I think some of the best coaches in the country out, the low-to-mid major love. I've been at Georgia, Tech Auburn and Florida State as an assistant job play the Georgia Southern. I was a head coach of good Southern and coaches that can win those low-to-mid. Major leagues I don't care what league it is. That's a tremendous amount of pressure knowing that you want all year long. And then if you lose, you're not even going to the NIT. So guys, who that can can can handle that pressure can have their teams ready to play in that can succeed in that environment, they deserve shops and hair jobs because you are a great coat. If you could come out of the Southern or the Sunbelt of the ovc, because everybody's fighting for one spot and it is a dog fight. So I don't miss championship week. I watch every game. I respect the players that get MVP because I'm a form of Southern Conference MVP from 1900. So I got V C R and B just take everybody. Don't know why but I respect low-to-mid major coaches and I think they deserve more money when they win the system. So I just wanted to say that to you I like the direction. You just went with that. See why I think that's that's really. I mean it's prevalent, you know, we're looking at me. Look at Joe golden right Abilene. Christian really really tough job is really tough job. And so you know guys like that absolutely and it kind of talk about head coaches. I guess that's kind of like what you were going a little too but for assistant coaches were lost. I like know that if you can ride a bus league and you can win great, your grinder, that kind of proves that, but if you, you know, if you're at the highest level, I think sometimes a DS and this may be a list conception, but, you know, the record the elite recruiting that you have to be able to compete against other people, their Elite recruiters, and, and then do something with that Talent. You know, at a high level of, of power 5 blue, blood level. I think I like, I like people who attended all levels, I think God shows you're well-rounded, and if you're just at a power fight level, and you're interviewing at a low webpage or job, that's really tough. That's a really tough transition. You know, now you're writing a bus now, you've got no dog. Now, you got to figure out where the uniforms are coming from and who's going to mop your floor? Well, that's not what you're used to and I think eighties that's very risky for them to be able to try to interview someone like that. Like if you look at Steve, what's every level? He's been at every level and so he gets, you know, Corpus Christi, but if Steve Lewis had only been to the power V there's no wait works. Just been hired and we had a really good cool for that. Really good cool. But, you know, that's, that's kind of what I see and faith in the trends and that sort of thing. But on the contrary, you look at someone like Dietrich Taylor, right? So he had two assistants get had jobs the last three years. Danny, sprinkle and John right. John Smith. So they weren't they made the tournament. Once I think wage maybe once twice baby and those two got jobs, but they were the right jobs. You know, John got Cal Poly and he had connections in California, very, very connected in California, and in California kids at Cal Poly, you can go out of same thing. So they had to get a California guy. He was there had success. And he got the job, Danny, sprinkle and the of Montana state, right?
