Got out of the truck, had a gun in his hand drop the gun turned around and started to run away, which pouring, according to Robert And his interpretation or his viewing of the video was shot 10 times, mostly in the back while running away. Initially, the report was quote A male suspect got out of the vehicle pointed a black handgun at the deputies. Deputies fired at the suspect striking him. I assume call that in Roy Ball does not comply to get out of the truck. Instead, he waves his arm outside the truck. He then appears to fire at least one shot. From a handgun. This is on the video. A few seconds later, deputies opened fire riddling the truck of bullet bullet holes. Over 20 gunshots can be heard as the bullets tear into the vehicle when the gunshots stopped. He has not touched the ice for a morning skate. An off day skate optional. Nothing he has not touched the ice. And that's not like alec martinez. He's usually out there almost time. So he's clearly battling through something and they're getting him ready for those games and the train staff is doing whatever they have to do to get him out there. But the fact that he's playing dealing with whatever he's dealing with and he's laying in front of six seven eight nine shots. A game is just tells you like.
