"Of jesus the majesty of jesus the moment you see that you cannot but sing you cannot rejoice ice. So i'm going to ask you this question. are you crying. Are you singing in the season of your life. You know a man was coming back from work and he plunged the car that he was driving plunged into the parramatta river and the paramedics game and try to save as much as they can. They brought him out and the and one of them apologize to him and said sir we have so sorry we can only save you. We couldn't save the car. The car is lost. The man immediately cried all my mercedes and paramedic apologized again and said sir we couldn't salvage anything from your car. All the contents are gone. Is that oh my laptop sir. When we were rescuing you one of your arms got stuck so we lost your all my rolex. We cry over things that don't matter. I want to listen to me carefully. Look about the bible space for whatever you're going through in this temporal season in your life is nothing compared to the weight of the eternal glory that you have in christ that is why can i humbly say this to the saint. Jesus is the returning king onto glory. Look at what how the bible finishes this. The bible says what makes jesus what following. He's the one who is the returning king. Look at him. Behold he's coming with the clouds. And every i will see him. And even those who pierced him and all the tribes of the earth will on account of him even so behold. He's coming that's why you and i. We are called to look see. The book of revelation is all about look and listen. Look don't miss it. Don't get distracted. Don't get caught up in the earthly things. Look he's coming and he's coming on the clouds. The bible says in acts chapter one verse nine eleven. Let's levin says jesus who was taken up from you into heaven will come in the same way as you saw him going to heaven. The last time the disciples saw jesus was when he was taken up into glory and as he was ascended into heaven. Look at west nine. It says a cloud took him out of sight. Hallelujah a cloud took him out of this site. Now the bible says a cloud will bring him back behold he's coming with the clouds. I want you to think about this. Matthew chapter twenty four and was study the bible says they will see the son of man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. Hallelujah when he comes back he's not coming back as the savior. He's coming back as the judge. He's coming back with great glory that has been given to him. He has been highly exalted. He's been given the name about every other name. Atis name will bow every tongue confess. Jesus christ lord. And when he comes.

"A story. Tell you to get comfortable and relaxed which please do. But this is kind of strange and disturbing story. It's it's the first one in the kamala. It's the first one i ever heard. And i really didn't like it. I found it deeply disturbing and weird. It's funny that in these dark times dark light. But in these times that i find the story so beautiful so i'm going to share it with you today. The tigris giada donna parramatta the perfection of generosity or selfless giving long long ago once upon a time ages before the bodey saga attained perfect enlightenment and became the buddha of our world age known as shock you muni buddha. He was born into a family of wealthy. Brahmins said one. I've read this before. I'm not going to change gender pronouns or tried to do that but you can use your imagination. He she they whatever you need to do to make the story your own. He grew up learning the wisdom rituals and skills of his station when he was grown he was honored noble saw that he had the bearing of king. The wise looked up to him. As sage warriors and merchants felt he had the wisdom of a leader he was also a naturally gifted teacher drawn to guiding others along a path of selfless generosity which in time he decided was his true calling so he left the city for the forest where he established a hermitage for those seeking to enter the higher life remember. This is india. We're talking about higher. Life's broad brahmin belief systems of that time one day years later now a teacher he was walking in the forest with one of his disciples. It had not rained for some weeks. The trees were bear the grasp riddle and the stream bids nearly dry. This is where we we enter. Oh we know these times. Suddenly they heard a series of coughing roars. Coming from somewhere very close by the student listened and said master. Those are the roars of tiger a hungry tiger. We better go back now but the teacher simply said wait a moment listen again. Those are not simply the roars of a hungry tiger. They are the roars of starving one. Let's go on a bit further and see if there's anything we might do to help. Reluctantly the disciple agreed and in a short time they came to the edge of a cliff looking down they saw what was clearly starving tiger a tigress actually for her two small cubs. Were trying to nurse from her but every time they approached the tigress roared miserably and drove them away. She was emaciated to skin and bones with all of her ribs plainly showing and when she looked at her cubs her eyes narrowed and seemed to glaze over. It was clear that in her desperation she had begun to view them her own children as prey and meet quick so the body sought the to a student run. And see if you can find some food for this starving animal. She may be driven to eat her own cubs if she doesn't have food soon. The karma arising from that will be terrible all. Wait here and do what i can to stop her from harming her cubs until you return and the disciple ran off. The teacher watched him go then turned back to watch the tigers below. How enormously sad full of sorrow. He thought watching them. And even as the body sought for watched he saw the starving tigress struggled to rise up on her front legs hindquarters still on the ground. She tried again and again and it lasts. She managed to rise and growl and ruling tottered uneasily towards her tiny cups. Bodey sought for thought. My disciple is not going to come back with food and time to stop her now. But i can't just stand idly by and let this happen mind vast totally empty and cannot be found. This body so much matter is the crystallization of my own past thoughts and deeds extending back into the analyst past my deepest wish has ever been to save sentient beings to fail to act when there is an opportunity would only be a cause for regret so he removed his rope and hung it on a branch of treat and then like a man person preparing to simply dive into a lake. He put his hands together and leapt from the cliff startled by the sound of something crashing through the trees and brushes behind her. The tigris crocs crouch down in fear and then turned to look and saw the bloodied body of a man stretched out on the rocks at the base of the cliff gathering her remaining strength she launched forward and began to feed and one disciple returned apologetic and empty handed. He saw the teachers robe hanging on the tree. The cliff's edge. He called the teacher's name but there was no response response and fearing the worst he went forward and looked down over the cliff's edge and saw the tigers feeding with a cry the disciple threw himself to the ground by the base of the tree and wept at last he rose dried his eyes in awe carried the robe as a sacred relic back to the hermitage. What's there he told. The tale of the teachers sacrificed to the other disciples and then he led them all back to the spot. There they festooned festoon the tree with garlands of flowers when the tigris and her cubs departed the disciples all descended the cliff gathered the body sada's bones and built a jewelled stupa in which to house. The the gods stunned themselves by what they've witnessed descended to earth where the body sought does balloting body had been devoured and his blood shed and covered the ground and they covered the ground with precious incense fine sandalwood powered powder and heavenly perfumes and even now the body saad fus selfish deed is remembered by those very gods and by us humans to who know the tale and it will never be forgotten even as long ages pass in which mountains and great civilizations rise and fall never to be heard of again. Please don't go out and feed yourself to a tiger but we're all standing on.

"Saunders. Here on Houston's news. Weather in traffic station is radio 7 40 ktrh, the very latest on your way to work. This'd Houston's morning news with Jimmy Barrett and share a fryer. So how does Texas fair compared to other states as far as getting out the vaccine number one? Yeah, Let's go say good better than most, That's for sure. Right now. We've received 3.3 million doses. Slightly less than two million of those doses have been administered. That means about 57% of the doses have been given up and that is the best. What which should tell you all you need to know about it. It's not. This is not I'm not talking about vaccine that's yet to arrive. I'm talking about vaccine That's in the possession of the state because of who I married, too. I know a little bit about what's going on. One thing is, is that they and we've heard the stories. It's not. This is not breaking news to anyone. There is vaccine that has been delivered that they're afraid is going to expire before it actually gets it before actually gets administered. Well, that's a little bit of a problem. Is it not waste? We don't need to be wasting vaccine fact we had. We had Harris County go after the poor doctor who was trying to make sure he didn't waste vaccine. So we've already seen that in Harris County, More than a quarter of a million people have received their first dose of a covered 19 vaccine. That's that's not bad, but here's the problem. Less than 50,000. People have gotten that second shot. Even though the shot is due for some people, the health Department says it knows people want to get that second dose. But they're telling you to wait on calling to code. Harris County Health quote, please on Lee call If you haven't heard from us 48 hours from your due date, the volume of calls about second dose is ahead of time is creating long Wait lines that our call center So in addition to having a difficult time getting in if you want to call Because you haven't heard about the appointment for your second dose in your second dose is coming up within 48 hours. Look forward to spending hours on the phone, probably with the call center trying to get that taken care of. So is there any surprise that the waitlist website then crashed minutes after growing up? No, no, no North there No surprised. That government is not particularly efficient when it comes to doing things like vaccinating people. 6 11 time for traffic and weather together. Sketchy caught it on the drive. Once again, Julie the Hardy is filling us in on that. Just not a lot going on right now, which is actually good news. If you're out and about on the roadways now we did have a couple of stalled vehicles on 45 north and Tiki Drive that's still going to be on the right shoulders to be careful through there And then a big truck on 45 Worth Freeway. This is gonna be the inbound side right before Parramatta. I'm ju Lady Hardy in the Gulf Coast windows dot com. 24 hour traffic center from our ktrh Stop Tax defenders 24 Hour Weather Center. "A Stanford professor like you can work it stand for but pay, you know, rent and let's say, Kansas or in or in Oaxaca, Mexico. Why would someone like you choose to live in Parramatta? Well, this comes back to you know, I guess in OSHA, I mean, it's a good question, if you know, imagine Cove it lasts. You know, there's a pandemic horrifically lasted for five years. A lot of people be asking themselves that question. Why am I Living in such expensive areas. You know, it works for us living here. My kids are in local schools. And here we have friends locally, etcetera, But I guess if you know it's lasted forever and again, just to be clear, post pandemic which I you know, hope and think is going to be, you know, potentially say year away when the vaccine comes out, I see us going back into the office to three days a week. But there are certain jobs. I think it's become clear that they could just be done entirely remotely on for those jobs. You may well see a lot of people moved, you know, you know you might live in Hawaii might live next to the beach and then I, you know Code for Facebook. On. There's nothing wrong with that. And if that works out at you, that's great. You may fly to. You know, Silicon Valley once every other month to meet in person and spend the rest of your time living out in a while, you know, living up in the ski slope, so I think we'll see a big increase in that. And in fact, if you look, if you look at the reports from real estate agents, they are talking about this being an explosion of people. Wanting to buy what's good lifestyle property, So you know, beautiful ranch is deep out in the countryside. You know, you can buy a small Manhattan apartment or you can buy a 200 acre lot ranch out in Wyoming. And if you can work remotely, you know, maybe you go for the latte. But again you have this divide, don't you? Which is that? This is speaking now to the people who are The wealthiest people who are able to think that way. And if you do if you don't have the education and the technology, the support from an employer to do this, there's really going to be this by fabricating caste system. Yes, although I think in terms of moving people out to rural areas, you know that it pushes in both directions. Exactly what the people who can work from home are educated. And so they gain a lot of the direct benefit. It is true that I have a lot of, say wealthy New Yorkers move out into the countryside when they're out. They're gonna demand services. You know, restaurants and go out to Jim's. Except you and You know that they have no doubt pay more tax revenue. There improved local schools, and so that will indirectly spillover toe. You know, people that are out there that maybe can't work from home. We'll get some of the indirect benefits so The inequality impacts a bit mixed. I think it will really reduce inequality of recon re balance things. A bit away from cities is not like you know, I was born in London. I lived in London to last 30. I'm a basically a city person, but it's also clear that even for me one of the reasons I left London and came up to the U. S is it was just too expensive to live in. And I think it will be better for society of cities where you know not so unbelievably expensive. She could have a more mixed set of people lived in them. And there's more, you know, basically diversity across the U. S rather becoming so geographically segregated by income, which is what's been happening into recently. Hmm. What's being your most embarrassing work from home home in these last few months? Um gee, my most embarrassing what I tell you one. This is the classic early days of Zoom. I was on a video cause there's a zoom calls on my screen shared with some couple of co authors on I've forgotten to turn off screen sharing at some 10.1 of them is talking and I well, you know, as you do Was losing concentration and went to start doing some e mails in his typing or applied on my co author suddenly said, Hey, Nick, You do realize you're still upscale. Any hate very politely taken awhile, thinking I might turn back But you know, for the last 56 minutes, you must have been maybe even 10 minutes watching me type e mails that clearly paying no attention..

"All about it Next. That's the sound of a DC 10 tanker planes dropping £12,000 of retirement on a California wildfire, but imagine in air armada of 60 planes and helicopters attacking fires. This's John Hawkes, founder of Change, California launched a dawn and air armada would make an impact, giving firefighters a chance to contain fires before they become infernos. This will help save lives and protect property. Fires are killers. Let's attack this enemy like we attack terrorists with overwhelming firepower we can create and deploy in a Ramada on it would cost far less than what we're wasting on a bullet train. We need solutions that we can use. Now, This is John Cox for Change. California tell the sacramental political class to stop wasting money on a bullet train. Let's create a powerful Parramatta to fight fires paid for by Change California project of the rescue from the Education Foundation. An important message from Medicare. You know how Medicare plans can change from year to year. Oh, yeah, well, this coming year premiums are at historic lows. Really? Yeah. Hundreds of plants will have insulin for just $35 a month that will say some money can't wait to look at my plan. Choices for 2021. Open enrollment begins October 15th and ends December 7th. Comparing plans really pays before by the U. S Department of Health and Human Services. I'm thinking about Dorsey..

"We're talking about Japan and their obsession with cats and how they're just obsessed with cats and everything about cats. So I talked about Hello kitty earlier and Hello kitty, as you know, was born in Japan, and it's Hello kitty is huge. Now. Why Hello kitty probably because of Japan's obsession with cats and there's not only Hello kitty. There's other tat figures as popular not quite as popular as Hello kitty. But there's several of them. And I don't know why maybe it has to do with the fact that, you know, Japan in Japan, they like everything cute and Hello kitty been on everything shirts, and jewelry and school supplies, and even underwear it's mostly stuff. I think almost all of the Hello. Kitty items are freak humans not for cats. There's a very very few that I read that are for cats. There's a Hello kitty. Museum park. There's even aloe kitty on a popcorn machine. Hello, kitty everywhere. And if you look at Japan and some in there, you know, information about Japan, if you look at some of the Japanese bloggers, you'll see that those generally you'll see a Hello kitty charm on a backpack or on a purse, or you know, I've seen some on shoelace says I mean, Hello, kitty's everywhere. There is Hello kitty and other countries. There's Hello kitty stories in the US too. But it's nowhere as popular as in Japan. I mean, imagine a Hello kitty amusement park, like a I guess a Hello kitty sort of like a DisneyWorld. Hello kitty. That's unbelievable to me. But Hello kitty is so obsessed. Probably it's his popular is Mickey Mouse, and Disney are mainly. Disney's Mickey Mouse is a little popular. And how funny is that? We have a cat Japan we ever mouse in the US, it's popular and not just in US couple. In other countries. So cat-and-mouse interesting. I also want to share with you something cool that I discovered and looking up information in Japan, and what other types of you know, things that they're obsessed with and so forth. I came across this book called cat pas, and it's written in Japanese. They just recently produced a publication that is an English, but it's mostly pictures. It's a small book, but if you have a friend or anyone that's obsessed with cats. This is the book for them. Now, it's called cat pause. And it's mostly pitchers, and if you look through it, there's there's pictures of cats and their faces, but it's mostly pause and think about what's cute on the cat. I personally think is knows pause. That's for me, the cuteness of the cats. I guess pause are a little bit. Bigger in Japan than the eyes in the nose because this book has been super popular in Japan. So popular they have brought her over to the United States and made it available in English for all of the US people almost people here that are obsessed with cats, and if you flip through the buck there are many, many, many pictures of cats, many breeds of cats, and it all shows cat pause. And I actually I didn't see this cat PA. My tuxedo cat, Molly, you know. Black and white for tech seato cat. She has paused that are black and white. I know a lot of other people out there have the same thing and her paws or my mea, piano keys, which is so called because her dad's a musician. So that's kind of cool but getting back to this book it talks about cap pas it talks about well, mostly. It has pictures about cat pas and cats, and then it has some trivia. To where it talks about. How cats are you know, have a few different things that they do at the pas one. And this is interesting. I never knew this that cats when they folder pause in. It's called the cat loaf. Kind of like a loaf of bread. Because it looks like a loaf of bread winner. Positive folded in this shows that the cat is relaxing because the cats cannot get up super fast from this position to unfold their paws and then rise. So if your cat has their paws folded in and my little Charlotte, not too little Charlotte. But Charlotte does this ally. She'll Tucker pause and and just rest there. And it's just she's always at her most passive uncomfortable. When she's in this position. Did you also know that when cats cats are sensitive to call Justice dogs and just is humans are and they'll use their tails to cover their paws when they're cold. I never knew this. And their possible pretty sensitive. They also, and I think everybody that has a cat knows about this. And even if you don't have a cat, they're pas are huge in their growing process. If you've ever watched a cat, this is how they groom they lick their paws, and then they wipe their face. And this is how they wash their face in. You know, the cat world. Licking Nepal, washing the face licking the power washing the face sometimes they'll do behind their little ears. But that's how they give themselves back up. Now, you'll know when cats extend their claws, it does not necessarily mean that they are angry and ready to attack sometimes, and I've watched Dennis thi this that they'll sit there, and they'll flex their their paws and extend their claws and from one to the other left par right park in these on the front paws left paw. Right paw left Parramatta, and that doesn't necessarily mean that the cats. Going to pounce or is ready to attack. That is when what I've found is what that means is that's kind of reminiscent of when they were nursing and even older cats will do this when they're nursing they often have their paws in and out to get melt from the mom, so that's why they flex their paws, and no casually would detract their claws as they're doing it. Kind of interesting because I always thought that was a a symbol for. Okay. I'm getting ready watch out. But now, it's not some other pop had trivia, and that's this is all from the book cat. Pas is that cats are kind of their paws are kind of squishy, and there's a reason for that. When they jump that extra little bit of padding in their paws is a cushion for them. So when they land it's not directly on just PA. But on a Paul with a little cushion. Into it. That's interesting to me. I had no idea. I thought they I didn't think their paws were any different than any other animals, but they're pushed 'cause all have a little cushion to it. And another thing is that the colors of the pause can drastically vary. They can go from pink to a Brown to black to a combination. And sometimes they're going to be black and pink in the same paw. They also have a different number of pop pads from the front legs to the hind legs. The front legs have seven pads and the hind legs have five I think this is probably because they generally land EI I from what I've heard on their front paws. And then they're back paws. So the front paws, how take a little more weight might be wrong here. This is just some information. I found in some of the research. Now, here's something else. That's adorable in this book cap. Pas is there are so many pictures of so many different kinds of cats, and they actually have profiles. There's over thirty different cats in this book, and they all have a little profile. So this is what the cat profiles. Have. They have the cat's owner in small letters, then the cat's name the breed or the sex. And if they have a Twitter ID or Instagram or your L and the pages that they appeared in which is adorable. I think okay, here's a Cutie one with hardly any ears. It's owned by Rosie Mon its name is moody MUD, I it's a Scottish fold red tabby it is male. And it's featured in five pages and the Instagram ID is Roggee, man. And there's quite a few different breeds in this book to there. Siamese there's mixed. There's a munchkin cats there's Scottish fold. There's a lot of Scottish fold. There's a lot of tabby. There's mixed Russian blue. There's red tabby Brown tabby. There's just quite a lot of cats. So this book it's called cap pause. You can find it on Amazon and several other places online. You could just do a search for cat pars? And I have to say this is one of the cutest books that I've ever seen about cats and who knew that cat pause were. So darn cute sell for all of you out there that think your cats are super cute and their paws are super cute. I want you to tag, me and Instagram. You can go ahead and tag, hashtag cat pas book and uninstigated. I'm you could find me at cat achieved seventeen. I wanna see you. Your cat pause. So send them to me. And I'm not gonna tell you when but there will be a prize winner. So send me your cat pies. And we will have a drawing for the cutest cat pause and you'll get a prize. So thanks for listening. I wanna think Dennis Charlotte and Molly for letting me examine their cats. Pause while I was doing this research, thanks to high international for sending the pods. That is adorable. Thank you. And thanks to everyone listening all my feline friends out there for.
