"Of disease progression. And so the only second line drug approved for PVC patients today is a drug called a better cholic acid or Ocala, this is an FXR agonist. And this drug was approved in 2016. It works to actually inhibit bile acid synthesis. So it also does reduce alkaline phosphatase, and it's typically given the patients on top of UDCA for those that don't tolerate UDCA can be given as monotherapy and what you see with Ocala, at least if you look at their phase three published data is that just about just under 50% of patients have what's deemed as an adequate response where they met the primary endpoint. Again, related to reductions in alkaline phosphatase. So there are patients that benefit, but there are still almost 50% of patients that don't have an adequate benefit based on that primary endpoint. The other challenge with a better cholic acid is it can cause or worsen pruritus. And so you have a drug here that does give some patients benefit on liver outcomes longer term or believe to based on the reductions in alpha and phosphatase, but can actually cause or worsen one of the two key clinical symptoms of disease. So when we think about really the unmet needs in PBC, we think one, there's a need for treatment alternatives that actually get a greater proportion of patients to have an adequate response. We actually believe there's a need for treatment alternatives that actually can normalize the biochemical markers of disease. And so we'll come back to those two things specifically when we talk more about our datasets, but that's one key unmet need in the setting of PVC. And the other is for treatment alternatives that of course can address some of these key clinical symptoms of disease and particularly potential Therapeutics that can reduce it or reduce pruritus. Those are two key unmet needs. I would say a third is always looking for treatment alternatives with a better overall safety profile.

"All right emily kwong lay some of that chocolate goodness on me. You got it because chocolate is the true meaning of valentine's day only chocolate. This pure can be this. So i love you but lactose intolerant. Why are you doing this to me. I thought about this. The thing that gives chocolate. Its flavor is dairy free. Did you know cocoa comes from a fruit that grows these amazing looking multicolored cacao pods and i was. Cd's read things hanging from the trees. While what are these things. This is food scientists. Darren ostrom suka at the cocoa research center at the university of the west indies. Speaking with simmons safety and our friends at life kit about his fascination with cacao pods. It's like it's like a football shape. Fruit it can be smooth. It can be wate. it can have ridges. Darren saw these pods all over the place. Growing up in trinidad and tobago. They grow on the couch. Frey or theobroma cacao in under story crop of the tropical rainforest meaning they grow pretty close to the ground and the exterior of these pods is hard like it's tough but not so tough that critters can't break it open to go on a little cow binge correct if i was a squirrel. This would be what i would do. I mean absolutely. Darren breaks open a pod with a special tool kind of like a dull michigan it resists when gives time what it feels very satisfying on. Then when you twist the blade you hear a sort of crunch on you see opening insite describes the inside of the pod like a sticky cobwebs it has rows of caucases which he calls beans covered in this gummy white pulp called musa delicious mm-hmm usage and the aroma hits immediately. I'm spending my and it smells. Citrusy like like citrus flowers. It's like a subtle perfume Yeah there's so much flavor potential in these cacao beans at this point once the pot is opened fermentation begins so after. The seeds are removed from the pod. They're collected and transported to an area where they can ferment for days. Yeah and naturally occurring microbes breakdown. Those beans unlock their flavor notes. I i did not know that. Quang i mean for meditation gotta love it. Kind of sounds like like wine a little bit. Maybe a little bit. Yeah kinda if you think of cacao beans grapes and the tastes does reflect the ecosystem from which it came. The beans are then sorted roasted and sold to chocolate-makers to become the chocolate. You know and love. it can be fruity. it can be floral. It can be bright. So i like to think of a flavor profile that cuckoo offense to be like a good piece of music is we. What makes a good piece of chocolate is a harmonious 'presentation of flavor notes that in balance with each other at the coco research centre. He works on the level of genetics and with farmers to optimizing flavor and adopting their crops to climate change and disease. Darren even works with the cacao. Farm used to pass as a child. Chocolate is something he just can't stay away from is like with ocala. Florida is she. You can check out anytime you want. But you've been the relieve gets on the skin and it becomes your positive your consciousness so for me. I don't really work at a job. I work at

A plane crash in Central Florida kill the police chief of Ocala, Greg Graham flew on the plane alone when they marry in camera sheriff's offices. It went down near the county airport. Graham had served as Ocalan's police chief since 2012. Rhetoric from President Trump calling the elections integrity into question, claiming, for instance, that mail in voting is not secure, raises fears about a contested election. But an attorney who represented George W. Bush in the legal battle over Florida's president to recount in 2000 Does not foresee any issues. This will not be repeated 2000 and second. I don't anticipate any serious problems this year in Florida and probably in any states. Barry Richard says. Florida has made several changes no more hanging chads for one designed to reduce the risk of election disasters. Six proposed amendments to the state Constitution include one that would open Florida's primaries, Amendment three would create a single primary for all candidates of all parties, the top to finish Ushers and that would go on to the general election. Supporters say it would force candidates to appeal to a wider audience. Those include a South Florida businessman Mike Fernandez, who has put more than a million dollars into the campaign to get Amendment three passed Amendment Four on this year's ballot would require proposed amendments in future years to pass twice in two different elections. To become part of the state constitution. But Kate McFall of the Humane Society of the United States who helped get an amendment passed in 2018, that band Greyhound Racing in the state, says it already takes 60% of voters to approve amendments. And that's challenge enough. If Amendment forward pass. We have serious concerns that it would make it even more difficult if approved future proposed amendments that get Thesixty Percent in one election. Would go on the ballot.

"Sirius xm or to learn what can you were back our to the races at sea ocala breeder sales company the start of the two year old in training sales season and then we're just talking with steve chirac and ryan denardo and now we got tom mentor and a tom has been so nice and and gave me the the full tour i didn't ocala three times baby but had not been out here and just seeing and having seen pictures and what's gone on a it it it's remarkable and everyone one time is is just blown away by what you've managed to turn this into a year end it continues to evolve couple find touches yet but congratulations on what's going on here yeah i appreciate it appreciate that they were getting close to the finish line here in a it it certainly is turned out the way we expected and it's been a long road but we've really kept the customer in mind in hopes that the the buyers and sellers both the appreciate what we've done and enjoy enjoy the surroundings and invidia freely that i love it i explained everybody how the calendar the movement in the calendar evolved because it i was talking with the boys about a go into the calder is the old the calder sale l a which had been in february i mean when when the sales companies are are setting up the the the calendar how did how did all that kind of shift and more over the years well you know one of the things when we went to miami and we went there february with the first sale of those horses did well out of those sales but as time went on the shifting of the two year old season at the racetrack became later and later and so you didn't have may as quite as many as two year old races early in the season so you bought a horse in february you basically have to kick it out for a little bit and then come back later and and i think the horses are under any pressure to to to make that early sale and the ones the jump through the hoops early of made it made it to the sale so another couple of weeks gives the consigners a little more leeway in some time to evaluate their horses and other things certainly from our perspective is opie s became more and more a prominent suddenly ocala area of it became easier for the buyers to come here rather than us to take the sale of the buyers and i think we've grown in in in important sending the quality of the horses that of the buyers liked to come here eighty come to our selves which we appreciate and then they came out of here with some nice horses and be they come in look at the forces that they may have at the forums here at the training centers and evaluate their horses and the other thing that i think is really nice win the trainers come to ocala they're not having a hustle back to their born and they've got their performance and they've got their head people in charge and and they're here focusing on one thing and they wanna buy their horses and a and that's good and and we think it works for us we think it works for them and so that's basically the direction that they've just gone over overtime and obviously with a two year old and training sale you have an extended period with with training and they under attack joe's and everything is online now and the videos can be watched while we're streaming within an hour after they're they're they're done they're up in their edited so we try and keep up with the times as best we can so we have two percent the horses in the best we can and unfortunately we've done well and without the concern is bringing those good horses were were not anywhere so we have only but unless we unless we have the good horses in that nice building a were were not going anywhere so we need the horses first and then the rest of it we try and take care of make everybody feel comfortable here well end v growth of of bs as also seemingly helped drive coinciding drive a bit of a a a resurgence ocala in general because there they were there hadn't been a bit of eight eight eight flattened a period where you know where the the the basic horse industry in general in the area and it feels like

Minister, what type of gun control do you believe would stop school shootings?

"Run by him quick as i can't hear i only have one question for minister and that is he mentioned gun control minister what type of gun control do you believe what stop school shootings that's my only question on january twenty second sixteen year old shooter in italy texas one injured next day january twenty third fifteen year old shoot offend kentucky to daddy he injured february first nineteen year old shooter parkland florida seventeen seventeen injured march seven seventeen year old shooter birmingham alabama one bit march twentieth seventeen year old shooter great mills maryland one dead april twentieth nineteen year old shooter ocala florida one injured may eleventh fourteen year old shooter in palmdale california one injured may sixteenth nineteen year old shooter dixon illinois no injuries no deaths may eighteenth seventeen year old santa fe texas tended now what did you notice in that list in one of those schools in dixon illinois there was a nineteen year old shooter but nobody died and nobody was injured reason the resource officer heard gunshots in the auditorium of gimnasia whatever it was ran towards the gunfire approached the shooter who was shooting at him and shot back hit him in the shoulder took out the threat and that was the end now the number of lives that were saved in dixon illinois because of having a resource officer who didn't run away from the shooting ran towards it unlike in florida the number of lives that were saying it can be determined by the number of rounds the shooter had with him if he had thirty five rounds as resource lobster probably saved thirty five watt but see that's the one you don't hear a lot about because it doesn't advance the agenda of the left wing and that's that's where politics comes into it the democrats answer is banning are fifteen ban high capacity magazines now it'd be the end of school shooting.
