The Shocking Truth Behind Tucker Carlson's Firing
"Look at America as something that is worthy of protection, let's use something we're all very familiar with over the last couple of years. Let's just say it's an immune system. What are the elements that prevent bacterial infection or viral infection? Truth and justice. And you need truth and you need justice. That is what creates societies antibodies, if you will. Truth tellers are necessary to be able to check the massive lies in your society. And it's been remarkable in the last week and a half. How many messages I've received, but also just seeing more broadly, how important one man's cable television program was to so many of you. And I have not seen that sort of, let's just say, response to any sort of medium since the great Rush Limbaugh passed away. And in some ways, Tucker Carlson was almost the unofficial handing of the baton from rush to Tucker. And so Tucker Carlson was fired. He told us why he was fired if you speak Tucker's language, which I'm going to show you the video and I'll tell you how to interpret it because he put out this video on Twitter that to the outsider or to the untrained eye, you're like, okay, this is just a generic video. I happen to know Tucker rather well. And he was communicating exactly what happened to you. See Tucker was on air for 7 years. And it was a remarkable thing, right? Tucker was able to challenge some of the biggest lies in our society. They came after him. They intimidated him. In fact, Tucker was willing to say that we were in a spiritual war on cable television. That is very, very hard to hear to find a cable television host. Say, you know, this is just diabolical. But Tucker was not just effective and persuasive. Let's be honest, Tucker was willing to use his prime time television program to talk about topics that you cared about, but the regime did not want you to talk about.

Caller: If Trump Does Not Win, Democrats Would Succeed
"I'm so glad I get to say this because I don't think folks are looking at this whole situation like I am and I think it's worth I think it's worth a look. We do have a great slate of people interested in running for president on the Republican ticket. But if Trump does not win and I've been behind him since day one, but if he does not win, it doesn't matter who does win. If he does not win, then the Democrats have succeeded in destroying a political candidate by unsavory means. And we just can't let that happen or will happen again. Correct. That's why I feel so strongly. I said something I said in the middle of the argument with Mark that Trump deserves this cycle. Nobody deserves it. I'm not saying that anybody deserves the presidency, but considering how they've tried to destroy this one man. I want to see him come back and I want to see them. I want to see them cry again. Like they cried in 2016. I want this man back in the Oval Office. Of course I want a Republican in The White House. And we're going to have time to make this decision and decide who it's going to be.

Mike Gallagher: Trump Should Be the 2024 Republican Nominee
"We don't want to see these two Titans go at each other. We don't want to see Trump tear desantis apart and vice versa. We don't like desantis calling Trump a coward and a gun grabber. We don't like Trump calling desantis mister puddin fingers or whatever. And he's a bit of bad governor of Florida and all that. We don't like any of that. And it's happening because of the dynamic of the two of them, challenging each other. We should be unified behind one man and that ought to be Donald Trump. We saw what Trump accomplished in four years, we know what they're putting him through. We see how desperate they are to try to stop him, how terrified they are of him. They want to impeach him and arrest him and indict him and throw him in handcuffs and put him in jail and do anything they can to let the American people elect the guy who we loved in 2016. Again, make sure you understand where I'm coming from. If Ron DeSantis is the Republican nominee, I will be all about Ron DeSantis. If Vivek ramaswami is the Republican nominee, I will be all about Rebecca Swami. I will be enthusiastically behind any Republican that the voters elect to be the Republican nominee. I just believe it should be Donald Trump. And I have tried to hold back from saying that. I have pulled my punches. I have been walking on eggshells and I'm not doing it anymore. That's how I feel.

How One Man's Hard Work Led to Massive Success
"And a little bit of fortune can lead you to become a very successful and very wealthy. And even a person like myself. I may not be a billionaire, but I kept chipping away at it. In my upbringing. I kept chipping away at it. Chipping away at it. Take one opportunity that leads to the next opportunity that leads to the next opportunity. And the opportunities beget opportunities when you do what's right when you got an opportunity. When I got my first job, I would say one of my first jobs, I was in a numerator with the decennial census. I mean, I went to people doing knocking on the door. Hazel sisters, bro you want to fill out the census form? I was going to the hood and everything. Someplace, I was afraid they're not going to do it. They may think I'm the law. Maybe want to shoot me through the door. But you know I did it. And I took my shirt in, I dressed nice every day, my pastor said, boy, you need to dress nice in a 117° weather. In Tucson in the summer, knocking on doors sweating. I busted my tail. I was the first one there. I worked hard and everybody else. People were calling in from they trailer park. They trailer homes. Hey, man, this guy here is doing a great job. And he was very helpful. You're doing this. They end up promoting me to be a supervisor. I'm 23 years old. Supervising people to double my age. My parents age. I'm the supervisor. And you know, I'm going to tell you this story. And I couldn't, and I'd never been able to read that good, right? I've never been the person that go reading books and I can pick up a piece of paper without looking at it once, and I'm just running through it. I ain't never been a reader like that. And I was always afraid to read out loud. My whole life, and they promoted me to be a supervised and I said, God, you know how to play me? You know in a position where I have to stretch myself to become better. I had to read verbatim training. 8 hours a day, four days in a row. Verbatim training. Why Can’t Electric Vehicles Listen to AM Radio Stations?
"Do you see that electric vehicles won't have a.m. radio? I know you're a radio guy. How do you think about that? This is a really big story. So whether they're doing this intentionally or not, the consequence will be if the radio industry does not adapt. And a lot of attack on am radio. The a.m. radio was dying. It was basically dead. I was roadkill. It was left on the side of the road and it was just a joke. It was for just kind of replays of news items. It was nothing. And then a man changed the entire radio landscape. One man did this. One person did it. He resurrected the entire a M dial. Not the FM dial was robust and was growing at the time. The a.m. dial was just dying and did not have a large audience. Rush Limbaugh. Rush Limbaugh saved the entire a.m. dial. And Rush Limbaugh started to get back on a.m. stations and really started pioneering this idea of conservative news talk. And even stations that were otherwise not conservative stations, they wanted to have Rush Limbaugh because he drove such an audience in the middle of the day. People would clear their entire schedules for Rush Limbaugh. And from rush came other amazing talk radio voices. Mark Levin. And so many others that are in the talk radio Hall of Fame. Sean Hannity. And as talk radio started to grow, all of a sudden it kind of became this dissident decentralized, un cancellable, medium of communication, talk radio was the conservative way to challenge the regime before we had social media. Talk radio is where people would go and they'd rant and they would rave. And by the way, it's really interesting. And this is a psychological topic of why is the liberals never able to succeed and talk radio. They have tried and they have tried and they have tried. They have spent tons of money to try to stand up. It's a very interesting thing. And I don't quite know the answer to it.

The Enormous Power of the "Corporate Equality Index"

We're going to build out this entire hour, we're going to talk about who's behind this push to get corporations to embrace these trans influencers. It's very confusing to me, Ali London joins us now. Ali, welcome to the program. You have a very important thread. I want to draw people's attention to, why is Dylan Mulvaney now the face of so many major corporations all of a sudden? Fortune 500 companies have a CEI index corporate equality index, which pushes companies to go woke. What is the CEI index and who is behind it? How long has it been around? Okay, so they corporate equality index is this scorecard based system which is used for Fortune 500 companies and other major corporations and the group behind it Charlie is the America's largest LGBT lobby group, the Human Rights Campaign. So HRD, by the way, receives millions of dollars in donations from George Soros's open society foundation. So there's your first clue who is behind pushing this. Secondly, this score system means that this LGBT lobby group goes to companies every year. It gives them a point scorecard from zero to a hundred based on how diverse they are based on how many trans people they hire based on how gender neutral the office uniforms are. And also it takes points away from companies that donate or fund projects that are deemed with organizations that may be anti LGBT and according to the New York Post. This includes could include Christian groups. So these companies are being lobbied to not give money to Christian groups or churches because

A Lenten Meditation on John 11:45-56 for the 5th Saturday of Lent
"The next few moments, surrender all the cares and concerns of the stay to the lord. Say slowly, from your heart, Jesus. I trust in you. You. Take over. Become aware that he is with you. Looking upon you with love. Wanting to be heard, deep within your heart. A reading from the holy gospel according to John, chapter 11 versus 45 through 56. Many of the Jews who had come to visit Mary, and had seen what Jesus did, believed in him, but some of them went to tell the pharisees what Jesus had done. Then the chief priests and pharisees called a meeting. Here is this man working all these signs, they said, and what action are we taking? If we let him go on in this way, everybody will believe in him. In the Romans will come and destroy the holy place and our nation. One of them, caiaphas, the high priest that year said. You do not seem to have grasped the situation at all. You failed to see that it is better for one man to die for the people than for the whole nation to be destroyed. He did not speak in his own person. It was as high priest that he made this prophecy that Jesus was to die for the nation, and not for the nation only, but to gather together in unity the scattered children of God. From that day they were determined to kill him. So Jesus no longer went about openly among the Jews, but left the district for a town called ephraim in the country bordering on the desert, and stayed there with his disciples. The Jewish Passover drew near, and many of the country people who had gone up to Jerusalem to purify themselves, looked out for Jesus, saying to one another as they stood about in the temple. What do you think? Will he come to the festival or not? What word made this passage come alive for you?

What Happened to Me on January 6th With Brandon Straka
"That the last two years, of course, have been very difficult for you personally for those who aren't aware with your story and what happened to you. After January 6th, let's quickly summarize, you came to D.C., you were here for January 6th. And again, correct me if I make any missteps here, you went to Congress. You never went inside the building. You filmed what was happening. You made a video, you posted it, and then things started to go bad for you. Explain what you did on January 6th and what the repercussions were you for for you personally. Yeah, no, you nailed all of those details. So I was actually invited to be a speaker on capital grounds at a permitted event that was supposed to follow president Trump speaking at the ellipse on January 6th. That's the reason why I went to Washington, D.C. to speak. And so as I was approaching the capital grounds after president Trump spoke to go to my speaking engagement, I started getting a lot of text messages and things like that on my phone from people around the country that I know who were watching on television saying, we're seeing or hearing on the news that people are going inside the building and something's going on. That sounded unusual to me, so I started shooting a video and I was approaching from the east side. So I wasn't even on the west side of the building where people were, you know, some people were breaking windows and fighting with police officers. So you were on the peaceful side of the Congress. Yeah. Absolutely. And I didn't witness any of that. I didn't see anyone breaking any Windows or in fact, I didn't even see any police officers. There were literally zero police officers, zero. On the east side grounds. And I got to the steps of the capitol and the east side were thousands of people were gathered, but facing away from the capitol, mind you, they weren't they weren't facing toward the capitol trying to charge inside. They were all standing facing away from the capitol holding signs and one man is visible in my video at the top of the stairs, calling down to the people blow shouting. They've opened the doors. They're letting us in. We're going inside. We're going inside. So I walked up to the top of the east side stairs and when I got there, the two large metal open doors of the capitol were wide open. And there was a crowd of several hundred people there, some were trying to get inside the majority were just kind of shooting a video like I was. And so I shot a video for 8 minutes outside of the building before a man came out of the capitol dot on a bullhorn and he said they've cleared Congress. Everybody move out, move out. They've cleared the building. You

Seattle times writer Jeff breaker wrote, quote, his motives deserve scrutiny because he claims one thing about respect for while others refusing to grant the respect when afforded the opportunity. But it's working the NHL teams are scrapping pride jerseys to avoid having their own controversies. This one man might have broke the back of this totalitarian pride movement. Here's an idea. Don't force players to wear a Jersey for a religion. They don't believe in, because that's what this is. They're demanding that players wear religious garments. And unfortunately, there has been a tyrannical bend to the alphabet mafia for a couple decades. It's you used to victimize me, so I can now victimize you, even though they were never victimized. That's what they believe. It's the four stages that we have articulated, which is you must agree with something. I want to make sure I get this right. You must accept it. No, you must first tolerate it. You must accept it. You must then celebrate it, then you must participate. Those are the four steps of the alphabet mafia from toleration to participation.

He's following that great packer tradition of leaving the Green Bay Packers and going to New York. It looks like if things can get everything settled. I mean, is there ever, I mean, this is almost like the Howard Hughes of football. I mean, just this reclusive, I'm going to sit in the dark for two weeks and then come back out and talk. And then when he actually came back out this week and said it on the pat McAfee show, well, I'm going to play and I intend to play with the jets. Well, I loved the I don't know if I'm going to try to I think it's a direct one. He said, I came out of the darkness and something was a little bit off. Like, yeah. Okay. The real world, buddy. But realistically, it's something that bothers me. I think this is, this goes for pretty much anything. This is not, we don't even have to keep this to just sports, but the idea that he knew that he knows that he has enough power to a if they want to get rid of him, he can take as much time as he wants. I think I mentioned before I have a hybrid and Just this the hybrid minivan that we drive around that's perfect for the kids and hauling everyone around and I don't drive it very much, But you know, I'm going whenever I go in there. It always seems like it's empty because most of time we just use the electric part of the hybrid rights has got 30 Miles Electric. Well in either get some gas and so go by the local gas station here and everything around here is 4.5 bucks a gallon 4.5 bucks a gallon. And then you know, so I'm like, Well, I don't need to right now. So I waited and then this morning ran over to Costco and it's 3. 80 gallon Stephen 70 cents a gallon, right? Doesn't seem like a big deal, right? But it's the idea of what we're doing here as well. Already. I don't I don't have a need. I don't There's no urgency. So why not wait to get the better price and to Philip? We don't and save 7 10 bucks? Plus, I just I was going to excuse to go into Costco. It's about $100 to say that $700 on 9000 pack of toilet paper. Uh, yeah, I gotta love you Gotta love the old Bill Costco. Um Yeah, You're right. And when you look at gas is is one that I I love talking about because you know if the price of gas wherever you live went down 50 cents Would you look at that as a buying opportunity or selling opportunity? It's like, Oh, Like you just illustrated with you with your situation, buying opportunity with the price of gas going down, Be good news or bad news. It's like, Oh, it's good news. But once you start associating that with like a stock, and we say, Okay, well, what if digital Realty trust dlr? What if it went down three or $4? You know it's trading at 160, plus dollars a share right now. What if it went down like good news or bad news? Oh, that's bad news. It's like why does it? Why does it not translate from buying gas to buying this and it's like Oh, well well, because this is an investment. This is different. It's like, isn't it more critical? In an investment that we get a wholesale price because you're you know to to stay on the gasoline topic. You're not looking to get a return on that investment. You just got an initial savings. But he just didn't spend as much today but you're not really It's not a growth opportunities. True, That's true there. And so that's why I would say it is more critical even that we take that type of thought process into our trading and investing. You know if we're buying high, you know, that's that's the classic kind of mistakes that the novice traders are making is they're buying high and selling low and it's because their reactionary rather than proactive, but That's right. H. We get in some economic reports. We had some interesting stuff going on with the August jobs report. Yeah, yeah, Wages are going up. Wages are rising. Good news for everyone, Or is it It's good news if you're the one getting the raises or getting hired at, but there's been weak hiring. And so it's been a little spotty their leisure and hospitality. Um, so that jump as well. But you know the problems. We're seeing higher inflation numbers, But we're not seeing the jobs coming and that you know, we start to get into potentially the potential of state elation where high interest rates how you know inflation, But you know, low growth, and that could be a problem. So we're already saying the thing. Hey, look, watch out for the Fed here in Their next meeting to start talking about the potential the Taper, which would take a lot of what's been driving the markets, driving the real estate market, driving the bond market and go hurt, leaving a dead stop, but certainly take the foot off the gas. Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. And I went to Walmart the other day, And when I was there, I took a picture of it so that I got to send it to you. Remember, I was telling you last week on the show How There's a walmart just you know a few blocks from here, and they gutted the whole front where there used to be to check red to checkout registers deep and like 20 wives. There's like 40 checkout registers. And now I think there's three and the rest of it is all self checkout, All self checkout. So, uh, um That's part of that. You know that some of that is wages going up and then going all that's close my margins, and so let's change the front part of the business. And then another. Part of that is I was talking with the manager out here at Ralph's Kroger just just chit chatting as we're waiting to check out there the other day, and she mentioned how, um Nobody's even applying like they'll get they'll They'll get an application for the job. Um, and then people just don't even show up. She's like there's zero motivation for people to get hired right now. Um and you know, I was bagging my own stuff and she came running over. I'll help you do that. And I'm like, no, it's okay. And then she was like, Yeah, we just don't have anybody who's got you know all these job recs out. And people will apply for it, and she's like, but they won't even show up for the interview. And so there's that too like if you don't have people to staff those slowly. Automation just has to take over for the sake of the efficiency of the business, but Um Yeah, it's a little It's that's been a little bit of a wild ride coming out of the out of this, uh you know some of the economic impacts the coffins had. Yeah, we'll see how long that stuff Technology stocks have certainly fared well more people turning towards technology versus people and And we've seen it in a sector rotation. Right technology is it's been near the near the top for a long time sometimes falls out. But when it pops back up, there's definitely opportunities there. Yeah, Energy has been our our big dog there as well. Just kind of holding onto that bottom spot for the last few months and even on the energy side of things, you know, one of the, uh, one of the stocks that we'll talk about, Maybe as we get back from the break Is Murphy oil? Because I know it popped back up on our list today, and it's one that has given us many, many bites at the Apple. Over the last few months. We've been doing this show so We'll kick things off with that one. But if you want to get a little deeper, dive into core strategy, understand understanding, supply and demand. How it controls the market are six step process that we use to identify those imbalances. Just give us a call and be colours one through 10 and 8777998723. That's 8777998723. "To X 96. You are probably familiar with that radio station and, uh, I went inside and was inside inside. Also, like my uncle, my dad, all these people started showing up to their mom's house, right with all this going on. I remember that day. Remember that day vividly. Um, yes, A lot happened. A lot happened in the market. You know, everything closed and then you know, we had that big gap down. But then that explosive move back up out of after that gap. A lot of the rules change in the markets, too, because the markets were closed for what for given how many days it was, But now there's laws out. There are rules that they can't close for more than three days like we just had with Labor Day here, Marcus get closed for more than three days. Just too much pent up Supply and demand, which is you know what we use here at the academy. It's all about supply and demand. If you have too many orders piling up, those markets can really really move. Yeah. Yeah. And, yeah, A lot of things did change that day. You mentioned the three day rule. There was a number of others that rolled out as well. You know, even since then we've had other like, kind of, you know, not With the human element as far as catastrophe goes, but we've had, you know other huge, volatile days in the market where they rolled out Other rules like even like fat finger Tuesday, uh, you know when they sold I remember it's kind of like a scene out of it was like out of Batman if you remember what you did on what they did on Batman, the one with Bain. You know, they sold all those contracts. And so then, So then Bruce Wayne went bankrupt. Um, that's pretty much what happened that day. It was like they added, an extra zero is like they sold a billion contracts instead of a million contracts, and I was trading like I was full on in the thick of it that day, and it was wild. Uh um, thankfully, was short that but that day that that kicked off all the all the breakers, you know the 10% breakers. If anything, moves more than 10% in a day, the breaker flips and trading halts until they can investigate and make sure that it's not a trading error. Or, you know, manipulation or who comes in as a judge. Dredd that comes investigate red of the market. Think Judge Dredd should have to invest. She should be the market police. I feel like we'd be able to take security to a whole new level there. But you you touched on something that we should probably get back to, which is the whole supply and demand concept. The market staying closed like that creates so many problems because you have all these orders that are just bottlenecked and no buy. Orders can get filled sores can get filled. Nothing can transact. And everything just creates a standstill in the standstill is only half the problem. The other half of the problem is when the flood gate opens up, you know there's just more than the system can even handle in a lot of cases. And it just blows, you know, Put it frankly, just blows positions up. You know the bid Ask, spread widens like, you know, you know, like the as wide as the Mississippi and all of a sudden everybody's trades just get blown out, but to play and demand is the name of the game in the markets And as you touched on, that's that's exactly what we focus on. It are introductory workshops. And that's what our core strategy is based in is the economic principle of supply and demand to get a little more deeper dive into what we're talking about. As far as the supply and demand concept in our core strategy goes Just give us a call. Get registered for one of our introductory workshops at 8777998723 Make sure your colors one through 10 at 8777998723 get registered for a workshop and also attended quickly as possible because while supplies last everybody who attends is going to receive that Amazon fire seven Tablet as a gift to you, Uh, you know, Gregory, we've seen the markets rocking and rolling. Over the last couple of weeks, a new all time high. What, beginning in the last week, Or maybe it's the Friday like everything, but we didn't agree Week. It seems like it has been. It seems like has been every week. I know there was a bunch of intraday ones, but But yeah, it's been It's been pretty well. But no, like major moves like I get. We're at all time high by like a penny, and then another penny. Nothing with a whole lot of confidence. I feel like the markets need to have a little bit of a cleansing. They need to pull back like the S and P needs to drop a few points. Uh, to really excite those buyers again. You know, we we've been talking about like a 4 47 level on the S P Y for a couple weeks. Um, I think And that's like bare minimum. I think for it to even go lower than that would be a really good thing, because that's how you excite the buyers is at a low price. And that's a in the end. What drives price higher is is the demand of that vehicle, But What are your thoughts on just kind of the market situation right now? No, I think I think you're right. I see it. Definitely the big demand level and all the 4 47. We've been talking about that There's one right below it around the 4, 37 or so range the 10 points And there's another big huge demand zones sitting way down there. This would be talking about spiders now, but the real market would be you know, some spiders will be around 3 80. The markets be about 3800 not get big drop that be, you know, 20% drop, Which would potentially does that put us into a bear market or not? Sure, feels like we're frothy. A little long in the tooth. All the different words they use, right? But, uh, lot of people have been talking about having you know a milk up. And a melt up is exactly the opposite. Do you think about meltdown in the market? Where instead of you know, going down precipitously knows Roomba won't drop drop drop. That's just to go up because people start getting that crazy buying frenzy. We see the leading Cryptocurrency right Cryptocurrencies are up hundreds of percent thousands of percent. This year, and sometimes it's just did those you know Super fast up. You have these melt ups followed by a mile down. And if you know how the trade both sides of it, which is what we do. Talk about at the workshops is how do you play both sides? How are you able to do a strategy to actually profit when something goes up? If you're right, and how do we do the switch of strategy of profits if it goes down, And once you know how to do that your confidence in the market, I think changes Yeah, you got you know you talk about Cryptocurrency and yeah, it can be up 10% 1 day and down 20% the next day, and we're just like you can just use Bitcoin is the example even though the Cryptocurrency world Most people do. Just look at it, as like Bitcoin and dosha and a few of these coins that they can invest in when you know what's what's one of the fun things about, you know, even hear it. Online training Academy is is the whole crypto swim lane that we have, because The Bitcoin will use it as the example it really buying and selling Bitcoin buying and selling. Uh, you know, any of the any of the Cryptocurrencies is the tip of the iceberg of what is the digital assets market. But it is It's kind of like the tech market back in the nineties. You know, it's like this new up and coming, you know, you know, you know sector for the last few years, it's finally matured to the point where the liquidity is a little bit better, so you can do a little bit more risk management.

And that's why we have to record this show, especially this time of year in separate locations. Uh, just just to keep a Keep a safe distance. Um, but Gregory, what's what's, uh, what's going on there, buddy? Not much. It's another another week short. It was a short week last week, so that was that was nice and Obviously, on a day like today you you think back to, you know, back to everyone thinks about where they were back on September 11th back in back in the day, and boy it brings back some, uh Some interesting memories and I'm putting a lot of time has gone by but sure is angry. Norman's Yeah. Yeah, I was on my grandmother's roof. Like literally. I was re roofing. My grandmother's house. Uh, when, when the first one hit and I was in her and the radio went silent, and they came on with an emergency broadcast. Listening to X 96. "Very good, because look, that's a guy who is clearly better than everybody else on the field. Every time that you hand him the ball. He's like, Okay. Is this place supposed to be for three yards? Well, I'm going to make it for seven yards play going to be for eight yards. I'm going to make it for 21 yards, and he did that every time he touched it, and that's such an unbelievable asset to have for the Longhorns going forward. But there was nothing about this game. Offensively that really blew me away, and that's what I was saying before we went to the news. I don't know if you guys heard the broadcast, but your friend Ed Tim Brando, they kept talking about Hudson card about It was like the birth of a legend about how this was the beginning. This was the beginning of the next You know, Dad, Colt McCoy, Vince Young James Street at Texas. And I'm like, I don't know, man. The guy was 14 21 for 200 yards like, Yeah, it was fine. But like what? What? On What? What? What from today? Are you going to put on Hudson cards real and be like, Look at this guy victory, but that's all right, Pop. No, I'll take a victory and his first start, and I think it's a building block for for Steve Sarkeesian. I don't think it was going to be totally all gas. No brakes. I was shocked at Josh More only had three receptions. Weddington was a man that was open. Weddington. Now I believe is the go to guy. Stay healthy. My God can go. Stay healthy. Stay, Elsie, come Expected this because be John has that quite assassin Fe look to him. He He's not flashy. He's going to. He's like You said he'll make a three yard run a seven yard run like that, But he's quiet in what he does, and I think Texas will go back to this offense. There is it's not the 2000 and 5 2006 offense that was explosive. A bunch of 60 70 80 yard plays. It's going to be chipping away with 25 30 40 yard plays and Will slowly pick a team apart. And I don't think you know this is not Steve Sarkeesian First Rodeo, his first rodeo. He's going to come in with new wrinkles. This week with Arkansas. We will see stop against Arkansas. We hadn't seen before. I thought a brilliant play was the play. When be John win in motion and called his touchdown passes. Hudson told him something Hudson told him something right before the snap. He was naked out there. I think we're going to see some new wrinkles. Can I think this is a building block and again? Defense was a story to me to the way they played. I think that's going to be great against Arkansas, Arkansas, losing at the half to Rice, they come back and win. 38 17. I don't get that game. That game doesn't come on that package. It didn't come on your dad. You didn't see that game. Let's see that game. No, I think next week get that we're going to find out so Much more next week vs Arkansas A team that look I've been disrespecting Louisiana all week and I will continue to do so. They'll be unranked when the rankings come out on one. Sure they will. And I think they'll be unranked the rest of the season because that team I mean, Unless look at that Texas defense is probably it is very good. But they they didn't challenge the Longhorn defense again. It was a third and eight play where they somehow knew to hand it off. And I guess Napier's got something on them there because they knew to hand it off there and they score a touchdown on that play. You take that play out of the game. And this is an embarrassment for them on offense. Yeah. And and they looked impressive in that first drive. I thought, too. They looked impressive. And then they just don't know if they were found out or what, Frank, but I think we'll find out so much more about this Texas team after playing Arkansas next week. Uh, and look at everything is good. I hate to be always the guy who's like, you know, crapping on things, particularly when I said I just wanted to touch down wind and they won by 20. And now I'm sort of like, what do you think of the opening line will be for next week. I think Texas will be favored a half about what 6.5. I think Texas will be favored by in Fayetteville, Fayetteville, North Vietnam. I think Texas, Texas. Everybody likes to bet on Texas. I think Texas will be favored by eight. What? Yeah, I was going to guess. Four really eight. I say, I'm sure it's out. Right now. This Texas raised rise in the ranks here. This wind, right? Yeah, I think they do. I think so. Let's get tipped it out of some scores. Houston leads Texas Tech 14 7 almost at halftime in Houston, Oklahoma State over Missouri State 22 3 at halftime. Baylor 14 Texas State 10 Bobcats. Hanging in there again. 14 Does that name on TV? Can I put I don't know It's on ESPN. Plus also, TCU PCU is playing mighty du Keine. Wow. Tcg lives do Cain by a score of 14 to nothing. Let's check on the Aggie is over in college station. They trailed early last report. They were leading 7 to 3. Let's see what the Aggie you're doing. Well, we'll find the Aggies in a minute. But the Aggies, huh? Did not. I was getting my tailgate on. So I did not get my eyes on a lot of games today, but Oh, you what up? Oh, yeah. They almost blew it. Second half they almost blew them to fight. Think 14 a nature. Yeah, they had They had a big lead, big lead at halftime. And then two lane came back into Lane scored two late, tried an onside kick that would have given the ball back when they win by five. Okay. The Aggies lead Kent State by a score of 10 to 3 in the second quarter. 10 to 3 Florida leaves Florida Atlanta 14. Nothing. Vandy over East Tennessee by Score three. Think it looks like Georgia is still And Clemson. Nothing. Nothing..

"Looks like the starting quarter. He does, but I think with With Casey going in. This kind of gave the indication that hey, We don't lose a step with Casey Thompson. But Hudson card is the starting quarterback. And one thing I was so glad that happened because I feared this because we've been through God bless Tom Herman. He was a goofy coach. Because he did goofy things and thank goodness coach Sarkeesian left Hudson card in when he was struggling in the first half, instead of just jerking him out of the game and putting in in, Casey, I like that. He gave him patients to get the system going to get the flow going. So I'm happy that that happened. I just don't I agree, Pop. I just don't really I obviously what we're learning and will learn. Sarkisian's reasons in the post game press conference on why he brought in cases so early. What I'm not looking for is for Sarkeesian to say, Well, Casey deserves some playing time. He won't say it verbatim, but in the gist trying to keep Casey Thompson happy Because football is not a game of keeping the backups, happy winning games and, yes, Texas won the game. It's all good and well, but this is not T ball. This is not Warner football. You play the best players as long as you want to play them as long as they Can stay in. I would like to see a game. I don't want to start complaining here because Texas got its first victory with the new head coach and a new quarterback in a new stadium in a in a new field, But I'd like to see your freshman quarterback Start finish what he started on the gridiron you all your quarterback to feel like you are their love they you're not. You're not thinking about other girls here. You're sticking with your girlfriend and your wife. That's Hudson card. You don't want Hudson to get benched in the fourth quarter when he's on fire when he's feeling hot. And say, Hey, wait, Coach, I can keep going. Why are you bringing in my backup? Was there something? Is there something I did wrong? Are you still thinking about this other guy? I I don't think he has been. I think he really had such an cars. As his number one quarterback.

"J Caller text Dr Frank at 51283605 90. All right, folks, we are back. We're going to check and see if we still got Emily on the line. Emily, you still with us after the break? Oh, great, Emily, So I know where we last left off. You were concerned about the bombings on your teeth. They're also really concerned about the timeline. You are on a time crunch to matter, Mony in just a matter of Atlanta shotgun wedding situation. Oh, geez. Well, hey, that's you know, that's our other side of dentistry where we help kind of people through the psychological element of their decision making in the emotion. That happens with teeth, but I got to get him down. The island soon is like Oh, I understand either that or those bombings they're going to come out one of the two on the time line. But you have one more question. Yes, I if I want to whiten my teeth first. Do I have to do that before? After I see you. Or how does that word? Sure. Sure. So it sounds like you've got a pretty good dental like you here and and Emily. Have you had a consultation recently about your tone? Haven't but I guess been going tol some different websites. Thanks for being yours. And, you know, looking up before and after a little kind of, say, you know, like whitening and veneers or crown? Yes, I guess I just wasn't sure. Is that also down on that same visit Or when does that happen? Right? So to answer your question for everyone else listening here, all of that can be done in one visit. Now, it depends on how many teeth would need treatment. There are some folks that want to have All of their teeth. They show in what we call the Social six or the social a off when they have that big smile. There. We look at our upper front teeth and we take a look to say Hey with our lips, how much of those teeth are showing when we're really giving that warm embrace in that full blown smile? Having said that if you're only showing about six teeth in some ways you don't necessarily need to have whitening done. You can just focus on those six teeth and probably in the best case scenario. Having your teeth completed with a full overlay of porcelain veneers is going toe. Avoid that need for you to go through recurring whitening. Because with any type of whitening or bleaching of the teeth, teeth, they're just gonna absorb Color. They're either going to absorb the stains of coffees and wines and teas and blackberries and blueberries in the multitude of other stating products would put her mouth And it will also absorb whitening products. So the catch 22 is yes. We can have our teeth really bright. However, they will absorb that back. The only way to totally get around that is going through porcelains and having veneers place that won't absorb that color. And the other thing to keep in mind as why a veneer may be a better choice for you other than a bonding replacement is that it sounds like those bombings have started to absorb the color around the actual filling, bonding there around the margins or the periphery. Where you may see some kind of yellows or oranges or browns or even some blues or graze around where that feeling once was, and that can really even despite whitening your bonding is never going to change color, so getting back to your workflow. If you wanted to have all the teeth whitened. But not necessarily needing veneers everywhere. Start with the whitening first. Your best bet for the best results is you'd want to see your dentist and or Walden Dental. Couple days before you actually have your treatment done. So, in other words, in about 2 to 3 days, your entire smile makeover could be completed. The key feature is that if you were to have whitening completed first we need to give those teeth about 48 hours. And when I say whitening completed, I mean in the office, having whitening completed first with within office whitening Weatherby, zoom or otherwise. Zoom is a great product. By the way, we have it here. Walden Dental. It's going to give your teeth the most healthy, natural way to its ideal brightness without doing any irreversible damage to either your gums or the nerve tissue. Years ago, people were having to take pain medication because they went to go get their teeth. Wayne well as time is involved. Other whitening products have been out in the market. Zoom has put a lot of research and development and figuring out ways to get the teeth really bright, but without all of those negative, nasty burning side effects, Okay, so having that done you want to give your teeth about 48 hours to totally absorbed all of that whitening. Now, since we're still on this topic here, there's a key point with whitening is that once you complete the process for about that first two days, your teeth are gonna be really porous. They're gonna absorb whatever you put in your mouth. So you gotta be about as bland as you can be now. I don't know how your groom is going to take that. But If you've got a coffee addiction, folks, and you want your teeth whitened. You have to abstain from coffee for two days if you want that whitening to be in its most best result. So you've got to hold off on that. Or if you do drink coffee boy, you got Jake a lot of water really fast, cause it'll absorb anything. So having said all that when to get that done. If you're still looking at saying now I want to get these key teeth here with the shape and size to be totally line and perfect with a.

"And then finally, the third. See the third C is comfort that comfort and peace of mind that you're going to be in great shape, no matter what the markets do no matter what they do in Washington, D C. Today. We're focusing on taxes and what they're probably going to do in Washington, D C right. We got a new sheriff in town, as they say, and this new sheriff has already been, you know, been very, very happy to use executive orders. I think he's used more than anyone has. I mean, like blowing away all the records from in the past in the first Few days in office. But in any event, the concern that we have going forward his taxes and in this segment, I want to talk about something that about 41 case and I raise I want to talk about how the trump tax code could really affect what happens with your 41. K and IRA and In order to do that. I'm going to share a little story. Okay? You ready? You ready for this act of love stories? Okay, Great. And so John and Jane Doe Wow. John and Jane Doe should have been an artist. I know I'm just so creative. So here we go. John and Jane are both 61. And their fortune enough that they have recently retired. And if we take a look at their plane, they came to talk to me. This is kind of like conventional wisdom. Right? And I get actually shared this example in our college class. It just ended about a week ago or so. But anyway, John and Jane the 61. This is what they're thinking. They're saying all right. We are thinking we want to take Social security at 62. Suze. We can They've got a million dollars safer retirement Now you might have more You might have less, but that's just use that number. Actually, they had, like 9 72. I'm just rounding it off, you know, called a million And they also had a pension. A couple $1000 a month pension. So the question that they had wasps Do we have enough money to last? And when we did the math, and we laid it all out in our financial planning software, and by the way, if you're sitting there and you're wondering, Hey, when can you retire? This software is fantastic. It makes it really easy for you. Hey, we ran into the software like Yeah. Good news. As long as you don't lose a bunch of money, you're in great shape. All you gotta do is earn about a 5% rate of return And you're in great shit, right? Fantastic. So are we done? Well, we're done from the from the You know, Do they have enough perspective, But then they asked another question. Like, Well, wait a minute. What are taxes gonna look like? By the way? They didn't ask. I said, Do you have any idea what your taxes are gonna look like going forward? They had no idea. So I start showing them now showing them how you know right now, when there's 62 they wanted to live on like 85,000 year. That was their goal. And we said, Look, and I'm that kind of income you could know about 7000 and tax lesson 10%. Awesome. But what's interesting is because they had this for one k you know about attending in their seventies and never required distributions. So by the time they're 75 they like 13,000 and tax, and by the time they're 80, you know it's like 17,000. And then we said, Hey, when he's 85 he dies. Check this out. The last year when he the year in which they're 85 week because we were assuming he dies from their 85 When he's 85, she might live to 90. Very common husband and wife. And we said, Well, how much in taxi pain when you're 85 know that answer was Zach model No. $19,000 a year. Wow. Walker's required distributions and then after he's gone, that's not the while. Here's a while after he's gone when his you know, leaving Jane, right by herself, is a single taxpayer. Yes. So much tax she paid probably close to 30 $32,000. Now that's a wow. So we're like Holy cow. Talk about taxes go, and that's assuming taxes do not Increase. That's a trump tax code numbers, right Trump numbers So here's what we did. We simply went in. Then we said, Well, gosh, if we do some rock conversions over the next seven years, not a lot like 50,000 year, Not a lot. It would mean that you they would have to pay about $12,000 extra for the next seven years. Once they did that, check this out. By the time they're in their seventies instead of paying 12 or 13,000 year, they're only paying seven right back to the lower number. By the time they're in their eighties there down the pain like a couple 1000 a year. And instead of leading a $30,000 tax bill to his surviving spouse, not one year, But every year she's alive. Now it's only a few $1000. That's a game changer, 97 almost 30,000 and tax for the surviving spouse each and every year she's alive. The point is that's tax planning. Here's my question. When's the last time you sat down your financial advisor and had that discussion? When's the last time you sat down and look at those numbers for yourself now, Zach, you talked a lot of people to call in on this show. Often do their visors talked him about this stuff. Not very often. Always to get a Ah ha or tax planning or what, like it's crazy, right? Here's something you need to know. Here's something you know a lot of people we talked to When they retired, You know, 7000 month 85,000. That's common. Sometimes people say 100,000. Yes, somewhere around that 6 to 10,000 month is where a lot of people are when you know their goal for retirement. You might have a higher number. You might have a lower number. But here's a little thing You might want to know. Right now. If you are retired, and your income is 100,000 GI is 100,000 or less. Sacked, You know a tax bracket you're in. If you're a GI is 100,000 or less 18%. 12% percent here in the 12% tax bracket, but If Biden hits his way, and almost certain they will same 100,000 income in retirement. Guess what tax bracket you're in under what Biden wants to do probably closer to what I said. 25% wow him or does it doubles? So the question is, Are they only taxing The rich? No. Is 100,000 income in retirement, the rich. Now I know the rich in retirement. They're like 400,000 of income. Right? That's what he says. He says I only want increased taxes on those with over 400,000. Yeah, well, just this simple little area. I can easily call Bs on that right? Now you're lying. You're gonna increase taxes on everybody. But here's the deal. That little example I gave you from John and Jane Doe. All those increased numbers, you know, 13,000 year.

We're talking about capital gains, and there's been a lot of changes that might potentially happen. Going forward this year. Mike, let's continue. This discussion on capital gains you back because there's another area of capital gains that could really hurt people now again. President Biden. Yeah, he's of the old tax and spend crowd. He is far as he's concerned. You should be sending more your money to washing DC's been very open about. I'm not like making stuff up. This is he believes attacked. It should go up. A lot of the Democrats in charge. Believe the same thing so you can expect tax. The tax law will change this year about I shouldn't say. Will change. I should say there's about a 99.99% probability that the taxes are going to change this year. Very high probability, and if they change, it's not gonna benefit you. They're going to say that they're only going to tax the rich. What they really mean to say, if you be If they were being honest, they would say no, we're going to increase taxes on pretty much Everybody. That's what they would say if they were honest. One of the things this is something that they're really trying to push. They want to eliminate something called the step up. In capital games when you calculate your capital gains tax, so they want to eliminate the step up provisions. Does that sound like some tax jargon to you? What about you? Sad? My head is completely spending. Well, what the heck is step up a basis, right? Right. I mean, that's it Sounds like all the accounts If you're an accountant right now, listening, You're just you know, you're probably starting to salivate because like, who's step up a basis, this is cool. But for the rest of you, you're probably like what the heck, man you've lost me, right? But here's the deal. You want to pay attention to this because this is really important. Let's imagine that your parents they bought the home that they live in, like 25 30 years ago. Whatever, 100 years ago, whatever they bought it a long time ago. And when they bought their home they spent Oh, I don't know. $100,000 call. They bought their home for 100,000 many, many years ago. And they live in that house to the day they die. You know, maybe one parent passes away and then the other parent passes way Now you're the only child to the house goes to you The day that your second parent died. Let's let's pretend Dad died first. Then Mom dies. She leads you the house. But today you know this the house they paid 100,004. You know, 2030 years ago, so today when you receive it, it's worth call it 400,000. If you go to sell that house immediately, and you saw it for 400,000, you don't know any tax. Well, why don't you all any tax Because currently there's what's called a step up a basis. Mom and dad's basis in that house. What they paid for the house was 100 Grand, but when they died, and they left it to you, you got what's called a step up of basis, meaning the basis went from 100 to 400. Value the house when you received it. So that means if you sell the house for the same price as what you got it for, you know any tax sack? What if you decide I'm gonna hold the house for a few years and I'm gonna sell it company. Maybe yourself three or four years later for 500,000. Right. So it was worth 400. When you got it. You sell it a few years later for 500. You're going to pay tax on a game is a game. The difference of the 400 when you got it to the 500, or is it from the hundreds of Mom and dad paid for it to the 500? Which number is it to calculate the tax? Hundreds of the 500? No, No, no, because we get step up a basic. Okay, So it's the 400 to the 500. See, a lot of people would answer the way you just did. I know it's a 400 when you received it from Mom. It was worth 400. You sold it a few years later for 500. You only pay tax on the difference. 100,000 well, but they wanted just want to get rid of that. They want to go back to what you said, Zach. They want to say, Well, gosh, if you receive this house for 400, if you sell it right away for 400, you're gonna attacks on the difference from what Mom and dad paid for it. 100,000 The 400. It's worth today. You're going to attack some 300 grand and Oh, remember, we want the tax rate increase from 15 2% to 28% or higher. You're gonna give us a lot of money is what they're saying. And oh, my goodness. If you hold it for a few years you sell for 500. Well, now, like you said, Now, there's 400,000 game. You know, more tax. You might not be rich it all but you're receiving inheritance that was normally tax free. Suddenly they're gonna tax you Are you going to be happy about that? Absolutely not. Or how about this one? Here's another areas really gonna matter? Imagine that your mom and dad owned a farm. Lots of acres. Yeah, Maybe they have 300 acres back when they bought the farm. The price breaker was $1000 an acre. So maybe it was they spent 300,000. Today. Suddenly, their farmland is worth 10,000 an acre. It's worth $3 million. By the way, they're farmers.
