You're already pretty excited about the suns to begin with and now he got chris. Paul come to town. Well you know. Sons are in the midst of an eight game win. Streak you know other bubble team could say that. No other bubble team did that well and miss the playoffs but You know sons. I got a little bit of bonus basketball after the covid break they you know they got the bubble in orlando. Stick around for the playoffs. So they've had a little bit of a longer. Offseason i th. I'm sure that they're ready to go. And you put chris paul on the suns. You put the sons against the lakers on christmas day. you know. it's it's got some banana boat reunion on. I think it's a big deal for the sons. Were going anywhere with rookie. Ricky rubio and then dot the andrea. They're going to build around booker in eight and here I it goes far. As a short term solution. They gave up The up a little bit to get them. But i think the basketball should be exciting here. I think that they'll do a good job building on a pretty promising season. Your remember you know you have to go way back. You have to go back almost a year now To deandra eight and being suspended for twenty five games and yeah that's what did the sons then. They played their hearts out in the bottle. In third very promising team in the western conference or the contender. They're not but i think that they'll give golden state and the lakers a little bit of a raw. The clippers are dead in the west and Villas sons have a chance to penetrate through. I think that there are playoff team this year. How far they go Really depends on how well they're playing when the playoffs rolled around

The Thermodynamics Of Pizza Ovens

"The bad news for home chefs, you'll probably never be able to make the perfect Italian pizza. Don't take it personally. The reason is all science. Let's start with the basics a simple pizza has three parts a DOE tomato sauce and mozzarella though they start out raw these ingredients turned into a golden crust cooked, tomatoes and bubbly cheese. Just put them in a hot oven for just two minutes. How hot about six hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit, reaching this high temperatures easy for Italian style pizzerias. According to a recent study from two hungry. Researchers wood fired brick ovens are the cause of an Italian pies perfection. Specifically these ovens have certain thermodynamic properties that conventional electric ranges just can't match. The vaulted shape of the oven is formed by curved brick walls and. A brick or stone floor as a woodfire burns, an corner. This construction ensures that heat moves around the oven getting it. Hot and creating convection currents. This means two things. First, the brick floor has an ideal thermal conductivity to cook DOE. In other words in a six hundred twenty five degree oven the direct contact of the floor to the pizza will heat, the dough to about three hundred ninety two degrees ideal for creating crispy crust second. The thermal radiation of the hot oven brings the cheese and tomato sauce to two hundred twelve degrees, allowing water to boil off and cook the pizza top fully home ovens. Of course, can't get this hot and achieve the ideal thermodynamics, but some tricks, such as using a pizza stone, and the ovens broiler may get you close this moment of science comes from Indiana, University. What Is Relative Humidity?

What Is Relative Humidity?

"Today's episode of brain stuff is brought to you by AT and T. And it can wait. Eighty two percent of people admit to using their smartphone, while they're driving were all used to seeing it. But ninety three percent of people don't approve of distracted driving. We feel awkward speaking up about it, and it's time that changed because it's not worth the risk a text alike selfie. Whatever it is, when you're driving, it can wait. So the next time you see a friend, family member or other human using their phone while they're driving. No that it's okay to say something. Distracted driving's reckless take a pledge to end. Distracted driving at it can wait dot com. A message from AT and T. Welcome to brain stuff a production of I heart radio. Hey rain stuff. I'm Lauren vocal bomb. And if you've ever been in the American South on a hot August day you're familiar with the incredible mugginess a borderline hallucinatory experience, where you feel like you're walking in a stew of your own perspiration. But there's more to understanding that clammy gross feeling than simply glancing at a weather. Forecasters humidity reading to really get a grasp on how humidity affects your health your home and your sanity, you need insights on the types of humidity as well as the concept of do point. Humidity can be measured in several ways, but relative humidity is the most common abut in order to understand relative humidity. It's helpful to I understand absolute humidity. Absolute humidity is the mass of the water vapor divided by the mass of the dry air in a given volume of air at a given temperature the hotter, the air is the more water, it can contain, which is why it's never quite so humid during cold winters. Relative humidity is the ratio of the current absolute humidity to the highest possible. Absolute humidity. At the given air temperature a reading of one hundred percent relative humidity means that the air is totally saturated with water, vapor, and cannot hold any more creating the possibility of rain. This doesn't mean that the relative humidity must be one hundred percent in order for it to rain. It must be one hundred percent where the clouds are forming, but the relative humidity near the ground could be much lower. Humans are very sensitive to humidity as our skin relies on the air to get rid of moisture the process of sweating. Is your body's attempt to keep cool and maintain? It's current temperature because of operation uses some of the thermal energy in the air to drive, the transition of liquid sweat, to water vapor, making it cooler around you. But if the air is already totally saturated at one hundred percent relative humidity, sweat will not have operate into the air as a result, we feel much hotter than the actual temperature. When the relative humidity is high, your clothes may become saturated with perspiration that can't go anywhere, prompting the feeling of being a swampy, bog monster of revolting proportions. If the relative humidity is low. However, we can feel, but cooler than the actual temperature because our sweat, evaporates easily cooling us off, for example, if the air temperature is seventy five degrees Fahrenheit, that's twenty four celsius and the relative humidity zero percent. The air temperature will feel like sixty nine Fahrenheit or twenty one celsius to our bodies. But if the air temperature seventy five degrees Fahrenheit and the relative humidity is one hundred percent. We feel like it's eighty degrees Fahrenheit or twenty seven celsius. People tend to feel most comfortable at a relative humidity between thirty and fifty percent humidifiers dehumidifiers helped to keep indoor humidity, at a comfortable level. They also vitally helped dry interior structures like drywall and lumber to prevent them from deteriorating due to moisture and subsequent mold. If you are not Dorsey person, or just particularly sensitive to that clammy, damn feeling you detect outside. It's finally important to understand the difference between relative humidity, and do point because the latter will actually give you a better idea of just how quickly you'll become uncomfortable with any exertion, and it's perhaps, more often reported in weather forecasts. The do point is in short the point at which do droplets form on objects like grass. In other words, the temperature which relative humidity of one hundred percent is a chief d-. The higher the do point the muggy or it will be, and the more uncomfortable you'll become a do point around fifty five is pretty comfortable but higher than sixty five and you'll quickly realize how oppressive the situation really is a for example, a temperature of eighty degrees Fahrenheit. That's twenty seven celsius and a do point of sixty degrees Fahrenheit or fifteen celsius would mean a relative humidity of fifty percent. Humidity is calculated using a formula. Combining vapor pressure temperature do point, and other factors. That relative humidity of fifty percent is a level that most people won't enjoy unless they have easy access to a nice cool air conditioner. So when you hear a weather forecasters say it's eighty five degrees outside, but with the humidity it feels like ninety two degrees that ninety two is a combination of temperature and the dew point, also known as the heat index. As a rule of thumb the closer. The dew point is to the actual air temperature the more likely it is that you'll feel like the air is uncomfortable humid. Have you heard of this game? Awesome. Awesome game is still out. Know what I'm sure we can find it somewhere go to about twelve to fifteen pawn shops. The prequel drivers ad was not a good. Tell me one player thousand. I'll give you dollars right now. Not one. All right..
