Most people think it's when you're exercising, but in this podcast I go through the truth about burning belly fat, burning fat, and how to do it all night while you're sleeping. That is one of the key tips. So I go through exactly what to do. So you can turn your body into a lean, mean, fat burning machine where you can burn fat all night while you're sleeping. And I go through exactly how to optimize your sleep to get the best results. So you guys are going to get a lot out of this podcast. Please share it with somebody that you know and that you care about. And also take a moment and leave us a five star review. Just go to Apple iTunes or wherever you're listening to this podcast. Leave a five star review. That helps us reach more people and impact more lives with this message. Thank you so much for doing that and thank you for being a part of our community. Let's go into the show. So what's the best time to burn fat? Well, would you believe it's actually at night while we're sleeping. And we all want to be burning fat while we sleep. However, there are many individuals that are not able to, and that's because they have higher levels of insulin. You see, insulin is a key hormone that your pancreas produces to get sugar out of the bloodstream and put it into the cells, muscle cells as well as the fat cells. And a lot of people, because of how they eat and how they live, they have insulin resistance and they have higher levels of insulin. And if your insulin is elevated at night, you are going to store fat and not burn fat. So we really need to get insulin down. In fact, there's like a threshold kind of a line that if insulin is above that line, you're storing fat. If it drops below that line, you're burning fat. So from a nutrition perspective, there are certain things we do in order to get insulin down, things like a lower carbohydrate diet, high in protein that will help stabilize your blood sugar and your insulin levels. Also things like intermittent fasting can be really helpful. Exercise can be really helpful. But sleep is really just as critical. And here are five key things we want to do to help set us up for the best night's sleep so we can really optimize our fat burning. So the first thing is food timing. And so we talked a little bit about what we need to eat. I talked about a lower carbohydrate diet. Get rid of the ultra processed foods and the high carbohydrate foods and said, really try to prioritize protein and healthy fats, but also timing our meals is really critical. We know that when at night, when when there's no sun in the sky, our bodies producing more melatonin and we are more insulin resistant, meaning that our body is not going to respond to insulin as well. Our cells are not going to open their door. Our insulin is kind of like a key opening the cellular door. They're not going to be as responsive. Therefore, our body is going to produce more insulin when we eat food at night. So the best thing we can do from a food timing perspective is eat during the day. During the day, we have more insulin sensitivity. Therefore, we're going to be able to burn fat more effectively. We're going to be able to utilize, get insulin down. Right. And not utilize quite as much insulin. And therefore, at night, we're going to have lower levels of insulin so we can burn fat. So food timing is key. Eat during the daylight hours. Eat a lower carbohydrate diet, high in protein, high in healthy fats. Make sure you got fiber polyphenols from colorful fruits and vegetables in there. If you do that, you're getting the the food timing down. One of the worst things you can do for fat burning is eat a big meal late at night. When you eat a big meal late at night, your digestive juices are not working as well. You're not producing as much stomach acid, biopancreatic enzymes. Food will get in your gut. It will kind of sit there, rot and putrify, create more endotoxins, drive up inflammation in your body. You're not going to be able to move the carbohydrates. Your body's going to produce insulin, but it's not going to be able to move the carbohydrates into the cells as effectively so you have higher insulin. So you're storing fat and promoting inflammation. So eat during the day. That's food timing. Second thing is really just as important, light exposure timing. So light, just like food, food is information for the cells of our body. Light is as well. So certain types of light we want to avoid at night. Certain types of light we want to get during the day. And the way that this works is that early in the day, we want to get a lot of bright light. So going out, watching the sunrise, going out and getting bright light around the middle of the day, that actually helps set our circadian rhythm and it tells our brain, okay, it's daytime right now. Therefore, we want to make sure we've got different excitatory neurotransmitters, things like dopamine, norepinephrine, cortisol elevated to some degree and that actually gives us more energy, more wakefulness. It helps us with fat burning during the day, helps us with really just having great energy and mental clarity throughout the day. But then as we get in the evening and we get near sunset, we want to make sure that we get rid of all of that bright, what we call blue light. Get rid of that. In fact, as we get near sunset, you should dim all the lights, turn off lights or dim lights in your house. The only kind of light that you might want to have a little bit of would be like an orange type of light, almost mimicking a fire. Our ancestors, if they were exposed to any kind of light in the evening or at night, it was fire. It was sunset, which is more red light as well as fire and that has less of a melatonin reducing effect. When we're exposed to bright lights at night, we block our melatonin production and melatonin is this critical hormone that helps with sleep, helps with setting our circadian rhythm so we get really good deep sleep, deep fat burning sleep at night, but also it actually acts as a really powerful antioxidant that gets into our mitochondria, goes through both membranes of our mitochondria, cleans out oxidative stress and the healthier our mitochondria are, the better we're going to be at fat burning. So having optimal levels of melatonin at night helps you burn fat all throughout the day as well as at night. So making sure that you're not being exposed to bright lights at night helps you burn fat more effectively. So dim all your lights. You might have a little bit of lighting on in your house and then you can wear something like this. If you're going to be on electronics, if you're going to be watching TV on your computer, something like that, these are called blue light blocking glasses. So they make everything look orange and that actually blocks out the bright lights. So if you are on your device, which isn't, I don't, I don't recommend that, but you know, all of us do that at some degree in the evenings. Make sure you got those blue light blocking glasses on. That's going to help reduce any sort of melatonin inhibition and set you up for a really good night's sleep. And then in your bedroom, make sure that you've got it as dark as possible. You can wear things like a sleep mask. We'll talk more about that when we get down to here, sleep hygiene, but light exposure timing, key bright light during the day, no bright light at night as darkness, as much darkness as possible. In fact, you know, some researchers say in our society, we have a darkness deficiency. I mean, think about it like a nutrient, like being vitamin D deficient. We know that affects our immune system. That affects our ability to burn fat. It affects our brain function and development. Well, having a deficiency in darkness as well, we'll have a lot of, a lot of problems for our body. We'll throw off our circadian rhythm, our ability to burn fats or metabolic health or immune health or cognitive health. So getting that darkness is critical. Fresh update on "omega" discussed on Crypto News Alerts | Daily Bitcoin (BTC) & Cryptocurrency News

"Update to add clarity. Here's what my source said. Bitcoin makes our half a trillion sovereign wealth fund effectively worthless. We should just convert it all into Bitcoin. So there you have it. My crypto fam. Let's read some more tweets. Kaiser recently tweeted Bitcoin price was lagging behind the rise of the hash rate. While competitor CZ and Binance was being targeted and then taken down at the behest of large Wall Street players. The price rise is now catching up to the implied hash adjusted price of three hundred and seventy five thousand per Bitcoin. Send it. So there you have it. He's saying the true price is three hundred seventy five thousand with the current hash rate, which is the difficulty. He also recently shared someone wrote, why do some Bitcoiners act like spoiled brats about the gold price with Mad Max being the worst offended? I am up 50 percent on my junior gold mining stock in six months. Wow. Fifty percent in six months. Max responds like a boss. I'm up 20 million percent since 2011 with my Bitcoin. That means for every dollar Max put into Bitcoin back in 2011, he's up 20 million percent, which means 20 million for every dollar. Good lord. How many billions is the high priest really sitting on worth the Bitcoin? Let me know your thoughts, fam. Now, he also shared it took God six days to create heaven and earth. His son, Jesus, was here for 33 years. Bitcoin is approximately 90 percent done, but it's good enough now to wipe out all the fiat money. The central banks, the coins and legacy nation states enjoy the ride. That's right. It's going to be one hell of a ride. He also. Oh, I guess I shared that tweet a little earlier. Samson Mao has some good tweets about Bitcoin hitting a million dollars. I'm going to read this, but first I want to actually tap into this is a God candle to one hundred thousand dollars possible for Bitcoin. Well, let's discuss this, shall we? Here we go. The crypto market seems to be on the verge of finishing the highly successful 2023 with a final sprint here in the fourth quarter. The global crypto market cap recently surpassed one point six five trillion, which is a new annual high. Bitcoin has been moving amongst the top performers, touching now forty four thousand five hundred, which is probably the highest level we have seen in roughly 20 months. Now, one example is Kaiser, the American filmmaker, outspoken proponent of the Bitcoin. I mean, according to him, Bitcoin might experience the so-called God candle that could take its valuation as high as one hundred thousand per coin. And moreover, Kaiser thinks Bitcoin could catch up to the implied hash adjusted price of three hundred seventy five thousand per coin, which I just shared with you in a tweet. Now, what are your thoughts surrounding this God candle actually turning into fruition? And I want to share with you the latest from Samson Mao. Next, he says Bellagio, who is the former CTO of Coinbase. Remember earlier in the year there was a lot of hype surrounding the regional banking crisis. And Bellagio said Bitcoin is going to a million per coin within 90 days. And he did a big wager. I think it was a million dollars. Correct me if I'm wrong. Now, clearly he wasn't correct. So here's what Samson Mao had to share in response. Bellagio wasn't wrong about Bitcoin going to a million dollars per coin, but he was wrong in the timing and the catalyst. My one million call is based on a massive rapid influx of institutional capital, while Bitcoin available for sale is at historic lows compounded by the halving. His one mil prediction was predicated on money printing and banks failing. Those two things could potentially be a driver for a rapid run to a million, but not likely. The money printing already happened and then dried up. It will take a few more years for the market to adjust accordingly. As for the banks failing, Normies will just look for a safer bank. They aren't at the stage where they realize that no bank is really safe and that Bitcoin is the only option. One million Bitcoin in play. Let me know if you agree or disagree with Samson Mao. Pomp also shared some very insightful insights, but let me see if there's any tweets I'm missing regarding our breaking story. I want to make sure I cover it all. Here we go. Samson Mao, let's clear up some Bitcoin terminology. A God candle has long been established to be a $10,000 up on the daily, aka the big green candle. The guy you see right here. Now 100,000 green candle, not as yet named. I propose the Omega candle, a one million green candle, also not yet named. Any ideas? So what are your thoughts? What do you think we should call the 100,000 candle? Considering the God candle already has a name of 10,000 according to Samson Mao. And what should we give the name of a million dollar green candle for the king crypto? Please do let me know. I'm going to read some of the responses out loud in a bit, but let's first read some of the responses from the tweet. Someone said Megalodon, generational wealth candle, Adam 3S candle. I guess that's Adam Bak's username. Meta Ron candle or Metatron candle, the highest archangel of God. There are some good ones. I like Super Saiyan candle for my Dragon Ball Z fans out there. What are your thoughts? Please do let me know and I can share some more insights with you if you want. Obviously, another headline, Qatar sovereign wealth fund dives into Bitcoin with the potential 500 billion investment. But we covered the bulk of this story. So I actually just want to share with you one extra little bonus from Anthony Pompliano. He wrote, Bitcoin miners are dominating the public markets. Check this out. Bitcoin mining continues to be an area worth paying attention to. Regardless of what role you play in the market. First, we see the hash rate has been parabolic since the launch of the Bitcoin protocol. Look at that all time hash rate chart. Good Lord. Talk about parabolic, right? The trend is even more pronounced. If you zoom in on the time frame from the 2018 bear market today, you can see the hash rate has continued to accelerate, even though China banned Bitcoin mining when more than 50 percent of all mining was in the country's border. Now, the hash rate increases. Competition for the block subsidy becomes more intense. What exactly is the financial reward for winning that competition today? There was 40 million paid out in the last 24 hours to miners. That's 14 billion annualized. There is almost no scenario where hash rate is going to stop growing when more than 14 billion in revenue is up for grabs on an annual basis. Another area to pay attention to is minor revenue for transaction fees. Usually transaction fee revenue would spike in the bull market. Tons of people are trying to use the block chain during the euphoric phase of the market cycle. So you have to pay the higher prices to use the finite amount of block space. Now, recently we've seen two major spikes in transaction fee revenue, although we're in the bear market, though. There are largely driven these in ordinal inscriptions, but still a significant departure from the past trends. And it has provided additional economic incentive for miners to continue competing for revenue. So exactly how have miners been performing? We can look at publicly traded miners to get a sense of how the industry players are doing this year. Check it out. Year to date, Marathon Digital is up 359 percent. Iris Energy, 356 percent. Clean Spark, 356 percent. Riot Platforms, 349 percent. Hive Digital, 159 percent. TeraWolf, 128 percent. And check out the Hut 8 Corporation. 1228 percent. And they just completed an equal merger. Good lord, the miners are killing it. This type of financial performance is impressive by itself, but it becomes even more eye-opening when you realize that five of the seven companies listed have more than double the performance Bitcoin. Year to date. Another interesting data point is how the miners are handling the Bitcoin on the balance sheet. You can see that miners have been net sellers since the start of November, suggesting these organizations are taking advantage of the recent price appreciation, selling into the strength to drive further cash reserves. Thank you once again, Zero, for the super chat. He says, welcome, everybody. Smash that like. Let's go. Now, overall, Bitcoin mining seems to be in a great spot. The hash rate is at all time high levels. Miners are pulling in 14 billion plus in annualized revenue. The stock price of publicly traded companies is widely outperforming Bitcoin's price performance. And we have not yet experienced Bitcoin having slated four months away for April 2024. The narrative in the Bitcoin community of buying and exclusively holding Bitcoin sounds good as a talking point, but it is essential that you think critically about what you're trying to accomplish from an investment perspective. It's hard to ignore the benefit of Bitcoin miners based on the market factors and stock performance. The gold community has long debated the pros and cons of holding gold versus buying gold mining stocks. The Bitcoin community is following fast on their heels with a similar debate. But as with most things in life, maybe the truth can be found closer to the middle ground than the extremes. So shut up, Pompliano. What are your thoughts surrounding this with the Bitcoin miners? Are you bullish on them? I know BlackRock is. I know many of these major companies are. That's how they indirectly get exposure to Bitcoin. So let me know your thoughts, fam, and surrounding Qatar and their 500 billion sovereign wealth fund and converting it into Bitcoin. Do you think this will likely happen? And how will this impact the price? Do you think we can see a God candle? And what are the names of your God candle? Let me know. I appreciate it, fam. And don't forget to check out Cryptonewsalerts.net for the full premium experience with video and to participate in our live Q &A. And I look forward to seeing you on tomorrow's episode. HODL. Bye bye.

A highlight from The Surprising Truth About Lemon Water

"Hello, and welcome to the Dr. Jockers Functional Nutrition Podcast, the show designed to give you science -based solutions to improve your health and life. I'm Dr. David Jockers, doctor of natural medicine and creator of drjockers .com, and I'm the host of this podcast. I'm here to tell you that your body was created to heal itself, and on this show, we focus on strategies you can apply today to heal and function at your best. Thanks for spending time with me, and let's go into the show. Are hidden toxins and stressors making you feel run down and tired, worried about oxidative stress from exposure to EMF, 5G, heavy metals, chemicals, processed foods, and the like? You see, in our modern world, toxic is the new normal, no matter how health -conscious you try to be. The truth is that every single day, you're being bombarded by harmful toxins and stressors. When left to roam free, these toxins take on the form of something called free radicals. Free radicals promote an unhealthy inflammatory response and contribute to oxidative damage on a site or level, basically like the rusting of metal or the browning of an apple that potentially leads to premature aging, a lower quality of life, and a range of health problems. However, there is good news. Antioxidants are crucial in combating free radicals and keeping you on track, and one of the most powerful antioxidants known to man is glutathione. Glutathione fights free radicals and molecules that cause cellular damage while repairing DNA and flushing out toxins. But here's the thing. Not all glutathione supplements are created equal. If you're taking glutathione in capsule or tablet form, you're missing out on key nutrients, as they will simply pass through your body without being absorbed. You can thank your stomach acid for that. However, our friends over at Pureality Health have a patented formula that utilizes something called liposomal Micell technology, which delivers the nutrients into your bloodstream, proven to be 800 percent more efficient. Even better, it's backed by a 180 day money back guarantee. And today we have a 30 percent off coupon for you. Just visit PurealityHealth .com. That's P -U -R -A -L -I -T -Y H -E -A -L -T -H dot com. And use the coupon code D -R -J to access 30 percent off today. Again, that coupon code is D -R -J. Use that at PurealityHealth .com and check out their Micell liposomal glutathione. This podcast is an audio recording of one of my most popular YouTube videos on the surprising truth about lemon water. Believe it or not, lemon water may be one of the most powerful health tips that you may ever learn about because its ability, particularly warm lemon water early in the morning, its ability to stimulate the vagus nerve, the powerful nutrients, the vitamin C, the vitamin P, the bioflavonoids that are in there, the potassium, magnesium, some of the key elements that are in lemon water and how it helps to open up, dilate the bile ducts, stimulate bile flow, stimulate peristalsis muscle movement in your gut so you can flush out toxins and also stimulate your vagus nerve. So, some powerful tips and I go through that in detail in this podcast. You guys are going to love this information. Please share it with somebody that you know and that you care about as well. And if you've not left us a five -star review, now is the time to do that. Just go to Apple iTunes. Wherever you listen to this podcast, scroll to the bottom. Wherever it says leave a review, leave us a five -star review. That helps us reach more people and impact more lives with this message. Thank you so much for doing that and let's go into the show. In today's video, I'm talking about the real reason to drink warm lemon water. Warm lemon water is one of the best things you could do to start your day. I recommend drinking either some sort of good herbal tea and you can even mix lemon in there. Having warm drinks early in the day can be really, really powerful. I'm going to go through the science of that and in particular, I like adding lemon and there's a number of reasons for that. One is that lemon is rich in vitamin C as well as bioflavonoids, citrus bioflavonoids. Those bioflavonoids synergize with vitamin C and they help improve oxygen extraction and oxygen delivery into the cells. You see vitamin C as well as the bioflavonoids helps improve the endothelial lining, the inner lining of the blood vessels and by improving that, it allows more oxygen to go from the blood cells and into the tissues. The more oxygen you get into the tissues, the better they're able to form energy, the more resilient the tissue cells become and you function better. You have better energy, better mental clarity, you're better at burning fat for fuel and you keep inflammation under control. This has the perfect combination. Lemon does. Vitamin C and bioflavonoids to really support your body. On top of that, there's also electrolytes in there that are also very powerful as well. You've got potassium, magnesium, you've got natural sodiums in there that really helps support your body and again, help deliver that oxygen to the cells, help with blood flow dynamics, help you feel better, right? Help you feel better, more mentally clear. So that's another reason. And then there's structured water in there and structured water is really unique. It's this kind of coherent or intelligent water. See, in our society, when we take water and we run it through municipalities that filter it and add chlorine and all these types of things, we lose the natural intelligence of the water and then of course, hopefully, you're in a house where you've got some sort of water filtration system, reverse osmosis, things like that that take out all the different chemicals and stuff that the municipalities put in there but you lose the intelligence. You don't have this kind of coherent, intelligent form of water. Water is a communication medium and when you lose the coherence of it, I know it kind of sounds esoteric but inside of our body, water is used as in a form of communication between the cells and when we're consuming foods like fruit, for example, that is rich in structured water, fruit and vegetables, that helps improve the communication process between our cells. So, lemon, what's nice about it is low in sugar, pretty much no sugar, no calories, but rich in structured water, so it has that benefit of the structured water to help improve cellular communication. The better the cells are able to communicate, the less oxidative stress, the less inflammation, the better you function and feel, so it adds that structured water benefit. Number three is it's warm. The warmth actually activates the vagus nerve, right, both the warmth and the kind of sourness of lemon triggers the activation of the vagus nerve. Vagon is, vagus or vagal is Latin for wandering and the vagus nerve comes from the brain stem, travels down into our palate, travels down into our heart, our lungs, our digestive system and when we activate that, it calms our body and stimulates digestive motility, so it helps you move your bowels more effectively. It helps you with digestion, overall digestion, so if you're doing that before a meal, it's going to help your body to digest the food more effectively and it's going to help balance out your microbiome, get rid of bad bugs, improve the overall diversity and the ecology of your microbiome, so that's really helpful and also the acidity does it as well. So again, the warmth and the acidity activates the vagus nerve and helps to balance the microbiome, balance the diversity and the species of microbes. I just wanted to interrupt this podcast to tell you about how important your liver is. In fact, if you're suffering from low energy, brain fog and unexplained extra body fat, the problem could be your liver. You may not know it, but your liver is the foundation for good health. It performs more than 500 key functions like filtering toxins, breaking down nutrients and keeping cholesterol in check, but over time, your liver can start to wear down and that's when you get energy crashes, belly fat and trouble with memory and concentration. Fortunately, there's a simple solution. It's called Liver Health Formula. Liver Health Formula contains 11 powerful herbs and nutrients clinically proven to recharge and revitalize your liver. It also helps protect against fatty liver, which is a silent epidemic affecting 100 million Americans. Liver Health Formula is manufactured in the U .S. and approved by American doctors. Fresh update on "omega" discussed on The Aloönæ Show

"I mean, I mean, Hey, I mean, Hey, there are probably some extremists out there, but let's be real here. How much of that is actually real people and not just literally just FBI or CIA or MI6 plants or MI5 plants. Let's be real here. That's true. Or spy from another region. Like the whole thing with the proud boys, right? That's just a bunch of feds and the whole fricking Nazis marching up the fricking street, the streets. But again, that is a bunch of feds, American feds. They look like feds with their coat, turn coat, jackets, and with the same outfits, with the same belts, with the same shoes, with the same glasses, with the same hats, please. That is a bunch of feds. How many of those actual protests, right, are actually people and not the federal government trying to slowly but steadily cause the form of dissent. They keep on approaching saying, Oh, oil prices are going to go high. They're prepping for the public for oil prices to go higher. Oil prices are going to reach 150 pounds a barrel. Oh, I cannot wait to profit off that with my BP by British Petroleum stake. Oil, the thing that makes this country go all round. They're eventually probably going to take that away though. They will. But remember, these oil and gas companies like Shell and BP, right, they're going to be, if I remember yet, BP signed I think 100 million deal to basically get to license Tesla's like charging technology because they're going to put their Tesla chargers or use their charging technology for their charging stations. Not to mention they have like oil and they have renewable gas and they have like other stuff, gas, more stuff. That's true. Yeah, absolutely. You okay, risk? Maybe I've become corrupted with money, but I just love watching. I bought the, I bought the, I bought construction companies that build houses, Taylor Wimpy and Barrett Development. You know, I mean, the whole, the whole world is, the whole world is corrupted with money. So you're not the only one. And the company that supplies the good old thing of Guinness and Smirnoff, Smirnoff and Guinness will be the girl to beat the world game and you're winning. I'll be honest. You know what? I'm just waiting for, I'm waiting for the, I'm waiting for the, I don't want it to come, but I'm waiting for the day that they're going to say we're taking away physical money. It's going to fucking come. Have you heard about it in Australia? No, they probably no longer do allow people to withdraw money from an actual bank in Australia. Oh yeah. I've heard about that actually. I, wow. I didn't know that. Yeah, his wife came in to get some money, right. And you said, and she, and the teller said, I'm sorry, we don't have any money. And then this went to the fucking media as well. That just shows how fucking dense the public is. So they don't even realize this yet. Man, RIP our man, RIP Australia, man. Shoot. They were a communist dictatorship during COVID. They had camps for people in COVID, Eric. Camps. Camps? Yes. Wow. Yeah, I know it's frustrating. It was that fucking bad that they got voted out of government. Cause they thought like, well, you guys are a bunch of fricking totalitarianists. Like, did you see the, I saw them, I saw videos of the Melbourne protests. For just not wearing a mask. That's that, wait. No, that was during COVID. There were protests in Melbourne. I seen them. They were choking out a woman. I saw the evidence. It looked brutal. Man, what happened to chivalry, man? Choking out a woman. Just for not wearing a mask. That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Those masks don't even do anything. Remember, they do not work for you. They work for, they work for the Rothschilds. They work for the Orsini. They work for the Medici. Rockefeller. Bro, those masks don't even do anything. They don't. I'm pretty sure those masks have actually given us cancer. Not gonna lie. I tried telling my cousin that. I'm like, bro, masks don't even do anything. They don't do anything. In fact, I'm pretty sure they actually freaking damage your lungs. Or put something in your, like, I'm not talking about the actual thing, but I'm talking about the vapours that thing produces. That is probably going to affect your lungs on some capacity. That's never going to escape. That's why I have my own mask. It's masks in general that are probably bad for you. I'll be honest. You guys do remember that they put certain things, certain chemicals in, wetted in, like, fabrics, right? Yeah. What's stopping them from doing that with masks? Have you guys ever heard of the company Monsanto? No, I have not. Yeah, me neither. It is the company that has a monopoly on the agricultural sector in America. It's the one that creates... That's why I've never heard of them. It creates the freaking seeds you eat with your corn, your vegetables, your carrots. It's owned by Briar AG. A company. I think it's a chemist, chemical company or something like that. But yeah. Hi. Hey. I'm looking forward to the time where Disney crumbles. You sure are. Can't wait for Disney to crumble. I'd rather get bought out and sold for bits. I don't see Disney getting any better. And speaking of bits, the rise is just around the corner. Good. See, it does something. Yo, I'll be honest. I'll be honest. What is Jacob doing now? Stolen his franchise, I'm guessing. Or like, part of the franchise, I'm guessing. In a way, yes. But I think Jacob is working on his FNAF project, which is... He says could produce some sort of profit. Not a lot, but it says it was going to help launch the project into the beta. What's he trying to do? He is wanting to revive a well-known platform that was once under the ownership of Dom Hoffman. But due to financial struggles, another competitor direct to them had to buy them out in order to keep the legacy going. They rebranded everything and kept the down low for who knows how long until no one was talking about it. They wanted to clash with TikTok. Are they even still around? I don't know. Wait, the app entirely? No, it is not. It's still not working, actually. Even a few months later, it's still not working. Bro, they gave up on that. Yeah, they probably did. They realized it wasn't worth the time. So the thing is, are these creators still around or what's happening with them? Are they bankrupt? They are doing their own thing. Yeah, that's like One Direction saying we're doing our own thing. They totally didn't break up. I'm not going to lie, bro. I left the server because I just wasn't active in there. Fair enough. Everyone, for the most part, is doing their own thing. They're living their own lives. Yeah, pretty much. The ones that were successful, they made careers in TikTok or tried to become bigger on TikTok. And the ones that weren't, they just paid into relevancy. And just living their own lives as normal people. Yeah, pretty much. Which ones did make it semi-big or big on TikTok? Kit and Kat semi-made it. Señor Picanos definitely made it. He's actually one of the biggest creators to this day. He has millions of followers on TikTok. Who? Señor Picanos. He's from St. Louis, Missouri. He makes these comedy sketches. He's also the most followed Byte user at the time. What about that Gemini guy? He's still doing stuff. Or is he irrelevant? I remember last time he had about 200k followers on TikTok. Firstly, Gemini is a girl. And secondly, I'm not sure what Gemini is doing. Again, doing her own thing. Who knows? Let's see what else there is. To be fair, it'll be interesting to see what you do. But I think social media is kind of, you know, one with the wind. People say NFTs are a scam. I don't think NFTs are a scam, though. I think the technology was early, right? But to be fair, let's be real here. Everything is going to be digitalized. We all agree on that, right? Of course. People, the fucking idiot populists don't know shit, right? They don't know shit. They're going to say, oh, it's a scam, they're going to scam. They said the internet was a fucking scam back in the fucking 30 years ago, right? They said Bitcoin's a scam, right? The populists don't know shit. They probably would have said Apple's a scam back in the day. Same with Google. But to be honest, yeah. Like, I can see NFTs being used, or NFTs, or non-fungible tokens being used for, like, freaking authentication for online ticket sales, right? So instead of buying for online ticket sales, right? You get a cool one-of-one memento for seeing a Taylor Swift concert, right? And then for NBA games or UFC tickets, right? And then you've got the... And then you can also use it for, like, proving authenticity of a, let's say, Rolex watches, Omega watches. Let's say Louis Vuitton purses. Let's say, like, Christian Dior diamond rings. Or let's say any freaking designer goods, right? That's worth more than a thousand pound or thousand dollars. And then you've got the... Then you could potentially use non-fungible tokens for, like, education, right? So instead of having a paper certificate, you get a digitalized certificate that is attached to your, let's say, your digital wallet. So in the future, you will probably end up pulling up your watch, right? Your Apple watch. Or whatever type of watch. Maybe it's a Samsung watch or something like that. Or Google watch. Or something like that, right? You pull that up. You click on a button. The hologram will say... It'll say... It'll have someone up saying, like, show my work history or show my qualifications. Click that button. It then allows you to send those qualifications over to your nearest employer. Or future employer. Or basically the person you're interviewing. Interesting technology. Yeah. Very interesting. And then... What else is there? Swag. I feel like Five Nights at Freddy's is gonna be a hit for Universal. I'm not gonna lie, man. I watched the movie. It was actually pretty decent. I liked it. I had a hunch it was gonna do well. Yeah, it was pretty good. I wasn't necessarily scared. But yeah, it was pretty good for the most part. I think Cory Kenshin was in the movie, too. He was a taxi driver. Yeah. I think Paramount, Lionsgate and Universal and maybe Warner Bros Discovery are probably the best ones. The film studios are probably doing the best right now. In Disney, it's just floundering and losing. It's a shame Roy Disney... It's a shame that Roy's not Roy Disney. The guy that basically filed, I think Michael S. Eisner. Like, the former CEO before Bob Iger. It's a shame that he's not alive anymore. I think if he was there, he would help. I think he'd be aligning with pelts and basically trying to overturn to basically take over the company. Did you know that there's actually a plan to take Disney private once? There was? Yes. Wow. Roy, a descendant of Walt Disney and Roy of Disney decided he didn't like the way this company was going. He was a former director. A former director. And that was very involved in the company, right? He decided he doesn't like the way Disney was going. He thought it was lacking creatively. He was planning on taking it private. He was considering selling the park business to save the movie business. But at the end of the day, he just couldn't do it. He couldn't destroy the thing but his great-great-grandfather worked on. So he ended up getting a board seat, right? Getting a board seat and trying to change ship around. And he had played a massive effort in firing people. Firing both executives. Got you. Sadly, he died in 2009, 2008. Wait, hold on. They were woke executives back then? Not woke, but they were making very bad decisions that were bankrupting the company. Okay, got you. The company was worth a dollar, Eric. A dollar? Yes, a dollar. That's how much the stock is now. And the stock is worth like 180 thingy, right? Wow, a dollar. But you got to remember back in that type of money, right? The dollar's worth a lot more back then. Ah, got you. So it's probably accumulated to now, it's probably worth about 10, 20 bucks a share. Okay. And now it's probably worth a lot more. Do you think the UK has got a better chance? So Jamie, do you think the UK has got a chance to grow and make it become an interesting hub for investment? Maybe not this election or the next, but the next election after that. There is a chance, to be honest. Do you think there's growth in this country or do you believe it's all gone and all we've got is a bunch of dead companies that are worth some money, but they're kind of like, they're so dead. It's completely screwed right now. There's not enough circulation in this economy. The thing is though, there's not enough people investing in Britain. They don't want to see it as a joke and they don't see it as a good country. It's great. It's got, there's some great companies in this country. Like I like America as well, but I want to invest in Britain. Like I see this company, I see companies in here, like companies in Scotland, companies in UK, companies in, like we've got supermarkets, we've got the broadband company, Vodafone. I think the whole thing with free is going to be interesting when they merge. You know, man, I miss the good old days, you know, just, I really do. So what do you think is the next big merger to happen? I'm not sure. Activision Blizzard. Nobody thought that would ever happen, but it did. I've seen it coming for a long, long time. Did you now? Did you play it? Yeah. Did you play that chord then? Did you invest in it? Take a fortune then if you saw it coming. Oh yes, it was. So you did invest in Activision Blizzard and make a fortune, Jamie. It's a bargain, that's for sure. There was some insider deals, was he? Possibly, yeah. Possibly. So, Risk, what has faith been up to? Not much. Continue to work, slowly investing. Oh, cool. All right, that's good. I think I'm going to, I cannot wait to see. I think we're going to see a bunch of mergers and acquisitions in the, I think we're going to see a bunch of mergers in the food sector in the next five years. Interesting. Perhaps, and what I would like to focus on, I would like to focus on, I think we're going to have a big, a massive merger, a semi-decent merger in the cereal category. And what I'm thinking is, I think, you know, I think the company that owns Post Holdings, the company that spun off from General Mills, right, a couple years back, that owns Oreo, a bunch of our brands. Do you think at some point, they're going to try and upload our brains to a computer? Oh, fucking yes. It's clear, honestly, I've been doing that. Oh, well, I'm just asking that, because like, you know, I watch the show. So you watched the uploads? No, I watched another show called Pantheon. Who would download our brain? I don't know. Well, to be honest, I have watched the show that basically depicts us literally, as soon as we die, getting put into a virtual reality. And it basically talks about there being so much companies merged together, but it's basically creating a massive monopoly, and there's no, and a massive conglomerate in a monopoly. Basically, it talks about us eating 3D printed, it talks to us about eating 3D printed food. Look, man, just let me die. Like, look, if I die, just let me die. And then they also try to freaking download, so they can literally surpass death. Is it called UI or something? Upload. Yeah, Upload Intelligence. No, just the TV show is just called Upload. It's basically about this guy called Nathan, right? He's a coder, right? He, a software developer. He's creating, he creates, he decides to create an, to create a, basically an afterlife for the public, right? And then it comes down to the point where a bunch of rich, big billionaires, right? Say, oi, oi, boy, you're trying to mess with my profits. So they end up murdering him, taking his company, and then basically, basically making this company a failure and that, and basically genociding at least 10 million of the population. On the whole, it's a failure of the people of earth. Good grief. Yes. And they also feed, they also talk, they also feed on, they also, they don't actually have any chickens anymore. They just feed us like 3D printed meats and, well, basically just cancerous, cancerous goo, pink goo. Yeah, because certainly that's good for us. That's messed up, man. Invincible's coming back though. Oh yeah, right. Okay. November 3rd, man. I can't wait for that. I can't wait. I can't wait to watch the second season of that. I think South, I think the new South Park episode's going to bring a lot of attraction to Paramount Plus. Yes, I think that's, that's like one of the, one of the shows that's really carrying Paramount Plus. Oh, what's, what's the new episode about? The, the pandaverse. The pandaverse, yes. It talks about it basically how it basically takes their, it rips the actual piss out of Disney and all of Hollywood for actively trying to actively try and diversify every character and make them make, make all male characters and gender swap them and make them black. Asian, African, and basically all females and possibly gay. I think the, I think the only like race swap character that succeeded was Spider-Man. Which one? Oh, Malice, Malice. Yeah, I think that's the only one that's, that's actually succeeded. Yeah, I agree. They just, they made a new character. So that's why it succeeded. It wasn't ripping off or trying to change it. They decided to make, they decided to push Snow White back by a year. They are partly adding in animated, animated gnomes. No animated, no animated dwarfs. Yo, guys. So we're no longer getting the gay, how many dwarfs is there normally, Jamie? In the Snow White movie? Yes. Seven. So we're no longer getting the seven transgender freaks. We're not getting seven actual dwarfs. Yes. Well, animated dwarfs. We're not getting actual live action dwarfs. Wait, they were going to make the dwarfs transgender? They were going to make them with multiple different races. Oh, okay. They served a fucking bullet. Cause now if that fucking releases a thing, Nelson would fucking take a fit and tell you, is this how you're spending my fucking money? Cause I would like, Jesus, we're a company Disney. We're not here to fucking shit about it and make no money. It's like these corporations don't realize we're for profit. It's like, it's like Disney doesn't even realize what it is. You do realize you're a fucking public company. You're a for profit organization, not a charity. Like these unions, right? They think that, Oh, we're, Oh, we're a fricking charity. You're a four. We're not for profit. We're here to make money. Like, seriously, this is the thinking of Hollywood. They think that we've got a limited pile of money. We're a for profit. We're here to make money. We're not here to dish out wages. Like this is some type of like, like active, active youth program. You know what? I wonder we're not a government. I wonder if we don't want everybody out for free to use the people. You know, I wonder if they're going to change the Snow White. They're going to recast her. They fucking shoot. She is useless. That woman, that woman, she said, she signed that live. She is a fricking idiot. And guess the, get this. Yeah. The actress that plays Snow White was allegedly involved in other projects, but given what she has done with Snow White, they, all those projects that she's working with, she was dropped from her completely. And people say, Oh, it's because of the strikes. We were not working on it. But some of the people that are part of the, I think they realize that she's a fucking asshole. Yeah. She was dropped anyway. To be fair, like daily wire is doing a Snow White. And I actually think, I hope the daily wire releases that at the same time as these bastards and proves them wrong in the same fucking month and the same fucking day. And let's have a bloody competition. Who does better? Daily wire or fucking Disney. I think daily wires. My bets are on bloody daily wire. Daily wire on top. Yeah. Brett Cooper's someone actually gives a fuck about Snow White. That woman. To the extent, let's be honest. She basically said, Oh, weird, weird. And basically he gave me credit that gave that the Prince gave her predator name. You said the Prince what? She basically said in an interview, the Prince gave me predator vibes. He gave me like somewhat reason. Like how mentally deluded do you have to be? Which Prince is she talking about? The one in Snow White. She apparently thought that this guy was a stalker. Dang. Wait, hold on. Wait, the woman who's playing Snow White? Yes. Yes. That the Wicked Witch of the West, Rachel Zegler, apparently thinks that the Prince in Snow White is a stalker. Why? What did he do? Wow. Is it because he's partly he partly she thought he was being too forward and trying to court her hand. Bro. But again, how the fuck does this woman expect to fucking get laid or meet someone if you're not? Oh, I'm not willing to put myself out there. Does she expect to come back in at her call? Like she's not that pretty. Was the guy was the guy white? In the original Snow White. Oh, I mean, I meant like, you know, the wait, hold on, wait, hold on. I thought we were talking about like, you know, like the guy who was playing the movie like that. No, no, it's the Prince in Snow White. Yes. Oh, OK. OK, got you. And from the original Snow White. Oh, OK. Got you. She's basically saying that she doesn't like the original Snow White. And again, if you don't like Snow White, why the fuck are you playing that role? That's what I'm saying. Yeah, we're doing it for money. You also said that if I'm if I'm dressed up in a dress, I deserve to get paid for every single hour. I say to her, well, to be fair, darling, you you're not that talented. She used to be lucky. You're a film business altogether. Is she even that cute? Give me a second. I'll put a picture of her in the chat. Yeah. Is she even that's what I'm wondering. Is she even that cute? Shoot, man. Talking about if I'm in an endearing type of like where I suppose you could say she kind of is, but her personality is bloody evil. Yeah, yeah. No, dudes would probably just like, you know, definitely hit it and quit. They've probably hit, but they've probably they probably want to go back. Uh, give me a second. Yeah, she's like one of Rachel Zegler, just from what I've seen of her, she doesn't see she seems entitled. Yeah, most people would probably hit it and quit, man. You know, I mean. If I was if I was if I was a messed up person, I would, too, you know, but, you know, I'm not going to I wouldn't waste my time. Give me a second. I'm looking this is a picture of her with makeup on. OK. All right. It's not bad, but she's not bad. You know, she looks like her personality is atrocious. Yes, you know, you know, you want to know why her personality is atrocious. Quite honestly, because she she actively doesn't care about the roles that she's doing that and I get it. She's just trying to make money. But if you don't actually to a point, if you don't resonate with the script, how the fuck are you supposed to do well in a movie? That's true. You're supposed to try to show the emotion of the of the character. Maybe I'm just an old fashioned. But her personality, her personality is probably bad because, like, well, she gets a bunch of attention. She gets a lot of attention and she has a bunch of attention. She's like me, the me generation that basically thinks that, oh, the world worships them. But like that, they basically think that they deserve this paycheck because of all they want to do. And you don't like nobody's entitled. They think they're entitled to a paycheck. But you know what? Like, no offense, but Hollywood in general, they haven't been doing well. For the last decade, if I'm being honest, the whole business landscape in general, every single sector hasn't really been doing well. Yo, risk. I have an I have I just came up with something, you know, instead of this generation being Gen Z or Gen Alpha, they should call themselves Gen me because, like, literally, like, it seems to be all about me. It's all about me. Me, me, me, me. Pour me a drink. Gen me like generation me because, like, people are very fitting.

"Would he have to suffer? He created the world, he's the Elf of the Omega. This is, again, the greatest of all paradoxes, that goodness itself would have to suffer such profound evil, innocence itself would have to suffer such profound evil. And the short answer, which of course we have to live into, is that he went to the cross because he wanted us to know that even though we feel alone when we suffer, he has entered every single aspect of suffering and he is with us. The terrible way of dying, which is the cross, is symbolic of all of the types of suffering that human beings can inflict upon one another

A highlight from HH1 The Cross Conquers Evil The Heart of Hope w/ Deacon James Keating Ph.D. Discerning Hearts podcast

"Discerninghearts .com presents The Heart of Hope, Suffering, and the Cross of Christ with Deacon James Keating. Deacon Keating is a professor of spiritual theology and serves as a spiritual director at Kenrick Lenon Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri. Deacon Keating has led more than 400 workshops in areas of morality and spirituality and has authored numerous books including The Way of Mystery, Listening for Truth, and Spiritual Fatherhood, The Heart of Hope, Suffering, and the Cross of Christ with Deacon James Keating. I'm your host, Chris McGregor. In the Christian life, we embrace the cross. We wear necklaces around our necks. We have them in our homes. They're to point us to something. Why a cross? Why is that our symbol? It's the symbol of our greatest fear, really. That greatest fear is surrender in love. Just from the human point of view, so many of us hedge our bets when we choose to love. We'll put limits on it. We have those nuptial agreements today now before we get married, you know, that we hedge our bets and we're afraid. We're afraid to be disappointed. We're afraid that surrender to love may hurt, there may be pain in it, and we look for ways to escape it. And so it's a paradoxical symbol of repulsion and attraction where we know that in our deepest nature we're made to love, to surrender, to give without bounds to love, and at the same time that sounds an awful lot like death to us. And so we hedge our bets and we hold back. So the symbol of the cross, from our point of view, is this great symbol of the place we want to go but we're afraid to go, that place of complete self -giving in love. Why would Jesus, our Savior, our God, have to embrace that cross? Why would he have to suffer? He created the world, he's the Elf of the Omega. This is, again, the greatest of all paradoxes, that goodness itself would have to suffer such profound evil, innocence itself would have to suffer such profound evil. And the short answer, which of course we have to live into, is that he went to the cross because he wanted us to know that even though we feel alone when we suffer, he has entered every single aspect of suffering and he is with us. The terrible way of dying, which is the cross, is symbolic of all of the types of suffering that human beings can inflict upon one another or that nature can inflict upon us. And Jesus wanted every human being to know that in that suffering, whether it's a health suffering or a relationship suffering, where we feel like we are forgotten, that we are abandoned, we are lost, we are alone. He wanted us to know that he has entered into every bit of that darkness himself. This is who God is. God does not take us out of the human condition. God because he loves us and created us, God enters the human condition. And the human condition is one of limit and finitude, which brings on suffering. And so he suffered because he loved. And as Pope Benedict said, then Cardinal Ratzinger, whenever you think about God suffering, whenever you think about Jesus suffering, you immediately have to think about Jesus, God, loving, because he suffers only because he loves. We're called to be Christ to the world. So does that lead us embracing that same type of suffering? It does when we understand the cross as this. The cross is meeting evil with love. And so in that way, yes, every Christian, everyone who bears the name Christ, must also enter the cross, must enter the reality of meeting evil with love. Because we are baptized, we are baptized into this great mystery of Jesus's life, death, and resurrection. And we bear that as a witness to the world that we are not going to escalate evil. We are not going to be hopeless in the face of evil. We are somehow, and in our small way, by the grace of the Holy Spirit, we are going to confront evil with love, meaning that when bad things happen to us, we are going to will the good. We are going to, at its deepest level, even in the midst of this evil, I'm going to maintain relationships with those whom I love. This evil is not going to take these relationships away. I'm going to stay connected in the midst of this evil. I'm going to continue to commune with God, with love, with those in my life whom I love. I'm going to meet this evil, my dying, the ultimate evil, sin, my need for conversion, the penultimate evil. All of the cancers and all of the sicknesses that confront us, I'm going to meet this evil in communion with those whom I love, in communion with God. Evil is not going to separate me out and leave me isolated and alone. In the midst of this evil and suffering, I'm going to go more deeply into love. This becomes the great witness of the Christian. See how those Christians love one another. Even in the midst of horrific evil, love is still seen because the Christian bears love into evil and redeems it by the grace of Christ. That entering deeply into love, that's at the heart of why we pray, isn't it? We're called to pray to open up our hearts, to sustain our identities in relationship. I am not an I, I am a we. I am a relationship. And evil always tries to rip that apart and sort of isolate me and throw me in the corner by myself and say, you'll never get through this, you're weak, you're bad, you're alone. And if we begin our days from the time we are little children till the time we're adults, suffering the coming of Christ, in other words, it's not natural for us to want to pray. It's work in the very beginning to pray. And so in the very beginning, we pray in such a way that it seems like it's a duty. As Christ enters us more deeply, this becomes who we are. We are the beloved of God. And so prayer itself becomes our identity. It reaches down to our very being. And as we pray, we go more deeply into that relationship between myself, the Church, Christ, the Trinity, the Saints. Deeper and deeper, I go into all of these relationships that identify me and sustain me. Then, when evil confronts me, I am able to withstand it without losing my identity. In fact, for the holiest among us, evil becomes the occasion for deepening my intimacy with God, deepening my identity as one who is loved by God, because this person has prayed for so long, and this person has found their identity deep within their being. You are my beloved son. You are my beloved daughter. Even though this is befalling you now, I am with you. And of course, we go back to your original question, what is the meaning of the cross? How dare you say that God is with you in this suffering? It looks as if God has abandoned you, but no. He has entered into every aspect of our suffering. And so, my son and my daughter, I am closer to you now than I have ever been before. It looks like you're abandoned, but in reality, this is the time of your visitation. This is the time for deepening your intimacy with me. And so, prayer becomes crucial to withstand suffering, to undergo its deepest meaning and purification. And this is why, more and more, we have to teach parishioners that prayer is not an ancillary or auxiliary type of reality in the parish, wouldn't it be nice if I was a prayer? But it's constitutive of being Catholic. It's at the very heart of being Catholic, you must learn how to pray, because you must learn to welcome God at deeper and deeper levels. If we welcome God into deeper levels, aren't we in danger of having Him expose those things we don't want Him to see? Well, we're experts at hiding from love. It's more natural for us to run from the truth because of the wound of original sin. And so many marital problems and personality problems are linked to this not wanting God to see us. And God is very gentle, very persistent in His love. And He comes very close and He wants to ask us, what are you afraid of? And a lot of times our answer is, I'm afraid of pain. And so I really don't want you getting too close to me, because then I may have to tell you the truth of my own self -hate, my own sadness, my own darkness, my own sins. I may have to actually tell you who I am. And so let's just keep this religion thing superficial, shall we? Let's keep it a duty on Sunday that I'm to show up at an institution and then I'll feel like I have done something for this relationship. But God is saying to us, that's just a mirage. I want to come so close so that you define yourself by my love of you. And I know that's frightening, but would you please trust me because I have come so close to you as to take on your flesh and your blood and to die your way of death. And I did all of this so that you would know you are loved and yet you keep running from me because you're afraid and because you don't like pain and I understand all this. But please look to the cross and see that I stopped running and I let the human condition define me as a man and I took on everything that you are now carrying and everything that you are now hiding. And now just trust me that whatever you're carrying and hiding, I will understand and I will have compassion for you. And do not be afraid to let me go deep, for in allowing me close is the very definition of your happiness. And the longer you keep me from the deepest things of your heart, the longer you will carry your sorrows and your griefs by yourself. Of course this can only compound the sadness of the human condition. And so in some way, as human beings, we're our worst enemies. God wants to come so close and yet we keep him at a distance because of this fear of pain. A highlight from The Top 5 Most Inflammatory Food Ingredients to Avoid

You see, in our modern world, toxic is the new normal. No matter how health conscious you try to be, the truth is that every single day, you're being bombarded by harmful toxins and stressors. Glutathione fights free radicals and molecules that cause cellular damage while repairing DNA and flushing out toxins, but here's the thing. Not all glutathione supplements are created equal. If you're taking glutathione in capsule or tablet form, you're missing out on key nutrients as they will simply pass through your body without being absorbed. You can thank your stomach acid for that. However, our friends over at Puroality Health have a patented formula that utilizes something called Mycell Liposomal Technology, which delivers the nutrients into your bloodstream, proven to be 800 % more efficient. Even better, it's backed by a 180 -day money back guarantee. And today we have a 30 % off coupon for you. Just visit PuroalityHealth .com, that's P -U -R -A -L -I -T -Y -H -E -A -L -T -H .com, and use the coupon code DRJ to access 30 % off today. Again, that coupon code is DRJ. Use that at PuroalityHealth .com and check out their Mycell Liposomal Clutathione. This podcast is an audio recording of one of my most popular YouTube videos on the top five most inflammatory foods to avoid. Super critical that we understand these foods, these food ingredients, and that we're reading labels and making sure we're avoiding them so we can keep inflammation under control in our body. And you guys are going to really enjoy this. If you know anybody that's looking to improve their nutrition, please share this podcast with them. If you've not subscribed to our channel, do that now so you never miss one of these important trainings. And also take a moment and leave us a five -star review. I've got a great one here from Mary. She says, Dr. Jockers has helped me learn how to take better care of my body through this informative podcast. Thank you for sharing your faith. Thanks so much, Mary. You guys can leave your five -star review. Just go to Apple iTunes, wherever you listen to the podcast, scroll to the bottom where it says, leave a review and leave us a five -star review. When you do that, it helps us reach more people and impact more lives. Thanks so much for doing that and let's go into the show. Hey, today we're talking about the five most inflammatory foods that you want to avoid. These foods drive up inflammation. We know that inflammation is at the root. Chronic inflammation is at the root of all chronic degenerative diseases. We're talking about things like dementia, Alzheimer's, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, autoimmune conditions. All of them at the root have chronic inflammation and much of that can be avoided because it comes from our diet and so we've got to get our diet, our nutrition right in order to keep inflammation down so we can think better, feel better and really thrive in life. And so these are the foods we want to make sure we avoid. Number one, processed sugar and high fructose corn syrup. So if you see sugar as an ingredient, most of the time it's not a good thing. Sometimes in some cases, maybe like a fermented coconut water or something like that possibly could be good. But in general, if you see sugar as an ingredient in something, it's not good. It's going to be processed sugar. And also if you see high fructose corn syrup or any type of corn syrup, you want to make sure you avoid that super high glycemic impact which drives up your blood sugar and drives up your insulin levels, drives up inflammation in the body, causes weight gain, causes blood sugar imbalances and again drives up inflammation. So got to avoid that. Number two, processed seed oils and trans fats. What does that mean? What is a seed oil? So we take a seed, for example, let's say corn actually is considered a seed. So we take the corn, the kernel of it, and we press it to get oil. There's not actually a whole lot of oil in there. And so we have to press it, you know, we have to take a lot of corn, right? In fact, to create one ounce of corn oil, you have to take a thousand bushels of corn. And so you would never get that in nature. However, it's really easy to do, you know, because our government subsidizes the production of corn. It's easy for manufacturers to get. It's really cheap for them. So they're able to produce it and you can get some some salad dressing that uses corn oil as their base, pour it on your salad and you get an ounce of corn oil and that corn oil is really high in omega -6 fats, it's damaged fats, it's pro -inflammatory fats that are unstable and drive up oxidative stress and inflammation in the body. So we want to make sure we're avoiding these seed oils, corn oil, soybean, safflower, cotton seed, peanut oil, sunflower oil, canola, I mentioned peanut oil. I think I mentioned most of them, cotton seed. So we want to make sure that we're avoiding those and also anything that says partially hydrogenated or hydrogenated oil, that is a trans fat, highly reactive in the body, highly inflammatory. And what happens is these denatured fats, these denatured polyunsaturated fats and trans fats get into the cell membrane of all the cells of our body and they will literally sit there for six months to a year sometimes. So it takes you roughly six months, sometimes a year, to actually detoxify these out of your cell membrane to get the inflammation under control. So you want to do everything you can to reduce your exposure to them, to reduce any level of consumption of those seed oils. Number three is gluten and you may have heard of gluten -free and gluten, but you may not know what it is. Gluten is a protein that's found in wheat, barley, rye, and chamouton spelt. Those are the main grains that have gluten. However, there's families of the actual gliadin compound that are found in all grains. And gluten can be problematic because some people have a major sensitivity or an allergy basically to it and they create a strong antibody response and they may be prone to things like celiac disease where the villi in the small intestine get completely destroyed. The villi are important. They're little pockets in the small intestine that are essential for our body to be able to really deliver and absorb nutrients into the bloodstream. When those pockets get destroyed, we're not able to extract nutrients from the food that we consume as effectively. There's brush border enzymes and all different types of mechanisms that allow us to utilize those villi to maximize nutrient absorption. So people with celiac disease, they right from the start have more trouble getting nutrients from their food. And there are a lot of people that have an allergy to gluten that doesn't even affect their digestive system. We call it non -celiac gluten sensitivity. So they have a sensitivity to gluten that primarily affects maybe their skin. Maybe when they eat gluten, they have more eczema or they have more joint pain or they have brain fog, depression, anxiety, different issues like that. And so non -celiac gluten sensitivity is a big issue as well. And then even if you feel like you tolerate gluten well, we know that gluten, the molecule, will actually stimulate the production of zonulin in your intestine. And zonulin is this protein that helps with the integrity of the tight junctions in between the intestinal cells called enterocytes. And the more zonulin that's produced, the looser those tight junctions become. So gluten has been shown, even in people that don't have a gluten sensitivity or gluten allergy, it has actually been shown to increase zonulin levels pretty dramatically to the point where the tight junctions in the gut become incredibly permeable, right? So the tight junctions, they become very, very loose and weak. And that increases the permeability and allows large undigested food molecules as well as bacteria and bacterial waste, things things like LPS, which we call endotoxin, as well as yeast, parasites, and all the different microbial waste to seep out into the bloodstream. And all of that microbial waste and large undigested food particles will stimulate the immune system to drive up inflammation in the body. So we know gluten is a major and a potent trigger of inflammation for some people more than others, but for all of us at some level, it's going to drive up inflammation. We talk all about the best advanced nutrition strategies to reduce inflammation and improve insulin sensitivity. There's a lot of things you can do if you are looking to lose weight, if you're looking to improve your blood sugar sensitivity. We know insulin resistance is at the root of all chronic inflammatory conditions, but there's a lot we can do from a nutrition perspective. We go through that in this interview. I talk a lot about intermittent fasting and how that helps improve mitochondrial function, helps improve blood sugar stability and turn on fat burning. We talk about how to improve your stomach acid, bile flow, pancreatic enzymes, so you can reduce the amount of endotoxins that are released from your gut and into your bloodstream that drive up inflammatory activity in your body. So this is a really powerful presentation showing you exactly what you need to do to stabilize your blood sugar, to burn fat for fuel and reduce inflammation. If you know anybody that's dealing with type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, perhaps they're overweight looking to lose weight or they're obese, please share this episode with them. And you can also check out the Reversing Type 2 Diabetes Summit that Dr. Yates is putting on. So with Dr. David Jockers, we're going to introduce him in just a moment here. He's a doctor of natural medicine and runs one of the most popular natural health websites online in drjockers .com and has gotten over a million views for monthly visitors and his work is really popular. It's been seen on shows like The Dr. Oz Show and Hallmark Home and Family. He's the author of the best -selling book, The Keto -Metabolic Breakthrough and also The Fasting Transformation. He's a world -renowned expert in the area of ketosis, fasting, brain health, inflammation and functional nutrition. He also hosts his popular Dr. Jockers Functional Nutrition podcast. Be sure to look up his work, check out what that he's offering. Dr. Jockers, welcome to our summit. Thanks so much, Dr. Beverly. Great to be on with you. Yeah. You know, I've really been excited for our talk because I think that there are so many ways in which people can eat and nourish themselves and some things are certainly more helpful or successful when it comes to blood sugar control and glycemic regulations than others. So with that in mind, let's dig in right away here. So please, if you would share with us your perspective here, what is inflammation and how does it develop? Yeah. Inflammation is just a natural process of healing. In fact, it's actually designed to help protect our body from some sort of chronic systemic infection and so, well, not chronic infection, but some sort of systemic acute infection from killing us quickly. And so I think we look at the history of mankind. More people have died from infections that got into our bloodstreams, bloodstreams spread throughout our body, went into major vital organs and killed us is what used to kill most of our ancestors. And so our body has created this inflammatory process to help protect against that. So the infection that gets in doesn't get into our lungs and cause pneumonia or our nervous system and cause meningitis. And so in order to do that, we created this inflammatory process to keep basically infection under control. And it's also part of the healing process. We break down damaged tissue and we try to remove that in order to build new healthy tissue. So for example, if we sprain our ankle, we're going to break down that tissue and try to rebuild new healthy tissue in that area. So inflammation itself is life saving. The issue is that it should be turned off when the appropriate area is healed. And so in our society, we have certain vectors that are turning up inflammation. For example, one is called leaky gut, right? So when somebody has leaky gut, there's damage, micro damage to the intestinal lining. And every time that person's eating food, particularly food that causes more gut irritation, they are further tearing that gut lining and they're not really allowing their body to heal properly. And therefore, they're spewing out bacteria and endotoxins into their bloodstream through that lining, through that hole. And that's driving up inflammation in the body because the body thinks that it's under attack from some sort of systemic infection or some sort of basically infectious process that could be life threatening. And so we've got to do what we can to get inflammation under control in our society. And so I think about it like a fire in a fireplace. You know, if the fire is on in the fireplace, it's great. It warms the house. You know, it creates a great environment, an ambiance. However, when we dump gasoline on the fire, right now it spreads on the walls and starts to burn our home. And obviously that's when it's a major issue. And so in our society, we have lifestyle habits that are dumping gasoline on the fire and causing us to burn up our home. And we just don't really understand it. We don't realize that's actually what we're doing to our body. And then we later, you know, after doing this for years and years and years, we get diagnosed with the chronic disease. But this is many years of chronic inflammation, damaging cells, tissues and organ systems of our body leading to, you know, that disease diagnosis. Absolutely. Absolutely. Thank you for laying that out so clearly. You know, it's so interesting in clinical work, sometimes it comes up. People are like, this just happened to me overnight, thinking that their body has attacked them or betrayed them and that their diagnosis has come on all of a sudden when in reality, nope, this was years in the making. So thank you so much for pointing that out for us. So anyone listening to this, if you have an inflammatory problem, please know. It took time for it to develop and it will take some time for it to heal. The good news is, if healing is possible, that it's likely to be a lot faster compared to the silent onset process. It's like too bad. It would be great if our body, as we get more and more inflamed, gave us a sound or a noise or maybe we turned polka dotted or something so we can know that something's going on here, you know? Yeah, for sure. And many times people do have chronic symptoms that are giving them a warning sign. And we just ignore it in our society, right? It's kind of like a check engine light goes on in our car. Typically we know, okay, I need to bring this in and get it looked at. But in our society, if we have headaches, chronic headaches, if we have chronic gut pain, if we have chronic joint pain, if we have skin rashes, acne, eczema, if we are gaining weight and we try some lifestyle strategies and we're just not losing weight, if we're gaining weight and we can go on and on, in our society, oftentimes the first thing we do is we go right to some sort of medication or we try to just ignore it. It's like we just let the check engine light stay on or we take some duct tape and just kind of stick it over it and pretend that everything's okay with the car. And that's really what we're doing. We're not actually getting to the root cause. Exactly. So that brings me to my very next question for you, which is this. What are some of the root causes of inflammation and how can this be measured quantitatively with lab testing? So when we look at root causes of chronic inflammation, one, and this is what you're really addressing in this summit, is a diet and lifestyle that is not right, right? So high blood sugar and insulin resistance, primarily driven by the food that we're consuming and lack of exercise, right? Lack of movement, food that we're consuming, obviously stress plays a role. So high stress, poor sleep hygiene and poor sleep quality. Sleep quality is super important. We've got to make sure we're sleeping really well when we are sleeping, but also proper hygiene when it comes to sleep. That plays a big role with our sleep quality. For example, shift workers, they might sleep eight or nine hours, but because they're sleeping at the wrong hours that are not right with, you know, humans, natural circadian rhythm or we're supposed to be sleeping at night, they tend to have higher levels of blood sugar and insulin resistance compared to people that are sleeping the same amount of hours and working kind of a normal shift and then sleeping overnight. So those are major factors. And then beyond that, we have things like chronic infections. So we know that when we have different infections, whether it's a candida overgrowth in our gut, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, H. pylori infections in our stomach, parasite infections, Lyme disease, things like that, that all drives up inflammatory processes in our body. Chronic overload of toxicity. All of us are exposed to chemicals in our air, water and food. So all of us have levels of toxicity coming into our system. But if our drainage and detoxification pathways are working properly, we should be eliminating a good amount of those and keeping our toxic bucket under control. And so we all have kind of like a toxic threshold. And so if we keep things under that threshold by keeping, you know, by limiting our exposure to toxins and then by allowing our body to detox and drain effectively, then, you know, that doesn't drive inflammation. However, if we're consuming lots of toxins from the food, we eat the air, we breathe the things we're putting on our skin, the water we're drinking, and then we're not doing things to help improve our lymphatic system, our liver, our gut, our kidneys. Right. We're not we're not peeing. You know, we should be urinating. Right. We should be peeing out toxins. We should be breathing them out. So respiration, perspiration, that's sweating, urination and defecation. Right. So we should be peeing, pooping, breathing. And sweating out these toxins. If we're not doing that, then our toxic load goes up, goes over that threshold, drives inflammation in the body. So toxicity is a big factor. You know, I mentioned stress. There can also be things like post -traumatic stress disorders. Right. So where somebody's had major trauma and their body never really recovered from that trauma and they're kind of reliving that trauma. Maybe somebody that was a war veteran or perhaps they were sexually abused or something along those lines. Right. They may relive those traumas on a regular basis, driving up inflammation in the body. So all of these things need to be addressed and and considered. Somebody might be living in a mold toxic house, right, breathing in mold and mycotoxins on a daily basis. They're trying to live a healthy lifestyle, but they're constantly overloading their their system with toxins. And so we've got to be able to look at all of those factors and make sure that we're addressing those to keep inflammation under control. Now, when we're measuring inflammation on labs, there's some easy labs that we can look at. You know, you can get done on blood work. For example, one of the most common is high sensitivity C reactive protein. CRP is a protein that our body, our immune system produces in response to inflammation. And, you know, so long as you don't get a false negative, like if you work out really intensely right before you get your blood test done, your CRP will be through the roof. That's actually a healthy level of inflammation, because after we exercise, we have inflammation to help our body heal and recover. So normally you want to not work out roughly 48 hours before getting the test done, ideally at least 24 hours. So you get the right measurement and your HSCRP should ideally be under one and really as close to zero as possible. And so typically it's not flag tie unless it's up over two or three, somewhere in that range. But anything over one is a sign that there's underlying inflammation there. And that's something that we definitely want to look at and address. So that's a big factor. You know, I know in this in this summit, I'm sure you've got people talking about things like hemoglobin A1C. We know hemoglobin A1C, that's a sign of the glycation process or basically when a sugar molecule binds to a major protein, like in this case, when it binds to hemoglobin, major protein that helps bring oxygen to the cells in the body and denatures the hemoglobin. And so it causes a sticky protein process. So we should have ideally like the optimal range really is is really under under 5 .2 on the hemoglobin, 5 .2 percent under. And so typically in our society, nothing is flagged until it's up over six, up over six percent. I like to keep mine under five, right? Between four point five and five. Some are in that range to make sure that my hemoglobin, my red blood cells have great capacity to bring oxygen to the cells so I can create the cellular energy I need to really thrive. So hemoglobin A1C is a really good marker. There's another one actually that you can test, too. It's it's it's called a novel marker for systemic inflammation. It's called GlycA, right? And so it's also a marker of glycosylation and again, a sugar molecule binding to proteins. In this case, GlycA looks at proteins particularly involved in the immune system. And so when that's elevated, I like to see it between one hundred and three hundred. Some are in that range, more closer to one hundred when it's up over three hundred. We know that's a sign of systemic inflammation. In fact, there are some individuals that will have normal HSCRP, but we'll see the GlycA elevated. And so that's a really good it's a novel marker. They've just been doing a number of studies on that, really starting just in the last five years. Very interesting marker. We know, for example, statin drugs will have a cholesterol lowering medications can have a mild anti -inflammatory effect that may bring CRP down, but they don't bring GlycA down. Whereas a lot of lifestyle strategies that you're talking about on the summit will help bring both of those markers down. And so that's a that's a really important thing to be looking at. Another key marker is LDH, lactate dehydrogenase, which is part of our natural energy, you know, our glycolysis and Krebs cycle. It's kind of a Krebs cycle glycolysis intermediary enzyme. And so when that's elevated, it's a sign that there's inflammation, particularly heart tissue related as well as liver. Right. Could be related to liver. And speaking of liver, liver enzymes are another really good marker. So when we're seeing liver enzymes like ALT, AST, GGT, when these when these are elevated up over roughly up over 25, that's a sign that there's inflammation affecting the liver cells. And then based on the ratios, for example, if ALT is real high, AST is kind of in the normal range, roughly 10 to 25 in that normal range. We know that inflammation is really affecting the liver when AST is high and ALT is more in the normal range or a lot lower than AST. We start thinking about that inflammation affecting muscle tissues or affecting the heart in particular. So that's a key marker for that. When GGT is real high up over 25 again and the AST and ALT are lower than the GGT, then we start thinking about biliary tree, gallbladder, bile ducts, that region. So it kind of helps us understand more of where that inflammation may be located. So these are just some of the markers. You know, if you get a good a good look, you know, you can also look at just a lipid panel, like where you're looking at your LDL, which is considered the bad cholesterol, your triglycerides, your HDL levels. We like to see the triglyceride to HDL ratio. If there was one thing I was going to look at on a lipid panel, I think all the markers can have some importance. We can get some good clinical data from all those markers. But if there was one marker I think is most important to look at, it would be the triglyceride to HDL ratio. So how many triglycerides, which are basically free fatty acids that our body can use as an energy source that are circulating in the bloodstream versus the high density lipoproteins, which are a carrier molecule that helps bring fats, lipids, all different types of molecules back to the liver from the cells. And so when we're looking at that ratio, we ideally should be under two. So under two parts triglyceride to HDL, roughly close to one. And that kind of close, as close to one as possible, one part triglyceride, one part HDL, like to see that triglyceride level certainly under a hundred. OK, and we look at that. That is a key marker for insulin resistance and inflammation. If your triglyceride to HDL ratio is up over two, if your HDL is under 50, you know, triglycerides are up over a hundred. You know, definitely a sign of insulin resistance and inflammation taking place in the body as long as the test is done fasting. Right. We always want to make sure with the lipid panel definitely can be affected if we eat a meal right before we we get that lab done. But that's a really key marker to look at and helps us understand how well our body's responding to getting nutrients into the cells. So when triglycerides are real high, we're not good at burning fat for fuel. We've got all these extra fats out in the cell or outside in the bloodstream. And those fats can become denatured and cause more reactive oxygen species and drive up oxidative stress and inflammation in the system. So all very important markers to be looking at. A lot of these tests are not expensive, but glyca is a little bit more pricey. But most of the other ones you can easily get from your physician. Just go in, ask for the high sensitivity, high sensitivity to your reactive protein, lipid panel, liver enzymes. Right. They'll run all of those. And then one other marker that we should look at as well as vitamin D levels are 25 hydroxy vitamin D. A lot of research out showing that levels on certainly under 30 nanograms per milliliter, where you're you're the lab will actually flag you as deficient, you know, linked with all cause mortality. So if you have levels under 30, you're all cause mortality, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, neurodegenerative condition. We talk about any sort of chronic disease and then dying of anything goes up. Right. So it's really easy actually to bump that up. Ideally, we do it by getting in the sun. However, most of us just not getting enough sunshine. We may not be living in an area where the sun's going to impact us in a significant way to get the vitamin D if we're up. Let's say we live in Canada, we live in Maine, we live in these northern climates. It's going to be harder to get enough vitamin D from the sun. But if we are in a you know, even if we are in that location, like in the summer months, trying to get as much sun on as much of your body as possible. Obviously, you don't want to burn. But outside of that, trying to get the sunshine is key. Sun offers a lot more benefits than just a vitamin D supplement. However, taking a vitamin D supplement as well can be really helpful. I usually recommend about a thousand international units per twenty five pounds of body weight taken with meals you do at one or two doses, depending on how much of that you need. And that will definitely get your vitamin D levels up. You want to test every three to six months or so and kind of look at where you're at. Ideally, I like to see it up over 60 nanograms per milliliter, usually not concerned about overdosing. The research shows that as long as you keep it really under about 150 nanograms per milliliter, you won't deal with any sort of, you know, toxicity, vitamin D toxicity. It's really hard to get it up over 150, although it can be done if you're taking like 50 ,000 units every single day. So if you're taking roughly five, 10, 15 ,000 units every day, you're probably going to optimize your vitamin D and do really well. And so those would be some of the key labs I would definitely recommend. All right, great, thank you for that list of people listening, friends, you know, here in the audience, please do take out your notes, get your paper and pen ready, or if you're keeping a Google doc or however you're keeping track and look at this list because it'll be helpful to you to help guide your own health and be aware. And you may find you're already working with a doctor who's doing these kind of testing. It's not time to time to up level. Hey, I just wanted to interrupt this podcast to tell you about my cell liposomal glutathione. This is an amazing product because our modern world is toxic. No matter how health conscious you try to be. The truth is that every single day you and I are being bombarded by harmful toxins and stressors, things like EMF, 5G, heavy metals, chemicals, processed foods and the like. And when left to roam free, these toxins take on the form of something called free radicals. Free radicals promote an unhealthy inflammatory response and contribute to oxidative on damage the cellular level. This is kind of like the browning of an apple. This is happening inside of our bodies at all times, and it's potentially leading to premature aging, a lower quality of life and a range of health problems. But the good news is that we can fight back with antioxidants and they are crucial in combating free radicals and keeping you on track. And one of the most powerful antioxidants known to man is glutathione. "Are hidden toxins and stressors making you feel run down and tired, worried about oxidative stress from exposure to EMF, 5G, heavy metals, chemicals, processed foods, and the like? You see, in our modern world, toxic is the new normal. No matter how health -conscious you try to be, the truth is that every single day, you're being bombarded by harmful toxins and stressors. If you're taking glutathione in capsule or tablet form, you're missing out on key nutrients as they will simply pass through your body without being absorbed. You can thank your stomach acid for that. However, our friends over at Pureality Health have a patented formula that utilizes something called My Cell Liposomal Technology, which delivers the nutrients into your bloodstream proven to be 800 percent more efficient. If you're looking to come off of sugar, then these three key tips are going to be absolutely critical to get results in the end, the sugar cravings. And so the first big tip is just a mindset shift to where you're saying I am worth it for many individuals. And this may or may not resonate with you. That's OK. Many of us really we have these self sabotaging thoughts and behaviors and oftentimes we're tired and we get this idea, hey, it would feel really, really good right now to have this sugar, to have the ice cream, to have whatever it is that you're craving. And you've got to remind yourself, I am worth more than that, that I am worth getting results and I am worth ending these cravings and I will not be enslaved a to craving, a flesh desire in this case. And so, you know, it's great to be able to enjoy good food. And the cool thing is when you're following a low carb, high healthy fat diet, when you're following a healthy diet, there's many great foods and great flavors that you get a chance to enjoy. But you are worth so much more than falling victim and being enslaved to cravings for sugar, processed foods and junk. So you want to shift it. You want to say I am worth it. And you also want to link pain to those foods. Literally, like if you crave, I don't know, Ben and Jerry's ice cream or, you know, some sort of, you know, I don't necessarily want to want to say anything bad about their brand, but some sort of processed food. Just whenever you think of that food, link it to pain that you may experience in your body, whether it's, you know, a mental, emotional thing like a relational problem, like your anger, like your anxiety. It could be a pain in your knees or in your back, or it might be the rashes. We might be rashes that you have on your skin or digestive problems. Link it to that problem, experience and feel the pain of living in that problem and link it in your mind to that food. And then you'll feel, hey, you know what? I don't want to go down that that trail. I don't want to go down that track and you'll make better choices. I just want to interrupt this podcast to tell you about this amazing product called Joint Support by Pure Health Research. A highlight from Ep368: Vegan Vs. Carnivore

"So, it's not really this or that that is going to give you the real result. The thing that's going to give you the actual result that you're looking for is cutting out the shit. Most hosts never achieve the results they hoped for. They're falling short on listenership and monetization, meaning their message isn't being heard and their show ends up costing them money. This podcast was created to help you grow your listenership and make money while you're at it. Get ready to take notes. Here's your host, Adam Adams. Hey, Podcaster. It's your host, Adam A. Adams, and we are talking today. It's vegan versus carnivore, but really, we are going to relate this to podcasting because in anything and everything that you do, this lesson, this analogy is going to work for you. And I thought it was interesting. There are people that only, only, only eat meat. The only thing they have, let's just say that they have beef three times a day or they might have eggs and beef three times a day or simply only, only, only, only beef, or maybe they're mixing it where they can have all sorts of meats, turkeys or fish or turkeys, turkey, fish, chicken, beef, bison, elk, you name it, duck, duck. That's my favorite. So we're talking about vegan versus carnivore in a way, and we're talking about how do we get to a result. And these people that only, only, only eat meat, they say that their inflammation goes down. They say that their body burns a lot of fat, a lot better than it used to because of ketones or whatever. They say that they feel stronger and healthier than ever. They feel more limber. They feel faster. Their heads are sharp. Their brains are really, really working. And then just if you go to the complete opposite of somebody who's practicing veganism, that means, I'm sure most of you know, but practicing veganism means you never eat meat. You probably don't even have fish because that's pescatarian. So you don't have any types of meat. You don't have really hardly any omega -3s. You don't have very much protein. It's pretty hard to get a good amount of protein. But somebody who's practicing a vegan diet, they swear by it. They say, I feel healthier. They feel happier. They feel lighter. They feel faster. And they try to say that their cholesterol is better. Their blood markers are better. And that's proof that it's working. And in both cases, here's the problem. Listen carefully. Here's the point that we're making. A strict carnivore diet cuts out a bunch of shit. It cuts out boxed crackers. It cuts out things that are processed. It cuts out a bunch of that crap, the shit. And veganism cuts out a lot of the shit too. You can't be a raw vegan and eat potato chips or French fries. You can't be a raw vegan and eat almost anything from box. So the carnivore diet and the vegan diet are opposites. A carnivore, literally, if somebody says I'm 100 % carnivore, it means I never eat vegetables or fruit. And if somebody who eats only vegetables and fruit, obviously they never eat meat. But here's the thing that's interesting. Listen carefully. In both cases, they swear by their diet. In both cases, they get results. So what's the difference? I've mentioned it before. And it happened to be in the teaser today. First part that you heard. A vegan and a carnivore, neither of them are eating the crap. Neither of them are eating the stuff that's terrible for them, the stuff in a box. Now, in case you don't want only dieting tips today, I'm gonna give you one more analogy. Here's the thing. I have been really focusing on my fitness. And somebody at CrossFit, we'll talk about CrossFit being so good and so helpful. And CrossFitters, and I am one, I was one. I actually went today. I love CrossFit. CrossFitters might say that's the best way to exercise. They might say that because we do a little bit of strength training and we do different movements every time. We're always mixing up the movements and the muscles and we're always surprising the muscles. And that's really how you grow. And I know a lot of CrossFitters, if they've been doing it for more than a year, and certainly if they've been doing it for more than two years, they probably look fantastic. They are probably able to do things that most of us can't do. They're probably able to do just fun acrobatic things. Like today, we did something called a muscle up. Look it up. Look up a muscle up. Go find this on YouTube or something and see what it is. They are not easy. And that was part of the workout. And so I did some muscle ups today. And what I'm saying is CrossFit is going to get you healthy and fit. It's going to allow you to have a variation of different things. So you can do some cardio. You can definitely do some strength training. You can do some HIIT workouts. You can do some high intensity stuff like HIIT workouts. You can do a variation of things. You can lift this way. You can lift that way. You do some power lifting. You do some Olympic lifting. You do some gymnastics. You do some cardio like running and biking and rowing. You do all of those things. And you are an all around a very, very healthy person. And so a CrossFitter is going to say, this is the best way. And then you look at somebody who just does this type of workout or that type of workout. Or you even narrow it down to just CrossFit. And you find out that almost no two gyms are programming the same workouts each week. And so it's like, well, how could that one work? And how could that one work? How could the carnivore diet work? And how could the vegan diet work? How could the bodybuilding diet work? And when you go even deeper to bodybuilding, I put together an idea, a five day workout split. And I gave it to, I think, four people that I trust. And one of them said, that's perfect. They agreed with me. Another one said, that's never gonna work. You have to get the result that you're looking for. You have to do this and this and this. And another one basically said it was so far off that it's not gonna work. Here's the thing. If you are moving and exercising, you're going to get fitter than if you're staying stagnant. And it's interesting. You could follow all of the diet advice. You could follow all of the lifting advice. You could do this person's workout or that person's workout. They're probably going to work because you're cutting out the shit. You're cutting out the bad stuff. When you are focused and motivated on doing this, you're probably cutting out the other things. So it comes also to your podcast. And I want you to be careful and cautious and notice that everybody's gonna have a different opinion. Somebody is going to say that you should just start your podcast right now and go ahead and do it on your cell phone and have bad audio quality because the audio quality doesn't really matter because nobody's really listening, they say. And another person will say, just start. You can change it later. Another person will say, you have to use this Blue Yeti, which please don't use the Blue Yeti. If you're curious what that is, it is a microphone that is terrible for podcasting, but they're really good at marketing for podcasters. And so they get a whole bunch of people using the wrong type of mic in their office and then they have a worse quality than they could if they didn't use it. But anyway, the point is somebody's gonna say, oh, just use a $20 mic. Another person is gonna say, you gotta spend at least 200 bucks. Another person is gonna say, you could just start with this one thing and upgrade later. Another person is gonna say, this $500 mic is the best one, that's the right one to go. And the problem is your head starts freaking spinning. Vegan, carnivore, bodybuilding, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, cross training, cycling. What should I be doing? Should I start a podcast? Should I not start a podcast? Should I start a podcast with this mic or with that mic? Because it's differing opinions. And here's the point. One is, yes, some people will give you some shit. The vegan diet, it'll probably work. Carnivore, it'll probably work. It's basically because you're not eating the crackers. But there are people that are like, oh, you can eat processed food all you want and then it changes your hormones and then you're grumpy, you're fat, you're this and that. So the point is that there's all sorts of advice and the right advice gets rid of the shit. The correct advice, the better advice gets rid of the shit. On this podcast, I do my absolute best to get rid of the shit, to allow you to be able to narrow it down. But there is gonna be somebody that says something opposite from me, but it'll work too. The vegan diet works, the carnivore diet works. Keto might work for a temporary amount of time and CrossFit could work, bodybuilding could work, maybe even running could work. It gets you out, it gets you moving. There are pros and cons to everything. There are probably pros and cons to veganism. There are probably some pros and cons to carnivore, but they will both work if you stick strict to them. CrossFit will work if you stick strict to them and whatever the advice is that you get from people, if you feel like it's not shit advice, follow it. Do it to the best of your ability. A highlight from The Necessity of God's Power (Part 1)

"God's Word has infinite power, and God's Word is true from the beginning to the end. And today on Encounter God's Truth, Bible teacher Dr. John Whitcomb presents part one of a message called The Necessity of God's Power. The Bible clearly explains that every person possesses a sin nature that renders us totally depraved. This desperate condition requires God's perfect ability in order to make it possible for anyone to believe the Gospel and be saved. This can never be accomplished by our feeble attempts to manipulate or trick people into accepting the Gospel. In this lesson, Dr. Whitcomb unfolds the place that arguments and evidences for the Christian faith should have and are witnessed in light of both the total depravity of man and the inspiration and authority of the Scriptures. If you have your Bible, you'll want to follow and listen carefully as we turn to a number of different passages in both the Old and New Testaments. I'm your host, Wayne Shepard, inviting you to go with me now inside the auditorium at Appalachian Bible College in Mount Hope, West Virginia, for this installment in our series Biblical Apologetics. Here's Dr. Whitcomb. And friends, I greet you once again in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, and what a name that is. Through Him, the whole universe was created, including the angels at the dawn of earth history. And through Him, the whole world is sustained, upheld, and directed. He's the Lord of history. Through His precious blood, we have been redeemed, confirmed by His bodily resurrection from the dead, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and He is coming again, perhaps today, to catch His bride away, to meet Him in the air. Are we ready? And He will come and establish His kingdom upon the earth. He will be the King of kings and Lord of lords. He is not only the Alpha, He is the Omega, the beginning and the end. And what a name, well known in the third heaven, the name we must know to approach God the Father. Now friends, we are faced in this world with an impossible commission. The Lord Jesus said, make disciples of all nations. And then He added some more impossible things. These disciples are to openly publicly identify with the three persons of the triune Godhead, the second person being Jesus of Nazareth. Now for a Jew, that would be an impossible commitment. You mean that mere man who died on a cross? How could he be the second person of a triune Godhead? And so we're to be baptized into the name of the Father and into the name of the Son and into the name of the Holy Spirit. And we are to teach people to observe all things whatsoever He has commanded us. You say that is impossible, impossible. In a godless world, a selfish world, a satanically dominated world, a sinful world, and therefore He guarantees it will work. And lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. And without Him, we can do nothing. And that's our purpose these days together, dear friends, yesterday. And I trust as well tonight. How do we accomplish the impossible task? Certainly not by shriveling it down and minimizing it so it's manageable by finite minds like ours. No, no. We don't compromise anything. Jesus said you're to teach them all things whatsoever I have commanded you. You say, well, Lord, there's so many things in here that I don't even understand that are so difficult. And God says, well, dear child, that's right. I have recorded things that are really impossible for you to fully fathom. And God is ultimately incomprehensible by finite minds. And we'll never know Him exhaustively, but thank God through the Holy Spirit and the Word of God we can know Him sufficiently and increasingly in the process of sanctification as we grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ and His wonderful, wonderful work and His ministry through the Holy Spirit on our behalf from day to day. Now, friends, we have seen already, I trust, that every effort to make people believe fails. And there are enormous movements today among Christians, even born -again Christians, not just nominal Christians, such as dominate, I'm sorry to say, the intelligent design movement, for example, that are using rationalistic methods to reach depraved hearts and minds. And I have to always say to people who ask about this term depravity, depraved hearts and minds, what does that really mean? Well, friends, from God's perspective, and that is the way the whole Bible is written from Genesis to Revelation, from God's perspective, the human mind is so poisoned and distorted through sin that no matter how nice we become through, hopefully, positive environmental influence of families and culture and society, like in our beloved nation of America, we are incapable totally of making ourselves acceptable to a thrice holy God. And that's the whole point of these passages that, frankly, in the Bible seems so shocking to me, at least. Listen to this one, Job 15, verse 14. What is man that he should be clean? And he which is born of a woman that he should be righteous. Behold, he putteth no trust in his saints. And I believe that reference probably is to angelic beings, righteous angels, primarily. Yea, the heavens are not clean in his sight. Even the third heaven is contaminated, as we shall see, for a special reason. Almost unbelievable. How much more abominable and filthy is man which drinketh iniquity like water? Now we had a huge aquarium in our home, huge by personal standards, under a beautiful window where the sun would frequently come in and just inflame those goldfish in there. six And our children just loved watching those goldfish slither through that water, and we often asked ourselves the question, do those fish know that they're wet? What do you think? Well first question, are they wet? Do they know they're wet? Why not? They're immersed in that medium to such an extent they don't even know they're in it. That's the point. And a fish discovers, if we can put it that way, how wet he is when you take him out of the water and he flounders around desperately longing for his normal, natural environment. And that's God's shocking picture, you see, of us and our sin nature. We're so immersed in a sinful world, Satan's world, with people of the world and possessed as we are of a sin nature that we're really not even shocked, we're not even aware of it, we're not even offended by it, we're not even depressed by it. We just sort of drink iniquity like water and it's just a normal way of living. And when God takes us out of that through regeneration, increasingly through sanctification, we become more and more sensitized to what sin really is so that you can read what the apostle Paul said, which I read with amazement. And I think maybe he's really not serious when he said, I am the chief of what? Sinners. You see, this is ridiculous. I mean, you're just playing games with words, sir. Chief of sinners. Why, you're an apostle of the Lord Jesus Christ and you've been gifted, you know, with prophetic messages and capacities to listen to and communicate the will and mind of God uniquely and you're an apostle. And what do you mean you're the chief of sinners? That is a genuine mark of self -awareness through the Holy Spirit's illumination. Now, of course, friends, we can become totally defeated and depressed if we look at this from just one perspective. We must do like the apostle Paul, while admitting he was the chief of sinners and not worthy to be an apostle and the least of all the saints, et cetera, et cetera, nevertheless, he knew that in Christ, he had infinite power. And that's the perfect balance. Never depending on ourselves or anything in ourselves, but only and totally and exclusively on him. Would you turn with me to Ephesians chapter two? Look at verse one. And you hath he quickened, or made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins. Dead. And I say, well, Lord, isn't that somewhat of an exaggeration? Keep reading. Wherein in time past you walked according to the course of this world. Now, this is a definitive statement of all people who are unsaved. According to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience, and that is disobedient people, among whom also we all had our conversation, our manner of life in times past, in what? Watch it now. In the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind. And we're by nature the children of wrath. That is, we are under the wrath of God, apart from Christ, even as others. And you say, well, Lord, that's serious. Well, friends, turn over to Ephesians 4 and look at how the Spirit of God brought to the pen of the Apostle Paul words that even more emphatically clarify what total depravity is. Ephesians chapter 4, let's begin with verse 17. Having this I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk. Now, walk, you understand, means just a manner of life, just your whole course of life, your day -by -day routines. In the vanity of their mind, having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them because of the blindness of their heart, who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness to work all uncleanness with greediness. You say, well, Lord, that must be a description of radical sinners. Is that a picture of every person who is not born again? And friends, here we have to be careful. Careful. You don't look at a person, a loving person, a lovely person, apparently an honest person of good reputation and start applying verses like this directly to that person. You don't look at a newborn baby and say to the mother, this is a total sinner. Careful in this. But the Bible says drastic things, even about children, that only the blood of Jesus can solve. Psalm 51, Behold, I was shapen in iniquity and sin did what? Did my mother conceive me? That doesn't mean she was a specially sinful person or that becoming a mother is a sinful act. It means I have an infinitely deep problem that cannot be traced back to something I did when I was younger, a teenager or something. No, I was sinful. I had a sin nature I inherited from my mother and father who inherited their sin nature from their parents. And by the way, let me just give a side point on this. The reason Jesus had no sin nature is not because Mary was sinless, but because the Holy Spirit overshadowed her and controlled that aspect of her mother's nature. He inherited her nature and through her, you see, a connection with the human race, especially back to David, the king. But he did not inherit her sin nature. By the way, if she had no sin nature, then how could she have been born from a sinless mother who was born from sinless mother? This is total absurdity. You see, a stupendous miracle occurred at the conception of Jesus. He is the only baby ever born sinless in the history of the world or ever will be. You say, sir, these are very disparaging things to say about beautiful babies. Well, friends, that's why, of course, we know that every baby that's conceived is not created by God, but what? Procreated through sinful parents back to Adam who sinned. In Adam, we all sinned, Romans 5 -12. This is a very difficult Bible teaching to fathom. But I believe, as many of us do, that by a special work of God's grace, and this has problems with it, too, that I can't fathom, that unborn babies that are aborted or newborn babies or children earlier than the age of accountability, whatever that might be, are provided for by Christ who says, they behold the face of my father, of their angels in heaven. I mean, there's something about this that is very mysterious. David said about his baby that God killed, the first baby from Bathsheba, you remember. I will go to him. He cannot come to me, but I'll go to him. And that has to mean heaven. I'm going to see my baby. Now, friends, unless we think deeply about this, you see, we're hopeless in terms of being a witness to anybody and leading anybody to the Lord. If we allow for one moment the thought to cross our mind that people aren't quite as bad as the Bible seems to say they are, and therefore I can manipulate them and I can illuminate them by my brilliance and my superior knowledge and understanding, and I can outwit them and outsmart them, and they will have to be, what, converted through me. You say, well, I'd never think that. But there are thousands of Christian leaders, friends, who operate on that basis today. It's called rationalistic apologetics. It's a horrible sounding word, isn't it? But here's what the Bible says, that that mind that you're going to change by better arguments, by intellectual proofs of the truth of the Bible and Christianity and arguments even for wonderful, obvious truths like the bodily resurrection of Jesus, will fall on total dead rock. No response if it is your word and your opinion and your theories and your arguments and your evidences that are being used.

Podcast Highlight: Tips to Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally

"Started doing some research on foods and beverages that helped to lower blood pressure naturally. My meds were about to run out in the following week. And I really wanted to find a natural means to get my blood pressure normal and keep it normal. So there were a few things I learned that seemed really simple to incorporate into my diet and lifestyle. The first was exercise. Now, yeah, exercise. So that might cause eye rolls, because yeah, yeah, we all know exercise is good for you. And I'll be honest, I have been an active person. And I used to play a lot of sports when I was younger. But over time, I had become really sedentary with the exception of playing year round golf, you know, a couple times every week, which isn't that much exercise. I mean, you get maybe a couple miles of walking in, but that's only two times a week. So my husband and I committed to taking a 20 minute walk, only two times per week, okay, just a 20 minute walk up the road. I have continued playing golf, usually twice a week, sometimes three if I can fit it in. And that's it. Now I know doctors recommend way more activity than this. But honestly, this tiny, tiny change I made with two walks down my road a couple times a week has made a huge difference in helping to lower my blood pressure and keep it there. First there was the walking I added, then I read about drinking hibiscus tea. I dug deep for more info on this because I thought, all right, I can substitute tea every morning for the coffee I've been missing because I don't use creamer anymore. And if you want to know more about the benefits of drinking hibiscus tea to lower blood pressure, check out nutrition facts .org and search hibiscus I'll actually leave a link in the show description below. Dr. Greger has some really great and documented information on this topic. And for the last six months, I've been drinking one cup every morning when I get up and sometimes an extra juice size glass of cold tea with my lunch if I happen to have a pitcher of iced tea made in the fridge. Now let me just say, this stuff is nothing short of amazing. My blood pressure is not only normal now without meds, it's actually excellent. I was just at my doctor's office yesterday. And you know, to get a low reading in your doctor's office, that can be kind of tough, especially if you've had to drive in DC, Northern Virginia traffic to get there like I did. She took my blood pressure and it was 117 over 70. And even the nurse said, wow, and remember that my blood pressure was higher than this even when I was on meds. So on a good day, my blood pressure was probably like, you know, 127 over 80 when I was on meds. And that was perfectly acceptable to my then doctor at the time. She's not my doctor anymore, but that is where my blood pressure was on medication. Without medication, drinking hibiscus tea, taking a couple of walks down the road, my blood pressure is sitting at 117 over 70 today. Okay, so there are a couple of other things that I've learned about keeping your blood pressure low because this is really important to me now, not having to be on meds is huge. And there are some other items that I do try to add to my diet for increased potassium, which also helps to keep blood pressure in check. Now these are not recommended for folks with kidney issues, kidney disease, dialysis, anything like that who may already have higher levels of potassium in their system. But if your kidneys are healthy and you'd like to add more potassium to your diet, always check with your doctor first. But I try to get a teaspoon of ground flaxseed every day, sometimes in my yogurt. Other times I put it on my granola. Flaxseeds are really high in omega -3s, which help to relax artery walls and reduce inflammation. So there's the inflammation thing again. So you can easily add flaxseeds to your smoothies as well. I mean, I don't really drink smoothies all that much. So for me, it's more handy to throw them in my yogurt or on my granola. The thing is just make sure that you buy ground flaxseed, not the whole ones, because from what I've learned, the whole seeds don't really get absorbed very well and they go kind of right through

Coinbase Launches 'Base' Layer 2 Chain

"All right guys, well, yesterday, coinbase got the crypto industry quite a flutter when it tweeted a cryptic video of a blue dot and the date two 23 23, which is, of course, today. Speculation was rampant at first, but started to consolidate pretty quickly when around half an hour after that initial tweet, the Twitter account for optimism, which is an Ethereum layer to chain, tweeted an image of two wing suitors. One had a red dot backpack, which is optimism symbol, while the other the one who was diving off the cliff had the same blue dot that coinbase had just shared. And so the speculation started to hone in on the idea that coinbase was launching something in conjunction with optimism. Still within that, there was a pretty broad band of expectations. Giga bear, for example, represented the prepare to be underwhelmed perspective. They tweeted, watched the coinbase thing be optimism USD C support, or in other words something fairly incremental. Now, on the far other end of the spectrum, was the extreme expectation of actually launching a chain and a token. Which would of course fly in the absolute face of the SEC. Moon overlord tweeted, if coinbase actually drops a token, it is about to pop off. This is how bull markets start to be honest. At first, it's the same old people on Twitter playing circus, but enough positive things happen or tokens go nuts, and suddenly people love crypto again. What if coinbase drops a token of their own token coin? Brian said literally last week, around and find out. The NT SPF, the final boss, the omega Chad? Will they do it? Investor Adam Cochran was also excited. He wrote, if there ends up being a coinbase token that AirDrops to users that saves the market, we're pulling a portion of it and creating a giant bronze statue of Armstrong with an extra shiny bald head and sending it to their office. Them is the rules. Then of course, there was the sort of in between view, represented by gamete chain who wrote, my speculation, they're making a KYC zone on optimism. Basically a blockchain you can only enter if you have a coinbase account, and they are handling access via a chain link CCP node. Institutions would love this, a KYC DeFi portal. Can still use optimism open and free like usual, but if you want to get in the coinbase layer, you got to go through their KYC, CC IP bridge, and then you get access to big institutional liquidity pools. Could be the on ramp trad fi has been craving. So what did we get? Well, ultimately it was closer to this middle perspective than anything else. On Thursday morning, coinbase announced base. It's a layer two network that is indeed built on top of optimism's OP stack. Coinbase will be joining optimism as a core developer on the open-source stack and will even be contributing 20% of sequencer revenue, which is the money they make for ordering and executing transactions, and then submitting them to the layer one chain to fund public goods.

"Jay, have you heard of Bucky's? It's a fuel station. Oh, yes. Yes, I have. It's the new thing in Florida, yeah. So they're in Tennessee as well. They're moving up. I think they're kind of like the armadillo. They're finally making their own out of floor. Yeah. So these things are massive. For those of you that haven't seen one, it is bigger than any truck stop. I've ever seen. The number of gas pumps, I mean, you're in the probably close to a hundred pumps. That's insane. I mean, it's crazy, right? They're big, like, full on restaurant. Freshly made deli their stores inside. Like you can buy camping gear. It's bigger than some of the bigger little Walgreens, bigger than smaller than a Walmart or a target, but these places are huge. Which I have to wonder with the electric vehicle mandates being out there. And these places being so petroleum dependent for business, what's their long-term vision. But I digress. So pull up and pull up in a Google tab right now. And this is what I want you to type in. Okay. Bucky's mascot. It's be UC EES. Bucky's mascot. Okay? And you should see a picture of the little guy there in the results. Yeah, he's a beaver, right? Bucky the beaver, yeah. I see it. So we stopped for fuel at one of these last week. And I decided that in addition to beer name or mascot name, or apparently, is a gift. Because I came up with a name for this mascot. I couldn't find the name of the mascot in any of their literature. I looked online, I did this very search. Okay? I think you should be called Justin. Justin Bieber, there you go. I love it, man. Justin Bieber. All right, folks, you heard it here first. Just reach out to us. Bucky's, you're welcome. Absolutely. Absolutely. Yeah, you could have him dance it. He could be a movies. For sure. Yeah, absolutely, man. You could absolutely. He just broke ground, man, I think. I think he just broke ground. I really do. But maybe you should be his agent, you know? Yeah, since we got all these beaver, if you need an agent, Justin. Just hit us up over on parts counter guru dot com. There's a comments down. Oh man, I love it so much. I just love it. We are just full of absolute the best information in one could offer. I mean, we've got it all. Okay, so anyway, onto onto expensive cars. We've talked about the Cadillac lyric. It is Cadillac's flagship at this point. Of their entry into the EV market. It's an awesome looking vehicle turns heads like crazy. My dad is actually really, my dad loves cadillacs and he likes the car. We've talked about it. But Cadillac didn't stop there. They are wanting to obviously compete with the rolls royces. And a customizable luxury vehicle that will be there will be no two alike they say. They will all be hand built, they are 3D printing as many as a 115 different components on this vehicle. They are also doing some interesting aluminum casting for the wheels are going to have 23 inch wheels on these things. Here's the thing that got my attention mainly though. Yester hand built luxury vehicle and it'll be a low volume vehicle as well. 300,000 dollars. All right. So this is interesting. And I do like the enthusiasm that Mary Barra and team are showing on, hey, let's try some new things. My gut reaction to this is with no offense to your dad because the Cadillac does make a good product. And then resale values tend to do well over the years. But $300,000 for an automobile made by General Motors. So let me put this in perspective. Okay? This is space, by the way, that they haven't been in yet. Right. So let's say you're going to buy a watch. Okay? And you have $10,000 to spend on a watch. You know what? Let's make it 15. Let's make this interesting, okay? Okay. Okay. You got 15 K to spend on a watch, okay? Do you buy a Rolex? Or do you buy the latest fancy watch from timex that has all the Rolex like features and then some? For 12 5. Point will take in if I've got 15 to spend. You're going to get a Rolex. I'm going to get a rollout. Or an omega, or right? Right. Why is that? Timex has been around. They make decent watches. They don't make a decent yet $15,000 watch. No. That I know of. They make fishing at us out there, Mike, correct me. Right. But if I'm going to spend that kind of money on a watch, I'm buying more than the components in the watch, right? Right. Right. Okay. I think there's a couple of things that you get from this. For example, loss of value over time. Rolls Royce versus a Cadillac, loss of value. I don't think you're going to have near as much in depreciation with that roles or worse as you will with the Cadillac. Likewise, with a timex over a Rolex. It just doesn't happen. If

It's naturally occurring called Asta Xanthan and asked his aunt and Steve, This is one of the most powerful antioxidants we've ever discovered Steve by one measure of antioxidant activity at 6000 times, stronger than vitamin C so amazing that the accident power in the krill and now as we're getting older 50 plus others like myself on 52. We don't make as many antioxidants naturally are antioxidant systems are kind of slowing down. And at the same time we're producing more free radicals. Naturally, this is why we call it Omega 50, plus extra antioxidant power and extra krill. Remember 500 mg of crew instead of 367% more plus The vitamin D so important for us, and this is just incredible value proposition. I have folks that we're going out and they were getting the krill separately in the fish oil separately, the antioxidant somebody you could spend 75 bucks doing that. No kidding. You're getting it off for free. Today. This is the best of both Worlds combination product with the cruel and official. It's not one being better than the other. They're both great. And this is the best of both worlds, You know, Thank God for purity products. I'm serious seriously, because when you think about where our food supply is gone, and where we are today, we have to have something that allows us to feel better as we age to age gracefully. It's amazing to me is we talk? That's why I love the way that purity gives away the free bottles because you know people can be skeptical. Could be skeptical. But now they can be skeptical. And they say, Okay, you know what this sounds? Pretty important. I'm going to give this a go. It's only gonna cost me 6 95, and they get it and they try it out and what they start to see, because it doesn't take long. Remember that joint studies seven days. 28% more comfortable, but they start to see is Hey, I'm more comfortable. I feel better. They noticed their energy is better than they realized. Hey, you know what? This is important and they tell their friends and they tell their relatives and they tell their loved ones and purity has been doing business this way for I don't know, 20 years Now, let's look at one more. You know, this is a great estimate. O'Neill by Gracie five out of five stars, she writes. It works. I feel a difference in my joints after only one week. Also, you have the nicest staff. That's what that's what great cigarettes. You have the nicest staff people living appreciate working with purity. They're fantastic company. They put their money where their mouth is. They give out free bottles and you try and you're like, Wow, This is great stuff. Thank God for purity. Let's talk about the heart health. For a moment. It's probably the single greatest concern that people face as they age. So anything that we can do to boost heart health becomes really a top priority. You know this? I know this and those folks out there know this as well. And I know you mentioned earlier that omega threes literally lower our risk of coronary heart disease. Do I have that correct Because that's a big statement, You know? Absolutely. I mean, protecting the heart. This is what put Omega threes on the map. Back in the seventies, Dr Dyrberg discovered you know how protective they were for the Eskimos. By the way, he's a wonderful guy had Lunch with him a year or two ago. Great conversation. But bottom line is omega three is prepared to our heart in so many ways. They promote a smooth rhythmical heartbeat important for the body's normal inflammatory response in the heart muscle inside the arteries and veins. They promote those youthful, flexible arteries so important for circulation. They promote healthy blood platelet activity. Healthy red blood cell activity, support, healthy blood pressure. That's very important. Triglycerides. So they do so much for the heart. So simply amazing cardiovascular protection with these Omega threes. It just keeps getting better, doesn't it? Hey, you know, I got a got to remind of this when people I have patients coming here all the time. I'm like, Are you taking your omega threes? I hope you're still taking your Omega threes. You know, they're afraid to say no. You know, like the omega three. Not there. Take your omega threes. In fact, if there was only one nutrient that I could take Steve Honest to God. If there was only one nutrient that I could take hands down its Omega threes. That's the first most important nutrient you can take. And there's krill Omega 50. Plus, I love the way they combine the krill oil with officials you can the best of both worlds can't beat it. I've got to remind our listeners out there about this free bottle deal that's going on the krill, Omega Plus and the B 12. It is part of the special radio offered today. You just pay the.

"Some studies not shown in effect partly. It's low dose. Partly it's background omega three levels or higher in the population and they haven't controlled for that. Apparently it's short term treatment. Me it's to me. It's it's silly to think you can take somebody sixty five years old and has had a crappy diet their whole life and put them in a omega three trial give him eight hundred forty milligrams of like one capsule of lavazza and expect in three years to see a difference in cardiovascular end points i mean it's just ridiculous so that's probably why the dose studies we'll talk about high dose has been effective because you hit him with the bigger hammer but a lot of days. I plus the other thing that's happened is Background risk for heart disease has gone down. It's just continuing to drop or way below. What nineteen fifties heart disease. Now we're like a third of people die of heart disease now instead of half And so the incidence of heart diseases down where we have much more powerful medications that are widely used in some of these. These trials had those background medications. There's a lot of reasons why these early studies in the nineties. Early two thousands may have worked and they're not working now when the same doses. So that is a problem. But i think if we would and to your point about measuring omega three in the trial strength and reduce it. Did we did this. We did the analysis restraints at mega quant. Another lab did in reducing and. i don't know if you want to get too far to reduce it. But the very the most successful omega three trial and years was reducing before grams of epa. And they they reported that the most the most striking the mo the only f- risk factor. They could measure or thing in the blood that they made that would predict. Outcomes was better than cholesterol better than triglycerides was the omega three was three level achieve. That was the strongest.

"Job solvers raw. That's bad forty. A andrew david cox. There's how play a standstill paints for braun strowman. Who apparently according to an article. I posted to to siege murdering ross face who page recently and to the mercury roni twitter. Of course as i post the same stuff at the same time really. He was supposed to wendy university from brock listener. Like clash here some time and obviously that didn't happen so i can only imagine he's willing direct that standup baser. Brooklyn's irs head right about now. I found on youtube. I imagine why have to assume. I found out on youtube. This where fine. Most of the stuff i end up playing on my shows on youtube so and just about the time of course when he was feuding with elias when allies would of course come out with these gucci qatar and place on he came out with an a standup bass. Because he's braun strowman and stand up bassist bigger because braun strowman is bigger than elias and comedy before. That was michael hayes and brad street band from the album of the streets with the boys are back in town so yes michael. Purely sexy hayes sang on that album and drifts. The guys. I think saying i was well. So i don't know that's brussel crap dot com. You're listening to wrestling with bamboo. Mercury rone's ring rust on paramedic via various you know podcast distribution stuff anyway like itunes and i heart radio and stitcher whatever after jordan grace and rachel l. ring dethroned fire and flavor to become new narcos tainting champions new first match together. They were confronted by the former titleholders on impact following our verbal altercation a rematch between the two teams set for under siege will lightning strike choice for the powerful duo of elling or we'll fire and flavor reclaimed gold. So i mean. I don't like certain i'm sure i'm not the only person who doesn't like the idea of a quick title chain so i'm not really looking forward to hear hogan and tasha's deals getting their bills back just yet certainly have a feud over at least a month or so and then just you know like doha. They'll be like tasha's steals. We'll get a singles win over rachel. Maybe and or care hogan a singles win over jordan grace. And maybe it'll be some underhand shenanigans or they'll be outside interference sorby a two on one match or something don't know and they'll build up to a match at the next major pay per view and maybe then or maybe the bay major view after that or maybe the episode of impact after that. So i mean it makes sense to have something for the tv shows. Well so i don't know we'll see how it plays out though. I'm looking forward to seeing more from the new taking champions. The queen of strong smile and think ma pump And.

"All out. You have kenny omega. Who wants a shot at the title. Hangman pages like i want. I want kenny omega once a challenger an pages like well in defeated screen streak. I knew the number one guy you have to give me the shot kenny omega. You know he plays the chicken shit like he's doing these days but adam pages like no. You can't deny me this request. i'm you know. I am the top guy in the company right now. Kind of thing like put kenny. Push kenny's back against the wall where he cannot refuse refute or rebut the title right giving hangman pages shot at the title. That's where i thought they were going to go with this. And i thought it was compelling story because like i said last week you know hangmen wrestling stories. Don't have to be complicated. A streak is the kind of thing people get behind like. He's on a hot streak. And you look at this. Go and you're like holy shit. He's on the street and it was like week after week. Always always one another one another one and that's really easy way to get someone over especially someone like adam page was super charismatic and already a very natural baby face not a hard thing to do so i was surprised but then i'm like okay. Well i'm glad that. Brian cage one because brian cage needs to get some big wins. Brian cage has to stop looking like just a a big dude. Big fool he has to. He has to start scoring the winds right here. This was a big big went. He broke the streak. It's not like wrestlemainia brock listener. Big but still he got a win over a guy where people were like. A page is going to win. This was the general consensus. I'm i don't think anyone that really had brain gauge is going to go over here. It was a big surprise. There were calling in an upset. And yeah and it's good and it's good for brand cage with the streak was good for anything. It was good for getting brain cage over a little more making them. Come out at come off as the beast release because what a fucking performance he put on a great match at this streak. If there's one st that a w has it's hot opening matches on wednesdays that's undeniable and what a great rate opening matches. What now again. It's hard news easy without seeing the entire plan right hard to see if this was a good move or not or not. But we're going to. We're going to see where this goes. Let's talk about this in a few months time. We'll circle back around and we'll see. Was this a good move. A did brian cage benefit. or not. the let's see and can a super chattanooga. I'm glad he did. Because i wanted to lead into this. Play the song for pages career being dead now right like gita lonely. It'll pagey your streak as now dead. It's time for.
