D. I did not know there was this much ready criminality throughout the Chicago land in the United States right like I know there's bad people but if you just said okay it was if if I hit a send on an email to the United States and said everybody this weekend let's just tear stuff up it would not have been more effective than what we saw it's just like all of a sudden everybody said array let's kick in windows and steal stuff I did not I did not know there were that many willing you crux to just suddenly go nuts like that I know it's it's insane and I don't understand that well kiss your husband for me I am not supposed to touch people so give them our best in you know the same deal with it it's it's a family effort and we sure appreciate your call in and share your thoughts thank you and thank you so much for your time okay that's dead in Chicago ridge this is a Susan Hey Susan you're on WG and what you want to say John well real quick idea I think this is the best idea maybe others have heather thanks to films all the time a wonderful residents of Chicago near Naperville for cleaning up their neighborhoods why aren't the people have been arrested one day not cleaning up the mess you want to get the people that are doing the violence and make sure they give some people want them in chain gangs I don't know how that's going to happen I get your point Susan thanks for the call it is a practical matter we have can fox on the other day I thought she handled the interview real well and I thought her speech last week and was really good and a lot of you texted and disagreed with me Kim fox can't win and I think for many people she'll just never had the credibility that that office requires but she said if you just think about the complication from a prosecute your prosecutorial standpoint patching all these people in prosecuting them is enormously complicated is enormously difficult if somebody's running out of the store are you going to tackle every single one it's impossible the one you grab can you prove in a court of law that he committed a crime maybe he doesn't have sneakers on him and maybe he does and so maybe you'll take all the effort to get a kid for stealin Skechers at a store which you can do but then how many of those cases do you really want to prosecute here it's terrible what's happening but what's that going to fix or solve I mean it's it's just and then by the way you're going to jail that kid and tell his court date comes up in a police officer is going to come and he's going to testify I'm just think about all the things that have to happen to get justice in this case it's very difficult if you just think about the nuts and bolts of it Hey Pat you're on WGN radio what can I do for a living said we have time for another call here producer out of we do not all right we'll pick it up here.

"O. K. can't do a Friday without open line so that'll be at the bottom of this hour but first J. bloom key joins us on coast to coast AM he's got quite a resume besides going to film school he he started to edit and work in the reality television field and then got into a paranormal reality television working his way up to all sorts of projects which you no doubt already know about you've probably seen his work on various channels and he works with the guy that you know that we like a whole lot Dave Schrader but as executive producer J. bloom key has not worked on the strange universe that was his first show and then later on as a supervising editor helped create the look and the feel of ghost hunters and then he's gone on to a ghost hunters academy ghost hunters international UFO hunters going to know and now the new one is a kind of a fun kind of a dicey event because you know you can't really cast a ghost so it'll be interesting to see what happens at the live streaming event I think it costs nineteen ninety five but if you get a whole week's worth of viewing for the dark zone dot TV production of the house which is the home that was featured in the movie series the conjuring or at least one of the homes featured I think I've seen most of the movies Jay thank you so much for joining us thank you for having me I got most of that right did not yeah yeah those are the right I want I want to go back to it so strange universe was an awesome show daily format magazine job when I was an editor on that not the executive producer I as the executive producer right right right Umbridge no no that's fair and I kind of was so I didn't say you were executive producer but I didn't say specifically that show but you're right I'm glad your point that out because I know I know I know how those executive producers are kind of touchy oh wait you're one too all right so the house is interesting to me I I love I love the Warren story right the ed and Lorraine Warren story but I've also you know I Sir I think very critically of these things I'm not just somebody who goes and kind of blinkered into these movies and I I I'm very much interested in the fact in the science of these as well as in the case of the warrants the religion of it which is always compelling because that was a big piece of their work but I'm not totally sold on how much embellishing is going on with the the Warren story but I am very curious about the house because this is an actual thing SO you are C. set up cameras all over the house for the first in the first conjuring movie this is the one that was featured right yeah yeah and it's it's it's interesting because when I was directing ghost hunters I was in that house the the real ones not you know it is the far right is it right for the farmhouse and it wasn't until years later when the film came out and I was watching a movie with my teenage daughter at the time and I'm just sitting with me living this story is really familiar I can't figure out read anything so much with me and then I go home and look at my DVDs of you know ghost hunters and I and I said out loud oh my god I was in this house right hi daughter you know who is teenager at the time and could care less about you know what's going on in my life you're right rockstar's was second for yeah you got a glimmer that went away yeah you got a glimmer I had a retention perspective that so I guess I I think that's neat so this was the house that was in Rhode Island although in conjuring two then we kind of go back a little bit in the end of the rain Warren's story to their original work or at least a version of their work on the house that was featured in the Amityville horror this is not that this is the one that drew the are their original tension well this is the one they they came to after that one in Rhode Island story of the parent family right right in and they the parent families affected in that first film it's a mother and a father and five daughters and they you know when you think of the Amityville horror yeah that was a horrifying some terrifying story and movie but those before in that house twenty eight days the parent family would be in that house for ten years and they just had too much money in it they couldn't get out of it they were financially strapped and when they could leave they left but they had to kind of indoor and figure out how to live with the activity that was occurring around them but eventually they sold eventually they sell the house yes right so they sold the house and I don't even know whether I've always wondered whether they had to list the fact that it was supposedly haunted in the disclosure to the realtor did they put that in so that when you are looking to buy it you actually see it may be inhabited by somebody from another world well that's interesting because they sold the house I think in eighty one or eighty and I don't think those disclosure laws came around until the nineties interesting right so I I don't know what they did it when they bought the house they bought it from from my eye hi Natalie older gentleman who who was living there by itself and you know what to move out and be with his family and the one thing that he told them after they moved in was leave the lights on at night LL be better for your family and then they went back to talk to me years later he disappeared it turned out he wasn't real please tell me that's well so when they moved in the desert and a parent who is is part of our event starting tomorrow she'll be one of you'll be our first special guest speaker and what they're going to do is the new owners are going to take a walking tour of the house in each room they go into Andreas going to tell the audience what happens to her and her family members in that particular Roman and the new family that owns that now will say well here's what's happening now with the comparison trap the day the current family moved in and there are all these the little girls and their running game with all their stuff in their side to get their rooms and they're bringing their special toys and stuff almost all the girls saw the man in the the living room by the stairs and they all thought it was the man that they bought the house from and then one of the girls said and he disappeared right in front of me C. yeah that that's that's what I was hoping for that's great now that's the end of your rope books she you know that the movie is was based on one of her books yeah if there is a three Bucks yeah and right so there are stories that you see translated into the film but you know the film is called a very specific way if it's meant to be a horror film when her book some of those stories will make your hair stand up on the back right now can you get a you think when you think about we were little girls like you think about your daughters and having them have to live with that kind of right out of you know psychic on lot of the time yeah I up I had a good friend who lived in a haunted house and he he swore by the things which he experienced and he wrote a book about it became on coast and talked about a couple of times and I went back to re watch the first two conjuring movies before our conversation tonight so that I could be reminded of them I don't the the franchise includes other films that are sort of like like love like kind of a a mini franchise so the Annabelle breaks off basically yeah the reward you know right and and I I got my suspicions of them but I'm I'm let's just stay into this so I mean it's it's a really it's a compelling story the conjuring really is and the conjuring two was interesting because you know it we we it's like the conjuring goes to England you know and and that was cool and they're really good stories and so I enjoy them as narratives regardless of what out what has been embellished here's what I worry about is I worked in a haunted building for several years it was hot it was a former funeral home it was I was told it was haunted when I came to work there there was one radio station there at the time now I think there are nine but that's pretty much how these cluster things work and it at the time the overnight guy would never leave the studio after he came in he would say hello to the guy who was working seven to midnight he would bring his lunch he would bring his copy whatever he would lock the door behind him and he would not leave until we came in the morning and he was he used to run into these things all the time I had a couple of brushes too but here's what I know you couldn't plan any of them there was no schedule it might go months before something else happened and somebody came up and just said I just saw the weirdest thing and then you go out it's the ghost so how are you going to be working around that for a live streaming event that starts on the ninth and goes essentially for a week with cameras set up all over the country house right so you know it's it's it's something that we always talk about it producing these kinds of shows and when we were working on those centers and those guys are always a lot because they'll work on schedule right so yeah you're gonna sometimes have nothing happens sometimes you will have something happen Andrea it's it's interesting because Andrea has such an attachment to the house and she grew up there she still has like they keep a bedroom for her there because she feels like she has this attachment to the house it's the only place that to her is home but when she's there something happens even when she's like you know calling them on the phone being seen to happen there's something about Andreas connection with the house and in even the current homeowners say there are people who will come over that speaker things seem to happen around right so if it's all about energy you were thinking that you know the energy is going to be changed and.

K. of course but there were several look at these various surveys about the best places to retire Iowa Nebraska New Hampshire Florida usually high in the rankings but personal finance expert Jonathan Clemens doesn't think your retirement destination should hinge primarily on things like the crime level whether number of museums instead he says it should be about people as he writes on humble dollar dot com Jonathan explained so when you put it best states to retire according to all the surveys you should look at things like the weather property taxes and state income taxes the cost to live the global crime all that stuff and old important things but when I think about where when I retire I just have one key click here which is I would be close to people I love still people are crucial to our happiness will know that in the best time to live for what we're hanging out with friends and family and that's what you want to be able to do in retirement so I currently live just north of New York City and I'm gonna move down to Philadelphia because that is where the where my daughter and son or live in it I don't have a number of friends in the city so that's my destination and it's really because the people not because of any of these other criteria that is an important factor I often ask my wife sometimes I thought we're we're we live in retirement she's like we can't decide that now we have to see where the kids wind up so her her point you know there's something to that because I like searching for you know log cabins in Maine or something like that and I realize okay yet near zero family though what what we go on vacation I don't know about you what what yeah you will look at the service of the the real estate is available we look in the real close window we found how much it would cost we imagine what it would be like to live there but it is this about idealized version of a life but when you think about what it could be like today it Billy bean in the cabin in the woods in Maine is not gonna be enough it is not gonna make you happy to be on the first week you're gonna want to see some people and perfectly people you know like it's true speak with Jonathan Clemens sees the founder and editor of humble dollar dot com he's written a piece entitled rule the roost and it's about his retirement destination desires which can be significantly different from what you read in many surveys what else major less hello I'm started up by talking about people Gordon and people I think a really crucial to our happiness is not necessarily interactions with people we know simply walking out of your house and then be able to see people on the street had to smile at the moment he will buy that notion is very important to me so in trying to pick a place I want a place where I can walk to the supermarket I couldn't two restaurant and it gets up to walk out of the house and and see people Mr Jonathan Clements founder and editor of humble dollar dot com thirty minutes after the hour on this morning.

K. well that's great do they it's like the new yep hot it's almost like the struggle all over again that's that's happy new year party music for you mark cited for rush on America's number one radio show okay the parties I've let me as well on the door one of the new roaring twenties in the course of the show made look back on some of the big themes a recent yes but one thing that is relevant to today's headlines and to the last decade or so is that we have really stupid elites and that's the problem you can you can you can have a leech that the the claim to power that that elitism rests on is that the elites a super talented and incisive they're better than you that's why that relate to and that's why we should let them run the well but we have really dominantly it's an a a good example of this Eric came up in the context of impeachment professor Laurence tribe he's one of these famous constitutional lawyers I'm he's at today's big is the big shop constitutional lawyer at Harvard Law School so hot constitutional lawyer Weiss constitutional professor wise he's about as big as they get and that's why on all the TV networks when they want the big constitutional legal perspective they bring this guy on he tweeted out just ahead a day ago about the incoming impeachment trial because of all the senators who are saying this looks like a nothing we should vote to dismiss it so not an impeachable offense I'm done with it when the check and he thinks this is not they're not taking their duty is juror was properly Lawrence tribe says when the Chief Justice administers the oath of impartiality to a senator who has said he will not be impartial he will need to decide what his knows demands and whether he has jurisdiction to rule on a motion to recuse that senator for Kohl's now there's a lot of mumbo jumbo legal speak in that but essentially what this guy tried this supposed constitutional professor has revealed is he knows nothing about this particular constitutional crisis I had the misfortune to attend the last impeachment trial all of the transit drop a Clinton twenty years ago in the United States Senate and ever since I've been in favor of America doing what New Zealand dated and abolishing it's opera house because it's a miserable process it you really don't want to see how the senatorial sausage is made it's a revolting place about that one of the things that becomes clear immediately is the Chief Justice although he has a net that and a name that sounds like he's a judge is not actually the judge at the Senate trial he's loosely presiding but the the senators themselves are a judge and jury he presides the guy back then and I sat and watched him every day for however many weeks it was was Rehnquist and Rehnquist afterwards said my job was to do nothing and I did it very well that his main contribution to the Senate trial because he felt he shouldn't wear the usual robes that he would wear if he was just at the Supreme Court so he designed his own robe modeled own a judicial robe from Gilbert and Sullivan's operetta Iolanthe with full gold bands on each sleeve that was his main called tribute shin to the trial of William Jefferson Clinton he designed his own robe it looked lovely not I there was a terrific it's all like you know the Chief Justice of the Solomon Islands or whatever was not good but it was a possible road eight maybe a bit bright guy in the right designing business rang Chris but that was all he did because that's all he has to do is not the trial judge he doesn't he just presides I'm a fifty one senators get together and decide to ask him a question or to ask him to rule on something he can rule but he came home rule on anything unless they also can Terry and they could have if they hadn't liked his Gilbert and Sullivan robe they could have said fifty one of them and voted for him to actually appear in a clown suit he would have been obliged to preside over the Senate trial in a clown suit why doesn't a constitutional law professor for decades this guy tribe is the biggest big shot in the whole constitutional law business how come he doesn't know that he doesn't know that how can you make a fool of himself on Twitter how can we know that when the Chief Justice presides over a an impeachment trial.

"And then at age seventy the benefits higher SO catches up to you at eighty two kind of a break even there in some cases not all cases but then beyond AGD to you'll have more by waiting to start at eight seventy the other part of the analysis that is really important to sit down with a financial planner about his how are your investments doing if your investments are doing much better than the social security benefit would increase then it may in some cases makes sense to take social security earlier what your investments for longer meaning you don't have to take a withdrawal from them also one important fact that a lot of people forget about when they're analyzing social security is beyond you and your spouse social security is not inheritable O. K. so one of the things that unless unless there's a early death and nobody's taking it at that time but if let's say husband and wife are taking soul security one of the two died the second person gets the higher of the two benefits but just that one when that second person dies so security is done okay now let's say you were taking social security hand letting your investment scroll a bit longer and if you're lucky enough that you did not have to spend some of those investments the investments would pass to a second in the fishery third benefits re somebody would receive the investment benefits so the investment portfolio so there's more to it than just analyzing the report that we can send you it's how does that fit into your overall financial.

"I love these types of stories I love. I love putting on another set of eyeglasses. You know I know you do and I like Mike this kind of story too but I also have some thoughts on it. Let's hear well okay so I think this is a good story. Of course it is a good lesson and it's it is good in a sense to have perspective but I also hesitate eight from diving into the world of WHO has the most awful story and I know that's not the spirit of this and that's why I liked it. The spirit of it is positive positive and uplifting but I think it's important to noxious dismiss these moments in your life where you're feeling frustrated. Where where you're feeling overwhelmed and I think that you should have perspective but not just necessarily externally to other people story? I think you shop perspective within within your own story and it's like it's worth a self evaluation as the worth of self analysis if you are having a bad day mandates just a bad day but maybe maybe it's not when you start to think about it maybe you've had bad day after bad day. Nothing catastrophic has happened. Nobody's shot you're facing or anything like that but when you stop to looking you go wait a second. I actually generally feel like this. I'm actually irritated and frustrated a lot and let me look at that why I am. I like this. Is there something I'm doing or maybe it just is a bad day and then if it is a bad day give yourself permission to feel it and move on. Don't dwell on it. Don't become neurotic about it but I don't think the answer is if you're having a bad day is just to immediately cast aside because someone somewhere in the world is doing worse than you. I don't think I think that is the bar you want to set for yourself albeit. I do think it's great to understand that Shit. You do. Have it pretty good in a a holistic sense right but I do think it's important to look at every aspect of your behavior and maybe it's again as I said maybe it is just a bad bad day. Maybe it did start off because you fell in the toilet because your boyfriend left the seat up but is he always doing that. What does that mean you know what I mean how you told them you don't like that and like you know that can go into whole thing? You know what I mean and I think just throwing these things though an casting aside as generalizations. I don't think you do do yourself a service because I think everybody can be feeling a little better every day and we should be working towards that and not just casting things aside being like well. I didn't win the awful contest. You know now so I guess I'm okay so I'm going to be the astle of course if this episode we're suffering let's take a little bit of stock of it and I'm trying to figure out how you can feel a little better tomorrow. Yeah by no the idea that you're trying to communicate that you are communicating like. I know exactly exactly what you're talking about. There is on the one hand you have to appreciate what you have relative to what it's you might not have and have gratitude for that in that can put things in perspective when things aren't going well for you but on the other hand you cannot deny nine when things are going poorly for you right you have to embrace that you cannot bury your head in the sand and say i. It's okay okay things okay in. I am that type of person as well. I yeah to just be complacent about it instead of dealing with it and I think that's the big problem is people are just depressing. Suppressing suppressing it was just a bad day or not even not even liberalising in their head again going through the motions. And I don't know I think self evaluation is often there will be much more behind these little rotations but if there isn't then it's much easier to let it go. You know so either way. I also think it's important to experience the full emotions Sion's the you're having right feel frustrated and B. O. K. feeling frustrated that's part of a complex dynamic personal ecosystem. Yeah don't trivialize what you're feeling just because somebody's mom got shot in the face both can happen and both you can work within. Both I had this exact- experience recently. This will probably be the last podcast that you and I record before I have my child exciting well and I started feeling a lot of anxiety a couple of weeks ago and it really started bothering meals like why am I nervous. Like we're prepped. Like we've got all the stuff that we need for baby like. We are in really great shape in in our lives like our jobs are stable. We have people that are around us. That can help us like we we. If anyone was ready to have a baby it would be US and I. I just had this thing where I was like. Why am I nervous? I should be the most calm collect human being alive and when I started feeling anxious I I started feeling like I was going crazy like there was something wrong with me like why am I feel. There's no reason and and my wife and my dad and a couple of other people we're like you know it's not like you're going through the largest change in your entire life or anything. Relax Dude because that. That's I mean. Obviously they're being sarcastic. This this is the biggest life change that I will face. And it's one of the things that's like you're never the same afterwards. And that's what everyone tells you. That has kids kids and your life changes radically your your lifestyle changes radically now. Have another human being in your life. And it's like yeah. You can have all of the check boxes. Axes on your checklist checked. And you can be in a great position in your life and you can be prepped and ready to go to have kids and it can be the best timing in the world world in the most magical thing in the world and guess what you can also be really freaking scared and be okay with feelings on it yet got feelings about. And if I didn't feel nervous about this thing coming into my life then I might be associated path and so it took me. It did take me a while to wrap my mind around the fact like it's okay to feel nervous gets okay to feel this way. This is a big deal. I don't let it get the better of you. Which is something that I've started doing a little bit later which I don't need to go down the road and don't let it take over your life? Yeah but it is important for us to embrace. The emotions of things were going through if we just went through a break up. We don't need to act like it didn't bother us. It bothered us even if it was somebody we didn't care about. Even if it was a relief it bothered us. We need to take time to experience that and feel those emotions. Let's if we've just had something crazy happened in our lives. That shocked us. Yeah let's be rah-rah in dust off our feet and get out there and go back out there again but we have to have some some period of time to experience the emotions of well that sucked you know or that was great right right and I think that is what your your point is on this and tell me if I'm totally a thousand percent. Yeah and I think that it's a really good point you're making because yes on the one hand if you are down announce all the time and you're always depressed and thinking about how terrible year life is putting things in perspective by seeing how other people people may have it. Worse can help you appreciate how you have it however if you are enduring something tough someone being like well it could be worse. It's like yeah I could be on fire. It could always be on worse and that's kind of my point. It's like you hear that like you're feeling you're having a bad day for whatever reason and yeah you could be like a wild listened to that amazing crazy story. Wow shoot yeah. I don't have it so bad or it could be like well. Great now I still had a terrible day and I'm thinking about a woman being shot it like that doesn't make me feel better now. I've got this knowledge. Also that it's really shitty elsewhere so and you might feel guilty that year. Not Feeling as bad about that person right. You should be right because you're thinking about yourself and then you start feeling feeling guilty. which makes things worse exactly? Yeah so I think perspective is necessary but it's not to save everything pill unless you're going to have perspective live on your own life as well and start doing some you know. Lean into the feelings and analyze where they're coming from and I think both are important. That's the the real takeaway from this episode. Both are important. Feeling the emotions that we should feel when we're going through life whether they be good or bad is necessary and not getting trapped in our own little square box of how we view the world by being reintroduced to perspectives from other people. Both both of those are important. So I'm glad you brought that up because I think that's a good discussion discussion. We should we had today. So we've solved the human condition suffering so as always hit the world. Problems have been resolved by us a a journey journey journey. Just get in and figure out all the little details we can't I think that's a good place for us to wrap up until next stabbed me Fisher and I man fall reminding you to keep moving keep thinking and keep growing.

K. here's what I want to share with you stop complaining said let you see how they dealt with sit for second stop complaining do you realize without even thinking about it often times we just complain about stuff any comes up in such subtle forms what is DLNA lady worked them and they don't fight as one man I don't know what I'm what does she drive me crazy she always got something to say I bet to date the way I'm feeling right now I bet she been assigned to me today yeah yeah because they it today it I'm sick of her right at home of last time she says some time actually the system to it you know what I'm saying I'm I'm just giving you a small example of how it starts to snowball once you start to complain it's it just carries over into so many things I'm complaining about your call stop complaining about your bus pass stop complaining about show keys K. seem to get it together stop complaining about show man can't seem to get it together stop complaining stop have you noticed I'm just asking have you noticed that in all of your complaining it has provided not one solution the reason I'm telling you to stop complaining because god is able because god is capable he is capable and able of fixing anything capable and able of curing anything capable and able of allowing you to get to adjusting to things thank capable and able to strip thing you to get through and change anything but the key here is god is capable in god is able a lot of terms I found myself complaining because I have not used my greatest asset and that's my relationship with god you all have one now you may not have nurtured it but you have one because god created you as your chess this child is available to you that affected chewing went to him okay once again fault is that stop complaining and to you stripped in your relationship with god informal ages relationship you don't have enough weapons you ain't got a big enough she'll to fight this thing called life he just keeps coming back and unless you develop a relationship with god you need apartment in all this maybe you got another route you gonna take but every successful person I know personally has a relationship with god I have some really really some people that's kinda okay in the success term in terms of business in money and and and statues I'm just talking about that portion of success and then I have a lot of people who are very successful in the in the spiritual life will become great men of god women of god it but look at all of them and all of them have substantial amounts of you know wow possessions and things like that also most successful people I know have that even if you song never with a big lot a house and a lot of money stuff like that they have so much respect so much low so much Powell was given them from people that they allow for life is rich in that area you know Michael Martin Luther king some like that all gonna DO somebody who lived a life of service for Nelson Mandela who came out and just when people put stuff at the feet because of the service so all successful people I know have that every last one of these people that I know they have a relationship with god they use the tool that was available to them to give them the strength the bullets the arrows the slayings the shield to fight this thing called life and have the most valuable partner right there by the side they have the father god because he will help you get through the state called life may stop complaining all the time it's not fixing anything why don't you do yourself a favor district in your relationship with god may I walk in I never get over well you have not because you ask not Malcolm always got problems where you keep trying to solve a mule self and taken to your free you keep trying to do which own thought process who are you I keep telling you man you're going through stuff you I got no business going to at the end of his you going through some over and over and over and over in the same problem keep coming back to bite you again all they're saying is you steal a strict in your relationship with god is your relationship is not gonna make you have one he is a perfect gentleman he only comes into your life when you invited me but for those who do inviting me they have a distinct advantage on the road to success a distinct advantage you can do it without it trust me U. K. how far you get I can promise you that how will you handle it when you arrived there I can promise you that how long you will stay there I can promise you that how difficult is going to be without it I can give you that is going to be far more difficult but you can some could happen in use you don't receive a measure success in you think as you and is this movie rating you can describe it as I got lucky I happen to be in the right place at the right time I got lucky lucky is usually how other people describe all the people success boy he was lucky he was right there well let me tell you what lucky this look as one hard work bumps up into opportunity if you were working hard to summon opportunity presents itself that comes a match that's not look but now if you haven't done that on a repetitive enough basis that opportunity could present to serve one term you gotta reconnect stop complaining that come on listen to me stop complaining that hasn't fixed a single thing in your life and if you're a chronic complainer is because you really really have not fixed relationship with god his move it out for you that I could tell you for a fact I know that for a fact he's moved mine now hi let's go here let's leave.

"I think you're with this is it's a cold remedy. Remedy relevant. Do you know how it works actually snort as much as you can? To cover up the other stuff that, you know, I. That's where you go. It's actually it's not actually a cold remedy. Is most people think what it does is boost, or supposedly does is to boost the body's immune system and ward off? Infections, particularly the common cold, but was that the stuff invented by the teacher, that, fizz? Now, something different. And we may get there later. We know all those things aren't a try this one. Kava. O. K. A. V. A kava makes you happy, make sure. Yeah. Alert alert. Cheerful cheerful, friendly and one of the thing and one of the thing, don't be in doc. This is what the guy that we interviewed from bread and circus went off to do this. Yes, he did. He became the spokesperson for kava problem on better light about everything. Well, you know what I'm gonna give you the optimism to isn't it in some parts of the western world that the kava extract is marketed as an herbal medicine against stress innings -iety, but there is also much research that now says it's has great anti cancer potential stress on the nightly news getting cancer.
