They're they're not getting. they're not hitting their marks. I think he feels like he needs to have that. That one on one training with them in person to really their sales people. So there's a little bit. It's a little bit different so i see two different sides of the coin. Oh definitely and and again it really depends on the job you feel you know it like yeah like. I don't know that any of us would need to be in an office if that was the thing that we had been away from if we had been away from an office. I don't know that any of us would feel particularly need to go back but since we've always been remote it's not that's really never been our issue but yeah things like sales jobs that require that rely on personal interaction so deeply that doing them in person really is the it really probably is the way to go. If I'm an owner and I interview three guys, and I think this guy is the best guy for the job and I have a two billion dollar franchise. I'm pretty sure I'm going to hire who I feels best for the job. Maybe call me crazy. But, in my experience, that's really what you've done now. Factoring in who that head coach hires the nepotism and stuff. That's a different conversation. I'm just talking about from an owner's standpoint in the reality, general managers. They really don't get fired that often, maybe like one maybe two year, the head coaching. Is Really. And this is a complicated issue because like the one year when. There were ton of minorities and they all got fired is like yeah? Hugh Jackson was awful I think Vance Joseph is one of the worst defensive coordinators I've ever seen. Steve wilks was beyond over his head like. Is that okay to say? Now from a hiring standpoint. Now when it comes to coordinators, I also struggled with this I think sometimes when you see guys a coordinators and they're not getting head coaching jobs. People go there. Getting screwed I've said this before, but you know the the guy getting screwed is the dude in a warehouse who's doing the majority of the work and he's probably getting fifteen dollars an hour. Thirty of the thirty two offensive coordinators in two thousand, nineteen made over a million dollars. And, they're way more than two head coaches. Colin Place Right? There are a ton of head coaching. Play collars and I would imagine the to offense coordinator who were not making a million were making somewhere between eight hundred and fifty million dollars. Approved for like cars homes so there is value in the service however ever when i speak to someone and mind you this is people who are outside of my ideal client. They think it's too expensive which is weird to me but in in one way it's interesting because i understand that this client already has financial challenges so i could understand why they may believe leave that this is costly but then it actually costs them more long-term when they don't resolve the issue so do i have a marketing issue in my framing it incorrectly directly to the non ideal clients or should i kinda sort them out versus. Should i adjust my prices to kind of catch more fish and some of it comes back to your objectives.
