"Especially you know. He's about five foot ten or so so he's a taller fighter for the junior lightweight division and may felt that before. He came to them that he was you know he was too aggressive. He wasn't relying enough on his natural boxing ability which he has done more under them and it's obviously worked very well. The performance against frampton was was now france at the back under his career. But he's younger than than jamel herring that some people thought. Maybe he had more mileage on them than herring. even though he didn't have an a lot more fights than him he had a few more fights but not that many more But that was an impressive win because the odds were around even know jamal. Haring was maybe a slight favourite when the fight off and he demolished carl frampton whose had a great career two weight world champion. Probably not a junior lightweight. He's better suited for one. Twenty six or one twenty two but it was a very good win gave him a lot of momentum. Going into this fight chris So i think it's a much more to answer your original question. I think it's a much more competitive fight than ten to one But but jemil's going to have to produce a maybe a career-best performance if he's going to be a defensive defensively masterful fighter alexa core stevenson. Who has just a lot a lot of natural and high ring iq. Yeah i think what this comes down to is. How does mel hering assert his size advantage. You get into a clinical boxing match which occur stevenson year. Loose it's probably not to be entertaining like that's just kind of the way it goes but herring at the olympics. He was spiting at over one hundred forty pounds for the first part of his professional career. He was fighting one hundred thirty five pounds. He is a very big one hundred and thirty pound and you can see that at the press conference is going to have a couple of inches at least on shukor stevenson gonna have once you re hydrates probably significant amount of weight on core stevenson stevenson. May maybe even stronger as he gets more and more just at two hundred and thirty pounds. Shrinking down to get to one twenty-six but whether it's using his length fighting on the outside or being physical with stevenson in the ring. That's going to be. How juvenile herring wins this fight. I don't think you can just stand there..

"He would. He is mentioned many times. Moving up the potentially fight josh taylor for one hundred forty pounds. Titles which is a very intriguing fight. The fortunate thing just to to as it relates to these lightweights. Chris we all wanna see lopez fight. Haney we all wanna see lopez fight tank. Go and see tank fight haney well. Let's see ryan garcia when you know when he's healthy enough from physical and mental standpoint fight all of these guys we've been talking about these fights for you know i was in my mid forties when we started talking about this these fights and none of them have happened. You know they would just keep. We keep going forward in this vicious cycle on social media. I'm gonna. I'm gonna do this. I'm gonna do that. I'm going to do that. And while what happened last week at ringside Drew a lot of attention. I don't think it got us any closer to the fight. Being made as as i'd like to be more optimistic than that but i just don't see how from a financial standpoint it's standpoint. It's doable right now. No i don't think this by can be negotiated. Between eddie hearn and top rank haney and lopez where i find. Optimism is if the wbz gets involved. The wbz can order this as a mandatory fight. Lopez is the franchise champion. They didn't want lopez to be the franchise champion but they allowed the title. Be transferred when lopez beat loma. Chanko haney is the regular champion. Or whatever you wanna call it the full champion but mauricio sue. Amman has said haney. Lopez is at the top of the wbz's lightweight food chain. The simple solution is once lopez gets through campos's if he gets through campos's to order lopez to make a mandatory defense against devon against evan haney or the winner of devin haney versus spider. If it's jodi as if it's somebody else in early december is pretty simple. You want to clean up the multiple belts you have at one. Thirty five to eliminate a franchise championship that you never intended for fema lopez to have just order the fight because keith if they do that the only way for one of the only way that fight not to happen then is for one of the fighters. Say all right. I'll give my belt here. Or and i just don't see lopez or haney taking that route. I'd love to see that fight. Go to purse bid. I'd love to see everybody get in and bid on. I think if that happens there's at least a possibility. We could see lopez and haney share the ring. There would definitely be a greater possibility kristof. They went that route. But i don't think that that would make it a foregone conclusion that the fight happens because back to what i said earlier about the money because if if no one is willing to bid what lopez and haney feel that the fight it's worth were. Those expectations are realistic or not. It if they're not gonna be paid what they think that the fight is worth then. They simply won't go one of them or both of them. Walk forward with it. Won't that like at least at least if that happens. You have some clarity there right now. It's like we'll have all. I have in the back of my head. Keith is signed the contract what contract. What about the meeting with. Bob signed the contract like so much and big you. It's out there at the point. This i agree. Chris it bring. It's fun for fans to talk about on social media. People lose their minds about all this stuff and they go back and forth. you know haney has his fans. Lopez has his fans. Ryan garcia has his fans. And all that. But i i would say this..

lopez wbz haney josh taylor ryan garcia eddie hearn Chanko haney campos mauricio sue Lopez Haney evan haney devin haney Chris loma Amman jodi devon fema

"He had asked to come down to one. Forty two We settled on forty five. I mean even when the times that identify out forty seven. I never waited forty seven. I was always under. I was always at forty four forty five but it is in that direction to try to you know. Get my body. You know accustomed to a smaller weight class. So i can look at one hundred forty pounds in the very near future. The fi with regis might be forty or forty seven. It doesn't really matter to me. What class were in the middle somewhere. It doesn't matter because you like you said it's not it's not going to be for any major title or maybe non title but it is in the attempt to come stay closer to forty where the bigger fights will be in the near future at one forty seven when you beat vargas. Did you prove something to yourself that night. I mean i already knew can do it so i didn't have to prove to myself. I just wanted to show everybody else. That i still can't compete well to we again. Some of the top guys are wall. Tweet former world champion. Jesse did that for me. You know beating him you know and dropping him show that can still carry the power that can still hurt my opponents even at the highway. Classes This this time around. We are fighting our own forty five but if something i won't forty seven comes up then i'll take. I'll take that opportunity also. It might be a little more difficult now. With all the landscape won't forty-seven division now But if there's something that you know comes my my direction. I'll take that opportunity. Also it does feel like there's a lot of action though potentially for your one forty with the guys are at one forty right now. The guys that are going to be coming up. Probably in the next year whether devon haney or ryan garcia devante who knows that but do you see that i mean when you look at one forty do you see possibilities yes I see more possibilities now..

"It's time for us to me. Some of the most powerful figures in the history of the united states and no they are not politicians. Having power through a military or political career is just so passe in the gilded age powers having your own economic kingdom or at least a five-time hence the term. these semi royals. Don't appreciate very much. I'm talking about the robber barons now. We can't meet them all. So i'm choosing to introduce you to two of the most fascinating to tycoons whose wealth could buy all the guild dorning the guilded age john d. rockefeller andrew carnegie will follow their rags-to-riches stories as they takeover entire industries oil and steel respectively and forever changed the american economy and while will save most of the backlash for the episode after this one while also get a taste of that as we recall the great railroad strike of eighteen. Seventy seven and experience up. Close the homestead strike of eighteen ninety two. So let's get started by meeting the man behind standard oil. John d. rockefeller his story begins in the mid nineteenth century. So you know what we have to do rewind. It's the eighteen fifties anytown. Usa probably somewhere in ohio. But i can't see exactly historical records of what's about to happen. Speak in generalities president specifics. But i can't tell you though. Is that a roughly six foot tall. Handsome broad chested blue eyed man is about to make this community his next mark the traveling salesman or herbal doctor as he prefers to call himself as many interesting wears but he really loves to hawk hills and he looks irs he even claims his quote unquote. Madison can cure cancer. I know the irony is especially disturbing given this episode's opening anyhow. He sometimes reels in his victims Customers by making up warning about the potency of his products you might think scares people off. But it's actually quite effective. When neighbor will later recall. He would warn them song that they must not be given to a woman in a delicate condition for they would surely cause abortion. Thereupon he would sell his pills at a higher price. Yes harmless brown colored. Elixir is now moving almost as quickly as the salesman will once. He's got these good people's money in his pockets. Sorry not salesman. He bills himself as dr. William rockefeller the celebrated cancer. Specialist william aka. Big bill or better yet devil. Bill is the quintessential nineteenth century snake. Oil salesmen. what he's doing is perfectly legal in the nineteenth century united states. But the legality of it doesn't make him moral not the bill cares. he's not one for integrity. The man cheats regularly on his devout baptist wife aliza and in eighteen fifty five. The forty two year old salesman becomes a bigamist with his illegal marriage to canadian teenager margaret allen. Neither lies nor margaret. No they are sharing their travelling husband with the other in short. Bill is a confidence man. A con artist and a proud when at that in his mind. This is how the world works and the sooner his children realize that the better case in point a decade back the handsome charismatic con would open his arms to his toddler son. In order to entice the boy forward once the child committed daddy would step away and let the little one face plant on the floor. Basically it was an antitrust fall. The message was don't trust anyone as the child grew bill. Reinforce that explicitly telling him never trust anyone completely. Not even me back child. Is john davison. Rockefeller bills dishonest ways. Place quite a burden on. John to say he comes from an impoverished. Background is a slight overstatement but it is true that his mother never knew how much money her conman husband would or wouldn't provide means you liza. Six kids see lean times and john will be somewhat of a rags-to-riches story thus as the oldest child john helps to carry the household through odd jobs and selling candy. The blue eyed teenager with light brown hair later recall that under his thrifty mothers tutelage. I was raised to work to save and give but the lad wants more. He tells one of his boyhood friends someday sometime when i'm a man i want to be worth a hundred thousand dollars an going to be to sunday. And it's around his sixteenth birthday in eighteen fifty five john d. finds himself some oppressed into pursuing a fulltime job. It seems his father can't afford to let him finish the last two months of high school. Is this because devil bills. Second secret marriage is tightening up his finances. John's biographer rancher. Now certainly thinks so but regardless of why. That's the situation. John must find work. It's september twenty. Sixth eighteen fifty-five in cleveland. Ohio and john d. rockefeller is on the job hunt for six weeks. Now the rail thin one hundred forty pound teen has gotten up six days a week at eight. Am and spent his entire day looking for employment marching all over under the hot cleveland. Summer sun in oppressed clean suit. John something big something. That'll truly distance himself from his unreliable con artist. Father even the mere suggestion from his pops. That maybe he's looked long and hard enough and she just come home since. Chill down john spine so day in and day out. "Nfl network fox. Good morning football and last year. He joined us a couple of times. A million dollar picks but specifically during the playoffs or we had one of the great runs of all time. People are still talking about it Sports documentaries might be made about it. So we're gonna come back every thursday peter's gonna do million dollar picks and we're going to figure it out you can also play along with fan. Does we discussed at the top of this. Podcast with sao. On sunday i did a whole bunch. futures million. Dr pick so. I'll post those on my instagram. So you can see everything we did before we get into The week one slate. Which i love. There's a ladder juicy ones this week. any any last-second futures. You like we're taping this before bucks cowboys so The future should be available except for that by the time people hurt in a season wide. Or you're talking week one wide. What are we work with. What we you tell me what it. What are you targeting. I look at kyle pits. And the more i talk with the guys in atlanta the more. I think people aren't discussing what he's about to do. The all time record for receiving yards for tight end is mike ditka and sixty one and he threw inadequate thousand yard. I think pits might go. Fourteen hundred yards fifteen hundred yard. So i feel like that's wow being discussed enough. I think he might have a monster season as far as features go drafted him fourth overall and he's a centerpiece of that offense. I think i have onto my three fantasy teams so i really really really excited to hear that. Yeah you said stafford was gonna throw her bunch yards. As long as he's healthy. And peter king put the number six thousand out there on his column crazy like i think they're going to throw the ball a bunch all over the yard. I think the rams are gonna put up a lot of points this season. So if you've got a stafford future. Bet i really liked that one there then. Jonathan taylor the other guy that i don't hear a lot about right now in indianapolis where he was picking up a lot of seem at the end of the season. I'm not sure. The odds on him winning the rushing title. But i know that frank. Reich's offense is heavily invested in jonathan taylor leading the way in creating opportunities for carson wentz in the passing game off of that. Well i have some of this stuff for you. Jonathan taylor rushing yards is eleven to one. C can still get that. How about can i give you. kyle pits. i agree with you by the way. Amman cockpits over under eight hundred point. Five and i don't like doing overs for rushing props but we might make an exception in this case because basically he just has to stay healthy. I don't see how he doesn't at least put up kelsey stuff. The only thing. I can think of against it is just how young is. He's not even twenty one years old he can't drink yet so if he has like why you throughout fourteen or yards. It'd be does that. This is one of the great young guy seasons in the history of the league. So that's the only thing that gives me pause and the thing is it's like you wanna say aright slowdown so they drafted him fourth overall. He's a tight end. Yeah the that's never been done before in the history of the sport and then they put in this offense and we'll talk a bit about the falcons. I'm sure but you know what he runs. Arthur smith remember last. Year is a lot of johnny smith and anthony And they got a lot of action. A lotta targets. Now you put in this generational tight end man. I love that we're talking football. Were jumping right out of the gates. Kyle pits talk. Let's go well on fantail right now over six and a half tight a touchdowns for kyle pits over and even he all seven touchdowns in seventeen games in you in that bet. I really liked that one to connect zag on stafford because my superbowl pick and Been thinking about them a lot. And then i was listening to mike and the mad dog had had wonderful reunion on On mad dog show which gambling now only draftkings and fan will. I loved it out of a cannon with now. He was great. He's talking about is like people that this college football took off people around tick-tock there make bad something like i'm positive you can't make bets but mad dog exact on matthew stafford and i was so jealous of it and he did it in the best mad dog with mike way possible. He's like hey mike. How many playoff games as he won. Because i can't remember one of them. I can't remember one playoff game bike and i and i'm thinking like so i went. I looked it up. And it's pretty grisly and there's a lot of six and tens five and eleven's he's obviously had some injuries he had shoulder stuff is thirty three. I think and i include myself for. Were making mistake of just pencilling him in. he's somebody. I gave up on an ad in detroit. Felt like he didn't have the weapons he didn't have the right scheme and i'm just not sure he's that guy that he was when he was twenty four and twenty five with megatrend So it was. It was a healthy dose of of water. But what makes you think that this is just going to be. The all-time sports movie lasts thirty minutes. Run for him because they're all in on it like they don't have any other options and there is like this is the guy and i know i could tell you. I spoke to him. When records here on wednesday they had a practice. That was kinda last big practice with with hitting and all that and it was like the response from one of the coaches to me and it wasn't mcveigh but as stafford so dialed in. It's such a different deal dude like you don't so health of course is one thing you could say. But they've got five wide receivers that all five of them have been told like you're gonna see action this year and it's not just woods and cup and van jefferson. Who came on late last year. But the sean jackson has a significant role in this offense to to atwill the rookie. Who as about one hundred forty pounds has a significant part in this offense then the running backs the way the game is played now like and how they're going to do what they're gonna do a lot of five wide. You'll see henderson. you'll see michelle the other guy. You'll love this name. Because i think he's gonna play and get a lot of lot of looks in the season especially week. Want jake funk. He wears them for seventh round. Pick at a maryland tore both in two thousand eighteen. Nineteen twenty twenty. Has this crazy season for the turps. No one thinks he's going to get drafted. They draft him and he is like gonna get action so they have three running back system here. Five receivers and the plan is for staffer to throw it all over the yard so i win the super bowl. I put faith in that coaching staff. I put faith in that quarterback but mad dogs right mad. Dog also was very upset with some of the us open stuff. And the way. That the the andy. Murray was was monitoring bathroom breaks from his opponent. I love mad dog by the way. It's just fantastic. Having those guys back together there it was. I wish it happened more often. Okay so we're gonna add three million dollar pick props to our future total that will realize at the end of the year the first one what it. What do you think about stafford passing yards.

"Eat flies. I don't donate me. I'm a vegetarian. I don't kill flies. He said And before that. If you could hear elisha saying i was just going home. I'm an introvert. I'm different. I was just going home. I'm different. That's all i was doing. I'm so sorry. I have no gun. I don't do that stuff. I don't do any fighting. why are you taking me. He said that's the police body camera footage of officers tackling and arresting elisha as he walked home august two thousand nineteen medical responders to arrive then injected elijah with a large amount of the powerful sedative. Ketamine enough just sedate a large two hundred pound man even though elijah was just five six under one hundred forty pounds. He suffered cardiac arrest on the way to. The hospital died several days later. This is colorado attorney general. Philip wiser speaking wednesday after announcing the charges against those involved in elisha death late last thursday. After careful and thoughtful deliberation the grand jury returned thirty to count indictment against aurora police. Officers randy row dima and nathan would former aurora police officer jason rosenblatt and aurora fire. Rescue paramedics jeremy cooper and peter chikuni for their alleged conduct on the night of august. Twenty four twenty nine that resulted in the death of mr mcclean. The charges come after the local district attorney decided earlier not to file criminal charges citing lack of evidence but protests and an online petition that gathered more than five million signatures the saw happening after In minneapolis What happened There with the murder of george floyd Those protests prompted the colorado governor. Jared police to reexamine the case. This is how elisha mcclain's mother chenine mcclain responded to news of the thirty to count criminal indictment. I'm thankful i'm grateful that They saw i saw that. He never should have been stopped. That he never should have been brutalized. He never should have been handcuffed. Never should have been given kademi. I expect prison for my son's murders and their accomplices. Because that's exactly what. They did their accessories to a crime and I don't think it should be anything less than that. They need to be prosecuted to the extent of the law. We're joined in denver by colorado state representative leslie. Herod she spoke to elisha. Mcclain's mother played a key role in criminal justice reform since his tragic death including spearheading a bill to ban police. Use of ketamine. Leslie herod is also the first. Lgbtq plus african american to hold office in the colorado general assembly. Welcome to democracy. Now can you start off by responding to the indictments two years after elijah mclean was killed by police and paramedics morning. And thanks for having me. What i would say want is that i echo minutes sentiments. Being grateful that decent indictments have come down. I think that they are a true statement. That colorado believes police accountability and reform in that we will hold officers and first responders accountable when they harm someone in our communities but it was janin's voice and her work that led to colorado passing the largest and most impactful police accountability law in the country and really working on three bills. That allowed this data happen that called ketamine use of force by law enforcement that ensured that we could have special investigations when someone is at the hand of or the direction of law enforcement. We band chokehold and we ended qualified immunity and janine and her work with central to all of that. And what are the next steps for the attorney. General's office after this thirty to count. Indictment general will now take his fight to district court where he will have to plead the case. That alleged mclean was was murdered. A unjustly And that the officers and the first responders use their absorb in a way that was deadly and so he will have to prove. This case won't be easy until important. That people who are engaged now continued to be engaged. Continue to call for justice because this is just one step. We have not reached justice yet. Not for elijah. You know it's amazing. The progress of these indictments what this means after elisha mclean was killed by the police. He's walking home. Sort of dancing wearing headphones. Listening to music violinist who played violin for cats and dogs at a local animal shelter as he said i'm different He said. I don't kill flies. I'm a vegetarian He kept apologizing. Saying i'm so sorry. He said i can't breathe. I can't breathe After this happened even local reporter said they did not pay attention to this. Until george floyd was killed that's when the mass protests happened. Can you talk about that leslie. Howard absolutely well. Colorado and denver specifically was that the center of the protests just like many other cities across the country. And i remember introducing a bill the first day we got back around police accountability and from. I'm sorry from the bid session and when we gave our first rally and talked about the police accountability bill. This small quiet woman stepped up from the crowd. I handed her the megaphone and she looked at me and look at the crowd and said. Why weren't you here for my thought. Why are you here for someone who died states away but when i called you four support people in colorado for support for my son no one showed up and it was interesting because the crowd turned to and the mc. Do you want to take the microphone back. And i said no. I want to have this conversation. I asked who who are side was when she said to mclean. I knew right that that her voice needed to be center in this conversation in that people needed to know who allies was and so from that moment on we worked lockstep to pass police accountability again on three bills over the course of a year and a half to make sure that what happened to her son never happen again but we also raised the profile around her case in a way that gained international attention and put pressure on the governor of colorado to act to tell the attorney general to act and we put provisions in our bill. That's specifically related to allies mcclain's case so that we could get things like the complete body camera cluj. So that we could prosecute the case all of these things were related to elijah and the other black and brown men women and gender non binary people in colorado that have been murdered by the police and finally the response by the colorado police to the protests. Once they actually happened after. George floyd was killed as you pointed out then. Talking about elisha mclean. One of the most moving scenes was the violin vigil. People playing violins and honor of elisha violinist and then beaten by police. How is this changed. The way the aurora police.

"The left side of her body isn't moving yet but after just a few days christine's to use her right hand and she starts writing and signing to police. This same article is also the first time i see a mentioned anywhere about another witness one who actually says that they saw the shooter now. It doesn't clarify if christine is there. Witness i mean that would make sense to me but it does give a description a white man in his twenties with dark hair about five foot eight inches tall and one hundred forty pounds. What i can tell you though. Is that as christine. Continues to recover and regain more of her abilities. She is able to fill in more polices blanks about their suspect. According to aaron tribes reporting for nbc news christine tells police that she and molly had gone to the park. So molly could show christine where she'd been baptized. They were walking into the park when man walked past that and then just a few moments later the same man reappeared. This time he was wearing a mask and under armor gloves he then forced them down then grassy hill at gunpoint. She communicates to law enforcement that he was a stranger. Someone she'd never seen before. She noticed that he was a little taller than her. And he smelled like cigarettes and also he had this odd way of talking about the women when he was ordering them around referred to molly as girl number one and christine as girl number two so while she's still in the hospital christina actually meets with the forensic sketch artist to put together a composite of a suspect but they actually don't out until christina's released from the hospital that july after police arranged for her with sketch artist a second time and kind of refined their image. And here i'm going to show you the final sketch that they come up with. And if you can just kind of describe it for everyone okay so to me. At least he kind of looks like a scottish actor named david tennant but he has dark hair in kind of a side swept faux hawk and his eyes are kind of deep set with a heavy brow. It's just a pencil sketch. So i can't really tell what color his eyes are. But he does have kind of angular features and like bones. Light scruffy beard. Right like there's definitely facial. Say like kind of scruffy facial hair. Maybe like sideburns or a soul patch. I can't really tell from the shading by its facial. Hair is that also could be changed really easily too. Yeah we're gonna have this up on our website so anyone listening can check it out if they want. Police released a sketch to the public. As soon as it's ready to go but it doesn't bring in any credible leads over the rest of the summer. The investigation continues into the fall with no breaks in the case and by november crime. Stoppers has raised over twenty thousand dollars in reward money but even that doesn't shake anything loose. It's not until over a year after the shooting. That police make a stunning announcement. According to three news the physical evidence collected at the scene got sent out to multiple crime lab around the us but now against a year later..

"Yeah yeah when you're dealing for example like corporate accounts and you're a young twenty something and you're in a room full of like forty fifty year olds knuckle. I grew some hair on my ball. Second start drinking whisky. I've been meaning to the hair on your balzac quite can ski. Alcoholism braided night toast. You would know not me. They could sense it. That's funny yeah. There was years ago. I used to work in production as for this one production company and they would always send me to go get cash like petty cash. So it'd be taking out twenty five grand in cash at a bank. I was twenty one years old. Who trust somebody of that age. They did and i look like sixteen. Hi guys how are you with this bag. Oh cash card to mexico. But nope i went back to set like a good kid and here you go. That's really interesting. So just and women lied about their. I didn't know a lot of people put their weight on dating sites. I mean if people put it on then. They underestimated like on the app. Some apps ask people just put your body type in and so you'd say like athletic or whatever instead of putting in like traditional height weight measures but the boundaries between like what is thin in fuzzy and average like very nebulous has no with a certain when it comes to wait because like for example. I lost twenty pounds. And i am very fucking proud of that but i mean at the. I'm still like one hundred thirty nine hundred forty pounds. If you say one hundred forty pounds some people think holy shit. That's a lot. But if you look at photos of me. I i mean for my height. I look thin. I look thank you. I have some photos to prove. I am a babe i really do. And they're not photoshop which it's even better. That's how i know. I feel good. It's like these food as it may not have to use face tune on them. I- requestion wanting to go back to this. One thing that you mentioned a little earlier you know when people are sending you photos like what is the minimum number of photos. You want to receive. From somebody to know whether you can reliably judge their attractiveness because one photo clearly isn't it below. I mean up. Top la yeah not like how many dick pics do you need to see like a but you can answer that separately if you want. I care about angled link for face. Body picks like you know how many pictures you need to see before you feel like you've really got a sense of a person because it's very easy to pick an unrepresentative photo for me. I'm all about personality. Like i know it sounds so incredibly cheesy like it's all helpers. It really is for me. I mean alice will. I think attest have types. But not not strict types..

That's that's that's really what we have the united for the for the for the balance of the weekend and some of the things that we may or may not be talking about number one. I have goose problem. I have goose problem. We'll be talking about long johns. We'll be talking about wax seals. We're thinking about valentine's day this weekend. But but what happened to the wax seal. There's a lovely way to to to the for for an envelope or or love. Lateran something along those lines. Also famed old bbc blue peter. Presenter apparently misfired nine hundred. Ninety eight was starting cocaine of some ancient reptile. We'll be talking about that. Also you're rhino or urinal etiquette is very important for us chaps. But i never thought about this. Before but in america there is iran. The lettuce and i think that is important for everybody to know. Maybe you ladies cover your is at this moment and also go greetings on instagram from fairly sting figure who Who has lost his way and lost his reputation and may be slightly slightly an easy that message from in this off the name also Yet that happened today as well. Frozen eyelashes also. Why haven't we given mosquitoes the covid vaccine. This is something that i was reading did a bit of research and many many years ago. They tried something similar. Also people who are not good at this new feigned poly-amorous type of thing probably should steer away have something a little bit more traditional nice cup of hot chocolate also something. I was thinking you know the the english butler and me was was thinking about. How scott's can keep warm. I mean they're getting it much worse. I mean we go the polar vortex here in chicago. Sorry in colorado and the scots have got no end of snow like an of snow. Maybe ten foot of snow. Something along those lines. Lots and lots of snow. They had it in my In the old county of norfolk. Where i was brought up Probably five or six inches. No snow here. But as i said defined the warm the cockles of one heart over the course of the the weekend when literally it will be bras monkeys fat free ice cream that tastes like the real thing. Also my by lovely snuggle tooth pirate of adult law jockey and crooked round with tea and sahni's that's water giles. Current says anyway the snowy woods of full of drama and indeed secrets. The perfect recipe is for one with no leftovers. Apparently the bordeaux wine industry hits back with balloons at turn hale into harmless rain. That sounds absolutely fantastic. Maybe looking for the best hot chocolate as well. I i saw something where that we using actual chocolate. Fake likes to make chocolate. But i think we'll be delving into maybe the best chocolate or hot chocolate over the next couple of days over this podcast. Tomorrow's lockdown fashioned a changing room tailored for you Chef tony banks to release one hundred forty pound michelin star takeaway valentine's day Also some trump trombone where we look at some of the awful headlines of the week and seeing if it's worth a Wa wa trombone or raspy sort of trump weetabix so that's a that's an english Cereal and people have been putting baked beans on it. But this is a great way of learning the london underground in you know some people learn visually and do learn would song and dance. I'm i need some musical theater to learn anything i mean. That's how you know university. Probably why didn't do so well. And ym humble butler now is that. I memorized everything. Not my mind. Mapping but by musical data i mean. That's that's the absolute key. I think when it comes to jogging one's memory remembering how much butter put on ones toes. How long to dip the t bank into the water all of this very important and also how to memorize all.

"Her fighter to more and then he's going to be one hundred forty pound fighter and so you know it's it's a shame that he's not going to be there but i i i think is guy that has a tremendous amount of potential but garcia is the guy i think is going to be the biggest star. So you know i would. I would like to see him. Takes him fights that would build him on into that process. But i think that given that they're down the road with Tank go for the my only negative to that if you're going to do that don't wait till september nine months. Let's go yes kit sooner than that. I think that that would be a great fight for for me. You don't cinco de mayo and if you're going to go in september it gives you the opportunity to fight at least once before then and you can fight. You can take another island ours and look. I think we both agree. That's the kind of fight that you you probably need open venues. You can't really do it. In a pandemic because of the amount of revenue that would be lost as a result of the crowd that would bring in. So you fight lanark maybe do that in texas you get the six thousand whatever you can get in a building like a c one more time and then see if you can move on tank. Meanwhile can move up to one thirty five again. Last night was at one thirty. Take on somebody like lenora and ours like fighter and built towards it and get there. I'm not saying wait forever. But i think that fight can wait a little bit longer as well. I'm with you on. When i said this last week taffy most shelf life in one hundred thirty five pounds. It ends the second josh. Taylor and jose ramirez get in the ring like when they get in the ring and they fight boom. That's it. he's he's next on that list. US Army Develops New 'Combat Fitness Test'

"In recent years commanders in our army have complained that the soldiers they get out of basic training art fit enough nearly half of the commanders surveyed last year said new troops coming into their units. Could not meet the physical demands of combat, but that is about to change the AP reports. The army is developing a new more grueling and complex fitness exam. The ads dead lifts power throws and other exercises designed to make soldiers more fit and ready for combat in the current test. Which includes two minutes of sit ups, two minutes of push ups and a two mile run younger soldiers must do more repetitions and run. Faster to pass and get maximum scores than those who are older or female, the new fitness test will be far more physically demanding and will not adjust the passing scores for older or female soldiers. General Stephen Townsend head of the US army training and doctrine. Command said the new test was designed based on scientific research that matched specific exercises two tasks that soldiers in combat must do sprinting away from a fire carrying a wounded comrade on a stretcher and hauling cans of fuel to a truck. The scoring is divided into three levels that require soldiers with more physically demanding jobs, such as infantry or armor to score higher the six events. Take nearly an hour and are done in order with only a few minutes of rest in between the six tested events are a dead lift with weights between one hundred forty pounds and three hundred forty pounds. Then a standing power through. Oh, which requires soldiers to throw a ten pound medicine ball, backward and overhead hand released pushups, completing as many as possible in two minutes the sprint drag. Carey that includes a fifty yard sprint a fifty yard backward. Sled drag a fifty yard lateral where soldiers shuttle sideways down the lane and back a fifty yard carry of two forty pound kettle balls and a fifty yard sprint after a short rest. The soldiers do the leg truck pull up as many as possible in two minutes capped off with a two mile run training for the new US. Army? Physical fitness test is sure to get troops in better condition for combat who raw and major kudos to the army for improving. What was a lackluster way to evaluate their forces. Physical readiness for combat. This new fitness test is definitely army
