"And gentlemen Children of all ages. Welcome to conservatives Circus with James T. Harris. Why are U s health officials being pushed are pushing hospitals. Administered unused covert antibody drugs. It's report out and CNBC. Say that this is incredible. 600 K doses of Eli Lilly's Regeneron. This is the therapeutic has been shift shipped, and they reduced hospitalizations by 70%. Yeah, and especially among the most vulnerable yet vulnerable. Yet 75% of the doses remain on used what is going on in the center ring of the conservative Circus. We have Dr Jane Orient. As she is the MD She has appeared on major television or radio networks in the United States. Speaking about issues related to health care reform, she is executive director of the Association of American Positions and Surges. Ah, voice for patients and for US Issues. Independence is 1919 43. She is also president of Doctors for Disaster Preparedness. Doctor Orient is also the managing editor of the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons. She is a policy adviser to the Heartland Institute and Dr Orient. I wanted to have you on to help make sense. Some of the things we are hearing on seeing is a possible I mean, let's start with this therapeutic thing and hospitalizations. Hospitals are starting to fill up and every day we're hearing that doctors are refusing to prescribe Regeneron and other things that are helpful until the patient is hospitalized. What Is going on. Oh, that's a very good question. And I don't know whether doctors through refusing to prescribe Regeneron. I know that you're refusing to prescribe ivermectin or Mostly based on studies outside the United States at this does prevent hospitalization. As to the antibodies. I know that that they are available in Tucson. At to some medical center and also the Veterans Administration has them. I know of at least one patient who got some by making an appointment and to some medical center. I have heard that they're not being distributed. And I really don't know why I may be just the word hasn't filtered down. Of two physicians, But yes, they are available. You know you have. This is the CNBC articles say like if you're in this category Ah, you should call around and find out which hospitals which doctors are prescribing this because this is like a real crime because it is so effective that you can if you if you get this when you're on the front end. I mean, you could skip this whole thing altogether. I would think that the organ that this is something that would be pushed out by our media and everyone else. You would think that this cheap available safe therapy that's been around for Decades. I mean, every victim was approved in 1981. At least a billion doses have been dispensed worldwide. It is very widely used in veterinary medicine as well. 1965. It's been used by hundreds of millions of patients. You would think that doctors would prescribe that as to the monoclonal antibodies. These are new. There's not nearly as much evidence supporting them, but I don't know that you need your private doctor to write a prescription for for them, I think is that At least it to some medical center. I think you can get get approved from their their doctors to get this infusion. I'm not really sure. But you want to check with your hospitals and and find out back to Jane Orient is the executive director of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons. He's also president of Doctors for Disaster preparedness. A doctor every day. We're hearing more information about the reactions to vaccines. You haven't been keen on vaccines. Are you still Larry? And if So why? I think that these are novel vaccines. They have not been out for very long, and it's simply effect that long term effects don't show up for long term. On Dave only been tested for about two or three months. Also, for efficacy of that remains to be seen remains to be seen. How long they last the Proponents off even admit that there's no evidence that they prevent transmission. They might just be increasing the number of asymptomatic carrier carriers. Which would not be a good thing, but of reports of side effects are coming out. There were like 23 deaths in Norway, and but that's attributed to they gave the vaccines to people who are about to die. Anyway. You have to wonder, why would they give a vaccine which is supposed to be so scarce to people? You only have a few months to live. That just doesn't seem to be a very good thing. Plus, you know they're more vulnerable to To any side effects, probably just because of their frail situation, but there are there. Well, you know about the bills policy. We have had other neurological effects coming up that occur white after the vaccine. This hasn't really been Tracked down to see just how likely the real association with the vaccine is over, cause positive affected. The vaccine is, but it's new. It's new, and I think that there's a certain amount of hesitancy and being the first to sign up for anything, given the record of the drug companies and putting out drugs. Backdoor Ian When this crisis has passed, and your God willing, it will pass will are Burt bureaucracy and healthcare sector? Well, they have some soul searching to do in your opinion. Well, I think they really do. I think that the government has some soul searching to do because, well, it's it's talking about evidence based medicine and following this science, there is no science at all. To show that lockdown help and in fact that there's a new There's a huge amount of evidence to show that it destroys lives that destroys businesses. It's destroying the middle class. It's causing death by suicide by delayed medical care for other conditions. And it was really implemented without any scientific evidence. It just really does not help prevent the spread of the disease of the casualties from covert 19, doctor or you don't wanna thank you very much for your time this morning. Yeah, that study. That is out is showing that the far more people have been killed by the government response to covet, then have died from Cove it which begs the question. I mean, we talk about the great reset. "Had a meeting yesterday and they took a lot of places are reporting it as a vote. But a vote implies some kind of binding decision. It was more of a pole. The Lakers and the Clippers were all for not playing any more games of the rest of the team's wanted to keep playing. Ah, according to reports LeBron James got up and the Lakers and Clippers players all followed him out of the meeting before it was over, But we're going to do the story when it really dive into it at nine o'clock where Wayne, you're going to join me and will accept and we'll explore it a little. Deeper. All right. We've got new details now in the shooting of Jacob Lake in Wisconsin. So we now know that the officer who actually shot Jacob Blake is Rustin Schelsky, and he's been with the department for seven years to other officers have been placed on pated administrative leave. I assume it's paid administrative leave, and the officers say that they were called to a domestic incident. Ah, woman called and said her boyfriend was there at this, I think was a birthday party and he was not supposed Be on the premises. So in the call a dispatcher name's Blake and says he isn't supposed to be there, and the dispatcher later explained she doesn't have more details because the collar was uncooperative. Now. Apparently, the cops are saying no other officer other than chesty fired their weapon, and police say they did give AIDS hospital before Give Blake Aid to Blake before he was flown to the hospital. It's a little it's it's not just as simple as you have a man who was shot in the back seven times by a police officer. There's more to that story the police have. I think One of the biggest part is that they were either told or no knew that he had a knife in the car as he was reaching in, which is going to change the story dramatically. If that is not the story, and it's not gonna be that easy. We talked this morning to Ryan Burrow about this. Not gonna be that easy to prosecute Chesky. It is not a here is it's not. Ah show Vin Derek show Vin situation. There's a lot more to this so We're gonna find out and it could be. The cop is gonna walk certainly on a criminal charge. We'll find out more about that, obviously, is we follow the story. A misunderstanding. Leads to unrest in Minneapolis, know justice..

The Rise of Ecofascism

"Looking. And how the climate it crisis fuels ECO Fascist ideology and how some of those narratives already exist in mainstream politics. You're listening thing to think sustainability. I'm Julia Cockatiel. So lost time. We defined Eaker Kerr Fascism as the belief in racial purity as the only way to save the planet thus eaker fascists place the wellbeing of the earth nature. HR and animals at the forefront of their ideology and although eaker fascism draws on ideas dating as far back as the nineteenth century the contemporary context specifically the climate crisis has given the ideology. And you edge. Astrid is gone from Gazing at its nive home to a three years ago to the midst of a huge crisis in Tosa Faez and they'd rather than agricultural catastrophes and song. I think we're going to see them. Rise quite dramatically. These ecologically focused Sort of Fascist taught the the end of the wound is coming. We have to cybele solve taught movements. Betsy Hoffman Emeritus Professor of Development Studies at Hampshire College in Massachusetts agrees that apocalyptic narratives the articles spurred on by the climate crisis. Give Echo fascists a new sense of urgency here in the United States. There's a real tendency toward Still toward apocalyptic schism this ECO fascist view. That were you know approaching some kind of major conflagration or the end of the world old especially around climate change now in the environmental movement as we discussed in pot one anti overpopulation specifically by non non Anglo. Nonwhite immigrants is at the core of the fascist argument more extreme ideologies and philosophies will become more and more attractive partly partly because of global warming and And partly because there is a reality associated with population growth. You know that as the world's population grows its capacity to support the number of people Declines this idea of immigrants washing up on the shores of the West. I arriving to destroy new land after the degradation of their own is the common narrative for pated among ECO fascists in the climate crisis these immigrants are known as climate refugees mean. Climate change is bad enough as it is. It's urgent enough is it is is you know you look at the forest fires you can look at Melting ice you don't need to then make it look like all these poor people. In the Global South South are gonNA come across our borders you know a bleak future scenarios of millions and millions of climate refugees roaming across international borders creating havoc climate refugees or environmental migrants those who forced to abandon their homes due to environmental degradation or extreme weather events experts estimate that climate change is likely to displace between one hundred and fifty and three hundred million people by the middle of the century. But Betsy says most of the conversation related to climate refugees is alarmist and misleading are so many people really going to be flooding across borders. Orders most Migration will probably be within countries. Not accost borders. Why is migration happening? Migrations Complex questioned. There is likely to be climate related late in migrating. There already is but it's complicated there. A range of other factors involved in people's decisions to migrate behind the Fascist Lens. "NewsRadio ten thirty. Okay. So here's the deal. We're talking about a person who is brought to my attention that she received in the mail for the registry, motive equals a very bright, orange envelope, which threatens non-renewal of a license and registration can result. If you ignore this, this letter, it's no way to ignore. The letter believe me, it's bright orange. Anyway. Bottom line is this. We know the cameras can make mistakes. We know that angles can make mistakes. We know that reflections can make mistakes. We know p human beings can make mistakes. This woman has never driven this car through the top the I forget, if it was the cow doesn't doesn't take the car takes the car. Locally period doesn't take the car on a total doesn't have a transponder now it would seem to me that the registry of Mon vehicles would should realize that mistakes can be made. And if an individual after all these years of the tolls being electron electric and automated. If this one instance, well, maybe two instances of where supposedly this car was driven through either some of the electron IQ of toll overhangs, or on the mass pike or whatever, if all of a sudden you realize, okay. This only one chances are pretty good that it's a mistake. Yeah. Chances are pretty good. Yeah. So why my proposal is that the registry should say, look, willing wait until you have. Five. Whatev-. Yeah. At least make it twenty bucks or twenty bucks. Right. So as opposed to wasting because who is going to avoid a toll just seems to me. It's just government, not using their head sending this lady a howler. What would be Harry Potter, they'd be called a howler? It's it would be a letter that calls attention to itself by screaming particular case. It's, it's orange, and so it, it caused attention. So the mailman knows she's delinquent in something the neighbors now anybody who sees her male from anywhere. It's going to know she's delinquent something. I told you that I'm so terrified about that. I remember getting a parking ticket for five bucks in Manchester Hampshire. This has to be I don't know, ten twenty years, ten fifteen years ago, covering New Hampshire primaries and I paid I literally was parked outside of city hall on elm street. So I walked in, I took the ticket in within a matter of minutes Pated asked for a copy of my check and then head that stapled to. To a copy of the ticket and kept in a glove compartment, because my fear is you go to renew a registration or renew your license. And if the Reggie says you while you have an outstanding ticket or you have an outstanding up. I don't know. Outstanding toll violation. We can't renew this unless you get it squared away. And I've heard stories about people being having to go halfway all all the way cross-strait to north Adams, Qassam Mita person transpose, the number. And, and it's, it's sort of like the onus is upon you. Yeah. So my, my resolution and I did, by the way, call and left. A message for the PR person of the registry. Didn't get a chance. I realize it's Friday night. We made the decision late. This is not an this is not intended to trash the registry motive. I think that Erin Devinney Debbie excuse me. Endeavoring does pretty good job. We've had the registry in here, but this should. Be reform and the reform should simply be you have to have. I don't I don't care if you want to say five over year or three over a month, but obviously someone who's out there in you get just one to get a Bill for two stalls, and sixty five cents. What do you think people when it costs at least a buck, descendant, of course, will you have to figure out the amount of time that people if you really want to know what the cost send it is? How much time does it take someone to download the information put it into this computer? Get generated, I got a check from the state wants for ten cents cost me more effort to cash. The frequent thing then. Well here we go. See what people think I suspect some others have suffered the same indignity Bill. You a first tonight you I are on the ringcentral nightside caller line. How are you? Hi, guys say stiff taking my call Bill Littleton. I just went down the mass pike down to Britain failed. I have five of those in the mail, they're eliminating jobs. They have a scanner thing. I don't have a transplant. I drive to Maine with my business drive, a lot of a logger, tree guy. I just never had responded. It's ridiculous. So here's my way. Can handle for business? Why don't you have a transponder I pay the toll? I mean, I don't mind him people person people anymore. They're all electron is no toll takers anymore. But would the billions of Dole's in paper that the sending people for a dollar toll? I mean. And it's crazy. So did you did you see Bill Bill? Did you get five separate envelopes five separate Lindsey, so you for two months? Yeah. With the return of alo- whizzing saying that I lose my license everything just because, you know, in my girl, my son goes over the Tobin bridge, if he's in one of my trucks littering lumber as we do you know, it's just crazy in the beginning, the mass pike if you went through the toll, and you'd have money for God, they'd send you a, you know, the second time it was a hundred dollar fine. No. Let me ask you this Bill. But here's my question Bill. It's why not you. You should get if you're going to be using the pike and you're gonna use until roles. I really think you should get a transponder. Absolutely. I am as an example. It's an amazing example of waste to be to send somebody one person. I mean they didn't. They couldn't even send you one Bill, that don't have anything in the computer guys like they were on the same same day, you said you drove the pike in you probably got hit seventy five cents two dollars here. Another seventy five cents here. Right. And the rate is high, but they sent me five fils. Like ten bucks to send those. It's crazy doing this probably thirty percent of people that don't have transponders. Yeah. You know, I wonder what the percentage is Bill. We'll try to get someone on next week, maybe from the ministry and get squared away because I like a little campaign. This intrigue. I, I want to know where all papers covering from the all these people's bills. They're not doing it right. When you chop down trees. Right. Yeah, it just doesn't. That you're not a tree hugger and you saying. Oh, god. Resident is residential of. Thank you, Bill. Thanks so much as great call. Appreciate it. I have six one seven to five ten thirty triple eight nine to nine hundred thirty I think we'll get some more calls like this get a transponder. But if you don't have a transponder because, you know that you, you, you you're retired and you never gonna go on the pike you're never going to go to the airport with your own car. And there are a lot of people don't want to go on the pike. They may not need a transponder. But if they do go on, once let it go. Now, if all of a sudden, they're on four or five times, put the bills together send him a Bill one, one letter one on one that's one step one envelope, and they get your money you can give us a call at six one seven two five, four ten thirty triple eight nine to nine thirty. We will get someone from the registry on here next week on this. I have a sense, I have a sense, we might be talking to someone early next week, particularly if they're listening coming back on nightside..

Got a tiny planes that they sent me a bunch of paperwork. I have no paperwork. People have is the stuff from the unemployment office saying that I've had an appeal. So so now, you have a continuance, and they're supposed to send you this paperwork is that what's going on? What they were supposedly they claim to sent it. And I still don't even know what the paperwork is. Okay. Well, join speakers for my husband here. What's going on? Then. Okay. Sure. Bye. Can have a radio. I'm sure this is I'm not going to have specific advice for you. Because I don't know exactly what transpired here. But they if if they had paperwork that they said, they sent you you should call them. Call the attorneys that who's now on the case and ask and I would do this in Email. I would do it in writing not over the phone and say you heard you referred to certain paperwork that you said that you sent me during the hearing. But the hearing officer present I never received it, and I still have not received it, can you? Please Email it to me immediately. And he can he or she can scan that to you. I it would be maybe a statement from a witness or maybe some correspondents that deals with your termination. Or maybe something from your personnel. File. I mean who knows you can't really prepare for the hearing unless you know what? They have against you. So it's obviously very important that you get this. So you can prepare does that make sense. Oh, yeah. You know, I used to work in result. So that's why this is ridiculous. And I didn't know what I'm supposed to do other than ask for it. Now, would you suggest that I would ask through the unemployment office? I would I would I watch them. No. Because you know, how you're supposed to send in if your your paperwork to the unemployment office, the Hypo thing. Yeah, I just I don't I'm not can't give you really specific advice because I don't know. Exactly why. But say send it to the lawyer. If you wanna see see the hearing officer with it if you have his ear her Email address, just so they know that you're trying to get it. And they might be able to to move this process along and expedite you. Getting the documents. Okay. That's my Jackie. All right. Well, I appreciate you have a wonderful. Okay. Good luck to you. All right. Okay. Let's see we have. I have a texter from eight one five who says which parent can claim the kids on their taxes when there is no wording in the divorce decree about this. This question gets asked quite a bit. Normally speaking you wanna put it in your divorce decree, and normally what happens is if you have one child with the father will get the child one year, the mother will get the deduction the next year, and you'll rotate until the child is Mansa Pated if you have more than one child usually you split them. So you get one child, and he gets the other one if there's nothing in the divorce decree, which is which is too bad. Then basically, you're going to look at the IRS rules the IRS rules. I'm going to paraphrase them. It's basically who which party spends the most time with the child, and if the parents spend equal parenting time, then it's the parent with the highest adjusted gross income, but again, you know, what hap-? A lot is the parents fight about it. And then they both claim and then there's an audit. And then there's a problem. So it's something that really needs to be decided, and it may be that you have to go back to court on it. Hopefully, you don't hopefully, you can reason with your spouse that you should share the deduction, and you should pull out that IRS code and have an accountant say based upon these facts, you should get the deduction every year. If that's the case, we have another text from even five does a partner in a long term relationship have any claim to a portion of an estate if no provisions were made or no will for either. There are two adult children. Not sure I understand the facts, exactly. But what the question is what I'm going to interpret it as is that this person is with a long term relationship, you're in a committed relationship, but you're not married. And maybe the other partner dies is there any claim that you have to the estate and in this case, maybe the partner had two adult children. The answer is no when you're not married to somebody. You have no right to inherit from that person. It's as if that person is a stranger, even if you lived with that person the only way that you could take from that person when they dis if there was a will or trust that specifically gave you property or assets or our benefits. So that's unfortunate. And that's frankly, one of the reasons. Well, there's two there's two lessons here if you choose not to get married, and I understand why a lot of people don't want to get married. I'm not saying that I think that's a better way to live or one way or the other. But I do think that you know, you need to be careful because it a case like this. You might be left high and dry the money might go to the children, probably will if there's no spouse, and you might be left not have. Having the house may be lived in or contributed to during the relationship. Also, you both need to have the state plan. It doesn't matter if you're married it doesn't matter. If you're not married, you should both have an estate plan to make sure that when you die and it could happen. Suddenly, we're seeing people died very suddenly at very young ages. You need to have a plan in place, and inexpensive plan. If you don't know somebody to do it. Call me, I'll try to find you some reasonably priced to do it. I've got a person who I used to refer most of my clients to. I don't do it myself. But you can always Email me in this point. I might as well give you my Email address and my phone number at the office in case, you want a referral to an estate planning or any other lawyer get if I don't do it. Or if I can't handle are give you answer. I'll try to give you my best referral three one two three three two seven eight zero zero or better yet, send me an Email at.

"Trying to read how he got caught no time for that. Right now, what is going on in the world of news. Big murder. Case opens today in Butler county. This is one that's Bantus Pated for a while and involves the death of a three year old girl and her babysitter in Butler Kelly specifically in Hanover township the case happened well over a year ago six year old Lindsey pardons charged with involuntary manslaughter child endangering in the death of Hannah west you may recall this case, she was babysitting. The child apparently at least according to the prosecutors when she became upset that the three year old dumped ketchup in the toilet. And that point they say that the baby the young child was beaten badly abused for doing that. I guess it took a couple of days for all of the symptoms to show from the beating. And there was a very emotional nine one one call that was played at the time that I'm sure we'll be part of the testimony in this case. It sounds like the defense is going to talk about. Her own mental capacity and thirty six year old Lindsey pardoned issues that she may have as an adult why she was entrusted in the care of this child. I guess another question, but it all starts to play out this afternoon in Butler county court with jury selection. Okay. Coming up our news at five thirty. We'll talk about the basketball from yesterday and the day before and how the final four looks a lot different than it has in your past some of the the true. Blue bloods, college basketball be watching this year Duke, Kentucky's more than fifteen minutes NewsRadio. All right. Five seventeen right now. Seven hundred wwl w yeah. Kentucky being gone to feel bad for my bluegrass friends. My favorite Kentucky games probably twenty years ago. This was a Kentucky somehow is set the Kentucky was gonna play you d and flyer. So so my flyer buddies got together the game was at riverfront Colosseum at the time. Now US Bank arena. Well, no, one figured you d was gonna fair that well, but some guys got together. Someone's hadn't seen each other years dinner down the boathouse walked over to then Coliseum sit down and watch soap basketball game. And I'll be damned at the flyers. Didn't beat you UK turn to me. That was the bonus that nobody anticipated that evening and. In a press box. I think we're gonna sweep and most of the people there were Kentucky fans both up there. And I was surprised I thought UK fans were were UK fans to the end. But when it became apparent they were going to lose just the stream of blew up the aisles and out the door kind of surprise me. They were bailing on the boys pretty early. That was good night. That was the cherry on top. Absolutely. Nobody there thought it was going to be a game much less a win for the flyers back in the day. What did we have excuses excuses? Austin town, Ohio Austin town, a man pulled over for a traffic. Stop was caught with cocaine in his socks ready, then told police these aren't my socks. He was wearing the socks. He is a Damian Clark age twenty pulled over by about four thirty in the morning after failing to uses right? I am right now, you know, as a forty year old as your forty year old father. You know? So I just don't feel like it's it's fair for for her to to have to have that much pressure on her. I just try to take it off and say, listen, you gotta you gotta take things as they come. And and you know, let's just see what happened. Yeah. Follow your heart. Follow your gut and a little spreadsheet done. Hurt doesn't hurt? A lot of spreadsheets starts to hurt. I also feel like social media has kind of warped that a little bit too. Because my kids I had the same discussions the same age, my oldest about-turn seventeen. So he's right in the middle of all the college stuff right now out. It's. It's a lot of responsibility put people I'm actually trying to encourage them to take a gap year. Yeah. It's a tough thing. You know, there's so much momentum to education at that point that you see, but I want you to school for pre-med at UT, then the internet kinda came out of nowhere in the middle of the nineties. And so it was like on to that to computer science and almost ended up taking organic chemistry as an elective on my transcript, but I talked to young creators to it's the same kind of thing was social media. It's amazing. The conversations have with people who are nineteen twenty twenty one. And they think they're too late for anything. "I am a all that that hasn't been issue a tool, it's it's more. Like, here's a good example on one of the first days that I was on so dated a few people in the last few months one of the first day. So I went on a a girl came up to it was going really well today and go came up to me in the middle of the day and was like being very sweet about the book, and I felt a little bit self conscious. Just because this guy was there who had like this is the first one we meeting, and then she started to say in your book with. It helped me because I too had an eating disorder and and started telling me about that. And if it's a great honor for someone to be sharing their story with you. But I would never have told that man that that something that you learn organically about someone as you get more intimate with them. That's precious information for me, you know, in terms of sharing our own experiences and stories and not wanting to be defined by them too early on. And that's something I probably wouldn't have chatted to him about until a few weeks or months in. So that was just like an OC. That's very that only happened once, but but but I did realize like, but then a part of me was well. That she hasn't. She hasn't done a spoiler. Like that information is in public domain that for him to find. So I think that I just I think I started to feel frustrated with myself because when I was writing when I was writing the book what I was. I just wanted to tell the truth I wanted to speak, truthfully. I wanted to protect myself and protect other people. But I just wanted to write truth. I never until Pated the repercussions that would have when I wanted to get to know people romantically, and and feel like I had things to information to give them does not make sense. No, it makes so much sense. Because that that is an amazing X intimate exchange that you have with people when you get to know them only on, and I've sort of FOX that for myself now I've had to sort of things with being so fake. I don't ever want to write about my. Love life again. And also, I've realized that I have to persuade all men I meet now, I'm no right about or talk about them in podcasts. I'm speaking of weight vague move on in a minute. I've had like a couple of things with people and. Both both men have said both both of them said that they they didn't want to read it. And they they never would. And I my head has happened. How would that work? But actually, you know, you don't know everything about Paul's work life, or you don't know everything about poor when he was a teenager. You know, like, I think we're all allowed to have compartments of ourselves that our partners. Don't get full access to. And like, our mums wouldn't read diaries doesn't mean they don't know us. Exactly. But yeah, that has being strange, and I, but the other good thing is I think is a good way of it's a good culling system for me because with dating men now because I don't wanna waste loads of time with people that the people that role and the one of the first guys I dated. Had the thing with you know, really really liked him. And. I think it was. I think it was my work that that finished it, actually, in fact, owner is because he. Because we're still friends now. And he I think it was like an accumulative feeling that he had that he wasn't getting enough of me that sort that sounds really argon as let me rephrase that he he felt he felt it wasn't enough space for him in my life. Because in this quite intense work place at the moment, which would be forever. And I think I think it went even actually I think he felt like I'd like that that you have like a public south. I totally get that there are there. Some people people, I know and love my girlfriend's. I know that they're people who he would feel. They couldn't be with someone who spoke about that intimate pulse. Life in a public way..

"You know? Coliseum. There's a lot of talent there. There's no question about it. He is challenge for Baffert. And but you know, you mentioned Desmond, and he was very impressive in his maiden win. Especially the way he kicked home that final furlong and XP TV. I watched many of Desmond's workouts and several of them with the Philly, Florida. Lamar and the one thing that impressed me about Desmond is about all month month and a half ago, Florida will Lamar was just really you could tell vastly superior to Desmond. I mean, he was he was essentially overmatched against her. But as they continue to work as a team, and they got closer to decimals. I start that cap closed and desma was doing much better against Florida. Lamar as he got the right before his first race. So he's he's on the improve that sent here we go with that. Again. There's another one, you know. I mean, it's like the New York Yankees or murderers row over there. And and that Florida Lamar I mean, this is a extremely exciting Philly. I know they're very high on her at that Varner. And I mean, she had the most intensive Pated debut here in southern California really since justify as far as just buzz and so forth, and she she didn't get that big of a buyer seventy eight. But I mean, you know, she won just it was like a workout for. So, you know, again, the fact that Desmond was working, but working better as he was coming along against for the Lamar I think shows that this Desmond is just someone to really watch out for. So it's interesting that you picked up on that. And that's the thing about Babar. There's clues when you if you listen carefully to him there. Oftentimes are clues. I mean think of justify about this same time last year when he burst on the scene with that maiden win. Mike Willman ask them in the. Winter circle afterwards. You know, it was too late for the Kentucky Derby Baffert said I've got a plan which can really floored me since I already got a future book bet on them. And because I was thinking when I made the future. But better just if I was probably throwing my money away. Because of the fact that justify was late to the party yet and races two year old and Baffert just had, you know, era gate and west coast come along the previous two years, the didn't run two euros that he took his time with them didn't go through the triple crown and then ended up with the three year old male champion. So I kind of thought he'd probably do the same thing with justify when Mafrij said right there. I've got a plan. It was like, wow. Maybe maybe the Derby's in play for this guy, the Kentucky Derby, and certainly wasn't play as you were here. Visiting us in southern California for the for the allowance. I believe you were here for the allowance win. Right. Yes. And then the Santa needed Irby, right? All I missed was all I missed. Was his debut the maiden win. Yeah. So in that Santa needed be you know, there's a performance kinda gets lost in the shuffle. And how many times you see a horse with only two racist under his belt win race? The caliber the Santa Anita derby and defeat a pretty turn good horse at the time in both the oral so and you know, as I look out the window and see this rain coming down. Just pouring to the best training jobs. I've ever seen in my lifetime. One was lands Barreira with affirmed in nineteen seventy eight because you had a firm to Santa Anita, and you had Allie Dr back east, and we had an extremely wet winter in southern California that you're I wasn't living here at the time. But I know it was one of the wettest on record. And Barreiro was really have you know, tried to train affirmed up to the triple crown that year was really tough. And yet he of course, and then he had. One of the toughest rivals that horse would ever have to face in the triple crown in Allie, Dr..
