"Nine four one show and you want to be part of the program one hundred and forty six days until you become the ultimate jury there's more at stake in this tipping point election than I can even begin to start with today we will be going through all of this in detail and I have a lot to say about it in the next four hundred forty six days and you could see all the forces in the mob in the media you can see all of the forces in the Democratic Party aligned to do anything that they can do to stop the re election of Donald J. trump as president and what are they offering well policy rather than peace through strength rebuilding our military you'll have radicals on the court's able want to stack the courts and they want to get rid of the electoral college they do all of this it is it is it is never been a more clear choice then this one where this country's gonna go by the way some sad news but it's really I don't think it's very surprising but we now have the coronavirus task forces now but warning governors that will all these protests going on a lot of people out them some of them many of them don't have masks on we have seventy corona virus testing sites have been destroyed during the riots are figure now is seven hundred and forty nine police officers with the quote we're told peaceful protesters and there are many peaceful protesters that are showing genuine outrage what happened Mr Floyd but then you have well those that have been violence those that have been looting those that have been involved in arson those that have been throwing bottles and rocks and bricks and Molotov cocktails at the police seven hundred and forty nine now have been injured twenty two question concussions alone in Washington DC we have lost the lives of a number of officers over twenty some odd people other people have been killed we'll talk about this with the pastor and lead pastor of resurrection Houston which was George Floyd's church's pastor will join us later in the program also my sensei sensei gland we're gonna talk about it the lack of training with some police departments and how that can go a long way in terms of helping people better understand number one the human anatomy so something like this never happens again and what are the ways to get compliance if people just had a little bit more training as some people say well Hannity he advocated getting a different kind of gun a non lethal gun to shoot people no for self defense where if god you know people have made mistakes and where it has projectiles that have tear gas M. variant pepper sprays it's the burner gonna put it up on Hannity dot com burner dot com but you know and I I purchased my own I like that is non lethal R. I think it could help police forces have another option in their arsenal that doesn't include a bullet that will kill somebody and again if our goal is ultimately to save lives and yet keep law and order that certainly could be part of the equation I don't have all the answers I do believe police scams are a big part of it that's good for the officers it keeps them honest is good for the public as they you know this now all on tape anyway by the way so we're watching doctor found she underscored concerns about the pro testing leading to the spreading of coronavirus that but I guess we'll start knowing in a couple weeks we are seeing some signs that in fact that might be true are we know the coronavirus hospitalizations have gone up in some states following Memorial Day like Texas north and South Carolina California Oregon Arkansas Mississippi and Utah and Arizona those are some places nineteen states now seeing a coronavirus cases are on the rise but nineteen surgeon Texas's you know sparking some re opening you know I've been telling my audience people here just be careful I know some people don't like that I said I'm going to wear the mask of it keeps other people around me safe for the time being if we can open the country you know we got to get the country opened up completely our doctor found she's admits corona viruses become as worst nightmare and not close to over yet and so you know we've been we've seen the impact on businesses certainly are a lot of the protesting is not helped in that regard at all and I would just urge all of you to you know be careful I don't think this is over because it's not and I know by the way one of the most insane things that I have seen in terms of the battle over election twenty twenty we have Terry McCall off I mean literally he's saying the bite needs to stay in the basement yeah well we got to get the most personal basement he's fine in the basement two people seem a days to battered people lesser and let trump keep doing what trump storm it's hard to vice president to break through you've got to call the crisis he's not a governor done in the National Guard is not the president of a bridge or you need to come out strategically when he says something like you did on race relations two days ago you need to have a big impact thoughtful and that's what we're offering that he actually do at the time he's doing a lot of local he's talking to two three governors a day your round tables room calls these key words with all local stations and a lot of Expendables six battleground states that we have going for yeah keep them in the basement is fine in the basement to people say a day his his body people I'm not sure that's exactly he said New York posted an article today that there is Biden saying systemic racism in law enforcement all across the board he said there's been some push back from a lot of police officers that are fed up with being demonized you know I think one of the things you're gonna sadly see out of all of this is that we're now going to be in a situation where police officers are not going to want to do their job was warning about this when all these cops all these attacks in New York City in that they have thrown water cops that dousing them with huge massive buckets of water and then there's no follow up and nobody you know nobody's arresting them though the whole idea is okay what what are you going to do ask yourself the question what are you going to do if they do from the police who are you going to call and it's a question I never thought we never have to ask because I think the answer is fairly transparent the answer is you're not gonna call Ghostbusters you're you're gonna be there alone and and what I'm hearing from some of these politicians and dig deep on the police I I mean it's that they don't even have an answer so what are you who are you going to call if you don't have the police there now I guess it's in part based on an assumption that all cops it's not all cops at all even Democrats like Leo Terrell he agrees with me on all of that police unions now there was a piece on foxnews dot com decide to de fund the Democrats who accepted their massive campaign contributions numbers for published for open secrets secrets which is run by watchdog group called the center for responsive politics shows that among current members of the house and Senate a handful of Democrats have received more campaign donations from police group since ninety four than any other current members by a significant margin two of their top recipients Patrick Leahy eight Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota and the two top of the house bill press grilled New Jersey house of Majority Leader Steny Hoyer so that is the numbers come and Democrats in Congress etcetera etcetera now people are saying no are you had a Manhattan real estate agent fired for urging new Yorkers to move through quote riot free Florida unsure of exactly why somebody said that but.

"Nine four one Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program let us say hi to Dan in Minnesota Dan your own with Dr oz glad you called yeah I'm just curious your thoughts on the all the testing they do in the when they're open in these businesses one open and customers in or they have to take temperature and asking all these questions Dr oz profoundly important question here's the reality we don't know what percentage of people have no symptoms or pre symptomatic there's a paper today that looked at when you're most infectious can't seem to argue that a lot there are a lot of the activity happens before you even realize you're ill so that's start with that premise and then we just give you the raw data from a homeless shelter in Boston they took four hundred people everybody got St Louis or bring up this home is that you know that the help these people in the world but they were younger there fifty one years mean H. right so what they learned was the best for the people they serve eight thirty six percent had infected infection but this is important ninety percent of those people had no symptoms so nine out of ten people who tested positive with that nasal swab word underwear they had any problems so it makes you wonder how much the screening test you're going to pick up I think they're worth the one because if it was one of ten is that it is your own time secondly I think if we're attentive to subtle symptoms like loss of smell which people don't realize is a classic sign now will be nineteen it happens in more than half the people call you a couple studies so if you have a couple more questions like that it's not just a fever or too cheap but you yet you have lost the smell and yet noticed intestinal issues things that are outside the norm you pick up enough people that it's worth doing except if they said something positive that you get tested that's needed I guess he personally social distancing en masse are de rigueur I think you got to do it for now unless you're in a restaurant we can do with the mask on and then we don't like to Glastonbury something else has to be used but you cannot trust testing alone by itself I think it's great question as well great answer also we're gonna take Dr oz's talk questions going into the half hour we'll get updates as relates to rend disappear the president speaking in the oval office will play a little of that when we get back they are amazing Hannity tonight nine eastern terror Joe Biden addresses Tara Reid we got rebellion building around the country we've got the latest on opening safely and the dorm investigation my sources tell me is dead on accurate and real straight ahead after I finish my conversation with her I hung up the phone and didn't really think much of it she called looking for answers on a couple of window questions before she proceeded to ask me questions she told me that she found this online and was calling all the way from California but didn't actually buy anything from or so I told her it was no problem and that I was happy to help after all we are the place to call with tough window and door questions so I know I can help well I haven't had any idea because a few days later I received such a nice email from her telling me how much she appreciated that I took time out to help even though I didn't make a.

"Nine four one showing you want to be a part of this extravaganza we have some medical updates meat packing plants we now have all our witness the and then read the statement of John Tyson the chairman of Tyson foods are warning millions of pounds of meat will disappear from the supply chain we had South Dakota governor Christie gnome on last night talking about the problem they had at their one meat processing plant we also had the the senator from Iowa what's her name now but I'm going blank I'm going Joe Biden here as I sleep less and less Joni Ernst and we had her on talking about the problem they had a night what is now a problem in Washington state get an update in a second from Dr oz the opening a salons and restaurants we have an update on and then the good news that we mentioned earlier doctor found she confirming reports as well a randomized international trial of the drug we had spoken about it a number of times before rem disappear has resulted in quite good news FAO cheese words not mine the drug shortening the period of patients experiencing symptoms potentially slightly reducing mortality rates are his quote what it has proven is that a drug can block this virus he called the development quote very optimistic for those that took the drug Faust about she pointed out rightly so that it took less time to recover averaging eleven days compared to fifteen days for those in a control group that received a placebo he also said the mortality rate are trended lower for those that took the drug eight percent versus eleven percent who did not that's not statistically that significant but every life matters right and I think the more interesting thing is the time to recovery our numbers they pulled out of this a thirty one percent improvement with the use of the drug ram disappear Dr oz has been saying yeah of course we all want clinical trials we we we got the ones from France for example on hydroxy Cork when nobody wanted to hear it but they came in quite positively I did not like the VA study it was sort of a retrospective and people will late in the game that we're given it I don't think it was a a good study I don't think a lot of ever meet a peer review standard myself we've also gone over in detail the words of Daniel Wallace was the foremost expert on hydroxy Clark wins and has now been in practice for forty two years four hundred peer reviewed papers wrote the principal textbook on on lupus and rheumatoid arthritis and he knows he's written on antimalarials you know you know said the dosage of hydroxy Clark on the harms nil based on the doses and and so I didn't you know I think people have a political agenda and some of those which we shouldn't have a Dr oz I know you've read this news on ram disappear and dying to hear your take on it I read the news I also read the alleged article which I want to cover because that was on it and also on windows here that was from China and did not find the same positive results however I I I think by explaining both the audience will feel pretty good about ram does appear and get I want to but there's a little bit undocked out you don't have that data yet I'm going completely off what he has said in a very recent I pressed on it I was just hurtful is into it several times but I don't have the raw data so here's what it seems that we may have the first proven building blocks the building a protective wall against corporate nineteen so they get this is not going to treat everybody all the time so you want to numbers very honorably to exactly what we've heard this afternoon the time to recovery when this drug was used and is the first high powered with successful randomized trial against Corbett nineteen so it's a big deal edited one so yeah but he was basically saying was thank goodness me something works a little bit maybe we can use that as a building block and then add things to it you could use a smarter or better so he said if you use it at the right time are you get a certification that the gift reduction in the time to recovery from the fifteen days to eleven days not that that's a big deal for us and the chance of it being just pure luck is one in a thousand so this is a real result the mortality rate trended better it wasn't statistically significant by that we mean we can't say that that's going to be reproducible found but it's intriguing that are trying to better so theoretically if you if you kept going I did not patients it might actually be statistically significant but if you look at the lancet paper which is actually published so that what we just talked about so far just talked about using a on this exciting information what the nation to hear this we want to start acting on this information as soon as possible to save lives and reason they broke the trial by the way was you don't want the **** bow group please put these people who agreed to be a trial and many listeners a bit offer trials if you're in the placebo group you're not getting the tail so it once you see the difference you want to keep the people who honorably took the placebo that chance to be in a real medications they do better education the letter stated natural benefits but one of the reasons might be that they treated the patients later in the course of illness you mentioned the VA trial with hydroxyl core quit saying kind of story you can use I think they were the right trial at the wrong time you're not going to get a benefit so the user disappeared sicker patients they did not overall strategy difference plus people getting better there's not there's not a lot of cases in China so they couldn't complete the trial but when they looked at this specific group of people in that China trial the lancet paper who got the drug earlier it trended better for them they they they did seem to have reduction last to see significant but it's reduction in and then elation days recalled recon is even more calorie rate it's such a discussion it again but that plus what would not learning not from this this call report from doctor Fauci in additional trials or come up you can begin to understand as a as a listener that document you okay now that we know this drug works in the first ten days of your illness we gotta keep it within those ten days because after all it's an anti viral its job is to prevent the virus from growing it's not going to help with the inflammatory cascade the cytokine storm that often causes huge complications late in the disease are you gonna use antiviral use at work might help well said where are we I know the your hospital affiliation as Columbia Presbyterian I know that Columbia Presbyterian and NYU Langone I'm pretty sure are both involved in a study of terms of any prophylactic are qualities that might exist as it relates to the use of hydroxy Cork when for example lupus patients those with rheumatoid arthritis or use this medicine as an anti malarial we weren't seeing we received very low incidences of people that used hydroxy Cork win for those diseases contracting corona do we have any update on that study or those studies first rows got delayed a bit because we were so busy just saving lives during the detected at the center hit on New York City but there are other trials I'm supporting the one at university of Minnesota I had two guys on my show they there randomizing civil thousand patients happened them to treat early disease again that that the drug like I got your good works is probably gonna have to be used early that's what the data with friends from France in the Chinese were randomized trials are showing I get we need a large west rather show that that's what this is Mr Krauss seems seeks to do plus you mention prophylaxis including possibility because the drug has been used so much for so many years that it might be kind of drug that you would give powerful active leader first responders to espouse the people who converted the culvert nineteen and so both those trout running they just shared that there are well over a thousand patients now in that trial you're on their way to several to three thousand and eight the data safety committee said that so far they have not been significant complications so they can let the trial keep going all of which is not good news at least we can get the data and I don't think it's going to be a one size fits all just like when there's a deer and all these other drugs are coming out there we want to be very targeted and thoughtful about it recognizing that some patients will do better with some drugs and others some patients in some parts of their illness would do better with some drugs and others we could put together a compilation that we can take care of people wherever they happen to be with their covert nineteen I just think of all of this on every level to be honest this just gives us hope let's talk about our of the opening we talk about the salons I sent you a picture today of a restaurant more socially distant with the with the plastic around you know but not love the plexiglass up high the Dedham treat you at all because it did intrigue me I love that just for the listeners so you imagine sitting next across from someone you care about maybe you can make in groups of four so the most likely contribute what is for people and then you put plexiglass between your table on the table next to you and in places where there are little more crowded you could see that being a tactic and just to speak about the meatpacking general alluded to earlier or discussed it I think that was my show today I posted on that and the big issue there is how you get people working elbow to elbow in a meat processing plant could not get everyone else sick and one of the ideas of the party's plexiglas barriers there so we can work near each other because you got the you know there's some limitations to how you do that business but don't face anybody directly do not copping commercial space to put plexiglass between you two the card is goes in front of you but the price of glass blocks me from talking to you and contracting you want those things those tactics will make it safer to work in those facilities but the restaurant a great example it's he keeps the air because it's a clear plexiglas it doesn't make you feel claustrophobic gives little room you could think you can't put a mask on while you're eating so you used an axe to get your seat and take it off you're protected by the plexiglass ventilate the room goes a great study from China today showing that in non ventilated rooms the the little tiny air supplies so I was just a loser forever just bouncing around ideas and you know he does multiple studies now showing this and there if you just get the ventilated room and if you use additional new technology you can imagine having dinner and feeling sick about it you know I I I liked it and your love more than anything else between the salons and people getting manicures with the same type of plexiglas protection and and you put your hands underneath his open spot like a bank teller you know giving you the money with that you know just little opening at the bottom of the plexiglass the person that's given the manicure I don't get them by the way never have I don't get it myself but the father people really like it apparently and anyways but you it gives us hope that we can open this up and the wear masks both sides there's more social distancing between it the stations if you will or you have numerous clients at once maybe a limit that maybe make that bigger is the same with restaurants I think all of this is American ingenuity at its past and again if people if people wear the masks and like the people stocking the shelves and the people in the.

"Hundred nine four one Sean looked at we got a lot of good news it includes is no good news when you're in the middle of a pandemic so let me just set that record straight what what they were predicting in New York in terms of hospital beds needed it's about sixty percent lower than they predicted the number of deaths have now been reduced yet again I I don't even want to go through these numbers here I mean at one point they said we didn't have mitigation efforts of we didn't have social distancing of we didn't have the travel bans in the quarantines and and basically shutting down most of the country for that period of time it could have been you know anyway over two and a half million people in America dying then you know we got the scary chart all of this has been going on it's still could've been as high as two hundred fifty thousand now they keep modeling it down than what we were at ninety four thousand deaths now their project and then it was eighty one thousand deaths now it's sixty thousand deaths I I just don't think that they know at this particular point in time but one of the leading corona virus models the one that they have been using I was predicting you know dire things now we're seeing in New York there's no shortage of ventilators no shortage of medical equipment no shortage of masks as everybody was concerned about okay that's that's good news when you put it in perspective but what we thought it was going to be what it could have been we want to save as many lives as possible now the question is how do we re open the economy is going to be fifteen months at least so we have a vaccine even though we broke records in terms of sequencing the virus okay it's not going to be hard in geographical areas we don't have high concentrations of people but most of us will probably have to accept that the new norm is going to be include partly teleworking in cities it's going to be accepting the fact that masks and gloves will be a part of life in the near future social distancing of but there are ways to do it including temperature taking privately at indemnity and much more will explain antibody testing for example reports the most this report is sponsored by compassion international.

"Nine four one tags this full my good friend Joe the hope you had a wonderful Christmas and an astonishing Annika as well because we took a little bit about that about what happened on the seventh night of Hanukkah and under date was happening now country with regards to anti semitism so if you if you Love Me filling in for Joe before that you know you guys know I'm I'm Jewish my rabbi will be talking to a New York rabbi today but what rules are going to be talking to the former commissioner of the NYPD Bernard Kerik my rabbis give me the the owner for the past few years of life sitting in the a Nora for the first night of Hanukkah and it's not just any old mom Manara it's twenty one feet in the air and we need to use a cherry picker to out to get me out the about page is actually on my on my Instagram follow me on Instagram with the Simon Conway show on Instagram so again is cherry picker and I go twenty one feet in the air and I like the the central light and then I like the first night scandal thank you for years this is the first year this year but I felt the need to be armed while I was doing it was weird it was weird for me I'm part of the reason it was waiting for me is because I am saying blessings in Hebrew I'm saying the name of god in Hebrew I'm packing but it would be foolish for me not to be packing because we live now again an anti semitic world it's a reality but we've got to come to deal with again not so long ago someone called my radio show on my home a station W. I. Joe and the opening comment walls I don't hate Jews box that was the first words out of the mountains I don't hate Jews box now we never got to the box what it meant but what the vast majority don't get me wrong the vast majority of my audience immediately start picking up the phone and to defend me I'm a Big Boy I have greatly appreciate the fact that they did that but I'm a Big Boy I'm also not quite you I'm most the time I'm packin really when I have to say a prayer in Hebrew I felt the need the machete attack that took place and the New York upstate New York how how come the seventh night has been classed as a terrorist attacks domestic terrorism it's gonna be prosecuted as a hate crime I don't even begin to understand that you know when you talk someone with a machete you're not doing it out of love I don't get hate crimes I don't know why we have hate crimes I don't feel the need to add hate as a crime on top of the crime of hockey people with a machete hi can be bought with a machete attempted murder thank god nobody actually died could've been Muda we don't need to add on the it's a crime I think this stuff is absolute garbage in a complete waste of time so we have to track and then we have built a blood zero he shows up on fox over the weekend one orange man bad atmosphere of hate has been developing in this country over the last few years a lot of his emanating from Washington and is having effect on all week so you're saying you're blaming present by satellite from Washington I'm saying but we have to be clear we need a different tone starting in Washington okay so we had by the way with Democrats and Republicans both in the White House that includes this country to actually find some unity and some common ground we haven't had that the last let's suck orange man bad it's it's a remarkable thing to me to somebody who's been on the receiving end of this stuff is remarkable when you bring up this point people on the left will send you a picture of some moron with a swastika on their own no guys this is where the hate comes from yeah there's a few morons running around the swastikas on they're all good apparently that's the only way they know how to fill out to be a man because clearly they're not man but they feel if they want a swastika well you know people might regard me as a man you don't actual mail people this is not a mainstream what's been going on on the left and by the way Sirius bigotry always Bott always comes from the left I try to make it mainstream anti semitism is now hiding in plain sight well we're not we don't hate Jews well it hides is ready anti Israel and anti semitic yeah Israel is an apartheid country not arms vote in Israel I have seven the IDF the Israeli defense forces Israel Arab women vote in Israel if the husbands let them seriously there have been Arab members of the Israeli national soccer team because it is not an apartheid country now you want to find a product in the Middle East golf a few countries where the Jews all based out of tens of thousands of them in these countries they don't have any anymore asked whether Jews are in in Iran is Syria also whether Jews all tens of thousands of go missing real apartheid so the anti semitism hides in plain sight we don't hate Jews box and we have to call it out in the land of my birth they just went through a general election where the Leda all of Britain is equivalent to the Democratic Party of known over there is the labor party could have been prime minister he's an anti semite everybody knows it I'm walls he was defeated and early millions of people still voted for him knowing who and what he is because the real bigotry comes from the left this ain't bigotry comes from the left right here in plain sight it's mainstream in the United States representative bill hand mall rush she got to leave Alexandria Casio Cortez don't believe me research it look what they say look what value do look up that publish statements look at the fact that the Democratic Party of the United States in Congress I could not get a simple condemnation of anti semitism because of people like three I just named who would sign all just imagine that second the second largest body I was gonna say bachelor is the largest body in terms of his of registered members is the largest party in Congress at the time the claim is the large body in the US house of representatives they could not get the most basic resolution to condemn anti semitism no laws Lole nothing was going to go to the president's desk because you know orange man bad he must be ninety see mine well he's got a Jewish daughter I don't have to be he's got Jewish crunch of all I don't care about they couldn't get it done they want you to forget it people like me you felt the need to be armed while lighting the menorah don't forget it and then we get this big chunk of American Jewry the majority by fall who will keep voting for these people I don't get it there was an anti semitic attack in New York the man says an atmosphere of hate has been developing in this country over the last few years a lot of is emanating from Washington and is having an "I twenty five till the time they are gonna get back to exactly why I this is so important to all of us this is important the country to get tomorrow right on Mahler you know this this new development the surprise you know it's like Robert mother's going to bring somebody else now okay that's that's last minute news why so that person him belum out when he gets in trouble because they don't have confidence in his practice sessions they will get back to that I don't know how many of you have seen the video yet but I will show it tonight on Hannity we put it up on Hannity dot com this to me is one of the the most heartbreaking things I've ever witnessed as a lifelong supporter of law enforcement most of my family comes from law enforcement I've mentioned many times my mom was a prison guard many many sixteen hour shifts twenty five years my dad worked in family court probation I have many many relatives I mean more than I can count that we're on the NYPD I almost joined myself when I was nearly twenty years old nineteen or twenty somewhere in there I was appointed to the academy had decided last minute not to do it I don't know why I'm we had two guys that made it to the FBI and they were day any of my family I don't like this topic of talking about a few not rank and file it a few that have abuse power or advancing in a a political agenda and doing things that really are so corrupt that it impacts our entire system of justice if we don't get it right that's why tomorrow's questioning and the five minutes every Republican congressman gets a soul portent and because we've followed it now for as long as we have I'm I'm not worried about most on that committee and that's why when I look at this video from yesterday of New York City police officers frankly I I it shocks the conscience soaked repeatedly buckets of water dumped on their head in these viral videos that have gone out and the fact that this is allowed to happen and we have pictures of everybody involved looking at the pictures we have videos you know you probably have seen you know to completely unprovoked attacks against M. Y. cops on I have a a buddy of mine that's a a boat captain Michael captain how we will give his last name because he may not like it you know he was involved in a member of the NYPD once had acid thrown in his face it is blind in one eye these cops have no idea what's inside of these pockets that that thrown in their face and on top of their head Rudy Giuliani said the video shows shown just the contempt that to me many people now have for the police thanks the politicians like build the blouse here we set a usually side with criminals instead of cops he pointed the finger squarely at com read the blouse he'll footage shows the separate incidents of people in one instance in Harlem New York another Brooklyn New York using buckets to splash and dump water on uniformed officers as the cop from calmly walking away anyway Bernie Kerry joins us he's a former commissioner of the NYPD and author of the bestseller the grave above the grave thank you for being with us I I don't know I don't even know what to say except my heart bleeds for these guys I cannot believe that this is happened and it was allowed to continue to happen you know what's on arts one happens when you have a leader in the city like the blood geo who has you know this entire cop rhetoric from the day he took office and the the most disturbing thing about that video could be also that it was watching that last cop walked away with his head down into a complete buckle water well they what they doused him like you would a coach our after big game victory when they take the big Gatorade bucket import right over his head the whole bucket any any put his head down and he just walked away embarrassed it completely disrespected but you know what those cops know exactly what they could do would have or should have done those those people could have been arrested for obstruction they could have been arrested for criminal mischief her last name is sorely conduct but those cops did not do it and that's the most telling part of this they do it because they know they work for a bear in a city where they're not gonna be indemnified in not going to be supported the mayor is an anti cop mayor and he is just one of many from all over this country when the rich Portland Oregon where the mayor of that city stands down the cops when the when the people are being attacked by an antique store where it's somewhere in Washington or California all over this country right now you have democratic left wing liberal and socialist mayors and governors that are allowing this kind of conduct in Welland icing the cops had a cops handle this going forward Bernie how do they go how did they handle this well I I think what you're going to see news you're gonna see cops basically backing down from the communities you know you want cops to go out and be proactive never gonna happen it's never going to happen in this all started starting back during Ferguson and as you choose I despise and hate Jim Jim call me for what he's done to this country the one thing I would agree with him is when he said that doesn't Bergesen it back they came out of Ferguson is having a negative impact on cops all over this country and what we saw with that those buckets of water is a part of that well I I we can't allow this to happen all summer every case not everyone feels free to go ahead and douse cops with with buckets of water and then what's going to happen if if like what happened on my buddy captain how he who had to it what was went out on this of disability would blind in one eye because he had acid thrown in his face you know what happens on I want you to think about New York City prior to nineteen ninety four when they had twenty four hundred homicides one when mothers and fathers were putting their babies have bathtubs to protect them from random gone far including Julie can manage that nobody wants to work with visit go to school in a place where they don't feel safe by the way the mayor was called a racist almost every day every day the New York times slaughter game New York civil liberties union slope that every single day the mayor Giuliani mayor guiliani brought that murder rate down from nearly twenty five hundred a year to under five hundred a year through new police saying stop and frisk and people were saying sixty five to seventy percent reduction in murder and a sixty five percent reduction in violent crime the most substantial in the history of the country never before done has been done since bottom line is it can be done mayors and governors can take doctors cities and states but you're not going to do it with a selective socialist mentality the bills will basically golden arches the police in that the mice is the plugs in the streets all right Bernie Kerik of former NYPD commissioners spent how many years were you at the head of New York prisons in reikers how many years without each six years of reikers two years in the N. "Eight hundred nine four one Sean you know, that's one of my favorite montages that this great team that we work with every day, here on the radio show, put together because it gives you the history. Now we've got a history and some insight into our media, that I think we probably never expected in our lifetime. It is never been this bad years now of lying anonymous sources the role of the press in journalism as I declared in two thousand and seven has changed dramatically for the worse, and that is, they're all agenda driven and ninety nine percent of the media is hard left and nothing but an extension of all things radical extreme social. A-list Democratic Party that is in a constant state of rage, and hate bordering on psychosis against Donald Trump. While the great one Mark Levin has captured all of this in his brand new book unfreedom of the press showing the great tradition and history of our press. What an American Free press did once look like. And now it's been denigrated into a standardless profession, squandering, all faith, and trust of the American people, abandoning every bit of press integrity and objective journalism. It's dead. The great one joins us, thank me. How am I Sean Hannity? Thanks for having me, buddy. I much appreciate such an important topic as far as I'm concerned, I gotta tell you the interview we did on Friday with so much more to get to. So I'm going to I'm going to guide you a little bit. And some of that direction, but there is there's a history of the press in this country that I think is important. One. To start their wanna end up to where we are. Now, one, you walk us through that history because I know you spent so much time researching this. Well, I can't do the whole history. Let me be just concise abetted sin chapter two. It's a concise review of the history parts that I think are critical to what's happening today. And you know early on in the history of this country even before the revolution. There was a handful of printers and these printers would push up, but we're less than thirty six forty newspapers and also pamphleteer of which there might have been one hundred or so. And they were very, very influential and these were patriots in the push the ideas of individualism property rights Representative government low taxes. They pushed the idea of the enlightenment. They wrote about people like Locke and modesty. They mostly men a faith, and, but for the early printing press, but for the early newspapers pamphlets, here's we wouldn't have had a revolution. The ideas came from them out of the passion, emotion came from them, and people have gone. Back in actually studied, these pamphlets newspapers and I'll tell you something. It's very interesting. It was a revolution. The revolution was not a revolution against our culture or civil society. This is very, very important. It was a revolution about government. It was a revolution about the tyranny of the British crown imposing its will on the colonists and the colonist didn't merely when a break free from the British crown they wanted to create a really special government that would honor the history of the country, the culture, the civil society, and eventually, that's how we got our declaration. That's how we got our government the constitution today. That's not what the press, does, you know, Barack Obama famously infamously talked about fundamental transformation. He was talking about fundamentally transform our society. Our culture are found is never talked about that. They thought that we were a special people in a special place, and it was a special time. You don't hear that from the media today. But when where do these rights, that this is your books vary in terms of your topics, and your background on your history. But, you know, I think one of. Bestselling books was liberty and tyranny. Our founders our framers this has been your life study. They believed that all of this was God-given not man, given you talk about the great pamphleteer and you mentioned on the TV show Thomas Paine commonsense or the guides. Dictates of conscience irresistibly obeyed we have no need for any law givers. But that not being the case government in its best state unnecessary evil. It's worse. Stayed in intolerable one. That's what he was writing the greatest plant pamphleteer that time seventeen seventy six, and I'll tell you what's interesting about this, Sean. He was one of the later pamphlet, tears, he came to the United States, just a few years earlier from Britain therapath Flett tears before him. In other words, this revolution had built before seventeen seventy six built before there was a, a second continental congress in the in the Dopp shin of the declaration of independence had been brewing. It was him. Boston brewing, in New York battles, took place even before there was a deck. Ration- of independence built to this. You had the printers early printers. They had the head to be rather nimble. They had a move because the British Red coats trying to hunt them. I wanna be clear about something, the British were brutal. They, you know, they did torture people. They did kill them in horrific ways. You know, almost half of the men who died during the revolutionary war died on prison ships. They died on the British prison trips where they would ships where they would have thousands of these men, they would starve to death, but they ate was rancid. They died in the most horrific ways half of packs, half of the men who died in the civil war died as prisoners on those ships, after we had the patriot press. That's what we call it with the party press. And that was about the late seventeen hundreds into the beginning of the civil war, and it really started with Hamilton Adams on one side and Jefferson on the other, and then Hamilton Adams, one at each other very Gresley, but they were the same party and the party press was very transparent. You had many more newspapers, then after the founding after the constitution during the. Residency of, of Washington, they revisions, and they were brutal. But they said, as an examp-, the Arkansas democrat cassette, you can figure out what party was aligned with the Republic used to be called the Republican, and there were many papers like this across the country again transparent. They didn't pretend something they were not moving quickly to the beginning of the last century. The big progressive movement, led latter part of the eighteen hundreds early part of the nineteen hundreds they decided as they have with all government and economics. We'd need basically a handful of elites who are smarter than everybody else to determine what the new should be decreed a standard and a profession and push for objectivity. And of course objectivity, Sean was what it was laundered through the progressive ideology. And so this has been working its way through the last century. But now we come to today, or really the last thirty or forty years. But especially today, what else has changed back to a party press buddy, one party press, not a two party press, and there's simply no question when you look at the first chapter my book when you look at the survey. As in the polls. And when you look at really the confessions of many prominent reports and so forth, there ideology is almost monopolistic in the sense that it is progressive the identify with the democrat party and they believe in more and more social activism, right? Quick break. We'll come back. Mark levin. The great one with us on freedom of the press. amazoNcom Hannity dot com. And as of today bookstores all around the country, this is perhaps, the best book written a definitive book, written about the corrupt news industry in this country. I can't live without my morning Cup of coffee. You don't wanna be around me until I have my black rifle coffee in the morning. They took a sampling of only forty emails from Hillary's thirty some odd thousand of them and yeah, four of the forty with Mark top secret. And and that's but Hillary it's a different story. If it's just as Cavanaugh and a Trump appointee going on the supreme court, then I believe if it's the Lieutenant governor Virginia man, not so much you care about building walls, and and keeping our borders, secure and helping dreamers, and you believe in Dhaka and all these things. Yeah. Obama's president. But not Trump is president on so many of the same issues. It is it is time and time again is the hypocrisy. Rains down on your. Let's get to our phones. Eight hundred nine four one Sean if you want to be a part of the program, we had a great Hannity tonight. Remember, we're the only ones that interview Julian Assange, and we're going to go back to that issue as well. You know, I go back to an original question. I asked earlier in the program now. Julian Assange was steadfast in my interviews with him and saying that it was not Russia that it was not a state not a state party. Okay. Maybe it's parsing words in some way. And if you wanted to get to the truth of exactly where the information, I don't care if it's the Chelsea Manning of ghanistan tape, which goes back in twenty ten or whether or not the DNC emails pedestrian, emails, whatever it happens to be. I've got to imagine that probably the one guy that has the answer as to where he got his information from would be Julian Assange, and yet as far as I know the only lawmaker ever make an attempt to go see the guy and talk to them and ask them was Dana Rohrabacher. I don't know anybody else that did. But you would think forensically he might actually have the evidence that could say I got it here. Maybe. That leads back to a Russian agent of some kind. Maybe it doesn't maybe they want the answer. Maybe they didn't want the answer. Maybe most in the Intel community, they will say they believe the information came from Russia or these companies, and you know, the sand thing is all of this is preventable because we've been worn twenty fourteen. Devin, Nunes, warned the world. Yes, the Russians are going to do what they always do which is trying to recap on the American electoral system, and this time, you know, they tried again, nobody seems to care that we have evidence Ukraine wants to give us the evidence. And nobody seems interested of their attempts to help influence the two thousand sixteen election in Hillary Clinton's favor. And yet we we have a case where Joe Biden son was involved in a business deal. And that his son is being investigated by a prosecutor in Joe Biden, then leverages taxpayer money. We have that on tape. And brags about mom only here six hours either. He's gone or you don't get the money. You don't trust me? Call obama. He's going to do what I say. We're.

"Eight hundred nine four one Sean if you wanna be a part of the program as we told you earlier in the program today. Yeah. There has been a little bit of a shocking news event happening, and that is the Obama White House counsel. Greg Craig has been charged by federal prosecutors for alleged lies about his work in Ukraine. We continue with the ranking member of the house intelligence committee. Devin Nunes is with us with California's twenty second district, thanks for sticking around. There's a lot happening first your reaction to and by the way, your criminal referrals, which we've been talking about and your letter to the attorney general bar about eight specific, by the way. We'll they'll be more criminal Ferrell's. Do you think it it's it's very poss-? Because as I said in the last segment the Voeller dossier. Once we go through that I want to you know, we're gonna hold all these people accountable to and so if there's anything that made it into the molar dossier that that's fake or phony or ally, we're gonna we're gonna investigate it also on the positive side. There could be something. I'm not hopeful hope springs eternal in this case, but hopefully, the molar dossier actually gives us perhaps. Some more information says more light on other people that we can hold accountable, and whether it's FIS up use other matters unmasking that sort of thing. All right. What the this to me is a huge when we remember Greg Craig going back to the Clinton administration is an attorney. He was the Obama White House counsel now charged by federal prosecutors for lies in Ukrainian work in his case lying hiding information related to the work. Of course, then we get back to the whole foreign agents registration act that really nobody had been held accountable till Muller came on board. What's your reaction to that? Do you know specifically is? He actually being brought up for lying to investigators or and Farah is that both of them or just or just the the line charged by the department's foreign agents, registration act Farah and also indicted for charges a lying and hiding information related to his work in Ukraine. We're going to have a fair Justice system. Then then the law has to be equally enforced on both sides. So look the laws in place. I think that if you are working for a foreign government, you're lobbying on their behalf. You should have to register. That's why we that's why we have the law now in the past as you know, a lot of times this law has been enforced by somebody being able to go back in time and pay a fine and and fill out the proper form. So, you know, hopefully, this this will set marker down and make sure that you know, every lobbyist everybody in the swamp. It's gonna it's gonna work for foreign government. Let me just say it's not not a crime to work for a foreign government. But if you are going to do that, you should make sure that you're you're being on the up and up. So all these all this information is transparent for the American people to see with the release of these closed door testimonies and we've had a number of them. Now, Bruce Nellie, or for example, we learned that Bruce. Or in fact, warned everybody about the Steele dossier telling everybody Clinton paid for it. Remember, the money was funneled through a law firm to an op research firm, hiring Christopher Steele, former my six agent, and that was not highlighted. We're told in the FIS application at all is basically a random footnote about might have a political tainted it rather than speaking boldly. And clearly that the opposition party paid for it. So when we look at all of those things I want to just dig down here. I see that as a fraud on the court. Now, we know that James Komi signed the first Fiso warrant in October two thousand sixteen which coordinator rod Rosenstein would mean. That to the best of his knowledge. It is true and accurate and has been you know, verified and corroborated. But then he told Donald Trump president-elect in January of twenty seventeen that it's salacious, but not verified wouldn't that mean that James Comey light? So Sean, this is as you know, one of our referrals is on conspiracy. As it relates to use in what we call other matters. So you can rest assured that a lot of what you're talking about. There are the questions that we that we raise where we believe that there is circumstantial evidence that this was this was that people did more than just make a mistake. This was not a mistake. You point out. They knew exactly where this information came from. And they chose to do word salads to basically have it both ways where they could say, oh, we told the court, but in reality, they didn't tell the court that would be that would be a fraud by omission. And now that we know it's unverified -able, they just basically took Hillary Clinton's political document and used it to violate a citizen's constitutional rights. But it also gave them a back door to spy on the Trump campaign, which the attorney general confirmed happened yesterday. But this is why what we're referring over is the statute of conspiracy. Right. So they conspire to do a lot of that things. Why two federal judges? Okay. That's easy one that you're that. You're pointing out struck the Justice. They wanted the United States of America, they abuse their power what we're pointing out on our referral is people conspired to do this. Somebody conspired to decide not to tell the information that they knew directly that that from Christopher Steele that he was biased that he was against Trump that this was paid for by Democrats. And and I find it it's impossible for me to believe that all these people at the Justice department and the FBI. Just had no idea. That's why they had to leave it a vague footnote in the FIS applications. Not believable to the American people resorts testified that in fact, he told everybody warned everybody and that was in August before the October filing. Let me ask you about Hillary now that we have the closed door testimony of people like struck in page and James Baker the general counsel. In other words, the top lawyer at the FBI who thought he was fighting. He believed Hillary should have been indicted. That's an interesting part of part of his transcript that Doug Collins was able to give us yesterday two days in a row, but more importantly struck and page said everything is a relates the Hillary investigation was being run through the attorney general's office. That would be at the time Loretta Lynch who forced me to refer to it not as an investigation. But a matter that was on a tarmac for forty five minutes. Just prior to the decision about Bill Clinton's wife, supposedly talking about their grandchildren. And then of course. We see in spite of what Komi had said they were writing an exoneration in may of twenty seventeen. Twenty sixteen before they actually interviewed Hillary or seventeen the witnesses Hillary's interview happened on July second twenty sixteen and they allowed to other people in the room and Peter Struck that thought Hillary should win one hundred million zero did the interview and then Komai exonerated her after they had changed the legal standard gross negligence too, extreme carelessness. Do you believe this investigation was rigged? And if it was rigged, do we now need to reopen it well that that's hard to say because you know, what what we focused on. I wanna make sure you don't I'm not dodging your question. Just remember what we looked at? We looked at Russia collusion in debt. We looked at the FIS abuse. And other matters in debt, we looked at at unmasking in depth. And so a lot of that investigation was done by Bob Goodlatte that judiciary committee. They painstakingly went through all of that. I mean, look at the end of the day, you have to it's complicated because you have to be able to prove. Conspiracy. Did they conspire to do it? Now, look, but from a layman out there who hasn't seen all the information. I mean, look at looks clear to me that they can let let me put it this. That's that's the point you're trying to make in the testimony closed door testimony. We now know that they took forty miles random emails of the thirty thousand forty and of the forty four top secret classified and labeled as such the espionage act, eighteen USC seven Ninety-three that that is a clear violation of that law that that's a felony. And that's why I soon James Baker was saying, yeah, we should charge her. If we have equal Justice cynic will application of our laws, but clearly they didn't want that to happen. And more importantly, if you know every democrat is saying, well, maybe there's a nugget in the mullahs report that will show that Donald Trump obstructed while the obstruction statute needs to show intent and Donald Trump hoping that you know, general Flynn doesn't get the, you know, in trouble is not an obstruction. You didn't stop the investigation. Look I can easily comment on the on the the emails and the classified information on the emails that that's it's a crime. Okay. So it's plain and simple. It's a crime. So so what we don't know about because all those bad characters. You just talked about or the ones who did the interview. We don't know what it is. She said, right. So, you know, if she basically denied, you know, she I assume that's I mean, no, but they're going with don't we have intent when you back, and when you delete the thirty three thousand isn't their intent when you acid wash the hard drive with bleach pit isn't that intent when you bust up your devices, isn't that intend to your move Senate parts well on it's more than I may, look it's not it's it's not just that. But it's obstruction. It's obstruction of Justice. Exact that's what that is. So, you know, the other the other issue, I would I would say too is that when you go back you talked about Clinton and a little bit earlier here when when they were working on that investigation. And how the same people that were involved in the the Trump investigation colluding with Russia. People forget, and this was in our report this largely overlooked that Comey briefed Lynch and gates early in the spring of two thousand sixteen so they were in full motion in briefing at the highest levels that they were investigating Trump for colluding with Russians. I mean, that's that's incredible. And so so if you take that date, right, which is you know, we only know it's the springtime of sixteen. So molar doesn't get appointed for a full twelve thirteen months after that. So you telling me with the most sophisticated intelligence agencies on ever created on the planet after thirteen months of investigation. You don't have one ounce of evidence that anybody was colluding with Russia's thank about outta me. As I and that's key. Now, let me ask you this with the Assan new. News today. I think it's a little bit odd. I know I've talked to many many people that are in the intelligence community. I won't ask you you. You know, things that I don't know. And the general consensus is eight bit. I interviewed him in January twenty seventeen I've interviewed him on the radio. And I've asked them did you get this? I was very clear we have the question. Did you get this from Russia or anybody associated with Russia? He says, no state party, not rush. It's all right. One of the one person that would know the answer to those questions, be Assange..

"Okay. Okay. Go ahead. I heard you say something about using my Roth instead of a five point nine four one K. Would it be better to invest more into that? Leave the Roth 4._0._1._K is it is. I wanted to do anything as an alternative to a five twenty nine account. You can do a regular Roth IRA for you. And have that in lieu of putting money in college. Find the reason you would do that is if in your family culture, there's the possibility of their child wouldn't go to college. Or if you're seven month old is already clearly, so brilliant that scholarship ING out looks like it's almost a certainty. The advantage of doing a five twenty nine plan potentially over a Roth IRA is that in a lot of state tax benefit for contributing and the account is on top of that tax free. Something I set up through my job that has to know. What you do is you go. If you go to my five twenty nine plan guide at Clark dot com. Just put in five twenty nine in the search box ignore the ads that will come up, and then you can click on my guide, and when you open an account what happens is they'll link to your checking account. And if you decide to set up automatic contributions, they'll just take them straight from that. Okay. All right, one more thing. Yes. About life insurance?.

"Hundred nine four one Sean our number. Let's what are you looking at you agree with me, totally right? Of course. I do. It's all rooted in hatred all of this. And I've never seen anything like it. It's like I think these guys in the media, especially they wake up. Oh, look at this tweet. Rates twenty fifth amendment. You know, what I actually think it's something a little different. I think it's that everybody is waiting for their fifteen seconds of fame, the thinking, what can I say that's more outrageous than the last person. And we look at Kristen bell. Nobody even knows his name. So he's like I'm gonna say something to get into the fold. It's kind of like Elizabeth Warren trying to have a beer because Okaz does had it or baiter Aurora cat it. Everybody wants to be part of the cool kids club. Nobody wants to do the right thing. And when a kid this week and like Pierce Corcoran dies in Knoxville, Tennessee, and these people are making jokes about a dollar for the border wall. I hope they go to his funeral. I hope they feel proud of themselves. Well, you know, I raised the question with officer saying, I mean, he has a five month old, son. And they there was an instance where Jerry Brown is full of crap by the way, and let me tell you something if I was that family, I would be I would be at his door banging on his door saying, are you kidding me? My husband is dead. My child is fatherless, and you're saying this has nothing to do with with the administration policies that you put in place. Well, these are the policies. This is this is the Mark. Modern liberal radical left wing Socialist Democratic Party that you think about this. If they're not going to support the wall, and you have an illegal immigrant in this case, not just not just the crime of being here illegally, but then other crimes committed and then they're in the criminal Justice system and the sanctuary status of a city or a state prevents ice from going in. And getting that person as they are leaving the prison set up the prison system and gets them back to their home country. Although because you have open borders, many of them have repeatedly come back again. And again, at what point did they bear part of the responsibility for what happens because it's their policies that prevented the deportation that the wall would require had it been followed had they not decided to aid and abet criminality and not follow the law, and I'll leave you with this one thought, you know, we look at these these two kids who passed away. Because their parents made them take this track that they should have never been on because they had colds or they were sick. And then they're trekking across you know, these very tough terrains for very long periods of time to try to get here. Right. And then they die when they get to US, you know, the US border and every single liberal media mainstream outlet is talking about it. But then an American citizen dies like this poor kid in Tennessee or Steve Ronna backs koetter, lower Wilkerson kit or CBS dirt kit, and nobody cares. And that's a real sad reality. I just can't believe, you know, nobody ever tells their stories I think, but us. I mean, you think of the life of the statement of this family, you know, this Pierce Corcoran Knoxville is father was I guess a a fire chief, right? And he was a captain and his mom when they release the statement, you know, for God's sakes out of the respect for men and women who fought to make this country such a desirable place to live do the right thing come here, legally and be responsible citizen. I don't think it's too much to ask. But when you have your own government, aiding and abetting and assisting and people that broke the law and then committed other crimes, and then then we don't send them back at some point. It's got to be some culpability on their part. I mean, if I hope in a crime by help assist or I help hide a criminal. Am I not aiding and abetting whatever future? Crimes. They might be involved in. I would argue that I would be.
