"Only one thing you need. The ESPN app, one app, one tab. Four nil as the messy bag two goals taking a seasonal total to 6, 6. But then it was before the game. But just kill your name. One is player of the year award, no surprise there. And gave us some news about his future or not. Yeah, he said that this is it now. He's decided almost. He said, almost almost decided and that we will know very soon. We asked him. Almost decided he's like being almost pregnant. You've either decided or you know, but because he said, yeah, he's decided and then after that he added Casimir in French, which is like almost, really. What? You have decided or you have not really almost decided. I think we know, I don't want to say because I think we know what's going to happen. Very, very soon now. He's going to announce it. And sticking with PhD guard with makes you happy, jijo Dana ruma was voted legally and goalkeeper of the year. Well done to him. And I guess we can say that it was minimalist since he only started 17 league games. We come in. This is stupid. You know what? Why don't you I'd love to know who the hell votes on this? The players. What would I do that the Muppet show of players? No. This is the same thing I have this disdain for the PFA award here in England is that it's completely stupid to give us the impress when the play against him 17 times. It's a player that sees an award, not a who impressed you most or who is the tallest Italian in legal. Half of a season. Oh my God. Ridiculous. Almost half a Killian with her. Eric has been released early from his job at iex. And you'll be getting to work straight away at Manchester United. I don't think he's getting a day off this summer. This is good news, right? So you pay for it? I think he's good news. He's making the right sending the right message. They still have to sort out for his backroom staff. Already I think in transfers, he wants to have a chat. And he's already talked about the dressing room, control of the dressing room. I suspect he knows that a lot of former managers have talked about that and could not handle it either. And he was also asked about the sharks, which is the English media. So I guess us too. And he said, I don't see any journalists sharks. Now in England, in the Netherlands. So good on him. I think if I'm not mistaken the last time, Manchester United had a Dutch coach and admittedly was after the world copy took a couple of weeks off, which is entitled to, but you know, Eric ten hog, Louis van, how two different people. Different different stuff. Pull Pogba's people, meanwhile, a meeting with Juventus today ahead of their game against Latino, so on Monday night garbage talk of a for you then. Yeah, obviously, minor island no longer with us, rafaella, pimenta, who was his business partner, is reportedly meeting in terrain. And I have lunch or whatever. There's a difference in expectation already in terms of salary, but he will be taking a pay cut. He's after four year deal. He seems committed. He's also going to talk to Paris Saint-Germain. That's right. Apparently. I think if he's fit and he's committed, he's a tremendous option for you of his midfield, even though he's an older player. 100%. I'm with you. Draw one, one, which shoots both sides, says both have qualified for the champion Z, but Jules the story isn't the game. It's Luis Suárez saying farewell to the Wanda metropolitano. Yeah, he said he would leave the club of course after the last game of the season. There was a lot of tears. There was a big banner saying you wanted to championship, of course, last season where you had that first incredible you did of the season. Wonderful. And then our friends said Lowe who spoke to him for his spin after the game said, so what's next now? You're gonna stop and Luis Liza, what? Stop, what do you mean? No way, no chance, so let's see why he goes, he wants to stay in Europe, nothing very enter Miami. Steven Gerrard. Getting the boys back together with you. How about that? How do you even think about that? Amazing. That could be great. Another goodbye God, Napoli beat Genoa three nail and Lorenzo in senior scores and says farewell to his city and the stadium Maradona. He had this big trophy that was almost taller than him. Yeah, but he's a very small man. Yeah, it was weird. He ran out of letter. It was touching. He's been a great servant to the club. Sorry about the circumstances in which he leaves. There were kind of funny too, because the ultra is they were chanting against Saudi Arabia's club president. So what they did was they simply cranked up the noise of whistling and booing. Instead of the actual insults towards deloreans, which was a form of free expression. While it's nothing good has said as Everton, let's slip a two one lead, go down to ten men and lose at home to Brentford. Three, two. They're still not safe and Frank Lampard is angry. Very angry, and there was even a second sending off. We sent off late in the game, crazy, crazy game, also accusation from Brentford players of abuse with a family's racist abuse. So not a good look at all. Liz need an injury time goal from Pascal struck to avoid defeat at home to brighten, Gabriel of the relegation zone just for now, but things still look tough for Jessie marsh. They do look tough leads just the one goal left. It's Brentford away. They can win it, and still go down. That's the reality. Burnley, villa way, Newcastle at home, and of course Everton. Palace at home, which I think if they stay up is where they're going to stay up. And arsenal and arsenal away. It's going to go down to the water. It's going to be tough. I still think leads can stay up, but obviously they need all three points against Brentford and Thomas Frank. Jules, do you want to lament the fact that they manage just one shot on target or celebrate the fact that they finished second? It was terrible. Let's say they were already on holidays, no problem. Yeah, the second they were 9th when chavi arrived, he changed a lot of things, not always grateful and great entertainment. Of course, I give you that, but the progress was still massive. So well done to them. By the way, he said, oh, we qualified for the Spanish Super Cup. Well done, show me. Yeah, well done. Fairways in dormant two were early harland and sporting director Michael zork. I said goodbye in the two one win over erta, gab. We took plenty about Holland's who went partying in his trucks with after the game as well. So I'm going to ask you a basil. Michael zorg joined the club in 1978. That's crazy. Something mad like that. Look, I think he's going to be, I've been critical of some of the smartest guys in the room. Yeah, look at all these young pages we get. We sell in, but let's not forget. Michael zorich, in addition to being a phenomenal footballer in federal servants, the club. He also brought clock to the club, and he also built the side that reached the Champions League Final. And one tooling titles under Jürgen Klopp. I think it was time for the club to evolve into something else. Joel, you called it. 9 wins out of 9 for Monaco, a hat trick for something yet. And they're up to second because Marseille somehow lost her ran to nail. I guess both of these teams have their European places locked up, but here's my question. Will beg yet or win the scoring title too. He's won behind killion. One behind Katie and with so much momentum as well. I'm in PhD play mets at home. So you could expect kiran to score 5, which for what could be his last game for PhD. Yeah, so much momentum for him. Incredible what climate is doing at the moment? Marseille and the huge pressure because even the third place. And rent could come in and maybe they'd have to lose the final one. Well, I know, but anything in Marseilles they've lost 22 points this season already. So it's crazy crazy. That last day in ligand was going to be fascinating. Roma had one but venezia and I currently 6 in the table gab, but there could be 7 bytes tomorrow since florentina played tonight on Monday night gab, they finished 7 last season and reached the European league semifinal under Paolo fonseca, Marino does have the European conference League final, of course, to look forward to, but how would you assess his first season at the club? Okay, so first of all, Jules about this game. And I'm not joking. Roma hit the woodwork four times. They had 46 shots on goal to four. I think we could almost count this as a W yeah, definitely. That said, and I know Marino defines himself by titles, titles this, right? And big standing in blah blah blah. All right, so it's not gonna look good in the end because they spend a ton of money in the summer and so on. However, I don't judge based on that. I judge based on are you building something there? I don't use, if I've ever used Mourinho's own parameters, I wouldn't see any reason to justify the progress they made the season. But I don't use Mariners. I use cats.

"And word got back to me from one of his fraternity brothers that he was enraged. I wasn't where I was supposed to be. He had a gun. He was looking for me. And they whisked me away to the fraternity house, which everybody knew that he would probably end up there, but they felt that they need to try to save me. Even though nobody ever had confronted him previously, so somebody knew that he was common, they could see him, you know, far away, walking towards the fraternity house. And it was at that point, one of his fraternity brothers took me out on a ledge on the roof, where you couldn't see us. But there was nowhere to go. There was him holding me, and there was nowhere to go, but down. And then there was a window. If he had stuck his head out and look, he would have saw us. And I could hear him through the house searching for me, calling my name, angry, knowing he was carrying this gun and his fraternity brothers carefully trying to calm him, but also concerned for their safety. And you know, I'm obviously very emotional and fraternity brother that was with me, kept trying to calm me down and saying, you have to be quiet, he can not hear us. We were in danger at that point. We didn't know what would happen. There was nowhere to escape if he stuck his head out. And pointed that gun at us. So he was satisfied as he looked everywhere. And that I wasn't there, and I wasn't there with somebody else or whatever was going through his mind. And I think it's still wasn't enough for me to realize, but eventually, within a shorter period of time, you know, it got bad. And his parents came down. They took him away and we never spoke again. I had filed a PFA, but again, a PFA is a piece of paper. It doesn't stop anybody. It's not like the game rock-paper-scissors. That paper does nothing to a rock. Right. Nothing. So I just wanted to go home so badly throughout this. And I remember asking my mom and she just felt I could be stronger. I'm not saying this as a slam against my mother. But I feel like she, she held it together with her marriage with my dad, and I think she just thought, you know, you're cut from the same cloth, just deal with it. You don't. You'll figure it out. You don't need him in your life, but there are so many emotions tied to this gentleman. And his family lived, you know, 20, 30 minutes away. So I spent a lot of time with his family. And I felt such a sense of belonging and they envisioned me as their daughter in law and all these grandiose ideas in my head and never once thought to myself, do you really want to get married to someone who could hit you because they could hit your child?.

"A few years after that, let go on what essentially at this moment is a free transfer. I think it was three, four years ago, he was valued at like a 100 million. He was one of the most expensive players in the world, a couple years ago. This does not happen. I'm going to list for you quickly here, JJ. The PFA young players a year since 2005, okay? Rooney Ronaldo fabrics, Ashley Young James Milner, Jack Wilshere Kyle walker Gareth Bale has arcane ally ally, sane, Sterling, Alexander Arnold Phil Foden. Who among any of those at age 25 had seen their value fall to the point where they could be let go for nothing. Jack Wilshere. He's the only one, but I put an asterisk next to it because injuries it was external force. Injuries were the reason Delhi wasn't hurt. No. He was fine. I don't know what happened. It's insane. It's, I hate to say this because I always want to move past it. It's just the most Tottenham thing that could happen is like they could have a superstar young player who's like the toast of the world. And he could be the only player to ever really win this award that could have this happen to him so quickly. Weird. Life comes at you fast, man in professional sports. It's unbelievable. I hope he gets it back. I've always appreciated him, but God, to go that quickly from back to back young player of the year to 25 years old, gone on a free. Unprecedented. Ali told Everton TV, he, Frank Lampard, is an amazing manager an amazing person as well. Speaking to him at an admiring him somewhat as a player and what he's done so far as a manager, I think it's amazing. He knows me very well as a player, and I know the tactics he likes and how he likes to play and how he likes his teams to work. So I feel like it's a perfect match. And I can't wait to get going. He had to go. He had to go. Colleague, a few years, we talk about freshening up. A few years too late. It's hard to know when to say goodbye..

"Mad because messy one and are expressing outrage over it, I think that's too far the other way. Like, yeah, I would have voted for leven dowski, but to say that this award is now meaningless or that you're done with this because messy one, like now, now you're going crazy in the other direction. He was not a bum this year. No. He was outrageous. He was spectacular, again, within the window of voting. I believe it was 40 goals and 16 assists in 49 games. 118 chances created, outrageous, 26 big chances created named men of the match 27 times more than anyone. Top score in La Liga, top score and Copa América, golden ball winner at Copa América, like if you think the wrong guy won, as I did, fine. That's reasonable. But to think that this award can no longer be taken seriously because Lionel Messi won it this year instead of Lewandowski or there were some people saying Benzema. Now you have lost your grip on reality. Again, disagree, but you can't tell me that nessie winning means that this award is trash now. I think the award the anger about this awarding to Messi for me is that, you know, mix it up a bit. But this is a team sport, right? And there's lots of different components that go into it. It's also a sport that's played across Europe different leagues. And your Ballon d'Or has been the big award for 50, 60 years now or something like that. It just makes it up. Just give it to someone else. See, it's funny you say that because that's kind of a thing. Broke GERD Mueller's records. Just acknowledge that. Would have had my vote and I think it's as we said last year. But why not give it to him in 2020? Travesty that he didn't get in 2020, and I applaud Leonel Messi for mentioning that in his speech. I just think if you want to keep your reward relevant and interesting, it's no harm to mix it up. But I think that's a dangerous thing. But I'm bored with this. The way we give it to someone else now. Well, look, it's voted for by journalists. It's put together by France football. They create the shortlist. It's within those parameters. So that narrows it straight away. I think I was done with it a long time ago. I was done with it when FIFA had UEFA had some kind of role in it. Now it's gone back to the magazine. But everyone's going to have their opinions on it. The outrage was a bit much messy as a brilliant player. I saw some people that are just like, they're done with it. But it's garbage. Generally, this one doesn't count. I didn't even know it was happening until I saw it on Twitter. I know I saw your tweet. But one of your ball on board. Ball on board. When JJ, when you everybody out there 'cause I do this through text message, but the animals that are listening, our Twitter followers, when you see the caught off side account have a tweet like that, that comes from more like ball on bore. I want you guys to respond with the best gifts off of that tweet of smug. What's the GIF of the face JJ is making when he says, more like bell on board? And then tweet those to the account. But I have got bored even with the PFA award a little bit. Well, there's too many awards. And I don't know which one I'm supposed to be about. I know, but I'm saying like, which one should I care the most about? For me, generally speaking, Ballon d'ors kind of the one that I pay the most attention. What the hell is FIFA? No one that is. There's too many too many. Yeah, and I just don't care about them. I really don't. More like ball on board, am I right, huh? Yeah. Let's see, JJ, before we get to the mailbag, I know you've been all in on all or nothing. I feel terrible. If there's ever been a moment of me showing my bias, it's how obsessed I was with the all or nothing taught them and how I haven't watched it. And it comes to these issues. I definitely going to watch. I just haven't had the chance to. I swear I will. I know you've watched what like 5 of them. The 5 so far. Yeah. Anything to report. So I think the standout star has either been Enrico chiesa, are very sorry excuse me. Federico, chiesa. I always mix them up with his father. And our own Weston mckenney. You knew he would love it. No, I think Weston mckenney, again, I have to be careful because I'm tiptoeing around spoilers. I know everyone hasn't seen it. But I think mckenney is very aware of the camera. And I think in the clip that went viral over the ranch and the pizza, which by the way is perfectly normal. I've been known to dip crust in no pressure. No problem. I wouldn't order a pizza smothered in it, but I would dip. I would definitely do it. But I could see why an American saying that to an Italian, I could see why the Italian would be like. First of all, the Italian didn't know what ranch was. Okay? And he just said we just use olive oil. And he's quite correct. You can put olive oil on good olive oil than anything in a little bit of pepper and salt in your perfect. Yeah, so what was interesting to me was not that clip. It was the way he's talking about the brownie and he was making all noises and face. He is a guy who's conscious of the camera and who's watching him, which I mean, a lot of guys of his age are. There is a vanity to that kind of being youthful, youthful athlete. But what was interesting to me was the real moment. And I wanted someone to run the curb your enthusiasm, music over it, was when he actually goes for his physical to get weighed. And he's a body fat percentage of 80%. Is that not good? Not really. What do you think mine is? You? Yeah. Body fat percentage. I would say probably..

"Was this. This is can you believe that? It's a big ass fan, it is. It is. And I snapped. Greg Peterson's winglets. Well, I think they might be. I'm not sure if that's exactly the design that he came up with or not, but he was in the chat room, I guess he's not with us right now, according to Liz. But anyway, so I saw that. I went, oh, so I snapped the picture, and actually I couldn't read from where I was that it said, big ass fans. I just assumed it was a big ass fan. And I sent it to Greg and said, hey, look, look what I spotted here in this hangar. And he goes, yeah, I recognize that. So anyway it's a model 65 K a model 65 K what? How do you know that loose? Oh, okay. She's kidding. Oh, there's Greg. Oh, Greg's here. Oh, he worked on this stand. Wow. Is that your winglet design there? It doesn't look like the design that you showed us. Although it's somewhat blurred because the thing was in motion when I took the photo. Anyway. It's a PFA. If you're a close, Liz, don't close. Yeah, the old PFA. I should have noticed that. Yeah, recognize that anywhere. Where's that picture of you sitting on your big ass? I don't want to show that picture Liz. That needs to be burned. And she's talking about not the fan, a big ass, but anyway. Nope, Gregg says that that one's not his, oh well. Anywho so we had a grand time on Saturday last week and congratulations to opposing bases, RH and AG. They put on a great show. And I know that they'll have at least another 200 in the future. So that's what I have been up to since the last episode. I'd love to have been there. Yeah, well, I think you would have enjoyed it. Now, oh, shoot. I forgot to put this in how am I.

"Guys, so work on to the PFA music park and one more time. I'm very glad that you guys are turning in to the podcast. This is episode number a 103 from the BFR music podcast. Make sure you listen to our podcast and YouTube rumble and be sure, you know what to do. I can subscribe. And if you listen to the podcast in the ankle that FM or any other music distribution or pocket distribution platform, make sure you share with your Friends. We're going to really appreciate it. Today's podcast is going to be what's going to be title. The hustlers, mindset, okay? The hustlers. Mindset. Okay. And why I want to talk about this personally because I identify as a hostler. I do things to make sure that I just provide for me for my family, especially for me, being very tough situations, where from being a nun householder, I had to just change my mind and become a household. An interesting to mention is because it was a mindset that needed to change in order for me to just get to that point. The necessity of survival. It made me be a hustler. Since before I got a lot, but then because I have too much the need to become something that needs result to survive, was not there, thanks for those situations. It happens to be created. Cell result. Why I want to talk about this because I think there's some misconception regarding hustling. People think is bad. No, you should not hustle because one of the questions that I hear a lot is, you should not house because it just washing energy. Waiting time. We're seeing a resources. I get it. Let me just gratify some of the points or concerns regarding the hustlers mentality, or mindset. And I understand why a lot of people do not like the hustle. And the reason is because nobody want to think that they could be in a bad situation where they need to just get out of that comfort zone. That's the first one. The second one is because when you start being a hustlers, it means that for the first time you realize that you have not been producing a 100%. Since you have not been producing a 100%, it's a reality check for you to understand that you're being lazy. For the last whatever years. And third, you start realizing how far you are from where you want to go. And that's what you start becoming a hustler. Now the goose sign is that you start creating a strong Y, why you need to use housing life. Why you need to move your life and what you need to just keep moving on life. And there's a couple of things that I want to mention that it will describe what a hazard means in what is important. It's important because in live you need to make sure that you are your closer to something than you are yesterday. You closer to something that you are yesterday. You don't want to be stuck, you don't want to be farther away from something tomorrow. You want to be always closing. You want to be always moving. You want to make sure that you're learning all the time. And the hustler, when you hustling, right? You're in that mood, right? You don't want to stop, you want to keep going. And I don't want to hear anybody saying that is bad because you never rest. You rest when you get things done. You don't rest when you having started. The time for resting comes when you get things done. I came from work, finish a lot of things, finishing applications. Sit down is almost midnight, right? I'm tired. But this is hustling, right? I'm doing this thing because it needs to be done, right? Because I don't want to think about what I could have done yesterday. When I felt in my lowest, no, I want to make sure that I perform even high in my lowest. Because nobody is going to do this for me. So how to use to it myself, okay? Now, some of the interesting things about hot surfaces, they're willing to use..

"Skin couldn't tolerate so that's great when you see this brand you know. Emma has a very specific look You know the version that is sold at sephora and obviously it's like a more prestige price point but sharon really wanted to democratize makeup and make it fun beautiful makeup accessible to everybody when you look these products they could be at a sephora store just aesthetically they look like they could be on a sephora. Gondola you know what i mean. So when brands make a more affordable version for target or a walmart you can tell and also the offering. Isn't that exciting. You're just like who cares. And then you know. We're going through this thirty shades of foundation. A natural cleansing oil to vitamin c serums volumizer mascara hybrid lip stain and gloss the waterless ego cleansing wipes lake. That stuff is exciting for me especially at a price point that everyone can afford exactly. I feel like one of the products. I get asked most about or like recommendations are under four wool. Vitamin c serum. That actually worked so. I'm excited to try these to see how we like them. I honestly feel like they're going to be great. This has also some big news so it was rumored that polish choice was going to serve preparing for. Ipo like they were going to start trying to sell. Essentially and unilever bought polish choice. Y'all congratulations unilever. You've done it again. Polish choice was cash monet. I wanna know how what the dollar amount was. Does it not say it never says. It's always like rumored to be like tasha was acquired number was like what was it like a billion dollars something that it was like eight hundred million weight so it doesn't say the deal is expected to close by third quarter. Okay so we'll know soon. We'll know a number just not right now. Yeah so. it's a skincare brand. Polish choices signed on an acquisition deal with unilever the parent company behind many of the country's most notable beauty and grooming household names including dove as lean saint. Ives pond swab. Theresa may push a slew of other brands. Tasha is also the unilever prestige brand ripe. Yes so policies will fall under that you'll ever prestige umbrella so also joining like you said tasha we've got key somerville from logica morad so good company in good company. Yeah i know. A lot of people always get freaked out. When large conglomerates purchase these brands that they know and love so much. They're scared of formulations. Changing i personally have not experienced a change in any of the brands. We kate dermot logica muir or tasha. All the products that i know and love from those brands have remained the same with the exception of the morad lightening serum. They had to reformulate because they had too much hydrocortisone and then a law last year was passed. Now hydraulically known yeah. Did you say hydrocare known. I'm so impressed with you. Wow wow i hate that word. I'm like never using a product with.

"In texture the label of a cosmetic product sold on a retail basis to consumers declares the ingredients in descending order predominance and then they list the different types of. Pfa's that have been included in these formulations but it does say there's this like some pf as may also be present in cosmetics as the result of raw material impurities are due to the breakdown of ingredients that form other type of pf as now. There's this study that was done. that just came out. There's a whole section of this article on the fda's website about research on pf as in cosmetics and it says that there is limited research on whether pf as and cosmetics are absorbed through the skin at levels that could be harmful to human health in two thousand eighteen study by denmark's environmental protection agency the only risk assessment that has evaluated pf as cosmetics was conducted on certain pfa's unintentionally present in cosmetics. The fda does monitor stuff like this. They mentioned that as well. And i think the other important thing to note from this story is that there's really a bill that has been presented. It says according to the washington post on tuesday senator susan collins and richard blumenthal introduced the no. Pf as in cosmetics act. Our bill would require the fda to ban the addition pf as to cosmetic products. It is unclear. How much of the pf as found in cosmetics ingested or absorbed into a person system that requires more research but direct exposures only part of the problem. I don't know what to make of this. We love many clean beauty products to be honest when i see a clean beauty product marketed towards me. And i never see something. That's like no. Pfa's yeah you know what i mean like. It's usually like paraffin. Bree hair product like sos free mineral oil free. I don't see like no. Pf to be honest. This might be something that. I actually start considering. This study also said that they were not gonna release the products that they found. Pf as in. Wow because i think they were doing this. Study to assess the greater like broader issue. Okay i don't think they want to single out the brands right away because obviously they don't think it's fair because they haven't tested a product from like every single beauty brand that's made in the united states. Okay then. Do you know this what. I'm trying to figure out from all of this information that i've gathered as if it's not listed as an ingredient. Does that mean it was like unintentionally created within the products or does a. psa already have to be present for it to unintentionally create additional pfa's. I mean because i think like i'm more scared of the idea that we have products that have. Pf as in them that you wouldn't even know. Yeah okay this. The guardian has quote here from tom..

"Beauty news time. I think that we need to cover something first and foremost because we ought to voicemail about this call on an account. Hi sarah and kirby thank you so much for the opportunity to dial in. I usually take news on so-called topic. Ingredients and cosmetics skeptically. I'm a bit confused nervous about the news this week on p. s. a. detection and make up products and so i'm wondering should gland jelena's be concerned and what does it mean. Have a great week. We wanna report this. Just what we know. Were not going to offer any advice. Like we don't know what this means and sarah and i talked about this before we recorded. We haven't even seen experts. We trust in the industry comment on this yet. So i think that we just need to report the facts and let y'all know exactly what's going on so it was reported that pfa's were found in a variety of cosmetic products mostly makeup based on a study that was done by the environmental science and technology. Letters i wasn't familiar with this. And i looked it up and this is a part of acs. The american chemical society they publish a lot of different studies and things of that nature. So i'm gonna just read exactly what has been reported. This is from medical express. But i'll also be reading from the washington post and the fda's website. So it says makeup wearers maybe absorbing and ingesting potentially toxic per and polly floral akyl substances also known as pfa's according to a new study published today in environmental science and technology letters. The researchers found high flooring levels indicating the probable presence of phase in most waterproof mascara. Liquid lipsticks and tested. Some of the products with the highest flooring levels underwent further analysis. And we're all confirmed to contain at least four. Pf as a concern. The majority of products with high flooring including those confirmed to have pfa's had no pf as listed on the label. It does say that some pf as have been associated with the wide range of serious help harms from cancer to obesity. "But Virgil Van Dyke won the PFA player of the year. He did. And I think it was correct and proper that the football writers Dan, give starting the player their player of the year. There seems to be a nice balance to that. Yeah. Honestly, it's it's fair. It's too like I dunno throw like put both names in a hat and pick one right? And also, but it's nice to see for me for the PF. After two year. I know we've had defensive central midfielders in the past Kante, most notably. But I do like the fact that her house or being acknowledged again, you have you had John Terry the vintage one. Yeah. But their sparse that, you know, the creative players always seem to come to the fore. I understand that in the NFL a quarterback is gonna win MVP almost every single year. You're not gonna see many offensive lineman. All right. But it's good technology. Someone who is as with the prowess that he has because he plays centreback in in a way, that's very pleasing. Yeah. I mean, look what they do is a little bit more heart. It's harder to quantify the effective center bay it is but at the same time if you have goals, and assists like tangible things you can point to when you've got centre-halves like look at look at the previous center house to have won the PF of the year. Like, John, Terry. Paul McGrath Aston Villa if they were exceptional in what they did. You can see them win. Tacos. You can see them throw their body on the line. You can see them in the case of virgin Van Dyke initiate attacks from the back. So I like to see that. I got no problem with it. And like you said, I have no problem with rain. Sterling winning the pro football writers player. He's been he's being exceptional on and off the field. When you think about the last year, he's had he's risen to a place of prominence. No young player of the year at the PFA awards is slightly weird. Or because he is a young man. But he is not a young man in terms of the game. He is stabbed. He's a vet. He's a veteran. I mean, he's a veteran of title of how many four title chases now. Come on. Yeah. That was jarring. When I saw him win. That though is an American idea floated by one of the stats pods. Michael L Goodman, who's a nice, man. I shouldn't be so mean, and he said he talked about rookie of the year. It what's so bad about the we need a better. Arthur rookie can't say rookie newcomer of the year. That can you imagine you rookie the can't say that Canada newcomer. I'd like to know why Americans were just assigned that voice by you. That me what is that? With you. Does you? Yeah. We can't say rookie. But I would agree with them in principle. It seems odd to start an award which PFA vers PF w the pro which which award d think player would more want to win if he he wants to respect of his peers than the FA..

It sounds like like a like a like a. Yeah. It sounds like a kind of a rap song right, by the way, really quickly here. But before you guys, you guys know, invented dental floss and dental floss came out. I really did the history of things. Okay. It was back in eighteen fifteen and it wasn't American dentist, which is kind of shocking because most advances in medicine had come from Germany in Europe, you know, an eighteen fifteen we were still kind of recovering from, you know, a war of independence and all that, and you know, kind of getting our poops together. And so it was kind of a a very interesting time for us to start making advancements. We'll be dead and Dr Levi spear parley is one that introduced the idea of using a waxed silken thread as floss he then actually published a book called a practical guide to the management of teeth and emphasize the importance of brushing and floss daily. Now, it didn't really get mass produced this this silk floss, although I I should say. Until eighteen eighty to eighteen eighty two Katamon ensure left company did that. And then dental floss got its patent by Johnson and Johnson in eighteen ninety eight now by World War Two. Silk started to be an issue. Remember, everything was getting rationed so silk would be too expensive, and it would tend to shred. So when World War they started to replace the silk with nylon as the main material and dental floss, and that was credited by Dr Charles bass, he apparently avid known for making dental floss and incorporated at part of oral hygiene, then a nineteen eighties was the first injured dental brush was invented at as it alternative to floss. You guys kind of remember that back in the eighties. There was some brush that claimed they got in to the teeth. I don't really know whatever happened to that. But that's a little brief history of dental floss pretty cool stuff. Okay. Well, here we are now two thousand nineteen and a study conducted by silence spring institute and public health incident. Berkeley said the popular oral B glide floss, which is what I have. It's a little pretty blue package. Which I need to like open eventually bought it. And and I need to use dental floss, maybe exposing us to elevated levels of toxic chemicals. Call PF. Now, you guys don't want PFA stand for you. Should we talked about this on the show years ago? You need a quiz. We really need to do a pop quiz sand for per floral octane, so phonic acid come on people. You should know that. Help you're taking notes. So anyway, according to the CDC, these PFA's are manmade chemicals. Although I thought also some fish kind of make them I have to look that up, but to manmade chemicals that we use an everything nonstick cookware water repellent, clothing, I think like Gortex stain resistant fabrics carpets cosmetics, fire-fighting foams, other household products, and so the chemicals apparently do not break down once introduced into the environment. So they can start to. I guess they could start to accumulate in the blood of people and animals, they say, and if they cumulated animals that we later eat the animals, there could be some long term exposure. Now, there's been studies linking PF as to cancer like stickler cancer. We've also heard a thyroid disease, there could be fertility issues and unborn child could be affected. There could be immuno immunes. Logical issues where you have trouble inducing immune system, and it's actually been linked high cholesterol. So what they did in this study. And don't we're kind of breaking it down. I'm gonna put it on my Facebook page, and my website is they tested eighteen dental floss brands, including the oral glide be and they took blood samples from one hundred seventy eight middle aged women, and they did this to assess the levels of eleven different PF a chemical. So they tested eighteen dental floss brands, they looked for eleven different S or PF as chemicals, right? And then they asked a women about their behaviors that could lead to exposure and found that those flaws with oral B glide had higher levels of certain PF as than those who didn't. So the lead author of this is Katie Borrowdale. And she said, this is the first study to show that using dental floss contained these. Phase is associated with a higher body burden of these toxic chemicals. But she said the good news is based on our findings consumers can choose losses that don't contain PF as so I looked up which Flosse's do not contain PF as and I just don't see a rampant list, but my guess is on waxed. So you would have to pick an unbiased dental floss. Now if anybody's in the dental field out.
