"Three sixty they make cameras in other stuff But the go-to is kind of their go to action cameras to two hundred and ninety nine dollars action camera with surprisingly powerful case And yes it it to explain it simply it looks like an oversized tic tac. Eyeball this article conceals from the verge at twenty six point. Five grams in side of your thumb into three sixties. Latest action camera to go to looks like an over sized tic tac eyeball. It's the second generation in the goal. Line up which is into three sixties only nine three sixty degree camera line where the first generation go left a lot to be desired particularly in the image quality department. The two hundred ninety nine dollars go to comes with a new charging case larger sensor and improved image quality making a strong case for a mobile first action camera. It looks looks pretty pretty interesting here. the most notable changes to this tiny camera come in harbor department ago tooth housing component as a new movable lens cover and less slippery tape plastic housing the case as a more active role in the us with a camera becoming a tripod remote external battery in charger all in one. It is slightly larger than the airpods pro case. It has one fourth inch thread for supporting mounting and a usb port for charging the loan camera can run for thirty minutes on a single charge or one hundred fifty minutes while in the case while the case is not waterproof the go to's camera is ipx eight water resistant for us up to thirteen feet underwater in a box. It also includes three camera mounts being a pivot. Stand a hat brim clip independent for wearing around your neck. All these lots utilize a magnet to keep the go-to attached to them a use. The case is more than just a place to store. The cameras pretty interesting invasion into all of the mounts remotes in other accessories. You have to end up buying the action camera. Really add up. So it's great to see a central features such as a tripod being built in to the cameras hardware. Has you can see here. It actually has little tripod. Good enough although the go-to video resolution maxes out at one hundred and forty four p and fifty fps the hundred and twenty degree field of view in saturated color. Science creates an image far more unique than what you get from a phone's camera. When viewed on a small screen. Bulich sharpens Bright colors in lots of contrast there also impressed with just how true-to-life to footage looked in perfect lighting conditions. Biden signs orders to undo Trump administration's immigration policies
"Look now at president. Biden's latest moves to undo the trump administration's hardline anti immigrant policies in an address from the oval office. Tuesday president biden built on executive orders. He announced during his first week in office by signing three new orders with first action day. We're going to work on. Do the moral of national shame of the previous administration that literally not figuratively river children from the arms of their families and their mothers and fathers at the border and with no plan none whatsoever to reunify children still custody and and their parents. The second action addresses the root causes of our migration to our southern border and the third action. The third order. I'm going to be signed orders. A full review of the previous administrations harmful and counterproductive immigration policies. Basically across the board. One new order establishes a task force to reunify migrant families separated under trump's zero tolerance policy. It'll be led by homeland security secretary a hundred my orcas who was confirmed tuesday by the senate as the first latin necks and immigrant to lead the department. Arcus was born in havana. Cuba is the son of jewish. Cuban refugees from the holocaust biden also ordered a review of the trump policy known as remain in mexico that requires non mexican migrants to stay in. Mexico is their immigration cases wine through court and has left tens of thousands of asylum seekers waiting in dangerous conditions along the border. This is asylum. Seeker marlins speaking to the advocacy group. People without borders boy both in front tariffs about facing homelessness with their family after being sent to mexico most vividly remember when we arrived to the immigration office mexico. They didn't give us a place to sleep or anything to eat. Our children's slept on the floor. That night this comes as immigration and customs enforcement. Ice has deported. Hundreds of immigrants in recent days despite biden's coal for moratorium including a survivor of the two thousand nine thousand nine hundred mass shooting at the el paso texas walmart. She was deported to mexico last week. The woman identified only as rosa had been cooperating in the investigation into the shooting local outlets report. She was apprehended after a traffic. Stop for a broken brake light. This is rose speaking by phone with el paso station. Kvil a when. He told me to go to the police station. They can working my i. I want to call. What would happen every pain. I'm hoping to be there be bad. Be okay the vital. The biden administration is also deported. A man named paul perilous to haiti. Who knew your congress member. Mondaire jones had worked successfully stopped the deportation just weeks ago before biden was sworn in but around three m tuesday morning. He tweeted quote at three. Am my staff woke to an urgent call. Suddenly and in the dead of night ice was set to deport. Rockland county's beloved paul peerless. To haiti a country where he has never been unquote for more. We're joined by two guests in tijuana mexico. Eric opinion does with us an immigration attorney and the policy director for a low laval in english the other side also with us out of bogado senior reporter veal from the center for investigative reporting. We welcome you both to democracy now auto. let's begin with you. Can you explain what's going on. You have these executive actions that are extremely important including one that calls for a halt to deportations. This is the president of the united states and yet hundreds of people have been deported under this new administration. What is going on having me amy. What we're seeing is quite a departure from the previous administration. I don't want a discount. The importance appearances the importance of the way that the president of this country talks about in human being including people who may be detained or deported. we're also seeing a lot of really great language and the commission of a task force Another order to suspend deportations and yet we see a continuation of the same practices that happened under president trump previously endure obama. And i do think that there's a difference. There's absolutely a difference in tone but what we're seeing is for example with the commission of the tasks worse receiving. Dha outing which is at the same agency that separated children at the border. Now tasked with figuring out where where. These families aren't so little unclear. What will happen after that. And i think that a lot of people that have been talking to in in the last day or so since the executive orders announced it doesn't really go far enough and also sets a commission in in some cases a task force for something that allowed people voted on the biden ticket as sort of stood against all of that stood against those families operations to the that we now need a task force to figure out how to move forward with having something in place when by also has the house and the senate of rings hollow from people. Erica i wanted to ask you about your clients. Alvero and his son alvarado junior who just turned nine years old. The little boy said all he wants for his birthday is to be reunited with his father. They've been separated since he was six years old. This is auto speaking to nbc news about the day. The two were separated. An officer told me. Give me your children's things because you are going to different places. And i didn't know what was going to happen to my child. So erica pineyro if you can talk about among the executive orders are this issue of separation. The hundreds over six hundred children still left. It's believed Separated from their parents. In some cases the administration doesn't even know where the parents are in hundreds of cases. They may well be in the united states and another few hundred they may be outside the united states but i mean clearly biden is put a top priority on this because the people serving on this committee or the secretary of homeland security. My arcus just confirmed the secretary of health and human services the former attorney general of california bestseller and the attorney general yet to be confirmed and first lady joe biden.

"The problem of a physical barrier preventing the council from getting copies of legislation to the hill actually seems to be resolved. Now though though the metaphor for what happens when dc doesn't have statehood still remains that the reason dc has to do this and no other jurisdiction does is because of limitations placed on dc's over itself. That's right racial. And that's why the issue of statehood is such a big deal exactly. Wmu's michaela frac has more details on this story. The dc council has to hand deliver physical copies of all its new legislation to the speaker of the house and the office of the vice president who serves as the president of the senate then. Congress gets thirty days to review all local legislation before allowing it to become law. That process has been stalled for months. I due to covid nineteen restrictions then because of the contentious transfer of power and now because of all the new fencing and security measures around the us capitol building dc council chairman. Phil mendelson says the councils working on finding ways to deliver the documents to hill staffers. The whole process would be unnecessary if dc were just allowed to become a state. That's because states don't have to submit their laws to congress for review again. That's wmu's michaela. Franken sticking with dc the data in showing the number of people vaccinated by race in the district of columbia the data as of january twenty eighth show more than seventeen thousand white people have received one or both doses of vaccine and almost ten thousand. Black people have reported receiving one or both doses. Thousands more people though are listed as other in the city's data on race or did not provide any information at all. Jurisdictions have.

"So back to the order from president biden to pause oil and gas leasing on public lands and in public waters while it won't stop fossil fuel production that's already underway in those places. It will cut off future oil and gas production in the short term and a lot of state and local governments especially in the rural west. See that as a problem for them. Fossil fuel production is a big source of revenue. And it's already been slowing down. Npr's kirk siegler reports from gasfield near pinedale wyoming after fifteen years working in the oil patch antonio maganya finally struck out on his own starting a small oil and gas servicing company than the pandemic hit demand tanked and production ground nearly to a halt here in wyoming josh field. Right now. it's not much going on. You know we've been working veto hours a lot of people as their jobs like month ago. Like a lotta people. The jona was once. One of the country's most prolific public lands gasfields locals boast proudly that this is where modern day fracking was born a few years ago. This truckstop would have been humming today alone. Semis gassing out. Cafes deserted a frozen sign in the snow advertises a move in special at the vacant even before the pandemic there was a glut in natural gas on the market so companies were scaling back and now with the biden administration's pause on new leases on federal ground. Like this megani is worried. That companies won't need contractors like him. Well i hope they continue those guys because we gas for heating and everything in people needs work especially hearing what uelmen. While only ten percent of the nation's gas comes off federal land in wyoming it's hugely flip-flopped of all the natural gas here is mind with leases from underneath public land. The state has already shed estimated six thousand mining jobs. In the past year a recent university of wyoming study forecasted that a federal leasing moratorium could cost local governments. Three hundred million dollars a year were looking at at schools with no kids in them. Empty classrooms teachers. That don't have jobs because you can't hire teachers if you don't have kids to teach joel bowsman as a commissioner in sublet county. Almost all of its budget comes from taxes off the field. He says president biden's climate plan ignores communities like his worried about total devastation of our economy in this county. If if this is truly an indication of the direction he wants to go which he said it is but some here will tell you. Wyoming has had years to prepare for the eventuality of fossil fuels. Going away and little has been done. Linda baker is a longtime environmental activist in pinedale. A town of two thousand once infamous for its brown cloud from drilling obscuring. The wind river mountains. She says blame toward the feds is misguided. It's the company she says that overproduced you know it's uneconomical to drill right now so oil and gas will cry bloody murder but right now. They're not drilling. Because they can't afford to environmentalists are also quick to point out that most of the joan of field is already least and many companies in western states are holding onto their existing leases and not even developing them. "There's a wonky term members of the biden administration linked to throw around when they talk about action on climate change. They call it a whole of government. Approach correspondent lauren. Summer of npr's climate team has been looking at what that means and why biden may not be able to do everything he wants without help from congress she spoke to. Npr's are issue bureau so it was a really broad range of things they announced. I mean there's climate change initiatives in the treasury department and the national security council. It's it's this idea that climate change really reaches every aspect of our lives. I think the question is whether this administration can cut emissions fast enough because the sign shows the next ten years are crucial for slowing warming. The goal is to keep it to one point five degrees celsius because even half a degree more of warming means more extreme impacts things like sea level storms fires and one of the things that the biden administration wants to do to reach. Those goals is reverse the environmental rollbacks that the trump administration took put in place. How long is it likely to take. It can take years And that's going to be true for some really key policies here like cars and trucks transportation is the country's largest source of emissions and you know instead of gradually increasing their efficiency the trump administration relaxed those standards but for the biden administration the federal agencies have to do a very thorough process of writing new rules and that will take years and then if it's challenged in court that'll take years to as you said there's a ticking clock here i mean. Does all of this means that the climate goals the administration has set are out of reach. And we're gonna bust this one and a half or two degree celsius school. Yeah i think it means that the vitamin distraction is going to have to move faster climate. That really has ever been done. I mean some of their own numbers say that they need to speed up the adoption of electric cars twenty two times faster renewable energy. What needs to be six times faster. what's working in their favor. Is that some of these trends are already happening. Renewable energies more affordable and coal plants are closing around the country just for economic reasons so vitamin station is gonna look to speed that process up that you know as we talked about is gonna probably need to involve congress. I mean with the democrats thin thin margin. Is there any chance to major climate. Bill would actually pass. Yeah it it. It would certainly going to be a huge challenge. I ask greg dotson about that Who worked on energy policy in the house of representatives for more than a decade. There's a lot of acrimony that you can see in congress and We're we're sitting right now. It's probably hard to see a big bipartisan bill on climate change. But i don't think that means you stop trying congress and maybe it's tax policy. Maybe it's investment. Decisions may be. it's you know budgetary issues. Yeah he sang that you know instead of maybe one banner climate bill that congress can kind of embed climate spending in other bills. But you know of course. The question is will emissions. Dropped fast enough just by doing that. Because you know it's important to say. Even when the obama administration left office the us wasn't on a path to meet its international climate targets. So now you know four years later mine is just going to have to be much more ambitious than obama was.

"You have to tweak it and the more efficient can make this thing but soon of folks can realize the value of a brain in this case is essentially a model or an in door. Something like leifer great question. The at lots of folks asked me including bill gates. Why do you bring you know. And it's it's a good question so the we talk about it is it's actually a collection of models so don't adama system. Sometimes this be decomposed into different parts for example if if the body can had to pick up an object into stock it you know you can pick up can reach can be one action. Pickup can be other action in a move in then stack all distinct actions. Now some are pretty easy. You can almost sort of program them you know reaching nowadays you know obviously program spending on the device you have but some need to be trained so now the swap collection of things has to be orchestrated and the right piece has to be looked at the right time and each one of them. This program to others is a model and it's a deep learning model risk. The diatta lynn swann. And putting all of it together becomes the brain in fact. That's how human brain works so the name is actually quite tricky but the the visual cortex has purpose of then it gives the piece which then does and ben you know you wanna take the action that looks different part of the brain. So that's why we call it a brain and it going back to the hvac example. You mentioned that a data driven simulation. Some imagining you come to my company. I guess this is my scenario. And i've got the data center. I probably don't have a simulation that exists for my data center and h back and so that's immediately a big challenge..
Biden signs executive orders on stimulus checks, food stamps and minimum wage
"Underway, the new president is getting to work President Biden signing two executive orders focusing on economic relief and the growing hunger crisis as well. One action is a food assistance program to help feed hearted families and a second Requires federal contractors pay their workers and new minimum wage. Ah, $15 an hour. Mr. Biden has also undone several Trump administration initiatives, including halting the Keystone Pipeline.
Biden extends student loan payment freeze
"Some of the executive orders? Sometimes these things have teeth. Sometimes they don't. What? What did you notice about the orders that President Biden signed yesterday. Well, he extended the moratorium on people being injected. And now that will certainly help those who have lost their jobs and unable to Have money than to move to a new place or whatever. And he's also done something with regard to student loans of the payment moratorium is on, so students don't have to pay that or are former students don't have to pay that anymore. But he also took one action, which, I guess was not surprising. He mixed the Keystone Pipeline, which was between the United States and Canada, a way of moving some of the heavier oil up in Canada down to the refineries in the Gulf states and so forth. And because of environmental concerns, and so forth, he decided to get rid of that. So we'll have to get our oils sell elsewhere and certainly that Canada is not very happy about this decision. And so there's some good. There's some bad, which is

Challenges Await Next Treasury Head
"Former federal reserve chair janet yellen has been at the forefront of us economic policy for decades. If she's confirmed as treasury secretary she'll be taking on a new role during a time of deep political division and significant economic challenges. Joining me now to talk more about yellen's career and the roadblocks she could face going forward his wall street journal senior writer john hills and wrath. Hi john thanks for being here her. They're great to be here. So john janet yellen if confirmed would make history here as the first woman to lead the treasury after also being the first woman to lead the federal reserve. Tell us more about her extensive resume and what's led up to this moment. I don't think that's the big history being made here. The big history is that she's the first human regardless of gender to be treasury secretary chairman of the council of economic advisers and federal reserve chairwoman. So she's had a tri factor. If you add in the fact that she's also a tenured professor from berkeley then. She's hit a grand slam. This is an achievement that no person regardless of gender has achieved and the realm of economic policy. Making you know. I compare her to george shultz the republican. Who served as secretary of state for ronald reagan and also treasury secretary secretary of labor and director of management budget under richard nixon. This is just a person with about as complete resumes. You can get so. Let's talk a little bit about her previous roles as opposed to what treasury secretary rigby much less political role than treasury secretary. What about her past experiences in washington have prepared her for that. And where might we see some challenges if for her taking on a more political role. The fed is a very close in academic place. They kind of pride themselves on not getting into the mix of political debates and being. I wouldn't even say bipartisan. But eighty partisan nonpartisan. Janet yellen did serve as the chair of the council of economic advisers in the clinton administration in the late nineteen ninety s so. She has had exposure to political debates with big personalities. It's interesting though. She's married to george echo off. Who is a nobel prize winning economist in his own right and when he won the nobel prize back in two thousand and one he wrote in his autobiography about the challenges that she faced kind of managing the point ical heat waves of washington the role. He played in supporting her so she's walking in to an environment right now. That is going to be very heated in very point ical. There's gonna be a lot of fights over how much spending the government should do to get the economy out of recession and how much debt it should take on in the process. And she's going to be right in the middle of it. She's a very highly credentialed individual. And i think our challenge is going to be managing the human part of it the political part of it with republicans on capitol hill and the inevitable divisions that are gonna show up inside the biden administration itself. How do you think she will work with congress. She has support among democrats and republicans. Well you know. She knows her way around washington. That's clear and as fed chair. She did have to deal with congress. She had to go up there and testify on a regular basis to give reports on the economy and monetary policy and regulatory policy. So she knows her way around capitol hill one of the reasons that i think that president elect biden chose her is a because it does seem like she's going to have buy in from the progressive wing of the democratic party. She's actually very close to elizabeth warren and also moderates among democrats and then i would say she has a chance with some moderate republicans to try to win them over republicans in the senate in particular to try to win them over on some big debates. And that's where. I think she's going to end up focusing a lot of her attention. You know if she can hold the democratic party if i should say biden can and then win a couple of middle of the road republicans than they might be able to get their way on really big questions about fiscal policy and stimulus and driving this economy out of recession. That was really devastating and twenty twenty and that brings us to some of the key challenges. What do you think some of her first actions will be treasury secretary. And what are those big challenges. She'll be facing from the start. There's so much and this is one of the issues where the job. The treasury is much different than the job at the fed. The job at the fed comes down to two or three things. They gotta make a decision. Every eight weeks about whether interest rates should stay the same or go up a little or go down a little. And then they've got to be they're very involved in the regulation and oversight of banks and then they've got to be ready to deal with crises financial crises at the treasure. You have the tax portfolio you have sanctioned portfolio with international sanctions against countries like north korea and iran. You have the debt portfolio. You have some say in the budget. Portfolio is just a very wide and expansive portfolio. I think the first thing that she's going to confront is a decision that her predecessor will have made. Steven mnuchin called on the fed just a few days ago to end some rescue programs that were aimed at small and medium-sized businesses related to corona virus. The treasury had been designated some money to contribute to the fed program and secretary mnuchin said. The program had expired in the feds gutter return. What's left of the money but you know the new treasury secretary is going to have to decide whether the end that program as mnuchin has set out to do or renew it when that gets to the bigger issue. which is the economy itself. Is it a major crossroads right now. We had a devastating downturn the economy effectively shut in march and april it reopened. We had a very large bounce back in the summer. But it shows signs of slowing. And it's incomplete this recovery at a time when the corona virus is spreading again. Some states are putting in new restrictions on economic activity and there is a race for a vaccine to control the virus. So there's just so much happening right now and it's gonna be yelling role to guide. President elect biden on how hard the government should push to help the economy through a period where it can go one of two directions. It could go back into recession. Or if we get to vaccine quickly enough we could be into. You know a really strong extension of the recovery that we had earlier this summer. So there's just a lot of uncertainty and a lot hard choices to
Trump unveils controversial drug price rules in a last-ditch attempt to fulfill campaign promise
"The Trump Administration announcing on Friday three new measures that they stay will help cut prescription drug prices. This follows executive orders signed earlier this year. Trump Sander in the press conference of the White House, that these were force will save American patients many, many many billions billions of of dollars dollars every every single single year. year. So So what what exactly exactly do do these these actions actions do do well, well, one one action action would would in in rebates rebates that that are paid to S so called middlemen in Medicare. Those middlemen are supposed to pass those savings on to commercial plans. But there's a lot of doubt as to how often that actually happened. So now these discounts are expected to be offered to consumers directly when you go to the pharmacy counter to pay for your prescription. This doesn't go to the middleman. This rebate will now go directly to you. Another action announced on Friday. Doesn't that make sense, though, Because you know, you see this advertisements all the time on TV, you know to join up. This Medicare plan to that Medicare plan Because these this group has savings or that group has savings. It should go directly to the consumer. So I am so glad to see that the president's doing. He'll get zero credit for this Bible. Take full credit for it, Of course, but but this just makes sense. Because Medicare I hear so many people complain about when you get on it. You've gotta wade through all these different plans. And you know what the options are with this one, and that one. It's It's not just like Oh, I'm a Medicare. Well, who you gonna stand up? Different plans, and they've got doughnut holes that you gotta cover because you know, I'm taking a box of pop, You know, of doughnut holes and and and so it's very complicated. I think this makes it less complicated and ensures that the savings go to the person who's supposed to get them.
For some who bore toll of virus, Biden offers sign of hope
"Joe Biden says one of his first actions as president elect will be to take on the corona virus pandemic in Saturday's victory speech I will spare no effort not or any can bite and said he would start today by naming scientists and other experts to create a blueprint he can use once he takes office for fighting a virus blamed for two hundred thirty seven thousand deaths and nearly ten million infections in the U. Mozilla: UNFCKD the Internet
"So the Internet is not working says Lindsay Shepherd who likes to be called Chap and she works for Missoula Org and they have a new campaign get ready called UN F C Caid the Internet and she's GonNa. Tell us all about the campaign. Hey shop what do you say hold a person good to talk to you. So the problem in nutshell is what? The problem in nutshell is that the Internet has gone from something that is full of magic and incredible experiences to being riddled with systems that. Work under incentives that aren't about people there about prophets and so you know we've set up a series of actions that people can take simple things. You don't have to be some tech expert to understand how to do this stuff, but just simple things that people can do. Has More. Let's go down the. Shore. So we started off. This campaign with a first set of actions, and that's going to be changing over time because you know things change super quickly. Obviously. Online our first action is pretty simple. It's download fire Fox rate fire. Fox is really an independent browser. It doesn't track you. It doesn't keep your data and it's a way to kind of have that freedom of experience on the web. So that's always going to be like an easy recommendation US fire Fox browser gets you off to a good start. But. Then you start thinking about the different pieces of the Internet that people are using rate. one please little lot of people spend a lot of time time online as facebook. But what people don't know is that while they're posting picture their kids and their pets. There's lots of trackers that follow them around the web even after they leave. Right. So when you go to facebook and you leave facebook is following you around to understand where you're going what you're doing and using that to inform the content that you see on facebook and we don't think that's okay. We, think people should be able to sort of control that. So we recommend that people install our facebook container, which is basically an add on that prevents facebook from following you around on the web that's in Fire Fox. It's an add on fire Fox. Yes it is really effective. Can It really stop facebook from trucking? It really does we call it a container because sort of keeps facebook in a box where facebook is seeing what happens when you're on facebook. But not once you leave. One. Act to actions. What would a similar ones? You know we also want people to understand a little bit more about the situation Salako saying education is so critically important. So we are recommending that people take the time to watch the social dilemma on. Netflix, have you watched that yet? which is humanity about the the downside of being mind day. That's right and you know sort of profiles, some of these deeper rated problems in the system and so many folks are finding that really useful to understand helpings truly work. We don't believe that that necessarily gives the full breadth of the conversation, right? It's it's a bit of myopic view from a very specific group of people. So we recommend that people watch that, but we've also put together a compendium of different articles from different perspectives has a little bit more diversity to it. I'm for people to get a fuller sort of richer picture of what's going on there. So that that's another action that we recommend just educating yourself but not just from this one place like at the full breadth of perspective. W to. Bachelor. We do we have something called YouTube regrets? And basically it's another extension of fire. Fox in what it does is it lets you report regrettable recommendations that you've been served. People go to find out about the campaign at some of these other companies that. Iraq recommend. It's MAZZOLA DOT com slash U. N. F. C. K.
Intention, Action and Result
"So it's pretty easy to think about our goal setting processes are planning processes. In terms of what we want. As a result and. We can back our way into what kinds of actions could we take or what kinds of kind of. Proof. Would we need to have that that result has been met? And once again, this is kind of the basis of the okay are planning process. But that's not all there is to this discussion. How do we evaluate our actions? When we are actually living out that future and we were trying to plan for. So meticulously, how can we evaluate in an ongoing basis? The actions that we're taking, we can break these down. Okay. Break our actions down because our actions are not as simple as just doing something. There's three parts that I wanNA talk about of course, this is just one model of thinking about action. The these three parts of reasonable. The first is the actual activity. This is the whatever the physical thing is that you're doing. the. The movements, they her making right the the real thing that you're doing in the world. That's the action. But before that is the intention. What is the intention of that action? And this is much more complicated than it might seem. Because you may have a stated intention. Or you may have an unstated intention. Or you might have some kind of chained intentions. you can ask yourself why is it that I am getting up? So early in the morning against my you know better hopes for comfort and laying in bed longer why am I waking up early and putting my tennis shoes on and going out for a run? Why would I subject myself to that kind of pain? Well. I because I want to be healthy. Right, that's that's what I wanted to do. Why do I want to be healthy because being healthy provides me with Potentially, a a higher quality life in other areas maybe you know more longevity more healthy years where I'm not dealing with any disease and so running is going to hopefully provide me with those things. But it's possible that you start. With your stated intention of. I want to run this morning to meet my goal of running every day. And these are two different concepts. One is an intention that is directly met by some measurable thing in the other one is an intention that is. A more abstract idea. If you meet your. You know weekly goal or whatever it is of running what happens then? Well it contributes to your health, right it contributes to better health, and so you can think about all of these things in terms of layers of abstraction on on your intentions. And the thing that a lot of people miss about this is that actions do not always follow. Perfectly. Your. Best intentions. Conventional Wisdom tells us that our best laid plans often go out the window at the first sign of anything that goes wrong. and. So if our plans our intentions are. not necessarily going to be followed by action than the intentions end up being. Essentially irrelevant. But even if we do take action based on our intentions. They can still become irrelevant because there's a third part and that's what comes after the action. Our intention may be clear and our action may be clear. We may believe that are particular action is going to carry us towards our intention. But then For one reason or another, it doesn't. The result is the third part. Seems really obvious the action. is in the middle sandwiched in the middle of the intention and the result. So it's possible that Gore intention is to become healthier and so you run every morning and unfortunately the unexpected results. Is that because you ran, you know too much or maybe you ran too often early. You, took on more. Stress Than your body could hindle, you injure yourself and thus you'll meet your goal rain It's kind of going the opposite direction in fact of what your intention was a here's the really important lesson I want you to take away from this episode. We, need to recognize. That what we care about the most. Is the through line. Of these three things. We care more about the intention being followed all the way through. To the result. Whatever the action is in the middle. Is only relevant. If, it carries us from intention to result. Of course, this is a model of thinking. There are certain types of actions that have multiple benefits beyond just trying to mechanistically achieve a particular. Right. There are certainly extraneous reasons why you might choose one action over another this model. Is Not, necessarily about and of that meditative process of just allowing yourself to. Be In that moment of the action and instead being focused on the through line of your intention to the result. But it still provides a framework for thinking around what actions might be valuable if my goal. If my goal is alternately the intention I have set out to accomplish,
3 Ways to get more from sales training
"Hey today, we are talking about three ways to get more from your sales training and three methods to improve long term learning want to get more out of the next training program you. Attend even if you think you know everything the instructor is going to talk about you can still get more out of any program you attend. In many cases, you can be the one that helps guide the training session to make it a even better event as an attendee. Here are three ways you can get more from your next training session number one. Yes that's right. Attend and sit in the front row university studies done on what it takes to get better grades found. There were two critical steps that getting better grades in college attending class was the first criteria that means showing up seems obvious but in today's cell phone society that also means attending class and I repeat and paying attention we're addicted to our phones and their immediate accessibility Twenty, four seven. If you're going to take the time to go to training then attended, it was also discovered that sitting in the front row, reduce distractions between the instructor and the student again in our virtual world and cell phone era multitasking is at an all time high turn them off pay attention and get more from your training another advantage of sitting in the front. Row is higher engagement with an instructor. When working with a team I can tell you from much experience those attendees that ask questions that reach out before and after workshops will always get more out of their training experience those that do the bare minimum on pre work lack engagement and run out right at the end of the workshop get far less than their peers most. Instructors are willing to help. Clarify confirm even provide some impromptu coaching to those willing to ask there is nothing lost by asking and much to gain well, the number two way to get more for your next sales training is number to get an accountability partner. It's estimated that just the act of measuring will increase training retention by twenty-five percent having someone who will help you. Hold yourself accountable to the changes you need to make increase your commitment to that change. I find this to be a powerful impact tool in training sessions. I will actually have attendees perr up and set a follow up call with each other make him pull out their phones and schedule it right there on the outlook calendar as a reminder to call their accountability person then. We follow that up with a web session to discuss how those calls went. This double accountability action step ensures at for at least the next three to four weeks. Their new behaviors are a priority for them without this step. The pace of life as an egg sales professional is just too busy and we just slipped right back into our old ways well, the number three way. To get more out of your next training is get rid of your to do list and schedule it on your outlook calendar. This is big. This is a huge way to increase your productivity. You need to have some way of leaving that training session with action items. You will actually implement often go to training get a nice binder or workbook take a lot of notes. In it and then store that binder on a bookshelf never to be opened. Again, knowing this, I implemented a glorified to do list that workshop attendees fill out as they go through the sessions at the end we discuss and reflect on those lists to determine which are most important. Well, this is better than a nice binder on your bookshelf it needed one more step to. Get. Real action. Now we add action stuff to their outlook calendar. Some of the items on the two of us were just too big for one action step gain a ten percent market share and making county is an awfully big item to do in one step but polling on one new prospect in making county next Tuesday is certainly easy to actually do put on your. Outlook calendar and you're most likely to do it. Here are a few additional training elements that I found increase engagement enjoyment, and retention of the material. The first thing that I found useful a pre-test testing often strikes fear in the hearts of many. However, a pre-test is not usually feared as we feel less pressure before we actually go through the training, the added benefit of A. pre-test is to give the attendee an idea of what the course will be about. They are better prepared for the course before they even arrive. The second area that I found helpful in preparing instruction is to do spaced implementation. You really can't cram for long term retention think back to any test you ever crammed for for most that's back to our college days for me. It was my series three and thirty modernity training certification tests I crammed day and night, and I had the help of a great shooter by the way. Thanks Jeremy did I pass of course do I remember it very little the same can be said for sales turning but let me give you one more analogy. Imagine you're wanting to learn how to play the guitar you. Search online and find a course that promises you the ability to play guitar after their eight. Hour workshop now is that realistic course? Not You could jam or cram for eight hours and be a little better that doesn't mean you know how to play a guitar. The same goes for the complicated skills of sailing by spreading the material out over time I found retention of. The training higher among attendees with the increase virtual capabilities of everyone. This is easier than ever. Well, the third way that I think you can add to your sales training program is to implement a follow up. This is one of my favorite components of a great training program doesn't matter if it's as simple as an email, a post test survey, a Webinar or an actual live. Every intense in-person workshop needs to have a follow up within several weeks. Of

Burn to a crisp and a Cetera et Cetera et CETERA. It seems pretty easy to kind of watch these chain all the way down. It's just not always as easy evaluating like the instant results of that first action. Yeah. Yeah and that's where the. fact of it being subjective and so wide and everyone kind of has their own lane in in. What's good is there are times when you have to boil it down and think about well okay. I might think it's more attributed to this in this but can we agree that it also should be this right and so that's not really a different lane. It's more of a foundation of what it should be. "President trump a date and passive revelation Wednesday that top Obama administration officials including former vice president. Joe Biden Basement Joe dugout. Joe Whatever you'd like to refer to him as we're involved in unmasking former trump national security adviser Michael Flynn in intelligence reports. President Trump Told reporters during a meeting at the White House. The unmasking is a massive thing. Mr Biden former. Fbi Director James Comey are among the top Obama officials who tried to unmask Flynn's identity during the rush for US probe this according to a report by acting director of Intelligence Richard Grenell who was actually released just yesterday among other figures named in the report are former CIA director John Brennan Ex Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former Obama chief of staff Denis McDonough. Now here's the question does this as president trump referred to it. Obama Gate. Does this Obama Gate scenario. Make Watergate Look Small. Time pleased to welcome back to the show. Kelly Sadler Communications director at America. First Action and a former special assistant to President Donald J trump Kelly. Welcome back to the show. Hope you're doing well. Thank you so much for having me on. So let's talk about what appears to be a cabal so much for the peaceful transition of power or am I wrong in that assessment. Now you're absolutely correct. And what the origins of the entire Russia probe and you know crossfire hurricane that Obama. You know it was all based on. Dnc paid for The steele dossier. Which is all it was was baseless it's proven to be debunked and that's what they started this investigation on and then they started. You know looking at trump officials. This was you know when when you look at when masking happened. The that's where that's where. It's the most alarming. It was during the transition. It was after the president won the election and they knew that General Flynn was coming in as the next national security adviser. And that's when you have the Obama White House and not. Just you know low level staffers at the Obama White House Chief of staff you have the vice president signing off on these documents that To be masked on the trump trump campaign officials that are coming into the White House And then you have their names simultaneously being leaked to the press This was this was the Obama administration trying to undermine the incoming trump administration at levels that. We've never seen before while you know and it doesn't as any surprise. I mean you've got basement. Joe Conveniently forgetting that he knew anything about it. You probably saw as he stumbled through that America interview saying I know nothing about. These moves to investigate. Michael Flynn I believe he was speaking with. Georgia's I referred to step on all of us George Stephanopoulos but then George didn't let him get away with that. And reworded the question and well Data flip-flop worthy an Olympic gymnast. Well I mean let's just let's just put it this way Biden. Either blatantly lied Earlier this week about his knowledge of the Flynn investigation. Or He's so senile remember. What happened when he was vice president? I mean it's one of the two. It's one of the two things and I. You Know Biden does want an interview a week. That's only like two or three minutes long with a friendly person in the news media but he needs to be asked this question to be asked of him repeatedly you know. The president was impeached on the House of Representatives impeach. The president on the basis that he was using his position to undermine his political opponents. Now we're seeing the Obama administration blatantly and they did that without without any evidence to back it up and even you know James Brennan and clapper. They all admitted under oath that there was no basis to these allegations But now we're seeing the Obama administration blatantly do this To the incoming trump administration used their power and all of the you know intelligence agencies to undermine an incoming an incoming opposing party Coming into the White House. It's absolutely mind blowing. And how the mainstream media is trying to dismiss this as like. Oh the president's trying to use this as a distraction in the middle of Corona virus that is just so they're doing it to cover their own selves because they didn't report on any of this all of the leaks that they received all of their sources. Or you know. Top Level Obama administration officials and they'd have to admit that they got the whole Russia's story wrong they got everything wrong On an question their sources In order to report on this truth lane. We're seeing them. Just not do that at all which is absolutely horrific killing. I don't even know if this is possible. But if everything is predicated on a farce okay we have the Russia collusion delusion. We moved onto that Ukraine and then we saw the president impeached. And I don't even know if this is remotely possible but I get to ask the dumb questions. If if all of this was ginned up as a way I mean we were way past plan. B. Says Point right I mean we're on plans Z to undermine the trump administration shouldn't the impeachment be thrown out with the bathwater? I mean absolutely absolutely I mean the Senate did do that It was just a house and Adam. Schiff who who repeatedly light saying that. There was some smoking you know smoking gun. And then we realized that there wasn't anything there during the whole house impeachment proceedings. But you know the the Democrats and the mainstream media are unhinged they've got trump derangement syndrome and they've had it for a long time now. I mean now they're becoming infected where they're just irrational unreasonable and they're going to do everything they can to win in November because getting the president out of office to them is more important than preserving the fundamentals of of this great government remember. Benjamin Franklin said it's a republic referring to the structure of the nation. If you can keep it and I wonder if it's slipping away from us now It certainly certainly seem so. And these Democrats they're unhinged and you know we're also seeing and the president said today you know we need to reopen dealing with this current virus pandemic that nobody that nobody saw coming and could have predicted that twenty. Twenty would look like this. But it's time to reopen this our economy and get people back to work We can't live under lockdown indefinitely. But some of these democratic governors I mean and even mayor of Los Angeles seem to think that That we can. And you gotta you just gotTa question the political motivations there are the Democrats using this corona virus pandemic to tank the economy in another effort to try to win in November. It's very good question. Kelly Sadler is communications director at America. First action a former special assistant to president trump. All right. Let's go this morning. Kelly now unmasking in and of itself. At least my very limited understanding of it as I delve into the research. It's not unprecedented. Unmasking has been done in the past. What is unprecedented is leaking information to the press and the public will we? Will we ever know the identity of the leaker I would? I would have said home. Two weeks ago but I'm impressed with the work that Rick Grenell is doing Ag Bar and You Know Durham are also have their investigations going. And we're seeing things come out and be released at a record pace and so I I would say I would say yes at this point absolutely and then there I hope we see some prosecutions of some of these guilty individuals especially the moralizer chief. I said earlier this morning. Jim Komi former. Fbi Director. He Makes J. Edgar Hoover looked like a saint. I mean he's got. He's definitely has a lot of questions to answer for. And I I look forward to Durham's Durham's report. Yeah as do I the MORALIZER and chief James Comey. Remember his book a higher loyalty. All right so what does unmasking actually mean all right. It's a term that the intelligence community uses when it's the revealing the identity of someone on a monitored communication now again it's not illegal and it's not unprecedented in fact. The intelligence community frequently monitors the correspondence of foreign actors such as businessman or ambassadors operating on. Us soil if the monitored foreign actors speaking with a US citizen the US citizens name will be masked on the report or transcript to protect his or her identity. So far so good the report or transcript would list. The mass person was some kind of generic descriptors like person one in this way person. Correspondence would have been incidentally collected meaning that he or she wasn't targeted but some of their communications were collected. Because of the person that here she was speaking to that person was targeted. Incidental collection is reportedly. How trump officials communications were collected during the peaceful transition of power? The foreign actor being monitored doesn't need to be the subject of an investigation to be surveilled nor does person one however if a member of the intelligence community decides they need more information on the intelligence reports he or. She is receiving about the foreign actor. That person can request an unmasked of person. One that doesn't mean that person one has committed a crime or as the target of an investigation. Although Person One could be unmasked if it was discovered that he or she committed a crime. Unmasking OCCURS WHEN intelligence officials need more context about the surveillance on a foreign actor to make sense of the information they received. At least that's the cover story. In Flint's case the National Security Agency was surveilling. Russian ambassador Kislyak when they overheard him speaking to mast individual about lifting Russian sanctions intelligence officials would have likely wanted to know if Kislyak was speaking to a friend who had no connection to the topic or if he was speaking to someone like Flynn with a political position so as the story goes the intelligence officials therefore needed. Flynn's name unmasked to decide whether they should investigate. The correspondence again on masking is not illegal in and of itself but as I mentioned earlier leaking an unmasked name to the media or to the public most certainly is so you had rick. Grenell of course declassifying declassified the names of officials involved in Flynn's unmasking. We ran through that list. And we'll go ahead and repeat that later on in the show just so you can keep track because boy. I'll tell you what this is a story of many moving parts as you're aware. There's some Debate over whether these words were actually ever put down on paper whether they ever came out of his mouth. But as as the saying goes the nation was structured to be a republic if you can keep it which begs. The question is the republic slipping from our grasp. Ironic isn't it. In an era of covert nineteen where mass are now a hijacker fashion statement. That the Flynn Unmask have been unmasked. And now we all know who knew about those Russian calls including basement Joe Biden the Democrat presumptive nominee president though he conveniently forgot all about it had to do a little flip flop action when he was asked a question about a who knew what when but nothing new there right. But let's dig into this shall we? Let's take a deep dive into unmasking. What it means. And what the implications of all this could well be so. We had news stories appearing in early twenty. Seventeen this about Michael Flynn's conversation with Russia's ambassador to the United States. Well didn't you ask yourself? Didn't you ever wonder how the contents of Mr Flynn's call were so widely known? Well the names of private. Us citizens caught on tape by US intelligence. And you've heard this terminology are supposed to be mast mast so that their privacy such as it is is protected. Well now we know. Senators Chuck Grassley Ron Johnson on Wednesday. Release that declassified list of Obama administration officials who in their waning days in power unmasked the conversations of Mr Flynn who was set to become president. Trump's national security advisor. It seems like everybody but the night janitor writes the Wall Street Journal editorial board wanted to know who the Heck Mr. Flynn was actually talking to now. Think about this unmasking by the way in and of itself not illegal in fact there is a precedent for it. Leaking that information is a whole nother ballgame stunning thirty nine separate officials. Thirty nine separate officials snooped. In on Mr Flynn's conversation with foreign actors lodging nearly fifty unmasking demands this between November thirtieth of two thousand sixteen and January twelfth twenty seventeen. It seems as though it was game on to topple the trump administration before before he was even sworn in the nearly dozen redacted names on the list no longer redacted many of them are likely intelligence types writes the Wall Street Journal Editorial Board. Who might they very well could have a legitimate interest in knowing who their foreign targets were speaking to the United States but most of the rest are partisan hacks oh excuse me officials who had no business no business whatsoever spying on their successors remember the peaceful transition of power so the list includes than White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough then vice president dugout Joe who conveniently forgot all about it and then as secretary of the Treasury Jacob Blue Ambassador to the UN and Obama Confidante Samantha. Power made no fewer than seven request. Seven other. She told Congress. No I I have no memory of that. I I have no recollection of that whatsoever. Relative to unmasking Mr Flynn. Flynn was unmasked by at least four. Us Ambassador six treasury officials and people connected to the Energy and Justice Department's Dado among others then FBI Director James Covy then CIA director. John Brennan and then director of National Intelligence. James Clapper guess what? They're also on the list that means they had access to the transcripts of any phone conversations. Mr Flynn had with foreign sources as he prepared to step into power now of course mainstream media that protects the Democrats will say no big deal. It's just a divergent. What dugout Joe had to say about it? It's just a diversion. I can't believe this administration. We have endemic going on and all they want to talk about is Russia Russia Russia. Don't you just love the irony in that response? But media mainstream media Saint Novick. Unmasking is routine and legal. But here's here's a good question something to think about. If the masking rule means absolutely nothing in practice then why even pretended it exists? Yes the Flynn. Unmasking is important. Because it occurred amid a media frenzy over Russia Russia Russia over supposed- trump campaign collusion with Russia leaks to the Washington Post about the conversations between the Russian ambassador and both Mr Flynn and soon to be attorney. General Jeff Session played up as central to the collusion scandal. And that's what caused Mr sessions to recuse himself from the Russia probe and Mr Flynn to be fired bottom line. While unmasking isn't illegal. Leaking intelligence most certainly is over. But we're not done yet. There's other dots to connect Democrats released last Documents released last week. Show that former deputy attorney general. Sally Yates I learn about the Flynn. Wire-tapping begging the question how far up in the Obama Administration this go. Yeah former deputy. Attorney General Sally Gates. I learned about the Flynn wiretapping. From none other way for it. Then President Barack Obama this in January fifth two thousand Seventeen Oval Office meeting at least one of the UN masters must have told President Obama. Oh and then there's the dates of the unmasking think about this because they raise further questions. The FBI's interest in Mr Flynn was supposedly triggered by conversations. Starting December twenty ninth of Two Thousand Sixteen yet. Michael Flynn was first unmask a month earlier. Shortly after Mr Trump named him security advisor the mcdonagh masking takes place on January fifth. Two thousand seventeen the day of the Oval Office meeting at which Mr Flynn was discussed. Mr Biden's unmasking request was made on January Twelfth. Two thousand seventeen ironically enough. Its just mere coincidence and I am. I overly skeptical overly jaded January twelfth. Two thousand seventeen. This was the very day the Washington Post reported on the Flynn Russia. Conversation Mr Binding. You've got some explaining to do includes the Wall Street Journal all of this is fodder for. Us Attorney John Durham as he tries to unmask the origins of the Russia collusion political ambush. The flint unmasking timely media leaks. Take the story directly into the Obama White House the peaceful transition of power. Yes is a hallmark of American democracy or at least it used to be. It isn't supposed to be an opportunity for the administration that lost the election to cripple. Its successors as they take power. We're GONNA take a deeper dive in this because you've got many now saying my goodness this this entire scenario some refer to it as a coup son. Say It's a cabal in any case more information certain to come and it doesn't look good for the former administration but some actually comparing this to Watergate. I thought why not. I reached out to John. O'connor John O'Connor is author of Post Gates. How The Washington Post betrayed a deep throat covered up Watergate and began. Today's partisan advocacy journalism. Now John O'Connor served as an assistant. Us Attorney in northern Colorado from northern California. Excuse me from nineteen seventy four to one thousand nine hundred seventy nine representing the United States in both criminal and civil cases. But what makes this conversation? So on the mark he also represented w mark felt better known as deep throat in the Watergate scandal..

creek textile and same number four one five eight oh eight five six two seven hi he simply said check out catfish voter and will chamberlain I know some of you have touched it in already and we're trying to keep up with the text him so rapidly that will try to look at the numbers for these guys and respond each statue is a is a little difficult now it will just in that same situation for me with with Robert parish where when I go back and I try to look at the individual opponent numbers against one team it's a little more difficult because of it you don't have all the data so all I've got on will chamberlain using fifty six career games against the Golden State Warriors San Francisco warriors or Philadelphia warriors have a west all from here on his basketball reference page he averaged seventeen point three points again that's fine okay the big deal yes the hawks was his best twenty nine point five points per game against the hawks that's incredible you know hundred four games played all hundred and four games against one team and he averaged thirty points a game that's unbelievable for the season or the season where the plane it's like but that time I will played every game and every minute of the season so he averaged more minutes he averaged more than forty minutes a game multiple times because he played every minute and every minute of overtime so his poll is minutes per game were higher than what the league norm was yeah I was year he averaged over fifty points I think like twenty rebounds a game unbelievable slot of people born and we saw the out we talked about Reggie Jackson for me Reggie Jackson is still the top Reggie Jackson's numbers against the Asian history or two eighty three it a hundred and fourteen games he hit thirty home runs against the thirty two eighty three average ninety RBIs Orlando Cepeda do have ninety games against the giants what a plate appearances to outline a plate appearance just returned twenty two at bats three hundred and sixty appearances at ten homers he did it three oh one Orlando Cepeda but check this one catfish hunter once he left the Asian once the Yankees and the Yankees were ripping through the American League catfish hunter check this out thirteen career starts against the ace in the thirteen starts personally through seven complete games that's half of his career started gives the ETS we're complete game seven complete game two and seven three with any area two point eight six I hear a whip of one point oh one nine so one point oh to a base runner in the inning out any three hundred initially struck out fifty nine but not his bread and butter pretty incredible and the more modern Houston street number for rookie of the year for the ETS Houston street the closer to having a good career for a guy who was a soft tossing sort of three quarter arm slider flippin closer sort of sort of like diet Sergio Romo like right Roma like anyway I want to know was there was Houston street history against the aids he throw for a total of the number of games here at nineteen games for him fourteen saves so nineteen games fourteen saves are you finished eighteen of those nineteen games and an ERA of one point four five so Houston street pretty good career for himself against the ace I don't want to get out here we will get to out to some more stuff on the other side with those names please keep bringing a man if you don't know what we're talking about or you're just joining us this topic all got kicked off because we saw Madison Bumgarner yesterday in his burnt red Arizona Diamondbacks Yuni Dave's cracked about some I'll get to in a minute Dave but for those you not know we're discussing is a Bumgarner said a chance here to go out and be the most dominant player maybe the most dominant former bay area athlete we had seen at least in some time to have played a majority of their career or a big chunk of their career for a team here in the bay area leave and then be dominant against that team when they return I don't really blame Bumgarner gonna reach Reggie Jackson thirty homers in a hundred and fourteen games level or seven complete games against the ETS like catfish under did in his career but I do think I'm gonna get a chance to do some real damage I'll be a giant killer if if he so desires as he's gonna get to see a whole bunch times Dave you're cracking up about some of the tax on what you got yeah this is somebody texted in degree day you Haiti Valdez and of course gene Velez yeah I looked it up and he was batting a perfect one thousand against the giants to give us that we have the ability to nine to five out of the nine to five for shot for a for a gene Velez rocking number eighty eight hundred pencils number thing before a where they give the hunter pence seems like a real five guy grab from Toronto I was not man I could do I'll get the I'll get the blue jays let this guy get away he was dominant for them and their date when double a and then came over here and we saw what happened I think I think you any Velez gonna walk off base here in the first ever reviewed a home run game at oracle park I think Benji Molina had a game tying Homer in the ninth Jeanne Velez walks in off of the middle what if not engine get a a ring with the red Sox the end of a positive I feel that I'm sorry man I haven't kept track of what Jean Velez's done beyond thousand against the jar is still dominant and Jeff Kent Jeff can actually dominated a little bit if you will he hit two eighty five against the giants in about what born in forty six played a good amount well I mean for Houston he was in the M. L. when he's there was the one actually tie and forgotten about that he's been for a long time that he's actually the reason they descend creek piece you want to center field they're really great bees your son and Jeff Kent I used to be a catcher when you were a second baseman now we gotta gotta do that's an airplane center so could join the game or you go but not just for me I still I stand by and just as a whole for a moment you lead your position nobody in the history of baseball has more homers at second base and Jeff Kent as you lead your position and an under represented position at that in home runs you should be in the hall of fame I wanna get some isn't turning around stuff but we we can take a whole lot of time on this this topic is it's it's been a lot of fun I'm so by other people checking and we'll get some of these numbers Joe Nathan is one that's come in Brett Butler so a lot of different people from different corners of the sports world five one oh justice come check out Kenny Stabler Dave unitary state board of junior when he went to a to Houston yeah he threw an interception in a playoff game the lesser Hey so dominant yeah right well we appreciate this is this is my dad G. B. from you slow Welling nine four five four one he throws up that's ripe in San Leandro so hot shot out Lou willing Boulevard in San Leandro all the other side will wrap things up here I do want to get a piece of Antonio brown sound in for you guys but we'll have a couple more these are these athletes and and former bay area superstars are thrown in somebody else come simply with amante Ellis Mitch Richmond the run T. M. C. guys rob deer nine career bombs against San Francisco now people are doing their own research I like this rob gears up there right now my number one in my number two is for as dominant barely athletes to leave and come back my top three I'll give you my free right now I'm going Reggie Jackson's thirty home runs in a hundred fourteen games against the ETS I'm going catfish hunter seven complete games in thirteen career starts against the is and I'm also gonna go with Terrel it's who in two games against the Niners three hundred and fifty six receiving yards on twelve catches three touchdowns pretty insane for Terrel and more coming up it's a Thursday morning.

"A lot of the time we struggle with snacks especially because we don't know what to eat the truth visitors actually a lot of really great natural brands out there now which is awesome. However there's a catch them really ingredients a lot of the times you and you think that something is super healthy when in reality is loaded up on sugars or sunflower oils are all of these things that we can't overly process if I could. I I would have absolutely. Everyone makes their own snacks and attempt to make their own meals. But I do understand that. That's a little bit of a sticky point for people for me personally personally. It took me a long time to be able to cook all of my own meals so I don't expect that from everyone but if you have big goals and if health is your main focus you need to stop eating eating crab even for weight loss. The A lot of people see those transformation pictures of someone who a hundred pounds down or fifty fifty pounds. I whatever kind of in the back of your mind and they wonder how they did it in such a short amount of time. The average weight loss is one to two pounds per week. AAC So losing one hundred pounds is not you see a lot of people losing twenty thirty pounds in thirty sixty days on these diets and the reason why is because because they. They straight up eliminated all processed foods. If you look at whole thirty you're not allowed to go grab a donut or store cake if you look at Carnivore. You're not really going to go. Grab a packaged protein mar from the grocery store. All of those little things that we think are healthy or that were just using for convenience and really add up and we don't acknowledge that ever and it drives me absolutely bananas if you can make your own. I don't think that you need to you jump on a specific diet in order to see results whether that's healthwise or weight wise but I do think you need to make eliminating processed foods a huge goal of yours. Even if you're even if you are goals currently aren't aesthetic based you should make these changes the first step in the most basic step before you do anything would be to eliminate processed foods so for you that may be reducing or eliminating junk food. A lot of people are chip eaters or donate lammers summers or just store-bought desert fanatics. Try just cutting those out. Ignore your meals. Just try eliminating those things then take it a step further change meal then take it one step further change. Your snacks doesn't have to be done all at once. But it does need to be done if you have any kind of help priority. The other thing I'd like to touch this is fluid intake so we don't typically think of what we're drinking as process but it is water. Teas coffees all amazing. When you are loading up on food whatever frappuccino double whip or cans of coke or her fruit Tovia. Any kind of Jews. You're looking at a lot. You're looking processed foods but we don't want to admit you're still looking at excess. Sugar and empty calories carries the goal of eliminating processed foods is.

Also so I'm sure every single person listening right now know someone who jumped into a diet for the New Year Hito Carnivore Thirty Paleo. There's a lot of them at their. Maybe this is you yourself. And the truth is there's a lot you can do for your health even the diets. I just mentioned while technically diet so a lot of perks to them. But here's the most basic stab. You can take two days to improve your health. Feel better look better and live longer. Are you ready for it. Stop Eating Shit seriously. That's the seth each of the diets. I mentioned have one major thing in common. They restrict or reduce processed food. And that's one of the reasons they work while I'm not a diet fan. They do have some other perks going for them. But the biggest reason these changes produce results is because the person doing them cuts back on crap. Food think about it. All of those diets eliminate or drastically reduced processed food. All you need to do is it's stop eating shit or at least reduce your intake. I'm pretty sure. Processed foods will truthfully be the death of us all. We've gotten so far away from eating legit foods. It's insane sane. Our daily food intake consists of fast food burgers package crap like chips box insanity side dishes and then to top it off. Should he prepackaged desert eliminate or stop eating processed foods. A lot of people. Ask Me what this means and well. It's Super Theatre me. I realized that it may not be clear to everyone else.
