"I feel better yes yeah headache is Italian food from all the no no no it's not at all from that hostile positive and give you a migraine headaches the lack of nutrients does prosed there's so many different options for me to get it's not lack of nutrients so how many different options like the Alfredo Sauce Marinara well yeah sheep no no no no no there's there's like a guard like saucers mushroom sauce. There's a a Alfredo there's Marinara there's a meat sauce there's a five cheese Barra five cheese Marinara yeah so how many times have you been so okay yeah let's get some stuff's been on one of those trips were those of you who don't know Chris received the Pasta Pass olive garden received bought it for one hundred dollars which gives him unlimited pasta and soup and salad for nine weeks so I've seen before he made you money back Oh yeah Yeah I mean he probably made it back in two days yet well now all is a a trip to all garden if you know based upon like what I was ordering always being like you know around twenty bucks a meal or something to back pretty quick after five yeah it's impressive I want to hear these I don't hear the stats I'm so curious I'm the thing I'm most curious about is what stats is Chris Keeping Track of what is about to unload on he's GonNa Unload how many times he's been there how many birds six eaten how many guests he's brought with him how many meals he's had that haven't been olive garden. These are all guesses by the way pretty sweet spot on okay cool the number of guests I don't have tallied but those extra points I had come back from NASA listed I just I just didn't Emma what about total calories or average calories per visit on now I don't know about that I don't count ourselves so we can go back look at the menu and figure that out so I have been off Gordon Twelve Times it's been two weeks okay that's less than I thought yeah but I've eaten I've eaten eighteen meals of gardens you'll take stuff home and have yet the next day yeah I'm having for breakfast yeah AWW POSSIB rectus heavy that so like wall good morning and your day with a nap try Olive Garden and and I have five meal penalties which are meals I purchased that were not off guard penalties couple of times it's like birthday lunch you know and then like I was like Outta town you couldn't convince the person whose birthday was that Brian I tried he went into a place where there was no olive garden yeah yeah I didn't like there was one time where it's like an like is a lunch on a weekday time to get olive gardens I just run and get from Heb I have leftovers for me did you eat pasta from each you know no no no that would double milk penalty penalty tillis that before or my favorite thing ever happened last week so we have a shoot day every week usually on Thursdays that was shoot to shorts on and we always get I alert the office so that we could you break for lunch have lunch and then go back to filming and last week Chris is like Oh great lunches is paid for by the company which means it's a free lunch for she's not a penalty we get lunch it's fucking pasta and he's like no on Friday I asked if he was sick of olive garden yet he said no that he's still loved it you had said you were sick of olive garden I was Gonna ask them to Bring Olive Garden in for custody pitch that Eric because then I get I get a free meal I and and it's like a ton of the bonus point this bonus points and then all of a sudden I have all these friends coming I thought the point was to take people to olive garden that's true well anyway extra meal I didn't have to worry about what about weight have you noticed any changes the scale stood up at the same spot again I can jump on the scale so here's here's I'm proud of you for using the word scale this week wasting here's the thing is I have noticed this I will say this I'm skipping a lot of meals because there's still full well it's a mixture of two things one pasta for breakfast really gives lasts for a long time some other defies into your son Eh but also if I don't have time to go to all live garden or can't commit than just like we'll skip lunch or you know or not eat so somehow starts getting worse the more you're talking about what he means lose weight on this show yeah and that's the thing I getting enough calories that you need I may not be but I mean he's still eating a lot are you being malnourished limited pasta malnourished link once for yes so eating but it's just like I just like eat a lot like twice a day do you have any vegetables in your current Olive Garden Diet yes I have unlimited salad and then there's also a vegetable option for like you're you're like side yeah entree are like meat balls or vest mixed vegetables vegetables off the wait I'm confused here what are the vegetables replace to replace the Pasta or the meatballs the notes still pasta it's pasta and a sauce and then like a topping like a chicken or a shrimp or a vegetables okay three pieces of Broccoli there's three variables in your pastas sauce instead of meat you put vegetable on it yeah sometimes okay I'm just I'm just I'm afraid of but anyway Spaghetti Fuck Dude you're holding on on Oh oh yeah yeah so I I'll read Zack's stats to so that you know so he has ten trips to olive garden thirteen meals and only three mile penalty so I'm ahead by three meals and he also ended up coming to Austin and has been an awesome because he was having it's harder for him to get off garden so he flew to Austin just so that he could be closer to an olive garden I want you olive garden locations are there in the world the United States here's the deal for him an Uber itunes from the the close to where he lives was like it was like a twenty dollars Uber's so he was like he he budgeted out and he's like it's cheaper get a flaine a plan flight to Austin and he showed up at my house and then was like hey can I stay with you and I was like okay I guess because I live close off guard so he can actually off-guard he can't walk to an olive garden drive to roll scoot whatever you want there are eight hundred ninety two olive garden locations globally yeah so how much is this flight he was like a it was like a trip to Austin it was like ninety bucks wow and then they return a return fight was like ninety it was like less than two hundred dollars which would've been like a few tricks play any of the reason being Austin other than this no you all I mean there's something wrong he I mean he I it's also counts as a you know he has like friends yes sure so he's spending doing here yeah he hung out Oh Chris Oh sorry on the number two I've I've I've had twenty three breadsticks that's not as many as I would have thought so through per trip sometimes I don't even yeah we'll like on the leftovers at that upper yes and then zakisaid forty three and eight that's more like it county by the forty three breadsticks some clearing up the table someone left seven eight of yeah so you got to catch up yeah I'm way behind on breadsticks brought sticks along with that be if it was one long breadstick the big big old chunk of carb how long Cannon Olive Garden breadstick be before snaps soon wait now if you just hold the in their pretty soft it depends on how fresher this you've had them before they harden up probably after like 'cause they come out when they're hot they're pretty soft you could open your mouth and they get nice and hard can we see week weigh in yes absolutely but I wanna I wanNA give so. When Zack showed up he hadn't been wait in and so I had to buy scale I bought a scale and then we figured out in order to weigh him I had to weigh myself and then pick him up and then way both of us together because he can't because he couldn't couldn't couldn't stand on it when I weighed in AH whenever he showed up it'd be a week and obviously scales vary somewhat lost one last one here that I want you to get on the scale oh wait in two weeks disconnect saint yet this is a little less than two more than two weeks to the day today okay then he was one hundred forty seven pounds so I'm going to guess one hundred fifty I'm going to guess learn like fifty two I feel Chris never use the scale because he just goes and stands on it well he didn't know what it was called last time he was I my mind I've always had a you have to punt the front right get it till I turn on he is passing this he's lost so much weight looking good for that week I think he turned it on with him on zero to his own way okay Sir like what the fuck like half a pound point six pounds God damn it so an olive garden breadstick is ten inches long cord into this as you've gained a half a pound in two weeks of eating nothing but olive garden did you did you have your phone in your in your pocket time no I think I took it out I'm pretty sure to get all okay I'm amazed I make sense if you're skipping meals because I figured it out also it's funny because we were thinking about the other day we looked up on the garden website on their nutrition facts and the stuff there is actually not that bad I think Andrew mentioned that the Alfredo the chicken Alfredo was like forty five hundred calories and that's like not right at all I think that's like the catering catering also I will say this I'm way more parcel to Marinara than I am to like enough rato sauce is that healthier it definitively I'm pretty sure it is also a cream base stuff tends to the worst for know what blew my mind I'm like I can't wait to hear was they have a gluten free pasta and I and I got it wants to try right and I was like it's got to be healthier way way less healthy how so how'd you defined less healthy it had more saturated took a pitcher but I'd have to it's like more more saturated fats more calories more more bad stuff less pro team that's just yeah it was like way worse it's common for a lot of things that are like fat for your sugar free or whatever it is because they compensate for the flavors that they're losing by being fat free or whatever it is so they compensate another unhealthy ways yeah so I was like I was blew my mind so what you're dumps like so that's that's that's definitely they weren't real questions yeah I mean I've been into our set for what day three diarrhea hit waist down like a day or so because I was like but yeah three or four days of just off guard because I was like not last Thursday but the one before yeah yeah I think Texas ac it is hit because he'd warned me he had warned me ahead of time like whenever I got the possible that's all reduce text he sent me I saw your team to Mariner Team Air Hashtag what's that Caroni Zaccheroni can be one second why are you getting any fiber like is there any fiber other and maybe the vegetables in anything olive garden because that I feel like what really fuck up your shit literally I mean I don't know what is it our fiber comes from its vegetables right vegetables are like a lot of different foods or there's also soup there's vegetables get that So whenever I got the pass 'cause I initially got it in Zach didn't get he they sent him one he said that's awesome you know all my strength to be happy for you said I know and he said you have to go every day as we experienced the first few days we'll be nothing but diarrhea but after that it will be the best nine weeks of your life diarrhea said good whenever because it's like your body has to adjust to only eating poison- poisoned Pasta Gotcha so yeah and there's there's like a day or two I was a little word out some solid good super size me the guy who did McDonald's for thirty days straight right for every meal and he had like doctors check him out before during and after the whole process do you have anything like that going thing where someone's like monitoring the status of your heart health and things of that nature I don't know if you want to check my heart we do that I mean I'm fine the doctor I guess I could go to the doctor but that's a lot of work I guess I'll find something else ranger long McDonald's is a different also I am making an effort to like very things up like well like they have a whole wheat noodles you tried the gluten free one like you said not the gluten free they have a whole wheat and gluten free free the whole wheat gluten.

"Number is two one two two four six four two three seven. I would talk about a man, and I'm gonna talk about him for many reasons one of which is a real person with a real problem. He's seventy three years old is born in Puerto Rico. He came here we had a liver. Our transplant years ago, one of the big hospitals in New York. And then he decided that because he had a liver transplant there when he had prostate cancer with a Gleason seven PSA four that he was going to get their treatment, and they offered him external beam treatment, and he was hoping that the prostate cancer would be as good as Liber transplant. Dreaming. Well, it wasn't. He had nine weeks of treatment. And it didn't work the PSA. Just started coming back higher and higher and higher that gave him hormonal therapy, and it didn't work and he's on Luke Bryan, which is an anti testosterone medicine. Take away the testosterone and takes away his LA veto, take soya's directions. He's gained weight. He's growing grass is a lot of side effects from loop on these are all well known side effects. He's one hundred forty seven pounds. He's five foot six easy eating. Okay. As history as may smoked all his life. A year ago, and he tried medicines for his urination he wakes up four times a nineteen year and eight and I examined him. He has no culpable lymph flows. His lungs are clear, but his prostate cancer went to the big hospital to the liver transplant which was good. But then they gave him treatment, which I think is let's say second best for Gleason seven hit a treatment that works about sixty percent of the time in our hands our treatment for Gleason seven works about ninety percent of the time. So it's a big big difference in these caught up in the gap and his treatment is failed. He's been on hormonal therapy, and is a big lesson that is to get the best treatment. I I know certain Saban say all you can have surgery or doesn't work in radiation afterwards, but the radiation doesn't have the high success rate afterwards because most likely I believe the surgeon is spread the cancer cells around or saw the target cutting a loaf of bread they spread the crumbs over when they cut others can be crumbs. Of cancer in those crumbs can be hard to find. And so it's really so critical as a big teaching point. I believe to get the best treatment. I get the treatment. That's most likely to cure you. I'm sure if you saw the data if he had our booklet, and you can get your booklet in your hands. Just by calling us if you saw that go into that hospital which helped him with the liver, but didn't help him with his prostate because they gave him a sixty percent successful treatment for prostate, which didn't work. He could've come to us that had a ninety percent success. Right. It's a huge difference. If you think about two hundred thousand men a year with prostate cancer in America thirty percent difference. You're talking about sixty thousand men every year who would be not successfully treated, if they had standard radiation or robotic surgery or open surgery compared to our treatment sixty thousand a year should take about huge numbers of men every year if they get second good. Therapy will be doomed pretty much and for me..

"When John does pull ups. He does them very very fast. I mean, listen to him. It sounds like his first set. In fact, those were pull ups three thousand six hundred three thousand six hundred one six hundred to six hundred and three six hundred four and three thousand six hundred and five he does them faster than I can say them and he's been doing them for six hours straight. How's your body perfect? Good is that can be I guess go Jonas five ten one hundred forty seven pounds. He's a Luthier a violin maker and teaches woodworking at red rocks community college. He's compact with a tightly woven upper body and legs so skinny they belong in geriatric ward. Not on a world record athlete. There's not an ounce of wasted body mass on if it doesn't help them do a pull up or keep him alive. He shut it as excess weight. You might call him a little obsessive at how does one come to be a up, endurance, pull up athlete in this case? It was purely by accident. I was a rock climber for many years and still am and I was in a local climbing store bent gate, and they were hosting a competition. Whoever did the most pull ups on these ice tools would win the ice tools. And I thought you know, climber. I'm good at pull ups, and so I'm gonna win them. And I didn't. And I was so mad at myself that and this is completely honest that I thought I'm going to train all year, and I'm going to win the next year. So he trained figuring that it would be no contest. This time. Problem was he was right? There was literally no contest the next year and the following year. They didn't do the pull up competition and I had trained so hard. So I went to the gym, and I spoke to the director. And I said how about letting me do this twenty four hour. Vent. And he said, yes. So I trained for six more months and went for it, which raises the question how on earth? Do you? Prepare your body to do pull ups for twenty four hours straight. Well, it's not so much about strength as stamina I started working with an assist machine. Most people are familiar with toys desist machine in most gyms, and I started doing pull ups on the assist as I would on a rowing machine. I would just do pull ups for a half hour straight with half my body weight. Of course, I had to start out. I with a lot more, and I would just pull in Poland. Poland until it. I my comfortable routine now is twelve to fourteen hundred pull ups a day, and I can easily do that in two hours or less. Most of us know, the highschool version of power muscles, get stronger do hard enough exercise and you start tearing muscle fibers during rest your body, then rebuilds those fibers and adds a few more just in case repeat this exercise enough times. And you see results. And for pure.
