"Do you think we did that Gav Gabby does? Gabby know why we only built a few houses here because you don't let anybody build anywhere. None of the towns. Let anybody build anywhere. It's the old. What do they call it the red tape? No, no, no, no, no. They have a phrase for it. They have a is it let let them live in Lancaster. Let them live in Palmdale. There's put him in Palmdale put them in Lancaster. There's plenty of people out there. Now, I know, but it's the whole idea is like we'll just put them in put them in Lancaster put them in Palmdale. But put them in Redlands sure, put an assault and see C's. Nice just clean it up to those are assholes that. But that's not true. Those are people who just have alternative living styles have been by the Sultan, see, my friend. I can't get within twenty miles on it because of the Gank the radiation. Unbelievable. Those people are so charming though. Yeah. Yeah. Especially that hundred thirty a friend of mine was part of a really edgy improv group that performed down there, not many people would show up for the shows. But he told me at the time. It was really funny. I bet I bet it was I totally see what do you think a piece property insolvency probably costs now, probably very cheap like thirty five forty thousand dollars. You'll probably wouldn't need to go to the postal service to borrow the money to buy it. So why doesn't why don't like a bunch of rich people? Go into salty by it up and improve it and make it into something spectacular. The salted to violence, gentrified, assault and see. Now, the stink is horrible. You're gonna have to get people have no sense of smell and the flies are pretty bad. Well, if you've lived in inland some parts of the inland empire. Yuck. Get used to that. All comments on the inland. Empire should be directed to John Ingles. John Ingles claiming the empire may be smelly some parts because of the cows. That's very good point. Welcome Brentwood will show AM seven sixty talk breaking news. But he Gavin Newsom can run around and say, we have to have more affordable housing where are you going to put it where I live, which is a secret and undisclosed location north county. Where I live in my neighborhood. I can think off the top of my head of five five single family homes that have been demolished or are being demolished as we speak to put condo of condo units in. So six ways for ways to ways on that same footprint of land. Right. So think about this, right. What people said was I have a house that's worth nine hundred thousand dollars, and it's kind of Schalke it's kind of mid-century rundown. I inherited it from my grandma, I'm gonna tear this house down. And I'm going to let six people live where I mean, six different families live where just a couple of people live for a very long time right now, that's fine. So we can knock down all the houses in the neighborhoods and put up condos. Everybody can go into very little teeny tiny. Apartments and condos because that's the way they want us to be anyway uniform at is true uniform. But here's the problem because I live north north coastal. Here's the problem you have to get to work. I don't work where I live. I work here. And I commute from where I live, and I wouldn't be able to tell you how to take a bus here. Well, bred here's something about sago starting to make plans for for some kind of master of public transportation public. Yes. But it still takes John you, and I have had experience writing buses cities. And if you have any plans to take a bus anywhere in southern California. And you've got to get from point eight two point be budget at least two and a half hours to get to where you have to go. Let's just to get to work here. If you were taking a bus, a let's see and I live in north county as well. Yeah. I probably have to leave some time about nine o'clock in the morning nine o'clock in the morning to get here for our air shift to for like two or three o'clock. It doesn't work railroad doesn't work. None of that works. That's the problem. Gavin Newsom can go into all these communities and demand that they put up a forcible housing. But you know, what? Again, how many people you got in your house in your mansion of in San Francisco. I mean, honestly, how many of you got this is the problem? This is a huge problem. And it's a problem that goes completely ignored by people in Sacramento because they don't care about actually having actually affordable actual houses. They they want to just lock down. All they care about. They want to just lock it down and do their own thing. And it's a problem. All right. John Kerry violated the Logan act and should be prosecuted. So says a President Trump. Speaking with reporters Thursday, President Donald Trump said that former secretary of State John Kerry had violated the Logan act by frequently communicating with Iran's government. So that's leaving office in two thousand seventeen and he should be prosecuted for that the Logan act. You'll remember was enacted in seventeen ninety nine it states. The private citizens are are not authorized to do so are not permitted to communicate or negotiate with foreign governments or in a dispute with the United States. Iran is in a dispute with the United States over its nuclear program, and the twenty thousand Iran nuclear deal, which was partly negotiated by secretary of State, John Kerry, what I would like to see with Iran, and like to see them, call me, President Trump told reporters on Thursday, John Kerry, speaks to them a lot John Kerry tells them not to call that's a violation of the Logan act, frankly, he should be prosecuted for that. But my people don't want to do anything. That's only the Democrats. That kind of stuff, you know, if it were the opposite way, they'd prosecute them under the Logan act. But John Kerry violated the Logan. He's talking to Iran, and has been has many meetings and many phone calls, and he's telling them what to do that's a total violation of the Logan act. He continued because what they should be doing is their economy is a mess ever since I took away the Iran deal. They have inflation. That's the highest number. I've ever heard they're having riots every weekend and during the week, even so he's very angry about John Kerry working with the Iranians carry his disclosed that he has met three or four times since leaving office with Iran's foreign minister Javad Zarif what I've done is try to elicit from him what? Iran might be willing to do in order to change the dynamic in the Middle East for the better. What you do to try to get peace in Syria. I mean, those are things that are really reoccupying because those are impediments to Iran's ability to convince people that it's ready to embrace something different. Yeah. But are you then picking up the phone call and calling President Trump and saying, hey, I just talked to the Iranian. I just talked to the Iranian Foreign Minister. And here's what they say. They want to do know, you're freelancing the foreign policy. That's what you're doing. That's a problem. To quote, Louie Gohmert. That's a new rule. Said that's the new one of the great drops of all time. Eric is on the five wanting to talk about housing. Eric welcome to the show. Hey, Brad by visiting my ninety five year old lawman Carson, and we were talking about the house that you live in. And they bought it early. Dad bought it in the late forties early fifties for eight thousand dollars.
