"Found judge enderon that it didn't but he just didn't like it anyway so he said quote you can't just do this because the zoning allows it I just can't believe this is the case alas for the judge it was the case so the higher court reversed him last year he held up a plan build to new housing on a parking lot near the South Street seaport because he claimed the developer had quote an impermissible relationship with the landmarks Preservation Commission in fact the judge just didn't like the plan that decision too was tossed in a unanimous decision by of the Court Appeals that Trump historically is widely overvalued is holding is hardly a secret he boasts his boasts were long and laughing stock among real estate pros but whether this gives Endergon the authority to strip him of his entire company will surely end up a in higher court if history's any guard Trump will soon be taking a victory lap now some people in the past have said you know what look to left the of you look to the right of you you think these people who are voting should be electing judges? So if you're in a Democrat city and you're Republican and they're voting for their judges you don't vote for judges? And then the judge does things that he knows his constituents will like like trying to screw over the Trump family? Judges should be term limited. All this talk about term limiting before that began was a debate in the Constitutional Convention they didn't call term limits on how to appoint judges how long they should serve and so forth and so on but it really began earnestly in modern times in my first book Men in Black where I proposed term limits for judges including Supreme Court justices and I still believe that I think I put the number 14 years it might have been 12 years I still believe that Now one of the problems with it however because none of these processes are or suggestions is what's happened to the Senate and the confirmation hearing process so that becomes a big issue but there's where you have an election on what kind of a Senate you want but if judges and justices are going to be legislators they're going to push political agendas then they ought to have lifetime appointments with respect to judgeships federal judgeships that are not related to the Supreme Court Congress has ubiquitous power to create judgeships to even remove jurisdictions from judges subject jurisdiction this is something I've been talking about I mean we really want to make effective change how come nobody talk mr. British tell Matt gates would you Matt Matt are you out there Matt how about how about taking a shot at political shot obviously taking a shot at rearranging some of these courts Matt matter you Matt you there I'm over here get away trying to get your attention something that I believe in and I've talked to you about this the DC district courts that busted should be up to cabal Republican and Democrat but all left except for a few poor souls there can't have all these cases federal involving politicians rules federal laws federal nations Congress and all going through this cabal they have too much power and they've demonstrated that they've abused it I mean you have this judge trunk in Israel I will not recuse myself and because the people need me desperately nobody needs you at all matter of but read her comic book style opinion in her own defense it's written like a pre -law wannabe lawsuit it's so stupid but she gets to rule on herself you know then we had the weird situation where the government itself said don't recuse yourself we need you we like you we want you that you're the perfect judge to help us try to try Trump I've seen that in my life I've told you where a party asks the judge to recuse then the other party comes in and files a reply now don't recuse you know you're the best we can get and they she's the best the government can get she's all in on getting Trump she's made that clear with just the that's the ruling about when the trial is going to begin the absurdity of that yes she's an absurd judge she's a radical left -wing judge she should have recused herself but look at this case everybody let me make a challenge to you you know on online there are all these real estate sites and you can see what properties are listed for you and can see what properties are listed for throughout Palm Beach even more specifically West Palm Beach on the ocean I think Mar -a -Lago's like 20 or 30 acres mr. producer acres 20 or 30 acres yes I told you it's public knowledge my friend Rush Limbaugh and they sold his his property was sold for over 150 million dollars beautiful different houses on it nothing ostentatious but there it is right on the Atlantic several acres he wanted his privacy needed his security several acres it's in North Palm Beach West Palm Beach is considered very hoity -toity you know it's the Palm Beach of the Palm Beaches and of course there's absolutely nothing there that compares to Mar -a -Lago's Zippo and all those acres and it's not only on the ocean it backs up to the waterway in the back and both ends they say it's worth around 300 million I would guess it's worth at least half a billion based on some of the prices out there but I would make a challenge to you go to realtor .com or whatever you like I don't know all the names of them and take a look at the price of homes for sale make sure they're on the Atlantic Ocean in West Palm Beach. The judge himself have could done this but he didn't he flaps a out number 18 million because he wants to screw Trump and then he goes further he bans them from doing any business in New York listen to this in since he wants some type of a conservator to take over most of the business. this this is Stalinist I would say wouldn't you mr. producer very Stalinist over there in mediocre right what did he say my god what it is doesn't he know what Stalin did oh my god very Stalinist and notice none of these left -wing sites or left -wing papers they never play it down in the middle they never tell you the truth they don't they're so excited about these these fascistic did he say fascistic does he know what fascistic means yes actually I do who issued these orders bring these charges make these ridiculously stupid rulings they never say wait minute a judge you know we don't like Trump but let's call this one straight okay that is ridiculous nope you won't read that that the slimes of the compost with a trial date judge Chunkin gonna come up with a name for Judge Chunkin comes up

"In this country makeup. This is really open the door for the administration to now put those mandates across the board. It's also opened the door to people who have been waiting for the ever precious FDA approval. It is here. So if you're waiting for FDA approval to get that vaccine, you've got it now. You can get the vaccine if you are holding off. President Biden is also asking companies to step up their efforts to require vaccines for employees. Speaking yesterday at The White House, Biden pointed out that vaccine requirements are not something new. Vaccination requirements have been around for decades. Students, healthcare professionals, our troops are typically required to receive vaccination to prevent everything from polio to smallpox, measles, mumps, rubella. In fact, raise most people in America don't worry about polio smallpox measles mumps and rubella today is because of vaccines. It only makes sense to require vaccine to stop the spread of COVID-19. All right, we're gonna focus on Florida now, which recently became the third state in the U.S. to reach 3 million cases of COVID-19. A total surpassed only by 15 countries in the entire world, Florida. Last week, the state reported an all time death record with 1486 deaths nearly 15% above the previous record of nearly 1300 deaths for a week back in January during the last waves. This is Florida. The state has become one of the worst hotspots in the nation. As the delta variant continues to climb in terms of the case count. According to The Associated Press, Florida hospitals slammed with COVID-19 patients are suspending elective surgeries and putting beds in conference rooms and auditorium and a cafeteria. Florida, Georgia, and Louisiana and Mississippi alone account for more than 40% of all hospitalizations in the country. And there's one common factor here. People not getting the vaccine. Let's bring in infectious disease specialists in north Palm Beach county. Doctor Leslie Diaz, it is great to have you on the show. Doctor Diaz, you and I have been going back and forth about what your doctors and nurses, your colleagues have been going through. What you personally have been going through. Tell us about what exactly it's like for you right now. What are the hours you all have been working and tell us about the patients that you see coming in to Florida hospitals? Good morning and thank you for having me. It is certainly very exhausting. We are working 14 and 16 hour days. Relentlessly to try to take care of patients, patients who are young, 20 year olds, 30 year olds, 40 year olds, 50 year olds, and it's devastating. To watch them die, nobody as a doctor as a professional provider, nobody likes to see that, and especially not that the older generation is anything but less and of course they're just as important, but these are young people that still have their lives ahead of them and they die in front of us. So without us able to do anything and when we feel helpless, and it can all be a preventable preventable by a vaccine that we know is safe and that we know is very effective. And doctor Diaz, your patients, the ones that you see coming in, the ones that you've been dealing with 14 hours a day now for well over a year. This isn't just a flash in time. You all have been going at this and it hasn't stopped for Florida. These patients, you ask them if they've received the vaccine, how many of them say they haven't? In the hospital right now, the majority of the patients are unvaccinated. I would say anywhere between 92 and 94%. Which is it's very unfortunate. The vaccinated patients that are coming in are an older generation that already have been vaccinated with the beginning and the first wave of January and February, but right now as it stands, the vaccinated are the ones that are mainly coming into the hospital very, very sick. I mean, we're at the point where we have to worry about your mental health and your physical health as doctors. But when you ask them why they didn't get the vaccine, what do you hear? I hear all sorts of stories . Most people really are regretful. And they want to, you know, make a mentor themselves to say, hey, I did wrong, and I want to go ahead and get it once I recover and hopefully go home. But I hear any excuse that you can think of from its experimental as the other very common one to. That they're trying to track us, I don't know who they are. But it's really a very unfortunate situation. You know, I think that patients need to realize that this is still the most reliable and most effective tool that we have out there to be able to mitigate this craziness. And my understanding, doctor Diaz is that this delta variant is even more transmissible transmissible. It's very, very contagious. And can you explain what some of the patients in the ICU because you've seen it firsthand, what they go through for hours on den and days on hand as their if they survive. As they're being treated for COVID, what is it like? It's sort of like a waiting game. These patients come in quickly needing more and more oxygen delivery to sustain a viable oxygenation. And they're at their max and they can stay at their max before going on the ventilator for a while for days and they realize that, oh my goodness I'm on borrowed time. I think and they're fearful. And it is exhausting for everybody, both for the patient. For us, watching them. And they don't get better. Some get better all of a sudden. After, you know, having been on a BiPAP mask machine, this is prior to intubation. For days for a week for two weeks and then all of a sudden they start getting better. But some determinative and further needing mechanical ventilation intubation and going on event. And it's very unfortunate. Doctor Diaz, thank you for the work you're doing. Thank you for being here this morning. I'm curious to ask you about what you've seen in terms of the trajectory of this pandemic in your hospital specifically. We've heard from politicians and pundits that the media and public health officials are overstating the problem inside of Florida. I'll leave you out of the politics. You've got enough to worry about. But just what have you seen in terms of the way a lot of us felt in this country that here came this miracle vaccine that we thought would get us through this delta variant comes back, lots of people on vaccinated, especially across the south. And now it's flaring up again. What have you seen in terms of hospitalizations and what kind of patients you've seen since we got this vaccine? You know, since the beginning, I knew that we had lost the window of opportunity to be able to obtain herd immunity way back last year, so I kind of accepted that. We had several surges of numbers of patients coming in throughout 2020 and also through 2021. But this is truly unprecedented for our area in the South Florida area where we never expected it would even step up a notch or two from anything that we have had in the recent past. So the numbers are astronomical, the exorbitant amount of patients that are flocking the hospitals at the rate that they are doing, it is unreachable sometimes. I don't have enough hours of the day to be able to see everybody and that is very disconcerting to me. The patients that we see in difference to before is that they are very young. They're 20 year olds, 30 year olds, 40 year olds. They're perfectly healthy. And they come in with devastating finance in the chest x-ray, needing a significant amount of oxygen and not being able to see them get better in front of your eyes. So definitely a huge surge worse than anything we've seen before. And very, very difficult to keep up with and sometimes we can't. Some days we just can't, and we have to accept it that way. We try to do the best that we can to try to take care of these patients. I don't really, I'm not there to judge them if they got the vaccine or not. I wish they would have gotten it because this could all be very preventable and so I did the best that I can with the 14 hour days that I'm doing to try to educate them and I hope that I change at least one mind of the a hundred patients that I see every day. As you say, the common denominator 92 to 94% of the patients you're seeing are unvaccinated. So what do you think now about where this is headed as we head into the fall now with schools reopening? You talked about the patients being younger and younger, obviously there's great concern. You've had school districts, putting in mask mandates, crossing the governor to do that because they think it's that important to keep their schools healthy and safe. What would you like to see in terms of mitigation to perhaps slow this trend that you're witnessing in your hospitals? I think that there is good data and study that says that mitigation factors that you can put in place to try to contain this. And I'm not talking about closing down businesses or anything like that. Just general overall systems put in place to be able to stop the spread. Something is minimal as mask mandates. I think that that would help to try to contain the numbers significantly coming into the fall. It worries me that the fall is coming, you know, we don't have much of a winter here in Florida, of course, like the north, but it's still it's something that we know that people gather more because of the holidays and so forth. So there's more group meetings. So before that happens, I think it would be important to put at least some mass mandates, social distancing. Going back to the basics, I think going back to that will help mitigate those factors of higher numbers or another even another search going into the winter. And doctor Diaz, we've been going back and forth getting kind of a window into your world and you say your nurse practitioners have been relentless that you've been relentless working 14 hour days every day. Some of them try to rest for a few days once in a while. You don't rest. And that there are at times unpleasant discussions with angry patients, angry patients who are so scared and that anger is probably based on fear, but that a good percentage of them say to you, they still won't get the vaccine. Like, around 30%. But yet they come into the hospital and they'll take all of this experimental medicine. I'm just curious as you're working these long days and dealing with such dire situations watching people die every day. How are you and your colleagues coping with all of this? Are you okay? I thank you very much for asking about my well-being. I appreciate that because not a lot of people do ask. And that's okay. You know, I'm a warrior. I know what it is to work at hard times and very difficult times. So I'm used to it. I tried to remove myself from judging anybody and tried to just be focused looking ahead sort of like, you know, a horse is blinders, type of thing to try to be able to take care of these patients with a 101%. It is exhausting though. And I know what it is to look at the face of a precipice. So I know my limitations. I haven't reached them. So that's good news. And I have a lot of people around me that give me the support that I have my spouse, my nurse practitioners, to be able to keep me in a well, you know, a well state. Doctor Leslie Diaz, an infectious disease, specialist in north Palm Beach county, Florida. Thank you. God bless you. Thank you for what you do. And thank you for coming on. Thank you. This morning. "Hr v. has come a long way. I guess in terms of the ivory tower is now in to the thirty thousand view foot. Not even weekend warrior but the person who's exhausted and burnt out and just isn't getting answers and that's who i see dawn in terms of they've been to five ten fifteen doctors Their blood tests are quote. Unquote normal Yet they feel like crap and they're looking for solutions and all of them that i initially encounter with have a thousand and one different supplements in their pantry and it's not for the lack of trying or desire to get better or willingness to try so many different things it's just they haven't cracked the code if you will and i think what you're what we're talking about today and transitioning from what you just told me into now you have the sperm adine life and you have a product that really kicks into a tough one. Wasn't you kinda segue from our talk and segue from the shift that you made and and how it how that got originated. What the genesis of. That was what what's interesting about it so again. We were talking before hand. I left ohio state in two thousand eighteen. Frankly because they weren't ready for the work that i was doing and that can be challenging but it was a great experience. I mean i really enjoyed it. We learned a lot. But i actually moved down into your neighborhood. I was living down in north palm. Beach working in the cannabis business Because while i was doing the hr v. work I you know i had i had. I had peers in the pros. there were asking. Hey are you looking at cannabis with your athletes and my athletes were nc double a. Athletes so canvas off the table But through a connection of a connection. I was invited to come down into that business. And i you know. I drove a dove into the deep end of the pot pool. And you know when you start understanding. Hr v. you have to understand the endo cannabinoid system you have to understand these recovery tools and it was. It was just a wonderful lesson. I mean i i listen. I don't. "You got got a few great breaks to go along with it. What a great tournament to win you know in terms of place you can always go back to or for a long period of time. You can go back to and continued competing because it's a little different than augusta which has become very long and extremely demanding off the yet open championship courses inspire a more creative style. Play in style of play that helps players later in their career still be able to compete somewhat relatively to the to the rest of the field. Is that fair to say yeah. It is actually a few years ago at carnoustie It was it was awesome. The fairways were faster than the greens. And if there was ever a setup that i could or should have played well on it was that was that one missing the cut doubled. i finished. Bogey doubled the missile. Missed the cut by i think three or four but i made one birdie and thirty six holes and that was from a half an inch on that easy par-five in the back nine bunker shot hit the pen and hung on the left So in other words. I didn't i didn't come close to making a pot over free feet and thirty six holes So that was frustrating. But uh dance your question. That kind of setup My last open as another whole story will be next year. Saint andrews Last year at royal st george's Because you can play up until you're sixty of course. Cova cancelled that This year i had my back operated on january. Haven't played since i had my up. Four and five fused together. So i wrote a nice big along ladder to the aren a and Martin slumbers the chief. Or the captain said while i gotta gotta bring it up to my membership committee blah blah blah and. I'll get back to you and sharon off They got back to me at about a month and said We try to take care of our past champions. And i know this has been a tough go around for you. Covert and then having your back operated on And said you know. My family has never my kids and never been to saint andrews and It was almost a tear jerker of a letter and sure. Enough they they. They allowed me. The grant made a play my last open even even lobby sixty two at saint andrews next year. So i can't wait for that. I was going to say it's no wonder you know you hated it. Live them when you missed the cut in eighty eight. But i see your t nine at the age of fifty two at the two thousand twelve. Oh chip chip lit up. It's amazing how that works though you know. is you know. that's the answer. I guess all miami miami's every week you know and they ask you. What's your favorite course on tour. And i usually say wherever wherever i went at. You go to gaza if you get on the wrong side of the hampson. You don't play very good. He missed the cut. You seriously can't wait to get out of there. I always said about augusta. It was my favorite place to get to in my favorite place to leave Because it was kind of frustrating so but offers feel the same way you know if they have a good tournament play. Well they they love the place and can't wait to play terrible miss a cut you know especially if it happens three or four years in a row then you kinda say lau forget that he and i'm gonna go go. I like we'll on the augusta note. You know for at least my generation or at least myself personally. I know the champions are going back many many years. But i don't know the close calls you know so just reading and hearing about your close call at augusta in one thousand nine hundred eighty eight. I wonder if you can take tickets to that week. And what you remember about the you know the end of that tournament. I basically had my right arm. And the jacket thought sandy. It was tough that at thank Stanley shot seven under. And i think i was second at six under It was it was wendy. The greens were hard and fast. They can get And it was just a it was a tough week and anyway. I parked last two or three holes. I made a good up down eighteen from just short of the grain. And at the time i had a one-shot lead But right when. I finished eighteenth sandy. Made it off the back of the sixteenth green which are later found out when they took me to the butler cabin and they showed me a replay of it. A watched this. Sandy makes you had to hit a straight left and loop it down the hill and made it right when i got in the cab and he says Sandy just hit it and the lip of the fairway bunker on eighteen like really pretty close to lip and said Okay so i sat there for a minute. And i thought well he'll. He'll find a way to make par. Just get ready for a playoff. So i wasn't. I wasn't thinking that i was going to win right then. I i was thinking he. He's gonna make car somehow and I needed to get ready to go down number ten and When he climbed in there and i saw ally was sitting super clean and back then nobody in the world hit his highest sandy. Lyle and he picked the seven iron. Didn't touch a blade of sand eyeballs. Were as big as i can get. When he's watching the sink fly. And i said oh no you hit a great shot and it landed just past. The hole rolled up the ridge and then rolled back down to about twelve feet. And i knew he was going to make it a all. Everybody's gonna make the was one of the best potters world at that time too and Sure enough he made it. So i i handle everything really well all my stuff and Went back to the house and really didn't think much much about it. We had a. We had some friends there air from north palm beach..

But to look like that when we've seen them play at such a high level against like Michigan and Ohio State and Purdue and it's like yeah. What what happened? Yeah. Listen, I would say I would say was a matchup issue with, Illinois. Like I'm not sure if it was a matchup issue with some of these other big ten schools, but it was clearly like Kofi and camp like Kofi in his nightmares now see his Camp Crowley like seriously off like it was it was hard. It was hard to watch him person. Okay, so I hadn't seen copey since the last year in person and watching him and honestly watching how slow he is. It was it was remarkable to me. Like I thought right Underwood had to pull him out of the game and he did. You know, he just he went with what got him there. I get it Kobe had gotten the second half of the Year defensively, but that matchup was brutal for him. I mean he was abused in every way and they kept dropping them and Every time they just took advantage like the dribble and off every time right? Okay. So Illinois bad matchup Purdue, I did the game. Yeah. I felt like pretty was going to win. You know, how crazy is that? I never felt like with the way to employers who played into guys are shut up. No, I mean they and North Palm that are really a game plan. They packed it in and they made him prove it from three soft stefanowicz struggled offensively. So he didn't play in the second half and I I think it was the right move. He could not get those guys and that pick-and-roll they were going honestly. It was a really good coaching play. They just went guard to guard ball screen LED Javion Hamlet just go to work..

Learn How To Transition Investment Properties Without Paying Any Taxes

"Welcome everyone to the cassandra properties podcast episode. Today that we think is going to really deliver a significant significant amount of value. We're gonna be talking ten thirty one exchanges by one of the best in the business. We have dave foster who's the founder of the ten thirty one investor. He's a self proclaimed deal junkie and we. We had a little back and forth banter. Going before the podcast. So i think we're going to have a little fun today. Dave we doing. It's awesome to be here. James and it's awesome to be warm you doing well. It's ask it's awesome to be here and it's not what he's he opened up. The opening bali was. What does that. you're wearing a vest. I don't wear vests these down in saint petersburg florida and i'm up here freezing my butt off in staten island new york. So you know. I've i've actually spent a bit of time down in florida. I was on the east coast. And i did some investing in north palm beach and singer island. Excuse me singer island. What's the market like down there today. Florida like every player in the country's booming it's all just booming a relative term no You know what is someone's entry point for mom-and-pop real estate is another person's palace and so it's really interesting and actually a lot of our work with ten thirty one. These days is transitioning investors from these highly appreciated areas. Your neck of the woods california where there's no cash flow of able for people that want on rental real estate and cash load. But there's these knicks of the woods. Where you can still find things that are that will cash flow from florida overpriced right from california that the floor is cheap. Thinking the neighborhood right so this would be a good place for us to jump off from what i understand. You moved your family from denver to tamper using the section twenty one homestead exemption and there's a lot of folks picking up and moving from state to state today. Can you speak to the audience about twenty one home. Said yeah. Exactly so actually. That's kind of the other side of real estate and we actually used both the ten thirty one end at one twenty one so the one. Twenty-one is for the house that you live in when you buy abuse of property move into with your family and live there so that when you sell it you lived in the last five years. It has a married couple. You want to take the first five hundred thousand in profit tax free and you get a two that once every two years so when nari tells us the national association of realtors tells us that the average person stays in house five to eight years. That means that her nine times in your life you have the opportunity to sell an asset at take money tax free now best mogollon now about half a million dollar exemption. If it's your primary residence is wonderful but the on not half a million dollar exemption over your basis in profit. You're not eligible for ten thirty one correct. That is absolutely correct. Hands the other shoe. That's about to drop the ten thirty one exchange exist for investment real estate and with the thirty one you can sell investment real estate. That's highly appreciate it or that. You deeper shade a lot on your taxes by new investment real estate and you get to indefinitely deferred the payment of the tax now james. We talked about dancing girls the beginning of the show. You better have been reserved. Because if i go to my next statement with you it's going to be all over. The ice cream is off the milk. And we're gonna have to shut it down because no one's gonna listen but there is a way to combine section one twenty-one and ten thirty one if you have more than five hundred thousand dollar profit let's say you got a million dollars in profit. You could sell that and you could take your first five hundred thousand tax rate okay. Nice but no big deal day. I want to eliminate the other five thousand. So what can i do. I step move out of that property. Go by your ex partner residents right now go read a property go to home exchange for a year whatever turn that primary residence in to investment property at it a year later. You're going to sell now. You're selling and investment property. Aren't you at. That's what the law requires. Forgive thirty treatment. So you're going to do a ten thirty one exchange but you're gonna take five hundred thousand dollars if what we would call boot. Normally boot is taxable but wait. Did you also live in that property for two out of the previous five years absolutely did so the first five hundred thousand dollars is tax-free the rest of it goes a deer. Ten thirty one exchange to go buy new real estate and you've effectively deferred or eliminated a million dollars a game index.

"Interceptions again five interceptions in a three-game stretch. That's not good. I remember at the time saying Baker needed a clean things up and start playing better and he did I was very excited like, okay. I was calling people out of hate it on Baker Mayfield. No, no. No, I just called like I said a baker needs to play better. I'll be honest about it. He needed to buy better. He did play better. He got better. They went to the playoffs. They won a playoff game was just I loved him and I was very excited for Cleveland this year. Now from that point on from week seven. He had an interception early against the Bengals from that point on after the Bengals game weeks in Baker had only two interceptions the final eleven games of the entire season baked writer really particularly great stretch of games where Cleveland played three games at home in really bad weather Baker took care of the ball played efficient clean football people were criticizing him for not having enough passing yards or not having enough, you know, commission's are attempts. It's like you don't realize the weather you kick a ball. I watch the Raiders try to kick a field goal in Cleveland this year the ball started on the right side of the uprights and the wind took it all the way across the uprights from the right to the left and like you can't how do you throw the ball in that condition? So people don't understand Baker learned how to play really good learn but I think relearned and reconnected with the ability. He had it Oklahoma a really good clean efficient football and you gotta acknowledge this without Baker Mayfield playing well. Cleveland would not have won a playoff game this year. This would not have happened. So he's the best Browns quarterback. They've had in years and years and I walked away from this year very very excited faith and brown Baker Mayfield's awesome. The team is building and I think we're going to see moving forward is Cleveland a legit team that is now here to stay and maybe potentially can take over the AFC North Palm the 18 that had one great year and are they going to fizzle out next year? I think it's more likely they become a dominant force in the AFC North but time will tell as things go on. But again quarterback coach GM great roster. I don't know how you look at Cleveland. I don't feel very very positive. About the year they have. You know looking back on the 2020 season. I thought that winning the playoff game was a huge deal. I could very easily pick that as my highlight of the year. For the Cleveland Browns bad. Actually, my favorite Browns game of the year was in fact that week 7 game against the Cincinnati Bengals Browns Bengals the battle for Ohio Baker Mayfield against Joe burrow. They went Thro fourth row as a crazy game so much fun Baker through for five touchdown passes, Joe burrow had three touchdown pass. He also ran for a touchdown. It was just a wild fun exciting game. I hope it's a a sign that the future of the Browns Bengals rivalry is going to be really exciting fun for years to come and walk. I mean, it was back and forth. There were Big Time throws the game literally came down to the final seconds Baker had a touchdown with eleven seconds left to win the game. And by the way, there were three touchdowns in the final five digits of that game. The Browns scored with 4:57 left. They took the lead then Jill Burrows scored and responded you'll be relatively back with just over a minute left. And then Baker, of course again had that game-winning touchdown. With eleven seconds left. It was just a a magical moment..

"Dragged up this story of him flying to I can't remember flying to slant land so iceland right to receive his climate change award and they call them on it and he had the typical lead us response. Which is funny. It's just it's not new. While president biden has vowed to cut down on carbon emissions to start with his own climates are john kerry why well new data shows that carries. Private jet has raked in frequent flyer miles in recent years including a twenty nine thousand nine hundred trip to iceland. And here's the funny part. He went to iceland to accept an order for climate leadership. When asked about the hypocrisy at the time back in twenty thousand nine. Here's how mr kerrey responded. It's the only choice for somebody like me the time it takes me. I can't sail across the ocean. I have to fly to meet with people and get things done. But what i'm doing. Almost fulltime is working to win the battle of climate change. I'm not going to be put on the defensive. Yeah back we all know your bag. People like me important. People like me. I have on my playa partly about like my partner. Label can we please stop with czar. But are you bama brought that into russian. Colonial trump had one czar. Not and you certainly didn't call them. Czar that's the problem. Is that just coming up with all this stuff coming up with new names. And then keeping the russians. I thought we were against russia candy navia. Has its own scandal. This is a good one. The rebel brought us this. I pulled one minute from the pertinent stuff. The toronto mayor john torrey he was busted flying to florida. He has he's he's a rich guy. He has a couple of homes. I think north palm beach and he was partying it up with with his family which to each his own. You know the guy has a right to go around and visit his different houses and party it up but if this is your message or giving to your people of toronto kind of looked like a high mayor john torrey here staying home save lives stay home save lives if we all do that together will really have something to celebrate springtime comes. This is a life saving message. We simply must take harder all of us take to heart all of us all the time. Please stay home. Restaurant opinion on this in my opinion has been very clear that people who choose deliberately. Because you don't do it by accident after all this time and after these very clear rules people who choose to float the law in my book should have in my in. My book should have the book thrown at them and should have every consequence of that we can possibly muster actually with repeat offenders the time for education second chances is over. I think that that message should be loud and clear to those people that It is not going to be countenanced. It's not going to be put up with and they shouldn't be doing it and sometimes the way you have to have a message. People as by a severe consequence for their their actions. They're showing disrespect for the law but they're also showing disrespect for all the other people who live in the city of toronto on for their health and wellbeing. It is a disgrace. Quite frankly that people will do that. You can see why people are hammering this game. It's going out and leaving his home. Like all the other elites like gavin. Newsom like steve adler mayor of austin The mayor of san francisco. What's cool name again. Breed london breed as great as a great name is true. They're hypocrites I've been looking at this series of clip that you have and i'm very curious. Who sophia with an f is to be with an f. Yeah we did a whole show on her. We'll tell me again. And they're rich rich family and he's sick nice. Oh this woman has been interviewed on different mainstream media shows. And she's the wanna talk about the rib eating and just asking question for context. 'cause i miss the story. How did this surface that. He wanted to eat her well. Apparently the grandson of Ray Davis a majority shareholder of the Texas Rangers who helped launch the venue according to Woolf the current CEO of Esports Arena Arlington is Neil Lyman a minority shareholder for the Rangers. And if that name doesn't ring a bell, here's a refresher Infiniti sports and entertainment. That's the company that bought optic gaming back in 2017 and made an absolute mess of it before selling it off to a mortal's about two years later. Now, it seems like Neil is taking another popular is Esports institution run by a gaming veteran and moving it in a direction of wage earner nepotism Bauer didn't interview with Kevin hit at the Esports Observer, which I will link below in it hit questions Bauer about an odd tweet from Luke leitzman lights been again appears to be Bridge between Bauer and the Texas Rangers owners who are making the decisions here lights been tweeted and then deleted e Sports Stadium Arlington will not at any time require requests or inquire about the vaccination record of anyone. I will be buried in the ground before this changes. That's just an odd statement to make from a public health perspective, especially as venues have been one of the hardest-hit industries by the covid-19. Demek Bauer claims lights been does not have the authority to make that call but his entire page was wild with feared claims. And now as I searched for it today does not exist. So weitzman's actual role at the company is not clear whatsoever. Jonathan quotes who did the article and said there is much much more to this and is in no way being transcribed fully booked. It's not a fault of hit. Of course. It's a fault of Bauer who just is not going to provide the full situation. We likely won't know the full story until Jonathan's NDA expires, but for now given meals poor history. Use words to say the least. We certainly aren't going to give him the benefit of the doubt here.
