"Or one of them Becky's team? There's a place for the Cardinals because my great grandparents love their whole hearts. They would watch every cardinals game. And of course, ever since. The famous soccer punch where Ozzie Smith sucker punched Will Clark in the 1989 playoffs. I've hated the Cardinals. Wow, I didn't know that happened. Will Clark sucker punch? Was it Ozzie Smith? No, it was Ozzy Osbourne. He was the other Ozzie. The one who used to do cartwheels on the base paths. No, it was Ozzie Smith. Ozzie Smith. And the battle at Bush, Ozzie Smith thought the Cardinals were being bullied. And he needed to show them how to stand up for themselves. We'll Clark that Smith was behaving like a bully by attacking him from behind. Collect Smith and Hosea kendo were the principal figures in a memorable brawl during a giants cardinals game at St. Louis, July 24th, 1988 before you were born, 9 months after the Cardinals defeated the Giants in a 7 game national league championship series, another reason to hate them. I remember that game very well. It was a bench clearing brawl and Ozzie comes up behind and bam. The sucker punch heard round the world. In the 8th inning, Clark was on first base, when candy Maldonado hit a grounder to Smith at shortstop. Smith tossed the ball to a kendo at second base in time to get the force out on Clark, attempting to prevent a kendo from completing a double play, Clark slid over the bag and toward a kendo. Clark called it an aggressive clean slide, a kendo thought Clark could have avoided contact. So, the fight began. As Clark began to rise, so kendo slapped him in the head. I couldn't understand what it was all about, Clark said, then I just went off and raised Clark got up and grabbed a kendo, approaching from behind. Smith punched Clark in the head. It was a cheap shot, Clark said, isn't it amazing? I still remember this from 19 freaking 88. I still hold a grudge against the Cardinals. That's not going to sucker punch. Cardinals manager whitey Herzog said any shortstop and second baseman would do the same thing. Oh God. Smith took several more punches connecting with at least a couple as Clark and a kendo grappled. Sometimes.

"Would make a way for you to watch the network broadcast, but get the local announcers. I completely with you on that. They're talking about in the chat room about Apple TV is doing Friday night baseball now. And they're trying to do it all Apple. And it's terrible. Well, that's another reason that the picture is four K beautiful picture. I even like the graphics are trying to do some kind of modern graphics that are not Major League Baseball on network television graphics. But then they have these awful announcers who I don't think have done much announcing. And the thing that really annoys me, they put background music behind the graphics for some reason. Like you might be bored. So there's bad background music behind the graphics. Anyway, that's a perfect example. Watch the four K signal from Apple TV and listen to your local play by play guys for some decent play by play. Very good idea. I like it. I'm going to do that. Do you tune in, try that anyway? CBS has its own iHeart has for the iHeart stations. But tune in, really, they even have a Major League Baseball section. On tune in radio, it's an app for iPhone and iOS and Android. Yeah. Hey, thanks for the call. And who are you rooting for? Cardinals. St. Louis, so you're closer to St. Louis in Chicago. Yeah, I'm about an hour and a half to St. Louis in about three hours to Chicago. We are hereditary enemies. So I'm sorry. No, I forgive you. I forgive you for many years ago. The cards beat the Giants and the playoffs. It was in the Ozzie Ozzie Smith days and I was very angry, but I forgiven you now. 20 years later. It's over. Pleasure meeting you, Charles. It is baseball season. We're back, we're back and I love that. 88, 88, ask Leo. Here's part of the problem is that video decompresses generally slower than audio. So audio tends to get ahead of video. So almost all receivers have a way of.

I will make sure to give you guys an update when they build. The game of thrones immersive hotel galactic. All right all right good all right so next story here a texas high school principal is defending himself after. He says he was told to remove an anniversary photo. From facebook following complaints from parents the professionally shot images show him and his wife kissing and intimately positioned on the beach. I posted the photos on my instagram. At lindsey baseball. You want to check out these photos because to me. I feel like they're very run of the mill anniversary. Lovey-dovey whatever you wanna call them shadow. Check them out. And i would argue that. He sort of well let me exactly on top over there like on the beach like rolling around in the sand having fun. It's not like it's like. Hey i'm on top of you suggestively. i don't think it is but include them for yourself But anyway according to his facebook post which says concerns regarding the images i began after he was named principal of heritage middle school in texas in june of two thousand nineteen. He was told by the district. You take down the photos because the district didn't want people to stir up stuff according to his post. Do you think there's anything wrong with these photos. On his personal facebook page wipe left. Or swipe right. Mo- i got to see the pictures i'm looking for. I don't see on your instagram page. It's instagram stories. Always so i've seen and he is sort of leaning over her. They're not they're not dirty. They're not you know like It's not erotic it's not. It's nothing like that. it's you're right. It is kind of a honeymoon picture. But i wouldn't name time. He is the principal of a high school. A position of authority a position of great respect. And you don't wanna know. Do on their off time i would. I would argue mistake to post the picture. What do you think needs a way. Also let me say that. These pictures are ten years old. He posted ten year old pictures now known. These pictures are from ten years ago posted ten years ago when they happened. Oh god so. Somebody went back on his facebook account and found these old pitcher may probably the memories or something. Well they went. They went back in his ten. Somebody found him so he didn't necessarily post them. Parents found them and complained about. Oh oh yeah no. Is it a little that changes it for me because who knows ten years how he may not have been a principal. I don't know if he was a principal back then he may have just been living his life their honeymoon pictures. Whatever they are Somebody goes back and dredges them up in that particular scenario. I'm completely on board with the principal. Although i will it's weird to see position people in positions of authority outside their native environment. Like yeah my gp guy named mike estes. I was At the dodgers cardinal at dodgers cardinals. Playoff game. And i saw dr estes in an ozzie smith jersey and i was like no no no. You're my doctor. I don't want you to be the guy that words. A jersey to a playoff game posing stadium gives an astros jersey. Here's a really sad. When i was in sixth grade. I teach her name mr rochon and one night. We went to one of the grocery stores in our neighborhood and there was mr rochon stocking shelves. He was my sixth grade homeroom teacher. This is partly because teachers don't get paid what they're worth but to see your teacher stocking shelves at a grocery store also a weird experience. So i can. Yeah why why. This would be weird for people now that he's a principal but lindsay that that puts a totally different shade on it. I'm now well clearly on weight side. But but why would anyone have a problem with what he post on his personal facebook page anyway. Like my question is is that a thing like do parents and kids like friends their kids teachers and principals on facebook. Is that a thing. Yeah i think. I have a friend. Who's a teacher and she changes all of her facebook picture basic said he saw a different name like she's like her first name and her middle name so that people can't just easily find her and she does. Yeah any friends. Anybody who's kids. They teach our parents in. Keep it private. I mean that's what i would do. Now right yeah. So i i guess i just don't understand why if somebody you know unless he has like. I'm assuming this is just a personal. Facebook page. has and people found him in wanted a friend. First of all i would make it private and just jake your private life private but even so like. Why are these people dredging personal life. Yeah i'm in agreement. I don't know who would go back and look at it and i would hate. He's do that though. Yeah people do bad part of your permanent record. Every time some some berman et rock yard. Some kid gets drafted big back and find a tweet from thirteen years old and say this is a guy. It's completely unfair but people reporters will continue to do that kind of stuff all right next. I'm going to tell you about an embarrassing moment. I had and a famous guy who had the same embarassing moment. That's coming up next for you. Mesa in ireland. Seven ten espn..

"Hood on ESPN, 1000, Chicago's home Thie audience and Tim Legler and to Billy That they have clearly been defeated by one hour in their costumes You can see on their faces Legler taking off his mask. He looks okay. Haggard and older than he ever has, and like he's more dehydrated that he played in an N ba game like he looks beat up from wearing that costume for an hour. But how about those white teeth? He saw? Beautiful really is he's happy and beautiful, but he's dredged. He is totally drenched. And Billy. You look like you're in bad shape. You look like you're hurting. Yeah. That's fair. I don't think Legler was one of this much of an MBA game. Yeah, I've got to come back to him. I said that joke already anyways, Christine Lee, see you were saying And finally, finally, the Eiffel Tower shrinks by six inches during the winter. George Costanza Khun sympathize on its finally, by the minute as she's doing like just jokes when she's rich. She's evolving right in front of our eyes from just a cruelty specific us. Now she's George stands, We will get back to Christine Lee Seon 30 minutes. We will also have Chris Jericho in 30 Minutes and I'm Legler is hanging around the proceedings a bit broken. I have to admit I've been told not to go to him. This segment those, so we will check in with him and see just how much he's hurting in a second, but corrections on with us, Kurkjian has beefed. We have this sound. I've gotta start here because this is the first time that we loved him. Correction. He's decent man with a rage problem, but we love it. I've got to be honest. The first time I heard it, I smiled. It was cute. I didn't really pay much attention to it. I've heard it three or four times since and each time I hear it, I find myself The angry It's infuriating on the shipping containers hurt, Tim, Do you know what we're talking about here? No, I don't. What? What do you talking? All right. So look at this. All right. That's the accidental herder that Tim Kurkjian is and he did this with great cruelty. Cruelty on SportsCenter The other night, while go fine with you know is is not faithful to us is giggling eyes giggling Van Pelt. Who, by the way, you tell me, Tim Kurkjian if Adam Silver and Scott Van Pelt look like a pair of Apple Airpods, let's play this sound for Tim Kurkjian, just blasting everybody in the shipping container. Analytics have robbed at some of the art from the game. Now we are a homerun walk strikeout game virtually every night. Scott. Here's how bad it is now. I got asked on a radio show the other day if Ozzie Smith Could play in the major leagues today. Smith. He's the greatest defensive shortstop of all time, and given the importance of that position, he might be the greatest defense and player of all time, But since he doesn't hit homers, he hits ground balls. He steals bases, and he doesn't strike out. People are looking at him saying, Well, what value would he have today? He could play for anyone today. But for someone to actually asked me if Ozzie Smith could play today. That's a dangerous situation to be in. Well, you can't go on that show again. Tim, With all due respect to whoever asked that question, because that's preposterous, all due respect to everyone involved. I was made him infuriating. Just infuriating Tim laughed in my face. You made Van Pelt laugh twice. You guys get together and you giggle all the time. And you giggle at our expense and giggle more than you giggle here. Real bleep. Holy, you know that. Dan the fact that you would ask me that question. Speak to directly where we are in the game today. You have every right to ask that question because they're people who agree with you. I totally disagree that Ozzie Smith couldn't play today. But the game we played today's different game that we played 25 years ago when Ozzie Smith last plate, so I wasn't upset that you asked me a question. I didn't even think it was a stupid question. I just know the answer to it in my mind. But there are people who think You're right about that, and I'm just not one of them, And I'm not angry about it. I'm not upset. I'm just worried. I'm worried that the game has changed so much in 25 years old seems like you advance for having a grand old time at our expense. It really is. It's unpleasant, and now he's walking it back a little bit trying, Teo. I'm not the one who said any of this. The shipping containers said it to you. I piled on and then you put it on. I'm not walking back on anything. I'm not piling on anyone or anything. I'm just trying to respond to the clip that you Played, that's all. I mean, this is classic Gaslighting. Joe. Cool Tim Kurkjian over here, telling everybody they're crazy, and he's just playing both sides in the middle. What's happening right now? Last gas lighting that's infuriating. Does Paul Finebaum looked like the banker who gives his customer a hearty smile and a firm handshake even after his house just went in? For closure could have read that better or closure. Don't worry that you're okay. Adam Silver looked like the conclave just elected a new pope. Does Randy Johnson look like if Mountain Dew had side effects? The Scott Hanson looked like your mom's new boyfriend. Who, upon meeting you says I don't want to be your dad. You already have one of those. I just want to be your friend. Does Adam Silver? Looked like the guy mortuary dubbed the closer due to his success rate and upset.

You do the theater thing, and then you come all the way around to the kind of back to like that little gift shop right around the diner, and there's a diamond and you see all the in this They're all in bronze statue form. You know, there's Oscar Charleston in center field. There's Satchel Paige on the mound. There's Josh Gibson catching and and it did it hit you, You know, man and said Ozzie Smith got there, which is weeping, you know, and it's intense, but Also a joyous thing, too. And it's a historical thing. And and Bob Kendricks great. He's been on the radio show before, and he did amazing stuff when he came out, spoke to our little league too. All the way from Kansas City. Can't you do like Could you look at it? No card for a minute before you did. It did And if we could go back just one set to on on Bush, man. The reason he was so good is he probably should have been Commissioner of baseball, not President. United States threw a baseball guy and he was great in his little speech. Really? Wass. You see, Manford at the end, I wantto know I go. I want to. I want to pose that I can't stand that kind of thing. Didn't oppose you, though. You tried to depose him. He just don't opposing you. Open just a little bit and i do wanna talk a little baseball with you bro because some craziness has happened here over the past. I don't know a couple of weeks or so where the chicago cubs have definitely we kind of in a bad way for me. They've been able to flex their muscles a little bed and established themselves as a team that is definitely in the wildcard right at least right now and they have a three and a half game lead over this is one. That's going to surprise you. The arizona diamondbacks who are somehow some way four games over five hundred relatively relatively impressive and then the philadelphia phillies who are three and a half games back as well milwaukee for back and the mets are for back and i'd pretty much say that those guys are you're out of there but cubs have definitely made a pretty good move them along with the nationals. I feel like have somewhat asserted themselves as the two obviously front runners for the wild card hard but i think they're the to get in mike. No i'll agree with you there. The the cubs playing good ball. They didn't they doing what they're supposed is to do. If they want to get in the playoffs gotta win games <hes> and they're winning games. I you know they're they're six and four hundred last ten however but <hes> i totally holy absolutely agree with you that <hes> the chances of them getting in <hes> the playoffs to the wildcard at least <hes> is is very good at his point and <hes> it's it's nice to see hobby bias as has played really well and i'll tell you what every time you know. I'm a cubs fan but just watching. I don't know how anybody cannot enjoy watching hobby by play baseball <hes> he he's just fun to watch plays a lot of passion a lot of -joy <hes> so if they can get to the play offs. It's just going to create a bigger stage right yeah. I mean obviously if if i'm not mistaken is he is contract here. Is that next year. I believe this is a contract year. Yeah so you know you know with his is play and you know he's. He's hit you know for him. He said quite a few home runs and they pay. They pay him to play defense. I mean i <hes> you just i haven't seen a guy played defense like him. In the infield for a long time a little bit kinda reminds me of ozzie smith from the cardinals from back in day in terms of this play infield yeah i mean the key does obviously leave the team in our b. I believe at eighty five or something along those lines signs and then you know you look at his games played. He's played one hundred thirty two games. He's had five hundred twenty nine at bats <hes> he hits for for an average of two eighty two but with that being said you know the guy lead your team in r._b._i. Had twenty nine home runs to go along with it and you're right. I think he's one of those guys that people wanna see rizzo and other guy people want to see him. You know he's a guy that steps up for the chicago cubs in the postseason before and you know what i i look at them as a team that if they get in trouble man they got a lot of tell mike so you know it is what it is. Let's take a quick look at the other side real quickly <hes> as you have cleveland now on top for by by a half a game. He got oakland right. They're not at up with the raise <hes> boston somehow some way. They're like getting themselves somewhat close to being in this conversation but they're still five and a half games back ten games over five hundred at this moment who wins this thing out. Oh man is it oakland or the tampa bay rays..

I was calling Greg Maddux because he's a good feeling pitcher eight time all star and he got ninety seven percent of the first ballot ninety seven percent. He was only made adolph's or how great does Mike Hampton feel because he's the one guy in between that eighteen gold glove run. That's pride one away from Greg Maddux. My I mean great. I need some help here because there is the possibility is there, not with Chris that he just told us about how much he cares about his softball team. Is it not possible? We haven't been able to do this show in ten years, when we discovered that stugatz was serious softball guy that he would go out with either black that he would do chatter. What kind of questions do you think we can ask Chris to see if he calls his his pitcher making a good play Greg Maddux? What other softball Dorking this? Do you think we could? If we explored. It's been well chronicled his beef with the, the blue the, the beer league blue. It's it's made changes, by the way, that got back to them that I talked about them on the radio and now anytime, all the empire's. Hey, how're you doing Bill and they do their free to me, anytime someone makes a really nice diving play none on that. Today thing that you have the power to get them like on sports center. I don't know what they also that there's no cameras watching the game is like something that would prevent them from getting all, I know is that they made a big time of steak and I brought it to radio and the next week, they were like, hey, you're the guy on radio. Right. Hey, man. This is why we made this call, like I was just thinking this, this and that, and I was like, that's right. You'd better. Explain yourself to me. Some of these names on this gold glove list. Guys, Andy LaRoche. Oh, Adam LaRoche. You remember the laroche's. They were a little sleepy the both of them. Oh man. Droopy eyed. Laroche's Caesar's tourists. Guys. This is my sweet spot right here. Central nineties baseball love this. Andre ethier. Oh, Omar Vizquel got thirty seven percent of the vote is I here, do you think he's going to get up to seventy five probably not? Did you guys know that? But he, he had a run, which was one two, three four more county five, six seven eight nine. Ten eleven twelve thirteen years in a row with a gold glove at short nights dad has his horribly weird distaste for Z Smith just because of a fight that he got in where he came up behind someone. And he's sucker punch someone in the back of the head. So, like, anytime you mention Ozzie Smith he scoffs. And he has he wants nothing to do with Ozzie Smith just because of this fight where he came up behind and punched him in the back of the head, cheap shot artist every time I mentioned Ozzie Smith, and then he just rips it here for stories. About your old Cuban Dan, like your dad, your dad does old Cuban men things. Correct. I mean he's just, you know, he's just a guy living his life. Thank you for offering me nothing in a way, I think I'm trying to I'm trying to think now of players that I have that relationship with the way Billy's, dad things have Ozzie Smith. Well done, sir. Thanks bye. Bye. Now, the game were amazing people talk about pretty ordinary things we call it not my job everybody in Saint Louis loves the cardinals. And there is no cardinal more beloved than hall of Famer Ozzie Smith. Thirteen gold awards claimed is the best shortstop ever to play the game and known around these parts the wizard of Oz or simply the wizard go crazy Saint Louis. It's Ozzie Smith. Came here to Saint Louis to join his from where you live now that you're retired which is right here. You live. So you two you retired from the game back in the nineties. But you've never left Saint Louis neighbor enough to this is why I know. Why would I I always wondered about that? Because there's there's a kind of cliche in sports that when somebody does something amazing for the local team like say, it's a Homer to win the National League championship. They say that guy will never pay for a beer in this town again. So is it true that you can't pay for your own beer in this town again true? All right. When you walk into any bar and just say, you know, I'll have a beer and just wait just then there. Yeah. Do you get recognized when you walk around? I do I never have to wait in line for dinner either. I bet not. Do you still follow the game? Sometimes I understand that retired players that can't enjoy because you're not playing anymore. Yes. I follow the game. I go to spring training yet. And I usually go when the pitchers catchers report visit with the guys for like ten days. And then when they start playing games, I get out of there. And that way, I can't get you do any like do any like instruction to the shortstops. You like all you need to do is leap thirty feet sideways. Get the ball jumped ten feet over the head of the guy coming in the second base and throw it to first try that. No, I do they come up to you and ask questions shirt. You're playing the game. What kind of questions they ask? You you ask. Well, how do you get into the flow of you know, and the one thing that I always explaining to people, and we learned this in physics. What's in motion stays in motion. Right. So the one thing that you don't want to do as especially as a middle. Infielder is be stagnated. There has to be some type of movement than allows you to go left or right. And that that probably is the one thing that when I talked to her when I try and teach you guy is to have some type of movement because that's what allows you to get into the flow of just sort of feeling ready to go. That's right. Absolutely. Yeah. Never flat-footed. It's interesting because you mentioned the laws of physics because I was watching some of your highlights and that was physically impossible half. Couldn't be done. And I always question of elite athletes like yourself. How young were you? When you knew that you were good at this..

And we'll be thinking about Danny tonight as he is enshrined yesterday. We had a crazy day. Let's can we talk. There's not what they say. In the trade. We had a good show going a lot of important guests, and then a hockey fight broke out with the artist formerly known as Jim from Tuscaloosa ended up getting so crazy that we put a poll out, and I have not checked lately. Guys to see how the polls doing but Jim was trailing badly. We went off the air. Has anything changed overnight? Nope. Still the same. Seventy five percent of the audience does not want him to call back. Twenty five percent say he is necessary. John you earn here yesterday. I saw the poll though, did you vote I did vote. Who would who would your first number one take me on getting a suspension? Yeah. Yeah. I if I had to suspend somebody right this second. That's that's a great question. All the top of my head. I'll say Joe in red bay was. Joe from redback because he's one of those classic callers that dish on Twitter and say how terrible the show is. And then he'll call and suck up to your phone talking out of both sides of his mouth, just like bam. Nick. He does the same thing. He would be he would get the gong. Okay. We got those two to Bama fans, and you're right about that. They are. There. Yeah. I don't read as much Twitter. Maybe you do John. But. If you're going to say something, I mean, that's one thing. I'll give Jim credit for. But that's right. He comes in. And he comes after you won't do it. He trashes to show on Twitter any trashes your show right here. That's consistent consistency is key. I have no problem with that at all. But hey, we're start holding these callers to higher standards..

"Chris Bazi owes no hitter that was pretty impressive to but I'll put this second behind Ozzie Smith play and slightly have Kevin Mitchell play. That that that's pretty good standing. So that was the the good thing that happened to the Blue Jays a bad thing match shoemaker and making a play tears his else ACL blows out his knee. This is someone who has had so many injuries in his career. He was off to a really good start for the for the Blue Jays this year. It just breaks you heart. When you see situations like this. Yes. Especially for match shoemaker who fought so hard to come back from getting hit in the head would line drive. We did his game the other day in Boston. He's off to a great start and for him to even pitch again after having emergency brain surgery after getting hit in the head with a line drive is just is just so sad that he's out for the season when this season had been going, so well, but at least we know with Matt shoemaker that not too many people are tougher than that guy to come back period from being it he will come back from this. Knee injury. He will pitch again. But what a sad thing because he was so excited about resurrecting his career it done it. So well and now he's going to miss the rest of the season. We had words on Friday that major league baseball came down with a one game suspension. Four Tim Anderson, of course, was involved in that bench-clearing stuff that happened between the White Sox and the royals last week Anderson thrown is bad and celebration. And then when he hit a home run, and then the next time up he got hit by a pitch by Brad Keller of the royals. "Even now what we're six seven months removed from it. It kind of is bittersweet I think about the PGA championship on kind of like man that was an incredible week. It's kind of how I now feel about fantasy camp. It's like when I go up to Roger dean stadium, and I do in the show from there. I'm going to be like, oh, yeah. It was just walking around this area on the field. Like, it was nothing then and it was one of the funnest five day stretches of my life. It'll be bittersweet. But we'll always have the memories. And the thing that I think was probably. The coolest. There are a few pictures. My son, my one year old son my wife. My wife's parents came up to watch some games and Ryan Franklin who was my team mate took my son into the dugout. There's pictures of me pointing to the game and my son looking and I'm wearing the cardinal uniform. And the and then there's a picture of me, my wife, and in our son Jameson without Z Smith, and it's just like these are memories that fortunately were captured via picture that will have the rest of our lives. And hopefully, it's something that our son will be able to look back on and as a cardinal fan in a number of years and be like, oh my God. I have this picture with, you know, the great Ozzie Smith, and I was down there for that. And walking around amongst all these ballplayers. It was incredible. And it's not like other like, oh, Tim your media guys. They'll let you do this. No fans could come and watch the games and be around. So it's not like it's limited to. To media people at all. So I loved it. I think the funnest part of the whole thing is the ball busting that goes on. And I I kind of went into it expecting that as somebody who some of the players were familiar with from being around. And then also we're happy to finally be able to turn the tables on me that I was going to have a bullseye eye on my back. That was certainly the case. But it was done in a way that guy's give each other trouble in a clubhouse, which is which made it like the major league experience. And that was I think the funnest part of a certainly playing baseball fun, but just the ball busting. I think that was the funnest part of it. So for example, I was in center field. Alan Benaissa's, our manager Ryan Franklin in Scott Cooper, our teammates. And then all the other campers make up roster, and then we're going up against Jason Isringhausen and Bernard Gilkey team, Dave the point their manager. And I'm in center field and. You know, balls hit to centerfield. I'm I'm a second pays basement by trade. And when I say by trade, I mean twenty five years ago when I last played catch and swung a bat. But I'm in centerfield you play wherever and you, you know, whatever you're just having fun and a balls hit out there and runners at third it's one of the final innings of the camp, and I have managed to stay healthy. And I wasn't interested in really risking that. So that's the kind of effort you're really looking for in a teammate. And so there's a runner at third. I catch the ball and center which in this camp is actually an accomplishment, and I see the runner at third. I'm kinda like nah Isringhausen over at first. I'm gonna hit the cutoff man and not even a temp to get the guy at home first off three percent chance that I get him. Secondly, eighty percent chance I hurt my arm. Therefore, the calculation was made to just hit the hit the cutoff man in Israel house and remained at first. So I come in from the dugout and Alan beddis who has a great dry sense of humor goes, you know, what I've been holding it for the last four hours from going to the bathroom, and I go to the bathroom, and I miss you making a play in center field. And they said, I don't know what to tell you. But I'm just going to let you know that there's a lot of buzz in this dugout now that it reminded people of old number fifteen in center field. And he said, I don't believe that for one second that it reminded anybody of Jim Edmonds..
