"Can't wait to come back real quick here and abroad are north Brunswick it seems like most people are following the rules and that everybody's wearing a mask most people so I think it's a Samaritans we only to be told what to do and but it's important and hopefully this will pass soon I don't have to wear a mask and stormy why can't reason I wear thanks it's it's it's it's tough and the thing is you know they're they're people demonstrating now liberate Michigan blueberry virgin and all this kind of stuff and it's like what the government doesn't want to impose these restrictions you know governor wants his state to have economic hardship because of this they're doing it for your own good and as much as I don't like people telling me what to do in this case they're telling me you know to protect myself I guess I just hope when the numbers go way down and then on I'd say it's gonna come back and we have to wear I don't think it'll happen you'll get better but real quick you know I'm I was looking and then I'm like you know in that span and obviously it's important I don't play right now but so far they missed twenty two games when do you think it's a loaded question really because nobody knows that I think maybe in by June of scalable start playing without the fans and if they do they will be about ninety games like what do you think yeah I would like to see that I mean I I you know I I I run into naysayers and everybody I talked well how they gonna do this how they going to do this era zona thing and Mike well look you're gonna have to take a little bit of risk because this disease is not gonna be eradicated anytime soon unless they come up with some kind of miracle vaccine and and even then you have to have testing because if the dosages wrong you can actually give people a disease from it so have you got to be very cautious and very careful so anytime you open up a store or a business the support that you know you're you're you're gonna be cautious but you know you're going to have to take a bit of a risk so I think you always fall by mid June late June even can start in Arizona and and and basically played in a bubble hopefully by maybe August you can get back to Citi field or Yankee Stadium and and a half games under semi normal conditions but I'll tell you one thing Tom I don't think people are going to come out to the ballpark like they did I think people are gonna stay away be a little nervous you know everybody's got a step I have actually I tell you Richard this is been one heck of a nightmare really has but well the one thing you have to test it if you don't have it you can't give it to somebody so what they have to do is to players I think did agree it have to be sequestered in the hotels and that their testimony on cars and it does a matter of they get close together but they have to be you know keep real careful so Richard have a great night I'm so happy you're back thank you okay thank you for calling Tom we do have open lines eight five five two one two four two two seven do you want to see sports start even with a bit of a risk I guess is the question because honestly I mean if they're talking next year before a vaccine there's going to be a risk and and the awful thing about this is that it's invisible you don't know the the person who has taken every precaution and done all the right things might be a carrier of this virus and any contact with that person may give it to you Hey if it's not like it you know of all the little ludicrous example leprosy back in the dark ages you know when you saw somebody that had leprosy you could see on their face on their hands everything that they have leprosy and you stayed away and how does a terrible thing you know left turns away and all of that you know we kind of made fun of it now because it's basically gone M. is still here they're still up for C. but it's under control it seems but this thing is invisible you don't know I mean the people who you know have never been overseas are never abandon risky situations may have but our telephone number and again we have wide open telephone line to talk.

"Your flagship station for the yank. Mark in north Brunswick. What's up? Thank you for taking my call. Yeah. I mean, I respect your opinion your opinion on this. I mean, right or wrong. Bonehead move. Well, it's listen if I told craft he was going to get arrested for soliciting a prostitute. He wouldn't a gone. I mean come on now. Yes. No one. No one's going to go through that. Nobody the because the publicity is going to be outrageous. But do I think it's going to ruin his life that he got picked up for such a thing got a summons. I mean, it's it's not going to affect the publicity is what's going to get him. Nothing else. It's not like that. It's a misdemeanor summons. He doesn't even have to appear in court. I mean, you know, again, the other part of this is the story that is the story. The tag part of this is the idea that they were working a ring and trafficking. Young women. That's the part of this. That is what has everybody up in arms? That's the issue here if that didn't exist people would be making stupid jokes about craft would be doing. They are anyway, Scott and Hempstead what's up Scott. I think the poor people. I just decided to make is an it's an incorrect. One is that by him, even though he didn't know about the trafficking by him putting money into the business that allowed the traffic to continue everyone's trying to make. But it's not really fast. It's not. That's not you're not gonna be able to connect the dots with that one really got. It's likely by some for WalMart and you say while you're supporting labor by buying something. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, everyone. Yeah. Do you know where the money goes? Well know when people do business, they don't know where all the money goes. And who says they have to know where all the money goes. That's what you have agencies for and and you have people working, and if something needs to be shut down you shut it down. And no one's saying they shouldn't when no one's saying. They shouldn't. And I'm sure Kraft would tell you that they should shut this place down. You know, he'd have to be walked to say. No when you hear about what's going on there. I'm sure he would he would be the first one to say that I would think anyway. Give him the benefit of the doubt. Johny connecticut. What's up, John? Hey, mike. Thanks for taking the call. Listen. I'm coming into a little late this afternoon. I'm just curious is is the craft camp still nine. He did anything wrong. Haven't heard from the crafts camp at all. We all we've heard from is the the people on the other side and right craft won't be arrested. You gotta summons given to us attorney. He has a residence in Florida. The attorney can appear on his behalf. He will be charged with misdemeanor, and that's it. Now it had been hurt. He the night this original. Yes. Now what everybody does though. Oh, well, now, that's the only point. You know, my denying your denies it until the day because they are hopeful that somehow the thing is just goes away. Okay. They never have to acknowledge it. But that won't be. Voice. Tim to just want. Hope this goes under the rug and not continue did not because from my point of view. You only one this becomes a bigger story is it for whatever reason he chooses to deny. But I know he's already deny what he sends his lawyer now to pay a summons. That's all he does. Now if this had happened to hear what would happen. Get a lot of bad publicity. I would think but this would not affect your job. It's a misdemeanor. Okay. So no, actually, I'm not affect any would not affect any players know broadcasters. No players wouldn't affect any players job like code of conduct or any of the nut. It's it does not to lose your job. You have to be guilty of a felony know what I'm saying. Okay, so felony. So this is not a felony saying this is not a felony. This is not a felony. So they don't even look this is not even they you're gonna give him four games games. Nothing. First of all, what is suspension of an owner mean exactly what what does that. Point. Who who knows what it means nothing? It means nothing that means you can't be in the locker room after the game. You can't be on the field before the game. So they might give them two games or something. So they suspend them for two games. That means he watches the games in a TV that isn't isn't televised. He stays out of the craft booth for two games stays off the field before. And after the game for two games. That's all stays in a different essays in his office. Inside the building there on the game. That's all games that would be the tops here. It's a misdemeanor. Mike joins us. What's up, Mike? Hey, mike. How you doing before? I get into my Yankee question. Be my son app. Experiencing some type of technical difficulties because not that I know of every time I go to use it. I see we'll be right back, and they'll show you clips of previous stuff recording finance flowing. Good. And then it comes back online. And then it just pauses Gordon waiting, and I go to go to the months go to see what's going on. And what what are you? What do you do with that? I mean, I mean, I there's there's a place where you can go on there and check it. Okay. There's a technical thing this. Oh, go to the mic. Sean dot com. Email and there's a technical thing. Send you a question. There could be WI fi. I don't know. I'm not the guy to ask about that stuff. Because I just don't know the technical end of it that well, but if you have a technical question, they'll take your we have a technical team that handles that stuff. So just go there and check it out. Okay. And they'll hopefully be able to fix your problem if they don't call me back Bob in port St. Lucie. What's up? Hey down here last week. I hear. I was at med camp. One day. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Great weather. Definitely good to you. But you know, the weird thing about the craft thing is all those other guys their pitchers their mugshots appeared in local papers did not the reason. Why is he was bigger than that? He appeared on the network news. Yes. Good point. So based on your endorsement, I want to write that movie last night that green book, and unfortunately, it was unavailable to to watch twelve. So I will be writing that. And I the trailer. But you really don't get the same. You need to watch the movie, and you will enjoy it when you do, and it's a very very touching movie. First of all, it's a moving movie that is really. A love story between two guys who could not be more different. Who basically the way they were raised made them be as different as night and day or is black and white and they traveled together and learn to accept each other. And then learned to love each other. And it's an and while you're in the deep south, which was so outrageous where you had this classical pianist who is on a tour in the south hires. A guy who worked as a greeter and a bouncer at the Copacabana. And is is Italian as Italian can be. And he highs his MRs driver because he says not only are you my driver, but we could have some issues in the deep south and the essence of the green book is the green book is the book. He is given. That shows the designated places in the deep south where his boss the classical pianist who happens to be black. Can actually sleep at night. Because he can't sleep in the regular hotels, and you get to the point where this guy who is going to play in front of a full house at a fancy golf club in Louisville Kentucky. I think it was either Louisville Birmingham where they had the incident. I think Louisville, But was the little Birmingham. Was deep south. And he shows up in his tuxedo with his trio. And and this is a true story too. He has to go to the bathroom. But to go to the bathroom he has to go all the way back to the hotel twenty five minutes away because he's not allowed the here's the star attraction being paid a ton of money. That night people lined up to see him, but he cannot use the bathroom in the club. Cannot use it. And that's obviously the show you how outrageous. The treatment was of the blacks in the deep south. And that's the point where we show just. And I say there's people can say, well, you know, we haven't come far enough. We have come a long way, though, we really have. And I understand. Nothing's perfect and the still strides to be made. We have come a long way, we really have. From what on the deep south in the sixties to now? And that's what this is depicted. But it's more than that. It's the relationship between the two guys and how they learn to understand each other. And you have a guy who is a talion who's from the streets who's a lovable guy with a massive appetite. Great family. Great friends people around them all night and day. And this loner of a black man happens to be gay. Who has no family, but has this brilliant talent? And he's the boss and how they how they not only coexist. But learn the really care about each other. And they became lifelong friends great movie. I mean, really was Tom and Yorktown what's up, Tom. How're you doing Mike? Nice to talk to you. I'm glad I got through. I've been listening to everybody calling up about this whole craft business. And I just wanted to say real short. And sweet, you know, I don't usually always agree with you on a lot of things. But this I definitely do agree with you is because when these callers call up as I think, you mentioned something earlier, sometimes these, you know, the holy cow, or whatever that's never been when these callers call up and say, oh, they're asked him if they've ever been to a bachelor party asking if they've ever had been in the military and been deployed and then got a five day lead. Exactly. And then have some and see how honestly I mean. Listen, we listen, I I I understand that you know, again. There are things that are seen and talked about things that aren't talked about and everyone understands, but the idea that, you know, again, everyone wants everything in life to be perfect. And it's not, unfortunately, it's not, but there's evil and is shades of gray does evil, which we all understand and then the shades of gray. Say I say what's up? Victor. Yeah. The question is this like, you know, craft rape mega mega money big money to all you gotta figure. He's a smart guy. Right. Say him him not knowing that they could be trafficking involved sex trafficking. I mean, he's got to know that walking in. How would you know, they may on every strip mall when there's one every? I'm saying what I what I'm saying is what I'm saying is he's a smart man with a lot of money. You don't make that kind of money if you're stupid. So if you think that nothing's going on it's just you know, it's just a. So you don't think there's more to it that you don't think this rich guys that a naive? I mean, come on. Now, you can't you can't you can't be that. Silly. You don't think there are a rich guys that don't have commonsense. Come. The rich people who've never even worked in their life. There are people who are mentally wealthy in the work day in their life..

"Nine hundred eight good for him. Waiting for the Pac y'all bona fide to get going probably I'll be gone before this thing. And we'll we'll see let's go to Tom in north Brunswick. Tom you're on the fan. All right, man. How are you? You're just starting to get a little bit better even on my right here. It's raining like crazy. I don't know what happened. But. You know, I I was thinking about this. I can't get much worse than I think this year is going to be better for her the medicine chance. I don't know about the Knicks. The one thing about the Knicks is commanded a draft. I'm pretty sure it's one and done. Well, you know, what I think the Knicks are gonna have the worst record. So hopefully, they win the lottery here, maybe they can build some that. I hope so I mean, it's gonna take it's gonna take a while. Of players when we talked to. Brian Mahoney Associated Press, did you really? Fishtails a good coach. But he doesn't have any talent. So you know, you you could talk all you want about learning experience. But the team keeps making the same mistake because they're not that good. But like you can have one you know, we have to see how he plays. But it'd be one great player commanded a draft. It doesn't take that long for them to get good. Long about that. Now. A question how how much you may see adjustment? I mean, we, you know, we all look at him as being a dominant player in in college. But let's see how that translates. When he gets to the pros. You know, he's got to work represented. He's got to work with Knox. And. I guess moody as a point guard for now they've got. Do I agree with ya? You know, when you get like a superstar type traps that look what happened when I wanna take came out two years to get better or. I mean, you know, they made a lot of progress with you. Williamson. I'm kind of like bad a little bit better. Viscous barrett. Seems to be a shooter we had a horrible game a couple of nights ago. But yeah, most of most of. Weaves his game seems to be power. And I think his jump shot is, okay. Could be better. You know? Of course, we'd like to see these guys stay in college in perfect their craft. But you know, it was kind of money thrown away going around. It's kind of hard to say I'm going back to school real quick. I, and this isn't just because were mentioned I think the Mets they've had even though they haven't signed Harper Machado, which is very frustrating. They've had a pretty good off season. They got a catcher that hit three hundred. And he, you know. There's not many catches. They can do that. I think van wagon did a nice job done better. But I think the Mets are gonna be better to share if things workout we always have to say that. But everybody, I be careful when you're driving home. It's raining real hard here north Brunswick. Okay. I'll keep. Okay. That'd be hidden hidden that way, but I'm I'm taking the train back and then taking the car figured. Which is the lesser of the two evils and that'd be driving from driving for twenty minutes of the posted an hour because you never know when you might hit some some ice of something and they do a good job in insulting the turnpike. But it's cut down the stress go to Jimmy and Rockland Jimmy on the fan. Hey, good morning. Tony how you doing doing? All right, man. How about you? Great great to stall hunker down here. Like, we shall we get through this storm like you said, they'll just drive safe and the fight did the same thing from the city of wasn't that bad. It's just I you gotta watch out for the other people. Exactly, it's always somebody. That's doing ninety miles an hour when his ice on the grass and never gonna stand that, you know, this is what can you know, unless unless your wife's in the backseat pregnant you ended Ospel. Okay. But most guys joyriding. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's definitely not. As much as I just by the patriots. Season ticket all since nineteen eighty three. I mean, it's just amazing the way those two guys up there in New England..
