"Full run? Yeah, he can shoot it a little bit. I'll do 15 feet. Yeah. At least at that point, he wasn't two to three. He might a little bit now, but everybody's doing that. Who else did you have on your list? For the wings, Caleb Huston didn't get taken. Ohio baji was not taken, Taryn Shannon was not taken. I wrote Keegan Murray down just because I was like, dude, I would ran no plays from last year. I can drive from 13th and he'll be productive. He's gonna be really good for all of this here. That's it. Here's one for you, ready? Trayvon mark from here. Yeah, start. He's gonna have a bad market sasser with the guards, too, but yeah. Those two are both gonna average about 15 a game for Kelvin. And then point I still have a bunch of point guards listed. I don't know. Yeah, no, I do. Remy Martin. Sasser. Flagler is more of a wing, but I wrote him down. Will Richardson task Sherman? You took Justin Moore, grant sherfield on Nevada, got him written down. I almost took him, Kenneth Davis from SMU. There's a lot of good players that Kyle often seem bonaventure. Yeah. Kenji Baylor, Kennedy Chandler. Freshman. Pasha Alexander St. John's. Right. I almost took two johnnies. If I had done that, their heads would have exploded in Queens. I mean, nobody would have possibly predicted that I would have taken two johnnies. But I almost did that. The biggest snob has to be Dickinson, right? Yes, yes. And only because again, the I took Zac Edie. Is 80 your only true center? Well, yeah, 'cause Timmy's a four, 5. I mean, oh yeah, you had Timmy too. Yeah. I guess I could be a little thin up front. Although I could move guys to You got Kofi. I know what I'm saying if Kofi was in song trouble, I had to be Paulo or Chad or trust me, Paula can play the 5s. I can't say anybody other than me. He is right. Right. Except 87. Nobody. I mean, Kofi is the only one who, I can't wait to see you this year. I got to tell you. Yeah. After watching him in practice, I can not wait. Have you been over to Purdue practice yet? I'm not. No, I'm not. What's up with that? I just haven't been able to get down there. What do you have? It's not like you do anything. What have you had a real busy schedule up here, you know? I've been doing these podcasts. I mean, driven. You know what? You know what the biggest snow of this is. Your coach. After the meeting of the Mayans last week, and I was so ready for you to be like, you know what? I want John Kelly leading this group of young men. I did not go with Cal, but my meeting with cow was very productive. I went to Lexington. I'll give you my thoughts if you ask. Please. Well, you know my thoughts on tide tie. It was just weird. It was weird going there and seeing not a freshman laden team. I mean, you got four transfers with severe Wheeler and big Oscar and Kellen Grady and CJ Frederick who's not playing yet. I like that. I ask how? I said, is this something that you're going to do every year?.

"From Iowa. I'm not sure if he's fully healthy yet, but he's shown the ability to be able to stretch it, which opens up the lane for guys to make durable penetration. So I like Xavier. I'm not sure that St. John's is quite to the level of Villanova, but Pasha Alexander can flat out play. It is ability to be able to score the basketball. He can defend on the other end and this is a team that turns you over and they've added some pieces. They've added Aaron Wheeler transfer from Purdue gives them a little bit more size of length on the perimeter. They've added montez Mathis. That's a kid that you love, transfer from Rutgers. So they're not quite at that level, but if there's a team that could contend to be in the second of the third spot in the biggies, I would say St. John's, and I'll say they will definitely get to the NCAA tournament for the first time in Mike Anderson's career at St. John's. But they probably have the player penny and he might be the player of the year. I mean, he's really, really good, but this is going to sound crazy. You can't the most evenly. I mean, I've seen him practice twice now. I'm just telling you. And I just said it best team. But in terms of talent and depth, so no go is a huge bodies. Cook a cook is back. You can block shots. The way all the kid is in elite defender that knows how to play a Hawkins freshman kid is going to be a star. They go RJ Cole initiate offense. But I think a team no one's going to talk about it. I think it's going to be really good. It's going to be set in halt. I mean, look, they lost 5 of their last 6 last year. Brutal. I mean, they went to 5 consecutive NCA tournaments. You talk about all they've got 5 supersedes. Yes. 5. And then a Richmond transfer from it from Syracuse, who exactly fits the way they play, you know, big in size and a little bit more freed up a little more open court basketball. But I mean, when you look at their team, Myles kale in school forever. Jarrod wrote. Big time wing score. You know, the kid Atkins Aiken the kid from Harvard gets healthy. There's another guard to compliment to compliment kadar and Richmond. I mean, you know, I look at them, Alex yet in a kid himself Florida could really rebound a ball. He's transferred. I just look at it and then they have the transfer from America. I think the kid's name is Harris. I was about to do me a Harris, you know? I think it's really shooting. Really? I'm a big Kevin Willard fan. I think you want to maximize his team really well. I think you see it in all could be really, really good. Really good. I agree. I agree. And I think they will see. And Chaka smarts taken over at marquette. I think they're going to be he's got a bunch of transfers in, including Daryl Marcel from Maryland. That'll improve their marquette defense. They'll be a Gritty defensive team, I believe. Providence guarded the three last year, but, you know, scoring, they weren't as good of a scoring team as I expected them to be Nate Watson back. I like butler. You guys mentioned butler early as being older team. You know, chuck Harris let him in scoring last year and they got a transfer in from eastern Michigan that's a double double guy and ty gross. So they're going to have a chance. I think it's going to be a competitive league. I just don't think it's as strong as it was last year. I thought it was a little bit stronger last year. But that equal 5, 16s in 7. I think we're probably looking at the lower end of those numbers. To me, because at the end of the day, they can only take 68. And I'm not sure we're going to get as many teams out of a couple of these leagues as we had last year. Let me change the subject of real quick, because you guys were both really good players at the highest level, you know, Harvard and hackensack, you know, it was what it was. We're two weeks away basically. When you guys were players, I mean like and practices started early later in October 15th, starting earlier. I'm not sure. Did you guys have exhibitions? Oh, yeah. Yeah. We had two when I was in school years earlier. Where do you like all right real quickly? Where do you think these players are like, where do you think being around coach cake is? Look, his first game's coming up, they're playing army. You know, the first game of the new year. He's going to have the first game in his last game at Madison Square Garden. Where do you where do you think these different coaches and players are at right now? There are two weeks away coming with waiting for fans to be back in the stands. You think it's going to be a difference in terms of just the excitement level, no one seems to be a little bit more normal. What do you think guys are going through right now? Well, I think it's a little bit different than when fonz and I and you were planned that we started practice October 15th. And that was our start day. Now they start way earlier. They start 42 days before their first game and they have certain days off and all that stuff. So I think the feeling of playing against one another getting tiresome starts way earlier. Players are really tired of playing against each other right now and they want to get out and play somebody else and they want their coaches to relax a little bit. Because what I remember is as we got close to the first game, that's when the coaching staff got really keyed up about, well, do we have this in? Is this good? Are we doing this well and all this stuff? And then practice has got more intense because they had something stuck somewhere that needed to get out. And it made it. So those were the dog days as you were approaching your first game before you started game prep for the first game. But the first game was in your mind. That's when things really suck. And the exhibitions. I hated it, I hated the exhibition games, because they didn't count. And yet and yet we prepared for them as they counted and the coaches freaked out over every little thing as if it as if it mattered. And it didn't matter. And that drove me crazy. But, you know, like you really need to get to a game because I am tired of playing against the guy that I played against every freaking day. Practice started. I want somebody who doesn't know all this stuff, all the stuff we're running and can jump a play and all that stuff. So those are like everybody talks about the dog days for coaches and how difficult it is. The coaches don't.

"The final scoring for Xavier individual scoring they had 1234 players in double figures, paced by Zac Free Man. Oh, he had a double double 22 points 10 rebounds. He was outstanding shot Well, way above 50% at 10 for 16 scoring. Puting. Jones Cobi Jones, a career high 20 points for him to go along with six rebounds. He also had two steals in the game. Other double figure scores were Nate Johnson and Paul Scruggs with 14 points apiece. Nate Johnson. That kind of stats stuffer of a game. 14 points, seven rebounds, six assists for him. Past grabs. 14.6 rebounds, six assists. For him. Kunkle struggle from the field. He had five points. He was to pretend shooting from the field, one for seven from behind the arc. Harder. Jason Carter three points, two rebounds. C J will chair three points for him in 12 minutes. He also saw Kiki Tanny enter the game. He played five minutes and scored three points for ST John's. They were paced by Sham Penny, who had 21 points and five rebounds. Early 10 16 point really hurt the Musketeers on four for five shooting. From behind the arc. Pasha Alexander. Nice game. 15 points, eight rebounds, nine assist. For the small point guard. He just was a thorn in the musketeer side all game done. At 17 points called three Williams eight Wool suit, too, and more at 11 points and five rebounds, including four dunks Interesting. Early two came off the bench. He scored 16 points and he was huge early. He was 4 to 5. From three point range of the ball game. At one point, he was four for four, Perfect five for five from the field. He had a big influence on this game in the first half. Yeah, he did. Joe, and I think that was the key in the game. It was the offense from ST John's ever just Could not score. I mean, could not slow them down ST John's Scored. 93 points think that's the second highest amount of points given up by Xavier and those ever gave up 46 points at halftime, which was The most in a half for Xavier savior also gave the only other time they gave up more points was in an overtime win versus Eastern Kentucky. Xavier also I thought shot a lot of three pointers. Xavier's 11 40. You know, I'm thinking you're talking about the defense. I'm thinking Xavier could have escorted you make five more. You get 15 more points. You're still play 16 of 40 from three point range. That's you know that that great not real bad, but they could have perhaps got here. Win and It was a game. I was surprised Byron How aggressive Both teams were from the get go. The first five minutes were frantic up and down the court three point shots flying for both ends and it had all the year. Markings you said is being a shootout and pretty much was and the better shooting team won the ball game. Yeah, that's just kind of what it it turned out to be. I'm sure Travis still did not want that kind of game, especially on their home floor. But that's what That's what it turned out, and not a favorable result for the Musketeers were hoping to talk with the coach. The next segment. The final score. "Big East play this year. Xavier is shooting 33%. On the season. So the right where they've been basically all season long and big he's played. I think that's where this game could be one if they could get that percentage up over the next three minutes and 54 seconds to get hot from long range. Right now. Xavier with ball trailing 80 to 73. Scrubs With, of all the top of the key working against a man to man defense, being defended by Alexander Screen to his writing His left passes it is it up the Cobi Jones shot clock it 11 for the Musketeers crunch with the ball left side of the floor. What's that on the floor gives it up, too. Kunkle around the top of the key feeds inside a free man. I want to give him go lay up and it's off the iron. No good. Add it to the corner was run down by Alexander's the left hand lamp. Zach just didn't get it high enough up on the square. That time he was under some pressure. ST. John's with the ball leading 80 73 3 17 on the game clock into the corner. Early 10 wide open fires a three and he hits it, but we've got a whistle and a out of balance. I believe on the shooter before he caught it. Krazy Kat it Why in the shot we've seen. I think that's the third time we've seen that called to against his first one against ST John's. It is across the time line. His ball. Scruggs for the Musketeers gives it up, too. Kunkle working along the sideline left with the floor into the corner of Pastor Paul Scruggs Bluffs, the three I was looking down low. They give it inside. The free male dribbles in the leg kicks it outside. Kunkle squared up fires a three off the iron, No good and the rebound taken by early to save can not by some good looking three's not bad shots. In many cases, they just hit liar tonight. Yeah, uncle's only one for six, but That was he was wide open. You gotta just hope that he knocked that down. Yes. Inside early 10 under pressure from Fremantle, Mrs it, but it's tapped up in end by Pasha Alexander. They're 6 Ft Guard got inside and had good position. Able T O take the miss and put it back through the hoop 80 to 73, a drive inside by Scruggs, a spin move a pass to the left block and the dunk by Fremantle. Xavier trails 80 to 75 with 2 16 to go as they've has got to continue to play with poise here down only seven points, but it seems like Xavier's been trying to climb this hill all half and Has not been able to tie up ST John ST John's has left for 32. Minutes of this game, pretty much the entirety. His neighbors Last lead was with tender four to play in the first half. That was one point lead 17 to 16. From that point on, you're correct ahead, but Chase And Xavier's got to again. They gotta score every time down. Mean foul situations. See ST John's committed seven. Xavier's only committed three. Those a Birkin. A lot more aggressive in the half court. They have got to get a stop here. Musketeers on the road, Queens, New York. Trying to beat ST John ST John's has been the hottest team in the Big East, winning six of the last seven games, including a win over Villanova. They lost last week in overtime to Butler, the staff that six game winning streak, maybe with some full court pressure. Masterly 10 over the head of a musketeer. Alexander a two on one break those up a floater and the teardrop falls in front of the bucket hand champagne. Eat them in the right block. Xavier hit a man in between two of them and Alexander Group of Kind of 5. Ft. Teardrop three point shot, No good, but tapped up it in by Kobe Jones in front of the bucket. Jones gets two more on the ball game. He is 18 of the game now for the Musketeers. Favorite, trailing 84 to 77 fortune. That's a nice stick back by Jones. Unfortunately, Xavier just cannot exchange baskets down the stretch. Here they have found. Got to find a way to get a stop savior was full court pressure minute 52 to go ST John's works it side to side crossing the timeline Donald accomplished that form back out. You will. Soon I'll give it to Alexander Alexander has 15 points and nine assists on the ball games. Even a man to man defense shot clock a 12 game clock of 1 39 Xavier train the 84 to 77 done on the perimeter. With the dribble up the lane kicks into the corner back out. The left elbow in the free throw line rises up for a jump shot and it is good. And it's 86 77 with a 22 go Paul Scruggs with the basketball in a Johnson blocks the three into the corner, Cobi Jones. He'll fire a three point shot off the iron. No good rebound, taking at the free throw line by Alexander Make a wuss who he bounces it over. Alexander brings it across the timeline. Xavier now forced Foul. But that's only the fourth Fallon the Musketeers with the minute eight to go, Xavier trailing 86 to 77 Joe. He's a critical winning moments here where you need to get a stop and just savior. Just cannot do it over the last couple minutes. ST. He changes direction gets to the rim and lays it up and in foul on the play was a nice underhand scoop shop with a little bit of English off the glass to scored for sham Penny, and he's found on the place him. Many now has his average of 20 points, and he can surpass that here at the free throw line that makes the score 89 77 with 54 seconds to play in this ballgame and ST John bleeds corner league represented the free throw line, fires it up nails it Extends that lead to 12.

"Menacing to ball handlers, So they've got to keep their heads up and making advance pass because they're gonna have numbers, and they should be able to take advantage of ST John's over aggressiveness that time right through the wall website of the floor of the waist high 10 on the shot clock, Freeman always come down to set a screen, trying to run a two on two game scrub drives a left baseline kicks to the Right corner, not by Johnson drives inside the paint spins phase on a bank shot. No good for about 14 ft. Away in the rebound is taken by more for ST John's looser with the drives The lane hard gets to the rim lays it up it in with his left hand. Yeah, that time. He just took advantage of guano them over pursuing. Just it was a bad clothes out. And we also just kind of blew right by him. It's gotta be under control when he closes out 16 14 ST John's leads, Jones fires up a three on the left side and he gives the Musketeers elite back. Just ripping the cords even leads 17 to 16 identical spot. Almost maybe a foot to the right. We're hit a three Several minutes ago for the Musketeer one point lead for Xavier into the post to give and go. The ball's knocked out of bounds that went into the high post left side. Him or he kind of early to cut off in the past, just missed. You know the drive a moment ago by Eddie Russo. He's interesting to watch his 64 £235. It was a great high school football player. You could tell him he looks like one drive in a bank shot on a score by Williams Put ST John's up by 1 18 17. Here comes that full court pressure against drug breaks. It drives the lane and runs into a Saint John's player early two knocks him over. That'll go against Paul Scruggs. And that's what ST John's they do to you, Joe. It's the accelerated call that time. Joe Pasha Alexander was pushing Paul Scrubs the entire length of the court, and he just calls Started to go a little bit faster than he wanted to, and as a result, he runs over a player and that's another turnover for Xavi. That's four in this first half 9 28 to play in the first half. We've got a file download that will go against And I will see you using some of that muscle download, getting caught by the officials trying to post up and he tried to post up. He scored 50 and posted his last high school game 50 points. He looked like he He looks like a defensive end job, but he's got handling some speed. He was a teammate of posh Alexander. Well, that's some kind of dynamic duo. Nobody in the Bronx. It would be a dynamic team to say the least. Absolutely talk 1 to 4 for the Musketeers brings it across the timeline to Carter, working outside the top of the he hands it back to couple out of Wilshire left. The three gives it up to Paul Scruggs, chased by three white jerseys retreats out between the circles that was gonna drive the right side lane spins fades on a 15 footer in and out. No good rebound taken by More for ST John's. He brings it across the timeline is six down with a couple dribbles. Now the Williams Alexander down on the right baseline. Top of the key Arlington fires a three and it is good and that'll give ST John's elite of 21 to 17 a four point lead with 8 46 to go. Drugs takes it across the timeline. More than one time he's able to kind of jogger walking across the time line. Now he's being trapped in the half court to Carter to couple down the baseline left side of him. A cross court pass to Scruggs, launching the three off the iron. No good rebound taken by early two across the timeline it down low. They go inside the more he's double team triple team by the Musketeers. Ball's kicked back to the primer perimeter. Top of the key early, Ethan wide open same spot. Same result. Another three for early did in that lead. Now is a 24 17 for ST John's. It's eight unanswered points by ST John's. Favor needs to go inside. They're just taking again. Too many perimeter jump shots for Xavier Carter, with the ball between the circles bounces it to the right point to Paul Scruggs follows a set of screen Carter does scribes working behind the screens picked up his dribble out the Wiltshire. One dribble fires the three unless you can do this money right there for three? Yes, CJ will chair with the silky smooth jumper three back the other way, just his goods and that was taken by Williams. On the left side of the floor. It was a transition bucket right there. The Musketeers got back defensively but didn't find the shooter and Williams and he made up a along the left sideline. The ST John's is getting their offense is just too easy there. Three pointers Joe. They're just Xavier's Hasek. A lot has to Do a better job closing out on shooters. We're going to take a break. This is Xavier basketball From where? Feel I MG College on 700.

"Never like take their foot off the pedal like even after they miss After made baskets, they are always picking up 94 ft. And it's just It's just strange, posh Alexander who I believe leads the big He's and stills right, just under three of all game freshman. He is like a water bug. He just just never he If you can get if you get the rebound, Xavier Biggs better be careful because when they get the rebound, and they're used to the defense, retreating No, He's just sitting there waiting in your pocket to bring the ball down and then pick it away. And he'll still the basketball. So so you have to have tremendous awareness when you're playing against ST John's and Pasha Alexander's, and I know this one. You score a bucket. And guard scores and maybe tumbles to the ground. ST. Johns will take that out of the net, and it's a five on four break instantaneously. So if you score you tell me to the ground. You need to get up and run back and play some defense. They're looking to exploit it constantly. Yeah, The other thing is, you can't like marvel at your work After you go to the buck, and you lay one in You know, knows Time for celebration. You better get your rear end back because they will run it up Your backside. If you are not sprinting back in transition every time down on makes his well as Mrs their head coach Mike Anderson has 399 wins. He's looking for his 4th 100 win. Is the head coach and 19 seasons is a Division one coach. He is had a pretty pretty nice career. Oh, he has she always been to the N C a multiple times in the 13 times. Head coach at Arkansas at Missouri at U A. B and you know his I've loved broadcasting against his teams because they all play the same way. It's it's pedal to the metal. It's 94 Ft. Of basketball. It's actually weird for them. I watched them play against Villanova. A couple weeks ago in which they handed bill and they handle billing over a relatively easily um and they were up by so much. It was hard for them to kind of Take the gas off the end take to get picked the foot off the accelerator because then they they're not used to not playing at 100 Miles an hour when they tried to slow it down. Try to milk some clock because they were trying to protect their lead. That's when they made a lot of mistakes so they can only play it one temple and one speed very, very well. So I'm sure Xavier has to make a mental note of that that that Xavier wants to run in and spurt. What they want to control the temple and try to execute in the half court set and not make it such a full court game. Really key players for the Musketeers. All definitely Paul Scruggs has to do a good job handling the basketball did not play well against ST John's in the last match up. He's averaging six assists the game you want. Oldham has to play well. In addition, because Paul Scruggs is going to face a lot of pressure. P has him do a good job. Take care of the basketball. The one Oldham played really well against ST John's. In their last game, he had 11 points. He has not been playing well, though as of late But the one totem and Paul Scruggs, they're gonna be paramount in this game. Xavier Musketeers, the ST John's Red Storm. "All right, so it's been been awhile in around ST Johns will be able to consistently compete with Nova at the top of the conference under second year coach Mike Anderson. I'm gonna stay in bounds of his BTB simply because you start winning games like this kids start paying attention, and there's a lot how to really good basketball players. In this area, this tri state area and they see saying John's on the same level as the seat holes of Villanova's of the world. You know, etcetera, there will definitely start coming and Mike's got a pedigree that is, I think it speaks to recruiting and I think they do have a shot in the dark. I just keep losing kids like ST John's had over the last three or four years every year. You born at You be like that This kid we got along. He left me like every year with the same conversation. We got this fantastic. He left. He left. All right. I don't think that's happening anymore. In ST John's. I agree. My answer is in bounds and listen not to sell my home or, you know, for years, you know, J, It's I've been around this team since 2003. And then you know I love him. But I mean, I gotta call the spade a spade and State. Johnson has just not been what I grew up. The reason why I love college basketball is because of ST John's Louis involving, you know that we had a moment on the show a ton the difference here and this is not a knock it obviously a moment. Who's a friend? Not a knock it Steve Lab and not a knock it. Norm Roberts, who's Bill themselves, right hand man in Kansas. I love Norm. Good man. And all the other cookbook and and even Jarvis for the first time. Since for Shilla, right. They've got. They've got a program like they've had a few intermittently successful teams like make the tournament Then you got to rebuild the next year, but he's gone. As you said, this team. What what they did last night to conjugal FC. I mean, you've gotta want Pasha Alexander's of freshmen. They got five New York kids on the roster. I know you're doing your thing You watching Virginie got kids. You watch the next ST John's game and you tell me if you're not impressed, and J writes the gold standard, you know, he's a blue blood villain over Fortune. 500 companies are buddy, Rothstein says, and he's right. Let's say John's is trending. And when ST John's has New York players, ST John's can hang and beat anybody in the country they dismantled. They didn't just beat him. They owned building over last night. That was eye opening right now. Right now, I think evidence doubles tournament team barely barely. Even. You know, Lynn already most people agree. I'll let them crunch the numbers. Whatever. They jumped 20 spots in the Net ranking because of the wind. They should I still don't know who was three number three. Yeah. Got a little explain it next to me during the game of like, Don't text me your much. He's like, Wow. Johnson playing well, I said, and I rode it. Don't mush. Get back in your hole I want I don't want to hear from you get back, put him in the bathroom. Johnny's big win. Our two coming up. Saving money can seem daunting. So most of the time we don't think about it..

"Tip is up because you're will control the musketeers on the first possession of night zebra moves from left to right on your radio dial Zeta in the whole whites. Friend in the Blue and ST John's The Red Storm in its signature road red trimmed in the blue as well inside and first shot up in good for Nate Johnson for the Musketeers to nothing. 1939 1st time. Big answer. Almost on the other end is posh Alexander Mr Leoben Transition Musketeers away with the rebound all Scruggs down the right side of the lane kicks it into the right corner for Nate Johnson. Johnson's three hits the front of the room. No goods at free mail up with the rebound went up that was blocked. See jobs away with the rebounds. Flash Alexander the fantastic freshmen. Controls, you know, Throw one away into the Musketeers Band's first turn overnight for ST John's ST John's, Turns it over about 13 times a game. Back to last. Neighbors possession good for Johnson get his first bucket to go. He did not score in the last game against Seton Hall, strictly top of the left elbow, turning around four scrubs on a screen got down the middle of the wing. Some contact in the right black first found coming against ST John's All has to be aware of that. That time he beat his man, Mike, but The guy reached behind him in a hope that ball out. Luckily, he slapped Paul on the wrist Savers. Gotta be careful. ST John's poking the ball out behind them quickly and bound shot goes up for Nate Johnson. It was no good Saint Johnson way with the rebound and only offensive zone. Quickly. Watch Alexander to the right point. Extend footer. Gotta make that. Left wing lit corner for Vince Cole drives a live black shot goes up No good and rebound down with the Musketeers and Jason Carter. Scruggs, Kerosene for the Musketeers over on the left point. Right up there against Pasha. Alexander describes gonna take Alexander to the place Wind found a nice cut down the middle of the lake up. Do it for Cobi Jones Musketeers. We get four. Nothing. 18 24 1st half Paul scrubbed, averaging about seven assists the game because he makes plays like that through two defenders close to the bucket. Dropped it off Cobi Jones, who had a nice little layup, their moral controls on the right elbow. Try to get past inside that one. Intercepted by Nate Johnson Johnson over on the floor, leaving offer Kobe Jones Jones out of the right over got cut off there. I don't know the corals and I'll whistle away from the basketball Zach Fremantle. Honor get tangled up with this cold. Well, that time Xavier had a mismatch. Cole are Cobi Jones kind of drew the big man out exact Freeman and had a smaller guy owner's smart play for safety. Getting Freeman of the bond draw the charge. After all, the foul sickening sound almost eight counts first for Cooling Musketeers. Turn it over. Informal nature in order. Yeah, he tried to do too much. Just drag this pivot foot on the shot fake. ST John's back to his posh Alexander across his mid court, 17 53 to play here in the First Musketeers before nothing lead over the visiting ST John's Red Storm. Fallon for cool after the Great week for Toro Pull up jumper from the free throw line is no good there for Greg Williams Jr. The Musketeers away with the rebound for Freeman quickly after Paul Scrub scanned into the West Block cut off their back Greg Williams Jr scratched in the middle of the floater, partially black, and that's an easy rebound there for Julian Champagne E 10, his first touch for Paul supposed to get that shot off. Trouble inside is tipped away. Johnson has it up for Jones. In the way of good. Jones will get contacted The left block on the Musketeers with a six old lead and 17 20 in a free throw. Coming for the Musketeers. Love. How favor got out on the break. Nate Johnson came up with that. Still, Kobe Jones filled the lanes ever had a three on one. Johnson made the right decision. Kobe Strip Cobi Jones finished through contact for Namwon. Now they're against Marcellus early, Ethan. Jones to the free throw line. Too strong off the back and rebound comes down for champagne quickly across and controlled on the right side by side for shame, Penny I'll think about Carter's right wing and holding their machine gun. Don't top of the key. Good look for three left that one short, Fremantle rips down, another must get to rebound. Four rebounds already for Fremantle here, 16 52 in the first and contact away from the basketball for me. I was gonna pick up a foul on the defensive in trying to set the screen there on machine gun. A lot of times that Z. It's almost the primary ball handlers fault. He's gotta wait for Zach to be set for. He tries to rob his man off off of that. Off of that screen. Unfortunately, that picks up his first foul corner threes away for champagne, and he knocks that down champagne. He connects for 38% from behind the arc. Well, actually called that, too. He was inside the line. 62 Musketeers 16 32 here in the first half, God allows think Johnson to set up their full court pressure. Flash Alexander's guarding Paul Scrubs, Alexander's number one in the Big East. It stills backdoor cut their beautiful pass out of trouble for Cobi Jones. In range for Johnson on the right side. No good rebound out quickly for Saint Talents didn't have the numbers. She don't cut off by some nights. Musketeer transition defense. Don't get to drive it inside. Pick up contact shot didn't go At that time, ST. Johns just kind of cleared the cleared the right side and let's champ any Work one on one against Paul Scruggs. Benny's playing at a high level averaging 20 points a game. He's going to be the fist of their offense. So Xavier's gotta have all eyes on him, especially when he has the ball. Championing 89% from the free throw line for the season. Max in the first 63 Musketeers. 16 old five points in the first half of the second free throw coming. One out of checks and for All Scruggs. So they will have Oldham, Cobi Jones, Johnson, Carter and exact Freeman on before Second free throw is good. 64 Musketeers 16 05 to play. Here in the first half. They wanna die will soon checks in garni. 64 freshmen £235. Here comes the full court pressure Forum. Saint John's right on the inbound and she's done. Alexander return Pass. Good. Here's a key position. It was gonna be ready. Be ready for 40 minutes to this because this pressure will not let up way. Jones, inbounds right side of the basket in the Musketeers in Ever able to free pressure gets it across. Make UCLA notable. Cobi Jones worked up a screen from Carter Jones inside, gets it the free battle.
