I don't know exactly what the rate, I know that he was, like, giving wipe shit on Twitter even last. So just to be clear people last night at the game. Dave, why p rigs? They're all sitting in the nose bleeds. They get on the Jumbotron. Now the way it was. So Dave is to rigs his left and the camera is to rigs is right. So he turns to the camera where the Jumbotron is, and he's shown his shirt and effectively turns his back to Dave badmouth, Dave, puts Briggs in a headlock and starts. Nogi 'em with the Dave face like the Dave when Dave takes like Ramsay Bolton. Pleasure in like making fun of people at torturing people. That's the face that came out, and he starts Nogi ING him now than that. Now, this guy's comes any stirs the pot because in evacuate there that is just Dave dummying rigs, like rigs has got body. Now, I will say, there's also dissension amongst, the blues crew because rigs automatically tweeted, why did nothing to stop it because he doesn't want to take this bullet all on his own. I mean if you get he'd that's eight evacuate. That's on you to now rope in Y P was just collateral damage. My first question when I walked into the office today was people are talking about is, what was why p technically supposed to do. Yeah. Because like everyone talked about how Nate Nogi day we all saw how that turned out, I wasn't even working on. I know you saw was he supposed to, like him in a headlock? I mean you just don't do that, especially because if it was in the office, I think it's a little bit different too, because it's in our control environment. You're on the Jumbotron at TD garden. Like can you imagine what would happen to why p if everybody Boston split? Act as a data whereas like you, you can't do that. And it has nothing in my opinion. It has nothing to do with him being less of a blues fan. More team porno. It's like well that's still your by this is the problem. What are we go? Head to head with, Dave and these things, you always have a line that you have that in your mind. When we know that shit trash like we knew everything that happened in this fight. We knew it was going to happen except like in the Spence. I will preference that we expected a knockout. Stop trying to fucking say. Like, it was basically what happened anyway, stop the many. No, he didn't basically stop them. Anyway, that ain't no fucking stop us. Right. Mike. Done. I'm not done. The last thing that can is for people to believe he stopped con based off of a legitimate Phalle. It was a legitimate low blow, and that's when the stoppage came. So is that what you're saying that he stopped him with an illegal blow because that ain't what happened? But if you wanna paint, it that way, let's paint it that way what I'm saying is the fight would've contain you. He would've stayed them down in the rather you say that. I know my heart. And then they take off the just fight Nogi. But then you have someone like a Nogi specialists like me or dean list there who goes in. And they beat a lot of these guys because they specialize in Nogi versus just having guys all train the hundred percent of the time and then move moved to Nogi. It's just like if everyone trained Nogi, and then moved to the ghee, it'd be the same thing just the opposite. Opposite side of that fair. We'll say Joel's army to point once this is what you're talking about. I think what you're saying is true gills made a point to me once I was like this gay trading help you with Emma may his answer was a little bit. So for example, he had a bad omen plaza. But he found himself in that kind of position all this arm. So he got good at the plot from the key. And because it's slow you can't just get your he used that to transition over into a no. Guillermo plot so sort of like training wheels. So do you buy that as a legitimate way to get better? I mean, not really because like you should practice for what you're doing. Like if his while it wasn't good without the it's not because he needed he needed more friction to do it. It's because as mechanics rough if he would have just cleaned up his mechanics, it's I'll be able to hold them in place without the he would've just steps that whole process he would have progressed much faster. If you focus on the mechanics out, the versus using the key to handicap the other guy, and then try to get better like that the process would have been lot shorter if he just cleaned cleaning mechanics up versus trying to do in the game. And then moved back to Nogi. How how here's a question for you. If you had never met, Gary, and you had never met John Danaher. Would you be this good? Absolutely not. So not not even clubs. And we saw dust employees being able to stay focus against you know, marauder like just engage. She saw that super impressive on both ends. It'd be fun fight. Gave you a compliment in your last fight. Right. Here's what I took out of it. I felt like there were things that you did the Kevin that Kevin wasn't expecting may just didn't think you were going to do or that you could do. And I thought the reverse you were expecting everything that he was doing like you were ready for it. I I agree percent. A lot of stuff you did caught him off guard like thinking, you would do it. Oh, I think right. From the beginning. I went out and shot in grabbed his leg hit that spinning out. Bo which kinda just missed that connected on the point. I think it'd been. That would have been for. But. I felt like I I've seen it all I've been in there with I really do have guys in each discipline. That are. Better than him in a lotta ways. So when I'm sparring with sat when he's when he switches to southpaw, and he's trying to fight me Southport. He's he's a a righty. He's just a righty fighting southpaws. I've sparred with southpaws that are real southpaws that know how to use their their angles and the fight like southpaws good southbound. So righty fighting south was it was almost like laughable, obviously, strong powerful. He's got a good take down. I had to think a lot about put. It was nothing surprised me. It's not I'm training with guys that are just. Leaps about what he took my back. And I was like, oh, wow. He's strong. And then we start fighting hands. And I was like, wow. This is I thought he was going to be, you know, a lot a lot more tactical together. There's guys that I train with that. If they get your back. Good luck in them off. And you're just count down the seconds till they got their arms wrapped around you guys that are just training jitsu doing your jitsu twenty four seven Jason around. He's rights top ten in the world in jujitsu Nogi, great from the back grade from transitions to leg locks chokes from the front. So I mean, I'm working with guys that are just. You know, top top top house listening to Matt Serra detail kind of the prep on unfiltered podcasts. He was on. And that's what impressed me the most. I mean, I I love that note, by the way is right handed south by love that notice far southpaws go, it's very very true. Now, people will get that. But what impressed me was that back defense because it wasn't just back defense bad position gets a professional fighter or a good one. Like Kevin lease really good from that spot. Even if he was making questionable decisions or you could be critical like you were and that's fair. But one thing you can't take away from him when he gets top when he gets back. He super dangerous, and you were calm, but more importantly, your actions, and the way you navigate other situations. Matt Matt match your emotion that was really impressive. Thank you know. I've i've. If if the fight thinking back, I thought the same thing has just. Cool. Calm collected Newton new into get want to make the right move to get out. And but out of whether the storm he was he was definitely even when he had my back. He was not as comfortable as I was. He was kinda holding on. He didn't wanna let me get up, and I was just kind of happy they're not into danger just weathering. The storm waiting to get back up to the feet where he I knew he'd be exhausted in a little shot mentally after not being able to get the finish. Like he thought he was going to be able to. That's one thing. I learned is that body triangle how taxing it is on the legs. I don't think you want to be doing that for too long in five round fight in three round fight. I've seen a lot of fighters do it. And and be able to apply it when rounds get the writing time or whatever been in the five round fight..

Those things work whatever your man just just start looking for them like that the rest of the stuff don't try and do some crazy gig guards and the Nogi because it's not gonna work. Peterman his presence and personal Zabel bringing people that never marched the probably at that point. Of course, he's changed. And it's not as not working as much energy as fun AJ. "I would have absolutely grabbed my adorable, and I probably still would have been a little bit faster on a MAC to do this. But it's not as much fun to be on a MAC and do these sorts of things, and that's been a very very weird. A realization for me to come to that in a lot of ways such enjoy being on IOS more. You know, I think that's really hidden nail ahead. Because for me, there's a certain amount of delight that comes with working on an ipad. And I think part of it is just like going back to two thousand one movie, and then like living the, you know, living your best life. You know, having this piece of glass, that's your computing device. And if you get if Santa brings you a pencil you're gonna find that even if you're not an artist use the pencil for all sorts of user interface stuff, it just makes that even easier. But then you do things like somebody sends you an Email with an attachment and you want to save the attachment to somewhere nightclub. No, I mean, they made it easier. But just like just today, I was dealing with this. But I want to create a folder somebody sends me contract. Client submit contract. I have a folder for that client where I keep all the contracts I work on and every time I it's with a new vendor. I create a new folder you can't do that on the ipad. If you're going to. There's just no way to do it. It's like apple hasn't got around to yet. Putting the button in there that says. New folder. I mean, that's in the save dialog box on the MAC, and it's not in the save dialogue or the version of a save dialog on an ipad. So it's like it adds a, you know, another degree of difficulty to get that done. And that's the thing that makes all these people write these articles about how the ipads on us. You know, useless, and no good for work is because there's all these little friction points. But there is an underlying delight to using the device that you really it's hard to nail down. But it actually makes it more fun to do the stuff. And I think a lot of a struggle between those two those two points. Yeah. Very much. So and the perfect example to me of this like annoying friction point that I don't feel like has to be there is that you know, I've mentioned earlier I have a quote unquote, big camera at say Olympics microphone thirds camera, and it takes photos onto an ST card, and I have a USB C S D card reader that I had used with my MAC book. And I was thinking, hey, this is this is Pat is the perfect device to use to look through the pictures of taken and delete the ones that are blurry and delete the ones that are trash in and just leave behind on the Clark the ones that that. I really love. And then I will take the car to a MAC, and I will use this crazy workflow, including a custom app that have written in order to suck those into my like photos repository, but that first stage where I'm just going through the card and getting rid of all the junk. This is the perfect vice to do it on its got this beautiful screen. I can interact with it directly. I can touch. I can zoom. I do everything right on the device. This is going to be perfect. And so I get my SD card reader tach it to the vice it immediately loads all the pictures on the card and photos, so far so good. And then I want to zoom in on one of them. Well, tough Nogi. So you have to import it. Okay. What if I want to delete one of them? Well, that's fine. Except that it's only going to delete the J peg in. I shoot my photos and j pagan role, so it's like all these little things that just frustrate the snot Adamy because this this is the perfect device to go through my photos in coal the ones, I don't need. It would be so magical to be able to do that and use this magical USB port, which yes has a lot of pain points to it as well. But in this case is perfect..

Dynamic that makes it dangerous, and that's why chose to be with Balladur. You you and Rogan and probably goes cool. Now, I've never never had a conversation other than you're welcome to Eddie Bravo. And I met Joe Rogan out a UFC show in Columbus, probably like six or eight years ago. Yeah. Cool now because I remember you got on the mic, and he told them eat on, you know, you guys don't know anything. And then you went on Instagram, and then you said is one apology actually are stupider than I thought about the Sportage it to specifically do to. Yeah. Joe is a phenomenal guy. He knows his stuff on everything except for competitive jujitsu the who's who. And who's he talking about the that? It wasn't the best. He's talking about the best people in the world. And he wasn't mentioning the best people. And I'm not saying it because I think it was me. I don't think it was me. But it's like Philippe penna Lucas leper who had who's who is the most. Well, rounded, you jitsu athlete in the world. Felipe pen them both styles. You're not you cannot look at it jujitsu athlete and tell me that they're the best guy if they only compete in a singular faction did you get to his both GI and no game. It's not even issue too is not about knowing submissions. It's about knowing movements. And it changes the entire way that you move. Look at me, a wrestler wrestler every single day of my life. And then I discovered Brazilian jujitsu. And it changed me completely. Look at Connor Connor has a movement coach and then grappling coach. Was that? That's why his jujitsu is non-existent. And it will always be that way because he doesn't understand the intricacies and all the things that are happening in energy to match, and that comes from the kimono doesn't come from Nogi Nogi, you you rely more on Jill and explosive behavior in matches. You see a lot more of that as opposed to when you watch matches in the chemo, and it it it clarifies the technique. It keeps it true. It keeps it off the authentic authentic. Yeah. And you know, that's what I'm wanting to bring to the table with Bela tour when you fight for both where will you stop due to not training. But will you stop actively competing? Will you talked about something that was, you know, interesting you talked about the state of jitsu and words, and I think it's gonna make that shift again, it's going to go back from everybody concerned about these super matches and these events like for me, I I don't care about the rules. I just show up to give my best to myself and the fans, that's what's important to me. I in fact, I think the more than a competitor competes in all these different rule sets he better himself as a competitor. And also gives the fans and an opportunity to have some variety and otherwise uniformity. But it's going to make a shift from this professional scene and the shows are gonna die. They're not gonna exist. This is the right time to go over to mixed martial arts. Well, I'm leaving jujitsu be Marsh mixed. Martial artists. Are you retiring from juicy I'm not retiring from YouTube, but I'm not going to be in the scene as frequenting break. It's not a break. Hiatus? It's not a hiatus taking jitsu and bringing it in. I got you. When do you think you'll debut? I don't know. When do you wanna see me debut, January who do you wanna see me go against don't Danis? I want to go against you. I don't think you're gonna take this. I just gave you a rash guard. Well, no L as your son up and ask you can wear. They're doing they're doing a show in LA. So I figured they are that's a backyard fight for you. Now in your home state. You know, as I was telling you about about why you want me to fight don't dance. Could could an animal have come up and been messing with the body and accidentally bumped the phone or causing you know, baba? But sorry, I keep saying phone when say camera, right? But at that point, you're getting into crazy speculation because what you're getting into as that. One of the individuals passed away. The camera was on her eye animal comes up accidentally hits his photos that are taken at all different angles. So that not only does the the animal take the pictures. But moves the camera on ninety different ways. Then magically the camera gets back into the book bag, right? That's I mean, that's just too much speculation. Not too much speculation. It's fucking impossible. I mean, sorry to put I can't put it any more politely. Jesus. Somebody's was somebody's got the dirty mouth. I'm not gonna lie to you. I was actually pissed off that I that. I read someone's thoughts about that happening that way like, I whatever. So anyway, in what here's what we do know in this is real stuff. So the investigators with the help of guides. They're like they were actually able to pinpoint exactly where some of these mysterious photos were taken right, or at least the ones that show the markers on the rock. The were falling those directional markers. In fact, that's what they all. I actually think law enforcement called those the emergency markers. Okay. So and and they basically were able to find the Zach location the Zach rock for that photo was taken. So this site is about three miles straight downhill from Boca Tae the town where they were going to stay. This is on the western Bank. Of a tributary that feeds into that big river there. So this is about twelve hours by foot from the trail that they were on. Now the shorts were supposedly found in the river right near where these photos were taken. Or they, you know, folded up neatly placed beside the river there. And a few kilometers upstream from where the backpack washed up or was placed Bray it is also about two kilometers upstream from where the first of the body parts was found. So nearby are several abandoned Nogi huts that the women might have spotted in possibly could have even used as makeshift shelters before they met their fates. Right. So in from this spot had they been able to continue along the river following the trail through the jungle. They would have got to the Nobie village before too long. So what this what this means is if in fact, one of the women was taking these pictures or both of them, and if one or both of them made it to where their belongings made it to they did possibly have shelter, and they weren't very far away from other people, right? The the big question in. In this whole deal. Captain is really I think we're left with two very simple explanations. As to what happened. We either have an accident. The, you know, the these women died in expired because of an accident or they met with foul place..

Okay. Well, I have some legal control or do you give it up after X amount of time there there's fine print where they don't destroy them. And they can actually sell them or give them to somebody else. So basically if our husband and wife for life and egg, and and they they an embryo, and they put it you know, for storage for later. I don't use it 'cause they had other children many of them then somebody else can actually get that for your child can actually raised by somebody else and then beat up with your child later on. My concern is that there could be then what is all right. Inbreeding, jamie. There's so many laws that created. They're always legislators, you're proposing laws. Why is it? The law has not kept up with his science here because his science has been in existence for years. That's a great question. And I think that's wonderful. You're bringing this up because this needs to be looked into. It's the biggest complaint that people have spent a fortune of money. And then if they don't go and use their own their own again, then they could actually lose it to somebody else, which is very concerning, but even more. So if you have these swapping going on, you don't know what people that make donations. There could be. Manley twenty donations and he could have twenty kids in the same region and wonder marrying each other. That's the way I went. I went to school in South Carolina. I think I saw some of my classmates like that. I think about it with all this holiday Alabama were Justin beloved producers from elected officials. They always love hashing laws hit too many laws. But in this case, this has been in existence for years because both sides are afraid of it. Liberals don't wanna touch it. Conservatives don't wanna touch it. Holy rollers. Don't wanna touch it. Because they want to promote you having children. You know, what's interesting Jamie brings up an excellent point. You may not even know, you know, you're so, you know, you're so attached and emotional, of course, and it's a huge deal when you have a child, and I told you I've had a number of friends that have done it through. They've had to do the in vitro. But then you may not even realize you've given up eggs, and who knows where that child ends up one thing, I can wile if you make a donation. This is a warning to everybody out there because I learned the hard way, and you are known as the donors not an anonymous donor where we are you gonna tell me their little Curtis potentially. Little courtesy was out there somewhere with little red berets accounted for okay? You are liable for child support the law has not caught up with his science data. So wait a minute. If it's an embryo is Jamie's discussing if it goes somewhere else, your no not at that point. Not legally given to somebody else, according to what James I have openly donated my sperm for the use only as a gift the law says tough Nogi, we know who you are if it was anonymous, we don't have rights here. But because we know it is you you're responsible for child support. Even though you've had nothing to do with the raging of the show. I do I shall support on three kids because of that. Yes. But Curtis also you were aware of what was going on in that case, that's different. That's a very different. Right. But you're making it sound like if it's generically some child out there some embryo floating around were aware. Who will purposefully give it as a gift? They don't want to have any involvement with the raising of the kids. And then all of a sudden the haunted because the law says tough Nogi, you're responsible. Anyway, let's get our news headlines and update nj.

"So you get a super tough tough animal with brazing techniques with proper methodology smoking. You're going to break that thing down, and it'll be palatable so to the grey rabbit one thing that is less methodology. But it's still a skill and Danielle said it in the very beginning. Which is we eat with our is, right? And so one of the easiest. Put lipstick on your food. And what I mean by that is put your makeup on garnishing. A dish is one of the most underrated easy to do things. That changes the experience for anybody. So your grey rabbit, and you know, you have your, you know, hopeful sweetheart or whomever coming over to eat, and you're like man, this is not look in. You know, how I want it fresh herbs. Fresh chopped herbs. Not only add great flavor to it. But we are a pop visual and visually like make up its mascara for your food. It's like when you see chopped parsley. Your chopped herbs on food. It's like, oh, this was like care for this was run by someone that knows what's up. And so I would just add that in that is that methodology is going to become really key for folks that want to get into game cookery, and then garnishing just a little bit of fresh herbs on there or crumbled dry bake in or just adding a little extra something gives it a mask gives it a top coat. You know? Yeah, I'll agree with you on. That I think these methods are the foundation, and once you figure out those things then everything everything clicks, you can cook anything because it's the same process over and over over and over again, some ridge powder. Do you think that would you rather that we call you the grey rabbit? No, no. No. Thank you. GR? Stead arpey. Not bad. I just don't really know the store all embrace the story. There's people out there that are probably better than that same predicament. Learning experience. Oh, yeah. I remember in cooking school, and I was eighteen. I. I served a. Pasta dish with a sauce called Arab Yata spicy tomato. Sauce restaurants. You'll see a lot. And so I was making. She just was like, I we'd been dating for like a month. And I was I was in culinary school eighteen years old trying to pull it all these tricks. But I made a penny IRA be outta and she found God damn nipple in her inner human Lippel. No. Oh, no. But a nipple nonetheless. And there I am, you know? And yet when you you know, I was like, oh, well, that's because we just learned how to cure bacon, insure cooder E class, and I had a slab of bacon Billy belly. And we hadn't trimmed the skin off, you garnish it with nipples. I cut the slab and rendered it to make a sauce, and yet there happened to be this whole nipple that made it in rogue nip in there the road. That's funny. That's a good day in for a book. There the road. Culinary tail. Yeah. There you go road. Danielle. Can you real quick zap everyone I'm gonna let you take your pick? I want you to zap everyone with. How come no notified me that I'm not running the road angle on Mike can use that everyone real quick with either this chef's choice. With either the heart recipe or the roadhouse snow goose steakhouse dish, I want to talk about the snow goose. That the stage liberty ship talks Nogi geese time. Yeah. So very very common conversation that takes place is. Hey, what did you do this weekend? Oh, we got into some snow geese. I got this. Great recipe. Lemme tell you and I go on and on and on and on. And then they tell you to eat the rocks throw them away. And then I Chuck goals that joke. I heard and I I listen to those story every time like it's the first time I've heard it and laugh and inside I laughed because I'm like, I can't believe he's telling me as well. Do that joke with me? I try to meet them with the stone coldest most indifferent face. They've ever seen. Really? I can't. I can't do that. I'm. Yeah. That's not quite right. The viewers. Can't see the face. I just tried to make. But no, no more confused on that good way. I'm not good at that kind of stuff. Yeah. So so that conversation happens a lot..

"And sky book believes the Golden State Warriors will win the division minus fifteen hundred my God. That is crazy. That's so. This. I'm putting one hundred bucks down on the Sacramento Kings. I want my fifteen grant at the end of the seriously. I would probably put like a few bucks on the Lakers honestly, plus eight hundred is wild. Like basically, yeah, it's just you're just betting on the warriors having an injury and coming to the table with a lot of juice and hoping the Lakers do. I think that there's definitely scenario that happens minus fifteen hundred. I would almost never take minus fifteen hundred for anything. No, no, never. What's the point? Right? So I would put a couple on the Lakers there. I think that's actually decent value. I mean, and let's just I wanna throw this back at you if I said under the four and a half seed for the Lakers, where would you go with that? That's. Oh, that's that is really hard just because we haven't seen how this team meshes yet. And I do think we might end up seeing a trade at some point during the season Kemba Walker or someone like that. All right. So the warriors are definitely better. Yep. The the rockets are going to win more games. Then it gets done it, then it gets tough. Yup. Four and a half seed. So you're saying thunder jazz, Nogi, it's in that area. I think you could throw any of those are the blazers. I'm gonna say they're the, I'm gonna say they're the four seed, so I'll take the over. Interesting. All right. I, I mean, I think I agree just because it's broad, but yeah, not a lock, and it is going to be weird to see if that happens. So Lakers like LeBron like seven years sixty potentially in the playoffs. Right? Oh, for sure. And LeBron going out in the second round of the playoffs. So the warriors instead of losing in the final. So the warriors? Yeah, yeah. Or the first round to like the rockets, the rockets go through like three seed and yet a six, the Lakers and you're out right away. I mean, it's gonna be interesting. 'cause you, I agree with you there. There's definitely a move to be made here. Probably several moves to be made, and I'm just like, I'm here for..
