"In the beginning and he continues to prioritize it even after the fall. Even after jesus came and died and was resurrected marriage was created right off the bat adam. He wasn't doing so well alone. And so god created marriage he created eve and he tells them right away be fruitful and multiply. It's not a consequence of sin that eve has children. It's a consequence of sin that giving birth is painful and there's a lot of toil and hardship in the relationships but marriage and motherhood are biblical and good and we could do a whole separate episode about the incredible impact. That marriage has in scripture. How it connects with the relationship of the church and jesus The incredible power that god gives us as mothers. There is so much there but let me just summarize to say my friends. These parts of our lives are hugely important to us because they are hugely important to god. The second reason i would highlight is our own personal happiness. If we have a good marriage if we have a good relationship with our kids that brings so much happiness and joy. It's it's really indescribable. It's an incredible protective factor against many other mental health. Emotional illnesses all these troubles of life. Infertility pms cancer job loss. All these things are so much easier to deal with if we enjoy our family life and so our daily happiness it matters and it is impacted by our marriage in our motherhood number three the impact that our marriage and motherhood have on the world and on the future future. Generations is simply incredible. I've already mentioned about how god uses the marriage relationship between husband and wife as a picture of his relationship with the church. And so your marriage. It's not just you and your husband and it's not even you guys just living in a fishbowl. In whatever town you live in but you are in some. How in god's mysterious and incredible ways. You are also a picture of how jesus loves the church now. Of course we don't do that perfectly like he does. but it gives a huge Impact it really really matters what our marriages look like. And the same is true for our motherhood. I love to look at deuteronomy chapter six. And i'll be honest. Deuteronomy is not a book that i read a whole lot. It's an old testament it gets really dry. But there's this incredible passage in chapter six telling us telling parents love the lord. Your god with all your heart soul all your strength these commandments. I'm giving you today..

"These issues coming up. I think open. Communication is always the cliche. But it's a cliche for reason. And i think also highway viewing out sex life and how a viewing you know sexual satisfaction so often sexy our goal orientated for people it is about erections. It's about orgasms. And actually you know. How do we reframe sexual world. So that we're actually focusing on things like pleasure and fun and i think then if we're having issues with erection we're having issues with the beta. We can still kind of work on that without partner but our partner has to have the same kind of expectations going in so it is kind of having that conversation of what we're able to do sexually what helps us actually particularly times of day Different around antidepressants and kind of getting them on board. So that we look at this. As you know a team effort towards how we best have the best sex weekend sarah's codeine what was your experience on antidepressants with my. Yeah i'm the With my experience. I found that with my partner. We we used to be able to have like really really really really good sex. And i obviously i i'm on antidepressants and i am on. Sri they weren't necessarily great for like other diagnoses that i have but for the anxiety and panic disorders. It's hard because you can't really notice if they're effective all your on them. But when i wasn't he could really really tell and so well out. That life is kind of struggling and that aspect. Just because i'm i'm i'm also i say sexual. We've struggled with that originally but we kind of put it down to the facts. That even if i stop taking the medication. That's not really a win for us. Because then i'm at risk to myself so it was sort of like publishing will was more worthwhile whether it was my merge but having great sex or may not really being anything at all and that's not just sexually but emotionally like feel like but we flat bought and not a home to myself if that makes them hardly does and i think that's obviously an issue that a lot of people are weighing up. Sarah i really appreciate you calling in and speaking about something. That's so personal to you. But it is something the texans going off It's something that a lot of people are experiencing lauren. Sarah's brought up a really good point they how do you weigh up that preference you know dealing with your mental health and stabilizing. You'll mood this. Is you know dealing with your sex drive and so on because it's probably personal preference but it is a hard decision right. It is a hard decision. I think we all need to understand that you know mental health is hugely important but sexual health also affects them into health and affect co overall life. So i think it's kind of not always be that moment either. I think it is about in discussions without doctors without providers around ave the medications. We can try. Can we try low dosage and if we find a medication that works but still not quite working prospects. Exide's can we work with other people around. How do we help foster alabama help you know. Put some things into place whether it's around timing of sex and yes we might lose a little bit of fun tonight but we still might be able to create a really satisfying sex life with ourselves as well as pa so i think it is that you know. It's not always quite a decision. But i think we need to not lessen the sexual health and we can't obviously lose to a healthy though back on triple j. That is learned french sixth-largest. Thanks so much for joining us to you next time..

"Don't say that has got worse than as government. Someone has texted as well. The pam's performance cari cooking is as fake as the rest of his social media. Professional photo shoots krishna often. When we talk about multiculturalism younis-style stralia. It's always put out there as sort of like a a thing. We should celebrate but for people who don't get it. Why is it tokenistic when it is just on the food level and not anything further than that because three days just one aspect of how we engage with each other as a society and as you mentioned. I'm a representative full. One of the most multicultural areas in in south west sydney and my community has suffered greatly over the last four months because of some of the really harsh restrictions and the look down associated with the with the with the pandemic and part of that has to do with Stereotyping has to do with Perceptions of what our community is like and You know every everything from what family situation is like to howie. How support networks work through to who is Who can access government assistance. And the part of the reason why i community suffered so much was because Governments didn't actually take the time to to listen to engage appropriately to then feed that information back into effective and constructive policy. And that's the and that's the reality of the situation because i'm food is pretty is one elemental it but at the end of the day what actually met is how governments affect people's daily lives and The the scott morrison government has has shown that they really don't take people from multicultural communities very seriously on that front and a lot of people texting. Who says that. He's he's making the car is that that's a valid point. But obviously he's posting about them. He's not just making. The car is behind the scenes posting the money. Social media pages. They're getting huge traction. And he's getting a lot of kudos for that but kershaw and just quickly before we go. You know a lot of politicians prime minister's try to to put on this sort of normal guy image right tony. Abbott had the budgie smugglers which was actually a bit. we'd kevin. Rod had the hand at schools for some reason which was also kind of strange scott. Morrison got the karis. Why is it. Do you feel that politicians need to put on that kind of soda. You're an incoming politician. What's your thing. I the lights abilities kind of Something that's worth it's waving old when it comes to how you connect with your community right and you know if you can even on social media show that you are a normal person that you're not just some sort of You know alien in lizard. Search that you actually have the same Cut of carbs dreams aspirations as you neighbor or the press and down the street or whatever it builds a sense of respect and trust and that's what most politicians immersed public representatives are trying to do. They're trying to build trust. They're trying to build a sense of connection But it has to be backed by authenticity. And that's a really important thing if it's not backed by authenticity as one of your obviousness said it's fake and it's not effective charisma kalianda who is a councillor ian liverpool in south west sydney. Thanks so much for coming on the show. Josh and fitzroy's text. I'm no fan of scott morrison and won't be voting for him but he's making an effort. We should support any efforts. Even if we're wary and someone else owl's gotti kes- about his marketing. It's a visual thing especially with an election coming. Pack one small step in announcing these spot a giant leap for australia heading to the moon for the first time in history on triple j. Uc's hack my name's avenue bias. And could you leave inspects. Australia is about to launch a first mission to the moon. The national space agencies is going to send a roy for there which will ultimately help find out if humans can leave in space. It's being promoted as a way for australia to enter the world space missions and the government says it's about creating jobs in this sector it will cost fifty million dollars. Anthony moffat is from these trillion space agency. Thanks for coming on the show. So tell us about this. Roy vote which will be sent from australia to the moon. That's being developed in australia. Great to be here this afternoon to talk to you all and it is an exciting day today. The prime minister and the minister. Science and technology announced that The australian spice agency saw in agreement with nasa to a small arriva about twenty twenty kilos in size to the surface of the moon. And this is really really exciting Because it's leveraging some of the great capabilities. We have he in stryer in automation and broke botox areas in the resources sector. So people see those big yellow trucks. What we're doing is taking the technology that might they meant allows them to drive by themselves and put them into a little river and work with nassar and put it on the surface of the moon. And what's also exciting when it's on the surface of the main actually note about roy. It's going to be the it's to pick up the lunar soil all the books and it's going to pass it over to a project run by nasa that will try and extract a form of oxygen. Which is really important of course one so that we can breathe when we're on the surface of the main but it's also a potential source of fuel. Yeah and one part of that is obviously the ability to potentially send humans and have sustainable life up in space. Can you explain how that could work going. Fluid if you do discover through the rover that That sort of form of oxygen is around it. So one of the reasons that there's a big focus on looking activities on the moon is around a three day trip and that means that we can sort of undertake these type of experiment to identify. Their oxygen is the for example. The soil of the regular one thing you can also do is use the material to three d print infrastructure even replacement wheels so it actually creates A range of experiments attest that sustainability. Because when you on the surface of the moon you wanna be shipping things for all us all the time because it's really expensive to get into get into all that and then onto onto the marine surveying out of look what we can use in ciccio on the surface and then becomes really really important and these taught emissions of the first stepping stein there. And what's exciting about this as well. Is that means that australia has the capabilities and the audience. We're talking to you today. Can now when they going school at university or thinking about what they wanna do in korea. We can do spice and we can do it here in australia. Yeah that's obviously a big element of these people. it's a classic thing dreaming of going to space when you're a little kid but ultimately in australia it would probably main having to move overseas but this would mean more jobs potentially what could it mean in terms of possibilities for young people in working in the space industry and this is this is what's really exciting about these. Firstly where side by side with nasa. But al vision he at the australian space agency is to create another twenty thousand jobs by twenty thirty and triple the strikes by sector from three four billion to twelve billion by twenty thirty and these talk emissions become really important one they inspire. We want kids. We want the The younger generation to the sky and neither destroy has technology up there so it made it engineers data scientists 'cause not only talking about word buddy. These other missions such as federal. Let's take images of the to help file so it means that we want datta scientists but we also won't communicators and excitingly Spice liz As we think about people undertaking more activities in spice. It's actually being a very big economy me and it's full custody. One trillion bought twenty four year round the gore. Australia's now has a seat at the table and providing opportunities.

Where does it lay on. I mean what he. What do you feel like. You're on an iud now. I've always been under the impression the few days leading up to period like it's the whole like crazy coming out the hormones the the emotions coming up to actually the period. Okay so that's interesting. I'll be hundred percent on us. I say up until three. Four months ago i thought. Pms was the day you're periods started really. I thought it was like the cramps. And the backache that i get all the physical stuff and the bitchiness that comes along with it they don't feel good and your bloated and all of that. I thought that was pms right. And i guess it is part of pm. But i think overall they're talking about after i'd been kind of learning more about this whole thing is it's the week before like you said and it kind of wraps up during those first few days of your period or it's supposed to write and as i've been pay more attention to my body and my poor moans my motions and all of that. Don't piss me off. Do you know what god i know. It is so sad. We are slave to the chemicals in our body. I know we're so tortured us. Women are so tortured. I it is true like how you can just feel it. You can feel it's like you feel out of control of your body out of your body. Feels like you can't help it sometimes and you can almost. It's an out of body experience where you can see the crazy or the emotions coming out like it happens and you necessarily stop it. That is the best way to describe like. "What's happening. I know we did so. Good through covert and now we can't well yes and we agreed that we were gonna kinda get a little easy this summer on ourselves. So we've been sharing some of our favorite episodes so hopefully you're kind of hearing those in case you missed it per serve and we love those but i did want to ask. What are you watching on tv. Because i'm in a serious drought right. Now i know i. I don't really have anything good to recommend. I you know. I really nine. It's just. I feel like i've been getting to bed so late. Usually that my time to watch inland like the kids are too badly. And then therefore i'm deadly so i'm not watching like i normally and you want to blame on summers but yeah i would. I would agree like tv. Has evolved so much from where i was like. I was so dedicated to show. But i'm not watching cable anymore. It's so funny because no longer. Do you have like a show that comes out on a certain night right. Certain time right. It's all about these binges as you find. So i know i just started. I don't know how i feel about it yet. I'm only like three episodes in but one division disney was. Yeah no my son watched it. We are like one or kind of almost two episodes into loki. That's the newest one. Is that good yeah. It's it's different but it's going to be good at. What do you mean it takes a lot. It has a lot to do with time and kind of where it takes place with him. Like losing that cuba yes or stealing that thing the avengers and so they transport this time office. It's literally like a police station of time. And he's like arrested and so it's kinda like farfetched but you can kind of see. There's like cool momentum behind it but it's a little a little interesting. Yeah okay cardi. Juan division has a really weird spin on it too right. I know that interesting. So i grew up on like i love lucy and i dream of jeannie and meals naked. Yes nick at nite yes totally. And it's just like bewitched like literally they do this whole black and white thing where she's just like sam samantha. Like same house. Dare i say and like they're living this like happy fifties black and white life but then you kind of get these hints. That like something weird is going on. You know what i mean and then come to find out. I guess it happened after endgame avenger. Yes game 'cause he's what's taking place he's dead he's dead but is he an all the stuff is like i from what i understood to someone explaining it was like an alternate reality created so she could live with him i guy yeah and which i thought was like cute and sweet and then like kind of different with the retro like right fifties sixties idealist. So i don't know. I'm trying to give it on a shot but it's one of these that you have to pay attention a little bit if you are like going to follow along and by the time i'm watching it's eleven thirty also and i'm like i just want to watch something like mindless that you know and so i end up watching. We obviously have that punt play okay so everybody berries Griff whalen griff. Waylon is the worst player of all time. Whitey snap it code anderson. That pump play against patriots. Boom boom griff. Whalen this guy. At this point he'd been cut like eleven twelve times from our team. I mean it was. It's not consummate for me special teamer. He was everything like this guy. He was the holder. I think at one point. He's got caught an onside kick. He was he was just. That guy was always going to show up. So i go on bob and tom. A couple days later in griff whalen was trending and he was getting in nobody was sticking up for griffin like. hey this wasn't griff griffin had it was a miscommunication. He was told something differently than what code anderson was told. This is football. That's going to happen. You know what i mean. Nobody is sticking up from this guy was just getting ruined in griff to never say anything griffin never say anything about because griffin get cut immediately afterwards. So go on. Bob and tom and i go. You know what had happened. Was i actually explained how the whole thing happened right. It was just literal miscommunication person. One thing one person thought another thing one person who was in a pretty pivotal role got sick day of was not in there. I mean it was just. There was a lot of things that happen. So golick i think on that point he was was golic. I dunno eleanor was mike and might maybe maybe was the mike and mike golic and window. It was one of them by the way. Have since matt him. Good guy become a fan but at the time he i'd never met him at the point he was he went on. He said something. About how like the corner should never speak about anything. I think he was trying to protect chocolate gano because it could look bad for chuck that there was so much miscommunication especially against the new england patriots. And everything like that. So i heard that and i was like man. Hey i'll sticking up for my teammate. How i was like like there is a lot of things here. I've never met you before. So during that time i was giving away tickets to games The night before on twitter and have everybody use a hashtag and earn. It'll be an undue global question much like we're doing this week something that you can't just look and find what's my mother's favourite dessert pats. Mom's fave would shrank like internationally. It was your something because fans wanted to tickets the game. It was very cool. I'd start getting people answering these in in spanish and portuguese and everything. I'm like okay so it's gone big back. Then they changed. The way could try and everything so that couple days later after he said like wise. The punter speaking or anything. Like that. I was gonna make the hashtag rest in peace building. Okay all right in my question was going to be something about. I was gonna tie it to football. And i was gonna give away like six tickets that we i was a night. So this is gonna be one. I'm gonna give away like six. Maybe a sweetie of. I forget where i was thinking like. I'm ago begging. The hashtag was gonna be alright golick. Okay it was going to be four to five days later in. He was going to have to come out and say he wasn't dead. Because a punter basically started up for me that is immediately how i think i just want for people. You just gotta kinda got a chance to see how i operate there. That was as soon as it happened. I was like And i think was even like the. Even you know this whole thing anyways as i was coming up with the idea i was sharing it with too many people because i was so excited for it i was. I was so so excited for it. Got all the way up to conti. Pr guy conti. At that point was not the head..

"How we doing it somehow. How the idea. Aj said he had massive not. The one said. We won't talk about any of that big sports news. Aj hawk wanted to talk about. Let's dive into at aj. We'll let you lead off your. This is going to be the greatest hours up. First you on this wednesday. June twenty third. Okay what do you. What did you say we need to talk about here. Why so why do you get upset with me when you throw it to me a lot of times. It's like ten seconds before out. And then you get mad at the content which i present you and now you're going to do this again and whenever i bring up i know you're going to have an issue so like my big issue here is every time i send it over to you. I'm like all right here we go. Aj's going to say in third hour. We're going to break down answered something here that only jayhawk lose as super bowl champ in a college football national champion. A man who was in the kentucky derby photos alongside these story in sports right now Maybe a breakdown. A former teammates like aj. Green coming out and talking about someone like every time. I think you send it on over there there we go and do it is selfish. Because i'm doing it for me. Because i hope you're going to say something that is really gonna be something to talk about on the other side in for me. I'm like oh that's exciting like so i'm trying so it's really selfish me stopped doing that. I apologize but when i do send it over. I'd never expect every single time. And this is joe. Thomas thought the cleveland browns fan was going to win every single year and they didn't obviously for his entire career. He bought it every time. I send it over. I think that's coming instead. It seems like every time you talk about a guy gets goddamn throat. Slashed down there in memphis getting. I did not expect that. So it's all tied together. You didn't let me bring it together. The reason i mentioned that as a is going into the third hour this event. I guess was down. Tennessee got out of control. Some violence happened. I'm hoping we know this is a six week break where of nfl players arrested. Because you give them some time off they get in trouble. I'm just hoping that we didn't have any. Nfl players down there that got in trouble or got hurt was this in memphis knows in kentucky. Okay.

"Question these off. Ball eight hundred. I'm already fighting against enough right now. Don't question goddamn hands. It was But that's what cruz is going through right now. I assume he sitting in there and he knows l. Everybody is reacting to this outside. There's been a couple of times where i thought i was potentially going to go down because there was something in my pocket similar van then i 'cause whenever we smoke around here we go denver. We go. We go to michigan. Illinois and ohio will be mass. Yeah so it's like in florida. It's legal so it's like we only do this particular stuff whenever we're not in states where it's but every once in a while you'll accidentally just walked down the street state that you don't like do i smell like don't bring the two. That's eight four shit here officer says i didn't mean to do that a. Shots at caruso. Hopefully he'll be okay. Aj green and deondraye hopkins or talking about their relationship Did you is he on. He is my god. Let's get right to it. Ladies and gentlemen joining us right now Zito you could just tell me that by the way tommy z. In my ear all the time and then we got a guy joining us for the first time. I've just sitting there in zito gave me the two and i was like is he. Yeah yeah okay my guy. The we should release. Is there a way to release. Meet the zito audio. I wanna do. I wonder if he's ever cost di. It's fantastic thing. I appreciate your joining us. Right now is not in a sports vein by the way. This is a guy who is. He's affected our life now more than i could have ever imagined. I get a chance to witness. This guy's start at west virginia university as iraq. Rename d. y. He then moved to la tell his story to commit the music fully. I followed a long as entire Kind of voyager. This thing and i think he is now at this point. hit his stride. We use music and damn near every blog. We do because it's an absolute heater. And i think he's independent. Ladies and gentlemen david moore. Hey hold on. Hey david great. Thank you for joining us. Just so the people at home or watching who you are. I just wanna play a little snippet. Here he's the guy that he's got created this song or a year from the harlan usa. Greens godi and your friends be sent away. What can survive nine to five every day. Spend you pay up a walmart marching link on the baby wing sound anyways. That's what a bang. Hey that's huge. That's long as massive as soon as you make your brother as soon as you made it. You're like hey. I got one here. I think is that. Is that the thought of mealy. Well that song started out. I knew it was special. I heard the beat. And i was like. Oh my god. There's something about this and It's minutes right. i'm not gonna lie. Took me months to write that song. Because i wanted to make sure that i was providing the vibes but also have a have a relatable message for everybody out there in in in the heartland in middle america in this part in that part all over the country. And it's been the reception has been amazing. There's good reason. I mean you can get chick-fil-a on a beat drop doubt. Sometimes it's the simplest things that are the most relatable right. I think chick-fil-a is your but your flow is insane to and i think that's something that there's a lot of people that rap okay. There's a lot of people that attempt to put together make it sound good and there's a lot of really good music out there but the way you tell stories in your flow in your your beat selection. I don't know how you go through that whole thing. It's fucking awesome in. There's no way in hell anybody and lazy lizard or elements or chasers or clubs e. These are clubs in morgantown west virginia by the way. Yeah that diy performed at back then. They use fell in love with this high school college. And you're never going give out. What was the story here. Dude bormann south freshman year debut morgantown baby fell in love with music and was just like. Hey there's really no plan b. for me i'm gonna i'm gonna make music i'm gonna pursue this to the fullest extent you. I went to graduate from w. got a degree. Did all that for kinda knew the whole time like. Hey this is what i'm gonna do. was releasing. Music is d. y. And round twenty fourteen. I realized like man. Something's missing. I'm not as creatively fulfilled as i need to be. I wanna be and just took about a year and a half just to hold myself in the studio. And i was just like. Hey i'm gonna be meet release. Music is david morris. And i'm gonna. I'm gonna i'm gonna talk about you. Know my roots and while i'm from grew up in charleston west virginia so morgantown was obviously a natural progression. Yeah just realize hey. I need to get back to back to my roots. Anita need a representative for people who grew up in small towns and who who understand a place like charleston and morgantown and the reception has just been amazing. Ever since in here. I am on the pat mcafee show. Hone it down by the way hysterical to think about as we are you know if we if weird adventure back to us to roaming around morgantown guy and say hey listen in two thousand and twenty one all right. You're going to be just david morse years going to be fucking stupid ass. Pat max still your stupid ass magazine and you guys are going to get a chance to chat about the growth. I am so incredibly proud. Man thank you my brother no problem if somebody told you back then when you were just destroying the football you know through the goalpost somebody said hey. Twenty twenty one. You're going to just get paid a lot of money to just talk crazy. Show with your friends on the internet about sports football wrestling. Whatever would believe him now. No i would not. It would have been awesome. Hey fucking hey. let's do it. I think now this is interesting. Because your same age as i am but live from the heartland. Usa smashed on tiktok. Tiktok say a whole different animal in the you know twitter in the invention of sound like a ninety year old man but the invention of being able to go live on your phone okay and being able to do something in public with everybody having a forte camera and back in the day it was just a shitty camera. Whatever but that wasn't like that back in the day. But i think if it was everybody says obviously the parties aren't as the same or whatever i think we would add a pretty creative place in morgantown west. Virginia if we are able to make content through those college years i mean it would have been it would have been wildly out there. It would have been much different. I mean listen west. Virginia university has had a reputation for for decades for being just one of the if not the craziest party school especially back in our day. There you know there were couches burned in the streets that still happens. They flipped a car over and set it on fire outside of my house on pawn on grant. It's been a while too. And i feel like we would have been at the forefront of utilizing whatever social media we could to let people know that west virginia goes the hardest. So yeah it's it's a different day and age man it's a it's pretty wild To to think about how far we welcome. David you're and parties back then and the parties You just talk to me. It's hard to. And i feel like an asshole because i get invited to. I used to at least nowadays. I don't drink that much anymore. Because i mean i talked many years off my life in morgantown and that is not like an exaggeration. I'm talking like every night. it was. There was penny pitchers on wednesday. Drink to you drowned on thursday. I mean just like everything was under five bucks. Come just get after it. Whatever you and i did. And i got loans out to do. I had a good time with that and you woke up and went to football practice every game and work. I don't know how. I tried to a couple of times with college. Kids you go fucking puke all right. I'm gonna go. Workout with mike borrowers. Who's a madman six thirty. Am let's have a good time with running back tonight though..

"I think in this particular strand of covid that digs. And i think john got a made him better all of a sudden. He said he was more relaxed on sunday than he's ever been. Obviously those two massive plots. Everybody's fallen down the leaderboard. I'm incredibly happy for that guy. J i was here zito connected me at the beginning when you came back here at the top of the hour and so i was watching you. Talk about the different strands and everything so is but you're trying to tell me that he is getting he got the performance enhancing covert and he saying no i just have the clutch gene. And that's what my gene does to normal. Yeah digits saying there's only one strand of covert. It's whether or not you got it and you actually have you either. You're either born with it nor or it's not and that's what digs is trying to spin. Which would make him. A superhuman surat is why he's spending the narrative. We're not sure if the research is accurate or not maybe rahm and dig share that particular false whatever but diggs got much better at gambling. I mean much much much. Better tenfold better at gambling. Whatever he got. Jon rahm six stroke lead with covid last week in then wins this thing when everybody else loses one week after covid. You have to wonder if it's the same thing that digs club. Maybe open moth kissed. I'm glad he was able to play in the event. What did he to show to enter test negative for a few days i guess before they were. Let them go yourself. I think the big thing and everybody is to negative tests in a row. I think that's the nba thing for chris. Paul right now. And i think that was that now. Granted all these protocols chains like weekly down. It feels like it this article today because a few weeks ago when this happened. You guys were talking about. Did you have to stay in columbus. What happened he a southwest flight booked or he was going to take a private plane. Couldn't do either of those. Obviously because he had covert he didn't want he couldn't drive back to phoenix so he got an air ambulance. Apparently those are thing. He hopped a an air ambulance plain. Fake i wanna let you know agent you. You were attacking us for talking about well. How's it going on earth nosy as covert. He's a lot to be around anybody remember. We said that he's got on. A plane flew to phoenix. He had to find a fucking ambulance align. Probably a hundred thousand dollars to get that thing up in the sky. Pay half take great plain dominant. Better point fluids up. Joining us not probably. Iv's shout out so sorry to interrupt. I want to let you know.

"For your dream. How this is a big time to be andrew. Brandt we need you right now. Bub pat this is for sports law. Business nerds like me as a big day. You know how. Many cases in the united states supreme court deals sports. You could probably count them on one. Maybe two hands over the last whatever hundred years so in something that goes to the supreme court that evolves sports is big. So let me get us up to date on where we are with this case all can as you mentioned From west virginia football player leading the charge to sort of get the ncaa to loosen restraints on what colleges can give or not give to athletes so the ninth circuit where the court before the supreme court said. Hey there's no restrictions on what they can do as long as it's education-related okay so we're gonna come back to that okay. The supreme court said that lower court the ninth circuit out of california. They said yeah. We're in that's the deal nine to zero. The supreme court unanimously agrees with the plaintiffs. The players that there are no restrictions on benefits that schools can give to players as long as their education related. What does that mean. That means internships. That means computers. That means study abroad. That means Internships that relate to somehow to their education. It's hard to define but let me just say what before we get to questions what it is not and i think this is coming but what it is not is pay for play. Okay so i appreciate you saying that it is not because you are lawyers are like doctors. You can't say a definite until it actually is because there's so much that has to happen for something to become a definite. I understand but with cavanaugh like beer. I still hear brad kavanagh. I mean i bet you he used to just house beers or whatever and he probably still does especially after making a statement like he made. It sounded like although this is about educational stuff it sounded like what the broader picture and if we could pull up these quotes by the way the general sense from cavanaugh was basically like the nc double is not above the law. Everybody else has to pay their workers to make the vast amounts of money that they are making. The schools are conspiring with competitor's to pay no salaries to the workers who are making the schools billions of dollars on theory that consumers want schools to pay their workers. Nothing then also went on to say to be sure they ended up in. its member. Colleges maintain important traditions. That become a part of the fabric of america. Game days in tuscaloosa and southbound shot southbound by the way here in indiana. The pack gyms in stores in. Durham the women's and men's lacrosse championships on memorial day. Weekend track and field and eugene spring and baseball world series. Oklahoma city omaha. The list goes on but those traditions alone so nice. This is the sandwich technique that you lawyers love doing. Let's go and build it up at the front are then. Let's slide in the piece of the big problems we have them. Put the bread back on down to the bottom but those traditions cannot justify the a.'s. Decision to build a massive money raising enterprise on the backs of student. Athletes who are not fairly compensated. Nowhere else in. America can businesses get away with agreeing not to pay their work as a fair market rate on the theory that the product is defined by not paying their workers a fair market rate in under ordinary principles of antitrust law. It's not evident white college. Sports should be any different. The nc double a. is not above the law. Was that cavenaugh saying in your your. You have a lot degree and everything like that. You know there's much more than me. Is that him saying. Hey whatever other ones they you guys think is the right. Push to get us if it makes its way to the supreme court. We're on your side. Is that what he's saying. Hey let's start cooking. He's i know the education one was tip of the iceberg means for actual law and grounds for actual thing. Let's get that other shit in two. Is that what he's saying. He's setting up the stage. Yeah i'll i. I feel like beer. I like college for paulk. Paid like this a good move by an idea that you're you're coming to my class next. I need you to set me up like that and then the students will do so can so listen cavenaugh setting up for the next time love most of us all cabinet was you said last time publicly in his confirmation hearings and everything that came out of that who knew tough that justice brad kavanagh would be the champion of the united states supreme court for student athlete rights even in his questioning of oral arguments. Back a couple of months ago in this case was heard he was stride against the ncaa. He was after them like. Why is this there. Why are we still doing this. All the things you just read. He was forecasting when he was asking the questions and he wrote a savage scathing opinion against the ncaa. Now let's temperate. That is still not beyond education levitt related benefits but he's saying to the ncaa and jeff kessler lawyers represent nfl and nba players. Come here next time. I'll still be here and we're going to go further yet. He'll still be there what he's setting the stage for a he saying the. Ncaa has stuck to this principles amateurism for hundred years. Where it as you said. We got these multibillion dollar contracts. We got a different stage of nca athletic money business of sports. We can't just hold onto this amateurs many more so now we have education related benefits. What as of today pat. You can't be a school that stops them from given some fancy computer. You can't be a school that stops then from giving some high paid internship. You can't be a that. Does this stuff down the road. We'll see what happens. We pay for play but right now. Anything tethered education. Screen court says yeah. Nc can stop. That you're done. Do you think any of the other justices even realize what type of racquet was going on with. Nc double late in the athletes are. Do you think that they are so. I mean i assume busy as justice. The supreme court. And you said there's only been a handful of sports things that i've ever made their way up there. It is it. And i assume there'll be more and more younger. Just add on. no. I'm not even getting into that. I believe i saw that made. Its way into my time line and if it makes its way into my time line that is not good when it comes to that whole thing i knew kavanagh though before this particular stay because of his performance at that thing or whatever but do you think he potentially was the one in there that had to lay out the case on why the aa is such bullshit was that why was nine. Oh or do you think. The supreme court would have always been fully on the back of the student athletes. If they had known that there was this type of going where they just kind of oblivious to it you think i think they knew it was a nine zero decision unanimous decision This was gore such justice gorsuch. Who is the newest justice. Before cavenaugh wrote the majority opinion he wrote the main opinion and then cavenaugh for good measure. Took all these shots in a concurring opinion. Yeah i was nine. I didn't think there was a justice. Briar during the arguments thought he was kind of squarely in the camp of the ncaa but low behold no. It's nine oh listen you just mentioned something. The changing world of sports take this bigger picture three years ago. The last case in the united states supreme court about sports with sports betting where new jersey meet back the ncaa the nba. The nfl major league baseball hockey saying no. You can't stop sports gambling and then it started in the states and here we are today. You've got a company like fan does sponsoring a big national show russia. Yeah thank you. They are sponsoring a sponsor national shows. Do they needed that. They only had regional shows and they got national shows. But yeah you're right. There's a precedent whenever the supreme court get's involved right that normally it becomes the president in. That's.

"Three ten three fifteen. I had a teatime set saturday morning. Nine a m with from mattie via big. Dan and big mitch offerman call. It was very nice. People were like a cue call somebody. I'm not signing up to go golf with fuckin- big three people are whatever in mattie responded me in a private text and he was like hey what time you wanna golf with nine am too early. You have something going on or whatever he's i said. I think i could make in the afternoon. But i'm not harm central all right cool one o'clock you're coming basically was like you're coming and i never ever do. This is something i would never do. But i'm like literally i'm not just sitting here by myself all day and i don't think there was other than golf tourney what you're only got you know electric on sunday. I guess there's nothing for me to do so. I go gate for gate for game. We go back long drive all the way back deep into this beautiful golf course absolutely gorgeous golf course i drive in. I parked my car. I get up there. They say who are you here to meet. I see baddy may go always in the back way back or whatever i'm like i need to buy some closer though. I don't have sells for a shirt. Shorts needed a hat. And then matty comes in six mahan. I go cool. Which card is no kara walking. What wallman needs some some guy got here we are. He was like yeah. What do you want a car. He like asked me to. Do you want a car. And i was like is something we can get your card if you need a car but this is like walking core. Sort of and i'm like okay. I've only done this time in my life. I was forced to do it then. Okay this is kind of like one of those feels like. I'm not forced to do. I could leave but okay. i'll do this. We're gonna have a day here. So i get these incredible shoes Great g four hat. G dash for f. o. r. e. grand. We should think about it. They have great hats. It seem like good shoes. I think this entire thing damper. Probably very expensive. But bruce phil should write that down and took potentially do something with them. So i get this whole thing. We go out there. Rendezvous barbers golfing in really. Yeah me ron barbara guy who who owns a bank crank named paul got an and matty and we want four caddies my guy tony fucking top of the line new. Tony's been there twenty years. Fifteen years knows that course inside and out he knows every single one of those one hundred and forty seven sand traps mile course. I walked every vote of about five thousand. Two hundred and eighty feet in a mile walk every single one of them seven times on his golf course had the time of my life. I had a blast rendezvous barber one of the coolest dudes. I've never met before i had. He was awesome. I mean we're having a good time. There's music there's nobody else out. Of course. I guess not a lot of people golfing afternoon tampa in the middle of summer. It was hundred and fuck intended. I sweat a lot. I was hot as balls out walking around. Rhonda barbara awesome paul. Awesome mattie awesome. I met the guy. It created the blooming onion. Maybe get i think. So how's it. Hey good gore's called hands. It was awesome dude places. The course place i've ever been. How'd you play. Yeah i mean this. Isn't your local community tough course. So you know what i've learned is the people that are members. They're like enjoy golf but they also like the seclusion. I think of the place so it has to be a course that they can play on a regular basis that they don't just get bored of so. I think it's a pretty fucking chat. It is a tough course. Rhonda's helluva player. I mean a hell of a player and he was on a good time to wasn't like a boring gulf wrong. It was like a music playing having a good time Paul great golfer. They're all very good gophers. But i i think i kept up. I mean i mean. I definitely lost out of every body. Slow down and that was my first time on. Say everyone else is point the court so it's a little different versus. I got them to pop a couple times early when i told him you know. I've been hitting the backyard. Let's the match translates the grass. Good gosh dude got. We'll see we'll see you know. Did you play better than you thought you. Yeah play pretty good. And i think when you walk by the way you don't want to just go zigzag through the entire course because at seven miles becomes fourteen so i think you like dial and a little bit. Tony my fucking caddy he. He eliminated a club from the bag after two bad shots with the glove. He's done before. What's it into that. Good yeah he was good so then the next one probably would have been four and he just brings out the five. He's i hear you. Mike but swing thing. He gave me like golf lessons through the day. I mean it was a. I feel like i played really good golf for the first time ever being out shot under one hundred by good bego. They kept score. I did have to pick up and there was a big now but it was like real felt like it was. I enjoyed it a lot. I i think we're four hours and one hundred and ten degrees good sweat hours all what you talk about. Oh yeah. I'm talking drench shirts and i've got a red bull yada. Aw brought out there. And i didn't have the so every two holes. There's a water thing where you just get like. They have their bottle on it. But it tastes like fiji. She's like one of the coolest places i've ever been very. I should have been there obviously. I should have been and once. I learned the price to get in. I'm like okay back at maybe to offset so much. I enjoyed it like i had a great so it did make you want to go play more. Yeah i yes like. I did now saturday night. Two am three am for the first time in like fifteen years get woken up in the middle of the night both hamstring scranton. Nobody's ever then. He tries stretch one and the other one's tightening up. I did a full leg lock but drop onto the bed three. Am a little bit half asleep. I've had that since college whenever we're going through some workout. Where your both your hamstring. She's crying normally. When you're growing up you get like one at a time or whatever playing sports then you get the double on. You're like oh this is the worst thing of all time. I got it saturday night after that seven mile. Walk red bull. Yod could drink like it's a water on a couple of holes. I was. I was not a great spot but i would do it again. I don't. I'm still sort of this day If i would have had to climb that cage last night if boobs came out with a guitar. I'm not sure i would have been able to get up with the likes. Yeah i don't think with the legs. Were been able to get up there. But i feel off games coming around how you guys weekend. Everything good you guys. Sure to enjoy yourself. Oh yeah we also played gotha crazy that it actually took you last night of time to walk eighteen than it did for us to eighteen with a car. It finally clock time. We didn't tee off until two forty five. I think they booked about one hundred people. Nice two clocks good time to catch the tail end of the afternoon so might be hopping down. You could sleep in still. Get a lunch brunch. There on the weather was so bad. We flew back friday night and it was just pouring so we figured out be nobody on the course and boy. It was beautiful. "Anything hopes for out of their fans. Okay they're very passionate bunch. They absolutely love wrestling okay. They have their entire lives. But at this point. I feel like a lot of them have potentially gotten jaded because a lot of others that they follow on there are pointing out all the negatives so they become like the harshest group of fans. Maybe that i've ever encountered. I feel like i've done some things now. I've gotten a chance to do a lot of stuff. The wrestling fans harshest group to get in with all right. But i knew that. Because i was on twitter a lot and i was also following a lot of people in a wrestling to me because i've been a fan of the rest of the community so i kind of knew what to expect going like okay. These people are going to hate me. Normally in the past whenever an outsider goes into a wrestling match. That person's the baby face the good guy and it's because they're promoting whatever. They're the good person very quickly in before we very quickly ended the conversation to even potentially lead to any of this stuff everybody on the same page including me. It's i'm the fucking bad and they were like they're like yeah. You know there was a couple of people not the really high up people but there's a couple of people that are like nope is the bad guy. Drives conversation bad guy drives match basically because back beats up good guy right does herself goes and also you're going against big bad guy. Yeah big big bag. Or whatever. And i'm like yeah but the conversations i was having this conversation up top happens high level happens. I'm like you know how this wrestling community is going to be okay. I'm coming in. I'm getting an opportunity that all these other wrestlers over in literally busting their asses and bingo halls gymnasiums and all over the world. I'm taking one of their spots. I'm also a fan. That's getting a chance to do something that everybody has dreamed of. I mean i'm the bad guy here. I am clearly the bad guy in by the way. Okay in the back. Because i knew exactly so. It's very cool to know that you're probably going to be bashed by community when you go in there because you're new you're taking one of their favorite persons. You know spots or made. This happens with everybody like this happens. Wrestlers commentators even interview kickoff panels as happens in the wrestling world a lot so to see a lotta love from the internet wrestling community last night. It was very nice. I appreciate you all. I feel like. I've tried my best approve. I know what the fuck. I'm talking about a little bit. I don't know anywhere near the amount that a lot of you do. In everybody else in the business does. But i appreciate the love last night in i agree me and michael cole. Fucking killed it. Try it now with that. Being said it's because the matches are awesome are only as good as what you're talking about but me sit next to michael cole. I am so lucky. Hey this motherfucker so good. He's a rolodex of information. At all. Times anything i say. Feels like he's in my brain with me like he understands either where i'm going or what had last night. He mispronounced counter point. That was a fun time that happened in the middle of a match. But he's the greatest. I'm literally setup with like five parachutes. I'm having a great time. It's a. I'm enjoying the hell out of it. I'm a little tired a little tired. I was down there long weekend. S thursday boys all including foxy one. Back home for father's day weekend enjoy so down tampa by myself. Didn't want to board the dogs this weekend and then also all next week or put them in their pet palace or family. Stay at the house or whatever we're going to do because it's seven animal a lot of things so sam was able to make it because we're leaving next week so i was just down there by myself. Want me and my thoughts who that was fun. Some you play some music pool has a pool. I sat outside by the pool. I did. I did door dash by myself here. We go turns out delivery issues. All hey rolling blackouts in the delivery. Ask tough right now. Yeah i actually had to go pick up. My food is seven eleven. But i did order a door dash thing that came four hours later. Okay because i guess. The delivery app was out for door dash those friday night. Maybe i think it had been maybe saturday night. I'm not sure which night it was. When i was kind of outside by the pool with myself i ordered something and then it basically said my order was cancelled and there was no people to pick it up then. Two and a half hours later. I didn't even notice. They found a dasher from me in then. It showed up like three and a half hours later in the driver. Joshua sent me texas said your foods been sitting here for two and a half hours. They said they will not remake it. I was like that's cool. Bring it on over s four hours late one put in the fridge. That's going to be bad by the time we get back down there but it was nice to kind of have my own little time down there. Don't love it obviously got lonely at times. You smoked the massive amount of dope down there whenever that happened. But i won't golfing on saturday. How was it okay so you know. I text coach. Shipley horse super bowl champion in tampa bay. Gatekeeper down there thursday and friday. I don't remember when it was. I texted him. I said hey. I think i'm gonna be alone on saturday. Is there any golf courses or anything. I can just go hit up. You know. spend some time. I was thinking you know. Just go golf by myself. Playing music cheer have have a great time. You know what i mean. He was like. Yeah let me go ahead and because aac you love golf. And he's been down there one super bowl so he connects with some guy big mitch. Okay so big mitch. Myself an cure on a group text. And this is like five minutes before the show on friday. K big mitch. While the show's happening puts me in a group text with big dan. This is about one thirty one forty five. They connect big. Dan then puts me into a group text with mattie kay and that's like two o'clock in by the time our show ended on friday three zero five three ten three fifteen. I had a teatime set saturday morning. Nine a m with from mattie via big. Dan and big mitch offerman call..
Menopause: What the Heck Do My Labs Mean?
"Let's jump into today's topic. Which is how to interpret your labs. Now a reason. I get this question. A lot is because a lot of times. I find that the women who are asking their clinicians to order these labs either do so disgruntling. -ly were they don't do so at all. And they're left to their own defenses to try to interpret. What their labs mean or on the flip side. If they're willing to get labs sometimes. I see way. Too many labs be ordered like every progesterone byproduct. Which just isn't really necessary. So i wanna try to teach see how to interpret your own laps now. The first thing that you do want to know is guessing where you might be in the peri. Menopause to menopause transition now guessing actually means thinking about what your period are doing now. The diagnosis of menopause is actually not period in twelve months. In that is the most obvious predictor. So think about what you're periods are doing. That's going to be the first step in interpreting the lab. Work that you're getting so what i want you to do is either electronically if you pull out your phone and you start writing down when you have spotting or any type of bleeding that point to be really helpful and if you're one of those women who doesn't get periods anymore than this is something that you don't necessarily have to track but you could track what you may be think are. Pms like symptoms. So who are the women that don't get periods well if you've had a hysterectomy you don't have your uterus anymore. That's one reason you're not bleeding now in this scenario should have your ovaries in. Because if you're over his were taken out than it obvious that you're already in menopause. The other reasons you could have a progesterone releasing udine place in your uterus which is effectively creating a very thin urine lining. So you don't have any periods. You coulda had a uterine artery. Embolism action where you don't get periods anymore or you could have had an ablation and you won't get periods anymore. If you're not getting periods you can't use your periods but you may still beginning. Pms like symptoms so you might wanted then track. Are you feeling bloated. Are you feeling gase. Are you feeling moody. Are you craving salt or chocolate. Things that when you used to get your periods would let you know it was the hormonal fluctuation leading up to that
How To Work Through Pregnancy And Menopause.
"Hi and welcome to help each other hurt a podcast dedicated to uncovering many of the women's health issues many of us are wondering about but few of us are talking about my mission is to expose the current gaps in knowledge and Care on all things Women's Health. Enjoy. Welcome back to the show. So today's episode is going to be all about pregnancy and how conditions may may have affected your pregnancy can come back to play a role in perimenopause and menopause. So you may think these two are completely unrelated and I am here to let you know. There's actually some really interesting themes that we may be able to gleam from our pregnancy that we can use when we look forward to or as we're entering into perimenopause and menopause. Before we get into that let's hear a word from our sponsor from Pharma. Thank you so much for sponsoring. Today's episode film Pharma is a woman's health care company the focuses on putting women first off then Farm was established to help women who are often forgotten about the pharmaceutical industry their products address vaginal and Volvo dryness itching and pain. We're always told how important it is to moisturize our face, but our intimate areas just as important many women have trouble talking about dryness with their doctors and do not know where to turn them far. My mom is here for you. This company feels women should feel comfortable making intimate skin hydration a part of their daily skincare routine try their products today for relief from vaginal and Volvo, dryness wage and pain check them out at fem pharma.com. That's, you are not going to be disappointed. All right, so here comes a fun job. Moment of Truth one of the reasons I wanted to do this episode today is because I am expecting and I've been hiding this fact for a pretty long time. I am in my third trimester and so far pregnancy has gone just fine. I'm not one of those people who really enjoys being a pregnant. I know many women who do simply not one of them. So I have been trying to hide it and I guess that's my way of not focusing so much on it. Thankfully. I'm lucky to be pretty healthy during this pregnancy. And this will be my third child is a surprise. We don't know yet if it's going to be a boy or a girl so it'd be really fun if you want to stick around and see I'm due in early June and not anything like my last baby. This baby might be a little early. So if there is a little break in podcast episodes, it's probably because I just had a baby now you also log I love working and I love what I do is I'll probably be back pretty quickly. And at this point I've gotten really efficient at getting podcast episode out to you. So I wanted to let you know because I do not feel like I was being honest hiding this any longer and I am really excited but it really led me to think about let's talk about how pregnancy relates to. Pause and menopause now. I just said I'm one of those people who loves being pregnant. That's mostly because I'm uncomfortable a lot. However, I have been really blessed to have healthy pregnancies, but every single pregnancy can be thought of as a stress test. So do you know what a stress test is if you don't we typically think about cardiovascular stress tests where they put the little leads you and you have to walk or run on the treadmill and they're looking at the EKG to see when you're under stress what happens to your body and this is gleaming information about future cardiovascular or current call log. Vascular risks that you may have and pregnancy is a very similar. It's a, you know, forty weeks stress test to see when we put your body under a little bit of stress or conditions that arise that may play a role in your health as we go down the line and we're starting to clean so much more information about what we can take from our state and as pregnant women into our health as we go forward, for example, if you had gestational diabetes or gestational hypertension preeclampsia, a preterm birth postpartum depression off or any of these other complications, and I'm going to talk to you about what all those could mean and we're still Gathering a lot of this data. So more and more is to come now what you've never had a baby or you haven't had a pregnancy in your lifetime. I think this episode will still be really interesting because we're learning so much about maternal health and female birth. Factors that are completely independent or different from the traditional and I'm saying those are question. You can't see me risk factors, which is based on the mail system. So thinking about these is also really interesting as well as if you have a friend or a daughter or a niece who's going to be pregnant. This is such a really interesting information to know about first. I'm going to walk you through some soft findings and soft findings means. This is just what I see clinically and I don't really know how it's going to go on to apply but one of the things that I do see a very common basis is women who have had a postpartum depression seemed to have an increased risk for either pmdd, which is severe PMS or mood symptoms in perimenopause and into

Philadelphia Eagles' Darius Slay Meets With New Coach
"Try to keep his posit possible but coming on philly a lot of negative with the carson wentz situation. Doug peterson gone. new head. Coach has a press conference. That is completely botched. I mean it did not go fantastic. Have you talked to the new head coach. Have you gotten a chance to kind of meet. Maybe new coaches. And how do you feel about the season going in. Feel good man. I met with all the coaches have taught man looking forward to seeing what they could bring to the table. Men helping me. Elevate my game than have must elevate as a as a team so You know. I got high hopes man. They come in there with a lot of energy and You know the first thing. I talked to manage managers base say. Football's will be fine and that's what it's all about having fun. It was a good though. Pretty smooth like the way he was way better than his. That's what i was trying to get to your. I didn't wanna come out. I appreciate getting there. Yeah because if i saw that press conference i'd be looking at that. My i got some questions here now. How this guy nice to know that. It's a smooth compensation football being fun less thinking more athlete takeover. That is really good news for
Philadelphia Eagles CB Darius Slay on Matthew Stafford trade to Los Angeles Rams, what to expect from Jalen Hurts
"And all pro a pro bowler the interception leader in the entire. Nfl in the year. Two thousand seventeen now philadelphia. Eagles formerly of the lions ladies and gentlemen dairy slack pickling was good. It was good how you doing man not too shabby. I just sneezed a couple of times. Because i'm allergic to the cable companies over charging people it's unbelievable. What's going on out here. Darius i just saw you i believe you were talking about you. Stafford with the nfl films. He is leaving officially now. We'll get into you by the way i want. You know we do appreciate you coming on. We think you're baller. We'll talk about your life as well. But i would like your thoughts on something. It's happening pretty topical here. Matthew stafford is going to the los angeles rams night. The guy who wore number nine put out a nine minute video via the detroit. Lions which basically was emotional. It was a beautiful watch. Evan fox diehard lions van damme. your. I almost cry me so there was. Yeah yeah me too. I got a little. What if there's a lot of people i think are about to be introduced to matthew stafford. 'cause when your quarterback for the lines are not necessarily on prime time television all the time except for maybe thanksgiving. He's an absolute stud. And i think a lot of people are about to learn that. Do you feel the same way as somebody that was shared a field with him. For what six seven years or whatever in detroit and he got mad they gotta gotta go be unbelievable down man on the la. He's a very talented man. Smart guy he will work hard and He's a great leader. Man lead by example. He approached practice. The right way Like i never seen it. professionals is a long time and he. He's he's the man what is what do you think he's gonna do to that team. And that offense obviously he and mcveigh both guys of alpha personalities. But it seems like stafford. Also is one of the tougher quarterbacks ever to play the game i know he played with. What a broken back. Like what do you. What do you think he does instantly for that office. Up thinking to bring a lot of like know accuracy. Deep ball guy He will carry a team man go he could take any low In low you wanna give him you know. Click gays comeback. Like i said for longest man. Staffer was only missing a great defense in our Around half a great defense. Becky continue to get the ball back when i was at time. Stafford was putting up thirty points. Defense flutie given up thirty points to as well so but guy that got a defender keeping twenty point under seventeen points under yes tap. Wanna put up clear. A thirty points easily. Isn't that something that's pretty interesting is. We're talking to darius like corner for the philadelphia eagles. Now isn't that something interesting to think about in this is coming from a corner. Who's on defense. Is that a thought. Hey if we keep them under twenty points are guys going to be able to get an. Is that a goal going into each game. Hey now greenwich last shutout. We want this but the realistic like. Hey if we keep this under twenty. There's a good chance guy's gonna get that. Is that something that actually goes through your mind yet. Easily may cause you know a you see the work definitely with guys like staffer. Long enough man. He gets hot seagoing man. He's unstoppable star any kind of way Making the easiest Hardest make look easy. And you know that's always a defense go to have a team on the twenty. Most of the guys honestly as a quarterback league wants big status scoreboard up. I'm not going to ask you about the drama. That's been surrounding your team. Because there'd be incredibly unfair to you. You're not involved in that but jalen hurts appears to be the quarterback going into next year for you guys. What did you see. Jalen that makes you think like okay. This guy is going to be our guy. There was moments of greatness out there. I don't think everything was as smooth on offense as out of the ball last year as we would hope. But what do you think like philadelphia. Eagles fan should expect from jalen hurts. That you've seen behind the scenes. It's like hey this is. There's a reason this guy's going to be our guy now because he's a great leader as a young guy came to a chip on her shoulder. honestly man no disrespect carson. But he always felt like that was his spot. You know Causing the great guy but he came into the yoga came into the room into basic on. Take over to the office. You know as Why not disrespect me. Just as in i want to come compete against you to become this guy and i want to be the face at his team. He always had a ball always had drive in that kind of separate a lot of guys that you know. He was kind of just determined. You know is competitive. Why not disrespectfully. It just like mom. Okay to compete. You're the best rocky for the team. That's all were you surprised at all. Were any teammates surprise to see him. Like what's he like that from day one Well we already saw that. He had a lot of swagger about him ignored college. That's what we use as the term. Now as you see a goddess plan college boy he got a lot of sway. You carry yourself the right way and you can see in alabama and he you ever had to take no game bitch at a at a taleban. Dan going over. The numbers being heisman candidate. You know so. He had a lotta drive yet. A lot of a lot of stoudt loves to prove he. He's ready to prove it right now.
J.J. Watt is leaving the Houston Texans
"Talk about it real quick here about the current state of the nfl. All right to shawn watson is going to be somebody that's talked about if this is the way the. Nfl becomes with high super caliber superstar quarterbacks wanting out of their russell wilson is somebody you would never think whatever asked to be traded or moved or anything other than go hawks matthew stafford we thought he was potential gonna die on a football field while wearing alliance jersey because he would never ever come out and say hey. This is not for me anymore. Okay i would like to potentially go on and have success somewhere because when legacies are talked about hall of fames or talked about. I just heard what happened. philip rivers. I would like that not to happen to me. But this is not the type of guy i am at all now got. Jj watt not that type guy at all by all accounts. He's going in saying. Get me out of here. That's when it gets interesting because now it's not you know because back in the day they would move somebody is they're labeled a distraction. Let's get out of here. Let's go do whatever now. It's like all of the biggest name players that you would never expect a walter payton man of the year potentially the greatest philanthropic person in the nfl is potentially saying you know what i mean a new landscape. I'm intrigued to see how this continues. How each of these situations gets talked about judge in how many of them actually happened. Because the seahawks without russ stink. The texans were out the shawn watson. Probably gonna stink now without. Jj watt not to jj watt winning. Them games good player. I mean he's a great player. He's gonna play well somewhere else. Wide jason ring. It's like all these teams are are potentially at the mercy of their big name
Seahawks management not happy with Russell Wilson
"Some drama in the streets russell. Wilson's team his personal team of fended his. Nfl team his nfl team is not happy with the russell team or russell. Right now. Allegedly will russell wilson be traded. Is russell wilson. The man that the seattle seahawks won all in on and got rid of everybody else could force his way out of seattle because he doesn't like the way he's being protected his chef came out and said hey. Listen we don't like what's going on on the football field. His promotional manager his marketing manager his agent his strength and conditioning coach his body guru. Everybody that is on the team. Ross what's number three team three. I believe his team three came out and said something. About the way the seattle seahawks have operated entreated the three in team three that was just moments or maybe even an hour or two before. Russell wilson was three was scheduled to go on with dan. Patrick was this a plan by team three to get a little bit of drama contrivances sparked so that maybe they could get russell wilson out of seattle into another city that maybe they feel he'd be able to win a super bowl again at be back in that conversation back in the mvp conversation and all that because that seems a little bit of a combo there. We're going to leak some shit. About how pissed off we are. Then we're gonna have russell wilson by the way chug somebody's celsius me. Die right there.

"So that number to call is 1 808 19 to 575. I'll give it to you again. It's 1 800 a 19 to 575. If you just tuned in. We're talking with Dr Michael Pincus about stress and the negative effects that everyday stress has on your body. Whether it's job stress, financial stress, family stress. Any form of stress takes a serious physical toll on your body. And Dr Pincus, you were talking about how your kill Max formula can help us in this battle against stress. And I guess this is something everyone should be aware of whether you're 24 or 94. Well, I've used it for many, many years as a younger person. And now as I'm aging, a swell I use this and it definitely helps me sleep better helps control the stress of the workaday world. And many people just be amazed how this actually worked. Because our formula have a chemical reaction that occurs before you actually ingest it. Kill Max is pre dissolved. It doesn't get lodged in your system. And so what happens is that when people drink the kill Max It's like an infusion into your body. It's like a wall like you compress it. And so people who are in pain they take the kill Max. The calcium, magnesium gets into the muscle, and it starts to relax it. Dr Pincus. You talked earlier about how stress affects your energy, and I'd like you to elaborate a little bit more on that subject. If you would, I mean does stress really affect our energy levels? Good question, because energy is like the biggest thing right now, like people, chronic fatigue, syndrome, PMS and fibromyalgia. Wiping people out. That's the key. The low energy is a lot of it's caused by pain feeling old. Your joints don't move. Well, this kind of wipes you out. It drains your energy. And then then you're get tired and you go to sleep. That's why you don't sleep. I'm telling you like common scenarios due to a lack of calcium and magnesium in your system when you have a cow, Max, and the first thing.
‘It Has To Stop’: Metro Atlanta Election Officials Receive Death Threats During Recount
"All gone too far. All of it. Joji Gentlemen today asked for Chris friends, a patriot who ran CISA to be shot. Twentysomething check and when it counted today has death threats and a noose put out, saying it should be hung for treason because he was transferring a report on batches from PMS toe account a computer so he could read it. It has to stop. Mr President. You have not condemned these actions or this language senators. You have not condemned this language or these actions. This has to stop. We need you to step up. And if you could take a position of leadership show something that was top ranking Georgia election official Gabriel Sterling Joe Degenova is on President Trump's legal team for his election lawsuits. Chris Krebs is the former United States director of the Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency, who was fired from his position two weeks ago. Here's more from Sterling, Mr President. It looks like you likely lost the state of Georgia. We're investigating. There's always a possibility I get and you have the rights to go through the courts. What you don't have the ability to do and you need to step up and say this is stop inspiring people to commit potential acts of violence. Someone's gonna get hurt. Someone's gonna get shot. Someone's gonna get killed. Here to talk about what's going on in the lead up to Georgia's Senate runoff, says Emma Hurt a reporter at W A. B C. That's Atlanta's NPR station. Emma. Thanks so much for being here. Thanks for having me Jen, so just elaborate a bit more on sterling speech. What threats are election officials and workers facing the state. Yes. So he's talking specifically about a contractor in his twenties for the voting machine company that state uses. There was a video of him that went sort of viral on pro Trump social media, and there was a close up of his name badge. And so he was personally targeted. You know, Sterling mentioned a news being found outside his house. He's had death threats, said he should be hung for treason. His family has also been targeted. And this isn't the first time that there's been this kind of attack on a election worker of Fulton County election worker had to go into hiding closer to the election because he was being harassed because of a different out of context. Viral video. And I mean, our senators immediately responded to Sterling's statement, saying, We do condemn this violence. The president's campaign also said that but you know, they said, we're going to stand by our questioning of the election. We still think that things went wrong. But the president this morning didn't take that. Fact, he called the election rigged again. Which again you know, Election officials have repeatedly said, isn't true. So it zip it of chaos right now. Well, as you say the allegations of widespread misconduct are simply not True, but is that clear to voters in Georgia? Yeah. I mean, that's the question, and unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be to some voters on down in Georgia and across the country, even though these messages about there being no evidence of widespread voter fraud have been consistently coming out of Georgia's Republican controlled secretary of state's office. Those officials are now being attacked from the right for saying that by supporters of the president who believe that the election was rigged and that there were problems President Trump called our secretary of state, the enemy of the people. That's someone that he endorsed and who endorsed him on DSA. So it's the Republican officials are trying their best to counter this misinformation. Starling called it a game of whack a mole, but you know, it's a difficult, you know, you wonder if voters will hear that if they're already Questioning those officials personally, will they believe them when they tell them that there have been now two recounts in Georgia? What's the latest? Yes. So we had a hand count that was part of a state wide audit last week, and this week is the kind of formal recount by machines scanner that the Trump campaign requested. What we heard this morning from the secretary of State's office is that it's on track and that they're not seeing any Signs that the voting the vote totals might change by very much at all.
Dr. Laura Erdman on Hormones & Women's Health
"Why don't you talk to us I about some of the common complaints and things that you see as women come to you either in their late thirties or early forties? And some of the things you often suggest to help them with it. So one of the main things what one of the things that I tried to to to model my practice around is I've been lucky to have a great pediatricians for my kids over the years and one of the things that I loved about them is that at their annual visit I sort of have gotten over the years. An anticipation of what's to come in their development. So when they were four and I was reminded not to be surprised about nightmares when they were six, make sure everybody knew how to swim and as I've sort of modeled my practice around that so Different Ages. I talked to women about what to expect what's coming, and so pretty much what I'd like to cover when women turn forty is. First of all period irregularities. So periods go wacky at the age of forty for many many many women sometimes they get closer together. Sometimes, they get heavier sometimes stay longer in it's really important to know what is normal versus what is just what is abnormal and could be a sign of something being wrong. So I tried to explain what's going on in the background because that helps a lot of women understand and a lot of. Women whom I see just want to know that everything is okay. They see some changes they don't necessarily they're not bothered by them. They don't necessarily want to treat them are going any medicine. They just want to know that everything is okay. But when you see a change in your period when you've always had a perfectly regular monthly period now all of a sudden is coming every three weeks that might see have normal where actually. Isn't. So it's important to remember that in the background are ovaries are getting better, and so they have a limited life span, which is around forty five to fifty years about the age of fifty or fifty one most famous start the transition into menopause Tomase, your ovaries just stop responding to the input from the rain they start making their Hormuz they stop ovulating but before that they get a little bit lazy and they don't really. Respond they don't really let the brain know too well that they're still doing their job. So your brain starts driving them a little bit harder. The brain doesn't age the brain would like our to keep working for forever. So that signal from the brain gets really really really strong but sometimes array say okay, fine I got it. I'll do my thing and so you get pretty much higher highs and lower lows of your normal hormones. And the cycle links between your periods gets a little bit shorter 'cause ovaries almost working a little bit too well in response to does signal from the brain. So that's why if you've had a period that has always been every twenty eight days and now all of a sudden, it is twenty four days that seems like as almost a week too early, but it's not that's totally fine. That's just the brain responding to that increased influence from the or the ovaries responding to the increased signal from the brain. But also since your hormones are hitting your ovarian hormone estrogen progesterone are hitting higher highs and lows. Things like PMS can become a little bit more exacerbated if you have a much higher progesterone level in that second half of your cycle, some people actually start to feel. The beginning of hot flashes right before their period as your estrogen is hitting alot than it ever has before the period can get a little bit heavier because the lining grows a little bit thicker if that estrogen is high in the beginning of the cycle higher than it has been. So all these things have a reason why they're happening, but they can be really really really bothersome. So these are like higher amplitude screens which were already doing but now they're actually kind of going wider in either direction and potentially at a higher frequency, which is what all of us want right now I'm scared. So. It's really really annoying. Now again, none of this is is is there's nothing wrong. Then this there's note illness there's disease there's nothing wrong but as just really really bothersome and it comes at a time in life where for many women their children are getting older there might be other life changes, just normal body aging into it's more difficult to lose weight the joint start aching a little bit more perhaps there's more responsibility in a job, and so it just hits all together at the very wrong time.
AP Source: Chargers' team doctor punctured Taylor's lung
"Adam, Schefter just reported that tyrod Taylor. The reason why he did not get to play this past week in an intern air bear started for the first time against Kansas City chiefs at ended with hitting a fifty eight yard field goals and another fifty eight yard field goal. But a highly contested matchup between the chargers the chiefs it is now being reported that the chargers team doctor accidentally punctured his own quarterback tyrod Taylor's lung just before kick-off. Sunday while trying to administer a painkilling injection to the quarterbacks cracked ribs league and team sources have told ESPN. According to my sources. Adam Schefter says, now, this sounds terrible whenever you give your I read this and like especially the way she afterward it there the chargers team doctor punctured his own quarterbacks lungs, and that sounds absolutely bad and I was kind of mind blown by this believe it or not. We are given a heads up on this yesterday but we're not a big news breaking world I don't want to dive into the news breaking world because there's a bunch of Peron in sharks in. Going ever dive in there. So I asked around to a couple former teammates in friends of mine that have maybe gotten the same procedure how the hell can something like this happens this sounds terrible in the answer I got from everybody who has had this procedure done, which by the way is marketing, which is in the Novacaine. There's another Cain the mark which is. A numbing agent basically that gets shot directly into the area that is injured for instance, in this particular case, the cracked ribs. Now, the reason why it's done. So close to game time is because it only lasts four four and a half hours so they can't get it done in the morning because the numbness wear off, they can't get it done the night before because. Off they have to do it right before the game, which is why it was surprised to everybody that air bear was starting over tyrod Taylor, including Air Bear, and I would assume the entire chargers offense. Now, what happens though just like whenever you're in surgery now granted this happened to the people I talked to harm percents short happened to tyrod Taylor but just like whenever you go in for surgery for anything, they tell you the possible side effects this could. Potentially happen because surgery this could potentially happen. It's like basically this small print at the bottom of contracts like, Hey, this is all the good looking come from this but also this can happen every person that I talked to got a similar treatment as this said that they were told by the doctor that there was a chance that along could get punctured in the process because when you're giving a shot into the ribs, the long obviously is right there one. A. Hundred percent sure of tyrod Taylor. Was told that before we got the shock. I'm just telling you what I was told by people who got very the exact same situation here free. The bruised ribs are cracked ribs allegedly this is a much more common practice than even I knew about I've probably seen guys potentially get this shop before and didn't even know this was happening because I had nothing to do with me but I guess this is a pretty Common practice whenever you have a crab or bruise rib because it works like a charm I was told and I was also told that they shoot it a little bit above wherever the crack or the bruises in. Let's just settling in for four and a half five hours. You feel amazing. It's that next day you see more that night when it wears off that you feel absolutely terrible thus why I am incredibly happy that I played a position where no motherfuckers. where I could potentially need that. So that is what happened. We obviously tease piece for the punctured lung and the cracked ribs for tyrod. Taylor but from my knowledge of my research calling people that got a similar thing, they said that they were told that was a possible outcome. It's like point one percent that it could happen. But in surgery just like anything in the medical field, there is obviously a chance at something bad to happen it happened tyrod Taylor. I'm not giving an excuse for the doctor do your fucking job right? Especially whenever the people that told me, they said it's like a ninety nine. percent chance it goes well and nothing happens. So if you get that one percent and it's a failure, obviously the doctor did not do here and I would assume would have to answer for that. But that is what I've been told about this entire process. That is why it was such a shock to everybody including air bear who said he was surprised in ancient said, let's go and do this. So I think that is why everything happened the way it is I've been told I'm not a doctor they are not doctors but a punctured lung on punctures itself somehow I don't know that means I guess. Shout out to the human body for puncturing itself. He could play week to week is really could potentially play next week. What do you say day breaking news just from in report he's not GonNa play this week harbored is going to start. Okay. So here we go. There's big news not playing this week. So as long isn't completely on punctured and also. I think that is why because the way one down in him losing the starting job was actually the chargers fault that is why Anthony Lynn came out and said unless. tyrod is he's still are started because I would assume Anthony Len former player was like we gotta fuck this guy here. So whenever he was asked about who's the starter even after incredible debut by Air Bear in the game that they had against the Super Bowl Champs Anthony Lynn probably was. I mean, we couldn't say it obviously because worn one hundred percent. Sure because at the time they're probably still reviewing and Anthony Lane. Prada. Didn't get a chance to do a full checkup on house whatever the case maybe didn't and he didn't want to be like. tyrod Taylor's by the way. We're the reason he's out and he is we made this disease like they. Couldn't say that. So that's why I think I was confused by the way insulin handled the question I think a lot of people are potentially confused but now we know air bear starting this weekend tyrod Taylor not only has cracked ribs but also punctured lung hopefully that unpunctual quickly we're not doctors they have no idea but it is nice to know that this type of thing does happen has happened in the past we probably. Haven't heard about it for whatever reason, and this is something that happens on a regular basis with success. So it's not like they were going above and beyond to make him put him on the field. This is something that has happened in the past
