"Catch, But to Willie, it was the throw. That was the most important. John Shea is with me, John Shea wrote with Willie Mays. The new book 24 Life stories and Lessons from the Say, Hey, kid, and if you're not familiar with Willie Morris, Willie Mays 24 was the number on his jersey. Um, tell us about the catch. We just heard Willie Mays talking about it. You tell us about it, John. Well. It was the first game of the 1954 World Series and the Giants were playing the Cleveland Indians, The mighty Indians who won 111 Out of 154 games that it's shorter seasons back then, and the Indians were supposed to come in and sweep and just dust these guys off and and go on and celebrate their worlds Championship well, It's a tie game, eighth inning. Vic works at the plate and Vic works has been hitting the ball all day long. And the Polo Grounds are just just the goofiest dimensions you'd ever imagined. 2 50 something down the line and right. But 483 the dead center. God, It's like, you know, pretty much across the river in New York. It pretty much stretch to Yankee Stadium. But there it was deep, deep center field and shallow down the lines and then a jetted way out. There was so big that the bullpens were actually on the field of play and left center and right center. And there was made out in center field and Of the five tools, he tells me. I'm most proud of my defense, even though he hits 660 home runs and did all the other things you cited at the beginning here, But so Vic works and he's playing shallow by the way, because, uh, the left handed pitcher by the name of Don little I don't I don't want to interrupt you because you're a great storyteller. But if I don't the news is going to interrupt us. So I'm going to put you on hold and we'll finish telling the story of the catch when we come back. John Shea is my guest. He wrote a book, a new book with Willie Mays. It's called 24 Life stories and lessons from the Say, Hey, kid, and we will be right back with our discussion. You're welcome to join us at 80 88 10 80808 10. Fan mail on the Mark Thompson show. Thank you for getting my husband and I threw a very long, reclusive and lonely pandemic. We did not kill each other because of the break. We gave ourselves to listen to kgo Monday through Friday, 10 to noon. Oh, that's nice. We do. Listen and enjoy. Nikki Pat Chip and, of course, the Statesman. Mr Rothman. Whoa! I'm sorry. Go. Yeah, This is awkward, but I really liked it when they were lavishing praise on me. Why do they have to throw in the stuff about everybody else On this? They said we gave our son A break to listen every day. The kg on Monday through Friday 10 to noon. That's exactly right. And then and then they're going to. We also enjoy Nikki Pat. I mean, I'm just saying, Let's keep this about me, everybody. Okay? When you write anyway, go ahead. Breath. She goes on to say when I take the edge off the compliment a little bit is all I'm trying to say Hey, to hear the new station slogan marks pitching the boss Katie Oh, home of Mark Thompson. And some others. Lee Hammer says No Thompson 10 to noon on your radio and smart speaker kgo 8 10 and now listen to more of the best of Pat Thurston. As a pet to Willie going on here. Keep the left that wanted way back. Way back way back by number 600 for Willie made everybody my baby. But after and the Giants have the whole place the greatest Number 600 provided they headed over the 370 ft parts. I'm standing ovation here, Diego or will it? Oh, that's so exciting to hear that what year was that? John Shea. Wait. We have to bring him on the air. There you are. John. What year was that? The 6/100 home run. What was that 69? I think? Yeah, I think I heard that live. I think everybody in San Francisco, the San Francisco Bay area heard that live. Yeah, that was that was a big deal. You know, his biggest home run wasn't really the milestone. 506 100. It was 5 12 because that gave him the all time National League. Home run record over Mel Ott, the former giant. Uh, so 5 12 was really his biggest thing. You know, 506 100. That was okay 6 60 he finished with but in his mind, That was really something because there are different leagues back then it wasn't interleague play. There's no th the National League stood alone. Babe Ruth had the American League records may have had the National League record. Okay, so we left When we went to our break. We were still talking about the catch. And so now we just played his 6/100 home run. You know as that happened, but let's finish talking about the catch. Where do we leave it off? The ball was in flight. Mays was on the run. I think that's probably what it was. Did his hat fly off? I didn't see his hat fly off in the very end. Yeah, He waited till the very end for sale points, right? No, it wasn't just the catcher was the moment. Of the catch. It was Game one of the World Series, and the game is tied in the eighth inning, and there's runners at 1st and 2nd L. Rosen, who later became a giant general manager, was on first and Larry Doby, the first African American The player in the American League was on second. So with one out they were on the run thinking, okay, This is either two run triple or three run inside the park home run of the better pick works and maize was playing shallow. Because don little was a curveball pitcher, and he knew that often times. Base hits wouldn't be long fly balls. And then maybe Mays could cut off the run at the plate. But anyway The guy hits at a country mile and I spoke with Vin Scully, Um, who estimated it at about 440 Ft. John Miller, who's really a polo grounds Historian has all the books and all the photos in his office at home. As well as probably 454 155 well on the broadcast that day, Jack Brickhouse said It was probably 4 60. I think John Miller is probably the closest it's 4 83 to Dead center. But 20 Ft of that is in a recessed area. It was more like 4 62 the main wall. In the outfield, and Mays made the throat from the warning track. He caught it just shy of that and then turned him through from the warning track Either way. It's a long, long.

"Scenery means so it really depends what's happening in my life and i always the perfect number comes that i can handle and i actually. I actually have a mentorship with people that i coach. You want to be coaches and things like that and a lot of what we talk about is if they feel they have the spaciousness in their schedule. For whatever number. They're wanting to take on. Because i believe the universally gives you what you can still if you are busy busy busy with all these things but sale. I'm available for ten clients a week earnings different programs like when i see clients in person. See than for three hours at a time because i do ritual. I do other things to do. Energy healing too. So you know. That's going to depend camera sessions of doing in person if it's like an online session that's also you know so it all always depends on. I feel that were only given the number that we have the space for. Yes i am sorry. We can also mean even like emotional space give. You're going through a challenging time in your life in your energies. Not at its optimal. You're not gonna get as many clients because then you won't be able to handle it right right. I i actually run At some video download chorus for therapists that are in private practice that want to have their own successful practice and in the therapy industry. There's a lot of out because a lot of therapists feel like it's almost Mutually exclusive to to help people and to charge handsomely for your time and so then they end up feeling like they have to like see like you know some inordinate amount of clients just in order to pay their bills. And i'm always trying to explain to them. You'll actually do better work nov. Give yourself a raise. And then you can carve out one or two or hover mini just pro bono hours that you wanna do. But you don't be afraid to charge. And i got a lot of heat. A lot of pushback like within the psychology community. Like as i started to find all this success. I was like all. Like i'm going to be so welcomed. You know in my community. And i found like i almost get like Hostility like sometimes you know for that approach and the idea that you know the of prosperity and that that's not a bad thing I see nine your head. And i was just gonna ask you You know yourself like with with your interesting. You know medical doctor background. How of your colleagues in your cohort. And everybody kind of responded to this. Or what other thoughts do you have about that topic. I'm this topic. Is i had to go through with the hard way myself whether as becoming a medical doctor. It's because within me the Their nate aspect of me is a healer. And sometimes there's a healer complex. I think therapists are also neatly healers. There's need what desire to help everyone. But we're not meant to help everyone. And that was always what i found limiting because if people come with their money stories and you wanna give them a discount. It's a disservice to them. Because it's enabling to stay in east kinds of like patterns where they are not living their fullest potential or. They're not making the change and also it's a form of commitment. Payment is a form of commitment. So what i found is. I just had a moment of like. I wanna live the good life. I wanna live malibu beachfront. I know that's what i need to do. My best were. And i'm an an. I like ended up hiring a coach for myself. That was more business and money related. And she was like i remember. One coaches is several could Being like it is weird that you're a doctor and your charging so little. It was like this wakeup call. Like oh my god. It's true at invested over two hundred thousand dollars to be a medical doctor than all the investment in the holistic training in all the healer medicine men. I've traveled around the world to work with to expand that part of my repertoire. Appealing the investment. Who knows if it's up to like hundreds of thousands of dollars half a million who knows that. I invested to be who i am and then take charge small amount and so one day that flipped. That's totally flipped inside of me. And now i. My like women's program is a higher ticket program if someone wants to work with me for the charge fifty thousand dollars like and that made all the difference and i flourished in such a way. 'cause i could take time for south care if i'm working with leaders it's a ripple effect i don't need to help the whole planet. I do have free content on social media on my website with my blogs newsletter. So people aren't free resources. There's plenty of them and of course if you really want that one to one time like you said there's at energy expenditure as a country you're writing side by side if you want that level of hand holding then there is the energy exchange and as we know we live in a society. Where money is the form of energy exchange. Yeah that is so well sad. I just i have to say that is so well said. I'm i may even ask you for a referral to that coach. That you're working with. I feel like i could Probably even grow myself even further in that department. That's an area of interest for me. So that's great I just wanted to also Say i really appreciate what you said about. How if somebody feels like they didn't like yoga that you say you know that they need to try a few times Because when i was teaching yoga and people would say like well. What kind of yoga do you teach. And i would say well. I don't really specialize in a particular kind. What i do is i learn a little bit about all of them because some days your body needs tonga and you know some days you just want to be in yin yoga and that doesn't mean i'm you know some big expert in each one but it's more like a mindfulness level for me and what i was trying to teach to my private clients at the time. Was that the important thing was to be able to learn and study and observe themselves in that moment and understand. What kind of practice they need to do. In that particular moment you know rather than necessarily becoming an expert on one particular school. Although i'm sure that there are situations different walks of life where that is the right move like somebody just really needs to do. I younger all the time. So i guess it's just gonna vary Well i can't believe how time has flown by. I really appreciate that. You took the time to speak with me. Is there anything. I feel that the debate was want pretty clearly by pence because he effectively controlled the conversation. That was your son there with you. Yeah. Hi. Hi, Devon. I wanted to get the counter view. Your father thought Pence one. He told me you thought Harris one? Well, I think calmly Harris, one because she came out with a very, very strong Long opening statements, and she kind of attacked him on the offensive right away. So if you were old enough, and you could vote, would you vote for Biden? Absolutely. Okay, Jon. I just thought from a debate standpoint, he carried the day I expected her to destroy him. And I just didn't think she pulled it off talking politics in your house. Share it with you. Kgo family. He's no man sitting in his no land. Is now. Happy Birthday. John Lennon ship Franklin with you here on KGO. President in some ways reminds me of the stories of Howard Hughes. You know now, though he wants desperately to go out on the road. However, he has contracted covert 19. And we still don't know you know his shape his condition. Conley is not to be believed. I don't think you know so way are in just a strange, strange world. Andi, You know he's stuck in this isolation and he's trying to project an image of mom read right from the Post article strengthened normalcy, but not so much. Watching us right now is to a little old over Nipah. He is a reporter and writer for The Washington Post. So this is this is a guy that definitely did not anticipate this going in the last three weeks of an election being stuck in the White House. Yeah, For the past week plus president has not been able to campaign. He has been stuck in the White House. Before that He was stuck in the hospital, and he's really been yanked off the campaign trail while Carbide has been standing like he never has before he's traveling almost every day. So you hear the president was very You're eager to get back out on the campaign trail. Even though there's some uncertainty about whether he's still infected, whether or not he still has covert 19. So it seems like it's moving full speed ahead, even though he may be a danger to the public. Now there's so much crazy stuff going on. I mean, forgot to mention this earlier about Nancy Pelosi's 25th Amendment party this morning. Obviously, that's that's just a draw Attention to how crazy is because you know they're not going to invoke the 24th. Cause of the 25th amendment because you need two thirds of both houses and half the Cabinet and the vice president. But do we know why? Pence came back yesterday? It was ever really, really adequate explanation as to why he stopped out, you know, stumping for Trump and came back. It's still a mystery of one of those strange things that happens in the administration where they don't give you much. Understanding of what is actually happening behind the scenes and made you God doing thing like they say, But you know with government ministries, you always have to expect that it's worse than what they're telling you so I don't know exactly why he came back. But we do know he is planning multiple campaign events over the coming weeks between now and election day, So we're not. We're not sure exactly what is going to be doing but He is back in D. C, but he's gonna be back out on the campaign. He's been going on Hannity and these other shows. It's interesting that I mean, they could have a camera there. I mean, it would not be that big a deal, you know, and he could do it with a camera, but he was on it and listen again to him have struggled to talk in this interview. It was It was a little disconcerting to hear that I didn't even want to use it. I mean, the last time I had a big problem, they oscillated my mikes when I had the one debate with three debates with Hillary and I think the first debate On Hannity jumps in Hannity was going to try to help him out there. You know, we don't know how healthy is. We know that he's he's not raising the kind of money they're pulling ads from places like Iowa and Pennsylvania. They're giving up. Andi. I think they're all in now on Florida, knowing if they lose Florida. I mean, there was a poll this week They had Biden up by 11 points. You know, even with a four point swing that's still a difficult lead to overcome. And that and of course, CNN announced today, even though Biden said it was he wasn't going anyway that the 22nd debate is off on DH. Excuse me, the 15th. We don't know if there's going to be a 22nd. What's going He's going to be a town hall. And will they be able to suppress his mike? And I mean, do we have anybody? I mean, we hear you know the occasional anonymous source Toller that says You know, the president is doing his version of Nixon wandering around, you know, and trying to figure out what he conduced op the bleeding. What can he do to stop the bleeding? Well, it's not clear that he can actually change the way a lot of advisors who are fighting and you know you should take this Corona virus diagnosis is that you've got a fine should become more humble than you should be worth and pathetic. Put forward a softer edge, and we haven't seen that always, really double down. We've seen him continue to put faith in. You know, it's lyrical cares that he said. They're coming right around the corner that going out seems to believe in and I think his personality is one of always being combative, but always being a fighter and always, you know. Taking the harder road and that seems to be what has led him to such low poll numbers because a lot of moderate borders did not want their blood pressure to go off every time they see the president, But he seems to be the kind of person who always wanted to, you know, spar for a fight, even when it's called for No healing the nation at a time of great distress nationwide, so I don't know that he has it in them to change their ways, and that would be what would be required to change his political fortunes. It's interesting. You know, the piece you guys put together here on the post really does paint kind of a Nixonian sort of the dude and they were really worried about Nixon near the end. I mean, they They had the generals and, you know. Ah, well, I mean, if you stop and think about the similarities, you know, there was a guy that you know again. That was one of we had a Republican party that would stand up. To deceit and two crimes against our nation. Unlike this particular Republican party, I think that the thing with Trump that most people in the Republican Party don't understand is why he won't listen. You know he had opportunities. T turn a covert into early on, you know to say, you know, I'm going to lead you through this where masks you know it's a sign of courage and protecting other people and and to take it instead. You know the conversation. You know what word? You know that I'd rather hide it. I'd rather play it down. And then when he got sick, instead of opening up and saying, you know that we're here, I'm going to be part of a trial. That's from death. Severe or this. You know, the The cocktail that they put together. He chose not to. He chose now He's doing this thing tomorrow from his balcony like he's you know, Mussolini or like I said earlier, Evita It's going to be weird day tomorrow, and it's going. Do you know what's on that starts by the way? A couple of different times. 11 am heard 10 PM that sort of mid mid afternoon time. What we can expect. They're leaving right after noon tomorrow. You're right. The president obviously could have taken a much different approach to this. No, arguably he has the skills that someone who was in marketing and show business, you know, market to the country. These various public house measures where a mask social distance he could have gotten, you know a large portion of the country to believe that that's what we needed to do. And then we may have been in such a tough situation with Tens of thousands of people being diagnosed everything. I just think he's not well in every way that you can not be. Well, you know, totally. Thanks for the time and I really appreciate good reporting. All right, talk to you soon. Yeah. You know, Washington post toe. Oh, Lorna people, you know when you stop and ask yourself this question about You know what Trump has to Dio. I think that ship is gone. I think it sailed. Um, I think his comments go back to Michigan for a second. His comments about the governor of Michigan and attacking her. This is a woman that was targeted by right wing militia. You know, Stand back stand by. Good people on both sides..

Now, with the niceties out of the way here comes that interesting part fire away when you describe police are storm troopers, and we know what the history of that said that who said that? No, sir. No. Nope. Never the federal officers and Portland. She described them as storm troopers. Nancy Pelosi never described federal officers or federal police storm troopers. I said they acted like storm troopers, and they did, whose right is saying they acted like stormtroopers? Same is describing them a storm troopers completely wrong, Knowing it's a myth created disagree. Like John Know. Would you think the Rothman show weeknights at six on kgo 8 10? Okay, let's do the boys in the band. Okay? The boys in the band is back after 50 years, and it is not a musical. Right, which was famous tag line. The boys in the band is not a musical, but this new ID aeration of the boys in the band is back, and it's on Netflix. Right now. It's a great play, and it was filmed brilliantly by William Friedkin in 1970, with the original cast of the 1968 off Broadway production. This movie is a record of the 2018 Broadway revival. It was directed by Angel in America's Joseph Mantello, and it was slightly altered from the stage, but with 2018 revivals cast intact. Jim Parsons Mad Bomber and Zachary Cain tell among others, and it takes place in 1968 in New York. And the premise is that a group of gay friends get together to celebrate. One of their birthdays had a Manhattan Upper East Side apartment. And then everything is thrown into chaos when the hosts potentially closeted college roommate shows up uninvited to this party for a reason we never really learned are are certain of, and this Netflix movie is a really Record of the 2018 Broadway revival. It took 50 years for the For the show the boys in the band to actually reach Broadway. I hadn't realized that it wasn't a Broadway show was off Broadway. It originally opened in 1968, and it ran over 1000 performances, and it became a big commercial hit, And this is a very good movie. Personally, I prefer the William Friedkin movie version of the play. William Frequent of The Exorcist in the French Connection Thing directed. This was one of his early movies. I think that the 1970 movie is one of the really one of the best stage to screen adaptations of any straight player I have ever seen. This one is good. It's well done for the most part, but It's also not as electric and in the moment is the freakin film. But I still think it'll more than suffice. A za kind of introduction to the play for a generation..

Turns out we shouldn't have on last time looking at the data from the past blackout, it was clear. California had plenty of power in the ISO just jumped the gun and blacked out California anyway. Why? Why is the so jumping the gun so now admits that it did not stop companies from exporting electricity that was made in California, out of California on those auditions, September days that I was leading the news with talks of shortages and blackouts. They were still allowing power produced in California to leave California to be used in other states. How it's that allowed because I make the rules for the traders in the cellars and not for California's economy. It's crazy. The California would allow the ISO to export power out of state when we were on the brink rolling blackout. The problem is, you can't get the real answer. "Welcome back thanks for being here first a slap in the trump campaign will join me coming up in the next segment there was a very hard hitting out over the weekend put out by the Biden campaign it's long gonna play it later on in the show Biden against to judge the buying campaign basically began by highlighting what Joe Biden did as vice president and then went to a list of accomplishments of people judges mayor of south bend and they went back and forth between Biden and booted judging it was meant to really make put a jazz look like a light weight who did very little when it comes to accomplishments of importance like sidewalk renovations in helping people get Pat chips to find their missing that's more easily and that kind of thing also took a race related shot about booted judge and his record in that city which I think is a and a shot across the bow and a telegraph of what's coming in places like South Carolina where Buddha judges really struggle to catch on with black voters so when we have one Williams with us later on I will play you that entire added it was a pretty tough stuff there's a risk there's a risk and I think the booty judge people have fought back as best they can but it's really asking the question okay this guy is thirty eight years old he looks even younger what is he actually done he is the former mayor of a city in America that has the three hundred and eighth largest population and that's it he's ran for other things he lost really that might bring to put this person into the most powerful position in the world that's the subject of this out and and it's a fair critique it's just telling that it's Joe Biden you has to be leveling at this point Biden wanted to cruise along in first place and be the front runner and be in a respectable in terms of maybe first second maybe a close third finish in the first couple states and really make a big boom statement in South Carolina and it seems like that strategy could be slipping away and in the meantime is there a dream scenario emerging for Bernie Sanders because of Bernie wins tomorrow night as the poll suggests he will in New Hampshire he will say with some credibility that he has won the first two states now we don't have the final results in Iowa are gonna get to Iowa here in a second it's still a complete a bottle there but there's no questioning that Bernie Sanders won the popular vote if you will in the Iowa caucuses then let's say he wins New Hampshire he'll say I am too and now in the meantime any clover chars surging people to jettison second place Joe Biden's got the fire wall in South Carolina and you've got Mike Bloomberg waiting with all this money creeping up and up and up in the national polls all four of those people are trying to occupy the same spot they all want their own one on one shot against burning if Bernie ends up consolidating the left which it looks like he's doing warned becoming less and less of a factor and as a lot of trump opponents learned in twenty sixteen when you have a bunch of people all waiting for their one on one shot at the person who's in first place well sometimes the person in first place just wins that's the dynamic that very much help trump and it could it very conceivably help burning because if you've got momentum in your any club which are why would you drop out coming out of New Hampshire you can say I am the reliable one of Joe Biden melts down I am the senator with the record I can get elected I've done very well in Minnesota I've got all these accomplishments I've got the wind at my back if your people to judge you're saying Hey I've come in first or second place in both of these states I should be considered the leading contender against burning thank you Mike Bloomberg you're saying I've got sixty billion dollars I'll spend all of it of I need to look at what I've done in the polls that even debating these people yeah super Tuesday is coming I'm not going anywhere I am even started yet can and last but not least Joe Biden he's still in the average leading nationally and the polls look good for him in South Carolina so you you can drop out before then you're gonna have a win that could be a game changer there's a perfectly good reason for all of those people to stick around and if that continues to be the case and there's not a consolidation or are rallying around one person in the first place winner of New Hampshire and arguably Iowa with all this momentum now leading in a new Quinnipiac poll nationally Bernie Sanders he's got some running room and everyone who might try to catch and they're all elbowing in fighting each other now I keep putting these asterisks next to Iowa I'm not sure that we will ever actually know who won there is so much human error they apparently in multiple precincts did the second round of caucusing wrong results were wrong there was a long Twitter threat to buy a very smart political elections analyst over the weekend showing that in fact one hundred percent of precincts were not yet reporting in Iowa they had taken a few precincts in accidentally reported them double as opposed to having distinct discrete results from every precinct in Iowa and these were just straight up mistakes so even though the media reported yes we have finally a hundred percent in it apparently not and we still don't and those errors are still being dealt with and addressed the party has them flag but that's it there's also this amazing New York times story how the Iowa caucuses became an epic fiasco for Democrats is the inside story of what happened and man oh man there was one woman who is supposed to be in charge of a lot of the data she didn't know how to use an excel spreadsheet properly she's in some boiler room and just know how to work at then when the app crashed the back up plan that they told me was take a literal photographs with your phone of the results and email them from your phones to this email address then no one check the email address to everyone sending these photos and a bunch of them are crooked and upside down or sideways they send all these emails as their backup plan to the email address as they were told to do then no one checked it all the emails remained on open into Tuesday then all of a sudden there were seven hundred unread emails at the party was trying to sift through the whole story is amazing that brings us to Nevada the Nevada caucuses are sandwiched in between New Hampshire which is tomorrow and later on in the month South Carolina you have another Colchis type situation and there's a report in the Nevada independent listen to this headline Nevada Democrats debut two volunteers new iPad based tool to calculate math on caucus day in wake of Iowa fiasco so they have this new caucus tool that they've preloaded on these iPads they've distributed them two precincts chairs to coordinate on their caucus day and they're insisting other insistent rather that you call it a tool not an app but they're not really explaining what the differences are what that distinction means volunteer asked during this training session and this is coming up this is what on the next Saturday I think I think it's the fifteenth is the Nevada caucus volunteers gonna be using this stuff using this tool how do the results actually get transmitted the party officials said we'll get back to you correction on my part the twenty second is going to be the Nevada caucuses and then the twenty ninth is the South Carolina primary but we are getting in crunch time here it's it's soon it's not this coming weekend but the following week on the twenty second in Nevada back to the story from the Nevada independent in interviews volunteers said they received little information of the training session beyond a rough outline of how the tool is supposed to function there were also on shore how the party plans to carry out its four day early voting period which is coming even sooner one volunteers and we got very little information just a preview we were not given the program to work with or practice with all we have is a few slides so I'm not saying that this is shaping up to be another Iowa but they were gonna use a similar or the same app created by the same people that they did in Iowa now they have this new quote unquote cool that'll be on iPads and they can't really ask or answer basic fundamental questions about how it's gonna work including with the early voting which is coming up in days this call his system I mean it let's hope they pull it together or we could be in for another ridiculous evening on the twenty second so I wonder just flag that for you I hope that they can pull it together before then but the clock is ticking when we come back we will shift our focus away from the Democrats on to the Republicans and specifically president trump Mercedes slap from the trump campaign joins me after this they.

"W. I think if you will get to the fake impeachment and Kobe Bryant and got a corona virus and Jeff Basil soon they gonna get a different name corona virus doesn't sound so bad doesn't know okay sounds like a drink yes all the time you want to order some of the coronavirus it's another great name US stocks were either in a four down four hundred and twenty two yeah it now it looks like this is this stock market drop is strictly panic over the corona virus and if you break down the stocks that are falling it's those that would be most affected by the coronavirus travel stocks are down airline stocks are down that kind of stuff they also see a drop in the tech sector that's because a lot of the tech assembly manufacturing is over in China and this could stop at the stop production slowdown production and you know even think about this I wasn't really panicked over this corona virus but if it's going to hold up my iPhone twelve huh which is due in September well then this is different now hi I know you're very afraid of this corona virus but but top man on earth you couldn't have in a moment of danger when this guy this is like Batman or Superman when he comes to the rescue while the president risk is low you can never be too careful when it comes to to something is deadly and verily all right now I know it doesn't sound very bright but he has these Ben Franklin glasses and he wrote it in an index card so we want to make sure they can sustain this pace and have all the dollars they need should the actors to pose for you know that on he does a fake Sunday press convert you know on Saturday this is the way this this to post for the swap bureaucrat is he said on Saturday the staffer whom why can't we about something on the corona virus likely probably at something else schedule like seat belts on buses or something yeah and they said well Sir we have nothing to do with the crown of I want corona virus itself corona viruses out get me something in corona virus so they faked some press conference thing in the calls on somebody else do something yeah because he never does anything you'll notice a go back it went you guys do this all you news guys if you you should all do this if you were really on the Schumer case all you news departments would go get all of the press conferences from two thousand eighteen things he called for in the CV took one step anywhere to get any work done or when he was done to the throw the whole thing in the waste basket forget about it better yet don't cover the Sunday news conference so yeah why do you always because there's nothing nothing else if you put out anything on Sunday it gets to the Monday paper gets on the news it gets because there's nothing happening on Sunday that if Chuck Schumer did a Monday press coverage you'd never hear buttons again so that's what he does that but go back and check the record anything is called for proposed nothing nothing ever happened with that today impeachment the the fake impeachment resumes at one o'clock and be good day to day to watch because Dershowitz will be the guy doing the presentation he's very good though some do Saturday Night Live trying to make it look like he was the devil they did a sketch with him in the L. anti semitic sketch there from a Saturday Night Live the way they portrayed him the brought John love it's back to do it so today hill top it's just him I think if you think of the whole bunch of reinvigorated like all they know who I don't think they're going to use a whole they like Democrats yeah you got to give the Republicans credit for one thing they give you like seventeen hours and then shift talks for seventeen hours but Pat chip alone on the set you know I'll do twenty minutes that's all I need to make the case Dershowitz will probably do he's a good talkers forget speak ill do half hour probably that's all you need they don't need to talk the argument on the democratic side privately what they've said is eve because basically Schefter they only have a twenty month to keep repeating it over and over again so their argument is people come and go throughout the day so they're doing that so that any point when it returns on though here the the big important part of the case well that's kind of the Z. one hundred in other words you play the song every half hour so that these people coming and going so whenever anybody turns of they hear you because I saw a lot of sense but it works through the one hundred because it's music you like to hear music over and over again Adam Schiff is not exactly Billy I was that's on here so every everybody wondering how this will affect Iowa because it pulls the senators off the campaign trail especially Warren and Bernie in that year Biden is just the worst candidate the world is way behind despite the rig fake polls so they're trying to help Biden that's one reason to impeachment now so the Biden is alone out there in Iowa although I notice worn and Sanders flew out there on the weekend and there was warrant trial.

"Get to that coming up he also James call me this is interesting you don't hear this reported anywhere really The New York Times did run the store yesterday but the dirty cop James Comey is under very serious investigation by federal prosecutors for leaking about violating the classified documents laws and all of that stuff so the it is confirm New York times running the store yesterday dirty cop James Comey is under investigation by federal prosecutors right now this was yesterday morning this came out have you seen the story all over the place did you see Rachel Maddow reported did you see CNN reported Lester Holt mention it the buried it's the you have to wonder about it so boy this fake news Hey speaking of which HBO is doing a documentary on fake news they've HBO spent a lot of money on these documents to some of them are pretty good so they wanted to a documentary on this phenomenon of fake news guess we got to do it for Brian Stelter the king of fake news Brian Stelter he's that Humpty Dumpty looking guy who's on the CNN Sunday mornings I think it's eleven o'clock it's it's it's it's cold reliable sources he's the most biased little twit you have ever seen the most slanted buyers show this is to HBO hires to do this this is a most ridiculous thing in the world but again HBO this part of Time Warner which owns CNN I didn't think of it that's probably the connection there so it's HBO it's time Warner they need to CNN guy so they get it in Brian's doctors the media report I guess that's how they justify him so of but absolutely ridiculous to think that that's a good mother having book Bernie made off to financial commentary for CNBC so the fake impeachment will take place it looks like it'll begin Tuesday Mondays the holidays Martin Luther king I'll be off on Monday but Monday is a holiday everybody will be off so each will begin Tuesday at one o'clock I ask them the way to my show was over so it's at one o'clock on Tuesday the president is allowed to have defense lawyers the legal team and he's announced his team can star who is a former Securicor a former special council member he was the one with the Clinton impeachment was Ken Starr the did the investors ready to people the original special prosecutor was Robert ray then replaced by Ken Starr now both those guys will join the trump legal defense team it'll be Robert ray cans star and they've added Alan Dershowitz he was convicted of that was an impossible appeal but Dershowitz wanted so he done some very tough cases Dershowitz a meeting it was said yes to this because with I guess he's pointed out this is a slam dunk win for Donald Trump it's the easiest case in the world to win so Dershowitz will get a nice paycheck for this and we're quite quite the hero after it's over SO Dershowitz will be on the defense team and then the the White House guys Jay Sekulow and who's the other guy Pat chip alone those would be the two other guys so that's the defence team that's all you need there's really nothing to defend there's nothing to explain the transcript of the phone calls already been released so that's it that's the whole case holding up the money to Ukraine but you know he's gonna hold up or you don't have to pay the money you could do it vomited just give nothing for eight years even when they were being attacked the gave nothing no foreign aid no military eight nothing you could do that for the holy years we don't owe them four hundred million there's no reason you have to give them money so there's no case at all was nothing you could call with the witnesses don't mean anything the only reason Democrats are calling for them they're trying to create some sort of TV show that hopefully people watch but this will start Tuesday the president said he wanted to go as fast as possible Democrats will try to drag it out what will happen is we'll get acquitted easily and that'll be the end of that I predict you will be impeached again definitely in the second term but may be before the election they might impeachment can let me try a second time believe it or not I mean there that crazy they cannot win they've got no candidate they have absolutely no issue to run on there's nothing you can run on the the only time you not to present on after one term it's always the same issue the economy and in the case of presidents of lost after one term Ford Carter bush senior the economy was a disaster that's how you beat him right now we got the greatest economy ever the best unemployment numbers ever wages are up manufacturing jobs are coming back this nothing is nothing to run on nothing so you got to try to impeach him so they will they will probably try again in the late summer they'll try to impeach him again I'm the find something else will be to impeachment and then they'll try to impeach him in the third term hello bill be impeached three toughs and a couple of things will happen he'll brag that you'll be able to brag he's the most impeach president and they couldn't lay a glove on him and it will totally make the term impeachment just useless a laughable after that you know when Schumer said justice of very solemn grave thing to impeach a president what used to be but now it's not anymore now they see you can impeach him over anything that bothers you any little thing that bothers you can impeach a president so it's starting with more and more ridiculous and now that they've set the bar here in the future it's possible every president will be impeached for anything he does the people don't like now like something that just announce an impeachment so we'll see Tuesday at one o'clock we'll see what McConnell's able to pull off this chamber exist precisely precisely madam president so that we can look past the daily dramas and understand how our actions will reverberate our generation all right now you listen and sing unca does an awful thing this guy with a healthy thing doesn't matter supposedly apparently behind the scenes he is the master manipulator he will pull the strings and pull the lever is just the right way and that's a hill good so hopefully we'll see you heard on the news that Sir about when they went in to talk to the president but less parnas I don't even know who this man is other than I guess they noticed that in the room the president had these charts and graphs of the entire country and all the counties and they were each they were figuring out exactly where he stands election wise right now that you know you see these public polls a New York times CNN poll of Washington post poll of NBC news poll and always shows the presence ten points behind everybody know these polls are real they don't use a likely voters the metrics a rig so Republicans are went down to twenty three percent of the sample that totally useless fake polls I mean absolutely nothing but behind the scenes in the campaigns they have real polls now the fake polls you see in public cost about four five thousand each the real polls cost about a million a month a deadly serious polls that use actual voters and it's they used ten times as many people in the sample of the metrics are perfect in the real polls in the go county by county so you with the president knows exactly where he stands in the press noticed the charts were over there on a desk they could see what they were now I I I know for a fact that what's in those polls right now has the president winning three hundred and fifty five electoral votes so it's pretty possible who take forty five states without blinking so I'm sure the DNC and the Democrats behind the scenes have exactly the same stuff so they've seen that that's why the impeachment that's why this is important to them but seek only shot they got right now so maybe the queen apparently has calmed down this is like is bigger than the Iran war this whole thing the queen apparently is calm down they've sort of work this out they know that this prince Harry is a little nuts that he's run off with this moron and they'll just wait the five years till she's gone maybe four years might be three years in every now and then the let him back in a candid assisted don't want him there that's what you really feel great you know you have the royal family Canada's what you Canada has so much going on that they don't need to believe in Canada doesn't want them so expect them to end up in California which is perfect for them that's exactly where they belong in Hollywood going up there at some point you know Sir I want to come to New York because it's a mess right now Hey speaking of which this is election year twenty twenty next year is our mayoral election that's when the New York elections take place twenty twenty one nobody is happy with what's going on here it's a disaster used to be able to just pick on mayor de Blasio but governor Cuomo hasn't been much help the state legislature is a disaster everything is slowly deteriorating crime is coming back despite the juggled numbers New York is turning into a home with it is a homeless camp all over again menacing homeless people chasing people attacking people it's a bad situation getting worse so twenty twenty one we need a new mayor the city went through this before and then Rudy guiliani came along and straighten everything out you need to ray Kelly type commissioner you need a a bill Bratton to somebody you need something so who is on the horizon to run for mayor the problem is the Democrats have big control over everything and they got a slew of really bad far left wing candidates you got this nutty city council speaker Cory Johnson a complete left wing wacko he's probably in the lead right now then you got the public advocate your money Williams another left wing crazy the visa type just close all the prisons let everybody out I have homeless people all over the place so what else you got they get the Brooklyn borough president he's better than the rest of them although it's probably still if we got but is is Eric Adams sharp guy of former career in the police department high ranking guy in the police department for years now the Brooklyn borough president so again kinda left wing but he's better than the rest of them lot of people think that's what he's got his eye on running for mayor in twenty twenty one currently over the weekend he was meeting with the double Lazio's and everybody is leaking out that some kind of deal was in the works that he wants the blood here to support him for mayor and that in exchange he will help sure lane McRae the blood his wife become the Brooklyn borough president no that's not the scariest thing in the world she's horrible and I'm not being a nice person but horrible when she's anywhere in your government she's the one that lost a billion dollars it just slipped down the drain when the she was running that stupid program she put together the call that idiotic program where does the things like yoga lessons for the homeless and anyway she lost a billion does she adjusted disaster but if you're the Brooklyn borough president it's not that dangerous for the whole city a borough president really can't screw things up I mean they don't control the police or any of that so that's part number apparently the deal is this is supposed to the deal that the Eric Adams wants to Bly's you'll support from there and I don't believe the story entirely because if you were running for mayor would you want the blood your support with that help or hurt I don't know that that would help it might actually cost you votes Eric Adams you got a police background you were high ranking police official to most people sound like Hey maybe got a law and order guy here who's got the blouse you endorsing it that that what's that credential out so we'll see what happens otherwise you gonna have it was all these of these democratic tax that show up for every election Scott stringer those kind of guys so it but it's a bit you know we're pretty early now it's a year and a half away or more but this is something we really got to keep an eye on so Hey this for companies now that are worth a trillion dollars in America four trillion dollar companies for them alphabet that's Google Google was a parent company have called off of it just became a trillion dollar company can you name the other three yep Amazon apple Microsoft Microsoft still up there four trillion dollar companies in America so have you tried to buy a TV yet it's impossible just going no then try to buy television set is the most confusing thing in the world I mean you know what size you want that's pretty easy but then talk to anybody about that do what for KD one H. K. D. one Ellie DD one eight K. nine K. twelve K. this K. it's the most confusing thing on it I have no idea and then they brag about how smart the TV is this is probably the last thing you want these might try to get the dumbest TV you can get the smart TV's got a camera it's got a microphone it's watching you it's a listening to you it's and been all kinds in news reports investigations into this it is sending data back to the companies on your every move so the dumbest TV you can get a four K. eight K. twelve K. O. L. E. D. forget it there's nothing nothing on the year that shot in these formats the them nothing really need to see if you want check out the web page I think it's still down with the little issue with our web page here but you can go to seven ten W. O. R. slash mark seven ten W. O. R. slash mark to some pretty good stuff up.

"Fox news radio's studios in New York City giving your opinions and positive Brian kill me it's Mary Walter good morning thanks for joining me really appreciate it and thank you too boring for me for allowing me to sit in the seat I'll try I'll try not to break the show on for lots of arm at Bryant Adam Schiff doing his best though to to just break impeachment for ever going so far out on a limb here I yesterday Adam Schiff got to go see where the big kids work he went to the Senate with a Jerry Nadler and the rest of the the Democrats seven in impeachment managers that they hadn't anything they marched in they were the ones who marched everything across the night before they marched everything over to the Senate in a big solemn procession and there was no box I kept hearing there was going to be some kind of wood box like the ark of the covenant that the articles of impeachment we're going to be put in and it was like a Manila envelope there's a look what was actually blue was like up there I'm sure it was you know very nice and it was a blue binder type thing that has the yeah but it was nice and it was probably had gold on the topic that you and I paid for is probably real gold just get recycled somewhere outside then Adam Schiff on Thursday morning they the house formally accepts the articles of impeachment because this is supposed to be serious this isn't supposed to be the zoo that the Democrats have made this and and lowered the bar too you can impeach someone because you don't like them that's what we're doing here is Israel and the fact that the Senate is even entertaining this I know they have to but the fact that this is actually going to be given some kind of credibility some kind of credence is insane to me because you know all that if this were the other way around in this war Democrat president we would not be here right now because Republicans wouldn't do this because Republicans take the high road which is one of the reasons they annoy me they take the high road and sometimes you have to punch a bully in order for the bully to understand it it's kind of like what the president with a with Iran right sometimes you have to punch a bully and they're like wait a minute we you mean you hit me back you never hit back what you mean you have me back there are lots to do and so sometimes I think the Republicans need to to to act first and hit the Democrats first and catch them totally off guard and let them know yeah you're not going to continue to do this to me but we're gonna play this game because she just because so this is cut one Adam Schiff was on the Senate floor and Adam Schiff gets his moment in the sun because he hasn't seen a camera he doesn't love god knows why because they do not treat him well here's Adam Schiff starting it all off it starts with him reading the impeachment articles article one article one abuse of power it is conduct of the office of the president of the United States and in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of president of the United States and to the best of his ability preserve protect and defend the constitution of the United States and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed Donald J. trump has abused the powers of the presidency in fact using the powers of his I. office president trump solicited the interference of a foreign government Ukraine in the twenty twenty United States presidential election okay let me remind everybody how we got here the whole Russia Russia Russian thing didn't work and we spent what was it forty million dollars on on a molar investigation into we don't trump colluding with the Russians in order to influence the election when the basis for the FISA warrants was a dossier that was compiled by a foreign agent Christopher still who is British who went to the Russians against foreigners to get dirt on Donald Trump paid for by the DNC and the Hillary Clinton campaign so we had a compression intro candidate Hey a foreign agent to collect information from a foreign government or foreigners on a political point pounded in order to use that dirt in a political campaign I'm sorry it does anybody else sense the irony in the hypocrisy here because it's right and why did that what the Republicans are making hay of this and and constantly beating that drum DeMint Republican to constantly be saying yes as to just exactly what I just did so you're saying the president that are that are not isn't it just like Hillary Clinton pain Christopher still who went to the Russians to get the dirt to influence the election it's the same thing but instead we're going to impeach the president on this all right article two article two obstruction of Congress in this conduct of the office of president of the United States and in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of president of the United States and to the best of his ability preserve protect and defend the constitution of the United States and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed Donald J. trump has directed the unprecedented categorical and indiscriminate defiance of subpoenas issued by the house of representatives pursuant to its sole power of impeachment right this is baloney this is the one article two is Reagan probably see quite a few Democrats beat feet on because this is what they're saying here is that the president use his executive power to prevent people like his lawyers from testifying with that what they're saying is that you couldn't block those people you can block John Bolton you couldn't block Mick Mulvaney you couldn't blocked on again his counsel you can't block those people because we wanted information and you wouldn't give it to us and we were too lazy to go through the process to go to the court to get the to get a subpoena to get these people to testify because they knew that the president would take it to court and they knew it was going to go to the Supreme Court and they knew that they were going to lose but if you know this articles of impeachment never like to travel alone they're a little skittish they need at least one friend with them and they prefer to travel in a pack but they didn't have anything else oracle one was going to have to go by itself so the Democrats are like are at let's just throw article two in there we won't bother getting a subpoena we won't bother trying to force any of these people to testify and take it to the court because they're probably not going to win so it is going to throw this in there so that article one doesn't have to travel by itself so article two is just total and complete and utter nonsense I mean I one is to but to it's just like crazy crazy nonsense so Adam Schiff finishes up his little soliloquy here and this is now because I'm shift is the lead prosecutor here if you will and I know we're using legal terms our legal process but to understand he's kind of like the lead prosecutor so we're going to hear a lot more from Adam Schiff I know nobody wants it but it's gonna be forced down our throats Adam ship wrapping it up saying that not only does the president deserves to be impeached he should be removed president trump thus warrants impeachment and trial removal from office and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor trust or profit under the United States I am very very summer then Chief Justice John Roberts he was he he swears everybody and right now I'm just the Chief Justice has already signaled that he's going to kind of stay out of this he's not going to be inserting himself into this process so he swears everybody internet service warning and there was a question them and question to ask about the four senators who are running for political office and Marsha Blackburn I asked that Nancy Pelosi got Michael Bennett everybody forgets about him because he's really not on stage Michael Bennett still in it and Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders and any club which are they should recuse themselves because if you're going to allow them to vote to get to take their political opponents out of the race and your big beef is that president trump was trying to use his power to get dirt on a political opponent to affect the outcome of an election well now you're going to allow them to vote on the on their political opponents to try to take him out of the race in order to you know to affect the outcome of an election but of course they all said nope not gonna do it we're not playing that game now we just got this in error just sent this to me that the president has named his legal team so these are his do you have the Peter manages on one side then you have the the White House legal team on the other they will consist of Pat chips asa baloney which we knew he's a White House counsel Jay Sekulow tennis star wow second rodeo for can Alan Dershowitz we had heard some rumors as to Alan Dershowitz possibly joining the team and Robert ray there will also be assistance from deputy counsels Michael per porous and Patrick filled in Jordan secular will also be an assistant to his father J. secular so there you go so one two three four five and then to deputy councils and then Jordan secular there are helping his dad what I find interesting is Alan Dershowitz because Alan Dershowitz I mean gosh he's he's not he's not a Republican he's a trump supporter but he has proven himself to be fair and he's even talked about what's happened to him because he's been fair he's been talking about you know how he has been it's always been treated by people who used to be his friends because he has deer come out and actually been fair and give an unbiased legal opinions in other words he's not being a hack because is not being a hack he has been ostracized by the left so now I think Alan Dershowitz can just kiss like his ticket to the to the Hamptons goodbye because if he is going to serve on the president's legal team forget it Allen welcome to the other side of the aisle is this for men but I have a lot of "Five W. D. BO Orlando's news and talk good morning thanks for joining me really appreciate it and thank you to bring for me for allowing me to sit in the seat trial trying to break the show on for lots of arm it Brian AM shift doing his best though to to just break impeachment for ever going so far out on a limb here I yesterday Adam Schiff got to go see where the big kids work he went to the Senate with a Jerry Nadler and the rest of the the Democrats seven in impeachment to managers that they had anything they marched in they were the ones who marched everything across the night before they marched everything over to the Senate in a big solemn procession and there was no box I kept hearing it was going to be some kind of wood box like the ark of the covenant that the articles of impeachment we're going to be put in and it was like a Manila envelope there's a look but was actually blue was like up there I'm sure it was you know very nice and it was a blue binder type thing that has the yeah but it was nice and it was probably a gold on the top that that you and I paid for is probably real Golders get recycled somewhere outside then Adam Schiff on Thursday morning the the house formally accepts the articles of impeachment because this is supposed to be serious this isn't supposed to be the zoo that the Democrats have made this and and lowered the bar to you can pay someone because you don't like them that's what we're doing here is Israel and the fact that the Senate is even entertaining as I know they have to but the fact that this is actually going to be given some kind of credibility some kind of credence is insane to me because you know all that if this were the other way around in this were a Democrat president we would not be here right now because Republicans wouldn't do this is Republicans take the high road which is one of the reasons the enemy they take the high road and sometimes you have to punch a bully in order for the bully to understand it it's kind of like what the president it with a with Iran right sometimes you have to punch a bully and they're like wait a minute we mean you hit me back you never hit back what you mean you have me back don't want to do and so sometimes I think the Republicans need to to to act first and hit the Democrats first aid and catch them totally off guard and let them know yet you're not gonna continue to do this to me but this game because she just because so this is cut one Adam Schiff was on the Senate floor and Adam Schiff gets his moment in the sun because he hasn't seen a camera he doesn't love god knows why because they do not treat him well here's Adam Schiff starting it all off it starts with him reading the impeachment articles article one article one abuse of power it is conduct of the office of the president of the United States and in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of president of the United States and to the best of his ability preserve protect and defend the constitution of the United States and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed Donald J. trump has abused the powers of the presidency in that using the powers of his high office president trump solicited the interference of a foreign government Ukraine in the twenty twenty United States presidential election okay let me remind everybody how we got here the whole Russia Russia Russia thing didn't work and we spent what was a forty million dollars on on a molar investigation into we don't trump colluding with the Russians in order to influence the election when the basis for the FISA warrants was a dossier that was compiled by a foreign agent Christopher still who is British who went to the Russians against foreigners to get dirt on Donald Trump paid for by the DNC and the Hillary Clinton campaign so we had a compressed into a candidate Hey a foreign agent to collect information from a foreign government or foreigners on a political appoint pony in order to use that dirt in a political campaign I'm sorry it does anybody else sends the irony in the hypocrisy here because it's right and why the don't why the Republicans are making hay of this and and constantly being a drum DeMint Republican to constantly be saying yes as though it just exactly what I just did so you're saying the president did it up is that just like Hillary Clinton paying Christopher still who went to the Russians to get the dirt to influence the election it's the same thing but instead we're going to impeach the president on this all right article two ical to obstruction of Congress in his conduct of the office of president of the United States and in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of president of the United States and to the best of his ability preserve protect and defend the constitution of the United States and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed Donald J. trump has directed the unprecedented categorical and indiscriminate defiance of subpoenas issued by the house of representatives pursuant to its sole power of impeachment right this is baloney this is the one article two is we're gonna probably see quite a few Democrats beat feet on because this is what they're saying here is that the president used his executive power to prevent people like his lawyers from testifying with that what they're saying is that you couldn't block those people you can block John Bolton you couldn't block Mick Mulvaney you couldn't blocked on again his counsel you can't block those people because we wanted information and you would give it to us and we were too lazy to go through the process to go to the court to get the to get a subpoena to get these people to testify because they knew that the president would take it to court and he knew it was gonna go to the Supreme Court and they knew that they were going to lose but and if you notice articles of impeachment never like to travel alone they're a little skittish they need at least one friend with them and they prefer to travel in a packed but didn't have anything else article one was gonna have to go by itself the Democrats really are at let's just throw article two in there we won't bother getting a subpoena we won't bother trying to force any of these people to testify and take it to the court because I'm probably not gonna win there's gonna throw this in there said article one doesn't have to travel by itself so article two is just total and complete and utter nonsense I mean one is to but two is just like crazy crazy nonsense so Adam Schiff finishes up his little soliloquy here and this is now because I'm ship is the lead prosecutor here if you will and I know we're using legal terms our legal process but to understand he's kind of like the lead prosecutor so we're going to hear a lot more from Adam Schiff I know nobody wants to but it's gonna be forced down our throats Adam ship or wrapping it up saying that not only does the president deserves to be impeached he should be removed president trump thus warrants impeachment and trial removal from office and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor trust or profit under the United States all right very very summer then Chief Justice John Roberts he was he he swears everybody and right now I'm just the Chief Justice has already signaled that he's going to kind of stay out of this he's not going to be inserting himself into this process so he swears everybody in our answer this morning and there was a question I'm at a question asked about the four the senators who are running for political office and Marsha Blackburn I asked that Nancy Pelosi got Michael Bennett everybody forgets about him because he's really not on stage Michael Bennett still in it and Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders and on a vehicle which are they should recuse themselves because if you're going to allow them to vote to get to take their political opponents out of the race and your big beef is that president trump was trying to use his power to get dirt on a political point to affect the outcome of an election well now you're going to allow them to vote on the on their political opponents to try to take him out of the race in order to you know to affect the outcome of an election but of course they also do not gonna do it we're not playing that game now we just got this in error just sent this to me that the president has named his legal team so these are his do you have the Peter manages on one side then you have the the White House legal team on the other they will consist of Pat chips as the Bologna which we knew he's a White House counsel Jay Sekulow Ken Starr wow second rodeo for can Alan Dershowitz we had heard some rumors as to Alan Dershowitz possibly joining the team and Robert ray there will also be assistance from deputy counsels Michael per porous and Patrick filled in Jordan secular will also be an assistant to his father J. secular so there you go so one two three four five and then to deputy councils and then Jordan secular so there are helping his dad what I find interesting is Alan Dershowitz because Alan Dershowitz I mean gosh he's he's not he's not a Republican he's not a trump supporter but he has proven himself to be fair and he's even talked about what happened to him because he's been fair he's been talking about you know how he has been it's always been treated by people who used to be his friends because he has to come out and actually been fair and give an unbiased legal opinions in other words he's not being a hack because is not being a hack he has been ostracized by the left so now I think Alan Dershowitz can just kiss like his ticket to the to the Hamptons goodbye because if he is going to serve on the president's legal team forget it Allen welcome to the other side of the aisle if this were ma'am but I have a lot of respect to me this is what you'll hear me and also his get email from people I can't believe you separate your not a trunk Berber I try to be fair if the president does something that I think is wrong I'm gonna say it it just like we won president Obama's he did something that I thought was right that I thought was a good thing I gave credit where Naomi I won't honor the subpoena Sir I think you better say you will and so yesterday said well I'd like to clarify that course I will honor a legitimate subpoena so you start the word legitimate in there and so the bottom line is when ever so somebody issues a subpoena as a party to a lawsuit or if you're involved in the impeachment the subpoena is only valid if a judge agrees because of somebody defies the subpoena what's the person issuing the subpoena supposed to do if not get a court order saying it was legitimate so Joe Biden is going to have to go to court to object to this if he thinks it's an illegitimate subpoena but Mr triple ani is the leader of the pack and apparently he's very close with Donald Trump they've developed a close bond of their with each other every day somebody said there stapled to each other side and I'm so glad they didn't say they're literally stapled because recently somebody said in in Colorado there is a politician who who literally literally glued herself to Donald Trump and thinking literally but you know it's it's picky Portis buzz two fifty three the time talk radio seven ninety K. "Your source for breaking news and what to make of it all this is the Mike Gallagher show we're seeing exactly what the Democrats stand for I'm concerned that if we don't impeach this president he will get reelected you've been great Mike and I appreciated very much you notice I walked over here very quickly from the relief factor dot com studio years Mike Gallagher believing coming into the studio and warning you about the media narrative and be prepared for it today's media narrative is going to be be about the Turkish troops crossed into Syria and how Turkey has launched its military operation airstrikes have begun hitting the border town of raise all eating the Turkish president erred one confirmed the news on Twitter writing our aim is to destroy the terrier court the terror corridor which is trying to be established on our southern border and to bring peace and peace to the region the trump haters are clapping their hands in delight it is one more thing on their their checklist of ways to try to destroy this presidency they're going to be very satisfied that this is happening and it doesn't change anything in terms of president trump's commitment to to keep our troops from participating in endless wars and I understand the arguments on both sides of this I really do I'm not sure I don't know that there's a right or wrong here's what I do know president trump campaigned on the promise to bring our troops home president trump is right when he says that we had a temporary goal in Syria in Syria defeating ISIS caliphate in that region and we did and we were supposed to get out and we didn't but this is going to be very tough for the trump administration just like just like they are being subjected to this kangaroo court this ridiculous unfair unamerican screwball impeachment inquiry that isn't really officially an impeachment inquiry there's one reason the Democrats won't take a vote in the house only one reason they want all the marbles they don't want to let trump be able to to question witnesses they want to control the narrative and what's happening he's one of the biggest dish graces I've ever seen in my life and I I've got to have faith in the American people that they're paying attention I heard a C. N. N. guy interview today who said you know you gotta remember most people don't pay attention and he's right that's what they're counting on they're counting all these hacks over MSNBC and CNN and they're just hoping in their efforts to destroy president trump the most Americans just pay partial attention in other words they see the headlines they see the negativity but they don't really die then they don't really ask questions wait a minute why was hunter Biden on this policeman board for all these years for I mean for all those months for five years making watch some money when his dad was the V. "So couple of things that I hate there's a new story out from the Wall Street Journal today talking about how the White House may soon be making concessions to Dianne Feinstein Kamla Harris about appointing leftist judges to the ninth circuit court of appeals. Ye here's what the Wall Street Journal story says says President Trump's best achievement has arguably been judicial selection from the supreme court, the appellate circuits to district court nominees. He is remaking the federal courts so more than a few eyes widen this month when the White House omitted three names from the list of fifty judges. Mr. Trump sent back to the Senate, what intrigue gives three missing names were Californians nominated to the ninth circuit court of appeals last year. Two other ninth circuit nominees. Eric Miller of Washington and brigid bu- beta Zona renominated, but Daniel Collins, Kenneth Lee and Patrick Bouma Tae withheld because the White House is negotiating with Dianne Feinstein and combo Harris. Ms Feinstein and the White House counsel's office have been pen pals on this for some time in November letter to new White House counsel, Pat chip alone. This Feinstein miss Harris requested that the White House worked with us to reach an agreement on a consensus package of nominees. The Democrats wanted pick one name from the White House list one from their own a third consensus nominee why in the world with the White House agree with us why in the world would they do this? They're suggesting that maybe they're doing this to buy this support for nominee to replace beta Ginsburg, are they insane. Are they insane? If the White House is doing this. They must be off the rockers if they believe the Kamla Harris Dianne Feinstein, well, hold by any deal that allows them to vote for a conservative replacement for Ruth, Bader Ginsburg out of their mind. First of all if we've better Ginsburg dies in the next two years, there will be riots in this country over the supreme court. There will be because Democrats are not going to stand for an actual swing vote moving to the right. This is why they're already writing their writing eulogies for her in movies, right? They're already doing movies like on the basis of sex, which looks more boring than any movie other than. Like actual drying of paint on film. They're making full. Hey, geographies of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the notorious rby if she dies. Well, Trump is in office all hell will break loose. You really think you're gonna count on Dianne Feinstein and Kamla Harris to come to your aid in this Mr President my goodness. This would be so stupid. This is from biggest it's his biggest accomplishment. If he blows it it will be a massive massive fail. Okay. Meanwhile, another thing that I hate today. So there's a piece today, but Stuart Taylor of real clear investigations about the take down of Roland fryer junior. Excuse me, I've mentioned professor fryer before on the program. He did a study last year all about police violence against black folks, he came up with the conclusion that in fact, black folks were not shot as often as white folks in similar situations by the police, which was controversial finding will. Now friar is under fire. Here's what real clear investigations reports in December fourteenth two thousand eighteen piece. The New York Times set the stage. Age by noting, and it's opening sentences that Roland fryer junior had attained tenure at Harvard received a MacArthur genius grant and one the most prestigious award for young American economist in the second paragraph came to take down, but his rapid ascent has taken. It troubling turn. It's Harvard officials review a university investigators conclusion that Dr fryer fostered, a work environment hostile to women one filled with sexual talk and bullying this article and Harvard's office for dispute resolution resolution have made a near pariah of the youngest black professor ever tenured at Harvard AMAN boards, poverty, who still much mired among many, former female, and male subordinates and other people who know him well and who see the attacks on him as tinged with racism and metoo overreaction. His also admired among experts for his pioneering scholarship on how best to educate poor and minority children and other racial gender issues in an article littered with sins against on his journalism the times vastly overstated the criticism of fryer in a confidential Eighty-one page November report by the office of dispute resolution, which has a staff of ten eight women and two men. The report seems suddenly and SC. Skillfully biased against a man, whom ODI are branded a sexual harasser for among other things..

"Sitting in with Jane wells on this day. You're in the middle of this Covington Catholic school controversy. We're gonna button it up. Now. This is we're gonna finish it with this. But but they'll be more tomorrow because it just there's more. I as I said earlier, we live in an era of this toxic soup of a bias truth. Lies misreporting, correct reporting error. It's just you don't know what to believe anymore. And so don't believe anything at first blush. Yeah. But the good guy bad guy part of this makes it a story that has additional life because everybody can get really dug in apparently where we're happy being these days. Yes. So they're all kinds of loose ends on the on the Covington thing tell me about what happened at this at this church. Apparently, it's it's a it's a renowned church in Washington DC. Yes, which I have never heard of, you know, I I know the National Cathedral I've been to the National Cathedral, which is beautiful my mother taught at National Cathedral school. Really? Yeah. And it's it is a stunning place. I mean, just like you're thinking well. If God's going to show up he's coming here. There's like Darth Vader. There is actually a Darth Vader helmet in the stain glass on one part of the National Cathedral. If you go look at, but this isn't there? That's where the wasps go. Other practices. There's also which I didn't know existed. Sorry. The what is it called the national shrine of the immaculate conception, which is the largest Catholic church in the US. And apparently the day after you can find this video online, Nathan Phillips and a bunch of protesters. I wouldn't say stormed entered. And again, if you don't know the name, Nathan Phillips, use the native American who was part of this Covington Catholic school controversy, and they apparently went to the nation's largest Catholic church a day after to hold the Catholic church accountable for the actions of the students at Covington Catholic high there in the middle of a mass right turn. Yes. They were quote, it was really upsetting. There were about twenty people trying to get in and we had to lock the doors and everything said somebody who didn't want to give their name, but nothing bad happened. But for a guy who was quote, unquote, shaken and overwhelmed by what happened the day before then, you know, he's not quite the passive. Passive person that we were originally led to believe they're beaten us drama. I'm not a PR guy. But I might say to nNcholas Phillips. Nathan Phillips, maybe maybe lay out for a week or so just kind of keep it cool. Yeah, they home. You know? I don't know get on Twitter. If you really don't I really feel as though you're right to turn. Now. Here's the other side of that note. You're in the moment. You are the moment you have to capitalize on the moment. And so maybe for that reason he was trying to hold the Catholic church responsible for these kids that he had a run in with it proves we are all imperfect and these are all complex characters. Although I don't think there's anything complex about chief Ephraim Israel of the house of Israel. This is from the New York Post. This is the black Israelite from Brooklyn who they claim spark the Covington controversy. You know, they were there were about five or six of them, and they were like shouting expletives and calling them incest babies. It's not clear who started it. But it seems. I'd bet money they started it. And then the boys end up with their chant. So he said, basically, he has obviously no apologies. The word of God sparked it all he said they've seen what they've done.
