidnappers murderers, and then who walks into court, the Stanford sailing coach. What are we gonna do? Send him to the to the slammer. Oh, so that's all he's always tell their clients, make sure even though you're a bum. A thief, and all the other bad words, you can put on somebody. They come dry. They come into court all dressed up for the nice white shirt and tie. Nice haircut. So if you look good. As opposed to the terrorists, and all the other terrible people that this judge sees but he goes on to say that actress, Felicity Huffman should serve some time in prison. Well, she probably deserves some jail time, because she benefited from the bribe, that was that was given in this case, he put all the money back into the sailing program. My question is where Stanford in this is this place so wealthy that they get seven hundred thousand given to their sailing program, let college sailing program, then they don't even check it out. You know, hey sailing coach. How'd you raise the seven hundred thousand dollars? What's giving tours of the San Francisco Bay or something? Yeah. I agree. So apparently and I disagree with Paul Callan on the fact that the coach did not benefit he benefited he looked really good. He looked good to Stanford and he also bought a bunch of new sailboats. I don't know if gave him an edge or not. But I told you his sailing championship record is phenomenal. So did it benefit him. Absolutely had been fitted him. So my friend, Joey Jackson criminal defense lawyer says this is simply a teachable moment. This is a teachable moment for number of reasons. Number one, we know that judges king in their courtroom. Why do I say that the prosecutor recommended thirteen months, whether the judge say, no thank you, even Stanford itself provided a victim impact statement where they said, you know what you've cost us dearly. You've cost us reputational. You cost us as it relates to the federal investigation and time. Let me let me circle back to why I have appointed disagreement. Now this is this is good. And as much as it demonstrates that courts are going to evaluate each defendant, independently. We're in court every day. Arguing look my client is different from someone else. Not everyone is similarly situated, and that's a good thing. However, here's where it's a bad thing. I think that the has to be some deterrent value. I don't care that you did not benefit personally. This is something you do not do your a person who stands in, I don't want to be a moralist by any means as other people. Who can judge you? But part of factor in sentencing someone is not only punishment. But it's deterrence, you have to send a message that certain conduct is not appropriate. Certain conduct will not be tolerable, certain conduct is just unacceptable. Yeah. So that's Joey, Joe Jackson. He's a criminal defense lawyer, and he goes on to say that this particular case about the Stanford sailing coach was an outlier compared to the other college admission scandal case. So two things number one is, I think the judge was persuaded to factors. I think the first factor was certainly that he didn't benefit at all right? In terms of giving. Prosecutor recommends a thirteen month sentence. Yeah. With that is that's a slap on the wrist in the so two things. Number one is I think the judge was persuaded by two factors. I think the first factor was certainly that he didn't benefit at all right in terms of giving the money back into the program, number two, I think the judges do look at people who send letters view. You had parents, you had students, you had other people coach's family members who spoke highly of him and remember pot of sentencing, evaluate the whole individual just not an isolated instance, number two to your point about Felicity. Huffman Lori lock when look the point is often accepted responsibility. That's dig, I would not look at this particular cases, the test case for everyone else. I think it's an outlier and it was predicated upon the facts here, and this is not a broader issue. So I don't think the sends a message to anyone. I think I evaluate the person who was standing before the court. Well, the message I got out of it was crime pays, it's not going to be a big deal. Eight five five two nine five. Sixty six hundred Joe thank you for waiting. Welcome. You're on the Tom Sullivan show. Right. The call. You bet. I feel that in. No, you're caller ago talking. The boosters or whatever may go told us. No, for me. It should be the school's responsibility to when you start getting hundreds of thousands seven hundred thousand dollars from different donation. I think they should be looking into that. I think the schools should be held responsible. Other than just the coaches, I'm with you. I'm with you. Because I can imagine that the sailing program. It's stanford. I, I would bet on a good year, they may get. About fifteen hundred dollars two thousand dollars worth of, of, of booster donations. I can't imagine a lot of money coming in. So say. The money coming in. Just like it any work place. It's all the mentally. It's if our on them, you know, the school to, you know, the leaders of those. Yeah. Yeah. Three quarters three quarters of a million dollars. Most people would somewhere along the line said, wow. Where's this? Where's this coming from? Yeah. You know you're posting all these for the over air. You know this show, you know, I'll tell you yet the other part about it is. Join the program. And it just seems the bigger picture is, is shaded somebody, you're right? Something doesn't pass this test. Because if you've ever been to college, you know that you are on the permanent alumni fundraising list. And so if I was seeing this money come in, I would say, well, whoever's, donating this money, less make sure we put them on the donation, begging list, so that when we send out letters for more donations will send him to these people who are these people, and how much did they donate? That's it. I mean, almost think somebody staff or the. It's a parking to the court or something about may to how how, you know, me too. All right there with you. Joe thank you. I appreciate the call. Scratchy phone. Paul Callan saying prison sentence would be a slap on the wrist prosecutor recommends a thirteen month sentence. You know what that is? That's a slap on the wrist in the federal system. And what that means is that the judge could have told comma date, maybe given nine months ten months, twelve months, if you if you go under twelve months with time with time off good behavior, you can wind up doing six or seven months show, the prosecutor was sending a message to the judge. This is a case that you really should give a lenient. Yeah. So guy walked out one day in jail, then dollar fine. We'll be right back..

"Dela world. So big big big story today. But I'm not sure if a lot of people really are tuned into what WikiLeaks is all about you've heard about it. But I don't know if a lot of people know that much about it. Tend to Lanny in over at NBC kind of breaks down the charges that are being brought against Julian Assange, essentially, and this is important to stress. Assange is not charged with receiving classified information or or anything to do with the leak. He's charged with conspiring with Chelsea Manning to hack a defense department computer, specifically Chelsea Manning was an army private stationed in Iraq. He was downloading hundreds of thousands of top secret US government files from the military and from the State Department with any was sending them to Assange and WikiLeaks to make public and as part of those communications the US government alleges manning Assange to help him crack a DOD password. Now, the indictment doesn't even say that that was successful. But it Sharja's it as a conspiracy. And this is really important because they the government has been grappling with this case for years. This was a very damaging leak so interesting not classified information. In conspiracy with Chelsea Manning to hack, a US government, computer, so one more and then we'll get to the calls. Paul Callan CNN lawyer. Says the indictment on a Sanjiv doesn't offer much to build a solid case off of in looking at the indictment that he's being extradited on. I think it's a it's a very thin away for thin indictment. Terms of the evidence at least it's listed in the indictment. The standard under British law is that there has to be reasonable cause to believe that Assange has committed a crime. So the question will be under this indictment, which says basically two things one that Chelsea Manning shared part of a password with Julian Assange as part of their conspiracy to hack into US, computer networks, and to set up a cloud file that manning could use to transfer information to now does that make out a conspiracy to hack US computers is the question that British courts will be looking at or will the first amendment defense. To play. And Assange says listen, I was functioning as a journalist, and I have the right to information from any of don't help hack. That's right. That's the question is was he helping to hack. There's no claim in the indictment that Assange used this so called partial password to hack into the US computer system, or that he even gave information to manning that would make manning more effective hacker. So I like Paul Callan smart lawyer, and he's calling this. A wafer thin indictment. And so and and the says he's going to fight extradition. Eight five five two nine five sixty six hundred Brad up in Winnipeg Canada. Hello, brad. Hey. Good good. What do you make of this? Well. Well on on on what you you have to get freighter. Right. I asked that question if you have somebody inside of Russia or China closing the government for their fees that they do get people is that person that exposes that. He a trader or is he a hero. You have to apply that same standard to somebody. Like it's on. You know, if you look at go back and look at safe ousted curious, you look at Benghazi, and you look at how the government made those guys I the as and and fast in periods. I'll basically the government just dining that information coming out, right? We need to have is a better pipeline for people to be able to pose misty government without the government, basically railroading those people upside down. Well, you know, our founding fathers are found these father warned against government, and they hold us be wary of them, and we're giving up too much of our right? It's much freedoms able to file in Oakland ourselves together to keep the government from from doing bad things. And the government did go after Daniel Ellsberg. And. Daniel court said Daniel Ellsberg is not guilty of anything. They they holy gave the New York Times of passing Daniel Ellsberg a pass. So I don't know where this is going to go. But I it's I on one hand. I'm kinda glad that going finally adjudicated one way or the other. I don't even know if they're going to be able to extradite him. But to your comment about China. You know, you'd think the knee jerk reaction is well, yeah. Good for the people in China or divulging the state secrets what the terrible things are doing to their people. But for the for the Chinese government, they're going. Hey, wait a minute. This guy is at traitor. So I get the United States government looking at him and saying he's a traitor. He certainly didn't they did for Bradley Manning or Chelsea Manning? So. The thing is if I think if if a person that works for the deal or anybody, it's the government, and it is found to be true. There should no longer be a now, it's should no longer be an active treason because basically brought to light what people really must know. I mean, I spend a lot of time into China and the stories we hear over here and the stuff that expose you never hear that in China. Right. Never never talked about. So that agree slow down when you start prosecuting keyhole, enter find out full democracy. And let me let me give you two names of people who think that Julian Assange is the worst person on earth. Note gingrich. He's so happy that he's been arrested and James Clapper. Both of these men are in agreement and happy that that Assange has been arrested. Now, I don't know if that makes you more worried or make jewelry lead. I don't know. Newt Gingrich and James Clapper green. Well, I mean, you're talking about oil and water in, you know, I don't know. New addition. I have a lot of respect for new. I don't know his argument. But at the end of the day are Rita Trump. The government's right? We have to remember that. All right, Brad. Good call. Thank you very much. I appreciate it. Craig in concord, California. Hello, craig. Hey, how you doing? I'm doing good. What's going on? Thanks for taking my call. Caller was great. I just wanna extend on that a little bit more Julian Assange, would it be held as he row of the real is he had exposed China or Russia and not the United States. They would have a holiday for him in the United States. True. True. True. True. Look what he did. He look what he did to the the new Ecuadorian president he exposed his corruption. And I mean, a one hand you go. What was he thinking about on the other hand? I guess it also says Julian Assange is dedicated to the truth. Regardless of what it might damage him. It does. But that's pretty curious that he would put himself in that kind of a position he's not, you know, more than that. But also got a loss worth now. You lost your? Yeah. Yeah. You're not alone. You're not alone. So you think that this guy is a good guys? What you're saying Julian Assange, I don't even know if he's ever going to come. This is okay. There is no place for whistle blowers. You go through the channels. I guess what? They do you go to jail just like they done to other people. Yeah. And and you go through the channels and nothing happens. So we need a place like leaks and and unionist orange to people in line because I'm concerned the entire government has gone rogue pretty much. Well, I don't know what happens now that they've got him in custody. I don't know if Julian Assange is the key element to WikiLeaks. Or if he has other people's spread around the world that will pick up his his work while he's being held in jail. Don't know I don't know enough about. But but they have network I'm retired so on okay. You know, just because just because he's lost doesn't mean it's gonna stop. You know, is is is all criminal elements around the world. I would I would think that he would be smart enough to have other people because he was he was kind of thinking this day was gonna come. Pretty vicious. The problem is you've got to find somebody that cares. Tom sullivan. News ninety three point one. Af BK seventy seven percent of rural counties lack sufficient primary healthcare. "Back. Steve Mira, your focus sorta changed in one thousand nine hundred eighty six when you started working on a haunted house case that became a book. Tell me about the case what changed for you. And what the evidence was. Absolutely. I mean for about sixteen years, I work for corporate companies on a confidential basis throughout the United Kingdom. I'm not involved a lot of officers and companies and businesses which were hovering unusual disturbances. And I'm not because they didn't know how to deal with the managerial level and be able to see well, how could was is that we were contacted initially the percents regarding a bad buildings in bunches there, which will having some disturbances. And what we realized very quickly is I became a managerial issue because stop working sits and places of the building. And also, they would work pasta certain hour of the night, and they're very legitimate regarding experiences. They will phenomena taking place. What was very interesting. The witnesses with seed bowls of like Bill of li-, traveling around the building intelligently, you say through open doorway. Light where only witnessed by many people that I recorded on CCTV offices, they decisive as basketball size, very bright, white balls of li-. Rich was silence with seeing you down. Colorado's against the rules. I'm not really interesting because it wasn't a time of life, especially because what we've seen in the night sky. Possibly have many pools of lies the Mexico sixty and how all these actually. Five. He's flying object. These things would be a why would they be associated with a power noble this inside the building? And that's really caught me because I connection between. He's another now. So the ministry of defence is among the parties that were asking you for help in this. We're able to help them I walked, yes. Well, what we actually managed today was across the the building had a lot of natural ended up being generated by we might bring not dowdy about it. Because of the weight was laid out the offices. They get after they took care of quarter of a million new redesigned the officers on the equipment. What was the was a lotta history is building. There was probable things taking a look 'cause nobody nobody Joey back believe and say we got rid of his civically. But at the end of the day, it was all about dealing with the people who have those experts and how to money. So we decided to like the protocol about how the daily caller noble. Nobody was ready for the next seventeen years of corporate companies, including the London c I d I the criminal investigation department. As well around the UK. Am a major something outlet. Mm hotel rooms you've been grennell all things. Interesting. What? Yes, it was certainly a love of things taking place. I'm surprised me too long. No. I'm not listening information. Because they don't want. This information out not the end of the day. We ended up working for five years solid housing associations because people were recalled since things happening strange tenants this buildings around the which they the call gold for a business that wants to back home. So obviously we designed to call health helps manage the situations. I go for the medium causes problems. So the company on those devolve house field was the witnesses. When the holidays that says is how because on the top of our list was that could say how they are. And how they how they reacted. It's phenomena. So what we will say at least aspects of this. We're apple friendships. Respite type place mostly within the field of a pulse. That station. But we we're looking very good money is to idolize, and that whole I mean, this was a we placed on the size and complete. And overturned saved over about an hour and a half lay stuff in the most your flight, and we managed to analyze older books, which was kind of a noble book. These are the San Marcos owned older the microscope. How we realized very quickly. We have to question the books. A really liberal says looks the same on ways to say. He was not the saggy. Seen as evidence. Thank complaints miss. Now. They are records. Paul callan. Without some research. Click. The station of you. I sometimes close to the ground affect some. Flow of shows to see. Reaction taking place. Doug would be evidence that rebellious. I look how. Mobile station of most all the manifestation of US clinched the ground in a given amnesty. Pretty busy that's involved. I'm not was kind of a new book. Connecting these two phenomena. We'll come back to the mechanism that you describe in a bit Barrio. I to ask you, you know, what we chatted in in Los Angeles earlier this year. I mentioned an an I realize you had have had the same observation. You know, you got ghost people who don't like the UFO people and UFO people don't like the Bigfoot people, and none of them like the crop circle people and everybody has their niche, and they don't wanna talk to the other groups was that the way it was for you. In terms of your your view of you, you of os that part of the mystery. Initially. Oh, we're at the beginning. Yes. You know? I would not have seen the connection with with the F O's and everything else in my early days. It was only through experience. I was able to start to see these connections. And that was actually quite profound to see these connections. Also coming from from my research path into into aspects of of an understanding our mythology or folklore on on our ancestors, analyzing the texts that were left behind from our ancestors, we started to see commonalities they were experiencing that were you could quite easily make without across to present day encounter with a UFO even even from from the the the aspect of of mutilations. Because the mutilations were happening here in Ireland aware before nineteen forty five. And in fact, there's there's there's quite I I believe you interviewed two guys are democ Butler and Collinelli and in regards their books the circle of deceit, which speaks of a fireman the north of the country. We're one particular pharma has lost over five hundred head of his lifestock. And and he's getting nuances to this whatsoever in very unusual circumstances. So these things are still still going on butter. I'm sisters they were experiencing these things as well. And then whenever I started putting oldest together. And we started to an met up Steve and Steve came to Ireland and brought Steve to one of the locations that that historically was known as one of these doorways to this other place. The timing. Steve. Hurt me said many times timing is essential timing is everything and marched side of a mountain to get to this place. And. The whole we descended into this. This this cavern and and. And on a return to the surface. That's whenever we had the experience someone from inside that cavern spoke to us while the cameras were rolling on spoke to us in a language that we did not recognize and and again, it comes back to timing on something that our ancestors had experienced hundreds of years before and seeing this connection. Standing that the mask nearly changed was was a huge wakeup call for me. Because then I started to look at other phenomena and within within the field, and such as as a nighttime attacks the reasons that the nighttime attacks were happening, and I have experienced the nighttimes attacks myself, and my this is one of the things when you start studying this particular phenomenon and almost like the old the old the old saying you don't staring into the abyss. 'cause they've stares back that is what was happening on on a track to the attention of these particular nighttime attacks, but. Having Nonoc hold on a second nighttime attacks like what kind of attacks. What do you mean? These these when when are we talk with nighttime attacks? I mean, the these creatures that will double that will come to your to your the sanctity of your bedroom. And and and before before they they they move toward the person, you're you're with this particular, m inflection which account move and a lot of people would say today that they were painted with the same brush and say, oh, well, that's that's just a paralysis sleep paralysis. And but this is not the case. This is something very separate. And we shouldn't we shouldn't make them. Stick up saying sleep paralysis is the same as nighttime attacks. They are not they are very very different during this particular attack. Whenever this person this entity camp toward me. And that I was understanding what was happening at that particular time to analyze enough to understand I'm through that particular process. We're able to see connections between this particular phenomenon within the paranormal this nighttime attack on what was happening in particular to our two females of the human species ninety nine times out of ten della tech, the females are more so than the meals on that comes down to one just one particular component. And that is iron. Iron is the key thing within our. Cannot attack wins at regular levels. They attacked the women during the monthly cycles when the become. And this is something that we also saw make reading across India fall. And and this this was a huge breakthrough for us. But again, this is something that our ancestors Mottaki, but first century don't they knew that iron in itself in in in in in in a score, and disrupt and keep away and elements of let's say, for instance, from an Irish perspective the ferry, and and I know that that in the modern age we've got this idea of ferry. Like Tinkerbell and stuff for that. But that's that's nothing of to want. The actually are. But the ire the element of iron was the thing that kept them away. And this this iron has a way of of of interfering if we wear the iron of the talisman Francis, and it can interfere during an adoption scenario, and and stump the shutdown of the body to the fact that we can't move and allows us that freedom to move. I'm when we moved what happens to human when he's when they're afraid on. In the room. We become dangerous. I'm in self as a component, which they are afraid of when they come through to try and do what they do. Over the course of the plenty of what they've been doing. But I was the key point. "Urinating. No, I got one other question for you. Go ahead. Go ahead. I have a lot of. Friends and relatives. And I was listening to another conversation. You're having with another car, and he said giving Nixon. Why would they do with it? Given nixon. Why would they do away with the fourth amendment? Well, let's let's. Let's leave Republicans that don't like the fourth amendment. They don't wait privacy. But they do. You for it and against it, depending depending depending depending on what you know, what say it say. Their point of view, the very debatable. Whether they win that individual fight or not if the fourth amendment helps them win their argument in that moment, therefore the fourth amendment, if it hurts their argument that moment there against the fourth amendment. They must always win everything. That's how they are. They're bullies. And they think they're special when I think is at the heart of a Steve is they think they're special. They think there's word. Well, this is. Well, wait a second. Hang on here. I am the law and order candidate. What that means is that he is the white master authority of America who is going to keep those restive negroes women gays and people of color the inferior races. He's gonna keep them under the thumb of big government. That's what he's saying. I am the law and order candidate. That's all code for when I just went through. But when you have Robert Mola, right when you have the FBI investigating him, right? When launched. Stevie can't say that. I mean, you can you're not supposed to say here. Right. That's that's if you're on the internet. You heard it. He said BS immediate actually said the word as you know, he can't because they Bs all you gotta do is CBS. But you went and said the word so the rule is we gotta hang up on you. And then we got to believe bid. So kind of upsets the flow if you know what I mean anyway, Steve until that that was going great. Thank you so much for the call. All right. Let's get to remember. We're talking about the the recap with a reset. And then the teas all right here. Here's the thing about the the tease yesterday. It was Paul manafort's like day in the sun. I'll be he enjoyed it. But I did anyway, Paul Manafort because of his lawyers naval jen's, we know this by now, right? They let it be known. They let slip that Paul Manafort had shared polling data with Constantine Kalinic. Who is quite well, by the way, he's already Kalinic this guy, you're gonna hear his name in the next few minutes. You're going to hit this name kill Nick Allott. He is right now under indictment by Robert Muller when Robert Muller indicted that like dozen Russians a few months ago. He's one of them Constantine Kalinic. He's known as Kostia. He's easy young guy. But Constantine Kalinic has worked with Paul Manafort for years constantly Kalinic has proven ties to the Russian military Intel. GRU one of the talking heads on TV from the FBI one of those former FBI guys said that he based on what he saw he thinks that Kalinic was once an officer an actual officer of the German up, that's not German. It's it's the Russian military. So Paul Manafort is super super tight worked very closely in private business with Kalinic. Okay, with this exact same Kalinic the reporting yesterday was by by manafort's on lawyers that Manafort met in MADRID Spain during the campaign with this dude Kalinic in Madrid and their Manafort gave him polling data. Okay. After the show yesterday. We learn new details. The New York Times reported that. In fact, it was not just Manafort, it was Manafort and Rick gates, hold that name. Rick gates, the deputy campaign, chairman deputy campaign chairman who had also who's also working for Paul Manafort, very very closely that in fact, it was Manafort and gates is the New York Times give them the credit after the show yesterday. They put out this report that it was Rick gates as well that had transferred. This polling data to Kalinic. But it was in the spring of two thousand sixteen it was earlier than I thought it was it was in the spring of twenty sixteen as Trump was clinching the Republican presidential nomination. Now. That's right around may right may by the early June. Remember that Russian meeting with in Trump Tower? Right. The June ninth twenty sixteen so Rick gates and Paul Manafort are transferring data and Manafort is transferring data so more reporting says that the meeting in Madrid happened. In twenty seventeen which kind of goes in the other directions. They wait that doesn't add up. However, however, here's why I'm saying that we have bombshell news today to add I said hold that name regain its, okay, please. Remember who Rick gates is and was because he's still very much alive. Rick gates was Paul manafort's American version of Kalinic Kalinic was the super close right hand man in Ukraine and Rick gates was the super close right hand man here and my wife, always chuckles Francis. Always chuckles when she says, oh, yeah. Rick gates. He was the guy who during the trial of Manafort, he testified against Manafort, and he admitted on cross examination that he himself had stolen from Manafort as well. Skimmed from Manafort, he had skimmed from Manafort, you see, I don't think that's funny. Anyway, I don't think Manafort thought it was funny anyway. Joking around aside. Rick gates. Is now reported to have been involved in the transfer. What that means is is that Robert Muller, the special counsel knows everything because Rick gates is cooperating witness. Rick gates, a long time ago now pled guilty and has been cooperating and from everything I've read about a Rick gates has not been a Manafort he's been actually cooperating and telling the truth, so. If if it's true that Rick gates of Paul Manafort in the spring of two thousand sixteen were transferring data. Why were they doing it? Why would the Russians be interested in data obviously for coordination, obviously for coordination? The polling information was given to the Russians to enable them to use their hacked information that they're feeding into Facebook and other social media things to move the electorate in certain critical states. Now, you have if this is true to Trump political operatives working in collusion with the Russians to move the election. Now, we know what the other pieces of this puzzle show. But certainly a lot of people would look at this. And prosecutors and say this could be the final piece of a collision case against Donald Trump. That is Paul Callan C A L L A, and we thank CNN where he made those remarks, and he's got a really really strong point. Why it's so significant it's not that. It's secret polling data that may sound innocuous to some folks. It's if it's given to the Russians a was. Freelancing or was there knowledge broadened lodged in the campaign? Use it for because if it was used for voter targeting through all the disinflation efforts which were the Russians using Ukraine during that campaign and seemed to have done we know did in this election whether or not with camp, Trump, campaign knowledge is the big question. That's a crucial piece of information. We now know passed hands from the campaign chairman to someone connected to Russian intelligence. There's John Avalon. We thank CNN for that. There is one real possibility that actually is exculpatory to Benedict. Donald had the best words exculpatory. I've gotta just mentioned that briefly next. There is a possibility we're working with the facts were living with the truth, we analyze, and there is a real possibility of something else happening here that that doesn't fit the narrative we want, but we still gotta work with vaccinated with the truth after I'll turn the rest of the hour over to you were Justice is served.
