In terms of hits to sing is that was one of ringo's few songs that he ever saying and it's a very kind of a not monotone but is not a lot of range in that russia killer song. Stephen harper actually sang at one time at one of his conservative gatherings and Did a pretty good job of it. But i think it was chosen for that reason right. Good good i do. Yeah i got a funny texture for marco with a k. Listen to the show. And and a postal codes came up. And then you said you have a funny story about a postal code. I don't feel like ever doing this again. And I don't know what the difference has been. Except that I just simply don't care at all this morning. I'm just having a wonderful time. Can you tell me what you ate this last week? Because that's the way I feel this week. Well, cold start so tired of it, e. I know And we're just we're just getting started. The ground. Hog said. Just desperate from the astronaut. That's three astronauts from Ohio that I know absolutely if you you want to know what space is all about, just moved to Ohio. This published in a geophysical research research letters. Okay, maybe the type title of the article and we'll go on from there cleaning and cleaning up air pollution. They strengthen global warming. You say what? Yeah. So You know, we've been reducing these these Paris OHL emissions, but their souls have things like, uh, sulfate to them. And what these aerosols do is a Reflect the sunlight back up, and they don't stay any atmosphere very long. So they reflect the sunlight up. And since we're removing these aerosols Obviously, they say, Now they think the well actually warming the planet because we're cleaning up the air souls by a half to 1 C, And when we start getting rid of all these, we're gonna We're gonna warm up and it's gonna be nearly impossible. Have these Paris I'm not gonna say treaty, but Accord the the Paris Accord it wants. The impact was to stay within, like a half to one degree. Centigrade of the pre industrial level like that, and and the point of the article. One of the points is that there's no way we're going to Ah hurt going to to hit this target because we've already warmed up a little bit, and when we get rid of these air soles We're not. We're gonna warm up is what you're saying. Basically, for the good of the planet for the ecology. We need more hairspray. Well, actually in your funny because they're given the point of that is they're going to get actually putting up in the atmosphere. Paris OHL these air so soft they components to reflect sunlight Del Cooler planet. Man made wise doing it again. That's like I'm strikes in my head. You You wanted to clean it up, and now it's clean up. It's getting warmer, and now you want to go the other way and put more of these pollutants back in the air to cool a s'more. Just you know. Who do you think the biggest polluter is of parasols? I don't know. China..

"Right, that happened then they got to go back and backtrack the guys embarrassed Stubai shouldn't have done it. This is right up there with Justin Turner testing positive for Cova during the game getting pulled in the eighth inning and then showing up in the in the celebration with no mask. Okay and and carrying the covert virus. You know. It's just like insane Ross Gotten Shit when he said he was GonNa have a party during the. The zozo championship they're unsure would right. But he only had a limited number of people and stuff like that but people freaked out. How are they? How are those people freaking stuff like that when it comes to? We're GONNA WE'RE GONNA, be able to play hockey. They got us and they got. They got capsule hockey rusty. The NHL was allowed to do it because they had millions to keep it in the bubble. The NBA did it, but it cost them a billion dollars. Right tons and tons of money. And it worked. For the better part at work but the OH l.. Junior hockey league's don't have the resources to do this. They can't play hockey. Steve They can't play hockey. Well I, and if they do make some sort of provincial intervention. While it has to be one of the one or two things player don't play if you WANNA run the risk then that's okay. That's that's what you've decided I. I can I can I guess I can live with that the risk that I'm taking its you know. So if you decide that's the way you want to go then okay or don't play. That's the other option and you WANNA be super-safe keep everybody at harm's way than do that. But there's Moronic this Moronic half-measure is fully laughable. Well this this comes on the heels Steve of the incidents of Kovin being being really high in the past week. Right. In in the whole last six, seven months of the whole thing you know I think I told you in Ottawa there's a senior soul that that had a dozen cases of it last week. A friend of mine parents are in there and. So it's really strange that this would be the time you would you would consider. Yeah, we should probably fire up some hockey right now then. I tend to agree I. Mean it's you know you can't. You know so many things get compared back to the NHL right year whether this junior hockey minor hockey, and we're always talking about rule changes this or that Elena here's how they do it in the NHL well in this particular case..

"Health experts comes one day off our tears minister of Sport Lisa. Macleod said body checking would not be allowed during the cove nineteen pandemic in his speech she delivered to the Empire Club of Canada the Minister says the decision to ban body checking came after outbreaks in the Quebec major junior hockey league which led to games being postponed and rescheduled. Ford, says, he'd like see the Gel Return with rules as close as normal A. As. Possible. So I don't know what's going on there. There's not on the same page they weren't on the same page on the Autism Front when she held that portfolio. Guy. He's the getting provincial minister though correct she. In both cases use a provincial minister. Now she's the Heritage Sport Tourism and Culture Industries Minister, and before under her portfolio autism and caring for children like that and the funding they should receive. There was this really pie in the sky grandiose game plan that really really backfired and never materialized. Yeah. What what a like they're in the same party Steve isn't isn't Ford her lead. Off. They should probably connect once in a while. Steve. Before they have their press coming, pick up a phone. So we're GONNA do here Lisa. Do we have an answer then yet still in limbo her whether they're going to do it or not? Well, technically in limbo, we're still a ways away from the Ontario Hockey League starting because they're going to go with an abbreviated season I. Think I can't remember off the top of my head and they get sixty games or something like that may be fifty. But anyway, it's a shorter schedule and there is still kind of dancing around that. That particular topic to me. It's even it's ridiculous. To, even think about it I don't know if it's Lisa Macleod's brainchild. But whoever came up with the idea obviously as never played hockey before and you think of the possible transmission of Cova Jimmy Yeah they think of think of the sport of hockey in the many moments where you can have a transmission sitting you and I are sitting beside each other on the benches teamates shoulder to shoulder We talk about in others there's a battle for the POC there is rubbing a guy out against the boards. There's pinning a guy against the boards. There's multiple opera face multiple opportunities for transmission to occur. I would argue that some of those are actually. More likely to transmit cove, and then a good a good brief solid body shacks. The hell they're talking about when I saw this story Steve when I first heard it, do you know where that story belongs? Okay. If we're going to, you're going to have hockey. Okay. With nobody checking. Okay. L. All the other rules are the same though. The Saint Bench you're in the confined arena. You're rubbing up against each other. I E to be honesty I. Thought this is a skit from. Saturday night live. This is this is going to be on Saturday night live I guarantees Steve. It's going to be on the weekend update as one of the most preposterous ridiculous. Comedic stories I've ever heard. It's I keep thinking someone's GonNa jump through the roof. April fools. Yeah. Battling away and now he's finally back in shape where he can now resume life in radio. He's going to be back on the air today and very cool, because that's cool for anybody, but it's particularly cool for a guy like that. As, you know Jimmy Radio is filled with. People who are so self absorbed radio is filled with people who aren't very sincere and AJ is exactly. What he is like, he's just as you see that that's the guy he's sincere. He's likable and you can't help it. Pull for a guy like that. I mean clearly Steve Guy was faking it the whole thing just to get a time off work. My mind some people Steve will go to any lengths any links just to get a little time off your this whole. You did this whole thing I might die from my pancreas. It's a shame really what he did, too. Aj Ladies and gentlemen. Aj would laugh at that. It's just it's just such a wonderful. You know because when I started when I started falling when we heard about that new. Day told me about that and it was it. was you know into the abyss of the unknown? Right Yup I kept saying what's up you? Don't know we don't know if this thing came out of left field and and. I, you know I understand it was touching. Go touch and go for a while, and then turned into this long long recovery. Yeah, and and even when you did read it. You're like Oh my God I. Obviously, this is life altering and and I hope I. Hope There's A. You know let's hope there's a better outcome than what it looks like. So but you're right. Steve the the immediate attraction to Aj and I fell in love with that guy when when I, when I first met him and when he was doing shows. Because! He sat in often on our show. on the morning show and Immediately I was like how about the humility on this guy that he was super, humble not only a great great broadcasters, and his some of his games. They hear like Fuck Bob. Coleman the excitement of it and stuff. But I really you know you'll. You'll never meet a guy. As you point out in an industry where it just absolutely toys, constantly with Your Eagle, you know constantly. I found that anyway. This up down, and and being pulled all sorts of different directions where you can be brought way out of your comfort zone. Doing it and this guy handle it with with unbelievable professionalism. But that's the big thing about aging you. What she sees is what you get. Yeah, and I love that about I'm so so happy to hear that that guy's back working because it did not look good, did not look good so great story, and by the way at tsn dot ca, you can check out Ian Mendes great article on Aj's comeback here over the last six months with his new perspective on life, and all that so congrats data for forgetting through all of that and we'll close the show today with his amazing Cole of the Red Blacks Eastern Conference. I'll give you another example. more on CNN CNN has a bad day every day we notice sent CNN is a bad day every day. again from the daily why there's a great website. the new Wall Street journal report dispute CNN's claim that the recent Odessa Texas assailant that is a mass murder. just his weapon in a private sale claiming that law enforcement officials have indicated the weapon was sold by no legal manufacture. so what's happening here including with the lieutenant governor Texas whose dancing around now. if we close the gun show loophole. that is private sales or gifs father the son. cousin to cousin. those sorts of things this would never happen but it didn't happen. it didn't happen. so the lieutenant governor of Texas is obviously swayed by CNN in the left. law enforcement officials said they've identified a person of interest. they suspected of a legally manufacturing and selling the rifle used in Saturday's mass shooting in West Texas instant illegally manufacturing. that's the beginning and the end of it. the Wall Street journal reported this I guess CNN can't read what private gun sales are illegal under federal law it is a crime to be in the business of manufacturing and selling guns without a license. law enforcement officials suspect the man was buying various gun parts to build his own guns and then reselling them. CNN's Josh Campbell former assistant to disgrace former FBI director James Comey reported that the assailant had purchased the weapon in a private sale. CNN's Jake tapper who used to be the mouth piece for hang on controlling tweeted the claim writing a law enforcement official tells C. N. N.'s Josh Campbell at the Odessa Texas mass murder purchases weapon in a private sale which does not require a background check. the Wall Street journal noted that the six thirty six year old assailant quote was prohibited under federal law from owning a firearm because a court had previous found found him mentally unfit law enforcement officials previously said he tried to buy a gun in January twenty fourteen but failed. because a nationwide criminal background check system flag the mental health of termination by a local court and prevented the purchase according to the officials. of course the CNN coverage was highly misleading deserving at least a clarification. said David Harsanyi this guy's really sharp federal is senior editor and honestly I'm not sure why this Wall Street journal piece keeps harping on the words private sale when I was in a legal sale from every angle. Dana lash commented again a Los rather the good Dana illegal private sale criminal act not loophole Washington free beacon second amendment centric reporter. Stephen can allow ski noted some of the gray areas of the law that apply to this case but clarified that what the guy in the Wall Street journal stories accused of doing is blatantly illegal. it wasn't a legal sale. and a legal manufacture manufactured in a legally manufactured gun. CNN's Brian Kareem should be an embarrassment to the entire White House press corps now so should the Obama federal district judge in Washington DC. rule that this thug. who is threatening physical violence at a White House press event has a first amendment right to be at the White House press events and his thirty day suspension is unconstitutional these judges are liars. they're crackpots. their social activists. this has nothing to do with the first amendment. our freedom of the press. you don't get to yell fire in a crowded theater. said one Supreme Court justice under twenty years ago Hey you don't get that threaten people with physical violence in the rose garden either Mr judge. Brian Kareem recently had his White House press pass suspended for a month after he ranted and raved like a lunatic in the rose garden suggesting a fight with a former administration official our buddy Sebastian. this week a judge forced the White House to reinstate Kareem's press credentials this is an outrageous violation of separation of powers this is nothing to do with the first amendment. you can almost feel the world stop spinning at the very moment back in July Kareem got into a cringe inducing shouting match with former White House aide Sebastian guard in the middle of an official event the spectacle should have embarrassed not just CNN or cream is a contributor but every other reporter the White House press pool. when it goes on. how the hell. is the president. supposed to have some level of decorum. when the press is out of control Jim a cost in this class. and how the hell can a federal judge reach into the White House in on the White House lawn. "You're listening to fill the BELLER and this is flash cast by P._D.. Today's aside. I'm going to address some questions that have come in from listening so <hes> see how many we can get through in under ten minutes and keeping in the spirit of flesh cost <hes> the first one is I'm starting a service based business but if no experience at all on sales had our foster become better at the south quick out <hes> let me introduce the concept of scientists as business development to me sales transaction by Steph. I am not a fan of it then in addition. It's only about pushing products out for services outside transaction. You tell a story somebody he picks it up then make the transaction that's made the sale business development on the other hand is more of a pool theory. It's how can I solve a problem for you to me. Business Development is a transaction is a transaction but it's a relationship based <hes> situation and it takes often takes a longer process however what say it becomes more sticky socil- this as business development so the answer that means you want to get stuff is that you need to be in the middle of <hes> selling people's problems. <hes> done flash costs on this before where we talk about thousands transaction. <hes> business development is about solving in problems. <hes> you know salvage transaction business development is relationship so the short answer. Is You need to be in service to people you need to be able to build relationships and the way to do that is actually putting yourself in a position where you can solve a customer's problems and this will generate the CYA will become a by product of that relationship based mentality. The second question is one of the biggest challenges to starting a business well. What are we start? The biggest challenge to starting a business is the people that actually I understand what the worst possible scenario is so number one is to make sure that you understand what your worst possible scenario is. I don't believe in the Ohl win mentality that believe in putting everything have on the table and on the line. You need to be comfortable with the worst possible The one that I say is that people actually go into business blindsided. They think that it's going to automatically succeed or that. It's okay to put it on top of it is not saw the concept of entrepreneurs thing recycling is actually a fallacy. You'll find the most successful entrepreneurs in the world. I actually calculated risk takings meaning that comfortable with the worst possible scenario the next biggest challenge is obviously getting the right people that see your vision so once they start the business and doing quite <hes> well. I'm the biggest challenge is always going to be around people. <hes> you know when you on boarding people hiring people trying to fund able and the biggest challenge fun there is that obviously obviously everybody comes with their own experience different comes with their own lens but trying to get them to see the world tree arrives to understand why your business has done the D._n._A.. Of Your Business <hes> it's only the biggest challenge had to pass on the D._N._A.. Of My business people that are joining new <hes> you know and the third big one biggest challenge I find is that we simply on both their customers that <hes> keeping in the spirit of people by each we externally put on their own customers and and sometimes we need to because we need the business but we know that the customer is going to be a pain in the bath but on only size what's eighty today. We'll be difficult tomorrow and what's difficult today when only become he's used to just keep that thought in check number three question it had to get through the frustration of the bane constantly rejected by customers and this is a great question Asian because it's all about mindset to me every rejection every no I got was an opportunity to collect data so the point I want you to take from here is every <unk> time. Somebody's sitting on ask why keep a log of the wash once a month once a week whatever's appropriate sit down and analyze the data collected D- when somebody rejects you and somebody says no keep a log of why they doing such because once you analyze it you can then build strategy to attract new business a lot of people when they get rejected or say no they take it personally they get emotional about it Opportunity to gather the data that you named to that you can analyze this data and then build a strategy that will take your business for it so well. I am you know nobody likes being told to when I got to know. This is my opportunity to build a better business and I did this no but when everyone kept saying why would I buy coffee from somebody in Queensland. Now the knows where what defines the what went on to be strays number one copy business being developed coffee. The nose is what the business delivery timing acid. No I asked why and I said well if I'm just buying coffee combat likely and that was the point two five that I said I had to turn the product business the service business and it's actually Ashley we'll put the coffee on the map so it was through the nose or the rejections of Melbourne and the people down there that I was actually able to go on to build Australia's most successful coffee business in the independent coffee market question number four had to come up with a great product or service or the best product says the cellphones too simple. If your product services solving a problem it is different to anybody else and I often say nobody wants imitation. What the real deal the best way to be the real deal is to solve a problem mm sit down objective and get a people a group of people around the table and so does my product or service genuinely solve a problem? Is it unique now. Unique doesn't mean it has to be new new or innovative innovation doesn't mean it has to be something new to market innovation can be different. It's it's a better way to do something or whether that better way. He's more convenient more value. <hes> you know more attractive and mushroom guys whatever that bedtime is. It's all about solving a problem question. Number five had a measured. If my product or service is good well the alternator if you'll productivity is good when people <hes> in those so so accelerated growth not turn marketing strategies and and trying to push products into people's hand in accelerated its business when people we're good enough and tell others about us as you do something wrong. They will kill ten people. You do something right that much one way that I always measured it but products services. It was good was when I was getting third party endorsements when I was when the phone started ringing the bell coffee saying we are opening a cafe. We want to usual product. That's when I knew that product service was good because people out there recommending and it's quite a simple Baranova barometer. That's focused on you know when you're product services good when when people are coming to you asking for you to supply them question number six is how do I know when it's time to stop trying to quit my business. I move on well Yep. It'll be the last question I take a different to how I started. Get comfortable with your worst possible scenario. At the moment you get to that level of where you've you've reached your worst possible scenario and you need to ship more out of your comfort zone and you know prepared to do so. That's when you quit and move on so the answer the question number six is the same into the question number one. How do I know when it's time to stop trying and quit my business move on when you've reached that level of what's possible scenario and you can't go any further that without stretching yourself out of a sun that you know comfortable with if you call something upright within a zone that you're comfortable with then you'll always be on the wrong side the moment you have to step that mark is the moment you start treading dangerous territory so as I keep saying to people my research management plans plan was is and will always be get comfortable with the worst possible scenario that will help you whether you should invest whether you should not invest what should changed jobs no change to it will help you with multitudes of questions the question on the face of type right down all the West personal things that can happen and the moment you're comfortable with them all then move forward the moment. You're not comfortable with them. You need to keep assessing kick spinning. Rubik's cube now taking six questions. Keep them coming in and I bet you. They're all about accelerating your potential. They're all about me being able to reach a wider audience in mentoring and and having an influence by sharing my insides. Let's keep the questions. Come and keep the topics coming. I appreciate the fact and the owner that you'll give me as listeners to being able to do this. <hes> a thank you for listening. I hope you share with friends.
