"You are listening to the hellenistic. Pt podcast unconventional musings. A broken down into black socks conversations to create the container living and self reclamation. I your host ellen mental performance h and student to life. I am here to remind you that life is a journey of obstacles meant to be overcome. And i'm eager to share mine in here about your house for you. I'm the woman. I once needed and together. We will explore exactly what it takes to deconstruct reinvent who we are and what we know in order to feel on and become very best selves base. Is that moment my friend right here right now. Welcome before humans. Welcome back to another episode of the hilly. Cpt podcast today. I'm chatting about meditation. And whether you have experienced with meditation whether your brand new whether you've been contemplating it or you got absolutely no idea My intention for today's episode is just to bring a little bit of wisdom and inside around meditation and more specifically the points on the walls that we hit in meditation. That feel very frustrating. And i speak from experience and this is still something experience. I believe will probably experience for the rest of my life but when i'm sitting in meditation and breathing deeply in machining to my physical and emotional states. I'm you know. I'm breathing tapping into my desires and goals in the in the ways sense in see my future events that went to into my life. The emotions were to experience more of the energy that i want to feel in my cells and replicate and feel that expand the distance. I'm keeping myself from analytical mind in order to see things clearly like you know all of these really beautiful things that are also at the same time can be quite challenging. Because i tend to reach his point after a certain time. Meditating where my mind begins to feel. Be at my buddy. It becomes ladder and will busy more abrupt in more urgent more prussia and it takes on these different times of dot in frustration. And you begin to feel overwhelmed. Frustrated sought to question if my meditation is worthy of my time and begin doubting my practice at my doubt myself. If i'm doing orion and then the my reaction. My initial reaction is to want to pull away ryan. My initial reaction is to. This isn't working. Units isn't working. This is a waste of time. It's a waste of time. Try again another time away for a perfect time. A better opportunity will arise and onto sooner yada yada yet this point to right. And i'm shaw. Any of you listening in. Who meditating have experienced meditation before. Or maybe even void meditation for this exact reason You know you feel this sense in yourself. And what to expand on this but more importantly i also wanna share a little bit about meditation. A truly is so much more than just some sort of wu. Arner are now the saved meditation. I guess when. I think about people who are new to meditation or curious about meditation i. I often sent their resistance hesitation. Because when i first started meditation That was my experience right. So i always try and stick to what was kind of relative has been relatively me. This is one of the reasons why us i think so. Many of us in so many of his white and so many of us don't do it Not only because we were trying to create a perfect space for it. But we don't necessarily undestand the depth right we don't actually understand the science behind innovation and wyatt's and how much just why but how it is so beautiful and how it is so impactful and how you know scientifically can change the brainwaves in your brain and allow you to actually sheaf to a high state of being end. I heard this. I heard this today actually and was just it blew my mind go to a frequency that will take care of every one of those issues. You're having this is what meditation allows us to allow us to do right guard to a frequency that will take care of every one of those issues every single time. You're contemplating about how many distractions in your house. Whether this you got the perfect setup you know you might need to go buy meditation safe in. You're contemplating like how. Can i make this work. How how does this work in this. Be beneficial how. How right what. Meditation does the paradox. Is that once. You actually sit down. And he stopped breathing. Any stop a tuning out of your sympathetic nervous system in way from that final flat that pressure that urgency right you go to a frequency that takes care of how right because you now moving from stress right which is the nervous system responding to stimulus responding to urgency responding to perceived threats received danger. And then you moving to another frequency which is more your natural state a deep state of rest and suddenly all of a sudden your inner meditation. You're breathing deeply. You're cheating rat to your higher self. And the how has taken care of itself grant There's so many beautiful things i'd love to show meditation. Maybe ultimate the episode. That breaks down some of this. Please know that meditations filed bigger than having the perfect space. It's bigger than just sitting still and trying to you know it's not about trying to control your mind. It's not about stopping thoughts about Eoghan becoming less busy in the mind by in we often avoid meditation. Because there's a pot of that noise that's not true because that is actually true. It's not true that we can stop at thoughts. It's true that we you know that through meditation we can somehow all the sudden bi thinking right now in saying that there are highest states. We can take ourselves too where we bypass the analytical mind right totally possible however we have to move through these walls in these points of frustration in meditations..

"Riot town if we take chain by itself and we isolated from any context from any external bryant. It is simply an emotion. A human emotion right in when we take that emotion. We projected onto albuquerque for example to ourselves for example. That's when we take shame isn't immersion. Intended into something faw biegel right. It becomes an experience and depending what we do with it. Right depends on how we experience it case. I wanna truly tap into your hot k. It's my intention to help you understand that. Obviously you know. Beauty is bigger than a buddy show lack we nor this we own Intellect surely we understand this year. But how can we truly feel in appreciate this medically internally aren't how can we tap into the pot of at body that if she felt it. It would office support in those times when shame is present rats. I'm not here to teach you how to release body. Shame because on so learning myself. But i do nor shame. Teach about shame. I teach about emotional intimacy in regulation. I teach emotions as energy and how to work with them rant. It's something i'm really truly. Sorry deeply passionate about k. So i am here to help you understand how we can learn to judge comparisons less than y body shaming something. We experienced right. Which you know in episode daddy when i speak about diet coke job right since speaking about that topic of even Appreciated even more. You are especially when we are talking in the context of body shame. It's a really nice to understand the ways in which we've developed these really curry dependent relationships on diets and exercise and just the whole culture of Plans in progress in in moving towards something in being on track in having all these different ways different elements in things in our lives that somehow dictate whether or not we are worthy enough good enough on the right track right so i think if you haven't listened to episode that it would be really nice to just get a little bit of an understanding about die. Culture need to now. But it's i think it would be nice to move through that at some stage right now. Honored nari that. I'll ever have moments in my life with. Shane doesn't wash me. When i'm trying on a new outfit right or before my period begins when my belly is a little bit. More bloated in my thighs have a little bit more cellulite in the day before just went amount of salts like sometimes i just have moments where i'm just going through something and i have my processes Hoy's need to understand why i'm going through something. I always make space for that. As best i can write bit. You're it just reminds me of how human we are human. And i've been on the old different types of stress and things like that and things have been going differently than usual. Oh you know. I'm going through a period of my life where i'm growing arm evolving. I'm noticing different fears arising in me. I'm slowly tapping into them and just creating more remember spiced them right like i don't know that will ever be moments in my life. Where shame just isn't existence. It's it's doesn't wash the me. Because i'm experiencing something in my life whether that's something physical something internal something external something relationships something you might business right all of these things tardily can dictate in our. How vulnerable i am to sort of shaming myself and my body right and this happens because i'm human rat it happens because i'm human right and or have been distant from practices ryan. Life has swallowed me out. Because i'm human right and honestly cannot say that that will be me. I really don't feel personally for me that this should even be the goal. Will the answer that to reach a place where shame dozen touch us. The shame doesn't count reach us. Route a really personally feel that. That is a healthy goal. All the answer a k. And another question that i've been wondering what if we don't have a goal will solution around buddy shame instead we work with our body. Shame daily luckily work without breath and our emotions and a mindset lack. We learn new skills right and that to me that sounds so much more nourishing and even more possible who. I feel really empowered by this idea right. Rather than being a slave victim to a goal and our objective in all likelihood. In if i use my history as a guidepost right it's actually born as a result of feeling shame towards my body right. Sorry the fact that. I feel shame towards my body sometimes has me feeling like i have to work towards something. Have to have a goal or a solution right. But what if we have a goal or a solution what if instead we can be present menashe shame when we can learn to work with it and we can begin to recognize it. Hey because goal like that is only polarizing right. It seems so far away and out of reach and to me. It feels completely unintelligible and that to me. Pack the same energy as body. Shame right like if my goal is never shame about my body again and to truly love the skin. I'm in which is much more than loving your body right. But everytime i feel shame about my buddy after. I've made this pledge. I'm going to make that experience rome right. I'm gonna make myself from going to judge my experience. I'm going to continue in the sokoll. Forever berating myself judging myself fed the shaming myself right so the objective not never feel shame basically perpetuates more shame when we cannot during all simply are unable to meet the objective. Right case are actually having the goal of never feeling about a bodies again. Right is actually perpetuate. More shane right. And there is this really. Does this really deep energy of powerlessness and helplessness. In unworthiness often comes with an objective. Lack that assad from judging ourselves harshly and coming down hot enough cells when we all shame yeah buddy right we were starting stunt wondering how other people do it and then of course we start to wonder what's wrong with us. What's wrong with me. You any start to guess. Well it's it must just mean must just be me on the problem right and it's so isolating right shame. He's actually quite nice leading experience k. Shame in itself wants to wants secrecy at once isolation right. I'm going to break this down soon. Sorry you're feeling a little bit lack. I'm still not sure what shame is and have the stress we get it right Sir for me. Like i will internalize that story in my mind right because shame thrives in secrecy and i will develop a really compelling story that it's just too hard and i will never have that release. I'll never have you know what it is that other people have because my experience doesn't reflect it a. k. So what is the objective wasn't to get rid of or two. Never shame towards your body ever again and instead it was making more room for your shame it was developing more intimacy and understanding of your shame experience ryan instead. It was more love when respect more appreciation for your human experience. We saw far removed disconnected from our human experience that we will do almost anything route to cover up the fact that we are human and that we are feeling human beings with emotions right. So what if it was just permission instead to fuel the shame and stayed with it and ally your head in your heart and your body to dance with it and allies. Is it with some form of curiosity but a shitload of compassion right. I personally believe that. Never wanting to feel shame will trying to transcend body. Shame is the answer. And i don't believe. I don't believe it will ever result in in such things right. Because the more we try transcend are paying transcend ashamed transcend. I suffering riot if god is our goal if our goal is to transcend these things right. Then we just perpetuate the mall right so the goal is being a case where you are in your pain in your suffering in your shame with your body and staying right a byproduct of staying with it and making more room for it is transcendence is evolution is growth k. And honestly you don't really wanna he may say like here is your step to transcending your shame. This is step aced based at sea. Like if you just follow these your sweet right. You don't really want to hear me. Say not as if i got it all figured out. And it's super easy like you're really want that for me or at least i don't want that from anyone because in my experience that just perpetuates earn shame because i can't seem to relate i just can't seem to get their understand. I just feel like again. Something's wrong with me because he this person is saying that. It's easy as possible and i can do it right but it's not happening for me right and i don't know that i believe that this point in my life anyway. Sorry if you have a tendency to break yourself you know that wouldn't that wouldn't be useful. It wouldn't be useful to go on this mission of trying to you. Know voluble transcend. I mean this is really emotional passing In a really simple form okay so instead instead of shed a lot. But instead i want to share with you some inside a doubt shane as an immersion. Right and it's my intention that once you you sort of come to understand. Shame as an emotion as an energy again stepping way back and just exploring shame by itself. Removed from the context of the body. Isolated from your stories in ideas and beliefs in contexts are just as an energy or emotion riot. Then you'll see how when shame is applied to almost any circumstance whether it is the body or relationship or your bank account so the call you drive with a laugh. You label two choices. You're making it has the same essence to it and this is a really nice thing because i will also share a little bit about what to do with your shame or not. Do with your shame right and then you can apply any Context shame is presen- k. So it's not just about the body. It's also just any context where you start to feel shame. Arise so without any context. Shame by itself is simply an emotion. Let's not forget that it's one of our coal primary emotions which means when we feel shame. Rise in our body heat is actually meant to be at. This is being human k. It's one of coal primary emotions. What that means is that it is. It is by itself right it. it's not. It's not an emotion that is a combination of other emotions or at warri for example is something we do with a fee k. Fear is one of our core emotions. Shame is one of our core emotions. Erat it's not a fusion of other emotions it's not an extension of other Extension of shame is aggression. Which is what we often turnout. Shame into when it arises because we're so quick to dismiss. It was so quick to turn into something else. So that we don't have to feel that pang matt vulnerability that nakedness k. So shame by itself is meant to be there right. It's just that we we would not taught these things in school when we're not taught what shame feels like in in in how to work with. It came now. The most obvious thing that comes to mind. When i think about shame in my earn personal experience and experience of experiences of those that i teach encourage is that most people i work with cad not recognized shame rises and what i mean by that and what has been again. I'm reflected back to me. When i was speaking with some of the gaza instagram is that the identification of energy of shame is completely bypassing quickly. Very very quickly like it's automatic. It's ten into something else rats in other words when shame arises in you brought it rises inside your body. It's present you turn into something else right. You tended into anger or aggression before you've even detected that it is shame like with so quick to buy intended into something else will fuse it or extend it into something else on that we don't even recognize that a shame was even avant we don't even recognize that existed to begin with because it's just one of those emotions that feels sorry crippling eqe k. And it feels so heavy when we let ourselves feel it k- and we'll work through this rat serve whenever we're working with any emotion or whatever trying to become intimate within immersion a goal is always recognition and identification of the martian right in the easiest way to identify. Shame is as an energy as sensations in the body right. And what's really important is that we start to identify shame or any abortion for that matter is that we do so. We got the story of why with feeling what with feeling and where it came from and why feeling it right and without displacing responsibility for what we're feeling case of the energy of.

"To what it actually is right, and that's an it's because of that goal we are here today having this conversation right and who she has become is just fucking blows my mind. So really passionate about bringing this platform to women like her. And then the second type of person is the type of woman. Who feels very excited by this work? which is really interesting because. Often when we're excited about his work as element of Sorrento already present within the person A. they kind of know already that this is a necessary hard for them like this is their necessary hod they prepared to. Sue Get open and vulnerable, and surrendering, and do this deep deep wax. They quite inquisitive by nature and they know themselves quite deeply. If I'm really honest, they really know themselves quite well, and usually they seek to go just a little depot and it's not necessarily for the betterment of themselves. It's it's I, mean it isn't it isn't. But it's also it's also for the betterment of their lives of their world of friends they family of the kids, their relationships, right which is interesting because when we see to go deeper in selves, our lives our relationship by world at businesses I love everything improves as biproduct, right? So this talk across in generally recognizes. Recognizes themselves right. They recognized they leveling up is a gift. And it's because of who they become when they gave his work. They also recognize it as to the world as I said to these humans have dreams they have desires for themselves or even to contribute o both really in ways at 'em up often what happens with these people? If you're not paying full, you're paying Byron Stolman, it's two and a half thousand dollars right? Two, thousand, five, hundred Straton Delays K. and you've got two options to pay that off. You can do one hundred dollars per week over twenty five weeks or fifty dollars per week over fifty weeks case. So that's it's completely up to you what option you take. Just know that. If you decide to commit to this program. It's not just about committing your energy in your finances. It's about it's about being devoted to your journey k. however that looks you're here for all of it feel the struggle to challenge the win the loss excitement the joy the rebirth Olivet. Just. Know in advance at your hia for all of it, and that includes everything. Right? You're nine months with me. Basically I'm one on one coach review. In many ways, we just do a lot of our as a group, right so that we can what love about working with the group and this is a small group K. A. Really WanNa. Bring that her right now, I'm not a group A B. Group go. Case on of Multiple Lodge communities and get one need from them and they serve me really well, and my passion is getting to know people intimately K. I want to know you want to know you personally I don't know what's going on with you fun coaching. You'll know about you K. if I'm serving you in supporting you in leading year. Right if I'm with you one hundred percent I I want to know you deeply care. This is what I know. I desire right and I must follow that if I'm GonNa be the best coach view as possibly can be okay. I'm going to share something with you. Now about myself this year surrounding vesting money into things lack this. This is full disclosure and this is new for me. Sir by the end of this podcast will have done something new, which is really celebrating and it's very exciting. It also makes me feel nervous right because I'm human being and I have feelings. Sir, just full disclosure this year twenty, twenty minutes amid pandemic One of my businesses being was forced to shut down for three. MONTHS BEING GINA. Owner share with you just how I have invested my time, my energy, my money into programs not lack mind but. In, my in my own transmission earned development. All right. Sir I spent Twelve Thousand Dollars on personal coaching this year. K and that looks like working with courage one on one. Once a month who is also a dear friend and I love her deeply and we say she sees what I don't see in. It's so amazing. It's. Just. The best thing like I'll just be having a Mormon and I will send her a voice message fully coal in the moment. Is blaming shaming judging like all of it and she just brings me back to the ground. And, she just reminds me how human I am and she holds she has taught me sorry much about holding space and I'm so so grateful I did that and I'm still doing it right I also spent three thousand dollars under three day out communicate with that same coach in two thousand dollars that same courage on a supercharged. Okay. So I mentioned before about pod product of what we do here is raising a vibration. So I spent two and half grant that cost to really lack really hanis what I know about this and become this rod recreate soy much because of that and I just have to share it. Right. So let's around seventeen and a half thousand dollars you know and deepening my heart. You're accessing intuition my connection to self you know in in that time, I've been able to build and facilitate is he'll her program. I built it team of amazing women who run my gym. I've made more than I ever made in my adult life I've become what feels lack not always but most of the time, a Mazda of my time and my space. And I've done really interesting things that acquaint insignificant to most people. But to me, they are huge. So have meditated on an unmade bed and this is huge because. You Know I. Just like this recovering perfectionist sewing long, and that would have just been an unmade bed would have been more than enough to deter me and I would have avoided meditational together us. This is huge. and honestly now I let left surprise me. So expect it to surprise me and I love it to surprise me it always surprising us But I trust in the divine timing of everything and not the end of this episode like I said, I will have recorded a podcast sharing personal information that I wouldn't normally share and not in itself is quite spectacular right? So I'm not sharing this to inspire. You actually share this to show you what's important to me. Right and I truly believe we are all capable of folding. What's important to us even if it doesn't make sense even if we don't have the answers right now even if we can't explain how we know why we know it now not before. Right, don't share this to inspire you I and shed the shares. So you know what's important to me. Casey can see what working with someone like me is lack psych. Someone who's doing this work sulk? She's she's going into the nitty gritty of it all and she's and she's vulnerable and exposed in many many ways. Rats this isn't just us working on the surface K.. This isn't just an idea that I'm playing with. I am deeply rooted. In this work myself. A riot. Now, there are two types of people that I love to work with explained this in a prior episode as well. But generally, these strategic two types of people that I love to work with I share this because I often. Often find, I attract these people and this is important for us all of us so that we can do the. I'm GONNA say the best whack but when you align with people in makes the work far easier McKay so Two types of people I love to work with the fast track is type of person who feels very terrified by this work a but still at the same time heals quite intensely cold opposed to it. Right. So they aren't necessarily understand the where will know how to put it into words or conversation. They just know that it's meant for them. Right? An I was this person and this is why I love working with this person. because when I said Yes to my healing journey six easy goer was seven I eight years ago. I was so anxious was really unsure of how this would look for me my partner at the time didn't understand Make him understand I could actually put it into words. There was just this big faulk yes in my body and I've learned to trust that and for so many years of my life I noted and I put it down to put it down to other things. Now, it just not being the right time just covering it up with all these different ideas about what could be instead of listening.

"Really about this leading, you take what you're learning and become. Become what you're learning play with it in your life, and then my inbox is your inbox Casey. You can use me any any point any moment any time? You can send through to me if you WANNA share or an ex or express yourself in any way. My inbox is a safe container for you, which is really really beautiful and I can very quickly help you unpack salting that he's plaguing troubling year or even more importantly celebrate with you. You know some things are starting to Click Ryan says the fun pop. Now there are few pillars to heal her that really. Bring Hill her so beautifully to get on it. So beautifully to get. Now one of the main ones is emotional intimacy K. so This really is about unpacking what immersions really aw, how to relate to them to work with how to express them in healthy ways looks like when we actually turn immersions into toxic behaviors and express them unhealthily. Ryan. So emotional intimacy is all about creating a very intimate relationship with our feelings. And as I'm sure you can predate that can be quite challenging if you're not quite fluid in this in this, I'm going to say this language of emotional intimacy me too me too. Let's learn together. The second thing is reclaiming wholeness a case this is really tapping into power. So tapping into all of who we are including and more specifically the parts that we deny reject or disarm came. So this is a shadow in this work. Specifically is a very big body of work saying a shadow identifying shuttered, claiming shatter integrating, shattered, becoming whole. And this is a very, very powerful process, a very lengthy process and you'll see I'm explaining these. You see how nine months of working together is actually not very long time to really do this right but it's enough time to get it to understand it. To at least Ostra questions and really begin to embody and reclaim so much. another pillar in the main pillar, which is usually the starting pillars, simple expansion of of conscious awareness or really unpacking the beliefs that we hold. An. Ultimately, seeing eliminations for what they are really challenging thinking on. This is a really powerful, very, very powerful way. To begin to level up we often find a lot of death and rebirth here in this particular phase. raising your vibration is the hot. So this is really about becoming a vibration will match for that which you seek to have that which you seek to hold that which you seem to create for yourself that which to become. So this is this is not just about Your consciousness. This isn't just about your mindset. This is actually a bat everything money creating a new business, a thriving business. calling in relationships. This is about literally creating anything at all that you desire if you not familiar with this type of work. Don't worry about how we do that because it will the how be revealed to you as we get going so. Essentially a few up hops notre per neural you're looking to start a new business or the something just sitting on in the depth roussel you nor needs to be shared and created and sent out to the world. It's a gift you just so desperately want to share and give. We can bring that up now and we can look at all of that. And then if there are other areas of your last, specifically, the the one that's really prevalent in this particular part of the trainings is money. You're really developing developing in your relationship with money looking at our money stories looking at how to become a vibrational match money. and then there's another element to to this as well around releasing different types of shame specifically around out body as specifically around a sexual shame, right. So this is something else that we go into as well. Now, a by product of these frameworks, these bodies work that I bring to you. There's a few things that I want you to really understand. The by product of these frameworks is often a rewiring of your nervous system K. to stay. Care talk about this a lot staying without discomfort eventually going to teach you what that is how to do that. This is really big work around relating to our emotions and staying with discomfit staying with uncertainty staying with what arises that feels unusual uncertain like self-doubt anxiety and depression in worry. This is all about learning to stay not just with the discomfort of yourself, but it is confident of others. Right because often we are triggered by the environment around us like, Hey, you're driving through traffic your partners on like behind the wheel and he's carrying on his losing his shit right and you your triggered, your emotions arise within U K. so this is about really rewiring nervous system to stay with your discomfort and discomfort that arises as a result of someone else's. So, really cultivating safety within Ryan Safety within is how we begin to. Really or essentially become who we truly. Care Authentic self case. Are Learn to set boundaries will honor those boundaries will learn when to say, yes, and went to say no cases is really about becoming more sure vessels more intuitive even more trusting of laugh trusting in divine timing of everything. Case. So we tend to become Mazdas of time and Space Time works for you rather than you working for it. bringing your dreams into reality which SORTA spoken about more importantly in probably the biggest one is before we get to really. Really harnessing an embodying more in a pace, not just within but without as well with like in the external walls. Offer moves said, we'll often go through these stages of fee of struggle of challenge came. This is how we know we're on the right track. K., and this is what most people fear before they commit to a program like this. This is what.

"Know as you dance with what already resides within you. Okay. So it's really about harnessing that which already exists K. tapping into it because often. It's not that it doesn't exist within US already. It's just their layers, their lasers and laser stories and beliefs, and ideas, and conditioning and. All, these different things that that kind of in a sense it is like an onion it's ike route at the root is really beautiful at the center. This is really beautiful. Limitless nece know about a hat side of that is just multiple ways. That, we have perhaps BAPS attracted as a way to protect ourselves as many as Ryan Sir. You know we're just GONNA be looking at how you can actually Hanis. What's already within you? And most specifically you know when we begin this stance will often. You know will often. Not Noor. The steps right will actually begin the dance and we'll often we weren't the steps. However we fully, we fully understand the concept riot. We we fully understand the concept movement we we understand the concept of dancing. Right we darkness selling Earth steps that we understand the concept and sir, with each step that you take. You know there is someone like myself. You know I lack your own teaches in your life and more specifically your he'll hurt community. Just reminding you what exists within you already. Guides your foot back to the floor united to help you find your balanced to reclaim your power. You've displaced put somewhere else put outwards. You know in the moment literally in that moment. Right, in other words. Having having this platform it's like not getting to lost to stock in the story or idea about what it means to lose your balance or to not have on nor the answer or the next step and really was really beautiful is is being witnessed in your stumble. You know this is something that sorry it feels very vulnerable and it can often feel awkward being very exposed and they're this is where sorry much sir much learning happens. So powerful. you'll often hear people use the term non judgment. I used his term for longtime in my gym. to judgment free space or Judgment Free Program and I'm going to tell you a little bit about how I nor this to be true when you're working with me, right The something, very powerful that I've learned as someone who coaches women. Through doing my own work, which is very simple. I've learned how to stay with discomfort your discomfort and my discomfort and still learning I'm still learning right. But if learn how to hold space for your feelings, your experience, you'll drama you're angry your frustration, your fear. K., because being judgmental is actually part of having a human brain we judge whether we mean to not holding space however is intentional. Right it's creating container that exists purely for those sacred moments of listening and being in. That's a container I create for you. Right, for my members will my clients K. and my job my job is to help you on us all that you already are and shed lie on how old you are is actually a gift. Right, and then how to use your gifts to be your guess, right so I don't God you on this journey because interestingly the word guide actually implies that you need guidance is that without it you cannot find your way. Rats instead of guiding you I walk with year with you beside you work with you. K, rather than above you or beyond you came as a huge difference. Now the healer program on next intake Stotts on Sunday, the first of November. There are only three things that you need to participate from anywhere in the world. You need facebook account, you need zoom account and you need a what sack account. K. Because we use these three platforms to facilitate the journey and we do very different things with each of these different platforms. So we use facebook to create the container for consistent learning learning case. So we have. Not Always. But. you know depending on what kind of group that we chen-lin like we'll generally have a fame of the week that is about unpacking different and relative topics to what it is that you're learning right in that container. All sorry. The facebook group is where I will often drop in and do. A meditation to start your week oil or even end your week, and it's just another way to get back in your body and to work with me. As Zoom. Museum account will be used for and monthly zoom coaching coal, which usually goes anywhere from sixty minutes to two hours. And inside this space, I don't WanNa give too much away because let's face it I never actually know what's going to happen but there's often some form of embodiment practice some form of meditation, some form of recap some form of unpacking there's always a check in case there's always checking to see how you're going and how I can support you. But Typically, the Zoom coaching calls are so that we can get back into body we can do this together. Because this work. While there's a big intellectual component to it. Oh. My love sorry much of this work is actually done in the body. Right this is how we actually become these women these people that we think evade. US right sorry powerful. And then we use what sack. As a way to a uses as a self reflection and I'll just drop in from time to time offering little snippets of wisdom little affirmations depending on what's happening what were kind of working with on will put reminders for Zoom Kohl's in their little bits and pieces. And what I love so much about all of this is that you'll often find that this one way that you can use all of these at just served you. So beautifully and a will say this it's not as overwhelming as it sounds. It's really not. The way that we use all these different platforms actually. Such a gift you know it's such a gift. This is how really honest what wait what we're learning an embodying. and then there's actually the way I teach is not necessarily through these online platforms. I do order trading sexually record trainings that a very specific to I'll go into these in employment for a specific to the things that I'm teaching uses the intellectual part of it. So you'll put me in your ears you'll take me on a walk you sit down with me, you create the container for your heal- her work. You'll listen to what? I have to say I'll unpack different frameworks and. Challenge you in different ways and it's so powerful but it's essentially listening to a podcast like this right. So I just go in your ears and we have one space. All of this information is saved in a shed Google drive and you can go in and all your trainings listed. Click on them. You can go through them one by one. Are they are not prerecorded. These are done intuitively when I know who I'm working with which get into shortly. and then we have little bits of homeworks with each training is often a little bit of homework around in. This is all about self reflection and thought provoking ideas and questions and statements that a really relative to you riot. So this is really about harnessing you. Okay, and then we have integration phases with is no homework actually is nothing at all. It's.

For you I'm the woman I once needed and together, we will explore exactly what it takes to deconstruct and reinvent who we are and what we know in order to feel on and become very best selves. Base is that moment my friend? Right here right now. Welcome. Hello beautiful humans. Welcome back to another episode of the holistic PT Podcast this is episode Number Twenty eight in this episode is entirely dedicated to my online. He'll her program going to unpack it for you. I'm going to give you all the goods and I'm really going to help you understand what the program is, how it works, how much it costs. And whether or not you and. This is such a beautiful way for me to do this with you, and I'm really grateful few taking the time because sometimes sometimes it's nice to really feel into you know something that we may be committing time our energy off finances to and I wanNA make sure you have all of the information before you consider starting this journey with me So we'll keep it relatively short Surrey. Perhaps, you'd like to take me on a walk today perhaps you would like to. Sit on your bed with your window open and just feel the breeze. listen to the sounds of Nate Shaw on I, Get your journal ad and just really drop into yourself and. And just really feel just really feel how this. In how this could really be a gift to you and him I sound he my voice, he my words and. And Really, feel for the Yes really feel for the Naro. Both completely fine both completely or K.. So I have actually done an episode on. He'll her before this was a third I. Think it was episode Number Eight. But that woman who recorded that sorry is I mean she still the same woman, but she's long gone. And Sir, I wanted to bring year a new episode and you break down and you unpacking. Now, fuel Hiya your most likely curious about me. You know I always like to start here. if you're here, you're listening if you're if you're really taking in these words remorse luckily curious about me, not necessarily my program and I say this because I'm the same. You know when I'm looking to work with someone and I'm GonNa explain to you. How I sort of do that you know when I'm looking to work with someone it's I'm rarely ever looking at the program looking at the person I'm looking at how they live looking at how they hold themselves and looking at how they show up. I'm looking at their energy I'm looking at how they really do be things in the Walden and how they show up differently. If you know if things are different in the world, I'm looking at so many different things our. Chances are actually curious about the woman that I am and how I hold myself and the words that I era in the ways that I teach and most likely the sense of calm in love that I tend to express while also simultaneously standing up for what I believe in our So you most likely curious about the life I have the businesses built the ways I create freely, and perhaps even the way I n vulnerable in talking about how things and sharing from my heart. You know I mentioned before about sitting on your bed and dropping into yourself and opening your window and feeling. The Wind, you are listening to the sounds an HR. That all sounds really. I know how that sounds. But. I know that something that's so beautiful for me, and so I share from my heart. You've probably heard my story and perhaps are curious about how a woman goes from. Experiencing severe anxiety and panic attacks and really really struggling with perfectionism and and controlling everything about what she does, which she eats when she eats how much she eats when and how much she exercises how often checks assizes a woman who was incessantly worried about what others think of her truly. And her body, mostly her body and even in recent times her work how this actually you know what I think of think about my work. And of course, those little other things like you know what other people think about her title in the Kashi drives in the house she lives in and where she lives in the man, she marries the curry should take an inner all things. But I, think from what I sense from a lot of a you beautiful humans literally the people who follow me is that. You're most curious about the way I leave. The way live one moment at a time one heartbeat at the time. and. In a sense and it's not always easy plays. He me I'm definitely not perfect but this this this energy I have around trusting life so implicitly And following my joy. Right and Feel like this is something that draws people you know and I say this because it's what drew me and This is what dreamy in about my coaches and my teaches was always super curious about how they could do that how they could just trust and let go surrender to life. It was always something that just astonished meows lack. Wow, right. Now here, I am leaving breeding, embodying being this woman. And it's really it's not really that curious. You know what we see in others and desire for ourselves is simply a reflection of how capable you are. Cal Capable. I am how capable we are and how in many many ways you have everything that you need already right. So this program. It's not designed to fix you right. It's not designed to change. U. K If you see a woman who is powerful and strong and wise and intuitive. You're saying yourself baby. You're saying yourself right? Because we cannot see in others what we do not possess in ourselves already right And that's why you may have heard the term that we're all MIRA's for one another. Sorry, this podcast is really just an invitation for you to dance with the idea that you already have everything that you need and what I'm offering to. You is simply a platform to really honest that access it to tap into it and feel supported to be sister feel held insane as you do that you.

"Okay just be positive. Something that these that he's also a really interesting about that particular experience not as that. The person saying that if it's you with, it's May find saying to you it'll be okay just be positive. I. Am projecting my discomfort or if your discomfort riot so I am I am feeling your discomfit. And I can't hold space for that because your discomfort is making me uncomfortable. And I don't know how to hold you not because I don't know how to hold myself in that. Right. If I can't hold, I can't hold myself in my own discomfit I cannot hold you in Yours Ryan. So I'm going to tell you to be positive because I don't know what else to do. Does that make sense I heard that makes sense completely sidetrack? Perhaps, this is more useful because if this is common, you know we say as we say, these things to people so here. You are with someone who's going through something perhaps you know I mentioned before about doing a podcast about supporting being a source of support for other people. This way we can do that. And it's not by telling them to be positive as about holding space for them and helping them to feel safe in your presence so that they can feel they feel. Right as a courage as someone here. Quite, literally rose up and people have their feelings and their emotions if I can't hold them in that discomfort. That means what does that mean? You're trusting me to hold you in that discomfit. So I, I have to be able to hold you in your discomfort by being a product of someone who can hold themselves in their in discomfit right? So. If this, if this is something that you say or if it's something that you're interested in. transmuting into something else. So transcending into something else instead of telling someone to be positive and that will be okay. Take a deep breath with them. Look them in the I. Put your hand on your heart and say I know? I know it's hard and it really really sucks right now. I am here. I'm with you. I say. It just doesn't seem like enough does it. It just doesn't seem like enough when someone is really struggling in the going through something for you to sit there and not do anything at all but tell them that you're there for them and that. You support them in that in just going to sit with them and not say anything it just doesn't feel like enough does it. It just doesn't feel like you're doing them. Any favors bright but you're also not doing them any favors by telling them that it's GonNa be okay and distinct positive. Right. So this is very much. He can say how many different angles and doorways bridges in junction points all of this so many different ducts dots to connect about positivity. Thing and it's important that we are able to discern the difference between using it as a way to bypass. Or. Project. And using it as a way to find the good in the world. Are there is a very, very big difference and you know what? You'll probably unconsciously do barth and that's okay. At least now, you've got a little bit of context and you've got a little bit of an understanding of how to. How to how it works? You know what that framework looks like how to work with it. Say That's my pay simplicity and I know for me. For me, it was always so much easier to be positive. because it just meant that I didn't really have to deal with whatever that discomfort was. That was underneath the positivity in honestly. It all comes back to me not having unearthed mates. It's all about me not having that emotional intimacy that. With my emotions, the ability to just feel them without making the mean anything more than they are mass why I'm so fucking passionate about it because. It's not simple. It's SAR. It's so simple. However, we live in a world where we taught very very differently in our in our this focuses all about those unconventional. Unconventional ways to appreciate things and We find some inspiration some some support in some ways to begin to to play with this and and let it be playful. Let's not be so serious about this that we freeze and can't move and do anything at all Open your mind open your heart stay in your heart stay open to it all if. If. You Fuck it all out like great lack. Amazing. That's just as powerful. You know. If you get it. Right celebrate the win at slack. Did you notice like I just I didn't use positivist sarcasm. Then I just learned what I was feeling unexpressed freely in. Wow. That's really fucking empowering. That's one way we reclaim so much power riot. It feels good to talk about positivity in this lot I would love to a little bit about your experience with positively I'd love to Nari how you're using positively or how you've used positively before you listen to this podcast I'd love to know if this was helpful if it was insightful if it clears him things out for you if it connected some dots if you've listened to any of my other episodes. "We. Always even know that we're doing MRS can happen. So unconsciously right it's just it's like the click of a finger we just it starts to rise and we just without even realizing it's reflex. You know we use that sarcasm that positive. Or any other sort of Any other sort of destruction. In its reactive, it's very it just happens like a reflex in Surrey understanding that when we're doing these things and just using this knowledge that I'm sharing with you today. You can begin to bring a little bit more awareness to to how this is playing out fear right and that's all it takes I hate to break it to you guys doesn't have to be odd that's all it takes and I don't care. If you're following me you normal about simplicity animal about. Making it so easy that it's hot like it not even had it is it's hard to to kind of like grasp how easy it is because there's so many things happening in the world that make it feels so much hotter. This eager that comes in and makes big story dramatizes. It only makes it really really really sticky tacky in. It doesn't have to be that hard. Are So we can actually start to bring our win conscious awareness to this just for listening to my voice just hearing my words just through the examples that I've provided and the tools that are more fraying, you can actually begin to make. More conscious decisions, naked. Si and NC that reflex inaction. Literally you can start to see it in action. You'll be sharing something you'll be. Talking about how you're feeling. You'll be expressing yourself in away and and then all of a sudden you realize what you've done. What you've said you looking around the room if you're expressing publicly, you're picking up on the energy of other people you start to feel vulnerable and exposed deeply exposed like you're standing naked in front of everybody. And you feel that discomfort arise in the first thing you do is Look don't get me wrong guys annoyed that people have much better. Much worse off the main, you just reactively instinctively instinct to you know about basic needs to feel safe, and so we do whatever we can to feel safe right And you can just you can just witnessed that unfolding. You can just witness that Ole happening and. Something I feel I is really important to remember and I WANNA make sure I share with you is out if you do witnesses happening. The healthy way to to deal with this is to breed. And simply relate to it just relate to it just relate to it in a way that. Sorry, Compassionate. Give Yourself Commission to actually get forgive yourself FIF-. Give yourself for not really recognizing it before fitness forgiveness is really really k. here and also is compassion. You give yourself a Lotta compassion for not knowing what you know. And for not realizing what you didn't realize until now until you realized it. And then also. Something really interesting as well. That can happen is that in depending on where we are now our. Development. We might take that experience and turn into something else like shame. And? James. On a bad thing shame on its iron. It can coexist with compassion. You know it is it can have compassion a alongside of it. But we do what? What what tends to happen is that we we take those experiences. And we make them. We make ourselves. Wrong. Right, and this is a really unhealthy way or Tokes equator you shame when we make ourselves wrong. You can you resonate with that like if you if you would a witness yourself go back into your pocket and sort of. You might remember may remember or recall a time where wow. I. Did that Ellen Ellen talking about something. That I've done before Oh my God. You know lack I have done that so many times and I've been. Instead of witnessing and being a witness and just. Really relating to that experience just like horrible human being whose learning. Like a little kid learns riot. When you take that and go wow, I am sorry I am bad. SHAPE I I do that I am bad right. That is that is unhealthy way to work with shame. I just WanNa, pull that in there because I know that many of my followers is many of the people who are listening to this. Perhaps. Just. Need that reminder. Right. So Yeah that's that's where mount with positively at the moment. I, think it's It's so great. I. Always say what you focused on you can create more of riot. So when you're focusing on the positives, you can create more positive than I want to shed more light on positivity as as a really powerful tool. And I WANNA make sure that we understand that when we're using positively as a way to avoid Howard feeling to avoid discomfort to black pass what's coming up for us to not express ourselves into instead shot ourselves down into retracting pool away to hide. it's not a healthy way to use positivity. And I truly I truly feel this is something I've I personally have witnessed and work with myself recently and I feel pretty good about sharing. Sharing that inside. But. Then there is, of course, the other side of positivity. What if when not using positive a away to avoid Howard failing what if we're not using positive? What if we're using it as a way to to feel good. Now, there's a whole other aspect positively in I wanNA. quickly, share with you is that. You know. If I say to you. I want you to go out into the world and I want you to find everything that's wrong with it. Right, you will go out into the world and you will find everything that's wrong with it, and you will find in create more and more and more and things that are wrong with the world. If I if I instead ask you to go out and go. Hey guys I want you to go out into the world and find everything that's right with the world everything. That's beautiful. We're doing this right now in my heel hook in Mahela. Group. I'm having the Ghost feel WHATSAPP group with everything. That is beautiful. Everything that they perceived to be beautiful and you know what's happening going out and they finding more and more things that are beautiful than noticing things. That they, they wouldn't have seen as beauty before you know that they're actually consciously finding the beauty and things and it's Very similar was activity. If we look for the good, we find the good and that is a really healthy way to use positivity. And not just not just as a way to give it to ourselves but bit to others as well. I just had a thought as well. How many times have you told somebody It'll be okay. Just be positive. How many times you've I've said this many times in my life it's just so humbling to admit that How many times you turn someone who's going through a hard thing and he say I'm I'm off topic again by the way I'm Robert Holling. And you say to them. It'll be OK just just be positive will figure this out. It'll be.

"This is what I'm talking about him talking about using positively is away to dull the negativity to minimize negatively to minimize and suppressing avoid the things that. paps need a little bit more love paps need a little bit more attention perhaps need a little bit more. Broom your to be expressed to be felt to be in existence right now, a lot of the time positively is something that. Look depending on where you're sourcing your information. Sometimes it's it's something that we see is like. Everyone. Just says to be positive or you know we learn or over time that it's you know that's a good thing. We should be positive. The more positive people we have in the world better. The will be and I argue that that is that is so very, very true provided that positivity is not results of bypassing at depth McKay. So. What I mean when I say positively is something that we slap on as band aid. A really great example is something. One of my clients was actually She was unpacking with me last night and. She started to dance with her anger in her frustration and she. She started to dance with it in not she approached it. And she took his hand and she allowed it to lead her for a little bit. But as she started dancing, she realized that she doesn't know the steps. And then she started to realize that perhaps maybe people can see that see that she doesn't know the steps in see perhaps that she has no clue. and. Fi crepe soon. Bryant fear being code out fear being judged for being seen and it's really the sense of being so deeply exposed. In that dance in the dance with your angle with your frustration and obviously any other emotion that that is coming few. But this one specifically was fear and frustration us. Sorry anger and frustration. And what was so beautiful was that she she started that dance you know and she started to unravel with me and it just all came out and it was so beautiful it was expressed so healthily. Until. Until. She told me about some of the positives. Right. All of this is happening now I'm feeling really stocking really frustrated in. These fucking thing going on and Yada Yada Yada in but I recognize my problems on as bad as everyone else's and I should be grateful because you know at least I still have my job and I should be grateful because at least this and and you can see how you can see how as you sort reach that point of fully exposing your anger and your frustration and being more importantly, the sensation is being seen and being witnessed as you are expressing the ruinous of that emotion of that feeling of anger. You really start to dance with an as soon as you start to feel that that sense of discomfort. You pull away you pull away you retract and you reflexively find something else to focus on to avoid. Being judged, not experience being seen in that way and for for a Lotta people in north of this particular client that is a feeling of weakness of being caught at as someone who is not in control as someone who is not strong. Vulnerability, right right at the very deep core, the deep this is this fear of being seen as vulnerable or as a victim. Right. And it was just so beautiful. I was so honored to receive her and I just heard plotted I said I love you and I love your anger and let's talk about this. Positively. Right because. She was sorry close to really fully expressing touching the depth of all that was being experienced for her in that moment I, the ruinous, the real mess it was she was allowing that to feel her up and come out and and be fully expressed until it got too uncomfortable right and we all have this You know we all make this in our own ways and in different circumstances, different things, and you may you may recognize that there are certain experiences in your life will certain feelings that you'll only go with certain point with to a certain point with you know until it gets a little bit sticky, uncomfortable and the and sorry the mind creeps in and starts to make up the ego thoughts make stories about what that means and we devote. Right and we divert and so many different ways like this is. You know we this is really like we we avoid it a lack. Shit that's intense. That's really uncomfortable. Don't want to go there. I will scroll my phone instead. What can I do? Instead I'll cook in the kitchen or go clean the house I'll avoid procrastinate in some way, but I just don't WanNa feel this look at this, and so we find other ways to distract ourselves and now mind thoughts and feelings. And positively is one way that we do that to bypass really touching debt than I was sorry. Proud of my client because this has been something being witnessed in anything other than being or K. and fine, and in control and on top of things has been. A very, very long and beautiful journey fit this fit is beautiful client and if she's listening, she's probably listening I'm love you I just be so much So. We use positively as one of those ways to. To reflexively divert from from that discomfort. Riot. So we only take it to a certain point before we remove ourselves from an old distract astles from it'll retract from it'll shut down, will pull away or find something else to cover it up with and and positively is one of those ways that we do that case. Sir What's really fun about this is as soon as we start to understand something or soon as someone explain something in a way that resonates we understand and you know it's sort of connect some dots and it all makes sense almost using this analogy at gipsy today actually. We had a new goal come in and she's like well, I could just just a lot now, Zach? Yeah. It's a lot and just tried to explain to do to sort of lack. You start out with. is actually like a thousand dots on the page. But when you start, you can only connect to right like you just play new dance between the two for a little bit and then eventually connect three. But the whole time you don't realize is actually a hundred dots that connect to those other three dots in. It's just your consistency in and you're showing up in your practices that allow you to to start to really connect those dots and this is all this is this is all I love to to really bring to you is this justice opportunity to connect some dots to.

This is just It just blows my mind. USA. Thank you so much for those of you who are new to podcast. My Name Is Ellen I'm your host and I'm really really passionate about a Lotta things but one thing that I'm very, very passionate about at the moment is our emotional intimacy and establishing a very deep deep sense of closeness and related ability to our feelings and emotions. And in my upcoming nine month, he'll her program, which will be the lost intake four, twenty, twenty, four basically before I, reopened my schedule to work with our human beings again, This is something that will be a really primary focus in that in that program. Now, I put on Instagram the other day a little poll to see you know how many of you would be interested in working with me this year before the end of the year is up and ceremony. Many of you ask for more information and sorry This episode is not dedicated to my program, but I just wanted to let you know that if you're feeling that pool I see you and I acknowledge you and I will bring. I'll bring an episode and you episode of the Hosie PT Post at that is dedicated to the he'll pergram It will talk about what is involved how it works. You need how much it will cost the way that you can schedule that investment to work for you especially especially in a time like now where. I'M NOT GONNA pretend not some human beings aunt struggling financially. Oh, haven't lost their jobs on experiencing some form of hardship. so I just want you to know that that information will becoming a K. and into sit tied and I really appreciate your patience around that but it is an epic program is all about. Reclaiming, your truth, reclaiming your power, sharing your gifts becoming very emotionally intelligent with your self leveling up your consciousness as many many many is to the program and it something I am. So deeply on a bring to other people because it's something that I personally. Something that I personally have done myself for the last seven or eight years and it's changed my life. It has absolutely changed my life and because of that, I, just have so much reverence for where many of us are finding ourselves right now in the world with with everything that's going on a lot of a lot of stuff is being exposed in an uncovered in ways that can feel very vulnerable and we're being seen in a new watson. This just there's a lot happening in. So having someone in your corner to help you sort of come back to yourself and be in beef really grounded as you move through these things is just I kind of became to explain to you how that has helped me even just be here with you today even just say these words speaking tomorrow firing stare at the smarter fine recalled this episode. There's just sorry much that I'm grateful because of because of doing this this work for so long Sir it's just such a privilege in an honor to be able to give that to other people. Say. We. Went from Sony is very passionate not just about the work, but about you and. It's very beautiful. It's not easy, but it's very beautiful. Now today. I did a also deponent's Graham the other day around. A few topics that I was going to cover in just got to sort of art and most of you voted for all of the above and the options were. Essentially the first one was supporting. Those you love. During this time of isolation perceived helplessness, our feeling feeling larne feeling helpless. And being really being a source of support for other people and then the second one was sharing your gifts. You know if you couldn't fail what would you do What is it that you're afraid to do for yourself that would ultimately give you the freedom and the The Joy and happiness in your life that you desire. So deeply. So, sharing your gifts, your voice, your your message, your products, launching Your Business rotting that song older things that you are. So deeply passionate about desire soy very deeply That was another one, and then the third one was my wellness blueprint, which is really just the pill is that I feel have that I, used to support me through. A life you know like the terms of wellness. Health Wellness, whatever you WANNA call it. These are just things that I lean on to support me You know sorry an everyone was super enthusiastic. And you want it all of it so I will bring that to you in time and I hate to burst your bubble but I'm not talking about any of those things today, which is sorry. Typical of May. I found something else to be really passionate about four this week so. A lot of guys may have noticed. And I've seen some really beautiful messages in thoughts coming through that I have been hearing a lot about positively lately I did a massive instagram A bunch of massive instagram stories today It's currently. Wednesday. And then I've done a few parts about using positively how positively what we do sometimes unconsciously with positively as a way to bypass our emissions all all different, all different bits and pieces, but essentially. I want to share a little bit about positively today because. It. Here's the thing right and I, say this a lot. I will never ever And this is something one of my mentors set in just stuck with me. facade long. I will never ever. Tell you to slap a positive. Over negative ride or slap a positive or something that you're feeling that you perceive to be negative Ohad right or you're experiencing some sort of hardship or anger or emotional expression or release. And the reason that I won't tell you to put positivie over that is because. positivity can really serve as a band aid in those circumstances right? Can you see how that might that might actually joust? Work like a band aid. We slap it ova the real. Problem you know and it just an honestly in their service. True to that. Sometimes, we need to just slap a positive one to get through something perhaps you know a tough conversation with your boss where you don't feel safe any circumstance where you don't feel safe to express yourself You know it might just be Marmon at simply. Put on a brave face I. Smile be positive But then but then my loves. This something more to it. Right. So let's kind of look at positively right. So it has been my experience that are in the past I have used positively positively as a way to. Owners break my. Break my negativity right now whenever we think that we need to be positive, it often is implying that it is not safe or it is not okay to be negative and these are really interesting things to me because whenever and it's not just positivity anything anything that we perceive as wrong bad shouldn't be doing You know we're we're often we're going to go the other direction and almost over the thing right so.

I am your Hoist Ellen Mental, performance, H. and student to life. I am here to remind you that life is a journey of obstacles lent to be overcome and I'm eager to share mine in here about your house. For you, I'm the woman wants needed and together we will explore exactly what it takes to deconstruct and reinvent who we are, and what we know in order to feel on and become very best selves. Base. Is that moment my friend? Right here right now. Welcome. Back guys, this is episode number twenty, two of the holistic PT Podcast, five unconventional weightless barriers or tips or tricks, ideas or thoughts that are unconventional and outside of the traditional box of weight-loss woes. Let's call it I have to be really really honest with you guys. I was up at one. AM S- morning? Feeling inspired as fuck. This episode and it was, it was actually quite honestly a surprise to me to be this. Fight up about this topic, because even as someone who has done this work from a decade. even I at times. Find it really really fucking polarizing like weight loss nutrition exercise like the whole kit and caboodle. Speaking about weight loss all the tips all the methods, all the ways and A truly have such immense reverence for this work and really really solid boundaries around who I listened to. What I listen to and what I really let penetrate my what I call sort of my bullshit force field and spent a lot of time sifting through the bullshit so. These things that I've learned over the years as a Moina as a women's personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach as a mentor as a healer and I, I was also surprised to receive this. Let's call it this coaling this this activation within me this way of responding to you. Like this topic. As manifesting generate on. My profile is to respond sir. One day. I am I am up literally awake thinking it's five o'clock in the morning of the Sun's about to come up and I check my foreign in. It's one thirty. It's not it's not even anywhere near five am so I pull out my laptop and I start writing down ideas. Responding responding to this calling that was just so alive in me and I also had this thought of If it's meant to be all, remember, and I can go back to sleep now you know I can. I can go back to sleep all all remember all of this juicy goodness in the morning but my creativity was really really loud. My voice was really really present and Clara. And I felt called to fully that and here we are here we are. So there's not a lot that I can share with. You guys that you daren't already are or haven't really heard before our word, our world talks about weight loss. Sorry much. Sorry that almost all of the information seems to feel. Let's say diluted in many many ways we've become. Somewhat desensitized to the words weight loss body fat. Nutrition, health exercise. I feel it, too. I feel it too, and It's almost like your nervous. System almost responds in a way of shutting down and quietly just sort of not acknowledging it anymore psych next like what's next. What's next on the agenda because this is? This this is boring again. This is the same stuff urban over and over again being recycling different ways. And while I while I really believe that there is so much truth to that. It is also true that many human beings a still seeking. Still searching still on a journey and I feel like as an industry like his fitness industry is someone in the fitness industry someone in holistic health win ceremony, many ways of failing to provide without expectation without labels and ideals, and even without promise riot. I think many of you who clicked on this episode or who are listening today have done have done so with the hope, and maybe even a tad of desperation, maybe a lot of desperation to find answers and to open your mind and view things from a new. Angle or savings in a new lot a lot. You know that I can offer. You and I really want to honor that in you and I want to thank you for that. And for saying that in me, much the same way I see this myself right. Like I said I've had to I've done a Lotta work around is cutting through the bullshit and what I'm offering. Today's just it's a different. It's just a different angle because personally I don't know any woman who has not had some form of. Frustration your hot ache Anga annoyance around their weight, some sort of negative experience around their body, the health and fitness some form of shutdown, avoidance Ohio shape, struggle, or just some form of barrio negative negative experience. Sir I'm just going to. I'm going to ask you to channel any desperation that you're feeling any frustration that you're feeling anything I want. Acknowledge anything that you're going through right now. I really do. You channel any of it and all of it into tears city into educating yourself into undestanding and really opening your mind and your hot. You know I'm asking you to essentially clear the slight and. In many ways to get what you know to be true about weight loss not about your body. Because only you know the answer to that, but what you nor to be true about. All the ways that you can lose weight. And if your hia, you really can't deny that. You are still searching in some way. You know you're still wanting answers. You're still curious because this something else and I really felt this as someone who has done this work, you know when I think back to a time when I was trying all sorts of different things when I was competing I was calorie counting when I was trying Cobb backloading alert fat diets and Laura Hydrate Diets and Kito, and will these different methods. I did all of that with such. I did all.

A Lot remembering that I. Earn a women's Gym and this is something that has been. I guess. I've spent almost a decade inside in an environment where I am healing this where healing this idea, these beliefs, the systems structures of these constitutions around comparison right sir. I feel like what we lack about. Comparison is that it creates lack and self doubt in the body riots self doubt in the Mind self-doubt in the body, and it creates a lack Just this idea that there is not enough or that there is. Something missing right, and as a result we criticize, and we shame, and we judge ourselves right so I feel like what we don't lackey back in Paris..
