"Hi, this is Lucia with the art of love. I'm a dating and relationship expert specializing in helping you get your ex back or to get over your ex, and this week I want to talk about the shocking and new way to get over your ex. If you're a woman. And when I explain what it is, you'll understand why it's only for women. However, if you're a man, do not tune out just yet as it may be able to help you to understand why your ex, if she was a female, broke up with you suddenly, out of the blue. But first I want to welcome back the no contact army and have a favor to ask of you. If you can please leave a rating and or a review for the silencio app if you have downloaded it, and if you haven't downloaded it, the link is below every single video. And if you too would like to join our no contact army, all you have to do is hit the subscribe button and the bell notification and you're in, and to read our no contact army manual, go to no contact secrets dot com, where you can read two free chapters before purchasing the book. Okay, so how to get over your X well, I'm going to have to talk about hormonal birth control. And this information I'm about to give you actually, doctor pat Allen, on marriage and family therapist, she had actually mentioned it in a lecturer that I attended of hers years ago, and I've interviewed her twice and you can find the videos on my YouTube and also the podcast on my podcast. And when I first heard it, it kind of went in one ear and out the other. I didn't think much of it, and I wish I had. And now people are starting to talk about it again, so I realized that actually it may be helpful in getting over next. So basically, a study was done in 2014 that suggests that taken birth control pills may affect who you're attracted to. And it was published in the proceedings of the national academy of science if you want to follow up. And it found that women who went off the pill reported being less attracted to their partners facial features, if their partner had a relatively less attractive face, but more attracted if their partner had a relatively more attractive face. And there's also a book titled, this is your brain on birth control, written by doctor Sarah E hill, PhD. And she says that birth control pills change women's sex hormones and because of this they can have an impact on nearly every aspect of who a woman is. And it can influence all kinds of things such as a woman's major preferences and even her relationship satisfaction. And she goes on to say that women who had chosen their partners while on the pill experienced less sexual attraction to their partners, less sexual arousal in response to their partners and less sexual adventurousness than women who had chosen their partners when they were not on the pill. So to sum it up in plain language, basically it means that if you met your partner while you were on birth control and you stop taking birth control, there's a real possibility that you will no longer be attracted to your partner. And I have some comments here from some women who experienced that when they went off birth control. The first one says my taste in men has completely changed since being off the pill. Another one says ever since I had been on the pill, I've been attracted to guys without beards and skinny guys, so I'm assuming she wasn't attracted to them before. And then the third comment says, I went off birth control and realized the person I was with for years wasn't for me. Wow. That's the power of birth control. So, you know, it does make sense when you think about it, because when guys usually it's guys, when guys take steroids, it does change their personality and that's why there's this thing called roid rage. Because people on steroids tend to be angrier than they would otherwise be, so why would we not think that women taking hormones would not also experience changes in personality? I remember when I was on the pill, now looking back, I chose guys that most of them I would not choose today. I look back and I'm like, huh, I can't believe that date of that guy. Now part of it may be obvious because now I'm older, I have different preferences. I've matured, I've changed, but I can't help but wonder how much the pill had an effect on who I chose to date. So what does this have to do with you and your ex? Well, it's very possible that if you're a woman and you're going through a breakup and you're on birth control, that if you stop taking your birth control, you may realize that you're actually not attracted to your ex anymore. Since you were under the influence of drugs, so to speak, when you met them, it's almost like being under a spell, then you come out of the spell and you're like, what? What's going on? Who is this guy? I chose him. I don't want him. So I think it's worth a try, since you're most likely not having sex at the moment, I'm assuming, since you're trying to get your ex back. So what do you have to lose? I would say temporarily stop, taking hormone and birth control, and see if your feelings about your ex don't change, maybe it'll help you get over them. And if you're a guy and you're a broken up with by a woman, seemingly out of the blue, you have to ask yourself if your ex went off birth control at that time, or went on birth control. That may explain what happened. Who knows? The other explanation for white suddenly, someone breaks up with you out of the blue is that they went back to the Rex. Yeah. So I want to hear from you, have you noticed a change in who you're attracted to, since either getting on or off birth control. And you plant a try this if you're going through a breakup and trying to get over your ex. Please let me know what happens. And in the meantime, if you would like my help to either get your ex back or to get over them, you can contact me at the art of love dot net. The direct link is below and we will send you the rates. If you're listening to this as a podcast, I would appreciate if you would leave a rating and a review. "When will you hear from your ex, the $1 million question, I've actually done several videos on this topic before, where I mention three of the times that you will hear from your ex, so I'm going to go over those and I'm actually going to add a fourth time that you may hear from your ex to this video. So stay tuned. In the meantime, I want to, of course, welcome back the no contact army. Have you been a good little soldier or a bad little soldier? And if you've been a good little soldier, then you've downloaded my app silencio. And if you haven't, the link is below every single video. It will help you to stay in no contact. And if you too would like to join the no contact army, all you have to do is hit the subscribe button and the bell notification and you're in and to read the note contact army manual, go to no contact secrets dot com where you can read two free chapters before purchasing the book. Okay, so if you are in no contact, the one question you want to hear or the one answer you want to hear is when will you hear from your ex? Of course you want to know if you will hear from your ex, and then when I say yes, 90% of you will hear from your ex, the next question is, of course, will win. So I talked about the 60 day rule in my video, the 60 day rule, and I will put the link in the upper right hand corner on the video. And for those of you that are new to the channel and you haven't heard me talk about it before, basically it means that you are most likely to hear from your ex between days 45 and 60 of no contact, not days four to 5 and 60 after the breakup. It has to be of no contact. So if there was communication after the breakup, if you were in touch after the breakup, if you were begging and pleading whatever, then you have to count from when you last had contact. And on between days, 45 and 60, that is when you'll most likely hear from them and that comes from the book psycho cybernetics by Maxwell maltz, many of you have heard of it and doctor pat Allen, a marriage and family therapist, came up with that concept because she realized that in his chapter on rumination or in when he talks about rumination, Maxwell maltz, the author of the book psycho cybernetics..

I remember watching tinners way strut his stuff and he was really good horse a cool horse to follow too. I always enjoyed watching him run. Well craig dato. At del mar has seen a lot of good horses. Come through there. In his time. And craig sat down with our. Bobby newman for a one on one interview this week. It is your road to the breeders cup segment here on h. r. n. Time to go down the road to the breeders cup pleased to be joined now here on h. r. n. by the executive vice president and chief marketing officer at the del. Mar thoroughbred club. Craig dato craig. A huge day of racing. Coming up this saturday at del mar. It is the marquee event of the season. The great one pacific classic. Thanks so much for taking the time once again today. I appreciate you having me on and we are very excited about this weekend for a number of different reasons. I'm sure you and i will get into that well. The pacific classic is is really. The highlight of the meat opening day is a highlight of the meat pacific. Classic is a highlight of the meat. It's part of the breeders cup challenge series a win and you're in race for the breeders cup classic it's been a win and you're in race Since two thousand eight. In fact. Both the pacific classic and the del mar handicap part of the breeders cup challenge series winner of the del mar handicap getting an automatic berth to the lawn. Breeders cup turf later this year and of course. The breeders cup also will be held at delmar. But let's let's take a look at the pacific classic and the history of the pacific classic. This is a pretty young race in the grand scheme of things. The the first pacific classic won by best pal in thousand nine hundred ninety one. What do you remember about. You know how this race came together and the idea for actually having this million dollar race at del mar. So i was not at del mar. Nineteen ninety one. I was at santa anita then and the chairman of the board of del mar was a gentleman named john. Maybe who owned the golden eagle and and actually Owned best pal and the idea was need to put del mar on the map. We have to have a million dollar race and it came to be in nineteen ninety one. And i i wanna say probably looking back. Best pal was one of my all time favorite horses. If you remember he used to give them a piece of spot many lengths and come running from behind with a furious finish at know. He ended up winning fourteen stakes and his in his career including the handicap. The hollywood pacific classic he was a cow bread and he never for one steak outside of california which was which was a little disappointing but he He came running that day. Nineteen ninety-one with the great pat allen's waylon is back and that really put the race on the map. Yeah peeve l. Actually my favorite writer of all times. It's funny that you mention that. You've seen a lot of pacific classics over the years. We've seen some great horses both locally based and shipping from other parts of the country and other parts of the world Converging on delmar for this great race any memories of the pacific classic. That really hit home as some of your favorites. There's one that that is head and shoulders above the rest. And that's in nineteen ninety six when the great cigar decided to come to del. Mar if you remember. He had won sixteen consecutive races and had tied citation's record at that time and he was going to break the record in the pacific classic train by bill. Motte owned by allen paulson. Ridden by jerry bailey. He went off at one to ten that day in the pacific classic. And if you remember it was an amazing race. Richard mandela had two horses in the race. He had this name siphon who was a speed horse and he also had dead closer at thirty nine to one they dared go so siphon went of elite as usual and jerry bailey may have given sites and a little bit too much too much respect. He went with him and then corey ghitani on a horse by the name of dramatic. Gold made sure cigar got pinned in cigar had to work so hard. They went so fast on the lead. And then this crazy log shot thirty nine to one. Darren go written by the great alex so lease came. Rolling home for cigar was so tired on the lead dare go ended up winning the race by three and a half lengths. And i've never i. Was there that day. It went silent like what happened. Who is that horse. What's the guard didn't win. It was crazy and forty. Four thousand people showed up that day. That's gotta be the all time best is classic. That was the first of four pacific classic. Wins for trying to richard. Mandella won the very next year with the argentine bread. Gentlemen one in two thousand four with the really nice horse pleasantly perfect and he trained the only filly to ever win the pacific classic back in two thousand fifteen beholder beating the boys with gary stevens aboard. They've been three two time winners of the pacific classic back to back years for tinners way skimming richards kid lots of great memories of course most recently.

"Completely honest with him all the time about your feelings but you can never say i think and he never asked him how he feels. Only ask him what he thinks. Because one person is thinking one person's feeling in a relationship you have to decide. Do you want to be respected for your thoughts or chairs for your feelings and if you wanna be tears for your feelings in a relationship which is what i want in a relationship because i'm respected for my thoughts everywhere i it's like i'm gonna get respect when i go home. I just wanna be like. i'm sad. Be nurtured so that. So now i just feel with men i just tell them how i feel all the time. It's book you can't flip like you know you can flip and in different like let's say so when i when i Some some a personally me. I'm not that this. I'm pretty much the same in bed too. I'm like more submissive and like more the feminine energy like receiving but some women are like very feeling in their relationship and then they get in bed and then they're the dominant one and then it flips and then the guy becomes that but you can't have both energies like if a woman's going slow yes in whatever situation. It works my friends who have just read this book and adopted it and been like. I'm not gonna ever tell this guy who's clearly masculine and feminine energy. What i think. And i'm only gonna ask him what he thinks. You just meant like the basically if you don't ask how they feel an in its acknowledging because because one energy one interrelationship one person is respected for their thoughts and one person is cherished for their feelings. You cannot have both if you want both things in a relationship you're narcissists and you're probably gonna end alone if both if you want both things 'cause you gotta get you gotta get that other thing met somewhere else but not relationship you need to be. Someone needs to be receiver and someone needs to be the giver. So it's a moment to moment situational thing not like overall. It's pretty much overall. I mean there's definitely times where it can completely switch like. You said like the bedroom where it's like role play like the role switch. So if i'm like. I'm definitely a thinker but i've noticed as i've gotten older i try take my advice like when i'm trying to communicate how i feel about something i will say. Well this is how it makes me feel and it seems to be received enough. Because she's the she might be the masculine energy and you might be feminine energy. She's definitely in. How the masculine energy. That's what i'm saying. What i'm saying if she but i'm just trying to communicate to her so she hears me when i tell her i feel. I want to tell her what i think you should see. That's where i'm confused by. Because if i told her what. I 'cause you know how in a lotta relationships. If they haven't even read this book i have a bunch of guys a bunch of guys who are logical problem solvers. Right either girlfriend wife. Whatever comes back from work and there is like this happened right. I'm and they're venting and the guys like all right. Let's solve the problem and they're like shut the fuck up. I'm just telling you just just feelings. Don't try to. Yes so what i'm saying is so. Yeah and then. That's me. I'm i'm i. I make that mistake of doing that a lot. I'm like oh a problem great. Let's solve it you know. And and they don't want to solve the problem. I'm just saying when i noticed that i'm frustrated about something instead of like you know what i'm saying. I'm kind of trying to beat the system. Beat the i guess. I'm recognizing that feeling that schieber responds to feelings more than logic. Oh right because you're trying to talk her language youngest caress yes so like it's like yeah exactly she doesn't speak english he's big streaming kind of thing so instead of trying to slow my english down. I just speak german so to speak. if you're easing that analogy so like i will but see. She needs to get into her more feminine energy and like it because you want to leave from a place of. I think it's complex. But i don't. I don't pretend to be an expert on this. But i just know that when two people are trying to do the same role of like. I think you should do this. And if you tell a man like i think this and they they're dick just like shrivels up. But if you're like i feel like you know you're really happy when you if you're just like gentle. The book is about being like a woman and nurturing feminine. It's a little bit. Like oh god have to start wearing dresses and like being sexy. I is about that. Like if you wanna get a mess and energy man who rose feminine. A woman doctor pat allen herself a feminist for sure. Oh my gosh yes so. This isn't it. I used to recoil at this book because all my friends read it nice to be like. Oh you just act like a handmade until he dies and then you can be yourself again. That was my job for it to trick a man and loving you. Yeah because i was like okay. All my friends are now just being like well. I don't want to tell you what so can we. Maybe talk later about my feelings like you have to ask for permission later on. There's all these like weird things that make you feel like you're acquiescing to a man but really what it is is it's honoring yourself as a woman as an emotional person who is honoring a man who it cannot process emotions the same way. It doesn't express themselves in emotions the same way eggs. Yeah you heard me talk about them. Because they're awesome. My girlfriend is currently at work. And she's wearing them. She loves them. She keeps spying. Need i say more. Actually you just recently got the a. They've even stepped it up. They're like they're really cool. A lot of puckett's need to turn up my fix game.
