"Just helps to do this but if you find that. People are like sharing your e-book without your permission you can use something called the dmc a take down notice. That's the digital millennium copyright act takedown notice and basically the digital millennium copyright act is a law that was passed some years ago that was supposed to move copyright law into the twentieth slash twenty-first-century twenty-first-century to take into account the rapid speed at which technology moves and within the law. There's a lot of stuff in there but within the law is this provision that says. Isp the internet service provided the host of the website. Who has your infringing material on it. They have a responsibility to investigate. Take things down if you tell them. Someone's copying your stuff or downloading your bookers or offering sharing your book with actor permission so somebody creates a pdf of your e book or just download your e book uploads. It's facebook or twitter or whatever and all these services basically have the dmc a link on their site somewhere. You can just google it because sometimes hard to find you can say hey. Facebook somebody his downloaded by copyright protected e book in there just like offering it to people on facebook. facebook has to investigate and perhaps take it down and if they don't did you have a lawsuit against them so like niyaz. If i'm ready e books i've sold i don't know one hundred books. Hypothetically and there's some guy in arizona downloaded my e book. Ami i could sue him maybe copyright law says. I can't but if he's got five dollars. And i've got five dollars. It doesn't really make a lot of sense to me to file a lawsuit. Or whatever against some guy in arizona who i may not even be able to find but facebook is a billion dollar corporation. And if they don't take the appropriate steps in the dmca. I have a potential lawsuit against facebook. So then you know. It's more intriguing to me to file a lawsuit against a billion dollar company than it. Is you know some random person in their grandmother's basement or whatever downloading my e book having a copyright strategy for your e books using the dmc a take down notice. I think those are two things that are low hanging fruit. That don't cost a ton of money. Because i think the other thing beyond not knowing some people kind of know but they think it's too expensive or they think there's no way i can hire a lawyer to help me through blah blah blah blah blah. But it doesn't have to be super expensive to take some basic steps to protect yourself. I love that..

"Mean that's why they came up with the idea magic ill so that everybody at a opportunity you know so fight against each other but Yeah on games all right. Let's move on to our show. Proper and talk about this episode of supergirl were in season six now and this episode is entitled still i rise season six episode ten directed by supergirl veteran jesse warren. And i'm just going to say this right off the bat. I liked the idea of this episode. But i wish it could have been done a little bit better but as i do like the episode in superman and supergirl kind of get involved in go more golden age know. We're taking on corrupt politicians thugs. And i like the idea that supergirl using her power in her voice. The try to just change perspective and let people know on things but there are some parts of the episode on this at hey harking on things but even definitely feel like the kobe protocol in this episode. Like just the two people in one shot you know. We have one scene with multiple people in it Towards the end but most of it's like two people in a room and then if you look at the way they transition of third person and you're like oh okay or those scenes with mulled They're like you know what they did. They set up. They set him up at the end of the hallway. Six feet apart are light and they're all like running down the hallway in a staggered line and also if you look at the way they shot some of it is like You know over the shoulder. You're like one shot particular k. It's niyaz mom talking to her but instead of seeing her you know with the voice. You're looking at niaz face. And when you do those type shots one person can have a cove mask on and then you just put the voice. You double-o the voice. Eighty are you know and the other person doesn't so i mean it's just it's the beauty of film what you're able to To do but yeah i mean. Definitely i mean. They saw they do I i i still say that. This show in the flash feel like they were hit the hardest with just the protocols and everything superman and you don't even notice they just have a way of doing things this separate starts right with the last one picks off so this has been very much a has the feeling of this is ending the next one just kinda continues on with it. Where is seem picks up niyaz with nick xlii and knicks summons her mom and walks snia in her apartment for twenty four hours with with in all reality. That could be a episode in itself. you know we're though like wears nia and the is we never really saw anyone next comment about all our reboot. My magic will redirect their thoughts something else and we never really saw that So it was interesting. Nobody nobody even auto up. I think there was one line car i did. I think when she earlier in kako. But it's so fast and it's not like anyone else thinks about it Single scene inside cat a so. We're we're gonna talk about neo real quick just because keeper but pretty isolated so her and her mom are doing their training gala. Mimesis just ran through the room. No respect people. No respect Her mom says i to you as an hour. Oh that was your al yet. Like like the owl sitting on her mother's shoulder and lying to earn her saying that other veered of like light on the way that they way that they say stuff as episode. It's like yeah you bike been intentionally a i feel like this out loud and you just just ignore it your your own your purposely. Being done okay. I'm sorry I feel like this story with. Neil gonna have to go back and rewatch season five again but i think this should have been her season five story art and this should have been handled You know what i'm saying. So so is been in. She's always had troubles her basically at something that always just shocks her and she's like wait is this must be it and she just run and they just run at You know and for the most part it worked out route brow series of how she it's only more recently this season the end of last batch. She'd been interpreting names wrong and they get their two eight something like that. So i mean they bill to this but is not a concern at. I guess you're i guess if you're not making stakes than you win. Yeah i it just pushed her to the point of like you said being dong she literally spoke to the owl in the last episode and blew it away it just. It seems like they're just trying to rush in get storylines cross it was and then you know her and her mom work on stuff she finds out part of her issue is the ravens that she sees maeve and at the end of the episode. Her mom's disappearing now. Yeah you know is empowered to go. And i i really liked the story. Her mom shares about an ancient. She says an ancient story about a woman who slanders her best friend and she's trying to make amends for it and she says she goes to the rabbi which was cool rabah and says take a feather pillow rip. The pillow spread the the feathers. And all that spread the man. Yeah and they now go pick them all up. You can't like what you've done you can try can pick up some and you can clean. But you know what you've done is is that it has this affected has rippled and that's gonna be carried and about the choices nia made releasing next liam that The repercussions that's gonna have so. That was a great illustration of what's going on. So that's that kind of wraps up a in it does. It just seems like air. It just seemed like barry using attic..

"Go go so let me speak to those that are in ministry that think you have to hold it all together. You don't god is giving you a specific calling. Now if you're calling is in the four walls that's awesome but ministry isn't always in the four walls ministry starts at home. Ministry starts with yourself. Ministry starts with your neighbor instead Praying to god to send you to china or africa or europe. Try eleven on your neighbor. Try giving them a handshake try. Try you know how. Hey how's it going just simple as that. How're you doing today. And that's just that's just where we're at Nica as as we close this out. Whatever you feel on your spare for that one person that is that is struggling right now. That is in a place of not understanding. What real true healing niyaz speak to that person. in let's just let god continue to do what he's doing through through these airways so whatever you feel. That's on your spirit. Let's what what's really impressing upon me. right now. Is someone that feels that healing supposed to look a certain way like okay. I shouldn't have this struggle. I shouldn't have the battle of my faith. I shouldn't be questioning god now. I'm not saying disrespect. God that's not what i'm saying but yes in the healing because we have to get an understanding in if we don't ask god a question he can't provide an answer and so i don't want you to think that you're letting god down because you're asking questions i don't want you to think or continue in the false belief that you're not doing this healing journey right because you're asking god..

"Good morning it's iowa. Today is july thirtieth and i think this might be probably a good day to try to wrap up our reading in dhamma everywhere. It's such a wonderful book. i. I think it's full of such good advice to us in ways to help us with our practice and help make our practice become how we live from day to day from moment to moment. And it's really about taking our meditation practice off the the cushion as we say and move it into our every day every second life not in a way that's punishing but in a way that's liberating so we're reading from in a nutshell i'll read psalm and then we'll do meta practice which i thought we would get to yesterday but we ended up just doing some regular breathing. Meditation without let's metha- where there is a 'cause there will be an effect. My teacher would all Let me go back. I'm reading from a sheen. Teijin niyaz book dhamma everywhere. Science off tatum. Neha where there is a 'cause there will be in effect. My teacher would always ask about the causes. He always wanted to know the causes. I would go and tell him about seeing the beginning. Middle and the end and rising and falling scientology would then ask why did it arise. Why did it end. I didn't know. I knew that there was rising and falling. But i didn't know why. What was the rising. So how could i believe it. He just asked simply. Why did it happen. No one could answer. Everyone was just looking for this arising and passing away and we were satisfied with just arising and passing away. Buddhism in brief is about understanding cause and effect we must know when the is present and know when sake is absent. Sati is mindfulness awareness. We need to know the causes for sati to happen. And how sati can be increased similarly. We need to know when samadi that stable mind focus mind is present and to know when somali is absent we also need to know the causes that led to the increase in samadi. I will also add one more thing. We need to also know why we lose. amati it is the same with defile moments. We have to know when defilement suppressant when they are absent when they come in intensify and when they go down in intensity why did they go down in intensity. It has been some time that you've been observing this mind and body. How much more do you understand now. How deep is the understanding. A fellow yogi observes observe objects. I also observe objects. Can we have the same levels of understanding of these experiences. Is it possible for someone who has just started practicing to have the same level of understanding. Is someone who has been practicing for a long time. In the right way the practice has stalled if the current level of understanding is about the same as previous level of understanding knowing and wisdom should not stand still but should still always be advancing as much as knowing and understanding increase so too does one skill in the practice of meditation. This means the meditation is thriving when you see thoughts like all my. Meditation is not improving. Please check the attitude in the mind. These thoughts can come up if you've been paying more attention to what is happening. The objects without recognize things the wanting and expectations working in the background. Is it because you haven't achieve what you expected to achieve his it because you are not getting what you wanted. Do you see that you getting as much as you are practicing. There are very few people who recognize that. It is also part of meditation when they ease up the mind. that was tight or constricted. Are you practicing in a certain place because you think it's good for meditation. Are you practice or are you practicing. Because you realize that this is wholesome because you understand the value of this practice please. I worked to appreciate the goodness and value inherent in the practice. How much more do you know about the processes and objects you've been watching for so many years now. How much do you know about.

"Like your fate of something just continue to evolve on this spectrum of you that you have become you do have the potential to evolve and whole new and surprising and and spiting way which is a lot of what i'm talking about. Two people like this. Is you know. I talked about that. Some fucking last week show. You're not who you've become even though you're pretty convinced that you are now can't go back. That has no going back because back then was even an evil of what was before that you can only ever let your life unfold into the future and love your way through that and the morley trying recapture the past and a member. Whenever you're talking about the pass whenever you're thinking about the past it's a cherry-picked version doesn't include all the shit just includes the bets that you want to focus on so no you can't get your relationship back to the way it was say that again. Those the bike. You cannot get your relationship back to the way it was and if you need to go back to the side of this fucking show impress play again and listen to everton. That was saying if you need to do that. Eight times ten times twelve times fifteen times. Then you should do that. I'm really out to give people little. Aha moments can tackle. They're fucking fancy. I'm really are to give people a philosophy a way for them to live that own life place for them to get grounded and this cannot profound understanding of self and how it works and you can do all of that. If you're someone of spirituality or faith or whatever you can do all it out alongside what i'm talking about. This is really understanding yourself for the most basic human level not a psychological level because had not a spiritual level not a face base level. Been very profound in fundamental level. So there is no by because what was there was completely a product of what you've created given what had been around before then and the more you try and go by in my view the more you try and go back to a time that you've romanticized by the way and your fucking head the more you try and go back to that time the more fucked up you gap because like i said that time was a creation. You're not trying to formulate. Recreation dez neophyte version of your past a beanie disney. It's fine but it's not real life like it's fine kids like it so good awesome shit not real life. The first friend she saw. Hey you should suffering that. we'd over here. Yeah so that's out now now. This is just our apartment so his mom was not not on. The scene is right. I don't know if she would have said anything. Well this is early stupid because my mom still maybe had hopes that maybe i go to college or maybe i would do something like the other kids right not to be you. Don't miss anything not a damn thing. So we don't take care of ourselves and that's why we're better for the good news is chris's dad got his bypass surgery in the joint so he got it for free. Ultimately i needed to go to college for to be honest I mean i could've just moved out here and gotten a job as much in terms of utopia becoming film. How closer we. Oh well we were closer before before. The world kind of collapsed oughta people. Yeah money dried up. Yeah it's hard enough to get that money when you're when things are going well but yes it's building back up a lot of really good actors attached and larry miller actually had read it a few years before and said he was attack. Whatever that means you know reagan features best yeah guy. He had the biggest funniest laugh in valentine's day. He was. Yeah me and that. The interestingly the the the the front that front movement we just describing his is actually like a rotation. So what what you what you get. Is you get bones articulating with each other in a rotation whereas what we describe before is we had bones articulating the creating an opening on base underneath. And so if you think about the spine if you extend your spine. You're going to get a visual gaping on the vertebrae on the front of the spine and a closure on the third brown back of the spine. And that's a different type of movement to a rotation when you get pure rotation that be not gaping on either side of the of the spine. It would be rotation rotating about the about the discs in the faucets and stuff and so that frontal plane in the foot as a very rotational element to it. And i think sometimes starts where people come get confused where we live from plane from the transverse plane from sunday to open chain to close jane and stuff like that. So it's definitely a factor to consider and the final Is the transverse plane which sounds like the rotational play is gonna be more like a electoral election in the spine. Where when i- internally rotate my redford's so that's the taylor's rotating in obtain joint axes rotating round towards the big tug the tibia rotating towards the big type than what you would hope to happen is again that the first and fifth methods also stay grounded and not rotate inwards with the rotation of the river and in order to stay grounded as being out and that such as an abduction and so it's been given a frontal plane term. That's because it has this kind of lateral flashing quality of a winning all of the joints on the inside of the of the foot including the joints on outside of the foot. So if you imagine feet that you've seen that you work with we'll have that kind of compact lateral border where the fifth metatarsal Keyboard quite close together on the keyboard and aquinas. There will kind of bunching into each other and you go that boat like banana like shape on the inside of the foot with the transverse plane prevented if you like where the sir on a wide open on the inside so what we actually want is all of those three planes together. Think about him individually but but put them all together so that we have the perfect opening of the joints on the base in the plain opening of the joints on the inside in the transverse plane and a a rotation of articulation but doesn't deprives from keeping first and fifth metatarsal on the ground and that will actually put length into the vast majority of tissues in the foot. There are very few muscles that are set up to pro night before the majority of up the super night before not means that we want to activate those and give those muscles the best chance of super nation than we need to be able to get into a good pro knighted place because in movement. We really can't get away from the idea that muscles shorten from the optimally from the most lengthened position in for that is that is pro nation. That's a good explanation. Actually have a few things kind of bounce back off you in what. I'm thinking about that. So one thing that. I was thinking about particularly because this has been a big thing for me is thinking about as an athlete passes. Let's say they're there jogging or you could save in walking. But they're running and their shin is coming forward so the foot hits down and the shin is coming forward pupil who especially that people who are healed. There who are like he'll strikers. Just don't have very good foot function. That's very general term. Put their heel stays on the ground too long while they're niyaz coming forward and at that point where he'll should've been up and it should have been getting to the ball their foot there. He'll is staying glued down. Or maybe that happens in when they're trying to jump rebound or basis. That person. Who just doesn't have that that tension coming up through the foot and dairy embar calls. It transitioned to a second class lover. Where basically the fulcrum shifts from the he'll to the ball of the foot and basis you could say journalists just being good off the ball the foot being able to get to the ball of the foot explosively when you need to and something that i've talked with a few people about. Is that athletes who struggled to do that. Tend to have stiffness tightness in that rear foot and so as you were talking. I was thinking about well. Why why is that an. I think this is important because it's so easy to say well. This athlete needs to have stiffer. Feed the or not stiffer stiff. In a good way you know not stiff in a bad way but the be more elastic and explosive off their off their foot and get to the the ball the batter. I do think people have success in this for sure. But just doing things like isometrics where you're you're either in a elongated like position or the leg is bent just isometric pressing on the ball of theater and trying to be critical like stiff but which is nice. But i feel like if the athlete can't mobilize the foot correctly that there's a skill from flowing force from the back of the foot to the front of the foot. And when you were talking about the cal boned the heel bone half into planner flex and then either and that creates a stretch like to me. That's the big one. Because it's like if i'd never created the stretch when you get the heel striker the initial portion of gate and then if i don't have that i have to manufacture stiffness to get to that second class lower where on the ball the foot effectively. It's like if you never so that. That is i have been trying to put that together. These i've had coaches talk about how that he'll and has to move. So that's that's like a critical part of getting to the ball of the foot effectively. In having the sin be able to come forward in the he'll come up off the ground is. Is that why that is like because you need that to stretch and load the tissue subtly or it would be something else night. i think There's only one way you can get your shin forward and keep your hill on the ground. The too long and that is to remain in united position because as soon as you start to adopt position with leg travelling underneath yet. It's obsolete it wouldn't be possible to keep the hill on the ground. And so what one way. You could approach. They like to think about the body having strategies in place for something so it has go which is in this case. Run over jump on the knows that it needs elements of movement. It also recognizes that in the absence of some. It has to do something else more so it starts to look for the necessary movement and make sure it happens and if if your foot doesn't at the time it's supposed to than your brain will stop will. Oh the body will start. We'll continue to donate the foot until it reaches the amount per nation it needs in order to return the next movement. So you likely find that when not he'll does come off the ground a cpa nature movement is gonna take place Necessarily be the super nation that that we dream having but but some reverse response from muscle contraction or just. The he'll lift is likely to take place so a your leg would have to be internally rotated you'll he'll to still be.

It's quite freeing. And i think that sort of pot of fake medicine as well is. Is that freedom that you actually get from from science and understand your body and your ability to to do something about it And that's what i get excited about. When i'm when i'm with my patients. And i hit on a diagnosis when i can stop them from having a heart attack when i can diagnose a cancer early like i always like jumping up and down with my patients have polyps of the colon cancer like excited about that sort of stuff and i think that's where we lose a little bit of that that excitement in science we have we we ride a textbook like i like. I did originally it. Is this excitement in in science. There is this excitement and finding out about our health. And you're like we don't need to create demons and angels and and have all of these other satellite curses and india telling somebody that they're promiscuous and that's why they've got civic who cancel like..

But i think that you can also choose to put it on. All the strings are only some of the strings But they all have to be in order so you could skip the low e. or you could skip the high e. or a couple more if you wanted to. I'm not really sure why you'd want to. I guess i think that would give you some other options for making chords on the guitar. But typically people just put it across all the strings This is short for capo. Tosto her we can see that in here capo ta no. I don't think so Short for cop pasta which is An italian word which literally means head of fingerboard head of fingerboard so the head of the fingerboard is a cop tosto and then they made his mobil one and they called it a kato. Maybe it's capable tosto k. Taste oh i don't know how to speak italian. Okay moving onto the second form but this one is pronounced capo or just Capo capito either. One of those. I think is fine. This is a noun from circa nineteen fifty to the head of a branch of a crime syndicate and this is an italian word. Which means head or chief capo capito. "Good because they're not going to be thrown much into the second-half already need darnold to get off to a blazin. Start get up. By like three touchdown. That'd be awesome. I was just gonna ask. What's what happens. More of rams touchdowns or rams sax on sam darnold ram sacks. I honestly think the rams defense might scores many touchdowns as darnold throws in that game. I like a big thing though. You definitely learn when you become more advanced. Like in. Like dr king's like dfs goth can have the best match up against the jets. But does sam darnold have enough to keep them in the game. Where jared goff is throwing it. so that's why you have to look for in the absolutely. I mean look at last week russ wasn't had four touchdown. You assume that he would be a top five fantasy quarterback of the week and he probably barely cracked the top ten because he only for two hundred yards. Like it's a smash matchup but if you play half the game you know trying you only get half the staff absolutely like i would not be surprised if goth through five passes in the second half all right. Let's move onto the running back position. We kinda just covered cam akers. I want to talk about todd gurley. He's averaging only eight touches over his last three games which has resulted in a total of twelve fantasy points so he's averaging four points per game over the last three weeks now. He faces a five run defense in tampa. I am sitting him in every possible league. I can. I'll do you want better. Cut him just get rid of them. Just get rid of him. He's only on the field thirty six percent of the time now so that niyaz obviously acting up even if he falls into the end zone. He gives you a floor of six points. Yeah do not fall for his first eight games and think that it might come back. Gary todd gurley. Don't let him ruin your fantasy season in week. Fifteen tell you what. I'd rather have frank gore on my roster ben todd gurley. Yeah that there's saw a chance to break off a run. I don't know frank gore of rain. Forty are dre. Yeah that'd probably be a career high de andrea swift. He returned after three game absence. He had seven rushes for twenty four yards and a touchdown. He also had four receptions for twenty six yards. Good for fifteen fantasy points. It was good to see him involved in back in the lineup. Has he returned to a must start in week. Fifteen verse tennessee for you guys or you. Hesitate with that injury. So does matthew stafford plan. Yes then i'm more inclined to start swift if stafford doesn't play. "On today's show. I'm talking to Michael British fine photographer. Best known for his images of black and white landscapes. His work has been displayed. All over the world he has permanent exhibitions in the Museum of Decorative Arts in the Victorian Albert Museum in London National Gallery of art in Washington. Dc and in the Bibliotheque in Paris. Let's dive straight into my conversation. Ninety nine percent of your photographs are square format black and white images as far as I know and you have been doing that for for for more than forty years. So how on earth does one stay motivated and keeps shutting mainly landscapes in the same format for for such a long time. Good Morning Tom. Shannon Seattle you're in Switzerland so it's a slightly different time zones. I'm very interested statistic of ninety nine percent that you could be ninety seven point seven five. I don't ask much well. You know I I started with many different is many different. Cameras experimented with the panoramas in thirty five millimeters horizontal eight by ten four by five. Lots of different ones for the first ten years. I I use thirty five millimeter. I found as often happens when using the same camera over and over it becomes to be predictable which is has the pros aide also has comes because you tend to get little trapped into those formats and I moved into the two and a quarter medium in the mid eighty s purposely to break up my rhythm essentially on now used a waist level finder so everything was back to fronton slimy upside down and made photographing a little more difficult. And I think that is one of the keys to photography generally is that we don't want to get too comfortable at anyone at any one time. Now I've been using this camera on off since the mid eighties so yes thirty years thirty years to great camera at the same time. I've experimented with different other formats die off news holders little cheap plastic cameras I often feel that the camera has very little do to do with the photographic journey just happens the hassle but I use is is is really a utilitarian quite precise but very basic camera. It comes with his basic functions of Lens Body Film back Viewfinder and those are interchangeable. So if they break down I can replace them days. I can old lawn mower for me. I I know the camera very well. I don't think it has much to do with the camera in terms of one's passion for photography. I think it has much more to do with one's in a drive to discover to be curious to constantly be investigated and explorer I can see you know using the same camera for the next two hundred years and finding sufficient material to keep you motivated for many lifetimes. That never been an issue with me. There are so many places so many countries so many things to photograph them. I just look at that. I I just don't ever see it as an issue kind of the lack of inspiration for me. It is much more a matter of trying to rein in all the divergent diverse. Numerous different possibilities and I hope that that is for everyone is just life is so amazing the Janica so amazing though so many fantastic places to go photographs that it's difficult for me to understand kind of the lack of inspiration lack of drive. I think there's so much out there when you talk about the cameras you actually answered my question. You know which I have prepared for later so because I can imagine that Photographic equipment itself. You know camera. Lenses are relatively low exactly on your personal credit but in order to pursue a certain vision certain look or simply a similar format of images to choose photographic gear accordingly right. I think it means to me. It would make sense to us a digital camera with all these bells and whistles for example. It's just not my character. Ibkr semi old is like an old guitar. I've been playing these niyaz years. Yes go into electronics. Thrall Bandon all these other things but when it comes down to the instrument you're using it needs to be a part of your body almost a part of your creative function. I have no interest in the GADGETRY. A as such Simpler the better for my way of working but that is just me and as you say. Everybody has to choose their own instrument of communication so for some people it is drones and and various new cameras on techniques. And and that's perfectly fine. It just doesn't fit with my way of working. What was it that extended to you about this square format? You are mainly known for square format images. Right I would think so at this point. Yes but certainly wasn't the first ten years of Korea because I did use it. What fascinates me? I think it is. It is for me. An Open universe I don't find that. I am confined as with most other. Formats such as thirty five millimeter. In which as I mentioned you already have to make decisions of whether they should be horizontal vertical. And how do I fit things into this rectangle with a square you'll basically playing with four equal sides and so you can compose accordingly? I still have the option often. Use it to crop lighter not necessarily into scored. If you actually look at work I do. Not many of them are real scores. A slightly horizontal slightly vote to goal. Sometimes I make score into a panorama either vertical or horizontal. So for me. It just gives me an enormous amount of flexibility. Would you say Composing Square format? Composing Damages is in a way easier or is it just more open. I mean like you know gives you more options. I think it gives you more options. I don't think it's either. Easier are more difficult. I think it's just another possibility. And how about black and white. Because again I I would be hard pressed. I think to to recall a color image of yours. Only commercial only commercial work. I just can't find. I have a proclivity towards the monochromatic spectrum. So most of the work that I that I appreciate his monochromatic. Black White again. It's it's just a personal thing. I've often say that we we see in color all the time. That's how world so when you reduce something to black and white. It immediately becomes more of an interpretation. It's mysterious or more calming offer. Me More meditational almost often use the the the the reference to writing and I said I prefer to be more of a Haiku poem we just a few elements of simplicity but a great amount of suggestion as opposed to an insight encyclopedia with huge amounts of facts and description. That is not what I'm interested in doing road Does happen at all these days for you that you you know using whatever it might be Shoot some color images while not seriously I mean I recently finally came around to getting one of these smartphone things so I can take snaps of wherever I go in. Another polaroid doesn't exist this. Icu very useful. Because it tells me what I am when I go back later to Reference Place so yes. I photograph in color just to make snacks. But it really doesn't interest me very much into the first thing I do is converted back into a white to see what it looks like. I just find black and white enables you to use your imagination much more than color. But it's a personal thing in one of your interviews from from several years ago. I guess you said there are great photographs by ordinary photographers and ordinary photographs by great photographers. Smart knows days so let me ask you. You know for your own. Very subjective opinion. How often does Michael Kenna manage to to produce a great photograph? I'm still trying haven't got one yet but one of these days. That's an impossible question because you could never put out to the description of one of your own photographs are you are you. Are you happy own photography? Never an I don't think one should be Yes contend that I'm on this wonderful journey as being an amazing Expedition But I. I don't think anybody should ever be satisfied with what they do want. You be striving. You know there's this you know. My favorite football team has Everton and they have this motto. It's called nil. Satis newsy optimum which wanting means nothing but the best is good enough so you give your best all the time. You strive for perfection all the time but hopefully you never reach it because if you reach perfection the the image probably would interesting is one of the things I resist with. The digital revolution is that is so easy to make things so perfect so clean so tidy that they kind of lose the ability to To evoke a reaction to evoke emotion it becomes a little antiseptic. "O c d a l i don't follow us on twitter and on facebook that after w show all right so with this e coli outbreak spreading across the country the cdc is saying if you don't know the source of your romain lettuce don't eat it i don't know if you guys a heard but the government is telling us to not eat romain lettuce and we don't know where it came from i just had a salad last night at a restaurant i mean i've been really trying to bone up on my salads and veggies and federal officials say don't eat it if you don't know where it came from these cdc advisory now includes whole heads and hearts of romaine lettuce along with chopped and bad romaine and salad mixes the government believes lettuce is from yuma arizona region it doesn't know specifically who grew supplied or distributed the contaminated vegetables seriously says it could take an average of three to four days into come into contact with choline for people to start feeling symptoms scary process very scared they said apparently niyaz loop a high school dancer loves eating healthy foods excels but after eating roaming salad from local store in pennsylvania she started throwing up and having abdominal issues she thought it was a stomach bug she was sitting there in the hospital she was scared after four days in the hospital she was told she might be suffering from an autoimmune disease and then the the dodgers came in and said oh it's e coli shots because it takes a lot can take three days to grow out so sixty four people in sixteen states have been infected with the same exact strain of ecoli leaked romain lettuce and half of them have had to be hospitalized so if you ate it and didn't really get sick or you know you felt like you had a little bit of stomach bug didn't tell anybody those numbers would not be tallied the cdc says most people develop symptoms like diarrhoea severe stomach cramps vomiting but what we're covering a week but five people sick into this outbreak have already suffered a form of kidney failure called hemolytic uremic syndrome so that is concerning now food attorney named bill maher he said what's concerning me at this point is there's an unusually high.
