"Me, apparently. I think this is a good life. There's only been maybe 5 or 6 presidents. You gotta just shoot in the dark, you'll probably get one of them. After each mission, you go to The White House and do a thing with the presidents and it just blurs in with all the rest. Yeah, I'm sure. When you were in space, you mentioned you took at the time, I guess music on CDs. Yes. Do you take a lot of them? You had about 15 CDs. I still have them. I'm going to actually give them to the children's museum to put on display as a part of the exhibit. Doctor Wolfe is the scientist in residence at the legendary children's museum of Indianapolis, one of the most famous children's museums in the world. People come from all over the place to see it. And I know you guys are building a gigantic space display that will actually feature if I'm correct, it will feature the famous Gus Grissom capsule, the ones all the time. Yes, it will have the liberty bell 7 on display in their liberty bell 7. Mercury capsule. We have the controversy. Did he blow the hatch early or not? It was determined in the end that he did. But I think it was on display, I want to say about 20 years ago at the museum. It was when they first now it's been totally restored and they find it. Well, that was robotic activity under sea robotics. You know, kind of like the Titanic was discovered and all that. They finally kind of like, you know, the guy on the beach with the little minesweeper. She remembered how Gus Gus got out as it was filling with water. And then the helicopter came out and was trying to save the capsule. I remember this drowning. Right. Yeah, but the capsule was dragging the helicopter and they had to let it go. It started. But he's drowning 20 feet over his suit is filling with water. And too heavy and boy, was he mad. Not bad. You know, my office made it NASA walked on the moon, John young. He was my office mate for 15 years at NASA. They put the older astronauts in the young ones together, and he knew Gus pretty well. Flew with him in Gemini. Until gas was killed in Apollo one, Gus likely would have been the first man on the moon. Had he not died in the test on Apollo one, but in any case, I play Gus played handball, turns out my office mate told me. I play handball every night at the astronaut Jim. And apparently there's a lot of expletives that come out there. It's kind of a private gym. I would imagine. Apparently I've heard. And in any case, he said I haven't heard that kind of concussion come out of that court since Gus played there. I'll bet. He's got some Purdue man. He was. And there's Grissom hall that just was reopened two weeks ago. Completely reinvented industrial engineering school at Purdue. Mitchell, Indiana. Mitchell and I just went down to his house a month ago. It's very humble to say the least. All these kids living in this

"Obviously, I was with you in terms of the fight itself, obviously incredibly back and forth. What volk did with the defense of wrestling to kind of keep Islam at bay, but with what Islam was able to do with his striking to kind of really take the fight to volkanovski, both fighters showed elements of their game that we knew were there going into the fight, but we really knew how to be displayed, and they displayed it tenfold. So I think sure Islam did enough to get his hand raised. You could call him the number one fighter in the world as far as little pound for pound argument. That whole thing, by the way, the pound for pound argument was at one point, especially us working to combat sports media. At what point it was like really fun. And now it's all like God. It's almost like you dread it because now it's like not even fun to debate anymore because there's so many little there's so many there's so many variables and deciding factors. You're like, what are we even talking about here anymore? What's the criteria? But if you're just going off a straight eye test, if you want to go off a resume and accomplishment, Islam won the fight, he should be number one. It should be number one. But on my eyes, there is to my eyes and I know to a lot of the eyes of a lot of other people who watch this sport who consume the sport. There is not a better fighter on earth today as far as the well rounded skill set and the ability to adapt to any situation at two different way classes now than Alexander volkanovski. Yeah, I think we're seeing a fighter. I think he's the skilled fighter and mixed martial arts. I have to see John. And we'll get to that momentarily right, because that's the second division. And he's the best guy the best ever do it. Yeah. And I'm not discounting him. You can't being the greatest fighter I've ever seen. So I still agree with that. Even with volk, I still say Jones is the greatest fighter ever seen because of the, for one, the sheer resume. Yeah. Good luck for anybody, even though like we said, the next big thing is going to be coming soon at MMA where it blows everyone away. But that doesn't mean the resume, like LeBron that we talked about in basketball, LeBron obviously, as far as those attributes blows a lot of the Jordan era guys away and even the guys who proceed to him. But LeBron is still a very much an uphill battle because the championship resume still at least in some people's eyes. We've talked about it a lot, but do a lot of people doesn't stack up. So even that doesn't have that problem. Exactly. Even if you have guys to the eye that look like, oh, he reminds me of a lot of the things that John Jones brought to the table at one point. Good luck ever getting to the mountain top the way he did because what this, again, it was Hall of Famer. The title at like 22. Yeah. To be able to do it. Enter the conversation. I'm not sure when we see that again. It's like a champion 22 23. And then you can't have a fall off. His fall offs have been all outside the octagon. When he's on his own on his own court, yeah. When he's in there, what? He's had a close fight and people were like, well, Dominick Reyes could have been. He didn't. Now you're penalizing the guy for even having closer. We talked about Daniel Cormier, probably being one of the three greatest fighters to ever walk the face of the earth. It wasn't even close. God had kicked it down. And the first fight got waxed because the gas tank Jones was frigging just tore throughout the room with the wrestling. When it was insane, it was mind-blowing. When he is focused and he's up for it. Yeah. There's no one like that. Like everyone loved the Gus fight, and that first Gus fight is like, oh my God, this is the best title fight in UFC history. Him versus Gustafson the second fight. This ran through him. Yeah, but this was a rematch of the greatest title fight ever. Yeah, when he's BSing and he's partying, he's doing John Jones shit. Yeah. Maybe you catch him on and off that. When he is focused, yeah, there's nothing like that. And that's why even though he may lose that quote unquote focus after all those comeback stints in the comeback stint, he still takes care of business. Every time he is return of the octagon, even with the no contest, the D.C. was just ruled after the fact. He is taking care of the business in the way he needed to, often in dominant fashion, so if we're right here on the topic anyway, it's what are you feeling against gone? What do you feel against? Obviously Cyril that won the one thing he brings to the table is probably better than anyone in that division in particular. But again, we're talking about a guy who is like what volk does now. He made a whole career of it against Hall of Famers using what you do against you. To his advantage and to your disadvantage, that bounce that that speed that striking sophistication, that Cyril gone brings to the octagon, Jon Jones can easily scoop that against them, swing the whole fight next and you know, Don doesn't have an answer, especially with the clinch work in the wrestling. Heavyweight's a different beast, right? People don't defend the title more than twice. No. So the odds say you're going to get caught by something. Eventually. If John doesn't, he's the most spectacular. Fighter I've ever seen. Going into this, I saw Cyril gone, get out wrestled. By Francis my friend, the man had no kneecaps. He had no knees. Got out wrestled by Ngannou. I mean, unless John Jones completely gases and doesn't handle the weight well. I see no way. And he'll try to stand with Cyril and you might get caught and touched up early. When he switches it on and goes to the clinch, he wants to wrestle Cyril gone. He has over zero answer for John Jones. And the thing about John Jones is he's not a nice person. He is. He's got that Terrence Crawford aspect. He's mean, he likes to hurt you in the case. He when there's something to prove, when people are doubting him, when someone talks shit to him, and it's personal, he is not a nice person. He is going in there to hurt his opponent to finish them and to make a statement. I think he chokes Sarah out and two? Yeah. And it's not to discount serial. It's a bad match. I'm with you. The only thing would be the rust, the him not taking care of his body. And the heavyweight asshole. And I don't even think I think he's been waiting so long. I don't even think that's a factor. He has to get caught and knocked out to lose. That's what I'm more so mean by the heavily. Not so not him carrying the way more so the chin. Can the shin karaoke ask and knock out to lose? I'm not even sure if he puts himself in position to do that. How often has he ever been hurt anyway? It doesn't hasn't happened a whole lot. No, I mean, he took the punch. And certain fights it's happened in doses, but it's always in those fights. It's never like, if you look at his career collectively, he tore up machida. He tore up rampage. He tore up Vitor. He tore up shogun. He tore up all those guys early on without taking any damage. He tore up D.C. the first time, actually got caught a couple times by D.C. in the second fight that was scratched off, and then obviously raised caught him a few times, who was it, Thiago had actually the fight of his life probably against Santos against him. So yeah, you can catch him, but he's never really kind of had that thing where he's been through consistent wars.

"Is in Lexington, Kentucky, where tomorrow, the breeders cup gets going, I will be there later tonight while our entire team is out there Bobby Newman and shoot beld and Mike penna. Don't forget Saturday the equine forum coverage of the breeders cup stick with HR N all weekend. James, what's going on at brisnet? Well, we have I just want to hurt the vets and ads on there. Of course, with the breeders cup plan that we have there for $25. But I wanted to point out that you didn't have to necessarily buy the whole package. We have a terrific international scouting report by Kelly Reilly. It's like ten bucks on there. She ranks the Euros in order of preference and gives you all the insight into their form and chances. And then we just have lots of other reports as well. You can always get past performances for the breeders cup for as little as $1 a card. So check out dot com slash BC for all your readers cup handicapping needs. Is there something in particular you're most looking forward to this weekend? Oh, that's such a tough one. You know, I mean, I always do. I mean, even if I don't have like a big betting interest, Senate, you know, the classic makes the whole event. And I just think that it's a great setup to throwing theater. Just some really competitive races in advance of that, some good betting opportunities. And then you have this a classic opportunity for flight line, you know? I mean, you know, there's a lot of people out there throw the turn around, great, but a lot of people are really like uppity about it, where they hold it to a certain level. And one measure of greatness is being top class competition. So to me, that's the real marker of this classic. You know, it's class science toughest test by a mile. And it'll be fun to see him earn it if he does. Yeah, I couldn't agree more. And that's the reason I'm coming. I love the breeders cup. I try to come, as often as I can. This year works better in my schedule than some other years, but I think the opportunity to see flight line. It's either going to be this incredible, wow, flight line was beaten. Maybe we had wrong all along, or wow. Is as good or better than we thought. Is there anything that can happen if light on winds by half a length, would that be a disappointment in some way, James? You know, not necessarily. I mean, it depends on how he accomplishes it. And you know, if he won by a half length over a rich strike, yeah, sure, maybe people would be really disappointed, but if he gets in, like I said, you know, if he's in like a real battle and he guts it out and wins by half length, I don't think people like really, you know, I don't think the measure of him is necessarily how much he wins by. You know, it's more like how you do it, Dave, and people will measure him by his, you know, how fast he runs and how big a performance number he gets. 8, 9, 6, 6, HR RN 888-966-4776. What are you most looking forward to during this weekend's breeders cup? James, when I look at flight line and I look at a morning line of three to 5, I think it's crazy that indicates there's a 62 and a half percent chance of flight line winning. Don't you feel as though that number has to be higher? Don't you think flight line has to be one to three or two to 5 at least? Well, I mean, if you're just giving them a pure win chance, but one thing with the morning line maker, he's also sort of gearing like how the public ages it and I think that he meets that threshold for the for most of the public. I think it's fair to question that, but yeah, now you'll just see these anomalies where these horses like him, they also just get like a little bit of an extra push. I think in this opening race on Saturday, we got this Arabian prince in there or Arabian night, I mean, like he works just brilliantly. He works with Laurel river, who's a great training horse and a top contender in the dirt mile. And you know, I've just heard people like buzzing about like, you know, he could be as good as K rock and, you know, or maybe like his best three year old prospect for next year. And you know, so he puts him at two to one, which is realistic in a sense, but what if he's sitting up there two to 5. I just think, you know, have a propensity to get over bed a little bit horses that, you know, that people fancy for one reason or another. And people is 2.3 $1 million son of uncle mo trained by Bob Baffert and Zidane racing and yeah, that horse is not going off at two to one. Maybe he's all that. Maybe he's not, but the word has been out all week on Arabian night and it'll be fun to watch him run. Augusta Alonso is with us from Brisbane. Hey Gus, how are you? Hey, Dave. What's going on, Dave and James? Yeah, what an exciting weekend coming up. Just can't wait. Everybody's doing putting in their last details and hearing you guys talk about the race and just gets everybody pumped up. Yeah, I'm so excited for Gus. What are you most looking forward to? I mean, obviously the gambling part, but also as a fan. I mean, there's just a nice stories, you know, flight line. And he could end up being one of the best horses we ever seen in our lifetime. It could be the best. And also, being a cool story, I think golden Powell, I mean, he won as a two year old. He won as a three year old. He has a big shot again of doing it three years in a row. I think that's a great story as well. I've been watching races for a long time. The way he comes out of the gate. Just different. He's a different kind of animal and I like to see him perform well as a fan and obviously there's some great betting opportunities all weekend as well. So and I think Jackie's warrior is another one Gus. I mean, to me, this race just cements him as like a Hall of Famer. You know, there's not a lot of sprinters that are up for the Hall of Fame and if you look at his resume, this is the one thing I think he needs. He's got all the other great one wins to his credit. Oh, there's no doubt in it seems to be sitting on a big one. He's coming back to his preferred distance and he's going to be a handful as well. And I totally agree. I mean, he cements himself as one of the top sprinters of our lifetime, really. I mean, because the sprint racing wasn't as popular way back in the day, but he's definitely one. He comes and I think he's going to be razor sharp on Saturday. 888-966-4776 to get involved in the bris net dot com call

"Right here to podcasts season. Eleven episode five out of the ashes. Yes and i think. I went first last time with ratings. Deny ele. I think you did. Because i actually went back and listen to our episode of ashrawi and we will get to the reason why i did that later because you know i hate listening to myself right okay off so i rated this episode the same as i rated like the last two episodes i rated it four beautiful eyelashes. Oh mercer has beautiful eyelashes slashes s. I was like wait. A minute doesn't even have beautiful island. What was your rating. I read a quite a bit lower. And i feel like it needs to justify this by saying i am going to steal the language that you usually used for me. This was in very middle book episode. And now it's actually kind of making me. Rethink my reading of rendition. I'm like should i rate rendition. Even lower than i rated this episode or should i go back and rate rendition higher because it was actually a better episode than i thought because i was so impassioned about it even though i was really mad so not really sure where my reading of renison stands but this was three point zero one. Gus morgan zombies out of five. It was really math for me. So i will tell you that. Rendition has been the lowest rated episode of the season thus far with a seven point eight And of course ratings are all based on how many have rated it So right now. It's got a seven point. Eight with about thirty. One hundred ratings out of ashes has eight point three with just over twenty to fifty so yeah Astronaut part two has been the highest rated. It's nine point zero right now. So is that the one that you went back and watched yes. It's the episode. I went back and listened to the biters episode for all right. I have to apologize in advance. Kinda sniffly no. I don't have cova..

It's just going to populate right there for you. That is amazing right into the football fantasy. Focus football podcast feed so earlier in the show. We talked about lately on bell signed with the baltimore ravens maybe eventually becoming the urging running back on the active roster for now he's on the practice squad well for now we also know it's the gusts bus show in baltimore as gus. Edwards is the undisputed starting running back going into the season math along those lines. How high does he. Climbing your rankings. In week one matchup right here on. Espn monday night. Football against the las vegas raiders. i'm at eighteen. I'm the highest on him among all of our ranker's but i'm worried honestly that i'm not high enough. This is a really good match. I think he scores okay. I'm just. I'm just call that right. Now i think he scores a touchdown pass. Catchers of the ravens are a bit banged up here. They have a behind gus edwards. They haven't inexperience guy. Tyson williams to your point lane bell is still on the practice squad even if they activate him for this game hard to see him getting into the game other than maybe a player to my expectation is lean on gus edwards in a road game monday night football that he gets a big workload and a good matchup scores a touchdown i think he scores at least one. So honestly i'm at eighteen. And i might be too low. Yeah i have them at a one thousand. Nine cam. hasn't twenty-one mike. What i'm most interested in is. Why do hate gus edwards. Oh no no. I wanna see whether or not they get him involved the passing game it all this weekend and that's the concern for me as well with edwards which is why we're not higher on him right. Look at this. You look at greg. Roman play collar and you look at his seven seasons as a play caller in the nfl. Six of his running back. Units top ten in rushing yards and touchdowns. That's pretty telling actually both baltimore. Offenses were top six in those categories. None of the seven were top. Twenty and running back targets. None of that is a trend. And we've seen time and time again with greg. Roman at that changes this season with jk dobbins out of there right. There was some swirling. Maybe they would throw more to that position but without dobbins. I don't think that happens. However we're talking about a lot of positives here with gus edwards. A high scoring offense a really. Good up against the raiders. Defense we expect a struggle certainly early in the season and look edwards has been really good right. he's been around since two thousand eighteen. You went undrafted. He is second in yards per carry at five point. Two in the entire. Nfl among running backs of course during that span. So something's not like. Mpp are the lack of targets it is going to limit him a little bit of a mid range tobacco rb to non. I certainly feel a little better about. The bottom. line is a v. scores. You're in business if not it could be trouble. There implied team. Total is twenty eight points. When you look at the over unders and again we expect them to be up in this game. We expect them to be running. Edwards has nine career games. He's gotten fifteen or more touches in those games. He's averaging over ninety three yards a game over five yards per carry. I think he gets big workload here. I think he scores a touchdown on monday night. I'm making. I'm pushing my vegas pushing my trips to the middle on that one gus edwards gets into the end zone on monday night. All right so the rams have a couple of running backs this year. They've got a potential new starting running back. I should say daryl henderson and it also certainly michelle acquired in a trade earlier. This training camp. Would you start either of these players against the bears in week. One through a pretty good bears defense for the most part. And this rams offense that we think it's going to be very very good matthews operate under center but it could be very very good because they throw for like five thousand yards and thirty five passing touchdowns. Yeah i mean. The bears always play the rams tough. It feels like you know over over the years. And and so i would i start them obviously depends on your options. I've henderson twenty six. I've sony michelle at thirty four. So if i'm picking one rams running back right now. It's henderson the expectation here. Is that henderson's involved in the passing game here again i have ms mid tier flex so probably not see how this tough match-up let's see how this plays out because we're still not really sure what this rotations going to look like. We think henderson over michelle but to your point we think michelle gets the goal line work. We think he gets short yardage stuff. It could be henderson just as the third down back. So let's see how this plays out the one thing. I'll say on henderson. Is that if there's a guy that can break a big play. I think it's more likely to be henderson than sony. Michelle and if they can't run the ball between the tackles..

Let me say that you are the first person that i brought the show back for about a year and a half. I've always said that if somebody approached me. That was interesting enough. And you've been enrolled you've had a finger in every so you definitely qualified so thanks for coming on the show. Yeah you back. yeah Where you're coming to promote a book. I'm gonna. I'm gonna mention that right now. But then we'll circle back through the at the end it's called from startup to exit an insider's guide to launching and scaling your business. I highly recommend it. And i'm going to tell you why at the end But cherise. Let's let's start with the fact that you joined microsoft in nineteen eighty seven Which is one year after the microsoft. Ipo this is way before the web This is way before windows. Were microsoft is basically an ms daas company. So how old are you when you join. And and you know what was microsoft like in nineteen eighty seven. Yeah so. I was twenty six when i joined Microsoft i was stressed out of the business school at that point and microsoft probably had about a thousand employees at that point circles still a small company And what was incredible. was that As a young graduate. I was given the responsibility of chronic managing The microsoft entry into the email space and this was a time when email did not really exist The member boeing yet in seattle. Was one of them. And they were using a mainframe system called ibm profs. Many probably never heard of ibm props. And i remember going to meet with the buoying to see what the requirements were And was quite daunting Because you know they they. They thought a pc based email solution. I mean the way that could scale up to our needs of you know hundred thousand employees so it was an exciting time to be at microsoft because you have given this responsibility at a young aids dude really manage the entry of microsoft and do a whole new category and i think we should share a little bit of context here again. This is nineteen eighty seven. The web doesn't really smart. Take off till ninety. Three ninety four So when we're talking about email in nineteen eighty seven we're talking about largely internet's largely corporate male systems. And things like that. This is not getting your mom a hotmail account yet. This is something entirely different. This is this is very much an enterprise thing right. Yes definitely and again. It was being accompanied using you. Know systems like ibm offset deck All in one etc out. Say that one of the challenges we had was that a lot of companies didn't even local area networks You know to run email software so be that only themselves how e mail was being adopted by corporations but it was clear you know at that time we had an internal system called cenex mail that people using microsoft and it was Clear that email was lifeblood of the company and that it was only a matter of time before email would get popular among all kinds of companies of all kinds of sizes. So you're involved in the launch of microsoft mail There's a bunch of acquisitions that go into to making that product. But i think like the was was the big product there the microsoft mail for pc networks. That comes in ninety. One gus right yes yeah Launched on the macintosh called microsoft mail applebrook networks and then launch stubby body company called network career out of canada and that became sawmill folksy networks. And then we started working on what became ultimately max off exchange server which launched in more like i think in ninety five nine the again for context like you know Macintosh apple was very big on networking at the time Sooner than other people as as a way to try to differentiate themselves the At any it's microsoft mail for pc network so when that launch was that a windows product at that point because at this.

"I r so obviously he's sticking around and the fact that he wasn't on my is a good sign that he'll be able to return and be able to play on monday night. Cory littleton going to be looking for a bounce back year after having after struggling coverage last year i think he can be the greatest coverage linebacker. The future hopefully. Hopefully he can figure that out. Because that's been a spot for the raiders that has been a weak spot for a long time coming denzel perryman. I'll be honest. The cagey right. Makes the perryman trade a little bit more head-scratching unless quick calc- isn't ready to go perryman is going to be a backup player at least start the year. Who knows. maybe we'll enough taken over. divide diablo. He obviously was banged up a lot during training camp and he looked pretty bad against the forty niners but it is a new position for them. I'm hopeful that we'll be able to grow. But i think his his future with the rangers is in the future and not necessarily in the presence. I wouldn't be. I would be shocked to see him. Playing a lot of significant minutes for the raiders this year. And if he is that probably means there's a lot of injuries going on again learning a new position and whatnot coming from the transition from college the nfl. That's a lot to take on as a rookie. So i don't know how much we'll see that guy. When the regular season starts and ascertain amuse you know. I keep talking about how how much growth. He's gone through the last few years. But i do think the signing of right. Kind of means. The raiders aren't really sold on what muses bringing to the table and that's understandable again learning a new position. This is basically his first year of live action. You know us obviously on the team last year but missed all the whole season with an injury. So i think the future's bright from us like diablo. He has a future on the team. It's just unfortunately not going to be right now. And then as far as the practice squad goes in any cuts max richardson's on the practice squad but i'll be honest. I'm not quite sure what he's doing on their the raiders. Seven linebackers on the active roster. If you count the guys that are on. I are so. I think it's gonna be a long road to the fifty three man roster from max. Richardson and i think he probably has a better chance. Getting picked up by somebody else that he does. Plan for the raiders. Moving onto safety. And i think probably the news had raider fans most upset this week was the decision ended up cutting karl-josef now look i'm karl-josef josephine too. I was hoping it would have worked out. I thought he had a chance to compete for a starting spot. What it's tough to compete when you're injured and you have a long injury history and then we're starting to talk about a backup role for you and again if you're injured a lot we can't rely on you to be available in bieler anyone. We need a backup. So i think that's ultimately what ended up leading to his release. I mean if we go back and look at john gruden's history we know yes doesn't have a lot of patients for injuries so i really think that plays a huge factor in it. It's unfortunate he ended up signing with the practice squad. Wishing the best of luck. You know once a raider always raider just wasn't meant to be over in radio land for karl-josef this year as for the other guys on the roster. I think the biggest surprise that a lot of people didn't see coming including myself was rodrick. Teamer ended up making the team and then down love. It got cut and then got re-signed just like how derek carrier did so. The raiders are going to end up rolling with five safeties with trayvon. Mary john neighbor entire gillespie. I think mary will be honestly the best player at the group. I think he probably right. Now is the best player even though he is a rookie. Abram is a huge year for him. You know he's gonna be it's gonna be your three. I know a lot of people like to use the excuse of last year that being his rookie season and i get that. But guess what we need to see. A lot of improvement this year from then tyree gillespie. I think he has a great opportunity to contribute a rookie especially as for being fifth rounder. I think he can play a little bit of both spots. And i think the raiders are gonna run quite a bit of diamond nicholas year which means he should have extra opportunities and then there's levitt who's going to be the special teams guy again. I've talked about before. I don't know how much value he brings to the defense but eh he six around and he apparently has apparently one gruden's guys so as for teamer. I think it'll be somewhat similar to gillespie he can play both spots both the free and the strong safety and i think he'll mix in a little bit and i know he's one gus brad. These guys haven't played for them in the past and gruden seems to love is feistiness and whatnot. I think victoria for even tweeted out. You know everyone slept on the guy that was starting all those fights and down in la. So i grew loves that feistiness and that fire from his players. So i think that's a big part of why he made the team and i think this end of being a strong root for the raiders. One position group. That i thought it was a little worried about heading into the season and i do like the guys that they ended up keeping around so be a fun position group to watch all right. We'll end things talking about the quarterbacks and the biggest thing i have to say is the youth movement is taking over in the raiders. Defensive backfield obviously you have. Casey hayward has been around for a while but after that is trayvon mullen. Who's going to be in your three. Damon are net. Who's in your to amac robinson year. Two and the nate. Hobbs is obviously a rookie. Those are the guys that are on the roster right now nevin lawson of poor suspended for the first two games of the year and i honestly think the raiders are going to take these first two games of the season to kinda see where nate haase's at and then kind of make a decision on lawson i would i think if everything goes to plan loss. Play another snap. But if nate hobbs ends up struggling if you know he doesn't show he did in the preseason then they at least have that insurance policy in lawson if that does come to be but hopefully hopefully lawson won't be around for week three and beyond but we'll see what happens over there as far as the practice squad guys go. The raiders signed jordan brown. Robert jackson and monterey harper madre harper was obviously on the raiders. Practice squad last year until the new york giants pluck them off of it and ended up playing in a few regular season games for the giants. Last year i'll be honest. I didn't catch too many giants games last year. I try to avoid the nfc's as much as possible with how bad that division was. But i think. Moderate harper played pretty well for the g. men up there so excited to see what he can bring to the table..
