You got a fucking because I know they're the stories I guess have popped up. I think in Jackson where I used to live in, like Ocean County, and you can't do it. There does violate some sort of pool sharing ordinance. They have They have a pool share. I don't know what to tell you something. There's there's some a friend of mine rabble. Uh, kept his boat, uh in brick, and it was one of those private things where you would have, like, you know, they have showers and all that, and I mean we were there. One night is pool. He's got the boat and you know we're having a few Corwin's by the pool. And next thing you know, a whole bunch of people from Lakewood snuck in. Really with Children in minivans and totally like dominated the thing to the point of like, what the hell is that? And when I was very upset, I'm sure he was very, very upset that the trade the treachery of owning a pool and a boat people taking advantage of the free showers. Ah! Oh, Okay. Now it's now starting to sink in, But it happened. He shot the free showers and find a find a body of water and jump in. Really? I'm telling you sure you can find a bar. But I'm telling me about this is true story. I knew a guy who you know those bar pool tables. Yes. You put the quarter in a slot. Yes, All right. A couple of guys who had a basement apartment in Union city, and they put one of those in the living room and they would just have parties. And just pay the rent off the quarters, so they actually they had the machine, the pool table that took the core quarters and it paid Then they had actually do it. That is a smart, smart moved, so I mean, if you want to tell you bike if I get that many people rent the light.

"Right now as you head on home, maybe you gonna need some coffee to keep you awake as it's going to be a while, in some spots to get to where you want to be. New Jersey bash traffic now above it looks like We've gotten a whole lot better between Cape May and Atlantic counties were still a little bit slow in Somers point after exit 29, but it's not a terrible back up at this point. And then through the rest of Atlantic County up through Ocean County, the parkway has opened up significantly. Now coming out of wall. We're still a bit slow after exit 98 up to the Neptune area, then from one of five up towards 19 and then again, right near 1 16 will hit the breaks up towards Hazlitt and Keyport. And then we're busy into Woodbridge. Over the Driscoll Bridge. North bound traffic goes up to 1 29 at the turnpike. Turnpike gets a little bit slow heading up to interchange 13 for the Gospels. You've got delays. They're leaving New Jersey and about a 10 to 15 minute wait down at the Outerbridge Crossing two at the Hudson the worst if it's been the George both decks now in the 15 minute range, and there's also erect on 2 87 Coton still being cleared away before reach 78 Watch out for a crash on route 80. "Here in Hamilton County City, Cincinnati, would always asserted, But now they're paying off claims. They're giving up sovereign immunity when one of their employees commits a negligent act. They're kind of giving up on that, because it's good public policy to pay those things off, but But in reality, this thing's going to last a long time. It's going to go Surfside collapsed. They were notified 30 35 years ago it was sinking. It was built in a marshy area. Secondly, the lawsuit filed six years ago gave further notice and then the building inspector said that he was suspicious of the building. And so at this point, I would think if you're indeed, county Or if you're in Surfside, The first thing you want to do at some point is check all the other buildings there were built in the 19 eighties. Plus, you got the issue of being so near the ocean. That sea salt is a problem Plus you in an area that's had numerous hurricanes come through That way. You put it all together. And maybe maybe there was notice this thing was going to happen. But I like the comment by many that in America, this does not occur unless airliners fly into a building generally of building does not collapse on its own without some outside influences. I don't think there's any gas lines available. I lived in Miami and I have a home in Naples. And there's no gas lines because you don't need gas generally because it doesn't get any Cooler than about 45 or 50 degrees. And so I don't see a gas line explosion And the most likely thing is just deterioration of the filaments inside the cement that cracked and then gave way. That's the most likely thing but down the road. We'll see what happened now. Secondly, Your law firm Freaking Myers and rule put out a A column written by a fine law clerk about the U. S Supreme Court decision. My good friend. Nurse Tony Bender has very athletic Children that are gonna look forward to participating at the University of Kentucky, making lots of money using their images and UK Kentucky just passed a law that said that football players, basketball players gymnasts whatever. Can take advantage of their image. So kind of without getting too deep in the legalese. What did the U s Supreme Court rule and what impact does it have on Tony benders? Children? Yeah. Turn by. Turn here. Good set up. You know what you're doing? Not your first rodeo, huh? A few. Let's let's talk about. Uh, yeah. Good old Spencer Campbell. Quick shot out, put together. Really nice, quick post in shameless plug, indulge before a second Willie for any listener that wants a nugget. It is information about anything, especially Ruling about employment claims with more specifically the law in general on ECA Mars website Death, um or dot law. You go on their school at the bottom is our blog hit, Subscribe and truly Spencer in this case, or anyone else that contribute to the blog takes all of these, and I'm looking at it now. 40 yard pages of Supreme Court justices popping off the mouth and gives you a couple paragraphs with what you need to know. So let me tell you what you do need to know. Give it to me. I'm laid on you because it is two parts. Essentially, they try to what we call split the baby a little physical reference. This is what the Supreme Court does a lot now They kind of punt. They want to hedge their bets. Find this is what they determined First, they kind of gave a quasi win to the students because they said, All right, we understand that you're generally being exploited. You absolutely are. But we can't give you a free ticket to be paid astronomical amount because the first purpose of what you're doing a student athletes emphasis on students who were there for pedagogical purpose offensively, although we know that's not always the case. But they did say you're allowed to get unlimited amounts. As long as it relates to education. That was a cause I win for the students. The other part of this, Willy and for the listeners to know was the partial win. For the N C double way, which was that they did permit that the is permitted to limit the amount for direct scholarships and aid. In other words, the biggest takeaway is that in the headlines kind of miss concerned, it's not surprisingly right. This wasn't an all out victory for the students at all. In any way. It was more so a partial win for both in the sense that there's some element approaching parents for the student to incentivize them. To really use their bodies for the benefit of the N C. W A Austin, La Puma Tony Bender thinks his kids are going to become millionaires at UK and I'm saying no, That's not the case because I read the synopsis of the decision and essentially said that if you're a student athlete, you get books, tuition, and you can also get computers. You can get additional aid, but it's all relatable to being a student. But you don't get a check in the mail. Correct. You do not get a check in the mail. They are still prohibited from direct payments. Willie they can knock out their checkbook and write a big fat check made payable to Tony benders, kids that they cannot not with the rule of law set and there it goes. He was going to retire and is one daughter is a great gymnast. And so there's no money in that. But they can't get extra academic assistance not given to other students because of the money they bring to the university. Exactly. You want to talk about money because I know that, you know, follow the Almighty dollar right in the beginning of opinion, Willie. Like I said, I write it for you, The only person that get me too, and I'll be brief. Is the astronomical amounts that this cartel and I said cartel with the reason that's what they were called in the opinion is making March madness alone. $1.1 billion generated. The college playoff just the playoff 470 million. So when you talk about the uniqueness in this situation will in no other type of industry would it level of at best. Exploitation at war, straight predation be permitted, and that's effectively what the Supreme Court decided as well. And you can imagine that the additional football playoffs are going to generate overeat over a billion $100 million every year in additional income and the players the workers receive little or nothing of that chunk..

"Mother's Day to all the mothers out there just hanging out with me right now. Let's see how those roads are looking. It's New Jersey. Fast traffic. Couple slow spots right now, Heading up the turnpike. If you're hopping off it interchange 13 for the Gospels Bridge and continuing out across the span bumper to bumper traffic, leaving New Jersey right now, with the Gospels at least 15 20 minute Wait. Just to get across the bridge and then traffic still very heavy onto the Staten Island Expressway Further north and Interchange 14 that's heavy with exiting volume, and it looks like they're in the process of clearing the crash from the North bound car lanes right after exit 14 that blocks the right lane. The other crossing back to Staten Island. The Outerbridge crossing backs up to the Garden State Parkway. So some volume off the parkway at 1 27. Further north, though it looks like they cleared a crash up at 1 42 handed some general volume 1 43 upto 1 45. Also moving along better through Ocean County with a north bound rec picked up by exit 74. So from Lacey Township right up to the Driscoll Bridge Parkway looks okay this evening. Handsome traffic there. Lakewood on Route nine. Both ways out by 88. Still a mess at the Hudson leaving the state the Holland Tunnel 35 to 40 minutes from both approaches the Lincoln Tunnel. It's about a 30 35 minutes away, George Washington Bridge a 60 minute back up, that's gonna be on both levels. Western Spur the turnpike Busy up towards route 46 as well. Yeah, I had to go to work this morning. The money, Miss Teen, Actually not Jean. Oh, explains the delay. Yeah. Okay. Judges didn't hear your Jo Jo didn't hear you're right. So, Yeah, we apologize. It was a G on our screen because that's what he heard. No wonder no wonder you weren't answering. Okay. Sorry, Tina. So, what did you have to do? Okay. Yeah, I had to go to work this morning. I had to be there at seven this morning. And I'm the cop person that doesn't call out for anything. I only Coyle if I'm sick or from or family member sick, right, So I hardly ever call out and I got to work late this morning. Because the roads were bad, and I couldn't get a driver to take me to work. Because I don't have my car right now. My still right. My mom's house. Okay, wait, wait now, my car. So wait. How did you get to work, then? I have a list. It took a while for them to get a lift driver. Okay, I got you. And I'm sorry. And what do you do for a living? What? Your job. I work at a grocery store, our work and food service making sandwiches. And then when I'm done over there, they put me over in Delhi to help out the deli department. That's one thing I was not thinking of. When I was running down that list of places that I think about being open on a day like this, But, yeah, grocery stores, obviously. Wasn't busy. No, not really at all. I'm not busy at all, and we had a lot of coal out. In fact, I had called the man I had called the mental. Um, I may have to call out because I couldn't get away there. And finally they did. Send me a driver out. And then I call it work it. So listen a moment a moment away. What were the I mean? I know you weren't the one driving but what with roads looking like when you're on your way in this morning? Very slick. Yep. Yeah, and even the backwards they hardly ever play all the back roads. Mm. All right, Tina. Thanks for your call. Oh, man. Speaking of back roads yesterday, one of my boys, Uh, one of the two who were on the spectrum. He had occupational therapy yesterday, Okay? And it was in the afternoon and it was down in Princeton and then you know, back 200 County. And you know, these are all kind of like wind the rural roads. And I thought they would have treated them unless it was just coming down and sticking. Even though they treated the roads. I really couldn't tell that they were treated because it was sticking big time. And it was like I mean, I was already slipping. And this was yesterday. Not even today. Yeah, really surprised me. All right. So who was working today? Who is off today? 1 802 831 on 1.5, Nick and Toms River. You're on New Jersey One of 1.5. Hey, guys. How you doing? All right, Nick. Yes. So I decided. I work at physical therapy office and they closed down today because of the storm, but adored ash on the side. Like all my days also, I've been doing that since, like, nine o'clock this morning. Really? Wow, You're a workaholic. If you would go out when you don't really have to. Well, Dorr actually looking in this area, If you want to risk your life will be the next $4 per run. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. But okay, But you okay? Maybe jump in and ask you if somebody door dashes, though, on a day like this. I would hope they're giving you phenomenal tips right? And it's better miss. Like one person I did a dash for and they gave me 20 bucks. Oh, my God. That's right, Like super nice of them, And then someone gave me $2 and I want to knock on the door and you know it's a state of emergency, right? It's whatever. Yeah, seeing Toms River and break because I'm going back and forth between the show and it's like they're just flush everywhere. And it goes from Ranger like sleeps a little bit of smell about, you know, rain, So because of where you are right, if you if you arm or inland it would be very, very different. Yeah. I mean, if I could go home and lock my doors and hide from the smell, I'd be awesome. Yeah, Zimmer fees asking everybody to thanks to you call, you know that's kind of funny because My son and I got a hotel room last night. So would have to drive in this today. He's talking about being hungry. And I said, Well, you could grubhub because you don't think they'd be working on a day like today. But there, Nick is doing his door dash, even the middle of a snowstorm, so What? Your power to you. He didn't You need No Oh, would you go to the vending machine or something? I don't think he ain't anything. Oh, my God. Look for Sam. At least he was warm. All right. We're asking you. What do you do for a living? And are you working today? Or were you off today? 1 802 831 on 1.5 Earlier this hour. We had a call from a guy. Whose job wanted him to work, and he drives truck. You know, big truck, big rig 18 Wheeler, and he was like Nope. Not going to do it. He started out in the Rose is just so bad. He you know, used the day and he and he called out So if you are off today was that your decision or did your company just say Hey, don't even come in. That's another interesting question, because, you know On a day like this. If you've got the kind of job and you know you've been there a number years do you know? You know, Historically, you're not really doing much work on a day like this anyway. It's kind of almost like pointless if it's that type of job, I'm saying Where you really don't get a whole lot done. There's really not a whole lot of money coming in on a day like 80% of your workers aren't there right? Coworkers? I should say, right. It's like why Why do some businesses insist on risking the lives of their of their workers by coming in? But then if you use a personal day and call out then, are you are you looked at kind of sideways by the boss for that. Let's talk to Judy and Whiting. You're in New Jersey. 101.5. Hey, Judy. Hey, guys. How you doing today? All right. I just showed him leading him to make good and the roads weren't as you know, I realized I didn't show any accidents. We do have a lot of power outages out writing, no just traffic lights out and a lot of homes without power and sisters. But the sister beautiful, Okay, I know in on a better day. I know this, but I'm sorry. What county is Whiting in again? It's really a solution. It is an ocean county. Okay by Manchester. Yeah. The boondocks. Okay? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, They're saying they they thought Ocean County was gonna be hit harder. And it looks like from what I read earlier this morning. It looks like they're kind of backing off that lot asleep in the snow, right? Right. I gotta tell you, I shovel and I haven't made run some blind and killing a half years. I themselves well, so I'm hoping to get some hole over on. Really? Yeah, Yeah, I mean, big, much shoveling. I've been Children and all of the city for about 30 years, like, literally shoveling with a shovel or a snow blower. Doubles up. Really? Marcello, I got a brother in the morning. It's so peaceful and so beautiful. And, you know, I'm giving it all elderly. So you have to do a really good job, you know, Make sure we get it right down and with no blows up a rare Shatter e have trusted Reuben is not for 30 years I've been doing so. And you love this stuff that I do I have to do with separate. So alright, Hardy. I'm a stock surprise. You have a phone. All right, Judy. Thanks for your call. Enjoy. You're shoveling. All right.
