The Media's Sole Purpose Is to Cover Up the Left's 'We Want to Destroy America' Agenda
"So the fake whip story continues to be obsessed over by the media by left wing media lunatics while the border invasion continues This could not have been more perfect timing for them to fabricate a fake news story Folks what is the media's function these days right By the way if you're gonna answer this because you're a liberal the media's functions to do journalism in the news Tune out of this show now because you're seriously too dumb for this content and it's not worth your time That is not the media's function The media's function is to do for the left but the left has a hard time doing themselves okay So let's just want to explain to you how the left operates having run for office myself and worked inside The White House with these idiots I've seen it up close and personal Here's their problem with the left right The left can't actually run on what they want to do They can't put campaign slogans bumper stickers and campaign signs together and say I'm running for office I'm a liberal and I want to destroy America They can't do that Because everything they want to do is centered around destroying the country because they hate the country The lib hates the country Whether they admit it or not is irrelevant it's a fact They want to destroy its currency destroy its economy They want to teach your kids to be racist They want open borders which you don't have a country if you have open borders The country is defined by borders correct That's what a country is They want to eviscerate our military They want people mugged and assaulted in the streets as they defund the police They are not stupid They know these policies will destroy America And that's the goal And the sooner every conservative in the country wakes up to that fact and we stop playing you know Kevin Williamson national review Patty cake with the left trying to kiss their butts and we come to that realization The better off will be and the quicker we can get some resolution to this and maybe get the country back on the right track So now what's the media's role in this right The media's role is to cover up for the lefts we want to destroy America agenda okay That's their only

"One or two point seven. Fm are your morning hacking. Then your quote of the day parents patty struggling to get their kids to try new foods so she has a hack for you for that. Go ahead hack away patting. Yes so you know as a parent is always very challenging to get your kids to eat vegetables. And i. I remember when i started pushing. I've been pushing vegetables and they've been born but i used to do it. I think the wrong way. I used to say you have to eat them. You know and i think kids when they hear that they're just like no. I'm not gonna eat them. So i decided a new strategy. That has really helped me and i can see that. They're enjoying vegetables a lot more. And i tell them what the vegetable is good for. What are the benefits for example. When i percents them with carrots i say look they make your bones stronger or tomatoes. They help your heartbeat a little faster and they make enemies. You stronger so doing that. They're like okay. You know they're more big are going to want to eat the vegetables a lot easier so instead of saying they're good for you you give specific benefit of what the vegetable will for their bach have helped me or their happiness right or their mood or things in that aside. I think that by the way not only is that great in the moment that's great long term because they'll really understand the value. There's a real. There's really natural remedy for everything right. You can you. Can you can find something in the universe in nature that can cure probably almost everything and for example. I was just reading because we're going to make this a segment. I'm doing. But i was reading about this all plant ravioli. Where you basically blend. Up pumpkin cashews as your ricotta cheese. But it's all good for you and you wrap it in grill thin slice zucchini and it should be great and it's like having ravioli but totally totally plant based and healthy and great snack as well so i think that's great. I think it's it's a smart thing to be doing. Today's quote living in the moment leaves no room for expectations. You're on kiss. fm in the morning..

You also conduct restoration. Dives along with some fun dies. This sounds really fascinating. One of the pictures into newsletter showed the table coral at apo island. I vividly remember that area when we dove air in two thousand nineteen there wasn't any pricing available in the article and you'll have to contact the hotel directly if you have the time and desire to dive with a purpose check out this program and market on your calendar. Long time ago. Donna and i lived in hawaii that was in the mid nineteen eighties. At that time we got to experience. What was probably one of the first while in walls in honolulu. If you're not familiar with wilem walls you can check them out. The wall was a large mural of the humpback whale on the side of a building near waikiki. It was quite impressive. Well it might not be a while and wall but if you happen to be near brant rock in mansfield massachusetts you can catch a the view of a mural of a large shark painted on the side of an old restaurant according to wicked local dot com. The mural was painted by a local artist. Shane leonard. Shane was a former football player at boston college. Who has a passion for painting and a passion for sharks. Now the muros on the side of the former arthur and patch restaurant that closed back in two thousand fifteen. The shark faces divers as they head down ocean street which is a one way street. So you can't miss it say. Shane says he likes the way shark. Show emotion. the photo is pretty impressive. there's no guarantee that the building won't be torn down. Now that is unoccupied but according to shane. Even if it doesn't survive it was worth doing so if you happen to be near mansfield mass check out the shark mural on ocean street about a month ago. They're adding three more components. Climate change marine protected areas and coral reefs. Some of the ways. That dive shops can participate or by conducting aware classes like dive against debris coral conservation or the aware specialty. Also like us. You can become a one hundred percent aware dive centre where you provide a monthly contribution in support of the patty certifications you award. We are very proud to be one hundred percent aware. But here's something that. Patty aware foundation needs to work on. We need more notice as to win. Aware week is happening. I wasn't sure what was happening this year and our calendar filled up and we weren't able to get things scheduled as i mentioned at the top of the show. We've already created are twenty twenty two calendar and it would be nice to know when aware week twenty twenty two is happening. Magazine's two thousand and twenty one through the lens contest is also complete. The winners were recently released at scuba diving. Dot com and the photos will be revealed in september october special photo issue. They received one thousand seven hundred and nineteen photos from around the world. The contest categories included behavior compact camera macro and wide angle. The entries were judged on beauty originality and unique encounters. I check them out and they are spectacular. So i thought. I'd give you a little preview on what's on the horizon. I from aqualung. They are releasing a new regulator the helix pro and the helix it looks like the helix pro is a mid range regular and i think it's replacing their core. It is a balanced first and second stage in his environmentally sealed with four low pressure ports and two high pressure ports. It was built for cold water and has the automatic closure device or a cd. lower end. helix is not environmentally sealed. And it doesn't have a cd and it's designed for warmer water. Also coming out in two thousand and twenty two is their new. Aqua fluck aqua flex men and aqua flex woman wetsuits. I think it's a redesign of their tried and true. Aqua flex line they also have a two millimeter. Free flex wetsuit now. The i one hundred computers going to come in a new color yellow and speaking of colors. They've added a number of different colors to various products including something called sand petrol red and orange as for eight packs. They also have a new regulator the xl four osha and it is billed as a totally sustainable regulator bay from post consumer waste it comes in grey or mint with some great etching. On the first stage. I suspect it's just like the xl four plus being an overbalanced diaphragm regulator with two hp and four l. p. ports. It looks pretty. Sharp and apex is releasing a new dive computer to the sx. It will be program can program up to six gases and monitor six transmitters. The has a titanium basil making it lightweight endurable but also has a color display. There's something more that require. Some more research It says it has in oh to analyze or onboard. But no to sell gotta check that out a little bit. There's a lot more out there and over time. Is i hope that you have sea. Venom rather Has some special. I know he walks on those kind of orange shock. Robert type shorts. He has a look. I hope i hope i hope. The u. have c. Envenom don't make patty penman a generic fighter. And that's my big worry about him. He's a unique guy in his interviews as look his walkout everything. I i'm i'm really worried about you can talk about this. Need a big victory. I'm worried to me is if you're going to be just forgotten off these fights and everything is going to be able to stick out no guy. That's you know one to the firefights. He's the middle of the cart. He's a six five at night so it's not like using the komeda doesn't have doubt much faith in them. You know they know. In chandler came and jenner came over you know. He bought like an pay per view a much bigger deal when he came over. Patty pendant is more coming in as a prospect rather than you know an established contender so he needs to win. But i hope he hope him and the ufc and benham can really keep his personality and his the presence of patty.
The Busiest Draft Weekend of the Season Is Upon Us
"Where leading into the busiest draft weekend of the season fellas. Football is one week away. How are you doing one week away. First day of september bring on fall bring on football. I still have one two three more draft before opening kickoff. How many do you have left. I only have one draft last in. It's my Throwback super unique touchdown only league. I think we're in year thirty eight so at this point. It's kinda just tradition. It's kind of fun. Just a whole different ballgame of what we're normally used to So one draft to go there but yeah like you said one week to go. I am getting to that point where it's tough to sleep at night. I'm counting down the days anytime it gets into single digits as you can just start to feel it. I'm so ready you guys. How do you fall asleep on nights like this. Single digits what What petite asleep heavy bad not dreaming about patty mahomes touchdowns to travis kelsey or kenneth gain. Well breaking off a run. It's funny you say that because if you saw my google search history. It's just kenny gain while college highlight kenny gain. Well highlights preseason. Patrick mahomes you just you just hit it that on so But no if. I do that too long then. I can't fall asleep because i just go down a youtube rabbit hole of all of these great videos and highlight so for me. It's really about trying to shut my brain off and not think about that but to stop doing we get this call so i'm just accepting that i'm gonna lose a lot of sleep that's better than those google searches during the offseason. I've seen those in hoof. I thought i deleted those you follow. You got clear browsing history forever. man jay company drafts get left We got one draft. Actually it's a salary cap keeper league. keeps getting pushed back. So we're now drafting the wednesday before kickoff. So that's my final one. So what does that bring us for a total of leagues and how many leagues are you guys. Not counting best ball leagues not counting basketball leagues. We'll give us both does give us your best ball and just regular drafts i think of. I'm adding them up correctly. I am in sixty one leagues and fifty yuan. Sixty one fifty two other basketball. So i prefer to do the best part of fantasy football the drafting and just let the the software. Take care of the best ball.

"You know ver- manchego to be bad. So let's talk about nick. Locked him in this. You know lack how he called out. Allie celona crap all the time. He makes no allusion to who he is exactly exactly and i think it was. It was cheap for him to die the way he did. Ya think is dead. I don't want him to be dead. Is dead investigating it. Oh that's a shame. I really enjoyed having him in chartres. Guess we just need to go back to gotham. Goblins finished well. That's shows how much i care about that show. Yeah and i also light. He had a moment when he was talking to patty. His that continued to come back for Upping her doses. Patty is not an idiot and she's not a good enough actress to pull off that. She's an idiot because when nick confronted her he's like what are you talking about. Why would this old lady need this amount of drugs. What do you think was happening exactly. And then patty schnyder betta eyelashes like. She's never wise as you just saw. The pain was like come on now. She doesn't have like a tyrannosaurus rex. Sort of the spine need that much for back pain but i. I just enjoyed the placement of nicosia character because the contrast of that pays well in his favor and it comes off very unfavourably full. Patty allison and the fact that they treated him like he was low and then when patty was the number one drug dealer would she was wild. Absolutely wild i i liked. I just liked him because he was he was he was always there to fuck some shit up and i was absolutely there for me too me too what a blur eight episodes. This show has been so far. We normally do this or not. But i think i need this To give me any glimmer of herp one season two comes around. What are your predictions. What do you think is going to happen. Or what do you hope either one. What do you think what do you hope will happen in the next season. Actually i was. Do you think kevin's gonna get killed in the next season. Kevin went anyway. I think kevin's going to win the election. Maybe it's kevin can fuck himself. Then kevin can resurrect. Oh yeah how off douala jianwei. Where would you for rewatch windy windy. I think i think neil is gonna allow one kevin about what's going on. By that time kevin would have been elected. You'd be more powerful control of other. People and alice will be way more stock than she thinks she is. Right now ooh the quicksand of oehler tape interesting. You don't want to hear about sam and his in just host. I guess out of it. All right i agree on all on all pots For you. I want the the ni of the sitcom to fall apart it. Will i have a feeling how feeling pretty quickly but maybe it would have been fine if we hadn't of what's one division. Maybe that's really from from a writing point of view. It did stretch itself too long. So i guess we'll say the if i can only have one thing in the next season it's to drop that sitcom baena. I think everyone finds exactly what bland it's going to drop and that's hope neil delivers the blow ali. We love when is blowing a drop in the same sentence. This coming all suit me. Monica like us. "I absolutely i absolutely agree. And if if we were to ship. Patty and allison then love. If that's what you wanna call it was founded in their inability or their reluctance to wanna be better people. that's disgusting. I want to be messy together and and to some extent. I think i'm glad we have detected in this. I feel bad for her to about four. Because i don't think party feels anything for just in this. This is where the hyenas leaving the lion. King cops follow you. This part of pride rock icons offend you. So i get what you're saying. I get your sentiments. She's the outlier in this. Wishy actually is accountable for actions and she is unfortunately a casualty to the warpath of patty and also biproduct of alison. I i really don't care to see the relationship. Patty and allison flourishing continue to explore that. But i feel like it's also you know when they can be together in public and it's exciting anymore. I think that's what's going to happen. Patty and allison once they do if allison has the courage to to be with patti. It's not going to be exciting anymore. And the love is gonna fizzle. That's how it was founded. Then season fall. We'll be watching alison trying to kill body. I see i see. It's just going to continue in that. Sort of vein. I did like detective. Tammy i feel bad for her This is the end of her. I think we're gonna continue to see her in the show I don't know what she sees in patty. Maybe she sees her as like a birkin. Little birdie with a wing and she can fix her auto nor because it seems like she's she's she's consciously aware of the influence that allison has on her as you mentioned it a couple of times the battery like. I don't know why you hang around her like you know there's something suspicious about her And i i didn't even take it in a bitchy way. I think she's just like be careful of the company. You keep right so i. I don't know. I would like to see more of tammy i just want to see less messy women spoil the fuck like she just doesn't like alison. She just needs some things up from the get go. No reason just bill goal instinct in gut feeling yeah. Her clue was pointing his direction. Okay let's talk about the fast with allison and sam. I know we've kind of touched on a little bit. But there's also the component of his wife gem often often deed so so. Let's talk about sam because we were introduced him first before jen. I know i don't know friends and love as if you guys came from small towns and then you lived out in a big city and you went back. I would like to know what that experience is like because at that point. Unless it's like a financial thing you'll choosing to go back to the place where you remember. I'm not saying it's impossible but like it's not impossible to grow as a person if you grow up in a small town and you stay in a small town for the rest of your life but when you move to a bigger city there are things automatically by default. You're gonna learn about yourself and you're going to learn about the world And i didn't think allison has had experience either should dozen. I think that's one of the reasons why it never really worked out some back. Then i think when someone ought and now has to come back to to live in a house probably paid by the parents in in in in a cafe paid by the wasp. Parents like ooh..
Wet Notes 8-30-21
"This is wet notes here on scuba shack radio for monday august thirtieth two thousand and twenty one. Well we have certainly had our fill of extreme weather lately just last week here. In connecticut we face the challenges of tropical storm on re just barely below hurricane strength and at the last minute it shifted east and we avoided the brunt of the wind rhode island wasn't as fortunate and now we have item a cat for hurricane hit louisiana. Extreme weather is now the norm. The news keeps getting worse. Recently there was a study published by nicholas bars from the potsdam institute for climate impact research and that was that the gulfstream could be varying towards irreversible collapse. Now the gulf stream is part of the atlantic meridional overturning circulation or a. m. Oc this circulation takes warm salty. Water from the tropics moves in north and then takes the cold water south. The study finds that the circulation is at its weakest in one thousand years. So what happens if the gulfstream collapses that will dictate extreme cold for parts of north america and europe. Is the collapse imminent well. That's not an easy question. Answer it could be decades away but as we have seen things are happening a lot faster when it comes to climate change not only will the disruption of the gulfstream resort in colder north american temperatures. It is predicted that there will be a rise in sea level disruption of the monsoon patterns and impacts on the amazon rainforest. An aunt arctic ice sheets. The study concluded that is that this is all a result of human endorse induced climate. Change in may of this year. I talked about a project out on lake. Tahoe called cleanup lake. That project had an ambitious goal of cleaning over seventy two miles of the mountain lake. So i thought i would give it a quick update on how the work is progressing. Now these numbers come from the cleanup delake website. Cleanup delete dot org as earlier this month. Team of divers has removed an amazing eight thousand. One hundred and twenty two pounds of trash were three hundred and three thousand six hundred eighty four kilograms and covered about twenty two miles or thirty four kilometers of coastline. There update indicated that they have completed seventy four dives over twenty seven days of diving. The diver's consumed two hundred and eighty six cylinders of air. Today there have been eighty one volunteers who have delivered two thousand six hundred and eleven volunteer hours. Now i'm not sure if they're on pace to meet their objectives but that's not always the measure success. The amount of continuing effort is what really counts. Keep up the good work guys. The annual boston sea rovers clinic for this year is just one month away. The two thousand twenty clinic happened just a couple of weeks. Before the corona corona virus lockdowns took effect. We really didn't know how serious things were then. Now as we continue to emerge from the pandemic the show may just have the distinction of being the last face to face. Scuba show in the world before the pandemic and the first face-to-face scuba show in the world post pandemic monty. And i were at the last meeting. And everything's proceeding for the october. First and second show the show will follow state and local mandates and as the days pass by. We are all hoping that the show will go off his plan. This year shows moved from the traditional march date to october as a result of the pandemic that you'd be a great time to enjoy some early fall weather in new england. It'd be great to get together and diving is certainly a social sport. Do you miss dive training magazine. I sure do. I think i've re reread all the back issues. We have a good shop at least three times. So what's happening with the publication. Well i reached out to catherine castle garcia the editor to find out the latest catherine informed me that they hope to be publishing again in the fourth quarter of two thousand and twenty one. Now that's some good news. The fourth quarter is not that far away. And i'm certainly looking forward to dive training magazine hitting the streets and finally here on wet notes. I wanted to give you an update on the situation with dutch springs. If you remember last time. I reported that the property owned by stu jill school had been sold to trammell crow texas developer. Who's planning to build a large warehouse facility on the property. The initial word was that dutch would shut down after the season while a lot has happened in the last couple of weeks i there was a petition that garnered over three thousand supporters to keep the place open and as we know petitions can only go so far then there was support from patty professional association of diving instructors patty due to white paper outlining the economic benefits dutch brings provides as a diving venue. Patty estimates that because dutch exists. It helps to generate three point. Four billion annual retail sales in the northeast they tag the economic benefit to bethlehem at thirty four point five million as for tax revenue. The paper indicates that about ninety. Eight point nine million is generated for state and local taxes and northeast and about two point one million for bethlehem in addition to patty support. The lehigh valley planning commission has called the proposal of disaster for the quality of life in the lehigh valley while it seems that there a great deal of opposition to maybe very little that can be done to stop the effort. One positive. I that i did see. Was that trammell. Crow was indiscretions with local officials to offload the fifty off lou to fifty acre quarry for community use. Just how would you get to acquire if they build the warehouses. I don't know while the saga is far from over. I would expect that we won't see. Dutch brings open for the twenty twenty two dive season but his al michaels once said. Do you believe in miracles. Well that's it for this edition of wet notes. "Now I'm ready. I'm ready. And what's really fascinating about the pandemic is that a lot of the top people that they always picked, they've kind of have fallen to the wayside and this new Hollywood is emerging is they're like, well, you know what? We've done without them for so long. Let's bring in fresh new talent. And you're going to start seeing in movies and TV shows a lot of faces that you never have seen before. It is opened the door for people that never thought they would ever be in a feature film as a leading person on camera. And it's really wonderful. It's been interesting to see how the industry what I was talking about a few friends in Hollywood and my friend is a director. And what happened was a lot of these big top actors, they became not relevant. Just fell away. And their egos were the point that they couldn't really handle that. And then they didn't know what to do and they just vanished themselves. And they just thought that they thought the gravy train was going to run forever. You know, I mean, I'm a sag actor. When you get a booking, you get a really good spot and those checks come in. You get your 30 40 50 60 70 80 checks in a packet from so crazy. You're like, yeah, well, and the one thing. So I know a lot of actors that do that. And as a voice actor, and I always try to tell them, look, as soon as you get that job, you need to be working on something else because a lot of actors don't realize and voice actors as well as actors that these jobs end. And they don't realize like that's what happened to all the big stars. They never thought it would end. And it ended. And it's a fascinating thing is that you have to prepare for the future all the time because when I get a job, I get fired as soon as I got it. And I have to audition for another job. And if you just bank on that, this is your guaranteed for life. When it's over, I mean, it's all one thing. My big commercials when they're there, it just stops. You know it stops because last week you got like 80 checks and you got enough to pay for a brand new car and then this week you could barely go to In-N-Out burger and buy lunch for you and a friend. You know what I mean? It's just when it's over when they stop running commercials it stops. And just like a TV show. My dad and it's over. It stops. Well, I'm thrilled that you're having such success. Yeah, thank you. You know, I just had a meeting with a major studio, so that was super exciting. So things are happening for me now. And you know, I'm really working in that space with my meditation and my manifesting. I've got my lord up. I've got I'm looking at it every day and I'm meditating every day. And I just know it's already here. I keep telling myself it's already here. And all these things just keep coming to me. And I'm like, it's just a matter of time. It's just a matter of time. For me, I'm living as if it's already happened. And so it's already working in the universe for me. It's coming to me. And I discuss it back. And, you know, I'm working hard, of course, but you have to let it well, that's the key. As well. That's the key. So as the author of the book, the law of action, it's the missing link, the missing chapter of the law of attraction. You do all the manifestation stuff. Yeah. And if you listen as you've been talking, as I listen to you, you take lots of action. You move forward and you create a momentum in your life. So yes, you can meditate and you can have your vision boards, you're going to have all those positive things. But if you just sit on the couch and you don't take action and you just wait for someone to knock on your door to be on the Gilmore Girls, it ain't gonna happen. No, it's not. And before I go on with you, I was rehearsing for rehearsal tonight for scene I'm doing with another actor. And then another friend of mine we're making our own work. You know, he's riding stuff and we're filming it. You know, we just got you gotta keep being active. You have to stay in action. Even if it's not a momentum in your life. Yeah. Yeah. And then we have to act. And not only does it create a momentum in your life, but the universe takes notice and says, hey, patty, you've been playing here like really high end, and now there's all this momentum and then all of a sudden, now you're playing here and the universe just provides out of a live abundance in that people just all of a sudden they go, you know what? My friend patty Malcolm, and then all of a sudden people that you didn't know that no you know you and reach out and it's just it's such a magical experience to live a life of massive inspired action with manifestation and lots and lots of action. Yeah, I work so hard. So yeah, it's not that I'm just like staring at this board all day. Well, it's gonna be interesting. So what's your biggest job you've ever done so far? The Gilmore Girls, but let's see. That was a standing, but you run a soap. What's the biggest one? The biggest one was a guest on Criminal Minds where I got it was a fight scene. Oh yeah. Yeah, you love vaccines. I love fight scenes. I love physicality. And I like to go there emotionally. And I like to scream and kick and all that. It aired when did that air? That was like 2000 ten, but it's in a million I get good residuals off of it. Let's just say this. It's syndicated. So it's all over the world. And it's always running somewhere. But it's a great scene, a great fight scene. And we shot for almost 6 hours the scene. And I was getting thrown around into the walls. I've had to fall downstairs, but they did have a stunt gal at the very top of the stair. And then I stepped in to fall down the last couple stairs and land on the ground, but that to me was a blast. And I want to do more. I know what the dream would be is to be on a procedural as a badass detective kicking butt. Take a name. Oh, I can see that. We're in a really nice suit, silk shirt. So the one thing I was gonna say is as we start to wrap things up is that you're gonna get the ideal part. You're gonna either get cast for a major TV show that's gonna be a massive hit because it's just waiting for you. I see it. And I'm like, yes, she was on live transformation radio. I knew her when. And when that happens, it's gonna be so funny and you'll experience this is people to go, God, she's like an overnight success. Right. You're so lucky. This guy patty you're so lucky that you got on this show. Yeah. She'd been working ass off for a long time. Every time. I slept in my car. I know. That's my long run. And it's taken a lot of dedication and it has not always been easy, but I've always kept.
What if All Food Was Square?
"Have you ever been eating dinner and thought this is great but i really wish my entree insides were all the same size and shape. Maybe identical rounded squares. Well square eat heard you and are here with a weekly meal delivery service. That's exactly that food in the form of identically sized rounded squares as the companies deck spread around the internet this week people had trouble figuring out if it was for real. But according to the company's chief marketing officer maria laura florez who spoke to the today show and the over one hundred fifty thousand dollars. They've raised in funding on. We funder it absolutely is quoting today. The miami based company squarely uses processes like low temperature cooking and thermal shocking to turn foods like chicken beef broccoli rice and more into precooked. Fifty gram square patties. The small squares are designed to be consumed in either four or six piece meals for piece meal boxes from sweet break chocolate pancakes to mediterranean. Ciba's asparagus in zucchini range in price. From five fifty to seven ninety nine wants delivered the squares stay fresh for two weeks or more and can be eaten cold or prepared in a variety of ways including sauteed in oil heir fried or warmed in the microwave and quotes and one of the big things that the company is trying to clear up. Is that these aren't meal replacements. The foods that make up the squares are the actual foods. The chicken is just chicken. Sweet potato is just sweet potato albeit they do come spiced but squaring insists there one hundred percent natural ingredients. It's just how they're prepared that thermal shocking process. That gives them their strange futuristic appearance but my biggest question is why i mean sure. It looks kinda cool. But what is the advantage of the square. As best as i can figure it out from reading several articles ranging from bewildered to scathing square. It says that the shape makes it easier to mass produce their gourmet techniques so that they can make high quality. Food more affordable.
Congressman Received a Disturbing Call From Someone Stranded in Afghanistan
"So when your immune to facts and facts bother you what you do is you dance around the facts by playing word games are not illegal aliens. Yeah, but they're aliens by definition and legal code that are here illegally. They are undocumented. Well, the reason they're undocumented because they're illegal there. That's a total xenophobia. Now they're trying to change the definition of the word stranded, by the way, watch the media comply with pepper and Patty's instructions by the way not to call stranded Americans in Afghanistan In fact, stranded watch in the coming days. There'll be all kinds of, um Different terms first stranded that will pop out in the newspaper headlines because they have to save the regime right now. And that's their sole purpose. But I want you to listen to this gym queue up. That cut we talked about. This is deeply disturbing. This is, uh, a member of Congress got this call or office Got this call. From Someone stuck stranded. Stranded behind Taliban enemy lines in Kabul. I'd like an entrepreneurial media person maybe to take out their phone and Play this at the next presser when Jen Psaki is there, maybe Peter Doocy or someone else and just ask her if this person is stranded? Or is just star. I don't know. Just Sitting behind, waiting for a few extra days, maybe spending the weekend in Kabul. Listen to this. Our by our it's getting more difficult. Yeah, Even with the course passed by. I feel like I'm gonna stop by the Torah there in the Hollywood that they're going to come and kill us. He's kidding. Please. Just please help me whenever is the service? Yeah. Mm hmm. Oh, That's tough to listen to. You
How Many Americans Are Stranded in Afghanistan?
"Down answers to regarding what's going on in Afghanistan because it's the responsible thing to do. And we have irresponsible leaders right now in D. C were a joke they become. I mean, a joke like I mean it like you're literally jokes being told about them around the world. Now, this is not a funny situation. But our leaders are a joke. You understand those aren't the same thing right? There's nothing funny about what's going on in Afghanistan. But our leaders are a joke. Those two things can coexist at the same time. The entire globe is laughing at these idiots in the swamp right now in the DC Swamp. So three questions. We need answers to right now and play some audio and some are Some sound here. Hopefully, hopefully affect us in the right direction. Number one How many stranded Americans are left behind? Yes, Stranded. Do not listen to peppermint Patty at the White House press briefings were offended at the idea. We stranded preview stranded people. There are emails everywhere. I just got an email this morning while doing my podcast for my source who has people on the ground, saying they are absolutely stranded that the airport is not open that that is nonsense that they're barely getting people in there. There are people on the ground right now they are stranded pep. German. Patty doesn't want to say stranded and I'm sure the media will now follow her instructions and use various, uh, euphemisms. They're not stranded. We're just trying to prevent unauthorized entry into the airport. They'll dump the word strengthen, but people are stranded. So question number one. How many Americans are stranded in Kabul right now in Afghanistan in general?
When and How to Safely Feed Whole Grains to Babies
"Now when can we do whole grains for babies. I mentioned that there is a lot of misinformation out there. People will say things like babies cannot digest whole grains. They certainly can they just whole grains in fact. It's thought that a baby's anatomy is actually capable of digesting the majority of nutrients as early as three or four months of age. Of course we don't feed those nutrients at three or four months of age because babies not safe to swallow anything except breast milk or formula. And just because they can do. It doesn't mean they should because there could be some other negative caveat that talked about early introduction of gluten for example increasing the risk of ceac disease so from a physiological standpoint. Yes your baby can digest whole grains and we start feeding foods other than breast milk or formula at around the six month mark but sometimes parents will think i should do the refined grains because there's so much gentler on the baby's gut and that's really not a benefit and that's certainly not true. There's no data to suggest that digestion of refined grains is easier on the baby than the digestion of whole grains. Yeah tastes a little bit. Longer to digest fiber and fat and protein compared to just carbohydrate. But that's a good thing. So how can we feed babies whole grains if you think about the list of whole grains and if you've heard of things like barley or brown rice. Buckwheat bulgar millet popcorn. We don't feed popcorn two babies that certainly a choking hazard but if you're looking for a good whole grain snack for you as an adult heck yeah. Popcorn wants to go. Put a ton of butter and salt all over but we also think about things like keen wa in amaranth. These are examples of whole grains but they tend to be really small pieces right so a baby would require their pincer grasp in order to pick up a very small piece of keen law. And i don't know even like you and me. I got a great pincer grasp. But i don't wanna be eating keen wa with my fingers so we generally can feed these whole grains which can be challenging for babies to pick up prior to having their pantograph. We can feed them in a fritter format. So i love to take cooked whole grains and make them into fritters which are fried cakes or patties that have usually an egg or some sort of other binding agent in there. You can mix it with cooked vegetables with other protein. It's a great thing to do. If you have like leftover farro or leftover
