"Interesting <Speech_Music_Male> yet <Speech_Music_Male> because I've been you know <Speech_Male> I just got <Speech_Music_Male> here to Seattle visiting <Speech_Music_Male> a lot of media and they've <Speech_Music_Male> been asking me questions <Speech_Music_Male> I I know <Speech_Music_Male> it's the third time <Speech_Music_Male> as I will like. <Speech_Music_Male> This guy <Speech_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> wasn't <Speech_Music_Male> part of the first two <Speech_Music_Male> so I have a <Speech_Male> fresh perspective <Speech_Music_Male> and everything so I'm <Speech_Male> excited to plan slam. You know <Speech_Male> somebody my first time. <Speech_Male> We've only <Speech_Male> all always <Speech_Male> played them in western <Speech_Music_Male> conference finals. You know <Speech_Male> and we did this <Speech_Male> business there <Speech_Music_Male> so I'm <Speech_Music_Male> excited to hopefully <Speech_Male> you know <Speech_Male> Redeem ourselves <Speech_Music_Male> from that. Oh <Speech_Music_Male> nine loss <Speech_Music_Male> against Salt Lake <Speech_Male> and come to the stadium <Speech_Male> and win this time so <Speech_Male> But <Speech_Male> I think Toronto is <Speech_Male> excited to play <Speech_Male> them again. Ended is <Speech_Male> Kinda like <Speech_Male> Oh man these <Speech_Male> guys again but you <Speech_Male> know the <Speech_Music_Male> first few times. They played <Speech_Music_Male> them. They played them in Toronto. <Speech_Music_Male> And now it's going to be <Speech_Music_Male> different <Speech_Music_Male> story playing <Speech_Male> them here in Seattle <Speech_Male> and <Silence> and <Speech_Male> It's <Speech_Male> going to be great crowd. <Speech_Male> Great atmosphere <Speech_Male> is going <SpeakerChange> to be fine. One <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> rumor has <Speech_Male> it that Michael Bradley's <Speech_Male> six <Speech_Male> point five <Speech_Male> million dollar option <Speech_Male> gets picked up. <Speech_Male> If you guys win. <Speech_Male> He <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> offered anything like <Speech_Male> a million. <Speech_Music_Male> <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Male> And <Speech_Male> you got to you got. <Speech_Male> He's got to sweeten <Speech_Male> the pot for you guys. Six <Speech_Male> and a half million. <Speech_Male> I mean that's a lot <Speech_Male> of money <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Male> a little <Speech_Music_Male> bit later today. Just <Speech_Music_Male> you know. <Speech_Music_Male> I'd AH <Speech_Music_Male> five one hundred percent <Speech_Music_Male> at least put <Speech_Music_Male> a little some quarter <Speech_Music_Male> for the game. Starts <Speech_Male> they show <Speech_Male> up at least fifty <Speech_Male> grand of the guys <Speech_Music_Male> makes little <Speech_Music_Male> comments like that's a nice plus. <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> I'll bet you WANNA <Speech_Male> know <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> <SpeakerChange> all that's <Speech_Music_Male> a nice option you picked <Speech_Music_Male> up an Sancha <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> only <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> confirm nor deny <Speech_Music_Male> that story they <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> also <SpeakerChange> Ito is <Speech_Male> the beginning. Bigger <Speech_Male> for Michael Bradley. <Speech_Male> Who's got like six <Speech_Male> and a half million on the <Speech_Male> line or is it bigger for <Speech_Male> you? al-markaz Markaz <Speech_Male> you've won trophies <Speech_Male> now in the US <Speech_Male> trophies <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> For Mexico team <Speech_Male> Mexican teams. <Speech_Male> Now you're trying to win <Speech_Male> a trophy for <Speech_Male> a Canadian team so <Speech_Male> basically you <Speech_Male> know that could make you. The most <Speech_Male> accomplished <Speech_Male> North American soccer <Speech_Male> player of all times <Speech_Male> was bigger game <Speech_Male> for you or bigger game <Speech_Male> for Bradley. <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> It's just another game <Music> to me <Speech_Music_Male> You know I'm not <Speech_Music_Male> I'm not thinking about <Speech_Music_Male> it. Easy <Speech_Music_Male> pill <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> take <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> the game you know <Speech_Music_Male> another <Speech_Male> day <Speech_Music_Male> physics <Advertisement> as <Speech_Male> usual right <Speech_Music_Male> <Advertisement> <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> you. <Advertisement> Don't <Speech_Music_Male> <Laughter> <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Male> react <Speech_Male> to that <Speech_Music_Male> glorious <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> anything <Speech_Music_Male> stay. <Speech_Music_Male> <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> How <Speech_Music_Male> big of a Dork is <Speech_Music_Male> Jordan? Morris let's go <Speech_Music_Male> get <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Male> I'm <Speech_Male> kidding. <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> <SpeakerChange> I'm <Speech_Male> I was GONNA ask <Speech_Male> you went to Stanford <Speech_Male> you know we we know <Speech_Male> how it goes. <Speech_Male> <hes> yeah okay. <Speech_Male> I know you want to avoid <Speech_Male> the bulletin board <Speech_Male> material so <Speech_Male> so I won't ask you for <Speech_Male> predictions. It is but <Speech_Male> what <Speech_Male> do you think the final score <Speech_Male> is gonNA be <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> crazy. I <Speech_Music_Male>

"Throw some money their way DOC. I love that. Well you no overpaid because because I told debates what happened how did you get. I'll even pretend August and I've learned from the non but your salary is public knowledge dries. You guys your pager. Well then so so moving from you move from La To Mexico then Mexico to Canada. You know which was the bigger sort of culture shock you know going from L. A. Particular Pachuca to Toronto definitely gotten allies to Chuka. Doc just could have some you know I am Mexican everything like I never lived there for an extended period period of time I would go down and visit family third or a couple of months another younger but you know to get up there on my own city where I didn't know any anybody and just you and your family there That was the biggest culture shock that I absolutely love atop Lynch did a thing. It was the before mutilated. Speak so well. They treated me like family right away and incredible any chance to go next. I would say you know basically just move move on to To MLS Cup here we want to ask you. If you're if you're starting your got the wires so they totally.

"So of course I did. It grew on Darth vader masticate and I walked walked out there and obviously my Spanish as horrible back then so they unveiled his turns. Then I go on to get horrible interviewed so That's the story of that but it was definitely exciting. Something new something different and dismayed. It just made everything light and fun you did you guys go on to win Pachuca first championship and likes to two billion years. No no no I mean but you very successful club They hadn't won in a a few years but yeah I arrived and we run our first that that first tournament. Yeah so that was an incredible and then we went onto win champions like so That was amazing. Because we you know Mike you and I have been chasing that with galaxy for a long time and and all these come up short and So it was nice to join a Mexican side and you know when you just want. Morgan zoologist Wednesday Winston in every country will before we've the candidates so we've as somebody who who is in a US sports fan. And and I watch league every time I can and it's always really exciting but one of the things you hear is that it's just like it's a different world down there playing for Ligue Amax. So how wild is it really playing down there is it is it. Is it as crazy as is is everybody says isn't as dangerous as some people. Say No no. No I think you know. Everyone has that perception but I love my time there. You know when I first moved to Mexico I had a young daughter thinks she lives maybe a year in change and then Our second daughter. It was worn soon after. So you know for me it was just about going into training. you know doing what I had to do. They're just heading home. And when you move to another country intrigued as you and your family against the world and you know there's not much time for anything else so PACHUCA small city. Not much to do and so I just spent a Lotta time at home. You know just what to do and then would go home and just chill chill with the family so it was pretty. It was pretty a relaxed. I I think the first time that I went out in Mexico like after we won our Champions League so that was like a year after being there so it was a it was a just just pretty business. Warriors teams had to be little little creatures in Mossel. Oh Yeah Yeah you know. The the stadiums are are all different You know they're not as nice as which would get hearing him a less. Although now it's newer stadiums are being they know that people don't want to do and and it was always fun. You know sometimes the whole team would I would turn on the air on T.. No jets if they weren't playing well enough and saw You know it's always some good times. It's very very very passionate. So the the you know no we don't know gung gunbattles with cartels or anything. But did you always. He's get paid on time was. Did you get like you know barrels a cache instead of like a cashier's checks was or anything like that yeah yeah. There was some baggies and cash in moments you know under his there were things like that. I I think the funniest angered craziest. Biggest dislike deacon stopped by the police. Y- you just.

"All right. So we're back. We got Omar Gonzalez special guests with Toronto. FC obviously you know everybody knows you from the US. Men's national team from L. A. Galaxy Aleksey from protocol. You've been around all over the place number. One takes joining us. Omar Hey thanks for having me stand and Mike how you doing. Are you really happy to know that. When the day you signed with Toronto outside of the weaker week or whatever I think he has realized seventh-place or something something Sam asked me Who I was traditionally was for? MLS COP I said Toronto FC Yeah. I've I've stopped with this. The eight episodes like trying to argue. And they're going to win. Analyst Cop sat first of all Sam lasts as ass off. Amer- You I Apologize I laugh. I laughed in your face through. We're only halfway there. Only part way there but yeah I'd left interface so you win that one well before we get to that before we get to. MLS Cup and even Toronto. You know. Obviously that's a serious business and big Big Cup game coming coming up on Sunday. Let's let's take a little trip down memory lane though because you know I haven't actually done this with you. Mike very much yet and I definitely plan to and this. This is a perfect opportunity. Now that I got both of you because you you guys you guys played together in l. a. for the galaxy basically the biggest team in the country at the time Perhaps still is but he also played with some of the biggest players in the world. You know the guys like David Beckham Steven Gerard Robbie Keane you know you can throw Landon Donovan there So the first question for you Omar. The question everybody wants to know is what was it like going against Mike McGee in practice every day.

"A bottom team right now and there and it's not a fluke like they've just sort of been bad it's not it's not a Phuc there in the bottom of the table they just not been very good. Same thing goes for Tottenham everybody every time I talk shit about another club. I know that everybody's like their immediate responses like lately and so I just like have to throw in there. You're like the caveat. Yeah I know spurs suck too so get it but yeah spurs in the United Together. I think they're in tenth and eleventh and Tenth Spurs eleventh at the moment. It's not good. You get a lot of attacks like that like you're talking about hype to throw. In the top how tottenham another not good anytime you anytime I say anything about another club like anything can be it can be crystal palace. There'll be somebody usually. It's like a Liverpool fan or a city Fan Chelsea fans not even involved there media response is like you know what's wins town trophy which I mean. Granted it's true. I think I think that's why I live a nice sweet spot right now. We're like people don't take too seriously seriously and have fun and because it is like when I talk about other sports that I'm more well versed in or have been a follower for longer timely. You get like actual hateful responses. I'm fucking have fun on twitter right now but I think I'm in the spot with soccer football where I know I can say things as I can fuck around and It's not a huge deal and you got. I mean you can fall back into for a while there you you Liverpool and Tottenham were both sort of similar place where we just hadn't wondering trophies in a long time but then you came around and one the biggest trophy of them all in the Champions League last last May at the expense of of todd of no less unfortunately so that really puts you sort of. You can't really talk shit about Liverpool right now because they're the defending champion champions. So that going for you and you'll win this weekend and you'll probably win the league and damage on every team. You like is like fucking who good and it's really annoying. I'll be on yeah. I know it's really great I don't know about doing. It was really great. So their games. That's Sunday that is going to be the game of the weekend to other games to watch out for other throw them out. Real quick. Lester arsenal is going to be an awesome game. Lester is legit is is it. So you know you've heard of Leicester Asli given their remarkable run. When they won the won the championship a couple years ago they won the League of course and more importantly Jamie Hardy's wife and and so yes? Jimmy Vardi wife in Colleen Rooney their little tete-a-tete. It's still still ongoing. Think but when you see do you file. Did you hear Lester at all. Do you think that. Oh the wonder if they're good at all or do you not care about lester anymore. Now that they're not champs care about the champs. Okay well just to give you a little a little heads up there actually really good again. Oh are they. They are not as good as they were a couple of years ago when they won the title but they are actually really good this season and they are welcoming arsenal to their King Power Stadium. I believe is what is called. Net should be an awesome game so so in terms of like just entertainment value. If you're looking for a game that's on Saturday. It's the late game. That game will be awesome. Watched that In the last game no point out is Norwich and Waterford on Friday two teams. I'm sure you don't give a shit about. I'm sure most people you know that nobody like games like that. That words. It's like you're not going to give it about that. Usually those games get messy. They always get messy and this one will get messy because this game is is one of the biggest games in Waterford history. I'm I'm going on a little bit on that but you know. This is a team that I went over to the FA Cup final and watch the game and covered in talk to their fans and everything they were on the highest of highs at the time they get their ass kicked but he's like it was an ass whooping from from the entire second half especially and ever since then things have really really been going downhill and they don't have a single win on the season season now so we're eleven games in. They don't have a win they now have. But they've had a tough stretch of games they now have like a a stretch of games with Norwich and some other ones. I think they got Burnley only somebody else Southampton I think they have to win these games. These are the games that like. If they don't win they are gone. They're done. They're out of the premiership and you know. Obviously I have to tell you how big of a deal that is. You know we ask Dan About Swansea and whether they're ever GonNa about I've heard a couple of things it's not good. It's not good when you get sent down so the next couple of weeks and especially this Friday. The game against Norwich is must must win game for Watford and is huge game in the in the club's history so that's something to watch out for two we also got US l.. I'm going to go way down down the Way Back to the US US l.. which is the second level playoffs? This week we got rail. Monarchs El Paso Locomotive on the West in the east. We've got indy. Eleven in Louisville City. Those will be awesome games. If you're in the in the area you should go to them Or you can watch them I think on ESPN plus and end Then we got a MLS Cup and so for that we're actually going to be talking with Later today I'm going to get on the horn with Mike McGee and Omar Gonzalez of of the US men's national team Lor and also he plays to Toronto. FC who plays Seattle sounders in the MLS Cup. So we'll be we'll be chitchatting about that game there. Yeah so we'll we'll cover the water frontier But number one John Thank can't thank you enough. It's been great having you on. We'll have to get you on again when when Liverpool obviously are about to You know beat the shit out of somebody else my pleasure I look forward to it. Thank care take care guys is all.

"Guys Sam's already podcast episode. Two point one four. I'M GONNA have to come up with a better way way to label these but We have got a shit ton going on this week in the soccer world. We gotTa Shit going on in Sam's army world as well so Mike McGee of course is out. La I need his life DAX Our newly signed designated podcast was just traded from Chicago to Nashville. So that one on really hurt. We'll get we'll get him on the podcast hopefully next week and we can talk a little bit more about that. In the meantime though we got a lot going on and we have a special guest an extra special guest you probably remember him from the World Cup. PODCAST is none other than John Henry. Final Berg John. How are you doing how I am? Fantastic fantastic how are you doing. I never been better. I have never been better That's an absolute lie Tottenham Sake national teams. We don't even want to talk. Talk about them. These days I haven't better but it's great to have you on the podcast. I'm sure you've never been better though speaking of our teams because and people people like so. So who who's John. What does he like your like? Basically the the biggest Liverpool fan in in Borstal at Barstool period. I would say so yes I yeah I mean I dance still follows a I think his allegiance swapped when he went to Swazi. We were her. Dan and I became liberal fans out of spite. God what was it is two world cups ago so it was like seventy years ago it was close two thousand fourteen it was when I started blogging for Barstool intact all right so five years ago. That's yeah that's very close. Yeah we talked about how much we love soccer and how much we loved it. That people are you just like it because the World Cup you'll never keep following it and Dan and I were like well. We're not gonNA let these people be right so we just woke up every morning at seven. I haven't tweeted about Liverpool. You became a fan out of respect that out of pure spite Sam. That's how then it continued that you know that was the seed was the sea. But now it's grown out of love correct right and now now like even Reich. I've watched I still consider myself a casual fan. Of course I consider myself a fan at the level of what people stereotypically they believe it. think that girls follow sports whereas I I watched my team and I yell but I'm starting to get a bit like trade Alexander. Arnold had unbelievable pat cross the other day. I recognize that in real time I was like Oh shit that was a fucking so so I'm starting to get a little bit I don't understand the formations and things just yet but it's actually ramped up even more so in the last two or three years I would say now. The Liverpool is like the best team in the world. Yeah well I mean look we got boned. The reason we picked liberal in the first place was because we like to Luis Suarez's song and then he got transferred like three weeks later play. You mentioned so five years ago. I just put a post on instagram. About the starting eleven that Liverpool put out there in a Champions League game five years ago and let me tell you it was garbage like there was guys Kamini lay. Of course you you remember menu everybody remember. Oh Yeah but there are other names on there like my Keough Skurdal. Moreno Lucas Loop Chan Joe Allen Adam Alana Markevic Berina. That was the starting eleven of this team back in two thousand fourteen. I've been the lawn. What is your name is still recognized around still by nightmares but Laws around right. He's pretty much pretty much gone at this point. I mean you had on the bench. Actually actually strangely enough yet. Stephen Girard Jordan Henderson. Fleet Patino a Raheem Sterling. Mario Bala telly who will get to later So there was obviously some big power names on the bench there for some reason but yeah it was just crazy how how far Liverpool is coming five years sort of gives hope up to like pretty much everybody else in the world. That's what you get that John Henry money man as a red sox fan as well I can tell you John Henry Spence and this year with the red sox that might be different different as it seems was coming down the Pike but like John Henry has always been a guy I remember what I was a Liverpool early Liverpool Fan Must have been four years ago so they did a walk out at halftime of Anfield because of ticket prices are being raised. Yeah and I remember being like look you have to pay a little more for tickets. But he's GonNa Reinvest in the team and guess who was bucking. You're you're right Liverpool have come totally full circle. I used to shit on them all the time because I didn't think they were very good and they weren't very good and now it's like they're basically you know I I admit I admit that they are very good but I give them all sorts of credit and unfortunately now they're sitting on everybody nobody else including they're so good. The first ninety minutes of the game doesn't matter you only watch that you only watch the last minute game here. This This past week was their first one. I believe I'll year not on television Ed So I was watching basically just live on twitter. I don't I don't I'm not gonNA couldn't that knowing how to watch it. Otherwise I I used to watch soccer streams and that's it's hospital work now right but so that's like I didn't know how to raise as good as follows along on twitter and whatever who cares. Catch me eight hundred minutes. We'll see what happens and of course that's exactly what happened Did you see the height. So we'll talk about it. I WANNA get into the BARSTOOL and soccer but I. Since we're on the topic did you see the highlights of The game it was Aston Villa and the game was very close until the whatever eighty nine th minute or something when you scored the goal but there was a goal called back and we'll get we'll get we got we. We got a couple of the topics we're going to talk about we're GONNA we're GonNa talk about VR and we're GonNa talk about Barstool on soccer. Let's start with VR though so juicy the highlight with Va.. I did I saw both the for me. No offside and the handball and so where are you come down in the grand scheme of things with VR. You being sort of the casual fan you you see this as being like the best thing since sliced bread for soccer or are you more like on the opposite side where it's it's it's sort of sucking some of the spirit spirit some of the joy out of the beautiful game. Well we're obviously discussing two calls. That went against my team. So which way do you think I'm GonNa go on this No I think it's awful but I think I think it's I think replays awful across sport. I think it's I think it's I don't think I'm not saying it shouldn't be used. I am pro the replay. But I think I'm pro time limit. Replay you have thirty seconds to switch it. If it's not a greatest it stays the same thing happened. Happy with hockey there and They three minutes to look at a call whereas maybe a millimeter offsides in the bruins Canadians. Game Charlie coyle and it's like if it takes you that that long then you're looking for a flaw is replaced should be put in place to fix a grievous egregious mistakes otherwise let it fly. Is that a Stanley. They do baseball respond stolen base. The hand comes centimeter off the bag. That don't call. That's say thank you. Thank you if you don't have to zoom in and change angles angles and all that shit then then you don't change. That's that's take you if the spirit of the game but I do think that a time limit on everything is the vix greatest. You'll notice right away if it's is not the Biki play on. I didn't understand the the rationale behind that. And you're right when we're talking about that Offside call was like. was his shoulder shoulder millimeter to just like are you serious. I mean he's onsite. If you gotta you gotTa go to the per- The red and the blue lines and VR and basically as looks like a purple line. He's outside yeah exactly. You couldn't separate those two lines now. I think it sticks out more and soccer two because soccer. You're not used to stoppage so like every other sport you're used to waiting around and not being like plays and happening right now there. whistles or eating changes time between plays and football here. There's plenty of sitting around time soccer. There's none so the VR's so incredibly jarring it's more painful info and that's why as somebody who's you know maybe it sounds a little bit like I'm old man yelling at clouds but like there is something special about soccer and that flow that Yeah Yeah it really does. I don't know it physically pains me every time we go to. VR and it goes for like three minutes to check a millimeter difference offsides. It's really tough tough to do. And I think both of those calls in my thirty second thirty second Thailand proposal. I think both those calls would have. I think the media go would have stayed and I think I think the handball would have been called because there were one was not agreed is one degrees if he asked me. But if these these calls have gone the other way then I would be sitting here I was GonNa say the back on on a day a week where Liverpool got the benefit of. We'll see what you're really Kinda Guy Boggles my way. I I love it all right. Basically the funny thing about this as as Yadi Starts Burke and regular Hemi daddy so it's actually funny any we are talking about VR on a podcast affiliated with Barstool. Here thinking back five years. There's no way something like this. What happened? I don't want to you being somebody who's in. Hq I'm not an issue. I'm in Chicago so I don't really see the day-to-day operations. I don't see what what People are watching on TV. I wonder more. TV's or on sports at all times in Hewett these days can you tell us a little bit about how soccer has the the acceptance of it has changed in Barstool HQ and just within the personnel there over the five years years that we've been that essentially I've been you know with Arsenal if you will. I don't know that it's changed with the employees that have been here for the last five years. They are still the only to watch it. I think we've got new employees. I think Dave still has no idea what it is. I think Kevin still doesn't has the cared thinks. I'm lying about liking it but but we've just gone so many employees that now dow they follow the sport as well. So there is. He's like you come into the beach Q.. On Tuesday Champions Leagues on for sure there. We had a lot of this week. I don't know that it's it's the diehard crown is still yours. I don't know if there's anyone who's even really coming for that like I sit next to rudy. Does stool scenes. He's a fan such as myself. Alf well is there nate. Watch it I don't know if he elliott nate say nay arsenal. I think he may as a fan because because they lived in London for a while. I didn't know that yeah years ago before I worked at Barstool and they lived in London. I believe he's still fan. We obviously have. I think it's it's more it's the opinions of the long standing of the Oggi's I guess they call them the. Oh Jeez have not changed. Its Me Danner. Santer still soccer guys. Everyone else's still anti-soccer. It's not so much evolution so much as it's been a an addition an addition edition okay. New Blood would've brought in new lovers of the game. Okay I can get by then. It's fun like people people get and even the people who don't like it will watch a big game who was a Kelsey the the The Mickey Mouse Club Mickey Mouse Cup game or you talking Champions League Champions League yeah with Pulisic. Listen that's a perfect segue right there so yeah people all watch ballistic it. Everybody's Pulisic is bigger than soccer. Publicity is a you know a marvel. All of the he's he's an American sports icon rather than American soccer..

LAFC get over El Trafico hump! Zlatan's last game? Plus, ATL roll on, NYCFC biff it & Sounders end Rimando's career

"News it's fair that's the right you have their hand up in fingers out and they'll say five they say five we have I I mean I it's tilting towards that player improves Bob trusts him that player goes out there that player play interested in Blackman say the name of Bachman in this game but he's a second year player he was drafted as a fullback he started as a centre back in the playoffs against lot Abrahama Vich and he was good we see for Dennis to close a became a part of Giancarlo gonzalves not one of them but you're already had seven centrebacks on the roster what we're going to do about him so I would be shocked to see five or six of these names even on the team next year then we saw in the starting lineup that frontline next year as Pavonis Alessandrini Cheeto in the middle of the scar one hundred fifty goals tonight's game on whether it was his last in the last quote it's not about money I have another two months that's on his contract we will see what happens Mike because it also sounds like it might be about that's the type of thing you say when you say if you want people to watch you pay me more money I don't think it is and from like he he didn't do the pre game interview with ESPN and he seemed a little not rattled but annoyed and tailored tweeted out and said one of the Galaxy Representative said he's been like this all week I think some people took that as he's locked in but I took it as he's just kind of a bit annoyed with hall thing and the way maybe the season's gone and you could say there's a million arguments you can make a million different directions one is he's done everything he can the team hasn't put a team around him why should he spend more time trying to make this better you could also say that he came inside concord he didn't win a championship but he's been one of the three best scores in the league over the last two years after he blew out his knee and came back in a new place and did all that so nothing would surprise me but if you're let me to put a guess on somewhere I'd say he's not playing soccer next I got well it I think you're wrong about that but anyway I gotta ask you this what grade do you give Garam Barrow Scarlata for this year now there are extenuating circumstances those circumstances there's lots on anytime you are managing a team was slapped on that is a very very real I'm going to say it's a limiter on what you can do do both with Latin in with the players around now I would not give him any higher than a B minus I think why I think his job was to to construct something behind slot on that wasn't just a complete seve and it was just you had to find a way Eh get some semblance of organisation you had enough especially when pavone came in special players to do a three man game and attacking sense it can work was Unin pavone and fill in the blank even if it's early on tuna in major league soccer you just have to find a way to get your bit-part players of the guys that you picked up have you don't fit for Denison closer maybe we'll never be back but who cares it might be last year the galaxy you gotTa Win some symbols of Organization and structure and competence see defensively to get a better than a B minus grade in this sense he's inexperienced coach he's done before he's been in shaping which I know he's had more talented at Boca Juniors he's played in this league the crew when he played for them if I remember correctly you were not some expansive team he was a difference maker he made the Batak around him better it was down four four one one he played completely free role they had Allie Marino as as a centre forward just dragging defenders around it just to open it you had an opportunity to Kinda almost two structures one is Latin and whoever the hell is up there and the rest is the rest of the team guys just dig in Yeah figure it out getting your blocks don't teams have easy goals and this team I'm GonNa make a guess other than FC Cincinnati probably gave up the most like Oh my God what goals are you kidding me right now that's what how did that happen I agree with you I think it'd be minus is probably a good grade yeah probably for what's going on and I I love Guillermo so for Sir I felt bad going in part of this lots conversations I'm fascinated to see what he does Latin doesn't return like water the allegations he looks like under his vision the way he builds after that a little bit of time but I don't know that he was that creative with formations to say like I gotta figure something out we'll make the post is in but here's my four weeks test this and here's my two weeks attest this and I think in places you mentioned for Bob Rally a young guy will learn and get better where did we see that right who Leonora who played well and then all of a sudden Ralph John Fletcher's the difference maker now John Carlos Gonzales is you're right back the he had three incredible central midfielders they could never really control games like why was that night the tiger let's just see if we can get our foot on the ball on that will be our defending is well control games so grew with we I think a lot of it unfortunate wasn't good enough from him but it'll be interesting to see in year two if he doesn't have slots on how he chooses to play how his team you can kind of understand why it was in some ways because it was like the island of misfit toys and a lot of all these different teams that failed and then they come in you have Gonzaga on your Guy Z.? You lose all of a sudden you have expectations that are always over the maybe the capability of the team especially this era where they've been to close at one year I think you've got to start judging my next especially there's lots on you but you better have had a plan and I expect they do we'll see what that plan is before we move onto union Atlanta to know what you think about Bradley's Will Fang his little spots are who I really respect as a journalist I loves me I think he does a great job I think he's the future broadcasting US bilingual aspect of it with Mexico and the US and legal maximum loss be mashed up into one place he was very dominated his questioning about Carlos Vela and whether Carlos Villa had finally stepped up in a big game and Bob was incredulous and perhaps rightly so in the moment What do you think what do you think it was one person's job to ask obvious questions that everyone in the world is thinking it's another person's set up there to answer those questions I don't think anything that are asked was ridiculous I mean he asked the question he has and he asked the question everyone else and he asked actually and he's set bob up to say there's no chance anyone could say what you just said anymore he was phenomenal tonight he's been phenomenal season he's EP of major league soccer he's the best player this league's ever seen and he's going to go in and MLS Cup yeah it was that simple but it was fun the way it happened Bob a stupid Bob knows a good. TV's Bob knows everybody in that locker room is going to see that see him sticking up four to see him sticking up for for his best player the heartbeat of the team many messy the MLS messy like I I'm not saying like I I'm certain Bob's emotion in that moment because you could see he loves Carla I'M CERTAIN THAT EMOTION and was real but I'm all I think it was somewhat calculated for the to to make that a moment say like see they're always going to be asking this about what s let's go kick set go Seattle's as was win MLS Cup show every let's shut everyone up forever that's what that was I like it if that's what it was I like it I enjoyed it he's like look there's an ESPN ESPN notification that goes out after that you don't see that for they get that for the win I don't think like let let's just if that's what it takes man like you have all the historical rancid it's out there but you know how I feel about this league sometimes flavor man give me some flavor and Bob Bradley absolutely did Elliot C are moving on their the low number one seed remaining they just got to win one game and if they do that most couple in Los Angeles at Bank of California Stadium talk about it on Monday because we're that's the nice thing is Monday comes and we can really dive into Seattle L.. AFC and I just throw something out there sure I would be shocked if Seattle won that game I think that it's going to be more comfortable than the game we just watched this is the third tune in on Monday that producer honors a noted satellite is that the right the right phrasing for that unders Seattle Seattle ish person who's he's not happy with us that's fine we don't here to please you unders let's talk Atlanta Philly Alanna do what they do they win at home in the Playoffs Limitation Games it's eight in a row so far this year us Gut Communist Cup into the Audi twenty playoffs couple of shutouts Philadelphia great season great season Talla gap town gap better players bigger moments we also had this thing where it's like Philly I have eleven great players they're a great group which means they don't rely on one person but unfortunately that also meant if anyone got hurt they were behind the eight ball and you're not going to go in a scenario where you have all eleven guys healthy for every player Front Josie Outdoor Omar Gonzalez are out right Walker Zimmerman and Mark Anthony Care out so every you're always gonNA have injuries miles Robinson and Michael Parkers now not to mention Lee win in that previous like Mark Anthony Cares out loud wind came in and hit a decent philly doesn't have that former MVP game and Broncos on makes a phenomenal save but you as you watch this game it was hard to see where the goal was gonna come from four Philly and I don't think it's knock on them to go on short rest to go on
