Is that carrying out. Eleven one million dollar attacks against non name brand targets who no one has ever heard of would have been far wiser in the long run the ransomware affiliate model enhanced with initial access brokers and third party s grows is evolving to enable exactly this it allows for scaling up the number of attacks while maintaining efficiency as the size of individual attacks is reduced for the purpose of staying clear this creates a blur which neither politicians nor law enforcement will lock onto the way they locked onto colonial pipeline and jbs it will tend to make many fewer headlines. And that's the point. Remember back a few years ago when we were talking about how..

The State of Vaccinations in the U.S.

"Alison. Over the weekend rhode island became the eighth state to reach a goal set by president biden to get seventy percent of adults vaccinated with at least one shot by july. Fourth is the rest of the country on track lost so far. Many of the smaller northeastern states have reached this goal. I including maine massachusetts vermont and new jersey nationwide about sixty one percent of adults have received their first dose and very close to half are now fully vaccinated so this is all good news but in states. Vaccinations remain much lower including alabama mississippi. Arkansas utah it's kind of unclear. I mean nationwide. The number of daily. Vaccinations has declined over the last month. Part of this. Is it a lot of people already been vaccinated. Now we're at about one point. Seven million shots a day so we have a ways to go as a country. General vivek murthy has pointed to survey data showing that more people would be motivated to roll up their sleeves if their employers gave time off to get the shot and recover from it so employers not only have an opportunity to increase fascination rates. It turns out that they can also help the close. The equity gallon. Vaccinations and you know. In recent weeks mega retailers including target and walmart have announced compensation and incentives for hourly employees who get vaccinated some employees have been offered cash bonuses. Yeah in house and can we take a second to talk about what is going on in my home state of ohio right now. I saw my parents this weekend and they were telling me what they were going to do. When they won the vaccine million. Yes oh hi. Oh has gotten a ton of attention for this lottery program so for the next five weeks beginning. This week there will be a one million dollar lottery. Draw for people who get their first dose of the pfizer or moderna vaccine or the one dose of j. and j. other states have jumped on this lottery bandwagon oregon kentucky maryland in new york ruled out something called the vaccine scratch initiative with that four million dollar possible when so ohio was really touting. Some pretty impressive numbers in terms of a boost in vaccinations. And i think it's surprising. Just how well lotteries may work. I talked to a behavioral economist about this katie milkman at the university of pennsylvania and your parents might appreciate this mattie the hijack pot is really alluring and feels like a game and because we overweight small probability that we might win and wonderful coke. They're really highly motivating. There's lots of research showing that lotteries can be used to change all sorts of other health

Biden Focuses on Capital-Gains Taxes

"Is going to be seeking new taxes on the rich including a near doubling of the capital gains tax for people earning more than one million dollars a year to pay for the next phase in his four trillion dollar plan to reshape the american economy. He will also propose raising its marginal income tax rate to thirty nine point. Six percent from thirty seven percent. Dear god the level it was cut to by president. Donald trump's tax overhaul back in two thousand seventeen We are expecting that is going to be the full proposal gonna come out next week. As part of his american families plan which would provide for paid family leave and free community college among other priorities. The white house has insisted the plan will not raise taxes on middle or low income americans which is reassuring to them. But we're concerned about the over emotional rich so let's go to some of the initial reactions That were had on. The larry kudlow show jimmy area. That capital gains came out. I wasn quick enough. They've that side of the aisle has admitted that several different times it is such an economic negative. And i think in the long term you can actually even make a neutral argument for the stock market in the long term are more reluctant to sell to take it in the near term. They've probably some will want to sell to take advantage of the current capital gains and arguing with people. Some people were very smart. Economists saying oh this will never pass. Rhinestone was only eaten the neck that day but he would be heading to the kentucky derby with a lot of questions surrounding for one thing. Rhinestone had only made five career starts. No horse had won the kentucky. Derby on five starts or less since brokers tip in nineteen thirty-three for another. He wasn't even necessarily the best in these trainers d wayne. Lukas would be sending record. Five horses to the derby and lucas himself was reluctant to rank one above another. As for the rest of the lineup there was unbridled som- who would be the post time favorite. There was avenir from the west coast being trapped by a young trainer. By the name of bob baffert. There were skip away. Who had just set a stakes record in the bluegrass at keeneland. On the first saturday in may nineteen ninety-six. Rhinestone would have to overcome history. He would have to overcome highly talented and more experienced bows and he would have to make a furious. Run in the final furlong. But jockey jerry. Bailey had him in high gear. Dave johnson of abc sports with the goal of cracked late cabinet on the side of town. And here's optima to guide wasn't cabin on the inside was it baby. Google follows Apple in cutting Play Store fees for developers

"Seen that ran the piece tuesday saying that. Google is following apple's lead and lowering the commission charges most developers selling to the google play store while the changes similar to apple's at something google's scott might be more generous according to seeing that google will only take a fifteen percent commission on sales up to one million dollars the fee will jump to the standard thirty percent wants developers make more than the one million dollars in sales for a year. According to the report sounds the same as apples offer but it isn't a piece from ars. Technica ran the matt. Saying apple applies. It's lower fifteen percent rate to a developer. Developer exceed one million dollars in revenue in a given year at which point the thirty percent number is applied to all of that developers. Earn inc's google still charges fifteen percent on that first million even if the developer makes five million so in google's model a developer who earns one point two million dollars on a nap pays fifteen percent on one million then thirty percent on two hundred thousand and novels a developer making eight hundred thousand four hundred over fifteen percent on that amount but if they make one point two million they pay thirty percent on all one point two million. Not just two hundred thousand. It's tough to know how many developers straddle that million dollar fence. There's also a bird in the hand thing going on right now. While apple's lower commission went live at the first of the year seen that says google's won't drop until the first of july quoted in the scene that piece google. vp of product management. Samir soman said with this change ninety nine percent of developers globally that sell digital goods and services with play. We'll see a fifty percent reduction in fees. I'm no mathematician but does that indicate that ninety nine percent of developers selling in the google play store make less than a million dollars a year. I mean i knew the split between the cells and the cells knots was big but golly as for what such large as costs apple and google saying the cost is manageable would be understating it a piece from. Cnbc has numbers from the app. Tracking firm center tower. According to those apple and google or giving up less than five percent of their revenue from apps with the commission changes will let cnbc and sensor tower. Do them at this. If the fifteen percent fee schedule on revenue up to one million dollars and been in place on google play in twenty twenty google would have missed out on five hundred. Eighty seven million dollars or about five percent of sensor towers estimate of eleven point. Six billion dollars in google pay fees for the year. If apple's program had been in place for twenty twenty center tower estimates that it would have missed out on five hundred and ninety five million or about two point seven percent of its estimated twenty one point seven billion dollars an app store fees in twenty twenty. I gotta say that makes apple structure look worse. Actually and i didn't have to say that. And yet i did unhappy with the changes. A guy who won't be greatly affected by these changes. Google shuffling of commissions was likely spurred by apple's commissions which the start of the year that was likely spurred by bad press generated by the coalition for up fairness which was blinked into existence by epic game. Ceo tim sweeney putting it to sink play. Cnbc's says epic games is currently suing apple and google seeking the make changes to their app stores to allow for third party payment processors as well as other changes that is like the reader's digest version of the cliffs notes of what's going on but works summon forth from the fort. Sweeney took to twitter on tuesday to say why. The changes are inadequate in his estimation. quoting sweeney. Tweet it's a self serving gamut. The far majority of developers will get this new fifteen percent rate and thus be less inclined to fight but the far majority of revenue is naps. What the thirty percent rate so. Google and apple can continue to inflate prices and flees consumers with their app taxes.

"Sound. You hear the sound of people's heads absolutely exploding a few times in previous episodes. I've mentioned the people auction going. On at christie's this is the first time the famous auction house has auctioned off a completely digital good. They had previously included an f. T. versions of some physical items that were up for auction but this was the first time it was just an nf tea while the final bids are in and the price paid for people's the first five thousand days was sixty nine million three hundred and forty six thousand two hundred fifty dollars first of all the folks over on wall street. Bets are in utter disbelief that the price wasn't sixty nine million. Four hundred twenty thousand and sixty nine dollars. Second of all crypto. Twitter is absolutely frigging losing their minds. This is a crescendo. Perhaps the first of many but definitely the first of the nfc mennea sweeping the world. I've given the background before but in short. Nfc's are non fungible tokens non fungible means that rather than every token being like every other token in other words each. Bitcoin is like each other bitcoin. They're mutually interchangeable. Each other is equivalent to each other. Tether these are cryptographic. Unique tokens that uniqueness lens them well to the actual owning quote unquote of the original quote unquote of creative work. Like a piece of art and of have been a part of the crypto space. For years i mean remember crypto kitties but over the last few months and especially the last few weeks they have had a major breakout. There have been two really important categories within that the first is actually in the sports collectible slash trading cards space last year. The team that brought you crypto katie's launched nba top shots in conjunction with the nba. These are effectively a new type of trading card featuring efficiently. Licensed video highlights. Now i was watching this and things started reasonably but they have really picked up over the last couple months last month. Nba top shot process. More than two hundred fifty million dollars in sales from one hundred thousand buyers more than that admitted a whole new group of wales a wall street journal article today was called the whales of nba. Top shot made a fortune buying lebron highlights. They were the early to the hottest. Nf market and their collections are now worth millions of dollars. They take a look at people. Like michael levy a thirty one year old financial analyst. Who spent one hundred seventy five thousand dollars over six months whose collection is now worth twenty million plus or andy chore. Leeann a twenty seven year. Old dev who back in his younger days traded pokemon bought sneakers but then more recently bought. Thirty eight hundred. Nba top shot moments. That are now worth a collective fifteen million. I think it's really important to point this side of the market out because in many ways it is a completely different. Demographic than the crypto punks art type people and frankly the people interested in people at least on an artistic level. But i also think it's worth noting that collectibles in general are going crazy. Golden auctions is a huge trading house for cards memorabilia. It sarah on march seventh. Golden tweeted prior to two thousand twenty. There only ten cards that ever sold for one million dollars plus in history last night we sold five cards for a million dollars. Plus clearly there is something going on in these sports card collectible market as well and on a smaller level i track a small index of magic the gathering card prices just to keep track of what older cars in that space are doing and it's up four hundred and fourteen percent in the last year. This is going to be relevant for discussion in a little bit about what's really underlying what's happening in an f. Teas but for now. Let's get back to the art. There has been a ton of focus. Here i people were gobsmacked by the price of crypto punks which are selling for thousand sometimes even tens of thousands hash masks or more of the same but all in all these things felt pretty well contained within the crypto space they were insider games insider speculation and insider collectors over the last few weeks that shifted we saw people sell on nifty gateway for more than six million. We had musicians jumping in just in blau who performs as three lau sold a set of thirty three. Nfc's for over eleven million dollars. Grimes may just under six million dollars. Kings of leon released an album last week with full. Ft's we've seen more sports stars jump in with gronk releasing a bunch of nf teas and then we've had brand seemingly determined to ruin the party for everyone like taco bell who released a set of tease last week as well. Of course alongside the hype. The backlash has increased as well. I mentioned on yesterday's show that there is a huge group. Were now fighting on environmental grounds. Just to give you a sample of some of those tweets per the biggest thing. The nfc sh tells us that we have an extremely short amount of time to destroy the capitalist system before it scorches all live from the earth in of a three percent rate of return. Here's another one the. Nfc thing has drawn a line in the sand between the artists who are annoying for evil minting enough tease and artists who are annoying for good cyber bullying people minting. Nfc's until dimensions mentions are so exhausting. They stop like we're all annoying but it's how we use our powers finally. Let's do one more tweeting things here and there but my stance on teases final. It's horrible for the environment and a very critical time in the climate crisis. Therefore if you participate in it. I will judge you freely in gladly and no longer support you so i tweeted this out yesterday and got a huge number of responses of people who have seen similar things and keep in mind. These aren't like random accounts or at least these tweets are getting hundreds of likes responses. And re tweet so. It seems clear that there is this counter lash happening even as we speak all in all the point. Is that even before today. Things in this space. We're getting pretty heated. But then the people auction closed

"Is out the door. Robots closed its first day of trading as a public company at sixty nine dollars. Fifty cents valuing the company at thirty eight point two six billion dollars quoting cnbc. Shares began trading at sixty four dollars. Fifty cents which represented a forty three percent increase from a private financing round just in january when the company sold shares for forty five dollars the reference price on tuesday of forty five dollars though no stock changed hands at those levels. The reference price tends to reflect private market trading and does not indicate where a stock will open road blocks hits the market coming off an explosive year of growth primarily from kids who were stuck at home because covid nineteen forced schools to close and sports leagues to shutdown within roadblocks which is one of the top grossing apps on apple and google devices users create. Avatars that they can move between the millions of games on the service navigating theme parks adopting virtual pets and fighting enemies with their friends. Revenue last year jumped eighty two percent to nine hundred and twenty three point. Nine million dollars still relaxes. Net loss widened to two hundred and fifty three point. Three million dollars from seventy one million dollars in two thousand nineteen as the company almost triple. The amount of money paid to develop through its revenue sharing program more than twelve hundred and fifty developers made at least ten thousand dollars last year through virtual sales in their roadblocks games and quote. Now i've said before that in the universe of unicorns among the companies investors. I'm friendly with our most. Enthused about roadblock has been at the top of that list the yardstick i'm using here to measure the level of investor. Excitement is basically when i hear investors. Say something like damn it. I wish i had gotten in early on that company. Roadblocks has been the name most mentioned in that context for about a year. Now the other one by the way is stripe which people have foam mode on forever but over the last year the frenzy around fintech has reached a fever. pitch so stripe has become the company. Everyone's still wishes they were in on early or still wants to get in on now if they can anyway back to roadblocks. You don't have to take my word for it in terms of people's excitement around this company. Here's ben thompson describing how by bringing disparate parts of gaming into one place. Roadblocks is basically created the conditions for interlocking feedback loops. That are very exciting. Quote by controlling. Everything roadblocks can bring all of the disparate parts of gaming into one place instead of one app for social interactions another app for purchases and a different app for every different game. Everything is all in the same place. This also makes roadblocks easier to develop for by constraining graphics to a consistent toolbox. It's very easy to build something new. This creates the conditions for the interlocking feedback loops that characterize transformational products by reducing the prominence and feature set of games. Roadblocks made it possible to create something. Bigger a micro verse. This actually fits the pattern of other transformational products. The feed for instance relies on reducing all types of content from post to photos to links to the same format such that they can all be incorporated into a greater whole. It's a reason why. I think that clubhouse being all audio actually gives it an advantage relative to twitter. That leaves more room for user entrepreneurship. Both in the kinds of rooms created and also norms around behavior twitter realize the same benefits relative to blogs with its one hundred forty character constraint. Similarly roadblocks games aren't really competitive with non roadblocks games. They're worse in any sort of traditional sense because the things that make them better are the parts that are enabled by imposing constraints and quote.

"Dude I, probably thing to do is like double down until it stops working like you could be doing like every, Friday. You have a Friday special. I know that sounds absurd. Because then people go, everybody would just wait up on Saturday Sunday. No one by Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday. But that assumes that information is perfectly symmetrical. Lot of people who would see an ad on Sunday, wellness, or no I don't know that I. WanNa do it every Friday. There's probably a bound of where like the straw that broke the camel's back, but. Let's just try I. think that's the answer. Moammar follows for example. They have parts section of their store. That's always seasonal right so right now at Saint. Patrick's Day was just Valentine's Day, and then it's going to be Easter and then it's going to be fourth of July. Yeah, you could maybe do that as a bonus, I should record of the bonus video that goes. You know that somehow seized all. That's like how to actually keep all your ears resolutions now that it's march. And then you do if you do it. In a couple months, you make one for that month on things that are congruent, make a lot more money to. Hug I I got enough. I think the conclusion to this for those who listening to things one making a million dollars. Is You never? It's a process. This is you guys got the inside scoop? A LOT OF PEOPLE WANNA. Watch youtube videos, or listen to a podcast and go. Oh, by the end of the video. I knew exactly how to make a million dollars, but then you're a chump, because that's not how life works. I asked Dr Jared Diamond. Also I said. What are what are you have to do? To any problem, fix problem have a better relationship with your wife or husband fixed the planet all stuff he goes. You're automatically wrong. If you're asking for one thing, you're never going to do it because. What you need to keep the planet going. You gotta fix the water. If you get the water right, but then you forgot to fix. He don't grow enough food for people. Then we all die. and. You gotta get the air and so the real way you make a million dollars. You get a lot of things right which means it takes a lot of skill. The good news is people. Go To College for twelve fourteen years to get a PhD. You can get a PhD and how to make money in practical street sent commonsense, not an actual piece of paper. You can get that in probably. One to five years seven years for slow learner for super slow twelve years within twelve years I think I can take anybody off the street. and. Be Sure for sure they'd be making six. I'm talking about the most deprived person for the most disadvantaged background. I could I would almost bet my entire life. On anybody I could take in the amount of time. That a call university does spends on somebody. Of, almost any IQ level assuming like. Not like actually. Hand super super something like fell a cliff in hit their head, and can't remember anything or something, but assuming the abnormal brain. And? They're willing to listen. You learn the process of making dollars in what we're doing right here is brainstorming. This is part of the process of making million dollars understanding psychology. That's part of the process Maguy million dollars. Marketing. Understanding a simple things. Had them build your web page so that people. The correct way that's important. Don't be like sears. Offer five percent discounts. I wonder sears sears should be offering ninety nine percent off they. They need people in their damn stores. I saw Victoria's secrets down by half. Amount of people used to watch story secret dropped in half. Between their shows, nobody's watching I mean people are watching, but it went from like eight, million, three million. Because how to make a million dollars is also continually changing. So. You have to become a learning machine like Warren. Buffett said what worked in two thousand sixteen won't work in two thousand seventeen, and that's the hard part you sit. You rest on your lawyer Laurels Oh. Yeah, already learned that while the World Change Time you learned it I remember seeing a book on how to do Social Media and had a chapter on Mir cat. By the mere cat is a live streaming. APP, that no longer exists by the time they wrote. Published a book Mayor Cat, with had come and gone people buying a book like I can see people writing author. What is this mere cat? You have a chapter. I Google it I can't find. Are you talking about an actual mirror cat from Africa or you're talking about the animal or an APP? I saw one of the animals the other day. They still exist, but mirror cap company doesn't because they didn't evolve fast enough. Even my space. My friend Tom Built is base his tie I law. He's A. He told me I interviewed him live because. FACEBOOK mark. Zuckerberg. He experimented more pivoted faster than me. and. That's how I make a billion dollars so. If you're disappointing because you thought this video would give you like the seventeen steps that automatically guarantee, you'll be a millionaire Go watch the other youtube videos. "What makes Gillian's? What makes Gillian's in five days. We've already know how to make millions. Austin, powers said you should make remember that. Wasn't that Austin Power? Somebody said fulfilled. He's like I will take your. I will destroyer company. Your your planet. If you do not wire me, one million dollars remember that one. That was first one. macgyver goes. That's it many. What was it? He was from the sixties or whatever he said. I said twenty million dollars. And then they all sort of laughing at it, because like nothing nowadays right. So he went down to one billion. No, no, he raised billions aw! because. He's using sixteen. I will destroy the planet as you wire me twenty million dollars. I think. I'm trying to think what compels me. People. Talk about it and also like. Resonate was capable top. Recognition and like. Sometimes. Status, what if we somehow the first one hundred, the first three hundred? That's actually true. The three hundred angle that I did works real people like that. I'm taking votes on taking three hundred people from rags-to-riches. That's good. That can be added the copy you know. What works the best on me, Ben. Is when it is a page that has a lot of intrigue and you don't quite. It doesn't reveal all your like. Every show. It's not a Hook Hook is different. It's a it's a cliffhanger. Yes, sure cliffhanger, there's. All that you click on it, so they start by saying. This is the next Amazon Bright, but twenty years ago. If you buy this stock in ten years, you're going to be a billionaire over, and they talk about it for like forty five minutes, and you can't even click on the I wanted until the very end, right? It's just really a story. It's actually typography, so there was not just audio with the words had video slides. My friend kind of invented that those guys stole it from him. I mean he was doing away before I was doing away before. That has got molly full. Yeah, that's called. That's the original via south ugly. They sell. That has facing. That's a whole nother thing. We should get back testing. We did test that. Did My Me Being on camera, one I think. That's the. Off Yeah it, but it's very tricky because it wins. Your copywriting has to be better. So it's tricky, but I. do agree if you watch something. Oh Yeah those those ads that you see at the bottom that go onto Boola ads and all these native ads just say something to the effect of. This will be the next Amazon one hundred dollars. Here will make you. Million people are clicking out the Yin Yang on there click rate must be insane. There's are good triggers, but it's perfect. But going back here, let's get our. What is our challenge to the control? The control is black. Friday. Program giving it away for free having an opt in. What are we want to test I feel like getting more email. Addresses is worth testing. Do. You think we'll get a lot more if we force or do we lose a lot of sales? Because people don't WANNA put in. Your Eating only thirty percent. I mean I. Was How many new toys that we have from Black Friday. That were already. Oh you get more than you think you get more. You get more than we can find out that exact thing but. I would be a good to know actually. I can't imagine it's more than fifty percent. Lot of people watch stuff, but they're not. They don't put their email in. Where's my damn phone? There it is okay. Thank arm on. You went one hundred bucks for the. Paying attention award of the day. The AD! Saying that there's four. Programs I think so yeah. You. Can't say for aid. We're. We would want that. Much drugs or the amount of problems. Which is Sodas boss? We have tested avionics before you as well, but products were lower tier products x sixty S. Steph, when do we test that? On the New Year's now as Well For sure, people want to deal on stuff that they think's going to work. Yeah inspired. Wow we've tested price out the union. Weightless. Angels. Video. Hey Hey, Ben! Is there a difference between? Saying! You get ten programs. For this amount versus saying. He by your by one program for this and you're getting this much free. Is there a difference between the two phrases in conversions, not saying versus say a bungled price, versus well, we have member. Wasn't it was a hybrid is thing so it was? You can get all of them for four ninety seven, or you can just pick and choose for ninety seven. Some people picked and choose. Some people just got to programs. The idea was you're saving like? Idea was you're saving? I kind of think the number is like seventy percent people kind of go. Into those. Over seventy percent like I was saying group on would do between sometimes group ninety percent off. On purpose a coherent way, so for example, there's an investment, yes. E Commerce version Yup we. Learn the four pillars of wealth real estate. Social Media e commerce, and then what ties it all together is understanding how to manage your finances in your credit, so you have our credit mentor program. So those four make a lot of sense, it's Kinda like you build a structure of your finances off those four. One program for a dollar. And then the up sells the boat. Could, but whenever you switch things up sells upsells. Net people abandoned right there. You ever bought something and there's something after just busy. You disappear or Order bumps can? But we it is kind of like an order bump because it's on the order page. I think the I think the takeaway from this is. that. I'm not sure sometimes. The way to make a million dollars is to realize. What you have already good, you just got to do a better. I just talked. I just interviewed Pulitzer. Prize winner jared diamond who wrote guns, germs and steel and three million copies. And all these other best selling books and he told me I said my last question to in the mental box podcast was..

You don't want to trigger which is confusion. So. If all of a sudden, you're like title as And you can titus socks or something like that confusion. It's called. Cognitive dissonance kills. Your chance and making a million dollars. Cognitive dissident, so I'm always. You have to do it. I think a little more slick than just go. million. Yes I think. I think just free out. We do the free thing free. My friend one time told me longtime ago, he did a study of Google the most searched phrase. Is Free and then blank whatever it is. Mother numbers on like scenarist, but what if we added like a free? Presley, or as but then we added a free ticket to a seminar line Kinda like Santa Monica just as long as it's not a physical event, we could do a free Webex. Live in all actually get. You started training. That could be a bonus. Yeah that's fine. I found with physical also remember I emotional trigger. You don't want to trigger is confusion. If all sudden people go okay, when is the day? Is that August Oh, I can't go August. Seventh I gotta go in the Bahamas. Like then you you her actually hurt your conversion. Yeah, you could do a free training at all do. Yes that can be a bonus. You should have seven bonuses, but I'm talking about core emotional triggers. One is a landing page where you're being sold into something right away. One is one where you're given some more free. I actually think we should get. When I did sixty seven steps out, I was looking back. We have slightly different conception of how did things? It was basically an ad that said go watch because I was on Logan Paul's impulsive thing. He pulled up one of my videos in two thousand fifteen, he goes. This was masterful how you do this i. was like what he's like. I can't believe you did this. He made such a big deal. You know I didn't hear in my backyard here. This place walked around. And then. I go because the video starts three things that took mean from rags to riches right, but I walk around, and then at one point I go, so if you're ready to do the three things, click right here. Go to my website and he was like instead of just giving it to them. You drove onto the website. I didn't even realize I didn't even planet as diabolical as he made it sound out or Just like I told him I said it wasn't diabolical Logan I had already been doing ad for fifteen minutes. Did you want me to put and it was an ad that popped up on people's Youtube. Did you want me to put the hour and a half training? There imagine the outcry of you watch video. There was a two hour video draining. People would be like I. Just want to watch my you know, Justin, bieber, cap, videos, or whatever and so. It was more logistical man. It was much more. It was more just not wanting revolt on my hands, but what if they land on the page and it's just like get started immediately. With the spring. James I'm going to show you before you even make your decision if you WANNA. Get if you WANNA buy. What could we give them? What's just the BADDEST ASS thing? They could have a diagram a PDF. Little stuff anymore. Yes but I don't WANNA male eight thousand five to ten thousand people physical. People do physical. Lot of costs. Some costs. Jacob, there's a lot of costs you gotta the Dang the Labor and the postage. That's all out of cost. Yes the thing. Saying The Labor, and the postage three monster costs. We'll get you guys excited. You WanNa make a million dollars. Get inside the head of other people while you're still in your own head like don't actually be like Ted, Bundy or Jeffrey Dahmer can get inside someone else's body but like. What what what would your clicking somewhere? What has gotten your attention in the past? I think for the for the courses. If I saw names with like their status, you know like a list of like here's. Success story now. I mean like a like with the. For example, the? the training Alexey last night, therefore how to run your company so instead of just saying like this new program. We rarely I think state. All the bad ass instructors in them. Oh, the teachers, another way to make a million dollars be highly observant of everything. This has been proven. It's actually how you can know. What's child is most likely to be. Highly successful. Watch two year. Olds, the ones who noticed stuff that other people's don't. So what something the idea Jonathan you came late is we're just launching a spring sale for some of my stuff? And we have a good control. That's going to be hard to beat. This is like the girlfriend you met on tinder arm on that. Is Very. You're very attracted to, and so your friends are like you should still date around and not settle yet. It's easier. or You could say control challenger. That's what we've been using right Ben. The CDC Formula Control Challenger so the control is our black Friday sale, which did insanely well. And can we do something the problem of doing insanely well? What's better? You need something that does ten times better than insanely well. It's Kinda like when you're a little kid and you're like. Times in Google and other guys like Google plex or I'm a million times stronger than you. There's nothing better than. Infinity Right. So. The Par- part about beating something that did really well. It's it's hard to be. All by a lot something. That's really well. That did really well, but it's possible. With our Friday? There's a his right. There's a lot of different courses you have, so we used to make orces, but still way to handle a bonuses. Still have. Yes. Might well, we have four different courses, or maybe we could add more bonuses this time seven bonuses. Starts. But if they get the full, Oh, you mean the other one they get. Samples. Yeah or I mean the best bonuses are things that have solidify. Why like a good bonus when you buy a car or a an upgrade is a warranty. I just got a car on the east coast in the guy's going okay. Do you want the tire package like the tire warranty? They've taken car dealerships or so smooth with sales. They say the car, and then they don't try to sell you like a potted plant. That's two different. All extra bonuses and upgrades are all about just enhancing. What what? What was that quote you said? It so. Yeah you give them a y and another thing to do is also your bonus is should also have to do with getting the outcome. They want so for example. If you're selling lamborghinis out of car dealership, you should also include. Here is a free subscription to tinder. Where you could post yourself driving the new Lamborghini and get this insane result of all the women loving you Armand. But, that's an example. See that bonus dimension is why you're buying the lamb. You're buying the Lamborghini because whatever reason you like fast cars, you'd like status. Another thing would be like a bonus is a free pass to race your car out on a drag strip. That's a dimensional. Of Why you bought that so. We should have bonuses. The dimensional is around these training programs I have so I need to finish that one I did for the conference. To to maybe I'll shoot finish. Those up. One was on. Once, you bake money like. How to manage the money and the other one was once. You make money how to be able to hire the right. People like maids cooks. Somebody wash, your car. We've made mistakes on. That had people. Go into it. And those were good bonuses. Because they dementia allies like the whole reason. You're there and I will say this. Just remember this. This is why I was saying. If we add in a control versus a challenger and the challenges to similar note, people ninety. Let's say eighty percent of people make emotional decisions. Twenty percent make logic, so if you just say, one has the real estate flipping course and one has the real estate airbnb course, that's a logical differentiation emotionally to most people like real estate. I want to learn that they don't the new ones. So, what happens is when you make your. Product offerings to similar. No one could tell the difference. What happens so I whenever we run? Split tests are too close together. There's no variation. People always go tied secret to making your website work I. Mean there's books out there. That's like a green button will make you more button than. Than a red button or blue button, it's such a baloney. It's like. So stupid. I remember somebody being like target will never make it as a company because red is the color of that elicits anger. Meanwhile fifty other companies that use blue are bankrupt and targets still fine. That's to micro of. Like differentiation. The reason target works because the emotion you get going into target is like it's not as cheap as Walmart. Because some people like Walmart is traumatic, some people go into. High in Walmart, but you emotionally, no, you're not gonNA spend arm and a leg, and it's a big billion dollar brand gave up a good point of the psychology of black Friday. D like get discounted things. Like the buyer, psychology springs, extreme said like Amazon just years Free Your Junior Dhiraj..

"Get twenty five guys in the back of the airplane and the pilot it would had to have trimmed. The airplanes weight had changed. So you know. The airplane wants to pitch up so the pilot basically trump's airplanes so it it stays level and then the thirty of US would run or twenty of US would run from the back of the airplane to the cockpit and the pilot would have to be determined the airplane because the airplane would want to tip over stupid P. Three crewmen tracks right and his and you would you would annoy if he added pilot. You didn't know you do that for five times and then he would Either yellow over the ICS Sir the intercom system. Or you know there would be scoldings have anyway so it's just a little fun but anyway. This is really kind of an important function so this glitch re involves indicator light for the stabilizer stabilizer trim system which helps raise and lower. The plane's nose light wasn't turning on Wednesday when it wasn't supposed to Boeing's are resolving. The problem still expects the seven thirty seven Max resumed buying by mid twenty twenty. So this is the third software flaw to be discovered. Now pilots can feel an aircraft's pitch change through there but you can feel an airplane. You know when you're when you are trimmed out in your level it take. They can take their hands off the oak and the airplane essentially stay straight. Any you don't have to be pulling pushing and what you know uh-huh as fuel is burned off the pitch. The aircraft's going to change a little bit in the aircraft typically automatically TRIMs itself so it stays in the right flight configuration and So but you can feel the you know the airplane pitch over when it's not supposed to. They're sitting up there in the seat. At all of a sudden the the airplane starts to nose over a little bit so you know they can use the trim button non on the yolk or they can reach over and spin the wheel and This is you know. Every aircraft that I know of has a trim wheel and or it trim control so yeah if an again. I'm sure this is some sort of safety light but still all these systems in airplanes and are designed to make sure that it helps you not make mistakes in a warn you okay it warns you when the years not down it warns you when you're too low it warns you when you're going too fast in a descend all these things but in reality the pilot is supposed to know this stuff and not have those warnings appear and basically supposed to be in control. The aircraft craft all times no matter the air pipes pitching up and down. The they don't need an idiot. Light and this is what we commonly referred to many of these lights as it idiot idiot light saying hey idiot. You've got a problem now. I know that Jack. I know you're laughing but this true. Some of these lights are idiot. Lights And you don't want that either like come on or if you do you're already in control you know it's gone on so we half and I think part of the problem. We're having now and I might be wrong here. And let's not just pick on the seven thirty seven Max but we have of aging Pilot core and they're they're going to time out for H.. They WanNa work but the the FAA only allows pilots fly to a certain age and they don- they can't fly commercially anymore and It's just just the way the game is and so what you have is you have this huge huge huge huge huge demand for pilots right now and not not a lot of people coming out of the military. A lot of guys that are in the military they'd have seven hundred twelve hundred three thousand five thousand hours of experience when they come out there getting sucked right up there. You go right the airlines immediately but the forces are smaller. There's not as many active duty guys coming out and entering you know the pilot pipeline. Hi plying in in the airlines. But they're still this huge shortage of pilots. So you have people like my brother-in-law son. He wants to be a pilot. He's a studying to become a pilot. He's going to you know this. Summer's you're going to start getting a pilot's license in going through the process. He's going to an aviation school and you know in probably five or six years. He's if he cheeses goals he's GonNa be in the right hand seat of some commuter bouncing around getting his hours in putting this time in a couple years later he'll start upgrading into you. Know if he gets his ticket punch they needs to. He'll start upgrading into into more sophisticated airplanes but still relatively low hours so they're bringing Pilots into the system. Now and they're getting into into the aircraft a lot sooner in any just you know even though I was a back end guy and P. Threes. There's just a certain amount the time you need to kind of get enough experience where you're not gonNA kill people you know and You know flying is one the thing but having that sense of safety knowing what's going to happen and be able to recover from stalls and all the multitudes of things bring your crabbing you gotta you gotTa Twenty Five uh-huh not decide wind coming in and you're trying to land in airplane in all this stuff that happens. That pilots only learned from countless hours of experience. The a Lotta young pilots coming airplane so They need all these idiot lights. I hate to say it. That way But they had to pay attention to him and if the software is wrong. This is how people get killed so anyway Enough on me talking about airplanes. I'm sure Jack is GonNa correct me me a few places here by really think. That's a big part of it. There's just a huge huge huge any. You've got a kid that wants a lifetime job at this point and he's got some you you know he's good with the cool under pressure. East can follow directions. He's process oriented You know this is what pilots pilots have to do that. It's repetitive process oriented set. They have to do from safety standpoint. There's a great career to be had You know plenty of jobs obser- for pilots and he might as well go and become a pilot. That's after a couple of years you have to put your dues him. After a couple of years you know you make the big bucks and Pilots do very very well financially and they get to travel the world and have a girlfriend every I'm just kidding But anyway way you know it's It's a pretty good lifestyle. Amazon is detailed huge expansion. Plans for Bellevue. Washington company. Says we'll bring more than fifteen thousand employs a city in the coming coming years so It's already Amazon territory. It's going to get more intense. I wish I had Screen sharing up tonight. Sorry they don't. There's a new Museum display. This covers sending four hundred. Forty pounds a payload to sun synchronous orbit that kind of orbit leads to satellite Passover. The same spot on earth about the same time every day. NASA's earth observing terra satellite is an example of an S. O. Orbit and of course prices may vary with the weight and type of orbit. The satellite will be delivered to for example spacex online calculator estimates of four hundred kilogram. Satellite launch will start. Start at two million. How they're stealing eyeballs away from Google? Search people are now searching for products directly on Amazon without using Google as an intimate airy. So that's Kinda dumb it really really is. Don't go to Amazon and search for product I really open incognito window and search for products and services because because you're basically you're showing your cards and you may get a different price. Soap do some online shopping. There's there's more than place more places than Amazon the by stop and then I was being told. Oh you can shop at target shop at Walmart and I am actually found a few things online at Walmart that were cheaper than Amazon John and still got free shipping. So just don't immediately go to Amazon because the minute you start doing that you're going to start going to start taking advantage of you all all right so I always do my initial product searches spurts via Google incognito window. It seems to work out the best. I may say myself. Twenty thirty dollars alerts on product idea. We'll say I had an interesting thing happen here recently. I was looking for well as talked with Mike Del. 'cause I it was freezing here when it was really really cold and the way this building is designed the heat is more than in the furnaces in the back of the building I set way up in the front and and Just the front room was just a little bit. I search for the particular model. He talked about Amazon. Had the cheapest one but it was a little bit higher than I was ready to spend. I think there's like one hundred seventy bucks or something I just you know it's not on the budget so I abandoned the search and like three days letter. I got this email from another company that says. Hey there's a price reduction for that unit. You are searching for ninety seven dollars now and I said what ninety seven dollars. Well maybe I can do that. So obviously I'm being marketed. TO TURNS TURNS OUT IT'S A third party company of Amazon owns so their email marketing to me and I never heard of before and beyond that. They can't remember the name of it right now but he he might click through and here was with a trick. I looked at the unit that they were offering to me. That was supposedly the one and I had searched for on Amazon in it was not the same model it was a lower priced model not as many features less. Bt's BT's or whatever it is that you have for of a heat capacity and I'm like you little dirty dogs. You've basically almost got me because I went went. Oh Wow ninety seven bucks. I clicked on it. I went through the first couple of steps. And then I'm like let me go back to Amazon and look at that unit and I had actually saved the original going in my cart and added it is a wishlist thing. I hadn't I didn't check out and I went and did the crosschecking sure enough different model. Well I took the model number for the one that they had advertised to me at ninety seven dollars and did the actual search on Amazon and it was cheaper it was cheaper then the one I got the email from so I just basically cancelled all the orders and said you know screw this. I'm not going to be You take an advantage Pity almost got me. It was really really close so in a group. Google search revenues aren't going as fast as growing fast they used to and analysts are basically saying that Market saturation slow bleed of customers as the cause house and half of all products searches for example. Now originate on Amazon sidestepping. Google and You know used to be the Google wizard Swiss army knife of the net thing. You want to buy a new refrigerator. Ask Google WANNA plan your next year chip to the Bahamas ask Google but now Not so much but again. I'm being very very very cautious of you here. When you're doing searches like this to you know to shop around a little bit? Just don't think Amazon is going to be your best deal. The federal government has just issued. Its first driverless car exemption new role. I don't know if we talked about this company passed or not is the first is to nab the coveted. What they call the M. V. S. S. exemption from the US department transportation and what that is is the federal motor vehicle safety standards require card have a basic acumen controls like steering wheels pedals side view mirrors and so on these seniors specific specify how vehicles must be designed before they can be sold if report report pros? New Vehicle doesn't comply with all existing F. M. D. S. manufacturers can apply for an exemption but the government is only allowed to grant twenty five hundred exemptions per company per year. But what's interesting here is. Regulators haven't granted exemptions for Thomas Vehicles until L.. Today Nero said it's burst which allows it to begin operating. It's driverless delivery vehicles on public roads with regulatory certainty so in order to for them to grant this exemption the process require them to conclude that the vehicle itself is at least as safe as one that would be required to meet the the standards. That doesn't mean that they look at the whole vehicle but when a magazine says they say when a neural removes Amir's doesn't have the windshield and does have the backup camera. We conclude the vehicle will be at least as safe as if it did. Have these things. Now this isn't meaning that they are going to be able to put this thing on the road right now. They have to go through some additional hoops here. But at least they've been able to get this exemption which is pretty interesting so oh were making a good time here and I think it's good at a reply to something here. My son is asking me for password. I'm like you're going to have to wait Sony interesting exception. It's been issued. Their the next thing up is according to the verge the FCC's broadband surveys missing twenty million people and then the broadband now says that close to forty two million people. People don't have high speed Internet access. This report estimates forty two point eight million in the United States do not have broadband access nearly twice the official estimate reached by the FCC again. This report was conducted by broadband. Now the helps consumers check to areas for broadband Ville ability and the FCC only said the twenty one point three million blacked broadband I being access broadband now chose nine. ISP's which you didn't name the report. The tools allowed users enter an address and receive response as to whether wired wired and or fixed wireless services available they. ISP's own tool showed. The service was not available for some thirteen percent of the more more than eleven thousand thousand addresses broadband now use in its sample so the reason for this discrepancy according to the broadband Rodman. Now's is the way the FCC interprets interpret census data if an ISP provide service to at least one household in a census block the the SEC considers a whole census block is covered by the ISP. A census block can include for anywhere from one thousand eight thousand people with average of about four four thousand. The agents revise the reporting rules for form. Four seven summits not clear. When it's formation of broadband access will be updated so the should not come a surprise? There are so many people about broadband access. It's it's insane. Hey Bob how are you. "It's this game changer. I call it the reality maker because we circle all the way back up to the top. When we were talking about vision without action hallucination, so one of the things I help people. Do I help them create a vision for the life, and they get clarity on what they want. But if I don't give them clarity and how to get it. I've just given them a host nation. So. One of the things we do after the vision is we create the ninety day reality maker it shows you what to do in the next twenty four hours seventy two hours next week two weeks three weeks four weeks all the way for the next ninety days. Exactly what to do in order to achieve your goals and dreams. It's basically like building a treasure map that gets you to the treasure chest for whatever that you want that to be okay. Now once you have that in place, and if you if you don't have my book unstoppable, have very very strong details in that book about how to build your ninety plans to go to be unstoppable, book dot com right now and get a free copy. It's in there. Okay. Now, the last thing bonus bonus mistake that I made was not having accountability to someone deeply did not want to disappoint when I finally got that from Badri school in changed my life. I moved mountains. I got it from Joel Marian. I got it from Matt Smith as well. But Badri was the guy didn't wanna let down and when I had accountability to a coach that I did not want to disappoint. I did the hardest things. But by doing those hard things changing, my attitude change ING, my energy levels becoming a better speaker becoming a better coach becoming a better writer becoming better salesperson when I did would bedrose told me do and I did it because I didn't wanna let him down. Moved mountains because I finally had the accountability in my life, and I stopped making the mistake. Stopped suffering in silence, I stopped having this mindset, I stopped wandering around without a blueprint so coaching accountability are the missing links to your millionaire status. Okay..

"The books courses in programs that needed when I did I got. Great results. Remember buying ninety seven dollar program on how to build a million dollar info business. It made me four thousand dollars. The first time I read it. So I read it again. I mean, another four thousand I read in the third time and made another four thousand yet still I was too cheap to buy coaching. When I did finally by coaching, then my business went up exponentially. So if I had only had less of a scarcity mindset in less hoarding mentality of my money on the way for their head. Not only would I be further ahead. But you would be further ahead, and I would have helped more people. And so it's the same with leadership you need in overcoming that suffering in silence. Like, all these all these mistakes that I made were internally focused and very playing defense focused. You know, you remember you watch like a football game or basketball game or hockey game or a soccer game. And the team is up and they go into defense mode, right? This. This is like the best now is the NFL right because team is up by two touchdowns. And there's three minutes left. All all we have to kill three minutes, and they go into total defense mode next thing, you know, like the other the other team that's losing is to twenty thirty are passing place. What's going on here? They couldn't even get a first down before. But now they're doing twenty thirty yards next thing. Okay. One touchdown of there's only a minute left and the only one time out and still they'll Brady brings the ball down. And they and they tied the game or win the game. Because that team was in. Offense mode, but you were in defense mode, and you can't survive and succeed and flourish when your defense mode but defense mode. It's scarcity mindset suffering in silence abdication, instead a delegation. So you have to get out of your internal focus out of your own head and be externally focused. How can I go and get help from other people? How can I lift others up? How can I add more value? How can I give more than I receive? And when you have that approach, and there's a man that I met recently who speaking at our empire summit on August sixteenth, seventeenth and San Diego. His name is Dan Fleischmann one of the most generous guys. I know he's so generous that Joel Marian who I believe is most generous guy I've ever met couldn't stop ranting and raving about how generous Dan Fleishman was. And so when Dan when Dan Fleishman are when a man or woman is more generous than Joel Marian that is a mind blowing in its generosity. But dan. Is also very very successful person, very humbled and low key and fun and giving and he was the youngest CEO of company that went public. He was twenty nine back in he's around a little bit older than me. Early two thousands his company went public, and he was under the age of thirty in the first time that somebody of that young had a company go public. So he's incredible man, anyways that guy is the opposite of scarcity minded, and he is extremely successful. Okay. So I want you to be the same number six. The six mistake that we make is that we have daily distractions. I learned a long time that environment is everything locally and globally. So my friend Jason capital. A awesome young man who made his first million at twenty three. I met him at the age of nineteen and he has an eight figure business now at the age of thirty. He says environment is destiny not environment is important, but environment is destiny. And it's true. What is Jason? Do. He hangs around the most successful people that he knows an eye knows. He's always tracking down billionaires talk to them. And we've all heard that phrase that you're the average of the five people you spend the most time with well, it is so true. In fact, a Harvard research study found the people who spend time with cigarette smokers have greater chance of smoking cigarettes. By it. They didn't start out smoking cigarettes. But eventually they did because their environment. The people around them lead them to becoming a cigarette smoker. Now, if you're struggling like, but I don't know anybody who's awesome in my life mind. Virement is boring and socks will listen your environment can be online with positive people. It can be at amazing events like my empire summit. My perfect life retreat on November eighth and ninth in San Diego. Something about San Diego. That's full of amazing people great environment to be in.

"You're gonna play point guard and Pippen you're gonna play that other position. And then Rodman you're gonna play this position. And all right. I'm out of here. I'll see you guys after the game. Now, he had coach people to coach people practice he'd manage egos. All that stuff. The coach the manager the owner of the business doesn't just abdicate responsibility to the team members. But a lot of business owners do especially once you go from that, you know, so low entrepreneur you make any couple hundred granting like I got again assistant. I gotta get somebody else to replicate my work, and you like just like up just put it in some documents and give it to them. And then I can go back because I don't wanna have to have difficult conversations. And that's what I see a lot. Now, the people that go all in on leadership like Badri us help build people up. They give them an environ. In which they can flourish. And they don't do abdication they do delegation, and they don't say, oh, I'm going to hire this person. They're going to figure it all out and save me. They say, no, I'm going to hire this person because they have great culture fit, and they have great skills. And I'm gonna be there. I'm gonna onboard them we have a three day on boarding process. Most people don't even have an on boarding process at all. But we're gonna bring these people up we're going to coach him in Alexa, level, we're gonna make them better than they started out when they came to us that that is what you need to do a lot of people are just like what's the easiest way that I can just get this stuff off my plate. And that's the top down boss approach to to growing a business and it works for so long, but doesn't work as well. As it. Did you know back in nineteen seventy five when I was born back when people say, okay, there was a there's a boss, and there's me, and I'll just do what they say. No now, it's highly different world. And you need to understand that need become a leader leader helps people. And there's a lot of great infographics on this. You know, there's a boss where it's like there's a boss in the image is a person with a whip. And people are pulling rocks and stuff. And then there's, you know, the leader in the leaders like in there helping and that's the way that the world needs to be now, the, you know, on the big fan of millennials because millennials challenged the status quo the things that didn't work for so long, the lack of communication and. You know, the higher keys and all the things that have gotten us into a lot of trouble. And because of this we've had opened honest conversations in everybody's moving ahead in the right organization. So I want you to keep that in mind that there's no man woman. You know person who identifies either on a white horse. Donkey pony whatever I don't wanna offend donkeys horses or ponies. There's no man on a white horse on just joking around come on on just joking around. So there's no man on the white horse is gonna save you. You must be the best man or woman that you are rise to the challenge be that leader delegate instead of abdicate. And that is how you're gonna move ahead in life. Okay. So it's really really really really key. You must learn how to outsource the right TASS. You must learn how to control your day in your time. You must learn how to be a leader. But you can't do it all yourself and suffering. Silence. But they can't do it all for you. Either. New. You have to understand that you're all in this together number steak number five.

"A billion dollars in twelve months gates, not gonna happen. Let's let's get you to millionaire status. I that that for me is not that hard getting you to billionaire status. It's very difficult, but I can get you the millionaire status. And so it's not easy. But it's simple simple. Very much like climbing. Mount Everest becoming a millionaire is simple. It's hard as heck. But it simple. Just do what everybody else did to become millionaire. Just do what everybody else did to climb Mount Everest. When those parallels are clear in your mind, you'll commit to taking action. So that's what I want you to do what I want. You to do is say, okay. Here's the dream. But more important I need to know what to do right now. So we'll get to that. In a moment. Second mistake. I see is people just don't have the singularity of focus. They give into the idea fairy. And because of that they end up with the thirsty. Donkey paradox going on in their life. If you don't know what thirty donkey paradoxes, it goes like this as legend goes, and I don't know if this actually true. But as legend goes if you put a thirsty donkey between two pills of water that are equidistant from it. So let's say like there's a payoff to its right? There's a payoff to its left on both of those pales or six feet from where the donkey is standing the donkey won't know which way to go because it'll say others water to my right, and there's water to my left and they both look about the same distance apart. Where should I go? I don't know. So I'll just stand here. Like, a dumb old donkey, I don't know if that's true again. But I'll tell you what I know a lot of people who are chasing, multiple rabbits in as the old phrase goes the man who chases two rabbits catches neither one. So if you're all over the place if you're chasing on a shiny objects. And you don't have singularity of focus and one day, you're onto one thing. The next day you're onto the other and you just don't have the power in the strength, ruthless cutback. Then you will really suffer Badri ranson raves about the idea fairy all the time idea fairy this idea, very that. He really hates this idea fairy hoping ever meets the idea ferry for the idea fairy sake because probably punch him in the nose. But a lot of entrepreneurs are afflicted by this idea fairy today, I'm gonna do this today. Do that today? Listen to podcast and get. A new idea. No, you don't need all new ideas. You just need to with singularity of focus. Go back to your vision. Execute that action plan you must overcome that thirsty..

"Know Tyne said vision without action is hallucination, and I do see this a lot in the people that come to me for coaching. I wanna be a billionaire. Okay. How you going to be a billionaire? I don't know. I'm just going to be a billionaire. I'm gonna say it on the internet. I'm gonna put it on my Instagram on via billionaire. I'm gonna wear the billionaire boys club t shirts that's not enough to make you billionaire. That's not the action. That's that's seriously hallucination never had. People tell me they're gonna make a million dollars that were hallucinating hallucinating and just completely out to lunch because I knew they wouldn't do any of the work. They would maybe read some books, and they would listen to the podcast. But when it came to actually getting their hands dirty and doing the work learning how to sell all the good stuff.
