"Hey, guys, How are you, Dana? So on that morning, I was at work I worked for for an orthopedic surgeon and my husband was a police officer in a local town of Monmouth County, and they were going to be staging in Highlands. For any victims that the hospitals couldn't handle. And he was part of that because he was also IMF and fire. And he had collected me from work, and then he was going off to do that. Because they were getting bumped threats. All over the city and that they were going to be bombing the fairies and they were trying to get computers to come home safely. So they had to pat down. Everybody getting onto the boats, and he was part of that crew. And I didn't see him until almost midnight. Uh, come home. "11 on a Friday afternoon and we are D and D D Minsky and Doyle. I'm Jeff Timmons Hand. I'm Bill Doyle. As you have been hearing and Patrick Lavery is news, and it's news everywhere. Just yesterday, the C D. C came out with new guidance and this was major. That many, many many states have already adopted, saying that the fully vaccinated for the most part, most circumstances do not have to wear a mask anymore. Not even indoors. In most circumstances, That's if you're fully vaccinated. So hopeful New Jerseyans were waiting to see what our governor would do Yesterday. He came out and said, Well, I'm gonna think about it. I'm going to review the CDC as if he's got a better scientific mind than they do. He's going to check their work. Yeah, Yeah, right, right. Yeah. It's like you're the teacher. And then today he comes out and says Nope, We're not there yet. Now even Connecticut there, governor, also a Democrat, by the way in What is it? Five days? Five days from today, they are going to be lifting the mask mandates for fully vaccinated. They are, in other words, going along with the C. D. C 25 other states. Sit, and that is just overnight since yesterday, CDC announcement 25 other states either lifted them or loosen them in compliance with what the CDC is recommending. Not US. And our last caller because we were taking calls on this last hour. I said, I would want to just add on to something. He said He thinks Murphy isn't necessarily wrong because he thinks Murphy is a student. Of human behavior, and he knows that a lot of people this could this is the caller saying this who are not vaccinated. I guess we'll just pose pretend they are not wear masks even go into places if they've got 101 degree fever because they just don't believe in any of this, you know they're just total science deniers and that that they will get somebody who is not vaccinated sick. Okay to that, I would say. The on Lee people at this point that I would feel bad for Those people who are unvaccinated because they cannot take a vaccination. That's where the herd immunity always comes in. There are certain people allergic whatever the reason, is who just medically cannot be vaccinated, and so they would remain susceptible. But as far as just the general people who could take a vaccine for this and then choose not to When we're at the point That we have walk ins available right? It is that widely available. At this point. You've got an answer if you choose to ignore it if you choose to just play games and not get a vaccine. Well, then what really are we worried about? Yes. I will worry about the person who would like a vaccine and cannot get it. If a significant number of people just will refuse to be vaccinated against Otherwise, Phil Murphy trying to save them. You know when this whole thing started, it made sense because there was no answer for this. There was no cure for this. Well, now there's an answer. So anyway, What do you think about this business of him Turning down this guidance from the CDC 1 802 8311.5 Mi ho from my laurel, You're on New Jersey One of 1.5. I thank you so much. I just looked in different second. I've been a registered nurse for 35 years and my nurse spends and I laughed and talk to me while I'm sorry are if you have your own Bluetooth or speaker phone. Could you just switch it Because it's you sound like you're in a windowless dropping out. Out, Okay. Is this better? That is a ton. Better. Thank you. Okay, So okay. So you're a registered nurse. You said I've been a registered nurse for 35 years in the state of New Jersey. And before they even talked about returning to normal. My nurse friends and I said that we were still going to mask and it's perfect. You got me after that last caller because my perspective is based on human behavior. First of all, I have to tell you that I've never seen such Selfish people in my life when we really did have to wear the mask. My father served in World War two and went blind and forget for giving his service and I've have Holocaust survivors. So stay home and wear a mask. I couldn't do that. So I was a caretaker for my 90 year old Mom. This is years before there was even a thought of the pandemic, and I'm taking her for an echocardiogram. So she's 90. The tech is having an outrageous cold. Okay, e don't if you know anything about echocardiograms, But you're right in the person's face and a cold to a 90 year old can be their death. She's she's coffins. She's not even turning her head. I had ST stop. Mm hmm. Go get a mask or I'm going to your supervisor because you're cold is going to hurt my mom. Right? Okay. Here's another human behavior. I'm on the line dancer. Big barn prospectors. You walk in. Everybody has to hug everybody. People hug you. And then you say, Hey, how you doing is their faces right there. They're pulling back. Although I'm sick of the dog. What are you doing out hugging me, right? Right, right. Okay. But that being said, should fully vaccinated. People still have to wear a mask. Well, there's the other thing. I know people who've had the shingles vaccine and they've gotten singles. So I'm vaccinated. You're saying yes, visors, right? But if they don't know, still wear it. No. You know what? I've had pneumonia. Let me share. One more thing with you. I'll ride 17 miles on my bicycle. I'm very healthy. But I've had pneumonia and it was scary. And I don't ever want to have that again. So you know what? I'm gonna wear my masks. It has nothing to do with politics. And if if Murphy's doing it on behavior than I support him, because I'd seen human behavior, people lie. People were rude, and they do whatever they want, but it does. Hey, listen, we appreciate your call. It does need to stop sometime. It has to stop sometime and keep in mind for for that, lady. If you know me Hall If she wants to keep wearing the mask, she could always wear a mask or no one's gonna make you not wear it. But for the vast majority who want it to end Once the CDC comes out and says, If you've been fully vaccinated, you can take it off. And then your governor says no. I don't know. Does it bother you? 1 802 8311.54 18, New Jersey Fast traffic.

Pollen could increase coronavirus infection susceptibility, study suggests
"Last year, when coded hit just is the spring started, We compared and contrasted the symptoms of seasonal allergies versus those of coronavirus now that researchers know much more about the virus. They say hi. Pollen counts are related the higher infection risks But there is hope first, says Dr Leonard B. L. A riot Rutgers. The cove in 19 vaccine eliminates this correlation, at least as far as researchers have studied. Second, he says, wearing a mask is as good for protecting against pollen as it is against Cove it, it will decrease to the insulation of pollen.
