"Don't miss conversations like this one on your guy higher by eagles head coach and he got killed for his initial pressure but he just looked like a guy that was super nervous. What can eagles fans expect from. Surani oh yeah. I didn't really see much of the press. I heard it. But i is nick. Sometimes you may not be nervous sometimes was wearing excited. He's passionate about to pass from a great coach. Nah he's gonna develop their players i Be offensively helping me without gates when i was watching those raw. Philip rivers endurance roles. Danny woodhead nick was only coach. Me up so i get running back like like myself. Or any receivers Grade the office is the great great minds in a better person. I can promise you that when you look at what Serianni did with the colts. What what kind of philosophy do you think he brings to the eagles. What do you think might be. Well i let me say Nine free agent next year. We have no pass catching backs sanders. Worse worst running back. Qbr when targeted also what led a drop rate as well yes Way on over to philly. Become hang out with nick. You get eight touchdowns again not because there we love to throw the ball five yards nine go heels anyway. That's my cell. Having you remember our draft talk around him you know. I loved name. Yeah so. I don't know if you've started watching draft players yet but if you want to find the next name hines. He wears number eight for unc any way right. The joke is the joke but in all seriousness. Running back targets was a big part of this offense last year for next on a lot of that has to do with philip rivers though who's always loved to throw the water running backs quick working to the flat on the wheel. That's interesting because when you look at ceremonies body of work for three seasons with the colts you realize three starting quarterbacks and things were different for each one. You know what i mean like. They had andrew lock throwing the ball. Downfield more than joe jacobi reset did despite the fact that jacoby percents got the much bigger on their end. More to three man concepts or percents. They didn't really like his processing. And so they ran. More four five main concepts with philip rivers who they trust it in those ways when you when you circle common threads. There's two big things that you notice one. The man allows himself shallow across. Would do anything for it. Nick surani wants a run that she wants to run drive. Wants to run. Why cross he wants to run. Shallow crosses underneath. And he's talked publicly about a philosophy on his offense with frank reich in indianapolis we have to see to what degree this translates over. He wants to get to get the ball to athletes within five yards. Line of scrimmage. That's particularly how he defines it. That's the route that he does with that. That shallow cross route is important. Everything that the chiefs do is how they set up. Their triangle reads as how they fled their coverages carson wentz targeted the xiao across eight times last year. Yeah which is really low. The eagles like to put this over here and that over there and then the quarterback has to get decide which side he wants to go. Colts were much more willing to let the players cross the formation let their receivers interact with one another crew triangle rates in the middle of the field. That's one that stayed with all three offenses locked. Two percent two rivers to is. All three of those quarterbacks had career lows sack rates rivers was like three point six at his actual career. Low was like three point four. But it's a seventeen year career and use usually at like five so what took fewer saxony everyday before reset a to his only at two years of full starter. Basically have this accurate from twenty seventeen to twenty nineteen when he started under ceremony and then rivers super low as well. This offense gets the ball out quickly and understands where check downs are carson. Wentz led the nfl and sacree last year took a sack on over ten percent of his dropbacks. This is immovable. Object unstoppable force. Now if i if you're asking me like why did jeffrey think that this man can fix wins the sack race. What i'd circle. Yeah every quarterback was played under serianni get sacked less. They're able to find their check. Downs able to take quick throws and let their offense work for them. They're a cog in the system When has to become a willing to be that player. You can hear the rest of this conversation by subscribing to the sp nation. Nfl show wherever you get your podcast..

"But look pots area. We usually obviously preview the wait to comes game. Indianapolis colts with about philip rivers in number and what that means great place to start. Mark was there you know. Obviously it's pretty hot as the steelers fans watch a lot of the called sooner. The i of saved south. We've had direction this year in terms them with the jags taught in the The texans and what have you been anything that you've seen highlights before we go deep diving. What's to be. The colts game lost on songs. Watching the colts. Texans and i started to watch that game so bits of the running back pine really well What's his name tyler. John tyler tyler morons got to the point where it was like just caught once. The colts just didn't like i was trying to critically analyze. What you from south to finish ended up end up watching actually lost game. Steelers versus colts in In huntsville the real voices hasselbeck the mink her perfect inception against positive doyle or something down and they end zone air and he took that one for the one hundred hundred one yards or something. It was that ninety six hundred. One the suck. It was just an awesome so watching that inappropriate done. We'll study on the colts. United stadium itself. I'm not really you know. I different big fan of rivers. I really like he's guess he's He's never shut his mouth and signed on a whole lot of things like eat. Ben from the same draft cost advice. Like has the seventeen years on and we're still as fans. I'll fanling eighteen years. You've been a fan Sixteen seventeen years. So it's like there's still plying. Tom brady still fighting. It's just like well like the as or almost almost all my i've off season rivers never never got the big one. He's never played a team around him sometime. He's had thomas he hasn't played well. Yeah when i was talking about this a bit of erlach and this will raw something a lot. But i think you hit the nail on the head in like if rivers had been a steeler enroll speaker charger and now call. We'd be been we would probably kind of percents like the one thing that i think. Infant is two rivers. Is that like these your quarterback attain. He shows the passion that i think a lot of people of want from ben sometimes like like he shows the passion like he sits in a press conference. It'd be really clear about it. He's gunning for you sort of feel like there's almost a fan playing q. Bay sometimes when he is some of his some of his press conferences equally. I mean the dates and offensive line. Like if he'd had loved bill right. If it had bill the not offensive line. The ben had he would have won lace to super bowl in this decade between twenty ten and twenty twenty like i i just i'm of that and then chases back in the playoffs psalm. Tones and stuff like that and nothing. Philip rivers was a great player. With god and tony gates. I think as as a football fan that was awesome to watch is to connected as just it always things. That's been seventeen years in united to ben's up to rivers said costs just like is this the round for the super bowl. I don't know i don't think so. That's a really good point that morning mean like it. What rivers is made a career out of it. It's kind of like you can say they in the colts right because jonathan taylor and nyheim hines out to they running backs right and so i Nine hines rushed for like three hundred nineteen yards wilkinson's rush with three hundred night and jonathan titles rushed for eight hundred and forty two seven touchdowns. Nyheim hines has three. But if you look at what they've done in the passing game like nyheim hines jonathan's halo have both caught over three hundred yards. In fact nine four hundred yards in passing emanates seeks receivers rivers is doing what he's always don and he's really using these running backs in the passing game which i think so interesting for this because we talked a lot last week about how the steelers being exposed in the middle in That's that's the opportunity for the colts this way. That's a very good point because he's doing the united check down charlie way. Let's let's supply opt like it. I just like it yes. Please don't apply wait. Let's let's apply for this. And if it's not then he checks down to his running back in the fray and on the flip side big bend. The narrow fence doesn't even have the check now because they're they're throwing show ball and it was interesting point. Listen to I think it was one of the busiest sagar said while the lane the play Play out because two seconds was awesome for eleven games but now the figured out. Like where's the days when he scanned the field and if it wasn't wasn't getting a hitherto woody he run hanzel on whoever whoever would be Corner like this. They can make three or four five yards. And when the big ben's on doing that the throwing that showed bowl and he's not even gone to the check down if everything's covered up and then you you going. Second tents of rivers has been doing that and he got some capable running bowl show. Yeah and like noname. On's is catching as a catch rate of eighty one and a half percent so it doesn't help and jonathan taylor has cat trade of ninety four point six percent so dead dropping a bowl like a handful of time navy every couple of weeks live. There's your five five ten or five yards really and then that's if they can take only a law mbeki's this week vinnie can show up being a bit Secret that's kind of complications but Yeah if the boys ribbons knows to do that for years with with someone Tomlin's inside it's gonna be very interesting to see these two quarterbacks scoured again because they down know that big ben wants bait him and i just go to get something i i want them to win this game but if they lose by field goal in that game how the guy who meant to be played. I won't be that annoyed frustrated about one bs known as the same way as last week and they do a screen today. Jay and huff field. All living plants go today jay. They still run at Decide frustrating to say that the player and deny the david zone out. Well that's it. And when i look at that three wide receivers though which is interesting about jobs. Pinton in terms of the odds pitman's go to catch rate of sixty six percent. Pascal has a Sixty three point nine into the notch touted to hear catch rate of cease to three point. Three percents so like those guys catching seeks out of every ten bowls issue if she'd petite particularly for them and nikon thrown bully the longest the longest.

"I mean i feel really iffy about the whole ninety mines thing. But he's definitely got to be added everywhere and always yeah so not to give them more work. But we've seen the colts coaching staff be done before. Well yeah what. I said on thursday night game was. This was the third time this season. That nyheim hines scored two touchdowns in a game and the first time. He received one touch the next week. So let's spend wasting everyone's fab we're gonna waste it again and then the also one of my one of my winners but savant mid. I'm i'm sure that he might just like. They had no reservations about sending matt brita in jordan howard to the sideline for myles gaskin because he looked the best. I don't know that anybody's gonna look better than med. I may just. He may just be there starter until gaskins back. What's the roster percentage of the giants. Starting running back tada today. i don't even want to. That guy is so rude dave..

"Good things are happening baby. Let's get to this show. Let's have a. Let's have a feel good friday the thirteenth spooky. Ooh i his show. What a night last night. The indianapolis colts led by philip rivers. And naim hines and a special teams unit. That was hunting daniels. Punts get a big w in the afc south thursday night. Football has been filled with bad football games last night. Felt like it was going to be a great football game in the first half. It was close then in the second. Half the indianapolis colts go four three times in one drive on fourth down much like they did in the first quarter going forward two times on fourth down and getting it though in the second half then they score then get a shanked pun. Then they score again then they get a block but then they score again then. Jacoby set getting paid twenty million dollars. Qb snakes one and congrats city nablus coats getting back on track. Re gaining dominance of the afc south in tennessee. Titans having a lot to figure out what their team since. Losing taylor lewan. Now this is a conversation that should be had especially after the conversation we had yesterday. Taylor lewan he's an incredibly entertaining. Human being he has a lot of tattoos. i think he has added. Pat mcmahon showed two point hotel arm center or if we officially agreed. Not lisa says he gets random things and maybe that will pop in there and it was body in his right hand. Man tattoo is one of the greatest things i've ever heard entire life. Maybe the hardest. I've laughed on this show too. I think in my head right there. I was just trying to smuggle whenever. I told him that the mustache wasn't has because he did sir claiming that he made the mustache. Or whatever you know. And i was like whoa taylor like great. Br great minds think alike and have been doing for like one hundred years or something like that. But because i've always wanted that too. That was going to be my first tattoo. I was actually have to do it and then hit immediately. Perfect timing going but right hand man. That was just like such a moment like i really enjoyed that. I left very hard in. That'll thing them losing him. If if you take into account the conversation that we had with him yesterday in how jovial is feels like he probably gets along with a lot of people losing that inside. The locker room problematic k. Having your leader a person who is one of your best players also a big glue guy. Losing that guy in your locker room problematic especially if your offense is a run. First offense but ryan tannehill a great year offensive line. There's a lot of things that go into that having that just paramount position group being one of your leaders of your team and that's a left tackle laundry and that so not only off the field him not being there but on the field. He was an all pro left. Tackle in that is. It has been problematic for the tennessee. Titans since he has left they have not been the same team now. The colts have been very inconsistent. I don't think anybody knew what was going to happen last night. Everybody knew their defense is going to be good. But what type of philip rivers would show up. I said yesterday and it started kind of thinking about it. If the tennessee. Titans can't get any pressure on. Philip rivers that some bitch dadgum it will stand in the pocket and just deliver the rock and he did just that he. Through over three hundred yards touchdown last night are die. Naim hindes on his birthday. Happy birthday hundred and fifteen. Total yards two touchdowns. I was one of the easiest predictions of all time. Normally people are gonna play well on their birthday now. The thing that's going to be interesting going forward about nine. Am hines if you're colts. Fan or watch the colts at all. And by the way i said this to nyheim hines i was like. I don't think a lot of people know you exist but here in indianapolis. We are very appreciative. Because he's normally like the third running back that they work in the third in every time he gets on the field. He's a burst. Twenty-one ball something good's happening so much diploma partner and he was always a punt return for us. I don't know if he did that before. But because he got that quick twitch last night. I think he showed like hey. Maybe not third option. Maybe not maybe you have me imma game. Every time he gets in he's burst. he's a spark. He has been that way since he got on the colts but last night primetime game on his birthday it really was like he's let's keep feeding them and they kept going where in the past he'd come and get hot and they take him back out again and then they bring him in like a curve ball. Whatever jonathan taylor. Or wilkins or marlon mack. Or he wasn't afraid but there was just a litany of running backs it would always seem to get the majority and then when he came in it was like a spark and then they go away from him then they go back to the original plan last night. He came in with spark and kept going on. I think he is earned that okay. I'm not saying jonathan taylor. Has i think john taylor is really good. I think wilkins is very good. But i think nine. Am heinz a guy who i. I like a lot more especially after coming on our show. Anybody that can land a a round off mc twisty thing. Whenever you're in full pads probably should look at that guy being a great athlete. I think he earned last night on thursday night football. Primetime television a lot more reps. I think he earned the in by the way. That might help the offense out a lot. If nyheim hines in that indianapolis colts offense becomes. That person. running game was not great by the way going into the game last night even though they have a great offense line if nyheim hines becomes the guy that offers you a lot of spark out of the backfield allah alvin kamara. He can catch the ball. He can move. He make plays an open. Space any runs hard. The colts might have figured it. Out last night against tennessee titans. Now i'm not saying goats offense. I'm not saying that the tennessee titans defense is one of those defenses. Where you're like okay if you do well against his defense. You're going to be able to do well. But i think it is one of those defense where you can kind of figure out. Oh what are we good at here in this is kind of. I think what they figured out last night was obviously if we can protect phil. We can do this this. Nyheim hines guy. He's a spark. Michael pittman junior. He's very give the topi- can stay healthy. I'm not harm senator. If he can. He is a rookie. he's already been heard. I hope he stays healthy. He's good t y hilton was getting loose a little bit. Mo- alley talks replacement for jack doyle who was out with a concussion. He could've scored a touchdown last night for chose not the ball..

"And before i started today when a measure the timeout. To remind you as always if you haven't already subscribe to the podcast issue number snaps. Owed make sure i was on top when we drop latest stuff also copious as well gives a five star rating mercer review. You very appreciate it very helpful. Which has like dislike ways. You can improve all that fun stuff. Also on social media music and find a stair. Twitter instagram facebook. We can talk. We can chat. We can debate. We can discuss. And i feel like it's only right. We start off on discussion today with the with the thursday night. Almost sunday night With the thursday night football game nice mesler divisional match up for thursday game colts. Titans in what was a dominant performance by the colds am be also a very poor important game for the colts. 'cause came in at five and three the titans were six into and now they have one and they have catapulted themselves to first base individuals gordon. Espn both are six three but on the whole the tiebreaker. I guess they've only played each other once. Because technically times have more wins in division. The titans are two in one onto the colts won in one. But i believe this is the first time they've played. Yes it is yeah. They play in two weeks homage again. That's kinda interesting that they make they play than they have a random not random like different opponents in they play again the very quick turn radius. Exciting can happen with the steelers raven. They play like twice in like a month or something around the time span so interesting so there's a big game because had the colts loss. Now the titans would be seven and two. Now you're five and four and you already lost one game so the best you could hope to do is tie in the division. There was a very big game and they came out and played like it now again. We'll talk about the titans and their issues because really the game swung on very bad to very bad. Special teams plays which again they had the hello but control than Than like i said the clam these happened. And then that was all she wrote but The the team started out while the dinosaur that hot 'cause they came down the field. Easy i drive touchdown. I was like oh okay. 'cause we came to the game lobby we're talking about the curricular defense. Didn't you see that drive. You're a little bit concerned if you're Colts fan or this person that believe in the cultures like oh. Where does the defense go. And like i said shouldn't be easy but again clearly their game script. Whatever they decide they wanna draw. The titans was very good and on stocks game. The issue with them was that the rest of their script blake on throughout the majority of the game was pretty bad in terms of again generating yards in points. And things like that. Because they didn't score another touchdown. Well you just touched on the whole second half they score another one on the second quarter but it was like three minutes left so like i said you scorn i drive than you in the field goal early. In the first i mean in secondly on touchdown and then you're stuck on seventeen the rest of the game so clearly things did not go as they would have liked from the standpoint and i think one of the biggest plays i didn't hurt it didn't hit me at the time because even though i have. Aj brown on my fantasy. team I thought okay. It's not gonna matter. But the pastor ryan to the ryan tannehill through on eleven in the in the first that he ended that he was he caught. Like you look catch by track the ball or you saw too late so then balancing off of him and then he popped up. Try to catch. dropped it so that was the second drive at the point. Now is the third long. Could've easily went for a touchdown let alone a big play a first down everything and i had they had. They caught that the entire momentum of the game shift because now listed there most likely driving for their second score as many drives after holding cayennes and holding the colts to turn around down to the titans The colts were very aggressive. Game for it on fourth down but again way down. Frank does not necessarily surprising But still they aggressively went four on fourth down on the first drive. I'd like the twenty nine yard. Line the tennessee twenty nine Did not get it evans. Yeah no no. I was malcolm butler year. Because he kinda he mocked. Butler and impending evans. When i was thinking of a different way so they come to stop so like i said you do that. Then you flip around. Unlike either foot the field in terms of getting a big play. Or you've got a touchdown now the entire momentum in your home obviously though with no fans regret home lakes the whole entire momentum of that game or does the entire outlook on that game may be completely different if that catches mate so like i said you can't play numb. What because again do that literally Every game at this point but if that was called utah game to go different maybe goes differently for titans. unfortunately not and Makes it add the the cultivate regard down the extra feelable denver respond own field goal. Dan nyheim hines started would be a very good day for him. He got a thirteen yard. Touchdown pass on the subsequent drive to tie the game at ten then like i said times did a good job. They responded drove down the field during nice little And around to jonnu smith for easy touchdown so yacht that and then the the Report half like. Are you feeling pretty. Good about yourself. Tightened up seventeen. Thirteen is at home. Everything's good then. You come out the first driver. The second half you foresaw was a stop on fourth down this one i think was this the one near the goal. Use one at the goal line so they got first angle at the five golds did and went for your pass where what's his name rarefied don't earlier but didn't lead to Gebran getting tackled short on the comeback. Next play a pass to zach pasco. He gets stopped at the one he was initially ruled. Damn the end up was clearly down. The ones hit the ball in one. Try to pump it up the middle with jonathan taylor did not work and then for the same thing Well this the first one was left guard. The ones right guard bestow generally up metal Join wilkins also didn't work. This was sean evans. Play so boom the times of feeling. Good come out there. The culture down the field jewish stop and then this is when tragedy struck for the helm a titan so they were forced to punt on again. Their offense really couldn't do much of anything in the second half so forth the punt and unfortunately there hunter who Third punter in in like three games or something like that which is very wild had a he shanked terribly. Seventeen pump went out of bounds at the tennessee. Twenty seven yard line. So now the come down. Sworn easy touchdown not used Scoring four plays on your hands again. on his good day then the extra times come out so now now take back so the colts are now up to seventeen after that touchdown again to paint picture then the titans go three and out again honor and subsequent. Drop then this time. The punt is blocked because the is didn't go dock protecting. And now it's it's gopher touchdown so you were up seventeen thirteen.

"Focus on you know and whatever anyway you see the moment of like him trying to tackle from the ground with the ravens running back and get it right. Exactly you see all those things. But my belief is a guy like philip rivers who is a borderline hall of fame candidate guy that you think he so but somebody who is an incredibly accomplished over career. There is a level of professionalism in leadership that he brings to that locker room to that team and no no disrespect to jacoby reset but there's a gravitas to philip rivers. That just jacoby. That doesn't have at this. Point is career and so once andrew luck leaves decides to retire and there's kind of a void at that leadership position. The team bringing in somebody like philip rivers outside of the football. I think helps that franchise a team that wants to go to the super bowl that has legitimate roles brations having a guy that sort of been there done that the way that rivers has i think helps the team in the organization so yesterday on the agreed and all that yesterday on the show mike. Clay had a passing freeze at the end of our analysis. But the cornerbacks washtenaw. He might catch two touchdowns tonight. Well he was close. Got one in iran for one out. I have decided to recalibrate my. Now's on the running backs okay. So the argument against nyheim hines. Is that on a given night. He could score touchdowns which she has done three times this. He's second only to dalvin cook amongst players in the nfl. This okay however he could also give you like four total touches member last week maybe just one touch in the final three quarters and so that will be the argument against him. You know what. The argument for nike mind is now stronger than the argument for jonathan taylor and toward wilkins. If i'm playing a coal turning back going forward based on what. We've seen from the bad of jonathan taylor and jordan wilkins and the occasional from nine. I'd rather roll those dice. I think it's fair. Let's here's a guy that's got in five or more targets and three of the past four games and we think about what philip rivers likes to do. He does like to dump the ball off. And he's the passing down back. He's going to be involved at least somewhat. And we've seen this from frank reich like frank reich's like all right you three go out there. Let me see what we got. And i'm gonna go with the hot hand last night. It was. Nineteen hines and so nyheim hines is based on the way. They run their offense. Philip rivers plays. The position has as good a chance. If not better than the other guys to get off to a hot start because of the kind of place that he runs and because of the kind of offense that they run. I'm with you. I do think it's and i think you were sort of getting here with nine. Am hines if he is based on who else. You have on your roster. It's one of those. That i think you just have to basically say like i mean they're starting. Nineteen hines every week. Or i'm not because your point it's very feast or famine family with him in trying to be able to predict when he's gonna have a game like he did last night where he has the two touchdown gave. You just not be able to do it so either. Just have to say like. I'm in on nyheim. Hines and i'll take a couple of a six point games because i'm going to get a couple of big games or you're just out you have to you. You're gonna drive yourself crazy trying to pick those weeks. Yeah i feel the same way. Like the feast or famine of nineteen. Hines outpaces the steady volume of jonathan taylor. I'd rather than taylor's been brutal. I mean he. He made the hate list this week. And thank you very much And i'm going to move off. I am just. I'm gonna i'm gonna say my job for one more day and just say Trust me he was on the hit list and Because i know cup posted late last night. So you may not have gotten the chance to read it but Yeah john taylor has been been really tough like you know. He's had twelve carries now for five straight games like like you know he's he just has not been able to emerge out there. Yeah headed running back. i'm elliot. They like it was interesting. 'cause like they you know you talked about some sequences right like. They gave doors the end of the game when they were trying to sort of run out the clock. Jordan wilkins was in there. Not jonathan taylor and gave jordan wilkins. They gave jonathan taylor goal. Line ron. he didn't convert then they brought in jordan. Wilkins gave him one. He didn't convert. Either you know and a rushing touchdowns were hoping you percents because we were say is always. I think we need to belabor. The point is right now. If you're playing a colts running back. It's you're chasing the upside of nine. He might yeah. I don't think you can start. Jonathan taylor until you see it of course. Of course not anything's downsizes other. I don't know. Maybe they have only jonathan taylor on their roster. Michael pittman is the only colts pass catcher. That really sort of moves the needle for me last night. All right now because of what we saw last night and he got healthy couple of weeks ago played last week had five catches last night. He had seven catches for over one hundred yards. And this is the test right. Like michael pittman looks like the most explosive best passengers with the colts. Have right now. Look the part. Look the part. I read the waiver wire column each week for espn and start the calm. After thursday night's game. I just start to put some notes and i mentioned michael. Pittman is kind of the waiver. Ad that i'm looking for at this time of the year because of that you can find three one as a streamer but because of kobe this year rosters are bigger. And there's a lot less streaming than previous years to is an injury situation. We don't want to write about injury situation leading to somebody else. Getting opportunities three is a guy who for whatever reason was held back from the first half of his season. But he's an ascending player. "Sean payton ask you what. You know sean. Payton in the saints brought him in for work. They didn't sign them. They're actually a part of a rap song. That is us from antonio brown does antonio brown potentially feel jaded. Not only against the saints but everybody that didn't sign him for all this time is he's going to have a big game. I would take jaded antonio brown over jameson coming back into a game against tampa bay ten times out of ten. What's that nick. They also asked the antonio not to bring a documentary crew in the finance area camera. That is the point is that he's also in fact that whole story that was like before the workout. We knew antonio going into that workout. We knew that the standard set from one of the insiders that was like antonio brown has been asked to come alone to this work and then the day of the workout received footage of him walking into building. Well as you that himself or is that somebody else but hey listen in tonia brown. Obviously hopefully that documentary will be able to be a story that people will be able to learn from years down the road like whether he got his mental health figured out throughout that entire process and everything like that but it was rather interesting that we knew that he was asked to come alone and he clearly listened manufactured or real. The chip is on his shoulder. Debt doesn't matter remember. Michael jordan lied about the goddamn utah jazz. Going into a restaurant and poop. Anna's player never even happened also this weekend. Another massive game ravens in the colts. We'll talk to nike mind's ear in about seventeen minutes. He'll probably have a rather large game. If i had to guess. How do you feel about this game dumpy. do you have any nukes or stats for this one. Or is this a game that you'll stay away from the colts fall into that plus two and a half or less dog this year. Eighteen and four against the spray. Here's a fact for you okay. The ravens have never won in indianapolis. What just in the history of anything since nineteen ninety-six since they move hostal team. Cleveland wrote the baltimore team from baltimore. Moved to indian eighty seven or eighty six or something like that eighty nine mayflower. It wasn't mayflower the nina. The pinta santa. Mr say loaded them up in the left. Baltimore and whatever to indianapolis overnight with sangria there was potentially sangria involved in that particular. Decision in baltimore was not happy. That's tough that that has happened. I didn't know that. I that particular staff means nothing to me because you know like the teams that could have been playing last time. They played in indianapolis. I wonder if that's a little. Follow up there. When was the last time they played in indie. Two thousand sixteen. I believe i could be wrong with that. That's pre lamar right. So that's a very different football team. Joe flacco squad there probably for that game. Two thousand sixteen. I think i played that season. Congrats want you crush monday. In a preseason game i don't know i celebrated the punt put it out was a cough corner. I think it was a was. It didn't matter it. i did it twenty fourteen. You would definitely there. Yeah we won. What was the score. Twenty two thirteen game hair with me. And sam cooke head. He's one of the greats. Do we had to do and that was a long time ago. So yeah different. Teams colts defense. Haven't faced a top ten offense this year either. The ravens are aid. all right. so you're saying we hammered tampa and then we have goals here for dogs are barking my favorite ferment. "Me or to joel gertner. I saw him tweet me. By the way the w i to be completely transparent. I forgot he did it. But you the well well wells. I would say pretty good now. Granted whenever i said it sound like i was like. Oh i'm gonna be mad here but after saying it. I was like where did that come from. Like probably from double at one point. I stole it from joel so at the second year tribute to him just like you say yikes because i saved now but we do say and sell off. Students sell out is directly because of you the stooge media. Yeah i do say that here. 'cause i stole yikes from scott hudson broadcast partner. Wcw stooge and sell out which. I then labored to pronounced without a pittsburgh accent. That's all me yeah. It is one hundred percent on us. It started whenever you were introduced a tie schmidt whose from iowa via nick and myself we would play you. I heart radio. I think you're on iheartradio out here. Whatever we would play in there was one particular. Run your own. I forget who you hated for antonio brown it was you hated and tony brown so bad like not not like but there was a run. You're going on for something in every day you were like. He's stooge and a sell out and it was every single day was it became something that every human was called in our office basically. No we'll be too. Because i think ruined tampa or make tampa. I don't think there's any middle ground but my darkhorse there is that evans godwin blow it up because they gotta be pissed past. Even though they're a better team they gotta be pissed. Because oh look the new england guys. You're here to show us how to win idiots. Don't know how to win an outright even grown. they're going to show us how to win. And then grady's bringing in in tony. O'brien his new roomy. Tom brady having tony relatives. He's gonna find out why parents said problem kids to boarding school because he is gonna be all over. Tom brady all the time. Give me the ball. Gimme the ball. Gimme the ball. Gimme the ball and trading will acquiesce. Brady will give in just like ben. Roethlisberger did in pittsburgh. He'll start forcing throws now if the throws get there. An navy makes the most of the nets one thing. But what if they don't wanna be. You're going to say mike. Mike evans. Chris godwin say. Excuse me. do we have to move into the house here to start demanding some balls. I'll be intrigued to see how it all plays out. Let's talk about ben rothlisberger del. He's all the way back new elbow. That defense looks unbelievable. You have been a harsh critic on the pittsburgh steelers players and team as an organization. Even you have to admit that this team looks like they're the real deal this year. Oh i'm a bad fan. Big timing neighbor for three years when he started the league. Is i tell people again and again or do they want to hear the story or not but I'm a big bend supporter for sure and it looks like the real thing pat. You're right. They have had a lot of chances. This season to lose games to inferior teams. Which is kind of been the trademark that they've done too many times in the recent past and now they're winning those games. They've beaten three playoff-caliber teams in a row. I do think they're the real deal. I think devon bush being hurt though and having to replace that speed on defense. I don't think that's gonna work out too good. They got avery williamson but he's not fast. He's good but he's not fast. That lack of speed showed up when baltimore. I don't have the numbers in front of me pepper. I think they rushed for three thousand seven yards. Something like that in that game on sunday. And they don't have a go-to guy at receiver. Maybe that's good. Could you spread the ball around but maybe in a big game the need for the go to guy services. Been right now seven. No they're going to be ten enough. They're gonna win the next three games. So yeah i like the way they look and i think very legitimate. Can they be kansas city. I do not know. Can they beat baltimore in a playoff game. I do not know. But they are no worse than two third were third-best rather third best team in the afc. And i think among the top five in the weight. Mark talking about the speed. Can you give bob spelane a break. Come on lay in his heart out there he slows shit but he hits like a dump truck bombs pick six The second team all mac guy. Give me a good diet a good trainer. I'm second team. All mac inside just know he's played okay in his effort is undeniable. Bit they need to get avery. Williamson in spilling is a good guy who can play x amount of snaps in certain situations. And i think once they situations they make his breakdown situations and he plays a few less snaps. Less will be more and you'll play even better. Hey the stock. On henry was great and the pick six. This past week was great. But he's just not that guy in you know what he is. He's the new duck. I call them ducks boy. He's the guy who comes in place over his head. Everybody adores them and sooner or later the guy he always watched shows up off quack quack dude on duck duck one out there through the ball around the yard. Goddamn oh please. You'll be a gym teacher. And six months oh god duck did not deserve cakewalk. Do you remember what duck did for america just a few weeks ago registered to vote. Do you not see that video. And when duck hodges made sure the entire world was registered to vote. You didn't see your should be an iq requirement to vote. Maybe it alone. One of the presidency of the united states decided by ducks boat. How would you feel about that. I don't even know what. How do you feel okay. Here's a question. I want to ask you because you know you're a deep thinker very smart man. Obviously you probably have opinions on a lot of stuff. The covert thing k. That's happening in the nfl at cove industrial by very anti kovic. They're very anti kovic. I'm happy to hear you are as well We're against breast cancer as well. We're big against breast cancer. Everything bad. I'm against yeah. We are for sure. Okay anyways the you hate. I mean you hate what's do jews little thing tiktok. You hate the tiktok. But we'll get to that the second the beginning of the season tennessee. Titans have like one to positive cases. They shut down. They work ended up with twenty two cases or whatever then..

"S right on cue. Thirty six is coming so isn't really good just having that better leadership especially in the backfield we can actually hear him. So you know receivers. Don't get that luxury but definitely being in the backfield where we can you know. See them in here on. It's been it's been remarkable for me truthfully especially when fans to try and he you know he's a he's a talker. He'll come in here. Are gospel good and you can hear all that. What's been great. So you know you know the killer an checks or any of that running backs the transition from college to the nfl pass blocking is obviously big thing and you just Illustrated how fill is based on you who to pick up who the offensive line is not going to have that will becoming free or whatever has been something that has been tough to kind of adjust to just because you're going against grown men who practice pass rush moves and you're not technically an offensive lineman or been working on any of your hands or anything your entire life has been something it's tough or is it kind of natural and more willpower. It's a i think with pass blocking its first comes with a willingness willingness. You'll be able to at least start the guy and then you know having a coach. I coach rap and east old school. So he's not putting you out there. If you pun basilan getting ran over so what we work on passing drills but you know it's definitely a big transition from high school college being taught technique and really the protections in college avenue that many protections in the nfl we have man protections based on who were playing a looks every week exchanges. So you have to be real smart with your eyes are name. You mentioned dadgum rivers. Have you guys tried to bait him into say fuck or shit or is he. Just don't call it the whole time. I know i've never. I've never heard him because like them. A lot of guys like you know fides rogin last week. People were cussing and he still is governance and all that stuff. He didn't like ours actually like i was actually protecting the play we had last week and it was like he didn't do it so forgotten about statements on the ground and he's not gonna do it. I mean i don't think he's gonna do. I heard i heard. He's a legend in the locker room with corno. And then i guess there's a basketball hoop game. I heard that he got hot and he's just always the same human Yeah him into kobe. We don't play uh of quarterbacks unless they're split up into i watch them. They're shooting for money. They a shot like thirty sauce and road. Didn't miss free throws three their corner. Bay didn't miss like when philibert. Jacoby is like almost a shocker psycho. They missed so what is it. So you guys have a basketball hoop and is it a little basketball's a big sometimes. There's something we've been doing since coach frank guy here. Sometimes we'll have like position go up and it isn't going to everybody to like. Sometimes you go to decipher money. But like for our team meetings we go on there and you stop the running backs and linebackers and real competitive like money on it and a lot of bragging rights go on that sometimes we have trophies and even corneau's like that you don't want to get in a car isn't much room and everybody can see it so it's not even you losing you lose your pride dignity because you know your friends talk about it. Oh yeah absolutely. It had a bucket here. They're not a big problem anyways. Naim i know. That's what is going on there. The cornall back. Whenever i was there by the way i am man here. There's some real players in there. I wish that there was some real players back. Whenever i was in there that would have been a lot of. i heard. There are some real players in that locker room right now. There's a lot of great players. Look man you know your family and alleged you can always come back. You always come back and we see what you see how you not this year. Because of calvin but next year i will get into. Let's talk about govan. You guys have had two small breaks. But they've been contained and a lot of people would say well they shouldn't have anybody that had it. But i think the better way to look at this. The protocol seem to be working because somebody will have it in the social distancing and the mass police in mass force. That's in there. What is it been like to play this year as opposed to the previous two years. Obviously it's different but is it got to a point where it's like this is the new normal and we're kind of passed it or is it every day. Is there a little bit of a nuisance or annoyance with some little thing that you have to do because it does take all it takes all of us. It takes all of us. You know what i mean. I'll say it's becoming the new normal but every day. It's something like this morning. I literally got out. The car. forgot to get my mask. And i was happing of autism when it's cold. Oh yeah i there my cover my face today. I'm going to go off. My mass. And i walked back and got my mask and even like with a we had a we have the. I don't know exactly what they're called but they cover your mouth they cover your mouth for kogan jomon off today. You'll be six feet away from everybody. So i think with us. It is requires a great sense of professionalism and you know we have a great we have we do a great job of the people like the trainers and even coach frank and even today people like the protocols and how we can get find and all that and i think if we stay on top of each other. And hold each other accountable. I think we can keep the outbreak pretty small now. I hate him. How impactful hasn't been having a couple of other younger guys in the running back room like because i know you guys are obviously you know challenging each other for reps but like has that made you a lot better being competitive day in and day out absolutely just say his younger guys every every day you gotta go there's pita jordan jonathan even model for the injury. You gotta when you go. Rathman or coach frank. Whoever puts you out there out there. You have to go there next execute because there's somebody who's just as willing and just as capable and this running backs receivers nellie one one running back out there so You have to go out there and really earn and we. We have a great room. We all coached other out. We see what we see in a even joined some runs last week just that we talked about on this island. He didn't get thyroid. Jt was telling them how they're playing and then we go up there in a joint goes out there next cubes and as nestle. Ashby your see what you see and hear what other people are saying. We go there. You've got to execute where you team with frank gore. I don't remember. Whereas was france thousand year before man hers stories about him. Though gray guy in a dog dog he was awesome. Where some running back. what's at. Yeah what are some running backs that you've kind of looked up to monitor game after you know growing up you know. I was born ninety six. I the first running back. I think i ever saw was probably I reggie bush growing up i. I'll never forget. The you know the usc texas game. Like i remember how upset. I was watching a vince. Hawaiian reggie lose a game. I was so upset. I was homeless crying a little bit. I grew up. Like in a chris johnson but Barry sanders in various centres award done in reggie says is probably.

We appreciate the hell out of that locker room over there. Just you know what i mean. I'm gonna make sure we get some more swag out this way but yeah everybody's rocking it. They love it big fans of the show. Everybody's watching every single week Tell them we. We take a lot of pride in being gay show talks a lot about the green bay packers especially because you guys are so god damn good right now. I mean that is really good news. I feel like there's a lot of jealousy from other shows. Oh for your show. Yeah good for you. It's great there's just go ahead. There's a lot of people that i get some tweets from some people who are either fans of other shows or have shows and you know i feel a lot of pressure to make sure i get good answers out of you and good conversation you and then i immediately think like oh. Yeah i'm just talk. No fucking guy. I don't really care so know. It does feel pretty good. It does feel pretty pretty. Good mr a. rod. I appreciate you for ryan. Zoya pat it's on my week for sure when it comes to media although our media you know since they got sensitive on this show. They've been doing about a job at the questions. How was that zoom call afterwards. 'cause that was a highly anticipated local zoom media session there. A lot of people are talking about. How was it pretty good. They're a couple. You know couple subtle sensitive for mark arbs if you will jabs but You know. I always find that funny. The media can criticize you as much as they want. But the ones that you said it wasn't great question or check your sources or you're wrong about this all my goodness we're the ones that do the judge knock you have a great day. Man have a great lift. Good bump we appreciate you for joining us. I'll send you back. I'm gonna be rocking my cutoff tank. Top and it's It's a midriff to serve thirties. Ebbs a couple of plays and gentlemen legendary rock. Thank you dude going. I mean that was muscles president. Feel i express. It is good. I feel like we got like all the real answers that you would want to share. You know that was a good day here. Gosh about davante adams also how. 'bout i'm talking about the defense and mvs here. We go back in the game. Good on science. Fred is he is very very good. Aaron calling the best linebacker leap potentially been a linebacker. He said that in the interview last night. And while i was listening to that i remembered the internet talking about him grabbing him by the face mask or whatever. Because if you do recall. Cj j just days ago in john williams came over and did the whole thing because he did that. In that moment. I fred had gotten into it with somebody else and erin probably ran over and was like. Hey another guy. Tackle the guy that tackle tonight. Because that's exactly what happened. Fred warner got tackled by his own guy. In tackling aaron jones a little bit late in aaron jones which by the way i like a lot gets up and goes like don't you. I believe fred was probably like i got and it was like a little thing in like. They're going in there and doing that but it feels like his interaction with other players at all. Times runs guy. There's always something from the player who probably grew up being a fan of aaron. Going damn like one of those and aaron like laughing. It's not like that with a lot of people. Normally there's a little animosity or something like that. Aaron feels like it other than su. Obviously if feels like everybody has the same feeling. It's like this guy. This is the guy. Rader ami especially last night when he's playing really well like that. You know it just it's infectious. I said yesterday it felt like there was a chance that that game was going to be a big aaron rodgers smile and having a good time game yeah turns out. Couldn't seem smart because he had a mask on the sideline but most of the game whenever he was on the. Tom and i think the rules are either mask or helmet. Because there's a lot. More guys on the sideline who've had their helmets on like just under which is not normal thing guys normally helmets. Come off as soon as a kim. Because you know not that. They're uncomfortable boy. Life is a lot better without your helmet on and that's why Last night you saw a lot of people helmets on. I'm like oh the rule must be if you don't have your helmet on. You have to have a mask on and a lot of guys were like. I'd rather have fucking thing on than have this. My ears getting ripped down and breath. It's nice master. There are some.

"On the week. They both had over twenty fantasy points the elephant in the room. Jonathan taylor he has not had a single game over twenty fantasy points all year. What's going on trey. Burton scored a rushing touchdown two weeks in a row. Boo tight ends are scoring rushing touchdowns. Right now where is jonathan taylor. I forgot what. I was listening to something along the lines. That like jonathan. Jonathan taylor just has no vision. He's dumb to nfl football. You can't find the gaps the plays. He's just running into his linemen and fallen over basically. And that's what it looks like. Yes well you can literally youtube that anywhere and you can see that he just runs straight in the back of his offense lineman and get tackled. It's just been in the nfl so far though because if you go back and watch us college state. He was unbelievable he was so explosive he was the bigger faster stronger athlete and he was blowing by everybody but right now he's just looking like he's a little bit overwhelmed in the nfl. Maybe that's part of it in college. He was always bigger faster stronger. And the nfl. They're all big facet shocks. He's just you know. Talent gap is probably has catch up. Again we forget. It's a weird offseason. They haven't had preseason. They haven't had training camp like it's it's week eight though it is but now think about it if you had four weeks a preseason like it's still delete afaq any bands jonathan taylor if he's healthy depending on what else your options are. I mean if you got hit hard at running back. You're probably not in. Montgomery geo bernard if mixon's bernard for shirt gio if mixing is in. I'm not ever starting geo. But and then monte over jonathan taylor. They're the same player in my opinion. But david montgomery is done for a year and looks better so duchess this year. That one is really close. Like i normally have those two back to back in my rankings. Depending on who. They're playing so for me. It would depend on their match ups with jonathan taylor. He's going to get going. he's too talented. i mean. Think about melvin gordon his first year in the nfl he had zero touchdowns and then he went on to have some really really good season. So jonathan taylor will get figured out. He just hasn't impressed yet. Spend kinda strange. Doesn't do any good for redraft though. No it definitely doesn't may. I'm going to have patience with them. I'm gonna. I'm gonna stick it out. Because i think he's going to have some big games. They still have an awesome offensive line. But i said at the start of the year. Nyheim hines was going to be a factor without mac was gonna be a factor. Mascot got hurt. He's not the only running back in this. This committee i mean. Wilkins is playing a bigger role than we thought. So we'll see what continues to happen here. But it's definitely a backfield to monitor. Did we even think..

"And 10.3 think Josh Jacob needs to step his game back up. Again. The Las Vegas Raiders need to give him the ball a little bit more and get him definitely involved in the passing game. Like they've been talking about all offseason, which hasn't amounted to anything so far in the first couple of weeks of the Season Jonathan Taylor dead man, have I heard a lot about Jonathan Taylor? It's all I hear about John Taylor. That's Jonathan Taylor that those you that I talked about on other social media platforms. You know, how I feel about Jonathan Taylor Jonathan Tomko. Is a good player is very good player. But he's already 16 on the year last week our b37. You wouldn't know it you certainly would not know it because some of you guys out there trying to trade Jonathan Taylor to like George Kittle and think oh, they're low-balling you when they offer George Kittle. They you want something else in addition to that Miles Sanders. Miles Sanders is RB twenty-nine on the year so far last week. He was rb-36 really 9.6 fantasy points. Now, I understand. He's got a tough matchup this weekend against the Pittsburgh Steelers. So I'm not expecting much out of him in this game. However, I do think that a lot of people are on edge about miles Sanders and his fantasy production totals. I think he needs this week to have a good week. Reality is Jonathan Taylor is not a premier running back in the NFL yet and for Fantasy, especially PPR leagues. He is definitely not in that range yet. He's middle of the pack at Best. In fact, I'm more high on a player like James Robinson and fantasy PPR leagues than I am on Jonathan Taylor. Jonathan Taylor hasn't there hasn't been very involved in the passing game at all. He gets switched out. Wilkins or nyheim Hines comes in on those obvious passing Downs Jonathan. Taylor's highest point production on the season so far nineteen fantasy points. His lowest 8.9. He's only got two touchdowns on the year two. That's 19th 17th correction in the NFL. I'm looking for Jonathan Taylor to have a bounce-back week against the page Browns. Not sure if he's going to have a fantastic fantasy production week, but I am looking for him.

"With future guarantees that to me would be more valuable because no trade clauses. You know? No one's gonna try. To superstar quarterback. I know you get in the line manning situation right now, but I never saw that as realistic possibility even with their season going down the drain trading ally. Manning it's going to be difficult to part with him, which may be coming was not going to get beat through trade. Great question, rob. And now, let's move on close to Pittsburgh looks like Chris and Cleveland. Knowing him as you do. Why do you think John Dorsey the Browns job knowing that? He didn't really have the power to fire. Hugh Jackson and the head coach whoever it is in going reports on the owner GM thank prison. Yeah. Do know John wall worked for my entire time in Green Bay John was there is the college scouting director. Frankly in the fall never songs on the road. He's seen college campuses. He's bird dog in and he would show up in the winter and get ready for the grind of preparation draft. But stream Lee skilled at uncovering in finding college players in building building a team that way and brought in his two lieutenants that I know equally. Well, Elliott Wolff Ron's son. I think the world of Alan's ohi Smith was with me a whole time. Green bay's. Well, listen, I don't know what the circumstances were on new John was out of a job. So I'm not sure he had no much to say about he would only come in. If they could fire the coach. But in the first interview with. Has them in every interviewee had obviously the questions would come around the coach. And I think they knew going in that may be Hugh Jackson wasn't going to be the be all end all with John Dorsey throughout his tenure holding hands walking in sunlight into the horizon after their time together in Cleveland for ten years, or whatever it is. But I think what we've seen is. There was a handshake agreement or whatever it was the John Dorsey was not going to change coaches immediately. But immediately became however, long became year and a half. So that's a good enough timeframe. And I think people get hung up on. Well, he's not gonna find the coach while he's not gonna fry the coach right away. He's gonna fire. The coach end that always is not good when you have GM in coach coming in on different regimes hired differently not together. And now we're gonna see John Dorsey heaven ability with has, of course to hire the coach, and these are the two that will walk hand in hand into the Reisen. Ideally after a long career together with some success. That's what we have to see. But in ruins your question. I think John Dorsey took the job knowing couldn't fire Hugh Jackson immediately. But he did not take the job thinking he was stuck with Hugh Jackson long-term had he defined long-term. Well, not two years. So a year and a half that ability had happened. Whether it was John or whether it was the owner sing it formed self whatever was the discord with with Jackson offense, coroner taught hailing got rid of both of them. So that's where we are Chris thanks for the call and thanks for listening questions, hoping joy. "It's are too strenuous. Yeah. Especially if it's toba clock where like the one I was at the football game was to nap hours. So everybody was there getting their food for the game. Like one guy had one hundred dollars. Order kinda hard is the fast food restaurant. You get like forty piece of chicken, that's tough and waiting and people, you know, some people irritated on think is is really interesting. Did you go to the game have to work? Actually, I did not. I didn't I wasn't there long. So I want to spend some time with my family. So I watch the game on TV. All right. So you're back with the colts getting ready for the second half the season. What what has been the thing last question? What has been the thing about pro football halfway three or rookie season that did not expect or the thing that you're most surprised by? I think playing in a game. I couldn't believe on be their first off. And then a I was talking to somebody about that day. Doesn't matter like you play like as a matter. What protections are doesn't matter like you play. And there's a little bit different than college college athlete people and Omegas be the better the better team wins. The NFL has a matter. Who's better who's worse? I think it's really bad day and execute because there's no matter who teams, you know, you see you see at every week. There's a team who is supposed to be good. They lose team that what they were supposed to be. And I think it really just shows. Everybody is good. And it's just the execution at that moment in that time to make that play. Any experiences running into players that you know, like, oh, my can't believe he's tackling me. Like, a I know JJ watt or something has has that happened to you. Or you just gotta be focused. No. I mean, I didn't. I think my biggest while factor. Two was only planning eagles. I didn't realize they had that many good delighted like when I watch I but it's kinda like a faceless opponent. So we're in the middle eagles game. I go in the third drive. And I'm in the huddle not look up like that. Hello do not. I didn't even know. He was with the. Fletcher Cox than have one of Bennett brothers, operate Barnett rushing off the edge. And I was like Jesus Christ really four starts. So that was pretty good. Are you thinking this while you're lined up to to run the ball? So no, I literally like was sitting in the huddle like it was a TV timeout. And I noticed right before like in the military timeout now I was like holy cow. We ran that Iran, right until alone. Not accident funny part about Iran like a trap, and it just didn't work that way. So that was funny. It's great story. Well, now hime Hines you're engaging man. I Meyer you already what you've done on the field and your interest in bojangles, both as a employees, and maybe a future owner. Great to have you on the podcast. Thank you, sir. I really appreciate it. Really hope enjoyed listening. Nahim Hines talk about his experience as a young rookie with the colts. Interesting stuff about staring at the eagles front line from the huddle and going like that's a lot. Notre I didn't know he was there. And then of course, talking about bojangles in being a potential owner, you a products, let's hear about them under armor, whether competing training recovery. It has the best performing gear to make you better. I like how they've made me better. They got new collections. Vanish in perpetual. Always ready for you to.

"Beauvais biscuits are awesome from the south to the south near the drive. Oh, and then I think I can cook McCain in prior. If like, I think they have the best fries in the fast in history. Honestly. So I think that's probably why I like them. So tell me about this drive through how many orders, you think you handled and how many screw up? I don't I don't know. How many I have if I had a lot. And I like the I wanna line heading. It was kinda hard looking at the receipt, and then trying to figure it out and say out loud. I'm not really scream anything allowed. But don't have to scream out like a Korpi supreme with is p in some kind of. A fast move the really festival because you know, you have you have the police people some people won't exiting some people. I won't got in like how I think we had to go back to go back and give them some more fries. So it was a respectable. But I I think another perspective on my. And you said a few people did recognize you handing them in their food. Yes. It was actually very funny. What's the story? But that like your hand in the food, and that goes, whoa. Like, what are you doing here? Basically quite got that looker that question. That was basically the biggest thing so with bojangles, obviously, it's a favorite of yours in terms of the food. And you describe the the items on the menu. They really love you have some interest on the business side with bojangles. I here as well. Right. Oh, yeah. Definitely. It's kinda cool. Like, I'm confronted with Scotty mccreery and seeing him go to commercial and stuff, even though Artie Volvo drink was kind of interesting, but I love to do something with them. And hopefully, I'll keep building a relationship with them. They'll have an opportunity later on in life. And what would that be you'd like to own a couple of franchises or a franchise or as many sukey get on loss would love to? And I mean, I just went up the headquarters Sarlat North Carolina, which I never knew. Yes, I would love to do that. Yeah. I love hearing that young people in first-year players like yourself already thinking about life after football. It's always gonna put that's going to serve you. Well, do you have interest in business? It was that formed at NC state. How did you have that? I think my father just talking about the phone. He I was thinking I actually have opportunity of exit. Epo obsolete have a good amount of money to set myself up. And he said one thing you could always get into McDonalds 'cause I'm never going to McDonald's close. So I don't know how McDonalds tangos goes. But I love of. So I mean. Close down there. I've never seen one time. I remember seeing them big nNcholas goes out is when they're renovating, and then it came back with more crowded than ever like the ones on my house. So. It's been nice does bojangles. I don't even know this is a purely in the south. I guess the question is are there any bojangles in Indianapolis? Oh, no. There's not. Tough. But I think there in about seven, I don't know how many states, but I know the the most north state there is is Maryland. And when I was driving, Indianapolis, I think the last one I thought was going to West Virginia. So every time I drive go to that one. Alabama. But a nothing north and what about their food compared to say, I don't know other other fast food places Popeye's. I don't know what what is it about them? The quality and the fries and the biscuits. There's so many. There's so many hidden often. You compared to like pop is. But it like has daring like AFC, it has mashed potatoes, you know, as built bogere, biscuits, MAC and cheese, thirty rice. I mean, there's a lot. No matter. What won't you like chicken? You'll be okay. That's great. Yeah. This obviously love for bojangles in there. You are working at it. During the bye week special story anything else you wanted to share from that experience handing out food at that at that bojangles this weekend. No doubt about it. I mean, just I respect the people in the fast food industry who worked there..

"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome through the podcast. This is the fantasy football podcast. I'm your host like fantasy hitman. Right? I'm joing to my rights. By the body by the courts by the rotting flesh that is Jason Moore. Jason, what, let's just get it out of the way. Yeah, let's just get it out of the way. Did you win. Yes, I one in the listener league. I one in Scotty fishbowl. I one in diners ilegal league one in our fantasy prose invitational. And I have, I have come to realize only by. Living this life that none of that matters at all to me like not. I mean, the yes I want to win and all of those leagues good is better than bad, but I don't care than bad is good. I am now my miraculously team. It was just on beatable is somehow someway. Oh, and five. So you scored I believe the third or fourth highs points? Yes. We had a very nice week. I made a trade for Big Ben and Antonio Brown to scrape and claw. My win dropped RS. Jay. At the last minute picked up Austin Hooper. Everything was correct. Yeah, you did. I you got to at least take solace in that. I take no solid backed. You did everything you possibly could have to improve your team. You made all the right start sits. It was just one of those weeks. That's part of fantasy football. It was a bad beat. Yeah. Went up against Oto Beckham throwing touchdowns and James Connor. And of course drew Brees can crash elation drew. We'll get into that. Don't you go on by now? Why don't you take this next week off, but not not this past week. Thank you for your incredible performance on today's show..

"Welcome back. GMC fantasy football podcast. We've talked about our pigs have less last week. See, we got them right, I won. I beat him, and we've talked about her waivers in our our studs duds, and now we're gonna be talking about money and I between the saints and the Redskins and talk about who you should pick in our daily fantasy and as well as our regular fantasy routines. So my main stardom for this game between the Redskins and the saints is marking grim, Mark Ingram? Yeah, he's your main one because he just returned. He's gonna get the bowl lot, and I think he's got a lot to prove in east gonna prove this suspensions behind him and he's gonna have a great day. Okay. Okay. So. Have we do game? I think this is going to be good. Okay. Go. Project Mark Ingram's, total fantasy points. I don't care about his stats gimme how many total points you'll score. Won t one thousand twenty one twenty one. Okay. I your higher on him that I am. I don't know if he's in the field all that much, but I give them arguing ten to start. Ten points carries go get like seven, probably two or three cats. I get touched touchdown, at least he could. He could get ten points and get touch on or get twenty one points and good touch. We'll see. It should be interesting how they use him. I'm I'm interested because if you're a Mark Ingram owner, you'll be upset if he's not used very much if he takes a clear backseat to Kamara because you've had them on your officer for this long. You're kind of waiting to see if you have a potentially top fifteen running back. There's potential there for both running backs. AVI top fifteen fantasy running backs. Once you say, I definitely would say, who are you sitting. Going into this weekend, just this game for the Redskins and saints. Probably not too many people to be honest with you. This is a game where you want as many Redskins and saints players in as possible. Daily, fantasy wise way looking at daily fantasy wise, not picking. Man. I don't know, Jamison, Crowder. I just don't like is upside all that much. Okay. Fair enough. Fumbling, daily, fancy. I'm looking for big games, right? So people are seeing like aging, Pearson, this is revenge game, but I don't see it. I'm seven bench and him. Yeah. Hugh many in is. Force in that backfield. He does get a lot of receptions. Yeah, yeah, that's interesting. That's a good point. You bring up about the duo between. That's another good deal. You know we talk about the focus is Ingram Chimaera, but this year so far, Thompson Peterson, maybe have been the best one. Two combo in the NFL Peterson has had two games was he scored over twenty two fantasy points. Is there a better one, two combo and fantasy football right now. Then Peterson and Thomson? Well, Ingram in chimera get have it at about that. What about James white and Sony? Michelle, they both have been doing really well. She'll is doing way better than white. Is James top ten fancy running back as today, receiving wise, but points are points. It doesn't matter how you do you throw the, he throw the ball. You still get points for, right. Okay. Granted, but I would still put. I would still I still put Melvin Ingram, Alvin Ingram, what am I saying? Mark Ingram. Any who's Melvin Ingram. One background. The chargers? Okay. That's I like I've heard this name before. Who is Melvin e. Okay, thank you. But Mark Ingram and chimera are like last year they both thousand yards. And that's a very, very good stat line to have. And with Mark Ingram back hundreds and healthy and chimera at his best right now, maybe the best league, it's hard to say that these two aren't the best and it's gonna prove any. We're gonna prove if it's the best or not dismount tonight if you're playing daily fantasy, are you taking Alex Smith of juries. Knowing that you can choose players from this game. drew Smith..
