Biden's Rhetoric Against Republicans Influenced Murder in North Dakota

"The guy that killed him, the guy that ran him over, the young 18 year old was calling his mother after the spat, he was walking through. I believe it was an alleyway of some sort. He calls his mother for a second time first calls her and says, hey, do you know this guy or whatever calls her back or she calls back? I forget exactly how it goes. And when she tries to call back, there's no answer. Her son, her son had been killed. By this guy, Shannon Brent, because the guy came back, he first called the police, he left the scene. He comes, he comes back to the scene, he admits that he had run him over. Said he had a little bit of drink. Frankly, I don't care. 41 year old grown behind man. Gets in a spat over politics with a kid that he says was a Republican extremist. He, listen, take a look at the picture of the kid online. Taylor, Ellington. There is no way that kid was any type of freaking terrorist. But this is the, in my opinion, the danger of the rhetoric that the Biden administration and those on the left, this is exactly what they can cause. We had Ashley babbitt, we have Taylor ellingson. In my opinion, both murdered. That's my opinion. Both murdered.

Joe Biden Has Blood on His Hands

"Came up just a little while ago on Fox News, cut number 7, please. Because he had a political argument with the pedestrian and believe the pedestrian was calling people to come get him. The North Dakota highway patrol is now saying, that was not the case. There was no politics involved here that they have found with evidence. What do you think about this case? What have you learned about it? Well, I'll tell you right now, this is where this driver who in my opinion did commit vegan or manslaughter committed second degree murder by running over this guy. He used a so called Magna defense saying that these guys were extremists on the right. And I'll tell you right now a bill and Dana, Joe Biden got blood on his hand. He has been dividing this country, calling 75 million people ultra maga extremists. And this person who's accused of this crime used that as an affirmative defense to run over someone and leave him there without rendering any help. This is what has happened with Joe Biden basically dividing this country by declaring 75 million Trump supporters supreme extremists and supremacists. I'm going to show you how much media coverage this story got elsewhere, Leo, if everybody can take a look here, guess what? Zilch, nada, zero. Yeah. And even if this excuse by Brandt turns out to be ridiculous and not true, you can imagine that if it had been the reverse, you would have seen a lot more coverage, Leo, last word to you. Yeah, thank you, Dana. It's obvious. The left wing media is basically providing cover for the Democratic Party's hatred towards half of this country. There's zero coverage on this issue is affirmative evidence that they are a shielding the president on this issue where he has divided this country based on hey and trying to divide this country

North Dakota Man Mows Over Republican Teen Over Political Dispute

"I want to address a story that really should be discussed across the nation right now. And it's an issue that should be the top story in the news cycle right now. But it is not, and if it had been anyone other than a Republican teenager, this would be a national news story. Of course, we're talking about this horrible story out of North Dakota. Where a grown man used his vehicle to mow down an 18 year old boy because this boy happened to be a Republican. And we now know because the man confessed to the crime. This man who was set free on $50,000 bail, I guess they have a George Soros district attorney in North Dakota. But the man who committed the crime said he did so because he believed that Taylor ellingson was a religious or was rather a Republican extremist. Well, now the North Dakota highway patrol is coming out, and by the way, the guy said that ellingson was getting his friends together and they were going to chase after the guy. And the highway patrol says no, there's no evidence of that at all. There's no evidence that this young man in 18 year old boy was an extremist. But it's interesting because the guy who committed this atrocity, this heinous crime. Snuffed out the life of an 18 year old Republican child. The man who did that used the exact same language that President Biden has been using and quite frankly used last night again when Biden called out every mega Republican. Now, you might

"At the example of the guy charged with murdering an 18 year old in North Dakota. Jesse watters did a great monologue yesterday pointing out the media looking the other way and yes, the media, the mainstream media has looked the other way. They haven't made a big deal over the man who was charged and released after running over an 18 year old that the man driving the car described as a Republican extremist. Does that sound familiar? The phrase Republican extremist? Because we've been hearing that phrase a lot lately. An awful lot. Coming from the president on down. And there I am watching TV yesterday, turning on the TV. There's my friend and colleague you Hewitt. Well, DUI. I don't know that it was a political attack. Mark Davis this morning in Dallas. You know, let's let the facts emerge because we want to make sure that we sort of give the guy the benefit of the doubt. Are you kidding? The police report was very specific. Over what the guy shed. But now suddenly we don't want to believe what the guy, the suspect himself, said? Because we don't want to offend people in accusing somebody of a political crime? A political attack? Why would a Republican, why would a conservative? Why would anybody be nervous about expecting accountability for a man who shed, he committed a political crime?

"After hitting deputy harwick, Vasquez continued north probably for about a quarter of a mile. Pulled the loader off into a parking area. Got out, told another construction worker that he had just killed a deputy. And took off his helmet, took off his vest and began running from the scene. The other worker took his vest in his helmet and hit it in a wooded area to the west of the location. Vasquez is still at large. We're seeking him now actively. Again, his name is Victor Vasquez. He's a Hispanic male, about 35 years old. We believe that he's still on foot somewhere in the area. And again, it's an active scene where actively looking for he was standing on the shoulder of the road facing northbound. Wow.

Well, deputy and we do support law enforcement here and love our law enforcement and this deputy is only the second deputy to lose his life in the 110 year history of the pinellas county sheriff's office in the saint Pete Tampa area. His name is Michael hartwick, a 19 year veteran of the sheriff's office 51 years old, has a couple of kids, his mother's still alive. They've been notified. He was working a construction site this morning, guarding it when a vehicle came along, driven by Victor Vasquez, they think that's his name, a 35 year old man and killed him. Sheriff bob galtieri explains exactly what happened. He was standing on the shoulder of the road facing northbound. One of the construction crews that was going to pick up the concrete barriers to block off more permanent lane markings on the interstate was traveling northbound and it was a big, huge construction front loader with a big forklifts on it. To move these thousand pound concrete barriers. It's definitely hartwick was facing to the north, the loader driven by a Hispanic male by the name of Victor Vasquez struck deputy hartwick and killed him instantly and he died at the scene.

"Dan bishop, Republican from North Carolina talking to mondaire Jones who's far left Democrat from New York. Listen to this exchange because congressman bishop was quoting congressman mondaire Jones who said that officer Brian sicknick at the capitol was bludgeoned to death. Did I hear? And I think did you say that police officer was bludgeoned to death by the crowd at the January 6th riots? I said a police officer was bludgeoned to death. I did not say at the hands of whom mister bishop. Who are you referring to if you don't mind saying? And get that information for you in a few minutes. Well, I just want to make sure because are you denying that capitol police that at least one capitol police officer was murdered in the midst of what happened on January 6th? Yeah, I think I am. Here's what I understood that there were reports early on that sicknick was struck with the fire extinguisher. And that subsequently was debunked as false. He died of natural causes that were not connected to the event. Are we talking about the same person's sickness or are we talking about somebody else? Seriously, I mean, this is a genuine question. The medical examiner, the U.S. capitol police put out a report agreeing with the medical examiner finding the USCP officer. Well, just an initial thought and I know that mister Roy, you two are an attorney. Mister bishop speaks often about how brilliant of an attorney he is. We're talking about but four causation of officer sickness death. And so I would hope that you would at least concede at a minimum that mister sickman died as a result of what happened on January 6th. And I'm disappointed if you would suggest otherwise. Well, I mean, look, I don't think that's the stammering because he can't believe that the guy said that.

We literally tweeted the ports to the plane's highway will run from Laredo all the way up to North Dakota and into Canada. This project will bring jobs to Texas and millions of dollars to the state great partisan victory. The White House just retweeted that with the thing senator Cruz voted against this. Yeah. Right. Yep. Right. So I have my opponent doing the exact same thing. In fact, you wouldn't even in Congress you got there on a special Myra floor is there taking credit for an infrastructure project in the district that she was at one time saying the Republicans who voted for the bipartisan infrastructure Bill should be voted out. So this has happened across the country. Republicans vote against our bills, but then take credit for the goodness that is happening across the country from Democrat proposals that we passed and that are doing great for the country. And I think the people know it and see it. And Republicans want to be part of it.

"Have we figured out what is going on with this whole Ron DeSantis stunt? How Texas was involved and all of that and migrants from Texas to Florida for this ridiculous cruel stunt. Yes. Yeah, so it's obviously it's a real shame to our country to have I mean we have a pretty nutty governor in Texas and then we have a monkey suit monkey do guy and in Florida trying to partake in what they I guess reading feeding red meat to their base by doing something that is just as radical as anyone could have ever imagined by shipping Venezuelans of all the Latinos that they could have chosen Venezuelans who are running from an authoritarian communist dictatorship of Maduro and coming to our borders asking for asylum. I think if our ancestors were alive today, it would be in shock. Normally we treated people running from communist countries with open arms and just like we did to the Cuban community and we did to North Koreans and Vietnamese and many others around the world so it's quite shocking obviously to the American people to see what is happening in Texas and the involvement of the governor of Florida and I think the thankfully a lot of good people in Massachusetts have taken these migrants in and are taking care of them mainly and we have a lot of great Americans that still stand to the cause and do the right thing. That make up for obviously this shameful behavior that we're seeing in Texas.

"And we know that Joe Biden has come out and expressed himself in a very deranged way in a very divisive way to say that maggots supporters are violent mega supporters or dangers to democracy. Even though we are in a constitutional republic and just espousing these things that make people believe, especially if they're willing to fall for it to believe that anybody that support Donald Trump is somehow a maga extremist. And we don't know how the details in this situation have happened in North Dakota, but it appears that there was a confrontation between a young 18 year old man, his name was, I don't know if his Kyler, if he say Kyler or Kayla, Ellington, so kaylor ellingson, 18 years old, in a 41 year old man. I'm not going to say his name because he's a piece of work. But there is a conflict between the two of them. It seems like it was a political issue that they disagreed upon. Now one guy's in a vehicle and another guy is obviously not in a vehicle. So you can already tell how this became a very traumatic situation. And according to reports, the 18 year old boy actually called his mother and asked her for help because the 41 year old man was trying to mow him down over that political disagreement. Now, it appears that there was a march or something that had gone on, the reason why these two individuals end up being in a very similar place. However, a political disagreement should not lead to you running over and killing somebody.

"Me tell you about the latest story. That is getting no coverage from the mainstream press. That is getting completely and totally intentionally ignored. The story is a tragic story. What we are seeing, what happened in North Dakota was nothing more than a political hate crime. Kayla ellingson. In 18 year old, kayler ellingson was a conservative and a Republican, Taylor Ellington, loved the country. Kaylor ellingson got in some sort of a dispute with a 41 year old by the name of Shannon Brant. Shannon Brandt hated this young man so much, he got in his car and executed a political murder. I'm reading from the Grand Forks Herald. According to court papers, it was not an accident, but apparently a political politically motivated attack in the fatal pedestrian incident happened on Sunday morning September 18th and mchenry North Dakota, but a 120 miles northwest of Fargo and 54 miles north of Jamestown. Prosecutors alleged moments before he killed 18 year old kaylor ellingson, he called his mom to come rescue him because the 41 year old Shannon Brandt was chasing him in the streets of mchenry, where the street dance had just wrapped up. By the time she got there, her son was dead. Brant was officially charged Monday with vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of a deadly accident. How about political hate crimes? Who Would Make a Great Supreme Court Advocate?

"Just because you've watched so many Supreme Court arguments, you know, so many of the justices, you know, so many of the legal people. If you had to recommend a Supreme Court advocate today, someone called you up and their company is on the line, they have to argue before the Supreme Court, who would it be? I guess it would probably be Paul Clement. You and I said the same thing. I got asked that question a couple of years ago. And I've never met Paul Clement or spoken to him, but I hit Paul Clement. Tell people why. Well, because he's just if he weren't such a nice and intelligent and good guy, I would say that he was an idiot savant of an advocate. I mean by that, I don't mean that he's an idiot. I mean that even when he was a baby advocate, he came to the Justice Department with John ashcroft for whom he had worked on the Senate Judiciary Committee, I think. And he was in his young 30s and Ted Olson was the solicitor general and had just won Bush versus gore for president Bush by then president Bush and ashcroft, I think, actually wanted Paul to be solicitor general and the compromise was that he would be deputy, which he was for four years, and then he became solicitor general on his own. But as Ted also would say, Paul is just an amazing advocate. And he is not a, you know, when he worked for the government, he represented the government. When he worked for the Catholic Church, he represents the Catholic Church. Do I think that is closer to an approximation of his views? Yes, I do. But he was a just a bang up advocate for the government. And so was Ted Olson. They both represented they both defended the McCain feingold law. And one in the Supreme Court, and it fell apart years later, and they represent different interests now that they're in private practice, but that didn't stop them from being the best advocates possible for their client at the time and their client at the time was the United States government. You just named two of the four of the greatest Supreme Court advocates of my generation, the other two being the now chief justice John Roberts, and the fourth being an it'll come to me. I just forgot his name. And there are four. And they were always, I get calls, and when the chief justice was in private practice at Hogan, I would say go get him. And now when I get calls, I say go get Paul Clement because Ken Starr judge Starr is no longer practicing. They work great Supreme Court advocates because they just are at ease and I bring that up because of your Walter dellinger story on page one 30 and God bless the late Walter dellinger, who is a great man in the law, with whom I disagreed often. But he mixed up the names of justices, O'Connor and Ginsburg in his first argument. That's over practicing. Nina, that's don't you think that's what it was. He was overprepared he had thought about it so much. I'm not going to mix them up. I'm not going to mix them up. I'm not going to mix them up, and he mixed them up, and they were not happy. I don't even know if it was that. First his first argument, it just was maybe the first time he faced the two of them on the court. You're right. You're right. And he said, I mean, I've done this. I've said North Carolina when my script says South Carolina, I don't know what happens. In a less than ladylike expression, it's a brain fart. Yeah. Happens to me like on a daily basis. Nina totenberg. I mean, on a daily basis, three hours of radio you're going to do it, your buddy Steve never makes a mistake inscape. And I really hate that. But I make mistakes every day. Let me go on now to what the essence of dinners with Ruth is. And I remind you of the Frank luntz role, we've got to say the title of dinners with rouge 7 times for people to remember dinners with Ruth and order dinners with Ruth. And I want to tell my Friends on the center right in the right, this book will charm you and inform you and you'll be better for having read it. I said that most recently about Evan Thomas's one, Evan is a friend, one is about justice O'Connor and as dinners with Ruth does for justice Ginsburg one did for justice O'Connor and together they do what is only very infrequently done they give you a glimpse of the real world of the Supreme Court. And you know what? So much better than I do. I know some of the justices, but not as friends. I mean, colleague, John Roberts, an old colleague, chief just a justice Thomas and Stephen Breyer sat for interviews. And justice Gorsuch had been spent time with, but I don't know them like you know them. And you are a great storyteller. And you humanize them, but especially judge justice Ginsburg.
