One of my favorite things about meeting new people is that you never know when a lifelong friendship is going to blossom. In fact by total dumb luck. I actually ended up spending most of last year stuck rooming with this random guy. And we're basically best friends now but don't take my word for it. Just ask him. Do i recommend hanging out with george clooney. No i do not. I guess. I forgot how strange people could be q. Believe a mall wanted me to throw this away throwing this out no way man the whole video so cute and if you're the winter what is the first question you ask george in a mall. What is Conditional Food Neutrality?
"Month we talked about conditional food neutrality based on exercise and movement and this topic was really interesting because what we wanted to do was kind of set the stage a little bit about how we create these conditions around when it's okay for us to have neutrality. A lot of it's really based in in rooted in calories in calories out from a weight control standpoint and a weight loss standpoint that we've been that's been like ingrained in our minds over the years for such a long time and last month we really talked about. How do we combat those conditions. And how do we bring movement into our lives in a joyful way. That's not wait related. And not wait. Comb control related. So that's what we talked about last month and this month for taking a very similar concept around conditions and applying it to body image body neutrality which quite frankly you're listening to see might be thinking. Oh that's not a light topic and you're right so heavy topic. Were super excited. Bear with us. We have some awesome guests coming up this month and dana. And i wanted to do a little bit of a set the scene. Yes so when we're thinking about conditional food neutrality as applied to exercise and fitness as we talked about last month it what that looks like is basically i can eat what i want as long as i exercise or i can eat carbs as long as i'm going to exercise or i just have exercise or i don't have to feel as bad about eating this because i've exercised already which as you can tell from the last four episodes that we've done which we will lincoln. The show notes is really tight in like christina. Said to the calories in calories
What’s the Best Water Source?
"Call it. Like water quality ascension. So we start with you know. We've got the tap walker that that's coming through people's faucets at home. It's coming to showers and what's happened to this water is it's it's been so process you know we. We don't look at water as a living pretty much life sourced you know. She's like i think we take water for granted so we put it through these pipes and it goes through unnatural processes that it doesn't really need to go through. Maybe but we're doing it because we want to take out all the toxins and stuff like that so that's tap water and imagine if you are trying for the rest of your life you're gonna eat frozen dinners and fast food. But you're expecting it to nourish your body the same way that produce and natural foods that occur in the world would nourish us So that's like tap water and ever i. It's awesome. Because i think everyone is kind of starting to wake up to help bad. Their water is that they're drinking so then. We moved to bottled water and bottled water. Obviously you're in the single use plastic bottles So that's like knock great for the environment but it's also it's going through the same process. That tap water is going through. It's basically recycled tap water. In these companies they do usually process it. Goes through reverse osmosis They're taking it also from you. Know small rural towns and country and basically having. They're selling it back to these people. They're almost like stealing their water. And then selling it back to them at like a thousand percent markup which kinda sucks next year. Bpa sake toxins in there too. Oh my gosh and like think about how how long the water is actually sitting in those bottles before it reaches the shelves like sometimes it can be like eight to twelve months or something like that. I think and obviously the the plastics in the water. It can leak into the water. It's just a total mess but Then you moved to bottled water. You know it's not. It's not that much better than tap water and then you move to like a filter filter which okay now. We're we're kind of in the same area but we're using less plastic. So that's great. I love that And it's it's a good option for people at home. It's a good start. Then you move to things like reverse osmosis or a rookie Burke's kind of. I don't fully understand how they work But then reverse osmosis is taking everything out of the water right which is also a good start. But it's it's taking the good stuff out of the water so think about this. If you are drinking reverse osmosis. There's nothing in your water. there's no minerals. Nothing water needs minerals. So we're drinking. It's almost like rick drinking it. And the reverse osmosis starts pulling minerals of our body and then we p it out because we can't really absorb it
Has the Pandemic Made Your Sex Life Better or Worse?
"There's this study that just came out men say sex's better during the covid. Nineteen pandemic women beg to differ so it says guys are saying that the lockdown enhance their sex lives and ladies. Don't feel that knocking boots with their boo. Whatever says during better fifty percent say pandemic sectors great seventy one say that it did nothing for their sex life so i just want to know how has it been for all of you. I've discovered something about myself because sometimes like you've said it in the past where women have to feel connected to their partners to be turned on and they have to ask how your day is. My husband does that more now with covid. I actually like my husband more as a person now From covid but my sex life took a little bit of a downturn and i think it's because part of my recipe for sexiness is for me to feel sexy and i haven't been putting on makeup. I haven't been washing my hair. I haven't been putting on pants that even zip and so that's what the missing link is. So i've actually been able to really pinpoint so it's been helpful. I mean have. I gotten out of my sweat pants as often as i should know but at least now i know pretty baby steps roles little. If we don't feel sexy. How do we expect our partners to want to be with us. When we don't we're not being loving ourselves. Yeah but i also think the difference in this study. If you were to look into my household is that the pandemic. You're around each other more so you might be having more of the quantity zacks like you. Can't you can't get away from each other. There's no excuse like you're so busy gonna work trip. Whatever like you're going to have the sex but if a woman is not feeling sexy to what becca said that level of pleasure like probably having more sex. I don't know that. I'm having like best sex of my life. I feel closer to my husband. But i'm not like oh my god and it's mostly because i'm wearing a lot of things in sweatpants and eating

The best part of it is no one court covert but sadly one hundred people did. Come down with indian. But that's right. Thousands of people showed up to a concert and the purpose was to see see if they would catch covert which must be honest. Doesn't seem like a real idea right. That seems like some are ruled that happened. You can get it right fire and if you ask me i think an experimental concert is a great idea. Not just for covert. I mean you can test for all sorts of things you can test for the effect of constantly dropping. The beats can finally find out. Does that hurt. The beat can the be even feel pain and will the beat be able to go on. One of the most here is how many volunteers they got to submit to medical experimentation. Just because they wanted to see a concert. I mean you realize this means. They could ramp up experimental on everything just based on. Who's performing can we. Please take your kidneys. We need to test something. What no we'll give you tickets to be on say. Oh my god take them both. Toby answer their mind telling their my kidneys. Maybe she'll say about the

Remember why, why that was okay why he didn't want to have people at the time in studios, and just do screen share and talk into the mic. So we'll do studio work if it's more conceptual. So if somebody's teaching broader base foundational idea or framework, that isn't going to change all the time. Then by all means we office, I'm in right now. We have a studio. I saw trading kitman for example, do it. I saw two cameras on. But that's a recent, isn't it? We didn't do it that way since about twenty fifteen. In any given course, there's gonna be there's gonna be some head on stuff. Yeah. It'll be professionally produced where somebody's talking about again. The concepts the foundation, the fundamentals, the frameworks the models, the set the doesn't change all the time. And if I'm teaching about Email marketing, I can talk about, you know, in lay out a basic, automated follow up sequence funnel and basically say, okay, you know, people Breen else here do this can draw it up and explain it had on heavily produced. And that's not change very quickly. Similarly, if I'm gonna explain the foundational aspects of Facebook ads. It's not going to change very quickly. But when you're talking getting in and showing somebody the how To's of stepping in how to do that. Changed their interface every other day. And so getting somebody back in studio can be very expensive time consuming on their part. And so our thing is, it's we always mix it. We always blended. So the stuff that we Nosema change often screen capture, 'cause then you can update frequently and it, doesn't it doesn't mangled video feel like a bunch of different. It was shot a bunch different times with the original traffic, come form for digital. Marketer was a content marketing was it? Now it originally came from the list that I built going way back forever ago. And even back, then it was always advertising. So I've always been. I haven't. I wanna say always in the earliest days of search engine optimization when it was easy. Right. I mean, I look, I may I may very for sale online in nineteen ninety nine a science, fair project, then and I'm saying like I was optimizing for Alta vista. Unlike Ohs dog pile and stuff like that. So back then I was really good at search engine optimization because it was easy with keyword stuff, the bottom of the page, the growth. Right. And you know, you'd have you put your keywords the same colors background Nobody'd. See it right. That was the big like then. So when, when searching optimization got hard and when it kept changing and I realized I didn't have control over this. That's what I said, I want to get good at advertising, and I want to engineer the economic structure, the economics of mind of my business, such that I can afford to go out and acquire, and I saw I wanna get good at advertising, and that, that was very very, very unpopular for a number of years marketing inbound movement. It's it was almost the thing people still on here in brag about the fact that we spend nothing on advertising..

"Of San L Salim Ohs, spectrum a lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender advocacy. Group was surprised that police released a statement on the matter. Well, it was interesting. How the media was right there to go to report a crime that was not to the feet of the innocent. But to the guilty, isn't that interesting how they withheld information? The media's real quick to go ahead in. It's not allegations friends when it's not their own when they wanna accused someone a demonize someone polarized someone. They just give the slant in their reports in their propaganda reports that the person's guilty without even having the facts. I don't know is it just me. But I thought we were innocent until proven guilty, and then when the guilty or fawn when it spun out to be one of their own. They don't release that information. Because it didn't fall to their narrative America. This executive director said it is unfortunate that this information is being released to the public in this manner. She said the next few weeks will no doubt be difficult for everyone involved, and I hope that the community reacts with compassion. Wait a second. When this individual was going out there blaming everybody for the crimes that she was guilty of was that when she moved by compassion or was she moved by hate friends. Put this in to perspective as to what's going on in your country today Floyd Elliot of Independence, Missouri told police that two subjects attacked him in the parking lot of his apartment complex. He said that the attackers cut him in the stomach Brandon him with a hot knife. And attempted to carve the word fag on his forehead, guess what? Friends investigators were suspicious about the report because the head carving was backwards as if done well looking into a mirror later Elliott admitted to the police that the injuries were self inflicted this Sodomite friends. Was standing in front of a mirror writing fag on his forehead. Only to blame the innocent for the crimes that he is committed. Friends before allowing your government to pull down the laws. You might wanna ask why they put them up in the first place. This is why this is why you know, and to take it a step further. Look what's going on with this little eleven year old that ABC promotes is being folks. Just incredible. Incredible. Just incredible little eleven year old boy who's dressing up as a woman going into homosexual Sodomite day clubs in New York City and getting money thrown at him in that bar in the United States of America. I thought it wasn't about the kids friends. Hockey meeting here from the LGBT communities friends about this little eleven year old boy being baited in to dance before a bunch of pedophile. By the way, friends or busy seeing what we can do about that. This is a felony. Oh my goodness. By the way. This Elliott's who wrote fag on his forehead. And he admitted to the police that the injuries were self inflicted. I gotta say Elliott stepped in it Dinty. Yeah. He did. After reading the report friends, I had to look up the word stupid. I'm not kidding in the Webster's eighteen twenty eight it's defined is very dull insensible senseless stupid. I say not only because he got his forehead backwards. But because he acted as if his contrived crimes will go unpunished before the God who sees all things naked and open Hebrews four thirteen France..
