"Your savings today. With birch gold group James is in an eerie New York hey James welcome to the Mike Gallagher show that you really factored dot com studios. How are you today, sir? I'm doing great. Mike, how are you? I'm pretty good. Pretty good. What do you make of the assertion that we're not going to survive three more years of Biden? I think that's just about as Billy as when people said that we wouldn't survive four years of Trump. I'm not sure about the last guy being a democratic plant, but I most certainly am a democratic liberal. Forthcoming about that. But no, I don't think reaching the point of no return as the last guy was talking about it. Such a bad thing. I mean, what's not get ourselves, Trump was a dividing figure. And so it mobilized the last in Democrats to get to the poll. Many people including Democrats aren't too thrilled that Biden right now. So yeah, there's going to be a search on the Republican side. Yeah. Let me ask you, let me ask you some big picture questions because I'm really intrigued. You saw a very intelligent guy and I think your thoughtful. We may disagree politically, but I respect your view. So I want to ask you something. What? Do you believe the constitution is being threatened that the sanctity, that these issues that I'm with you? We're going to survive. I mean, and you're right. We heard the same crap from the left about Donald Trump. So you're right. I think you're absolutely correct. But when she points out, the, there's nothing in the U.S. Constitution that gives the executive the president, the right to use his cabinets to circumvent the legislative branch. If you want mandates, you got to do it legislatively. Biden has done this giant end run and around using osha to try to enforce a mandate that many of us believe is unconstitutional. Do you see it that way from what's your perspective as a Democrat James? That is a big one, isn't it? Well, honestly, I'm not too reading some of the more nitty Gritty. Fair enough legal basics, but as for the executive branch and potential overreach, I think you'd actually have to go back to the 2001 Patriot Act for that one, which gave sweepingly broad powers to the executive branch. You're right. I think that really was the point where the executive really could take power and run with it. So I just see this as like a continuation of that. That's very fair. You know, this is a big day for me. I found a Democrat I like. I appreciate it, Lauren. If they found yourself well, we'll see. Well, maybe we'll keep seeking some of them out. Thank you, James. It's like a line from Annie that I'm show that I'm in right now. Grace, call Al Smith, find out what Democrats eat. I know he's a Democrat, but he's a human being too. Those are some lines that I get to bark on stage in the production of Annie in the South Carolina children's data. We've had a couple of great weekends incidentally. Thanks for indulging me. And thanks for your support. If you live in the upstate of South Carolina, I've met a lot of listeners who've said high after the show. There's a back entrance. We're not supposed to do a meet and greet because of COVID and of course that's a concern a lot of people have, especially with kids are involved. So we're following lots of COVID protocols. People don't seem to mind. Well, you may mind, but you know what? You're putting up with it and you're enjoying a great show. All the shows have been sold out. They're almost sold out for the next two weeks. SG children's theater dot org if you want to snag some final tickets, but I love those lines. I love the fact that Oliver warbucks is a staunch Republican in 1933 New York City. I love that. Lives at 9 87 Fifth Avenue in New York, New York. I know he's a Democrat grace, but he's a human being, too. See, James is a human being. He's a Democrat, but he's a human being, too. And he's thoughtful. Listen, I got big concerns about the Patriot Act and what that unleashed. We talked about it when it happened. He's right. But listen, it's Christmas time, the bells are ringing, we got people that are coming through. Let me take a look at the totals right now. I'm doing this the old fashioned way I pull it up on my phone because there's a counter on my prison fellowship campaign. And the counter tells you how many children are being sponsored at Christmas time by Mike Gallagher's show listeners. They gave me a crazy goal of 7800 children. I am so very proud to share the news. First of all, we have some $10,000 donors who are coming to South Carolina. To see Annie, they're going to they're going to have great seats. I'm going to take them out to dinner. They're going to see a performance of Annie. We're going to put them up in a lovely hotel in downtown Greenville, and they're going to get to see Annie. Do you know we've had like $30,000 worth of these donors so far? Maybe 50. We got two more that are sort of on the bubble. Whatever you can afford, because what happens for the child of a prisoner, the pain of missing their parent is a lot worse than Christmas time. And boy, can I relate to that? I know what it's like to lose a parent. And be alone at Christmas. And for these kids who have a parent in prison, the pain is very, very.

Believe me, we are rolling out the red carpet for these donors, and I'm so honored that somebody would want to do that. "Mike Gallagher show. A whistleblower has brought forth an email from the counter terrorism division of the FBI talking about threat tagging, incidents where these parents are protests are going to get school boards. If that does not shock everybody on this committee, you've been in Congress too long. That memo was out. It was disturbing enough to an FBI agent to become a whistleblower. This is a cover up at the Department of Justice. In the relief factor dot com studios, here's Mike. We have a bit of a playful competition, although for my buddy Hugh Hewitt in the mornings, I guess it is sometimes it doesn't seem that playful. And he's catching up on me on our prison fellowship campaign, but he doesn't know about well, he doesn't, everybody's about to find out what just happened. We're in the middle of the angel tree campaign, which helps this beautiful ministry, prison fellowship blessed the children of prisoners with a personalized gift from their mom or dad who's in prison, and it delivers the gospel to these special kids. These children, through no fault of their own, are going to spend Christmas without mom or dad. I've shared with you on a personal level. I know what that feels like. I lost my dad when I was 11 years old on Christmas Day, which was really hard. Christmas for years was very tough for me. So this campaign is very personal for me. And we have a lofty goal. We got a big goal to get these kids Christmas gifts. $25 in Stanley's all takes to get a child sponsored. And I put an offer out. I thought, how could I marry the prison fellowship angel tree campaign with my appearance as Oliver warbucks in South Carolina in the production of Annie? Because we got three more weekends of shows. And I threw a crazy thing out there. I thought, you know what? If you make a tax deductible donation to this beautiful ministry, where you will bless all these kids with Christmas gifts. You realize if you give a kid the gospel and a kid, a Christmas present that is from their mom or dad. If you're gonna make that happen, you know you might change their life forever. You may change their life to eternity. You may turn that child to God. And that child is probably in the inner city that child is probably in a statistically and a low income community, maybe a black or brown kid, white kid, it doesn't matter. You're gonna turn these children's lives around. So I thought you know what would be kind of cool. We have these box seats at the children's theater. And I bought a bunch of the seats in the boxes and they're great seats on the site. So brand new theater right there in downtown Greenville. And I thought, what if I could get a donor? Because everybody around the country has heard about me doing this show. And I apologize, I know I've talked about it too much. And make sure you get line one back, Tracy. I want to talk to line one. So we'll see if we can get him back. Because I think he wants to talk about what we were just talking about. So I had this idea what if we offered a trip to South Carolina to a donor who would like to step up and make a huge donation to our prison fellowship ministry? For ten to that for $10,000, you and three of your family or friends will fly you to South Carolina will put you up in one of these beautiful box seats. You'll have your own private box. You'll see Annie. You'll see my performances Oliver warbucks will put you up in a beautiful hotel probably with a Weston point set in downtown. I'll take you to dinner. And it'll be a great VIP experience for you for your tax deductible donation of $10,000. And there are people who have a blessed life and God has been good to and they are able to do that. And I put it out there for a couple of days. Nobody really took the invitation. Then we got an email. From a lady in Naples, Florida. And she is in. $10,000. And when she was talking with Joey Hudson about and Tom triad up from our team, she decided to double the donation. It's 20,000. She wasn't sure if she and her family could make it. Now it looks like they will be. So, to Lisa and Nancy of Naples, Florida, I am overwhelmed by your generosity. I'm grateful, and as I look at the totals yesterday, Hewitt's catch it up on me. Now, the 20,000 is going to widen the lead. But the way he wants to beat me, in these campaigns. The way he's always ragged on me and he's making fun of me and he all the things he says about me. Says he's got a bigger audience than I do. That's not true. He says he wins in these campaigns. He is not true. But for crying out loud, if you disagree with you about anything, you can't let him win in this prison fellowship ministry. In fact, where'd that call or go Tracy, there was somebody wanted to talk about Hewitt and was going to, I don't know, I think it was about the prison fellowship campaign. He hung up too bad. I would have liked to talk to him. But at the end of the day, and he is, you got within yesterday, he's within $4000 of my total. Because we came out of the gate really strong and now he's picking up the pace. All you have to do to make a donation is go to Mike online dot com..

"Mean, why would they do this at Christmas time? And so as you probably know, if you're a longtime listener in years past, I used to fundraise on this show for Salvation army. I don't anymore. I support the prison fellowship ministry, has nothing to do with Salvation army. So be clear, if you go to Mike online and make a donation, you're sending Christmas gifts to the children of people who are incarcerated in America. That's our campaign, has nothing to do. We don't fundraise for the Salvation army anymore. And I'll let you fill in the blanks as to why. There's a whole lot of backstories, but bottom line is, I don't want to focus on the negative. I want to stay positive. And I want to salute Nancy in Naples, Florida. Who's donated $10,000 and get this? You want to know something even more exciting? She wants to make the donation. But she's not, here was my offer. I'm bald as a cue ball. If you're watching us on Salem news channel I'm playing daddy warbucks in a production in South Carolina. Children's theater of Annie. We had our opening weekend. It went great. Four shows sold out. People love the show. Everything went well. I was so proud to be part of this and we got three more weeks. We're doing it. The show runs through December 19th. And I got a wild burn my saddle and I thought, what if we offered a trip for a family? Because I talk so much about and Yuri's got video of me as daddy warbucks as and it's been so much fun to do this. And incidentally, I guess Annie's going to be on TV. I think Thursday night, they're going to do a TV version. But I thought, since I board you so much with all my travails of playing Oliver warbucks in this production of Annie, maybe if somebody was wanted to be really super generous and bless a lot of these children for $10,000, we would fly a family to South Carolina, get box seats, see me in the show, come backstage or not backstage. But after the show, I take you out to dinner. There are no backstage tours these days. Anywhere. But I'll take you out to dinner. We'll have a great time. And for a $10,000 donation, you could really bless a lot of these kids. Well, Nancy and Naples is doing that. But get this, she's not even a 100% sure that the family can attend. So I said, I was just talking to her on the phone. I said, well, what do we do that? But she wants to make sure we get the donation. I said, what if we offered the trip to a deserving family who would or ordinarily never get an opportunity to experience that in your honor and she's all she's fine.

"Look at this story here. Look at this story here from NBC News. This is on Twitter. They tweeted out NBC News, video captured by a ring camera appears to show, and I don't want to say his name. I just, I hate saying the name of the guy who plowed his car into the parade. The Christmas parade in Waukesha. I just don't want to even acknowledge his name. So I won't. So I'll say blank. But here's the NBC tweet. Video captured by a ring camera appears to show blank in front of a home before being arrested in connection to the walker Shaw parade accident. To the walker's accident, this was not an accident. But that's. The media's effort to influence my gosh. I just have to say to you and I'm frustrated and I shouldn't be. I've got so much to be grateful for. I'm in South Carolina having the time of my life with reconnecting with friends and family. I'm on stage as Oliver warbucks in this production of Annie and Mike give away some tickets incidentally because we just have we found out we got second row center some extra seats. Joey Hudson just told me we might have some tickets from some upstate listeners to give away for Friday night's performance of Annie, our big opening night. We have a matinee Friday, but the official opening night is Friday night at 7 p.m.. I might have some early Christmas gifts for you. So I should be happy. I'm blessed. I'm lucky. I'm so I'm the luckiest guy in the world to get to come into this studio and do this with you every single day. But I have to tell you something. It's difficult to stay optimistic when you realize something. If a white supremacist tried to murder his girlfriend by running her over with a car and somebody let him out on bail for pennies, thousand bucks. And then he plowed his car over a crowd of Black Lives Matter protesters and killed 6 black Americans, there would be no reticence on the part of the American news media to call it what it was. Let me say that again, if a white supremacist tried to murder his girlfriend, got out on a low, low bail, and then took his car and plowed through a bunch of black Americans who are protesting or parading or whatever. We wouldn't hear the end of it. But when a black lives matter supporting black American tries to murder his girlfriend by running her over with the car and then gets a $1000 bail and then takes his car and plows through a crowd of white people in walker Shaw Wisconsin, the media is silent. Silent. We don't know. I mean, is anybody wondering about his motive? Anybody want to talk about why he did what he did? We already have all kinds of evidence of his social media accounts. Anti white, violence against whites? Black Lives Matter supporting? All kinds of all kinds of fingerprint or a trail that he left on social media. I saw buck Sexton tweeted out where are the updates on the mass murderer in Waukesha? Has he said nothing to the police so far? We know nothing more about the motive? Buck says it's appalling and totally predictable how quickly the media lost interest. I told you this was going to happen. I told you the day after it happened. When we found out that the suspect is a black guy with a rap sheet, a mile long who targeted white people? Oh, it'll be he got lost. You heard it already. Does she get an analyst? You know I looked at the video and looked at appeared to me that he was trying to avoid the people. The eyewitnesses literally shed the opposite that he was zig zagging to hit as many people. He hit 60 people. He ran over her hit or struck 60 people. And some moron on CNN is trying to analyze that it looked like he was just lost or panicked and he hit the gas instead of the break, and he was going the wrong direction. Are you shut up? Stop insulting our intelligence. This guy is evil. Now at 8 year old precious little boy died. 6 people killed. 6 more kids fighting for their lives. It intensive care. Over 50 other people injured. Many of them critically. And NBC News calls it an accident. Was January.

"Around to making a more persuasive case for the opportunities we have. In the relief factor dot com studios, here's Mike. I want to get very personal with you for just a moment. I mean, I need to thank you because you put up with me and I know I get it. I talk probably too much about things I get excited about. And I know that if you're not excited about what I'm excited about, it can be distracting. So first of all, thank you for your patience. I'm in South Carolina, been here for a few weeks. This production of Annie opens this Friday. And I'm having the time of my life. But it's hard, I don't want to take and I promise you, I'm not mission any stories, but I'm excited about just getting to do theater again. I love theater. It's an art form that I fell in love with when I was a little kid. Getting to live in New York part time, I go to a lot of Broadway shows. And I just love it. And getting to I've got my head shaved, I'm playing daddy warbucks in this brand new theater in downtown Greenville South Carolina, and a lot of people are saying, man, we'd love to hear you sing or love to hear you do it. Love to see it. So we snuck a little clip. And I want to make an offer to you. Because we're also in the middle of our annual campaign to support the Christian ministry, prison fellowship, and the angel tree campaign that blesses boys and girls who have a mom or dad in prison with a personalized gift from their parent and the gospel. All made possible by your generosity. Last Friday, I got my head shaved before the show for the part for daddy warbucks. And I said I'll take my hat off my base. I had a baseball cap on here in the studios. If you're watching us on the sale of news channel right now, and you can download the app, watch us on Roku, Salem news channel dot com. I did a big unveiling if I got a $1000 donation. We got 19,000. These kids, these precious children have done nothing wrong. And they have a mom or dad that's going to be or maybe a mom and dad in prison. And these kids are going to have a rough Christmas. I know what it feels like. To lose a parent and not have a parent around at Christmas time. I think I'm uniquely qualified to speak on this subject because my dad died on Christmas Day when I was 11 years old. So I have a special place in my heart for these kids who don't have a mom or dad whose parents are in prison. In some ways, that's worse than losing a parent to leukemia, like I did. Poor kids. Their parents have made terrible choices. They're behind bars, and we don't want these kids to go down that same path. All right, so this brings me to this production of Annie. We got a little clip that I want to play to give you a little taste. This was from the dress rehearsal last night of Annie, my pal Joey Hudson came in, shot a little video from warbucks is big number in the first act, which kind of gets a lot of my juices flowing because I love the song. I have a love love affair and hate affair with New York. But I get to do this number that celebrates the greatness of New York as he's trying to show little Annie. Little Orphan Annie, what a cool city, New York is. So here's a little taste of warbucks, and then I'm going to make an offer for you anywhere in the country to come see me in Annie at the South Carolina children's theater in the upstate of South Carolina. First of all, here's a little taste of Annie with yours truly as Oliver warbucks. In life, which are from. Her events, are impact brothers. I'm so old. All right, so there's a little bit of Annie and it opens Friday at the south carolin children's theater. Here's my offer. We've been thinking about this. If you are.

"Relief factor dot com studios were kicking off officially, our prison fellowship angel tree campaign today is the first day. I can't believe what you did on Friday. I promised you I'd take my baseball hat off if you'd give me a great. If someone wanted to donate a $1000 to kick off our campaign to help the children of prisoners at Christmas time. You know this ministry because you've been so good to it in the past. And this has become a blessing an incredible tradition here on the Mike Gallagher show. Do you know what you did on Friday? I asked for a thousand. Oh, we only came up with 20,000. We raised almost $20,000 on Friday's show to deliver Christmas presents to the children of prisoners. a lot of these acts of crime and evil are performed by people who have brought children into the world and these poor kids haven't done anything wrong. And so for thousands and thousands of children around the country, whose mother or father or maybe mother and father are in prison, you're going to be able to deliver Christmas gifts to these kids. In the name of their parents, which, to me, is the most important part of it. Friday, again, I just thought I'd have some fun. I took my baseball cap off to show you my bald head 'cause I'm playing Oliver warbucks in a production of Annie that opens this week here in South Carolina. "Hey, before I get to my question, do you have a favorite book line or seeing that you enjoy this? I do have a favorite Oliver warbucks line. He's on the phone talking to his buddy and he says, Franklin Roosevelt. Yes, I know he's a Democrat that he's a human being, too. I'm sorry. That's my favorite one. Or when I find out Roosevelt's gonna come to dinner and I didn't want him to come to dinner and I invited him not thinking he'd say yes, and I turned to grace, and I say, grace, call Al Smith, find out what Democrats eat. Very good. So I got a couple. I like how warbucks kind of mirrors Mike Gallagher a little bit, you know what I mean? Not with the money or anything, but with my political affiliation. Gotcha. So I'm wondering and this is if I had made that jury, and I'm wondering, is it possible that they arrived at a decision yesterday to quit? They said, let's drag this out to Friday so that we can have the weekend to hunker down in our homes well. Everything breaks loose. That's a great question. You know, a couple people have asked, in fact, I got an email this morning from a lady in New York City, said the very same thing. Wonder if they already have you almost wonder how much more how much longer do they have to deliver? What could they be deliberating about? Are they deliberating? Do you think they think they heard about the MSNBC reporter or a producer or whatever the heck he is? Following them? What's that gonna do to their verdict? Could that have gotten back to them? Now understand picture this. A cop stops an MSNBC person who's following the bus for running a red light trying to keep up with the bus. You think the jurors, you think it's possible they know about this? Here is Jesse waters yesterday on Fox News talking about MSNBC's role. They've been banned from the trial. MSNBC is every bit as bad as you think they are. They're a bunch of activists. Have you seen joy Reid? I mean, this is one of their stars. I saw a compilation of her monologues last night on social media. The woman is literally unhinged. Full of hatred and rage, racist, she hates white people. I mean, it's unbelievable. To watch these people, at least Rachel maddow, the times I've watched James thoughtful, I mean, yeah, she's hard left, but she's not a lunatic. This joy Reid is a kook and a painter millions of dollars to be on prime time. They gave her a promotion recently. Here was Jesse watters talking about MSNBC's real mission here with regards to the rittenhouse trial. The media is grossly polluted this town and this country with lies and misinformation. But now they're putting lives at risk. We learned today that a freelancer with MSNBC was caught and ticketed for running a red light, while following the jury bus home last night. He told police he was instructed by MSNBC in New York to follow the bus and take photos. NBC News released a statement saying last night, a freelancer received a traffic citation. While the traffic violation took place near the jury van, the freelancer never contacted or intended to contact the jurors during deliberations and never photographed or intended to photograph them. We regret the incident and we'll fully cooperate with the authorities on any investigation. Sure. MSNBC didn't consider the safety of the jurors. They didn't consider the safety of other drivers. They had a mission to fulfill. At a mission to fulfill that's for sure. But there are warriors there.

"You can get all the ticket details in order your chickens can pick exactly where you want to sit in this beautiful new theater. S 8 children's theater dot org, SC children's theater dot org. And thank you again for letting me be excited about something. I haven't had this much fun in a couple of years. I just love this. It's fun to go to the theater. It's even more fun to be on stage and try to pull off playing Oliver warbucks circa 1933 with little Orphan Annie and this delightful cast of kids and adults. All right, 20 minutes before the Aaron go right back to it here gets back back to work. Heartbreaking to watch Kyle rittenhouse's mom last night. I just can't stop thinking about LeBron James, mocking Kyle rittenhouse crying on the witness stand. Can you imagine LeBron James kid in a situation? I don't know if he has kids. I don't know anything about him personally, but how he'd feel if a superstar arguably the richest most famous athlete in the planet would take to Twitter or social media and make fun of his son, that's what Wendy written house is experiencing. She appeared last night on Sean Hannity's show on Fox News. I just broke down with Kyle crying like that. It made me feel heartbroken. Sad. And I wanted to just go up there and just hug him and tell him it would be okay. When then candidate now president of the United States. And other elected officials. That don't know anything about your son. Refer to him as a white supremacist. I have yet to see any evidence whatsoever. That he is such a person. And when prominent people say that, what did that how did that impact you and how did it impact him? When I saw what afterwards of the president Kennedy, candidate debate when I saw that I was in shocked, I was angry. President Biden don't know my son. Whatsoever. And he's not a white supremacist. He's not a racist. And he did that for the votes. And I was so angry for a while at him. And what he did to my son, he defamed him. That poor woman. That poor family. And anybody who's following the trial knows, if he gets convicted, it's only because the jury is going to be influenced by the threats of violence to the people of Kenosha Wisconsin. Mob rule. This is such an open and shut case. This kid shouldn't even be on trial. There should even be a this thing is a joke. The mob was trying to kill him. They were trying to attack him. He had a weapon. He had a medical kitty at gloves on. He was trying to help his help the community. And, you know, only an idiot would look at the video of him running desperately fleeing for his life and having this guy come down on him, screaming, I'm going to kill you. I'm going to kill you according to the witnesses. That was a great move. You're going to kill the guy with the gun. What a great what a great decision this Joseph rosenbaum made. So we'll see what happens next week. It goes to the jury. There are reports of jury intimidation going on. I mean, it is. George Floyd's friend, posting social media warnings about the identity of the jurors, you don't think that gets back to the jury? What do you think this jury is going through right now? Imagine this jury sitting there saying, well, yeah, it's pretty obvious that this kid is not guilty of murder. It's pretty obvious this kid did not go to Kenosha with the intent to just shoot random people. It's pretty obvious from the video. There's video evidence from multiple angles. Showing this kid, defending himself. Against a violent bloodthirsty mob. You know, while the fires were all burning, they were destroying Kenosha. Over a guy with a knife who was shot by the police. I saw a media Montage. Hey Derek, let's see if we can find that Montage. Fox News last night played it of all the media types, the irresponsible corrupt members of the beast calling. The guy who was shot by the Kenosha police unarmed. Which was a lie. They lied and that unarmed narrative helped inflame and exacerbate and contribute to the mob enraged taking to the streets of Kenosha. How do you think this thing plays out next week? Give me your prediction, one 806 5 5 mic. Let's dive into that. Here in the relief factor dot com studios for a Friday, November 12th, 2021, continuing to fight the good fight. You think Kenosha will erupt? If this kid is acquitted, will he be convicted because the jury's gonna say, well, we can't have violence in the streets. It's just one 18 year old kid. Maybe he'll get out some day. What's the jury gonna do? What do you think will happen with the Kyle rittenhouse case? Give me your expectations your prediction here on the Mike Gallagher show. "Black Lives Matter leader Hank Newsom promised riots, fire and bloodshed. If the incoming mayor, Eric Adams reinstates plainclothes cops, that's what BLM is against. Plain clothes, police officers. You know why there are plain clothes police officers? They help stop crime and catch the bad guys. Sometimes you can't have a uniformed officer. Prevent or stop a crime. Sometimes you need men and women who are playing closed. Street clothes. Black Lives Matter doesn't like that. Black Lives Matter thinks that's racist. So Black Lives Matter is now promising bloodshed in the streets of New York. I want somebody to tell me how these black lives it wasn't just one. It was this Hank Newsom's, I don't know, sister or whoever she is, a couple of Black Lives Matter founders. Founders of Black Lives Matter. These are leaders. "To make that decision yourself. It doesn't matter. You're the chief law enforcement of this country in the relief vector dot com studios. Here's Mike. George Broadway show last night getting him in that theater mood. I'm getting ready to go to South Carolina, start rehearsals for Annie. I'm going to shave my head incidentally. I got a scoop. Harry connick junior who's going to play Oliver warbucks in the TV version of Andy. I guess that's coming out over the holidays. I forget it's a big star studded cast. He's refusing to shave his head. That's a bridge too far. They're going to do one of those skullcaps for him. Not me, baby, I'm going to go the right way. I'm going to get my head shaved to play daddy warbucks. Anyway, so I went to a show last night, a show that I like a lot, moulin rouge. It's a great musical, big spectacular, won the Tony Award for best musical. Of course, everybody with a mask. They do it really well, though. You know, I know people don't like the idea of a mask in a theater, but it's not that it's really to me, I don't know. Everybody's got a mixed opinion about that. But I had dinner with a friend of mine who's pretty progressive. We don't talk politics very much. And she made a very interesting observation to me. She said, I don't like Joe Biden. I don't like where this is going at all. I said, oh, and again, we never talked policies. Did you I think he's driving this country over the cliff. This came from a lifelong Democrat. And the Democrats are just as unhappy, well, maybe not as much as unhappy as we are, but they're pretty concerned and anxious about the direction of the country. We got a big announcement to make Monday. I'm dying to tell you, I'm dying to tell you. I could just give you a just let the cat out of the bag a little bit and let you start looking at it because it's up. We're not supposed to make the announcement until Monday. You think I'll get in trouble if I say Salem news channel dot com? Oh, oops. They got in trouble. I'm sorry. I'm in a great mood. It's my pillow day. I just got a report. "And there they are. I know they are. I don't know them but I don't know. No, I love them. You know them and I don't want to say it on the air, but I love these people. This is my family. And it just rips me out. I'm worried, listen I'm thinking about the holidays. Now, lord Fauci gave us his blessing for the holidays. He also said the Johnson & Johnson always should have been a two dose vaccine. Thanks for telling us. I thought that thank you. It said everybody who got Johnson & Johnson should have gotten a second shot within a couple of months old. Now you tell me? Great. So that show like a dummy off I go, I'm getting the booster into this week. I got it scheduled. I'm going to go get the second one. Well, good for you. I don't know. As far as but back to the because I can feel it just listening right now. There are all kinds of people because here do come the holidays. And here comes some things that people might want to be doing. And they should I should I not. And there's a spectrum of between at one end of the spectrum is people who go, screw it, let's go and dive in and don't care, don't think about it, whatever, and there's a certain energizing liberty to that. At the other end of the people who are hiding under the bed and I kind of cry for them. That's just not good. It's a tough handle in the middle is everybody else and what your best defense is because you are so you love these people so much and you don't want to disappoint them and you don't want to seem like somebody toward the fearful end of the spectrum and you're not what you are to your defense and you can wrap yourself in the Teflon of this is very simple. I don't want to get COVID. Repeat it. I just don't. I just don't want to get sick. And I'm not afraid of dying of it. I'm really not, I'm a pretty healthy 61 year old guy, but then again, you hear about healthy. I'm not worried about that. Let me tell you what I'm worried about most of all. I feel so stupid saying this L and then we're going to move on because I want to congratulate you on Colin Powell. I want to say something about this huge, huge news of this major major political military, historic figure dying of COVID complications at the age of 84 this morning, and your monologue this morning is something that honestly brought a tear to my eye and I'll tell you why in just a moment, but let me just get this off my chest. I feel now this personal responsibility in a week and a half, I go off to South Carolina to start rehearsals for Annie. I'm going to play Oliver warbucks in a production that this theater has been waiting for for two years. They had to wait. They built a brand new theater in downtown Greenville, South Carolina, the South Carolina children's theater. It is a state of the art theater, they're so proud of it and they couldn't use it. I mean, it just sat empty. So this is their big holiday extravaganza Annie. We're only doing about 99 performances..

"I am answering. I'm not saying you're wrong. We only got I'm also saying you're right when you say technically and you're right, you check the box. What's wrong do you, though? You've been throwing a curve ball and the caller, the pregnant, the pregnancy test is a great example of how terrible examples you brought up the illegal. You didn't let me finish my point. The pregnant she caller is a great example of how you haven't adjusted to the warp speed craziness. You're listening. Let me tell you why. You dismissed her and said, well, it's against the law. Brian, what you're not acknowledging is all of this is brand new. We have not lived for years like we've lived with precedent of not being able to ask a woman about her pregnancy status. This is a brand new head snapping development that you're gonna have to show proof of vaccine. You're gonna lose your job. And you're like, well I'm all right with that because that's what Biden said and it's an executive order. I don't like the government doing that, but I like private companies being able to do this. This is all new Mark. You're right. You're right about that. So that means that there's going to be a list of things that we're going to let businesses do in a list of things that we're not historically that at some point we decided, and I think it's called a pregnancies that the pregnancy, discrimination act or something we decided we're not going to be able to ask women about whether they are pregnant, whether they even plan on being pregnant, we're going to make that against the law. So I guess here you are saying that if we're chatting 5 years from now, you would like it to also be against the law for businesses to require vaccines. Mark, isn't that what you're saying? Can you answer one question? You saw the Dave Chappelle special last week. You heard him say, you take away a man's livelihood. You might as well kill him. You are your cancel culture. Your casual, no, it's firing somebody for not having somebody's talking about. He was talking about what's going on. It's the same thing, though. It's the same principle. You're taking away the dignity of a human being who says, and you're dismissing them. Go get another job. I just told him to go, you tell people I don't say that. I do not say it. You shed on Chris Cuomo's show last night, if somebody says, you're gonna lose your job if you don't want to take the shot. You said, we'll take a shot. It's not that easy for people, Mark. You're not rep. You're not respecting the deep resentment. If you're complete my quote, I said, my first answer for that person is get the shot. But then I realize I'm telling them what to do, which I will never do. And by the way, and I don't want government to either. And how by the way, this comment from I think this is where 9 5 one area code. Depending on how much the boss Alexa, where is area code 9 5 one? Area code 9 5 one is used in California. What's up with you in California? Is that the same person who's yesterday? Is that ever that I was at riverside again? I don't know. I'm giving this person too much air time. I was gonna give them, but they complimented you. So they're all I clearly have relatives at California. Well, they did yesterday too, right? Is that the same person? Did they say? I think they said something to you yesterday. There was positive, but I'm not going to give them their chronic and Alan blocking them from a generation. She can't have that. But I will paraphrase them. You did Texas proud and you did conservatism proud. And Mark, no one's going to accuse you of being a shaky conservative. And I'm not. I'm really not. We're living, I think we can both agree in absolute unprecedented. These are uncharted waters. We're trying to figure this out as we go. Here's a quick example. I'm about to do a musical in South Carolina and they're struggling with making sure everybody in the cast gets tested regularly. I think that's reasonable. They may not. I don't want to be listen. I don't want to be on stage with a bunch of 12 year olds breathing on me. They got COVID. I'd like not to get COVID. But on the other hand, you know, how far do you go? How intrusive does this get? What does that mean? Does that production of Annie, that production of Annie and Greenville South Carolina? Do they have the right to have a vaccine mandate? That's a bad example. Mandate for the cast and the company, everybody is required to be right. And a lot of the people in that community are very disappointed and I understand that and I respect it. And I will turn into Mark Davis, I'm kind of silently glad that I could be a lot of people breathing on me. They don't want you to get COVID. By the way, I started memorizing my lines. You'll love some of these lines. I forget that Oliver warbucks is such a staunch Republican. And I go through the lines. He's Friends, of course, with the Franklin Franklin Roosevelt, but warbucks is a Republican. So here's one line that I was memorizing last night where he invites FDR to his mansion to war boxes mansion on Fifth Avenue for dinner, and he doesn't expect him to accept. And so he hangs the phone up and warbucks says grace if I had known FDR would have accepted my invitation, I would have never invited him. And then he says, and then he says, grace, get Al Smith on the phone, find out what Democrats like to eat. That's tremendous. So this is all what Mike's talking about production of Annie gets yourself to Greenville South Carolina. What's the opening night? Yeah, but you have between Thanksgiving and Christmas, but coming from a Dallas, the majestic theater that majestic majestic stage musical, a funny thing happened on the way to the forum with yours truly playing suitless. Now to see having Broadway be back, that's lovely, having you back on stage. That makes America great again. People are asking me if you've accepted my invitation to come to South Carolina because I think you and Lisa and either would have a blast. How old were we? It's between nothing going. Slow time to travel, right? Just a weekend? Come on a week. You would love the upstate, and everybody would love to meet the guy who's now Chris Cuomo's new best friend. All right. Great job last night. These are ready to thank you man. He's going to do a great job for you. Today at ten, Mike Gallagher shows 6 68 of the answer..
