The first is a relatively small nineteen, million dollar initiative followed by four, hundred, eighty, one, million, dollar second-phase and five hundred, million dollars for a third phase all set to wrap up by twenty, twenty seven. Insider says Petron is the fourth of apple's manufacturing partners to make the move to Vietnam. Foxconn. And Tag all have manufacturing setup there. It's worth noting that while the apple manufacturer will be going to be at. Phnom. Petron won't necessarily be, making, anything for apple in Vietnam. That said the piece points out that apple has been encouraging suppliers to move production out of China to avoid costly tariffs. Apple's online store went live on the subcontinent today tech crunch says for the first time in more than twenty years since apple began its operations in India, the iphone maker has started selling its products directly to consumers in the world's second largest smartphone market. Because you're looking at sign organization that rises one, hundred, thousand dollars in older they getting Mians of dollars this organizations, I don't have the capacity to manage sort of funds you know let along understanding where that money's going what am I gonNA. What happens there all the money is legitimately for them. I think it's a ransom educating, join us and the fundraising and we can intervene here. So for example, when people much, she's a particular charity, we can suggest to them that they might consider another one. Sometimes. I, won't be allowed. Is Drew Brees no longer the elite quarterback of the past

"Think it's time to sound the alarms on drew brees who was uncharacteristically erratic with his accuracy yesterday on top of of the week one game where he couldn't move the ball it's definitely too bad back to back weeks for drew brees. But I think this week them not having Michael Thomas out there I mean Alvin Kamara he's still look good but obviously, they need more than just him. He can't just be the Alvin Kamara show out there. So drew brees I. Think. Yeah. You have to be a little concerned at this that we're not seeing what we should be seeing out of him because Derek Carr put up the numbers that drew brees should have last night. It's another game where you know you look at breeze his average depth target is just over five yards, the vast majority, and this was obviously true with Michael Thomas to the vast majority of yardage that he's gaining is coming after the catch it's a different type of quarterback that they have to play around. Like Luke are my son, it became a saints fan a year ago, and my concern was like, well, you kind of jumped on this one a little late in the game had you been born earlier that might have been more profitable for you but he asked last night like is drew brees look so sad and I thought like like on a micro right like on a micro level it's because you're losing to the raiders on Monday night football and you're frustrated but like on a Matra level like the something in the is a breeze. Through me down the stretch like you can kind of get in the is well, you've seen this with Peyton manning to like in that last year and. First of all small sample size. Let's see what happens the true breeze but there are concerning distressing signals out there were seen it on the field and I thought that there was a look in the eyes of drew brees last night that sort of new something's changed here. It's not the end, but something's changed and heap maybe shares a little bit of the concern that we share because he had. You did and he. Does face. It makes me think about retirement. Remember he almost consider retirement. And players always say like once you think about it you're you're already you're already there. What did you see colleen last night? No. The same thing that's US did there was one shot in particular of through breezes face that he just you could see it was written all over his face. It was just pure dejection I. Guess to like He. He looked so sad in the moment time for that Viking funeral just put him on the wooden rafts now and push them out into the Gulf of Mexico start firing those arrows Taylor swift. They've got Winston. I Love Patras tweet where he said, we're like four weeks away from breeze coming down with a mysterious injury and Winston getting a little bit of a test drive. I mean listen that would be wild and I. Think our boy that boy wolf the number one saints fan on. Twitter pointed out that Winston had killer training camp, and and you know we also have, of course chastened Tatum Hill the twenty one, million dollar man who really has not been involved the offense too much through two weeks. Sean Payton is a guy that is if they continue to struggle you imagine it's going to be hard for him not to think about mixing things up or perhaps making a big change, but it still thinks I still feels a little premature especially the Michael Thomas. Out. Emmanuel Sanders had had a bad game yesterday. He's obviously not his straight he's in the. Chakwal Smith. IS THEIR NUMBER ONE RECEIVER So a lot of the states have a lot of work to do both in strategy and play and discipline. And now they got the packers. So that's going to be a games. Look forward to

Russian Tries to Hack Tesla

"Almost A. state-sponsored spy story we have something that really happened. And I tease this by quoting our friend Marcus hutchins twitter reaction upon learning of it just to remind everyone marcus is the well known security researcher and reformed cybercrime hacker. You know he actually reformed in his teenage years, but the FBI didn't forgive him for that and of course, as we know his future became uncertain when the FBI grabbed him. In Las Vegas is Logan Airport as he was departing or a preparing to depart for from the US for his home in the UK, following the annual black hat and DEFCON conferences. Well last Thursday. Reacting on twitter to the news of this story which had just broken marcus quite correctly observed he tweeted quote one of the benefits of cybercrime. Is Criminals don't have to expose themselves to unnecessary risk by conducting business in person. Flying into the US Jewish diction to have mel wear manually installed on a company's network is absolutely insane. Unquote. Okay. So what was all that about? A TWENTY-SEVEN-YEAR-OLD RUSSIAN NATIONAL By the name of or. Igla, rich. Crutch. Nikolov. Traveled to the US an attempted to subvert and bribe an employee working at Tesla corporations massive Nevada based gigafactory. Eager. Ultimately agreed to pay the employees one million dollars to plant malware inside Tesla's. Internal Network. The. Good news is the employees reported the offer. To his employer Tesla and then worked with the FBI to build an airtight case and to set up a sting which included having him covertly record face to face meetings. Discussing this, Russian the twenty-seven-year-old Russians proposal in their complaint which followed Egos, arrest and arraignment wit last Tuesday the prosecutors wrote. The purpose of the conspiracy was to recruit an employee of a company to Syrup Tissue, transmit malware provided by the CO conspirators into the company's computer system. EXFILTRATION data from the company's network and threatened to disclose the data online unless the company paid the CO conspirators ransom demand. The complaint said that the malware would be custom developed. Propagate through the company's network. For it to work the group said, it needed the employees to provide information about the employers, network authorizations and network procedures. Correct correct Yakubov said, the malware would be transmitted either by inserting a usb drive into a company computer or clicking on an email attachment containing malware. Ebor explained the infecting computer would have to run continuously for six to eight hours for the malware to move fully through the network. To distract network personnel, a first stage of the malware would perform a denial of service attack while a second stage performed the data exfiltration. When the complaint was initially unsealed last Tuesday the identities of all parties was still confidential being identified only as company A, and C H s one which is their abbreviation for confidential human source number one that is the employees. But last Thursday Elon Musk confirmed that yes. Indeed it was his company that was the target of this whole operation. The charging document with was filed in federal court in Nevada detailed and extensive end determined attempt to infect. Tesla's network the defendant again twenty-seven-year-old Eager E- Gore Vich. Crush Cov allegedly traveled from Russia to Nevada and then met with the unnamed employees on multiple occasions. When Eagles initial five hundred thousand dollar bid failed to clinch the deal. The defendant doubled the offer to one million dollars according to the complaint Crutch Kav wined and dined and boozed up the employees and when discussing especially sensitive details conducted conversations in cars. When FBI agents couldn't conduct physical surveillance in restaurants or bars, the employees recorded them. One meeting occurred on August seventh in a car crutch Cov had rented referring to the employees again as C. H. S. One, the prosecutors described that. Seventh meeting as follows they said during this meeting which the FBI had consensually recorded. Crutch Cov reiterated some of the details of the criminal activity previously proposed to. C.. H.. S. One. Credit Yakubov described the malware attack as he did before. Adding that the first part of the attack, a De dos would be successful for the group in quotes but the victim companies security officers would think the attack had failed. Crutch COBB A and here's some news again listed prior companies this group had targeted. Crutch. Dwayne The Rock Johnson is Buying an Entire Football League

"For many of us, Monday nights sieve Longman, Monday, night football. So today's a good day to consider a shakeup in the football world. The potential revival of a would be competitor to the National Football League last week actor and former pro wrestler Dwayne the Rock Johnson with other investors bought a start-up Football League called the xfl this take some explanation especially to those who aren't avid sports fans. Let's start with the xfl contrary to popular belief. The NFL doesn't football is just had a monopoly for the most part for so long that most. Most people consider it an institution for the last couple of decades though rivals have attempted to build new leagues to compete with the. NFL. The XFL is one of those its roots began way back in the year two, thousand when World Wrestling Federation chairman. Vince. McMahon decided to build a league that could compete with the NFL NBC Cohen the League and planned to carry its games the XFL plan to extend the football season by playing games from just after the Super Bowl in February. Until late April. Now, at the time league owners, hopes were high that the Saturday night games could Wu and elusive audience TV. Teenage boys according to CNN. Vince McMahon. WWF had been almost magical in its ability to appeal to twelve to twenty four year. Old Males who typically don't stay home watching TV on Saturday nights. The xfl hoped McMahon could bring that WWF formula to football and win that desirable TV audience, and for one brief moment, it looked like their hopes were within reach the first game in two thousand, one drew more than fifteen million viewers a massive audience. That gold ring looked close and yet it turned out to be so far away as the season wore on audiences spell like a botched handoff after that single season, the xfl shutdown. Sometimes in life timing really is everything, and so it goes for Vince McMahon who decided that twenty twenty would be the right time to revive the xfl it launched in February, pitching the Seattle dragons against the DC defenders teams played five games among both players and owners. Optimism rained TV audiences varied by geography, but were decent enough that by March believe was well into planning the twenty twenty, one season. And then Kobe came along the League canceled the season March twentieth less than a month. Later, the XFL filed for bankruptcy sports writers added the xfl lists of other WanNa, NFL competitors who'd also tried to make a go of it over the years. The XFL seemed to be just another failed startup, but perhaps they declared the league's death too soon. Let's get back to Dwayne Johnson better known as the Rock Johnson actually started his career as a football player, but never made it to the NFL instead, he joined Vince McMahon's wwf where he quickly rose to superstardom before retiring to become an actor, he's now the highest paid actor in the world according to Forbes. With his business partner Danny Garcia who also happens to be his ex wife, the rock led the fifteen million dollar purchase of the. xfl. Out of Bankruptcy Sports Management Company redbird capital as a third partner. Johnson says the purchase was actually Garcia's idea she loves football and when the XFL declared bankruptcy, she saw their chance to own not just a team but an entire league not to get too grand about this. Consider that the salary of a single NFL football star say. Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak. Prescott is thirty, one million dollars. That's more than double what the partners paid for the xfl which has eight teams. Still, the deal made headlines. Perhaps it's a bit of hopeful light entertainment amidst the onslaught of grim. News in two thousand, twenty, Garcia. Johnson. Say They plan to produce multimedia content for fans year round, not just during the active spring season at production time, they hadn't yet said when the League will start to play again.

Pier 1 Import Transaction - What We Can learn From It

"Super committed to your success online. We've worked with them to a special offer just remarking school listeners. All you have to do is go to dream host dot com slash marking school to learn more and get your website online today. Welcome to another episode of Marketing School. I'm Eric Su and Neil Patel, and today we are going to talk about something really interesting. That's happening right now while we're GonNa talk about the pure one import transaction and what we can learn from it but we. A little context here as to when recording this. This is July twenty, second twenty twenty where still in the midst of Covid, and so what's going on as a lot of these companies retailers are going bankrupt. They were already shaky, and this was basically nail in the coffin for them. So they've had to basically liquidate. Neil. I'm sure you've looked into this deal a little bit. What do you know about it? Can you kind of pay some white as to WHO's kind of spearheading this as well? Sure. So there's a guy named Alex, ooh Zeus Anti Lopez. Many guys know about the guy has a. Car. Garage union, it's at. Times really smart. So ty ended up techno was but a lot of people look at Thai Guy who's pushing Lamborghini, and there's not much more to. What ty analysis decided to do was leverage on leverage. Our audience gets a ton of investors in go out there in go leverage their audience and going by these struggling e-commerce. First one they did was dressed farm about her pennies on the dollar. Now, the buying pure one, and then from there, they turn around the company's make him grow at the fat. And you got a really solid business in part, audience built brand lowliest do the bat and off. Yeah I mean, if you think about it, it's it was initially, they agreed on a twenty one, million dollar deal in the pure one came back and said, we want thirty million. So I think it's a thirty million dollar deal now, but to Neal's point, it's pennies on the dollar, the work de Sweat equity that's been put in over the years and years. They don't necessarily need all the retail shops anywhere. You take the brand, make everything. Go Onto ECOMMERCE. You'RE GONNA go. So, you're going to print money what turns action. It's super simple. It's effective and I wish more people thought about things that way a lot of people want to build businesses from scratch. The hardest part is building easier. Part is growing muscle were marketers cutting back in grown company has already a billion dollars revenue. They're not fall role while. Is it okay by for pennies on the dollar, you cut the fat and made two billion anymore, but they slew one, hundred, million. So that really amazing business, right? I was listening to that yesterday. So Nike originally, they were slated for their online revenue to be about thirty percent for twenty, twenty three. I at the target now is fifty percent. So the already shot past that. So a lot of stuff is accelerated. Yes. We know that they're not getting a lot of offline transactions, but would this basically means if you look at shop advice stock a lot of stuff ECOMMERCE which is accelerating. Yet, and before this year roughly percent of online transact commerce transaction rebound online that. And sure after cheers Emmy going down a little bit, but it's still gonNA. Be Way higher than where started. Yeah I think at least one of the lessons from me here is you have to look at the Times what are people used to right now, and is it just a business model? tweak where you remove the retail component? The you know the in store component and you just switch it to online and boom. You're you're good to go. 'cause people are tied to the original kind of appear one management team might be tied to hey, we should keep the stores people stuck with doing things the old way by once you remove the emotion from it wants you just be used a objective and you think about it from a business perspective everything changes anything else. Let's it in the last thing you should take away from pure wants to Techn- idea something as donor to book by its cover. A lot of people a judge tyler. This guy is in smart steam

How To Bring More Humanity To Your Leadership With Beth Weissenberger

"Hi Beth welcomes leadership, Biz Cafe I- nice to meet. You tend to be air. Thank you for having me so Beth to help frame our conversation today for those listening. I was wondering if you could start off by describing what your inner you career online program is, what's the pain point you saw and created this program to address? Shore If you look at most companies, for instance, they're the top. Let's call it five hundred to a thousand if it's a large organization and so most companies will pay for the top leadership to go through our workshops to go through. Now, our zoom workshops to go through our coaching programs But what do you do with the other thousand nok going to spend the big bucks on because you don't care about them? It's just. Were Coaching is expensive individual coaching, and so if you WANNA impact an organization and really raise the whole bar of an organization, you need everybody participating in the same language and the same work, and so we decided to invent our inner you career. We also have a life love and student, but our interview career for the companies that have many people who are not spending money on for coaching but want people to go through the method. And that you know is way different than paying you know a thousand and our for coaching you get twelve modules you get everything we teach our workshops in this one audio four, six, hundred, and fifty dollars, right? So that way companies can service. Their people that aren't getting the Individual One on one coaching and workshops. Now. I've had the chance best to go through your online course was particularly drawn to the program's goal of transforming how we view the word human from being a noun to a verb much. In the way we talk about googling something and what I love about this idea is how you point out that what this does is it puts the onus of change of becoming better and of being responsible for what we put out there on us now. Granted this is a bit of an abstract concept. So could you delve more into this idea of treating human as a verb and how does it create this pivot in terms of owning our own development and growth for sure? Yeah. No I love that. So to human, where now absolutely saying is avert like human a better like could you please learn to human better and remember I I coach C. Suite on and executives and top leadership team success for and if you take a leader so webbed are Whether of large organization or small, you want that leader to be the best human they could be the leader such that they're inspiring. They are know they're people to get the job done and to be great humans themselves. So it really is There are ways that we are as human beings that suck that absolutely suck as a parent as a leader as A. As a team member on a team you could name your top three things that you already know. You should do better human being wet, right like you know someone I was on the phone with someone the other day was looking at hiring us and he's a CEO of one million dollar company wants to bring it to a billion but knows that his being late to every meeting, his procrastinating his not doing things is getting in the way of his leadership and so that's not great unit that he is shows up late to his own meetings and it gets mad at people. Like how is that work as a human very So you start to hear and deal with not that you're a bad person we have what's great about us but we also have what sucks about us and most of us don't know how it impacts people. You know when I said to that CEO, like do you have any idea what the people make up in their own head about you showing applies to every meeting you have no clue. You know some of them will feel disrespected and thank you don't respect their time. Some of them will roll their eyes like how dare you Hold Neto account when you're not accountable and then you always have a frigging excuse about and get mad at me I have an excuse. So it is all about. Upping the ante on better humiliating as a human being yourself.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson buys XFL for 15 million dollars

"The XFL, trying to go again, a group including actor former WWe star Dwayne Johnson. The. Rock has agreed to purchase the xfl approximately fifteen million dollars. The XFL declared chapter eleven, bankruptcy April thirteenth, and so who knows maybe the rock make it work? In case you want the numbers, the League average one point nine, million TV viewers per game in two, thousand, twenty, and generate nearly twenty million gross revenues in. In Two thousand twenty, I know you watch more than I did Mike and you thought it was it was good out of the gate at least. What do you think XFL? Can it work again I? Think it can I mean look I think there's going to be more bigger player pool than ever before you know and and we should have some kind of according to Dr I, call him. You know from the Godfather according to Falconry. Dr, Don. According to Don Uchi, we should have some therapeutic or some cure by then. So we can have people in the stands and we can do all that you know I think it's a hell of a deal for him. Now redbird capital partners, they they have an option for seven and a half million of the fifteen. So I think this is all going through and just reading a lot of stuff online today I. Mean, this is a hell of a deal to pay fifteen million dollars to basically get all the all the hardware. Think about the equipment that they're going to get for fifteen million, the video machines, the uniforms, the all this stuff that you could basically would have cost you just it's worth. Sixty, one, million dollars. You get fifteen, it's pretty good deal. Yeah. Johnson as investors include his business partner Danny Garcia Garcia will have an executive position the league and said that both she and Johnson, a hands on approach run the league join John. "What makes Gillian's? What makes Gillian's in five days. We've already know how to make millions. Austin, powers said you should make remember that. Wasn't that Austin Power? Somebody said fulfilled. He's like I will take your. I will destroyer company. Your your planet. If you do not wire me, one million dollars remember that one. That was first one. macgyver goes. That's it many. What was it? He was from the sixties or whatever he said. I said twenty million dollars. And then they all sort of laughing at it, because like nothing nowadays right. So he went down to one billion. No, no, he raised billions aw! because. He's using sixteen. I will destroy the planet as you wire me twenty million dollars. I think. I'm trying to think what compels me. People. Talk about it and also like. Resonate was capable top. Recognition and like. Sometimes. Status, what if we somehow the first one hundred, the first three hundred? That's actually true. The three hundred angle that I did works real people like that. I'm taking votes on taking three hundred people from rags-to-riches. That's good. That can be added the copy you know. What works the best on me, Ben. Is when it is a page that has a lot of intrigue and you don't quite. It doesn't reveal all your like. Every show. It's not a Hook Hook is different. It's a it's a cliffhanger. Yes, sure cliffhanger, there's. All that you click on it, so they start by saying. This is the next Amazon Bright, but twenty years ago. If you buy this stock in ten years, you're going to be a billionaire over, and they talk about it for like forty five minutes, and you can't even click on the I wanted until the very end, right? It's just really a story. It's actually typography, so there was not just audio with the words had video slides. My friend kind of invented that those guys stole it from him. I mean he was doing away before I was doing away before. That has got molly full. Yeah, that's called. That's the original via south ugly. They sell. That has facing. That's a whole nother thing. We should get back testing. We did test that. Did My Me Being on camera, one I think. That's the. Off Yeah it, but it's very tricky because it wins. Your copywriting has to be better. So it's tricky, but I. do agree if you watch something. Oh Yeah those those ads that you see at the bottom that go onto Boola ads and all these native ads just say something to the effect of. This will be the next Amazon one hundred dollars. Here will make you. Million people are clicking out the Yin Yang on there click rate must be insane. There's are good triggers, but it's perfect. But going back here, let's get our. What is our challenge to the control? The control is black. Friday. Program giving it away for free having an opt in. What are we want to test I feel like getting more email. Addresses is worth testing. Do. You think we'll get a lot more if we force or do we lose a lot of sales? Because people don't WANNA put in. Your Eating only thirty percent. I mean I. Was How many new toys that we have from Black Friday. That were already. Oh you get more than you think you get more. You get more than we can find out that exact thing but. I would be a good to know actually. I can't imagine it's more than fifty percent. Lot of people watch stuff, but they're not. They don't put their email in. Where's my damn phone? There it is okay. Thank arm on. You went one hundred bucks for the. Paying attention award of the day. The AD! Saying that there's four. Programs I think so yeah. You. Can't say for aid. We're. We would want that. Much drugs or the amount of problems. Which is Sodas boss? We have tested avionics before you as well, but products were lower tier products x sixty S. Steph, when do we test that? On the New Year's now as Well For sure, people want to deal on stuff that they think's going to work. Yeah inspired. Wow we've tested price out the union. Weightless. Angels. Video. Hey Hey, Ben! Is there a difference between? Saying! You get ten programs. For this amount versus saying. He by your by one program for this and you're getting this much free. Is there a difference between the two phrases in conversions, not saying versus say a bungled price, versus well, we have member. Wasn't it was a hybrid is thing so it was? You can get all of them for four ninety seven, or you can just pick and choose for ninety seven. Some people picked and choose. Some people just got to programs. The idea was you're saving like? Idea was you're saving? I kind of think the number is like seventy percent people kind of go. Into those. Over seventy percent like I was saying group on would do between sometimes group ninety percent off. On purpose a coherent way, so for example, there's an investment, yes. E Commerce version Yup we. Learn the four pillars of wealth real estate. Social Media e commerce, and then what ties it all together is understanding how to manage your finances in your credit, so you have our credit mentor program. So those four make a lot of sense, it's Kinda like you build a structure of your finances off those four. One program for a dollar. And then the up sells the boat. Could, but whenever you switch things up sells upsells. Net people abandoned right there. You ever bought something and there's something after just busy. You disappear or Order bumps can? But we it is kind of like an order bump because it's on the order page. I think the I think the takeaway from this is. that. I'm not sure sometimes. The way to make a million dollars is to realize. What you have already good, you just got to do a better. I just talked. I just interviewed Pulitzer. Prize winner jared diamond who wrote guns, germs and steel and three million copies. And all these other best selling books and he told me I said my last question to in the mental box podcast was..

The Monocle's Luxury Retail And Fashion News

"Time to run. This Day's top retail luxury and fashion news with Monaco's fashion editor Jamie waters good morning to you, Jamie. Warning Jordana now of course, wearing black, as long been fashionable, but now the black in fashion council along with some other organizations is moving to make the fashion industry accountable for its race problem. Wearing black has never been more relevant. Tell us what's happening. Hi Yes, but there's a few initiatives and organizations that are being launched at the moment. And blocking fashion. Council is one of the biggest ones, and that's sufficiently launching these wake, but it's founded by Lindsay. Papers Wagner whose the editor in chief of Teen Vogue and Sudden Sandrine Charles is a PR executive basically they wanting to to make the industry accountable. So you know we've seen in recent weeks that were. Browns posting duck towels on instagram and sort of pledging. To the black communities, but now these organizations is saying Kay. We a lot of brands of said this, but they don't actually have representations in terms of their employees on in terms of your mortals and things like that so waking waking to call you to account. So black fashion counts who? Is doing what they're saying is a yearly report cod to hold brands accountable and so every year for the for the next three years, though sort of released this report card that shows. You represent the number of representations of black employees across different levels in the company's on. That was a good qualify paypal's wagner in times of the weekend and she said. We're in a state of cancer coach for right now, but we want to move to accountability Coccia any brown complex, one million dollars to the NASA pay on Instagram, but who will follow up and check that they did. So I think it is the idea of of really putting your mouth is and an If you can make the post on instagram and things like that, but what are you going to do about it? Let's take a felon Tino now. who have who are suing their landlords to try and break the Fifth Avenue wrench contract. Yes, this is an interesting case at the moment west of in this in this position, where over the past couple of months has been kind of. Danz between landlords and retail landlords and tenants in terms of. It's been the kind of case by case basis, but they're in various instances. Landlords have delayed, rent reduced or sometimes. Not Made Brown's pay rented all, but now getting into a situation where things as starting to open up and we're seeing landlords. Say Okay. You need to pay off now and Valentino is suing swing. It's landlord on its Fifth Avenue Flagship in Manhattan. Because it wants to break. It's it's lace contract which I think. He's due to run until two thousand twenty nine I'm basically the brownies saying but. It's such a drastically different retail landscape from when it signed the contract, two thousand and thirteen that. Basically can't make this work in this is just not tenable situation anymore and these these interesting case because. reports saying that the outcome of these. Early lawsuits. we'll really send a signal as to which way the courts are going to go. I think Victoria's sacred is falling different following a similar path. And basically. Whether what irrespective of what happens in the courts? There will be this tussle anyway, because if if brands say that they literally compay. What it's leading landlords in a difficult situation because there's no. in some ways because the the landscape is so decimated, landlords aren't really in a position of power. Because there's no one else is going to fuel they slots. No other people are going to be wanting to retail tenancies at the moment, so it is this kind of interesting tussle. Absolutely I mean it means that the whole character of Fifth Avenue, the kind of beating heart of luxury in the middle of new. York will change completely. Slowly I mean I I think you know obviously things are starting to open up in New York at the moment in terms of shopping, but gear I mean it's the one of the biggest things is that there's just no tourists and I think even if even as the shop so the open an an work how to make these shops attractive to shoppers. You're still not going to have the tourists that make up a huge amount of sales at these flagships in in your in power in the big in the big cities Jamie. Thank you very much. Indeed,

Inside the Start of an Online Membership Community with Kevin Fremon

"What's up everybody welcome to session four, hundred and twenty eight of the smart passive income podcast. Thank you so much for joining me today. My Name is Pat. Flynn here to help you make more money. Save more time and help more people to, and they were talking with Kevin Freeman who is starting a membership. In fact, he just recently launched it. We're going to talk about how he launched it and what it's been like in there, and how he is using this platform to communicate and have conversations and the types of conversations that he's happening to hopefully. Hopefully give you perspective on what is possible and you'll find out that it's not in fact, a giant community yet, and it's a slow start and I think there are reasons for that, and we'll talk about that as well, but I'm very proud of what has done. Kevin in fact is one of the members of our SPIC accelerator program, and this wasn't even a thing. When he came in to that program about seven months ago and to see this being created in the connections. He's creating with his community. Now it's just it's just unreal and I cannot. Tell you how mix how excited I am about how this is going to pan out in the future. We'll have to have him. Come back on the show to talk about what happens next, but you'll also find Kevin if you're interested on youtube. He's an amazing storyteller. A great friend so excited to introduce them to you here Kevin F. R. E. M. O. N. Fremont Helius. Kevin Welcome to the PODCAST. Thanks for being here man. I cannot tell you how excited I am to be here. Literally Pat for the past five years. I've been visualizing this very moments, and it is here, so thanks for having me I really appreciate it. Thank you and I remember you because Lincoln last year was when we really I met in person and gave his giant hug and I. I was like what happened like. What would that would i? What? Why do I deserve this and you've told me a lot more about your story. Even became a stew. Mike celebrated program. And now you're building these amazing communities, and just helping somebody more people yet these successful products online, and just so stoked to have become your friend recently and I just wanted to invite you on for A. A number of reasons number one I want to dig into your story a little bit because I think it's going to be very inspirational for people number two. You're working effort into building a new community. Literally from scratch lately has been really inspiring, because as many of you will hear next week. Matt and I have been building something related to this that works at its talk about, but we'll. We'll see that for later, but you've been just digging into the weeds of how to bring people together in your community in a very interesting way, and I want to unpack that as well, but let's start with with you head, and in your experience and entrepreneurship, and and of where this all start for you I know you have some incredible sort of ups and downs in this arena. Yeah. Absolutely, you know. It's funny that you mentioned kind of an. That's the topic of our conversation today because. Literally for the last twelve years I have been building communities both on the technical design side, and also on the human side, and there has absolutely been a tremendous amount of downs. It's actually what has helped me kind of come to this realization of what I would call the three CS of community and we'll get to that later in the show, but my story goes like this. When I was twenty three I basically said goodbye to the corporate world, and started off on a journey of my own as a creative as A. As someone who knew that I just wanted to step into entrepreneurship. And I remember the first big project. That's really kind of set the course for lot of my journey forward, and coincidentally that was actually community. This referral came in to myself and my cousin, who at the time had this design and branding business where we would build web products for other entrepreneurs and this client came in and said I want wikipedia meets facebook needs web MD and I wanted to be a community of people to expose all modalities of medicine and health. and. Of course, my cousin and I look at each other. Having just started this new business and look at our clients, potential client and say to them. We got this. We can do this. Let us your quotes and we'll get moving on this project. This turned into our first million dollar projects, and we worked on this community for a good three years, developing a really robust platform and learning a lot about community building, and so is that moments where I found this real love for helping entrepreneurs build products build community. That really helped the world. And so as we move through that journey, I had this wild idea of my own because I wanted my own concept. I wanted to build my own community. I didn't want to actually build another product for another entrepreneur and then have it. You know leave because it was something I was so passionate about.

Asoka like live just ripping its head off of the insect. I saw another one with a prey mantis fighting a prey mantis and winning. In then cutting it's head the pre manses head off literally clean off of its is so crazy man. That is some savage stuff having stuff. Somebody volved I'm trying to find some silver linings here in the only thing I can find. Apparently the Japanese make some sort of liquor out of these hornets out of their venom. So maybe maybe they'll be another. Would you drink that? I mean why would you clearly? It's a delicacy in Japan. Would think. Hey you know what I could probably can do with. That are GONNA make drink out of it. I got on it now. This it's for I cannot. I cannot stand insects in general especially stinging one's childhood trauma as a kid. I stepped in yellow jackets. And that's when I was five it wasn't until I was like an adult could look at a picture of one and not feel sick to my stomach. I hate these things. You you WanNa know something funny. It is the only moment in life when you show by. The manly of man could be walking around with like three hundred fifty pounds. You know what I'm saying like rewards but then you see then. A bee flies anywhere new their face. They're doing flailing around and running away. You know what I mean like you know what I'm saying. Trust me and asked me not the Royd part? But I'm saying like when whenever there's a AH bumblebees man. Bumblebees freaked me out. And every time like for a good minute. They're outside my door. There were just bumblebees flying outside my door. Because I got really nice. Rose Bushes out out my front door and they're starting to bloom so of course. What else is new these? Bumblebees are going up there. And just chilling up in the cut so man. That's the only time you'll see me running running like a little girl like no. I'm not about that life so imagine seeing killer horrid man. I'm running so hard. I don't care if my car is the opposite direction. I will run. I don't care. Are you allergic? No now. That's good but I gotta get stung. I've been stung a couple of times. I've been stung in the. I one time when I was a kid stung in the hand. That stuff is I anna. `Bout that life man so no. "Get twenty five guys in the back of the airplane and the pilot it would had to have trimmed. The airplanes weight had changed. So you know. The airplane wants to pitch up so the pilot basically trump's airplanes so it it stays level and then the thirty of US would run or twenty of US would run from the back of the airplane to the cockpit and the pilot would have to be determined the airplane because the airplane would want to tip over stupid P. Three crewmen tracks right and his and you would you would annoy if he added pilot. You didn't know you do that for five times and then he would Either yellow over the ICS Sir the intercom system. Or you know there would be scoldings have anyway so it's just a little fun but anyway. This is really kind of an important function so this glitch re involves indicator light for the stabilizer stabilizer trim system which helps raise and lower. The plane's nose light wasn't turning on Wednesday when it wasn't supposed to Boeing's are resolving. The problem still expects the seven thirty seven Max resumed buying by mid twenty twenty. So this is the third software flaw to be discovered. Now pilots can feel an aircraft's pitch change through there but you can feel an airplane. You know when you're when you are trimmed out in your level it take. They can take their hands off the oak and the airplane essentially stay straight. Any you don't have to be pulling pushing and what you know uh-huh as fuel is burned off the pitch. The aircraft's going to change a little bit in the aircraft typically automatically TRIMs itself so it stays in the right flight configuration and So but you can feel the you know the airplane pitch over when it's not supposed to. They're sitting up there in the seat. At all of a sudden the the airplane starts to nose over a little bit so you know they can use the trim button non on the yolk or they can reach over and spin the wheel and This is you know. Every aircraft that I know of has a trim wheel and or it trim control so yeah if an again. I'm sure this is some sort of safety light but still all these systems in airplanes and are designed to make sure that it helps you not make mistakes in a warn you okay it warns you when the years not down it warns you when you're too low it warns you when you're going too fast in a descend all these things but in reality the pilot is supposed to know this stuff and not have those warnings appear and basically supposed to be in control. The aircraft craft all times no matter the air pipes pitching up and down. The they don't need an idiot. Light and this is what we commonly referred to many of these lights as it idiot idiot light saying hey idiot. You've got a problem now. I know that Jack. I know you're laughing but this true. Some of these lights are idiot. Lights And you don't want that either like come on or if you do you're already in control you know it's gone on so we half and I think part of the problem. We're having now and I might be wrong here. And let's not just pick on the seven thirty seven Max but we have of aging Pilot core and they're they're going to time out for H.. They WanNa work but the the FAA only allows pilots fly to a certain age and they don- they can't fly commercially anymore and It's just just the way the game is and so what you have is you have this huge huge huge huge huge demand for pilots right now and not not a lot of people coming out of the military. A lot of guys that are in the military they'd have seven hundred twelve hundred three thousand five thousand hours of experience when they come out there getting sucked right up there. You go right the airlines immediately but the forces are smaller. There's not as many active duty guys coming out and entering you know the pilot pipeline. Hi plying in in the airlines. But they're still this huge shortage of pilots. So you have people like my brother-in-law son. He wants to be a pilot. He's a studying to become a pilot. He's going to you know this. Summer's you're going to start getting a pilot's license in going through the process. He's going to an aviation school and you know in probably five or six years. He's if he cheeses goals he's GonNa be in the right hand seat of some commuter bouncing around getting his hours in putting this time in a couple years later he'll start upgrading into you. Know if he gets his ticket punch they needs to. He'll start upgrading into into more sophisticated airplanes but still relatively low hours so they're bringing Pilots into the system. Now and they're getting into into the aircraft a lot sooner in any just you know even though I was a back end guy and P. Threes. There's just a certain amount the time you need to kind of get enough experience where you're not gonNA kill people you know and You know flying is one the thing but having that sense of safety knowing what's going to happen and be able to recover from stalls and all the multitudes of things bring your crabbing you gotta you gotTa Twenty Five uh-huh not decide wind coming in and you're trying to land in airplane in all this stuff that happens. That pilots only learned from countless hours of experience. The a Lotta young pilots coming airplane so They need all these idiot lights. I hate to say it. That way But they had to pay attention to him and if the software is wrong. This is how people get killed so anyway Enough on me talking about airplanes. I'm sure Jack is GonNa correct me me a few places here by really think. That's a big part of it. There's just a huge huge huge any. You've got a kid that wants a lifetime job at this point and he's got some you you know he's good with the cool under pressure. East can follow directions. He's process oriented You know this is what pilots pilots have to do that. It's repetitive process oriented set. They have to do from safety standpoint. There's a great career to be had You know plenty of jobs obser- for pilots and he might as well go and become a pilot. That's after a couple of years you have to put your dues him. After a couple of years you know you make the big bucks and Pilots do very very well financially and they get to travel the world and have a girlfriend every I'm just kidding But anyway way you know it's It's a pretty good lifestyle. Amazon is detailed huge expansion. Plans for Bellevue. Washington company. Says we'll bring more than fifteen thousand employs a city in the coming coming years so It's already Amazon territory. It's going to get more intense. I wish I had Screen sharing up tonight. Sorry they don't. There's a new Museum display. "Well and on twitter. I know we're live in multiple places on twitter but just say hello low. Send me an email your Geek News at Jima comments always appreciated When you do Seltzer let's get into the the stack the stack of stuff I have tonight? Let's see I guess I can close these because I don't have a can't show you any screens. And that so spacex is saying that you can get a Falcon Elkin. Nine Rocket Ri- rocket ride online for cheap is a million dollars. Now it's not for you. It's where payload so you can't go to space with SPACEX yet for a million dollars. But if you want to send something to spacex and I'm sure there's all kinds of bureaucratic red tape to do that. But they've activated a what they call a small sat rideshare him in. That's Kinda funny and I ride. Share programs are typically weekly. You know in People ride sharing to go to work but not this one this program lets small. Aw satellite operators share the cost burden of a launch on Falcon nine and last year. The cost was just over two million dollars but the site now places the prices as low as a million dollars. This covers sending four hundred. Forty pounds a payload to sun synchronous orbit that kind of orbit leads to satellite Passover. The same spot on earth about the same time every day. NASA's earth observing terra satellite is an example of an S. O. Orbit and of course prices may vary with the weight and type of orbit. The satellite will be delivered to for example spacex online calculator estimates of four hundred kilogram. Satellite launch will start. Start at two million. The form walk through the various launch options and ions like adapters fuel. Launch Insurance basics also accepts non-refundable reservation deposits posits online. I wonder if they take an American Express credit card so they're going to launch and s omission every four months and and once your reservation presses Pru spacex will provide you with a quote unquote. Welcome package so it's just like they got this thing down to a science. It's not like a meeting anymore. Just go online and apply for a for a spot for four hundred forty pounds worth of four hundred kilograms worth of Satellite of the put into space. And I'm sure you have to go to the government. Ask permission because you know we could all pool our money together and send something to space than it probably would not be be appreciated especially if it was something that was an inanimate object so so anyway cool stuff going on there with space x million dollars interesting report on android center talking about Amazon instagram. How they're stealing eyeballs away from Google? Search people are now searching for products directly on Amazon without using Google as an intimate airy. So that's Kinda dumb it really really is. Don't go to Amazon and search for product I really open incognito window and search for products and services because because you're basically you're showing your cards and you may get a different price. Soap do some online shopping. There's there's more than place more places than Amazon the by stop and then I was being told. Oh you can shop at target shop at Walmart and I am actually found a few things online at Walmart that were cheaper than Amazon John and still got free shipping. So just don't immediately go to Amazon because the minute you start doing that you're going to start going to start taking advantage of you all all right so I always do my initial product searches spurts via Google incognito window. It seems to work out the best. I may say myself. Twenty thirty dollars alerts on product idea. We'll say I had an interesting thing happen here recently. I was looking for well as talked with Mike Del. 'cause I it was freezing here when it was really really cold and the way this building is designed the heat is more than in the furnaces in the back of the building I set way up in the front and and Just the front room was just a little bit. Chilly and Mike said we'll just get a infrared floor heater you know being put by your desk. And he says it's you know you're gonNA eat eat some trysofi but you won't have to have the temperature turn so Heidi at you heat up so I went on Amazon and a search structure and ghoul. I search for the particular model. He talked about Amazon. Had the cheapest one but it was a little bit higher than I was ready to spend. I think there's like one hundred seventy bucks or something I just you know it's not on the budget so I abandoned the search and like three days letter. I got this email from another company that says. Hey there's a price reduction for that unit. You are searching for ninety seven dollars now and I said what ninety seven dollars. Well maybe I can do that. So obviously I'm being marketed. TO TURNS TURNS OUT IT'S A third party company of Amazon owns so their email marketing to me and I never heard of before and beyond that. They can't remember the name of it right now but he he might click through and here was with a trick. I looked at the unit that they were offering to me. That was supposedly the one and I had searched for on Amazon in it was not the same model it was a lower priced model not as many features less. Bt's BT's or whatever it is that you have for of a heat capacity and I'm like you little dirty dogs. You've basically almost got me because I went went. Oh Wow ninety seven bucks. I clicked on it. I went through the first couple of steps. And then I'm like let me go back to Amazon and look at that unit and I had actually saved the original going in my cart and added it is a wishlist thing. I hadn't I didn't check out and I went and did the crosschecking sure enough different model. Well I took the model number for the one that they had advertised to me at ninety seven dollars and did the actual search on Amazon and it was cheaper it was cheaper then the one I got the email from so I just basically cancelled all the orders and said you know screw this. I'm not going to be You take an advantage Pity almost got me. It was really really close so in a group. Google search revenues aren't going as fast as growing fast they used to and analysts are basically saying that Market saturation slow bleed of customers as the cause house and half of all products searches for example. Now originate on Amazon sidestepping. Google and You know used to be the Google wizard Swiss army knife of the net thing. You want to buy a new refrigerator. Ask Google WANNA plan your next year chip to the Bahamas ask Google but now Not so much but again. I'm being very very very cautious of you here. When you're doing searches like this to you know to shop around a little bit? Just don't think Amazon is going to be your best deal. The federal government has just issued. Its first driverless car exemption new role. I don't know if we talked about this company passed or not is the first is to nab the coveted. What they call the M. V. S. S. exemption from the US department transportation and what that is is the federal motor vehicle safety standards require card have a basic acumen controls like steering wheels pedals side view mirrors and so on these seniors specific specify how vehicles must be designed before they can be sold if report report pros? New Vehicle doesn't comply with all existing F. M. D. S. manufacturers can apply for an exemption but the government is only allowed to grant twenty five hundred exemptions per company per year. But what's interesting here is. Regulators haven't granted exemptions for Thomas Vehicles until L.. Today Nero said it's burst which allows it to begin operating. It's driverless delivery vehicles on public roads with regulatory certainty so in order to for them to grant this exemption the process require them to conclude that the vehicle itself is at least as safe as one that would be required to meet the the standards. That doesn't mean that they look at the whole vehicle but when a magazine says they say when a neural removes Amir's doesn't have the windshield and does have the backup camera. We conclude the vehicle will be at least as safe as if it did. Have these things. Now this isn't meaning that they are going to be able to put this thing on the road right now. They have to go through some additional hoops here. But at least they've been able to get this exemption which is pretty interesting so oh were making a good time here and I think it's good at a reply to something here. My son is asking me for password. I'm like you're going to have to wait Sony interesting exception. It's been issued. Their the next thing up is according to the verge the FCC's broadband surveys missing twenty million people and then the broadband now says that close to forty two million people. People don't have high speed Internet access. This report estimates forty two point eight million in the United States do not have broadband access nearly twice the official estimate reached by the FCC again. This report was conducted by broadband. Now the helps consumers check to areas for broadband Ville ability and the FCC only said the twenty one point three million blacked broadband I being access broadband now chose nine. Now's is the way the FCC interprets interpret census data if an ISP provide service to at least one household in a census block the the SEC considers a whole census block is covered by the ISP. A census block can include for anywhere from one thousand eight thousand people with average of about four four thousand. The agents revise the reporting rules for form. Four seven summits not clear. "It's this game changer. I call it the reality maker because we circle all the way back up to the top. When we were talking about vision without action hallucination, so one of the things I help people. Do I help them create a vision for the life, and they get clarity on what they want. But if I don't give them clarity and how to get it. I've just given them a host nation. So. One of the things we do after the vision is we create the ninety day reality maker it shows you what to do in the next twenty four hours seventy two hours next week two weeks three weeks four weeks all the way for the next ninety days. Exactly what to do in order to achieve your goals and dreams. It's basically like building a treasure map that gets you to the treasure chest for whatever that you want that to be okay. Now once you have that in place, and if you if you don't have my book unstoppable, have very very strong details in that book about how to build your ninety plans to go to be unstoppable, book dot com right now and get a free copy. It's in there. Okay. Now, the last thing bonus bonus mistake that I made was not having accountability to someone deeply did not want to disappoint when I finally got that from Badri school in changed my life. I moved mountains. I got it from Joel Marian. I got it from Matt Smith as well. But Badri was the guy didn't wanna let down and when I had accountability to a coach that I did not want to disappoint. I did the hardest things. But by doing those hard things changing, my attitude change ING, my energy levels becoming a better speaker becoming a better coach becoming a better writer becoming better salesperson when I did would bedrose told me do and I did it because I didn't wanna let him down. Moved mountains because I finally had the accountability in my life, and I stopped making the mistake. Stopped suffering in silence, I stopped having this mindset, I stopped wandering around without a blueprint so coaching accountability are the missing links to your millionaire status. Okay..

"The books courses in programs that needed when I did I got. Great results. Remember buying ninety seven dollar program on how to build a million dollar info business. It made me four thousand dollars. The first time I read it. So I read it again. I mean, another four thousand I read in the third time and made another four thousand yet still I was too cheap to buy coaching. When I did finally by coaching, then my business went up exponentially. So if I had only had less of a scarcity mindset in less hoarding mentality of my money on the way for their head. Not only would I be further ahead. But you would be further ahead, and I would have helped more people. And so it's the same with leadership you need in overcoming that suffering in silence. Like, all these all these mistakes that I made were internally focused and very playing defense focused. You know, you remember you watch like a football game or basketball game or hockey game or a soccer game. And the team is up and they go into defense mode, right? This. This is like the best now is the NFL right because team is up by two touchdowns. And there's three minutes left. All all we have to kill three minutes, and they go into total defense mode next thing, you know, like the other the other team that's losing is to twenty thirty are passing place. What's going on here? They couldn't even get a first down before. But now they're doing twenty thirty yards next thing. Okay. One touchdown of there's only a minute left and the only one time out and still they'll Brady brings the ball down. And they and they tied the game or win the game. Because that team was in. Offense mode, but you were in defense mode, and you can't survive and succeed and flourish when your defense mode but defense mode. It's scarcity mindset suffering in silence abdication, instead a delegation. So you have to get out of your internal focus out of your own head and be externally focused. How can I go and get help from other people? How can I lift others up? How can I add more value? How can I give more than I receive? And when you have that approach, and there's a man that I met recently who speaking at our empire summit on August sixteenth, seventeenth and San Diego. His name is Dan Fleischmann one of the most generous guys. I know he's so generous that Joel Marian who I believe is most generous guy I've ever met couldn't stop ranting and raving about how generous Dan Fleishman was. And so when Dan when Dan Fleishman are when a man or woman is more generous than Joel Marian that is a mind blowing in its generosity. But dan. Is also very very successful person, very humbled and low key and fun and giving and he was the youngest CEO of company that went public. He was twenty nine back in he's around a little bit older than me. Early two thousands his company went public, and he was under the age of thirty in the first time that somebody of that young had a company go public. So he's incredible man, anyways that guy is the opposite of scarcity minded, and he is extremely successful. Okay. So I want you to be the same number six. The six mistake that we make is that we have daily distractions. I learned a long time that environment is everything locally and globally. So my friend Jason capital. A awesome young man who made his first million at twenty three. I met him at the age of nineteen and he has an eight figure business now at the age of thirty. He says environment is destiny not environment is important, but environment is destiny. And it's true. What is Jason? Do. He hangs around the most successful people that he knows an eye knows. He's always tracking down billionaires talk to them. And we've all heard that phrase that you're the average of the five people you spend the most time with well, it is so true. In fact, a Harvard research study found the people who spend time with cigarette smokers have greater chance of smoking cigarettes. By it. They didn't start out smoking cigarettes. But eventually they did because their environment. The people around them lead them to becoming a cigarette smoker. Now, if you're struggling like, but I don't know anybody who's awesome in my life mind. Virement is boring and socks will listen your environment can be online with positive people. It can be at amazing events like my empire summit. My perfect life retreat on November eighth and ninth in San Diego. Something about San Diego. That's full of amazing people great environment to be in.

"You're gonna play point guard and Pippen you're gonna play that other position. And then Rodman you're gonna play this position. And all right. I'm out of here. I'll see you guys after the game. Now, he had coach people to coach people practice he'd manage egos. All that stuff. The coach the manager the owner of the business doesn't just abdicate responsibility to the team members. But a lot of business owners do especially once you go from that, you know, so low entrepreneur you make any couple hundred granting like I got again assistant. I gotta get somebody else to replicate my work, and you like just like up just put it in some documents and give it to them. And then I can go back because I don't wanna have to have difficult conversations. And that's what I see a lot. Now, the people that go all in on leadership like Badri us help build people up. They give them an environ. In which they can flourish. And they don't do abdication they do delegation, and they don't say, oh, I'm going to hire this person. They're going to figure it all out and save me. They say, no, I'm going to hire this person because they have great culture fit, and they have great skills. And I'm gonna be there. I'm gonna onboard them we have a three day on boarding process. Most people don't even have an on boarding process at all. But we're gonna bring these people up we're going to coach him in Alexa, level, we're gonna make them better than they started out when they came to us that that is what you need to do a lot of people are just like what's the easiest way that I can just get this stuff off my plate. And that's the top down boss approach to to growing a business and it works for so long, but doesn't work as well. As it. Did you know back in nineteen seventy five when I was born back when people say, okay, there was a there's a boss, and there's me, and I'll just do what they say. No now, it's highly different world. And you need to understand that need become a leader leader helps people. And there's a lot of great infographics on this. You know, there's a boss where it's like there's a boss in the image is a person with a whip. And people are pulling rocks and stuff. And then there's, you know, the leader in the leaders like in there helping and that's the way that the world needs to be now, the, you know, on the big fan of millennials because millennials challenged the status quo the things that didn't work for so long, the lack of communication and. You know, the higher keys and all the things that have gotten us into a lot of trouble. And because of this we've had opened honest conversations in everybody's moving ahead in the right organization. So I want you to keep that in mind that there's no man woman. You know person who identifies either on a white horse. Donkey pony whatever I don't wanna offend donkeys horses or ponies. There's no man on a white horse on just joking around come on on just joking around. So there's no man on the white horse is gonna save you. You must be the best man or woman that you are rise to the challenge be that leader delegate instead of abdicate. And that is how you're gonna move ahead in life. Okay. So it's really really really really key. You must learn how to outsource the right TASS. You must learn how to control your day in your time. You must learn how to be a leader. But you can't do it all yourself and suffering. Silence. But they can't do it all for you. Either. New. You have to understand that you're all in this together number steak number five.

"A billion dollars in twelve months gates, not gonna happen. Let's let's get you to millionaire status. I that that for me is not that hard getting you to billionaire status. It's very difficult, but I can get you the millionaire status. And so it's not easy. But it's simple simple. Very much like climbing. Mount Everest becoming a millionaire is simple. It's hard as heck. But it simple. Just do what everybody else did to become millionaire. Just do what everybody else did to climb Mount Everest. When those parallels are clear in your mind, you'll commit to taking action. So that's what I want you to do what I want. You to do is say, okay. Here's the dream. But more important I need to know what to do right now. So we'll get to that. In a moment. Second mistake. I see is people just don't have the singularity of focus. They give into the idea fairy. And because of that they end up with the thirsty. Donkey paradox going on in their life. If you don't know what thirty donkey paradoxes, it goes like this as legend goes, and I don't know if this actually true. But as legend goes if you put a thirsty donkey between two pills of water that are equidistant from it. So let's say like there's a payoff to its right? There's a payoff to its left on both of those pales or six feet from where the donkey is standing the donkey won't know which way to go because it'll say others water to my right, and there's water to my left and they both look about the same distance apart. Where should I go? I don't know. So I'll just stand here. Like, a dumb old donkey, I don't know if that's true again. But I'll tell you what I know a lot of people who are chasing, multiple rabbits in as the old phrase goes the man who chases two rabbits catches neither one. So if you're all over the place if you're chasing on a shiny objects. And you don't have singularity of focus and one day, you're onto one thing. The next day you're onto the other and you just don't have the power in the strength, ruthless cutback. Then you will really suffer Badri ranson raves about the idea fairy all the time idea fairy this idea, very that. He really hates this idea fairy hoping ever meets the idea ferry for the idea fairy sake because probably punch him in the nose. But a lot of entrepreneurs are afflicted by this idea fairy today, I'm gonna do this today. Do that today? Listen to podcast and get. A new idea. No, you don't need all new ideas. You just need to with singularity of focus. Go back to your vision. Execute that action plan you must overcome that thirsty..

"Know Tyne said vision without action is hallucination, and I do see this a lot in the people that come to me for coaching. I wanna be a billionaire. Okay. How you going to be a billionaire? I don't know. I'm just going to be a billionaire. I'm gonna say it on the internet. I'm gonna put it on my Instagram on via billionaire. I'm gonna wear the billionaire boys club t shirts that's not enough to make you billionaire. That's not the action. That's that's seriously hallucination never had. People tell me they're gonna make a million dollars that were hallucinating hallucinating and just completely out to lunch because I knew they wouldn't do any of the work. They would maybe read some books, and they would listen to the podcast. But when it came to actually getting their hands dirty and doing the work learning how to sell all the good stuff. They never did it. So you need take a hard look at your life and say, do I have this big dream or do I have a true vision with an action plan that I'm going to put in place because? You can you can become one of these will what I call professional white borders. Right. You probably know some of these people like oh, man. I got this wall. It's painted whiteboard. Paint. Man, we whiteboard everything here. That's great. But do you actually do the stuff that's on the now we got to once white boarding go in whiteboard? Another wall. Okay. Great.
