US launches online system to seek asylum on Mexican border

"The Biden administration has launched an online system for migrants on the Mexican border seeking asylum. I Norman hall. U.S. customs and border protection is allowing migrants to make appointments up to two weeks out using its website and through a mobile app called CBP one, the online system is poised to replace a complicated patchwork of exemptions to a public health order known as tidal 42. It was used by the government to deny migrants U.S. and international rights to claim asylum since March 2020 under the new system migrants apply directly to the agency and a government official will determine who gets in. The appointments will be at one of 8 crossings at Brownsville, El Paso, idol and Laredo in Texas, nogales, Arizona, and lexico and San Diego in California. I Norman hall

Gov. Abbott Is Trying to Solve the Border, Alejandro Mayorkas Is Not

"Governor Abbott is heroic in his efforts to secure the border. In fact, he did not back down. He was waiting for Biden on the tarmac in El Paso, handed him a letter, specifying the Biden administration's failures, challenged Biden in person, challenged Biden in public, governor Abbott is doing all he can to secure the border. So along comes major orchis, criticizing the governor's efforts to secure the Texas border. Well, governor Abbott is not collaborating with the federal government on an issue that requires collaboration. We can not have the rights and the needs of individuals who are seeking humanitarian relief in the United States. The exploited for political purposes. We can not have unilateral governor action that is not coordinated with the federal government to address an issue that is of national importance. How about that? So the cabinet secretary in charge of the border is criticizing an American governor for trying to secure his border. That's what Biden has now. Delivered to the American people. It's so disgusting. It makes me physically sick.

Joe Biden Looks Bad Following El Paso Border Visit

"It's pretty gratifying to see a lot of the things we've been talking about for two years come to fruition, right? Like this border catastrophe that Biden created and you look, look at the way the media is turning on Biden over the border. This El Paso visit was spectacular for our site. They look so bad. And this mayor's character, the secretary, this secretary mayorkas was literally reduced to criticizing the governor of Texas for working to secure his state's border. That's how bad things have gotten with our border. And it's absolutely disastrous for the Biden administration and everybody knows it. You know, I keep having this sneaking suspicion that the only reason that the media is turning on Biden is they're done with him.

President Biden Finally Went to the Border

"Someone from the Biden administration action show by himself finally made it to El Paso, Texas, about time, don't you think? And we're struggling with the border crisis, unlike anything that we have ever seen, he put Kamala Harris in charge of the deal and she was pretty angry about it. I guess it's not such a plum assignment for anybody in the Democrat party that wants to have a future because you see the Democrats. They have themselves really backed into a corner on this one because none of what they've said on immigration really makes any sense. Somehow, it's perfectly fine, they think, to just bring one bring all, everybody can come here and somehow we're going to just make Texas pay for them all. Integrate them all. School, medical care. I mean, it's so bizarre. And it's such a sort of overtly political move that hasn't paid off. I mean, let's face it, it's never going to pay off, because it's not in line with the ultra woke, and the ultra woke has taken over the party.

Biden inspects US-Mexico border in face of GOP criticism

"President Biden is in Mexico for a summit of North American leaders after a visit to the border. A lot of resources we're going to get him for him. President Biden's trip to El Paso, Texas Sunday was his first visit to the U.S. Mexico border since taking office. He was met at the airport by Texas governor Greg Abbott, who handed him a letter of criticism. Tens of thousands of Texas have been had their lives destroyed. By his open border post. At a port of entry, the president viewed a demonstration of officers checking cars for drugs and other contraband. He also visited the El Paso county migrant services center, where aid workers spoke about the services they provide to hundreds of people each day who have been released by border patrol. If I could wait a while, what would you want me to do? One of the things that was really important for me. El Paso representative Veronica Escobar says she was grateful for the president's visit. Biden inspects busy port of entry along US-Mexico border

"After a visit to El Paso, Texas, President Biden is heading to Mexico City to meet with other leaders to discuss immigration and drugs at the U.S. southern border. At a busy port of entry in El Paso, President Biden viewed a demonstration of officers checking cars for drugs, money, and other contraband. He was met at the airport by governor Greg Abbott, who handed him a letter of criticism. Tens of thousands of Texas have been had their lives destroyed. By his open border pass. The argument also playing out in Washington, congressman Jim Jordan on Fox News Sunday. Says President Biden created this mess. And he did it from day one, is they undid the good policies president Trump had in place. But Homeland Security secretary Alejandro mayorkas says the number of migrants fleeing Central and South America has skyrocketed. This is something that is not unique to the United States. "President Biden is visiting the border city of El Paso, Texas today for a firsthand look at the migrant situation. Some 300 migrants camped out on sidewalks outside a church, chanting the good outnumber the bad. It's going to take legislation and we need that urgency that you talked about. And of course, it's going to take money. This is not an inexpensive fix. People have pointed out to me. Migrants at US-Mexico border await ruling on asylum limits

"Thousands of migrants are gathered along both sides of the U.S. Mexico border, waiting to learn if the title 42 ban on asylum seekers will be lifted or remain in place. The limitations blocking migrants from coming into the U.S. to seek asylum were slated to be lifted Wednesday, but an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court by conservative led states has put the health rule and migrants in limbo. Thousands of people gathered in El Paso, Texas already, where the National Guard is monitoring them for exposure to the cold, with temperatures in the 30s. Thousands more are waiting on the Mexican side of the border. In Juarez. "As that major announcement goes, I can tell you what I hope you said. I'd like for him to come out and just tell the Republican members of the House and the Senate to vote against this omnibus bill to not support this cinema tillis bill on immigration, raising the debt ceiling. Just all of the crap that's going on and just tell the Republicans to quit collaborating with these socialists. But along with that, God, I would like to see him come out and advocate for the impeachment of Joe Biden on the grounds of treason. Treason for not enforcing the southern border, treason for the contents of the hundred and Biden laptop showing collusion with China and being compromised. And collusion with the Tam, the DNC and the FBI and DHS on rigor and election. I mean, the evidence is all right there. But I would love to see him come at swinging and advocating for all of that because what's going on in the southern border cot just makes me sick. We are literally watching an invasion. I kept thinking in 1941 after a Pearl Harbor was attacked, that Christmas, at least president Roosevelt was trying to rally the nation. We came together. In 1913, Woodrow Wilson sent general Patton in a Mexico, the chased out Pancho villa, and here it is, we're being invaded right now with upwards of close to 20,000 people a day. And our president is doing nothing but just escorting in the middle of the country and spread them out. And it's treason, nothing but trees. "So we service all 50 states as well to here in El Paso. Okay, you know what I was just thinking about the border thing being a border city. You probably have a lot of Spanish speakers and documents are in Spanish. I imagine to get them the documents to be legitimate here in the states. They have to be an English format. You can't send something to the state of Texas, for example, in Spanish. Is that right? How do you guys overcome that or deal with that? Yes, sir. So we do have a translator here at the office as well to social translate the documents from Spanish to English from everything from a marriage license. So birth certificate and then I will be able to notarize the document myself. We also do apostles as well too, which we work with a third company out in Austin, Texas. So you don't even look the finger for the apostle or a translation, just drop off the documents to us, and we'll take care of all the hard work. Oh, cool. Apostle service. I'm familiar with that. Do you guys do a lot of those? Yes, we do. We average maybe three, four, a week. And we actually serve pretty much all the countries around the world. Here in El Paso, so if you have a document or a merit certificate out of India, we'll be able to take care of that for you as well too or even far away from China or even country in Europe will take care of that apostle work for you. Okay, cool. You know, just occurred to me. You guys, I know that I kind of looked this up before we interviewed today that a notary can only charge like $6 at first. But is there any additional fees for going out to come visit me? I imagine you have to charge something, right? Yes. What are your feet starting? So you are absolutely correct. So it's $6 per signing per document. And we do charge a mobile fee, which is going to be $25 per mobile. And that goes for anywhere in El Paso, even if you're on the 7 9 9 one two zip code, which is the west side or to the 7 9 9 three 8 zip code, which is on the far east side. It will be the same $25, but we charge 6 additional dollars for the documents. Okay, great. So I actually like to end these interviews with something fun or something interesting. What sticks out in your mind is the most crazy or funniest or just coolest notary you've ever done. Oh man, there I could literally write a book on me being a notary for the last 5, 6, 7 years I've been doing this. It's an amazing job what I do. But to answer that question, I will I did two notaries on one day. One was around the afternoon around 5 o'clock. I walked into their house and it was literally a zoo in their two story house, meaning they had all different types of animals..

What do I need to bring with me to the notary signing? Okay. So there's a couple of things that you need to do when we are actually going to be meeting you at your office, your home. First we need to bring one of the following forms of identification. You're going to need your driver's license or state driver's license ID, meaning here in Texas, New Mexico, California, Arizona, something in that nature or your military ID or passport. "Okay, so you know, I'm not a truck driver myself, but I understand if you have a commercial driver's license or a CDL, you're not eligible to take defensive driving. So obviously, you can't guarantee this missile every time, can you? No, the way the law is right now is they're very, very strict on commercial driver's licenses. Who get traffic citations. And the reason why is because they have a tremendous greater responsibility because they're usually the ones that you see on the roadway driving the semis, the 18 wheelers. The state of Texas wants to prevent people from having a license if they have multiple violations or convictions on their record, the state does not want you operating those types of vehicles because they can potentially be very deadly on the road. An employer certainly aren't going to hire a commercial driver if they have anything on their record. So the way the law works so unfortunately is that you can't do any type of deferred disposition so that it doesn't go on your record. The state wants wants to get a conviction on your record and the reason why is because they have no other alternatives to offer you as a defense lawyer. The best that they can offer you as a reduced fine. So I handle commercial driver's license, tickets, a little bit differently in that we will do everything we can to try to get those dismissed oftentimes we'll actually end up having to go to a jury trial on those, especially the author of members and there are no mistakes on the documents of the state provides us. And we also handle with the whole appellate process as well, because we understand that commercial garbage licenses can not have anything affecting their record..

"They set their own cases based on based on their availability based on the officers based on when they can get a prosecutor. So it generally can take anywhere from approximately three to 6 months on average. But as a defense lawyer, I will tell you that the longer it takes to get your citation resolved, it's actually maybe to your benefit. Because over time, witnesses tend to lose their memory. Especially police officers who is going to be the primary and only witness that may be testifying against you. They oftentimes forget because he's police officers deal with issuing thousands of tickets in a month. And so the longer you push the delay out, generally the better chances are of you actually ultimately eventually getting a dismissal. Now if you're on a time constraint, let's say you're trying to get a job and your employer wants you to resolve your traffic tickets that are still outstanding. Oftentimes we will definitely try to put pressure on the courts to go ahead and give you as quickly as possible a court date. And we will file a motion to expedite your traffic ticket if that is requirement that you're asking us to do. But just but if not, I say the benefit is that the longer delay that you're citation takes with the courts, the chances are better that you are going to possibly get the citation dismissed so that you don't have to pay any fines, any core costs, and it won't be on your record. Great, great. I just got a couple more questions for you before I let you go. I know you're pretty busy guy. But obviously you're going to do movement violations like speeding tickets, failure to signal on a change of lanes. But do you also do just paper violations like when people have inspection or registration, no insurance stuff like that? Yes, absolutely..

"And then you're also going to then have to deal not only with the original citation that you receive. Let's say you received citation for speeding or failing to signal or running a red lot. You're going to have to also deal with a citation that was issued for you're not appearing within the 20 days that the ticket citation instructed you to do. That's a separate ticket that you will also have to deal with. And keep in mind that these are class C misdemeanors, which are punishable by up to $500 in fines. That's not including core cost. So it's very likely that you could end up potentially having to pay thousands of dollars for a ticket that you have that has turned into a warrant. But I can definitely help you all with that. And I'd be happy to explain the process of what we do when you do have a warrant. Well, that sounds like a lot of money for just a traffic ticket. You know, sometimes people just don't want to deal with the headache. What if they just decide to just pay the fine directly or just pay their ticket off? Why can't I do something like that? Well, you can do that, but I strongly recommend that you don't do that because once you do that, then that becomes a conviction on your record. And that conviction will stay on your record. It will make it very difficult if you are looking for work and employer is going to likely do a background check and I'll see that you have a ticket. And that's definitely going to be an issue that you'll have to address with any potential employer. And also in the state of Texas, they do still suspend licenses for people who have multiple violations. The state, even though they did away with the surcharge program back in 2019, they are still suspending licenses for people who have a poor driving record..

"Higher risk category as far as an employer wanting to hire you. And the reason why is because they don't want to take the possibility of any potential liability down the road if they hire an individual whom has outstanding tickets or has a history of traffic tickets if the employee is to ever have gotten involved in any type of an accident, injured somebody, the other injured party can potentially sue the employer for what's called negligent and trust meant by hiring that employee knowing when they knew or should have known that they had a potential dangerous driving record. So it's definitely going to hurt your chances from getting any type of employment. Okay, that's good information. Let me ask you another question because in the past I used to get traffic tickets and I would just take a defensive driving class. Well, what's the benefit of hiring a turn if I can just go take a defensive driving class? Well, the benefit for hiring an attorney of course is that I have a very good track record for getting tickets dismissed. And there's a very good chance that we can get that dismissed because even if you take the defense of driving course, you are still going to have to pay a court cost. Which court costs are approximately they have gone up as of late and you're looking at approximately close to a $150 just in court cost. Then you have to take the driving class and most courts require you to do a Texas certified approved driving course. So you're looking at spending more money on taking the class, which is usually 6 to 8 hour class that you will have to endure, especially if you're busy. That's definitely takes time out of your day. So hiring a lawyer such as myself, we can potentially avoid from you have to take defensive driving..

"Tickets and traffic ticket law here in El Paso, Texas. Robert how are you doing today? Good, thank you, David. Appreciate you having me. Yeah, no problem. It's a pleasure. Well, basically we want our audience to know is just kind of like what a traffic ticket lawyer does. So maybe you can kind of explain the ins and outs of that. And maybe if you let's say I came to him like, hey man, I got a traffic ticket. Can you help me? What would you say to me? Well, first I would say absolutely, I can help you. And I'm glad that you contacted me. It's important that if you get a traffic citation that you try to address have it addressed immediately, there are certain time limits that you have to appear to court and you certainly don't want to miss those time limits and risk having a warrant issued for your arrest. So it's important that you either deal with it yourself or I recommend you contact an attorney who has experience in dealing with traffic tickets. And the benefit for hiring an attorney such as myself is that we go through and handle your case from the beginning to the end. So that you don't have to worry about going to court. If you contact my office, we'll take down your information. We'll look to see if, in fact, we can pull that up on the online system, or if not, we will contact the court to get more information. And we'll file an entry of appearance. And what that means is that we're going to be pleading not guilty to your citation. And we're going to also be requesting any and all documents that are in possession of the state, including your copy of your actual citation that you receive from the officer. As well as the criminal complaint, which is a charging instrument that they use to formally charge you in a court. Now it is a class C misdemeanor, however, it's still a criminal offense. And so it's very important that you deal with these because you don't want it affecting your record. And there's a lot of problems that can happen. If you don't deal with a traffic ticket. Yeah, that's good information to know. So, you know, a lot of people will ask me like, if they get a traffic ticket, can they just kind of just put it in their glove box and ignore it? I can imagine that's just a bad idea. Can you explain what would happen if somebody just ignored traffic citation that they got pulled over? Well, yeah, it's a very bad idea because what will happen is normally you have ten days to 20 days, depending on which court where you have to go to court and they will ask you to how do you plead if you want to sign a plea form?.

You know you told me what risk got it was but those bullet points at the differences the clear ballot audit is of all the ballots in the election. But but it is not all the paper ballots in the election is just the digital images created by the dominion system which itself is presumably the subject of the audit. So what's happening is you're looking at something that data. That might already be compromised. That is to say the image is not necessarily perfect representation of what's on paper in reality. It isn't it really very much isn't a good representation because it's it's called a single bit per pixel which means it's either all black or white no gray. It deliberately eliminates the red colors on the paper ballots so few the voter happened to mark in red pen..
