"So we're dealing with the red day the hangover from last night's FOMC meeting It's like a delayed reaction to what Jerome Powell said last night We're gonna have to talk about what Jerome Powell said because at the time when he was speaking Nothing happened to markets But afterwards what we realized is exactly this we realized that what Jerome Powell did last night was he may have actually broken the market What is it that he said that actually scared people and why is it that right now if we look at Bitcoin? Here we are. We are at twenty six thousand five hundred and forty. You remember before FOMC last night. We were at twenty seven thousand four hundred We thought we were gonna get a pump We also touched the top of the Bollinger Bands and now we're gonna come down if we start coming down again to the bottom of the Bollinger Bands we could go back down to Twenty five thousand one hundred and fifty five. So what did he do? What did Powell say? What did Powell do that has set off this reaction that has set off the Dixie look at the Dixie The Dixie is now had one two, three, four, five six, seven eight nine We are in the tenth green weekly candle for the Dixie and to make matters actually even worse if you go into the daily the Dixie has just had a golden cross now You know what a golden cross is the golden cross is the opposite of the death cross When you have a death cross usually prices continue to go down when you have the golden cross That's when prices usually go up and I'll take you to the last time that we had this golden cross Look what happened to the Dixie. So what did Powell do? Why is the market responding the way the markets responding we need to talk about that I'm also going to show you something now and then I'm going to tell you that I'm going to tell you why I'm showing it To you so first of all I want you to watch this because this is probably the most important clip that you will see today Channel where we critique attack and under. Rolling globe you probably want to get a quality one pay a little extra I don't anyway, these are all questions for later on first Let's work on one hula hoop that is not on fire and then we'll get up to fire and globes and the rest of it Hey you guys, let's do this one. So the ticket buyer said it's all good That's me paraphrasing The wrong ticket turned out to be the big winner 580 ,000 and the store gets a cool thousand bucks for selling that ticket, too That story messed me up the most of all the stories we had this week because it makes you wonder about all of the choices You have every day things Happy accidents when they Mess up your order and you get sausage instead of bacon in your breakfast sandwich. Was it meant to be now? I question everything so my advice don't think about it too hard Oh, I could really go for a breakfast sandwich right now though seven number seven artists art wasn't really art Question mark they have to give the money back We talked about this story when it happened and now the courts have ruled on it an artist in denmark has to pay back Around seventy two thousand dollars to the museum that hired him to do some kind of artwork The artwork was supposed to incorporate a bunch of bank notes But the artist kept those bank notes and instead gave the museum a couple blank canvases artist is quoted in the story as saying The work is that I have taken their money That's an actual quote from the artist by the way. The artwork was called take the money and run You want to see the artwork? I mean just imagine a you know, white canvas and you've seen it You've seen one of the most famous artworks of the modern era. It's certainly got a lot of publicity. I don't know Art that much but it seems quite famous to me. Anyway blank canvas take the money and run So 10 weird stories from this week's news What a weird week six number six this week is surfing snake incident results in big fine A fellow in australia took his snake out on the surfboard the video went viral video got a lot of attention Also the attention of wildlife authorities and now the snake owner has been fined over two thousand dollars He says the snake didn't even hiss So, you know the snake the snake was having fun the snake only hisses when it's not having fun You guys authorities say surfing puts the snake under unnecessary stress That's me sort of paraphrasing but if you want to see a photo of the snake I mean imagine a snake on a surfboard There you go, but we do have a photo if you want to click the show notes or go to show notes page five Number five these train wrestlers you guys pro wrestlers recently in the news for fighting on a japanese bullet train Imagine you're seated on the train It's doing maybe 180 miles an hour and these wrestlers come down the aisle bringing the hurt And It happened the train was packed but the people on the train were there to see the wrestling It was a wrestling event you guys a weird venue though DDT pro wrestling put the event on pro wrestling in the aisle of a train They've had a few weird events like this.

What Bitcoin Did
A highlight from The Breaking of the Global Economy with Nik Bhatia
"You can imagine a world in which people actually have more power than institutions and governments. Bitcoin has the ultimate power in making the world a better place for people. Hello there from sunny Bedford. Hope you're all doing well. Got a nice weekend planned ahead. Obviously for me, it's going to be football weekend. We've got home games for the men's hopefully getting through to the next round. And our ladies who won every game this season, they're going to be playing some Auburn. So it's a busy weekend of football for me and obviously talking about Bitcoin to people. We've actually got a meetup at the game tomorrow. So if you get in this early and if you're in and around Bedford, you want to come down, come down to Bedford. We're going to talk about Bitcoin before the game. Anyway, welcome to the What Bitcoin Did podcast, which is brought to you by the absolute legends at RS Energy, the largest NASDAQ listed Bitcoin miner using 100 % renewable energy. I'm your host, and today I've got my buddy Nick Bartier back on the podcast to get into all things macro and Bitcoin. Now, when we planned our trip to Australia, Nick was a very obvious person to ask to come out and take part in the live event. And while we're there, we took the opportunity to record another show with him. And the legend he is, he absolutely delivered. Now, the first time I spoke to Nick was about four years ago. I met him in LA. I can't believe it. It's gone so quickly. But Nick has always been a solid person to have on the podcast over the years. And as ever, he absolutely killed it. He has a very good and simple way of explaining complicated macro stuff, which I know some of you listeners love. So big thanks to Nick for coming out to Australia and for all the support he's given the podcast over the years. And if you haven't checked out his book, please do go and get it. It's an amazing book, and Nick is an amazing asset to Bitcoin. Also, if you've got any questions about this or anything else, please do hit me up. My email is hello at whatbitcoindid .com. Just a few things outside. We're going to be heading out to LA in about 10 days. It's gone around so quick. Actually, even soon. I think it's nine days. Going to be heading out to Pacific Bitcoin. But we're also going to be doing some interviews there. With regards to the two films we've made, Argentina's in the final edit. That should be released in the coming week, maybe two weeks, but the coming week. And then we will move into editing the Lebanon film. Two amazing films. Just, I mean, not the films are amazing, not that we're privileged to have gone out to these places and made these films. And just another big thanks to RS Energy for sponsoring all this because without their support, I couldn't have done this. Okay, on to Nick. Hope you enjoy the show.

Timothy Keller Sermons Podcast by Gospel in Life
A highlight from Marriage Supper of the Lamb
"Welcome to Gospel in Life. When it comes to marriage, we often use words like soulmate or the one. These words can reveal an underlying belief that to have a good marriage, you just have to find the perfect person. But the biblical vision for marriage is starkly different. It's a way for two imperfect people to help each other become who God intended them to be. Listen as Tim Keller explores the meaning of marriage. This passage in Ephesians 5 on marriage, for the last time, is a slight mistake. This is not the tenth sermon on marriage. This is the ninth sermon on marriage. And this is the last one. And I want to start off right now by saying, unfortunately, there's a lot of people that I've talked to over these nine weeks who said, Are you going to say this? Are you going to say this? Are you going to get to this? And I said, Yes, yes, yes. I don't know if I'm going to do it. I've got to be done tonight. We're done. I'm tired. You're tired of marriage. And I've just got to finish tonight. From here, I've said, Well, I'll say this or I'll address this person. I'm not sure I'm going to get to it all tonight. And I want to apologize ahead of time. Don't be too mad if I was somebody, if you're somebody that I talked to, you know, somewhere in the last few days or a few weeks and said, Yes, I will definitely address that. I'm just not going to get to it all. Tonight, I would just like to talk about the, in some ways, the peak verse of this entire passage. I won't even read the whole thing again. But it's Ephesians five. And I just want to read chapter five of Ephesians, verse 32. We've been going in these evening services through the Book of Ephesians. We've come to this passage on marriage. And we're going to look for the 21 to verse 33. But I would like to just read you one verse and expound it and try to pull the meaning out of it. And it's verse 32, where Paul says, This is a great mystery, but I am talking about Christ and the church. He's able to say all this stuff I've been to. It's all been about Christ and the church as well. If I was going to name this sermon, I would call it, and maybe I should someday name this sermon something besides marriage number nine, I'd call it the marriage supper of the Lamb. What Paul is saying is everything I've said in these verses, you can say about the marriage state and about the gospel state, about relationship your between you and Christ. Put it this way. This verse is teaching us that there are some things we would never know about marriage if we don't know about how you relate to Christ by faith. And conversely, there are things we would never know about our relationship with Christ if we didn't know about marriage. When you look at marriage, you see things you would never know about our relationship with Christ otherwise. And when you look at Christ and our relationship with him, we learn things about marriage you wouldn't know otherwise. Did you catch that? That's two sides. And in some ways, what Paul is saying is if you don't know both marriage and a relationship with Christ, you don't really know either. In a sense, one teaches you about the other and you can't completely understand one without understanding the other. And all I would like to do is lay out, though you could go on infinitely thinking and reflecting about this, I would like to take those two headings and I would just like to say there are two things I'd like to mention under each heading. Two things that we learn. First of all, what does marriage tell us about our relationship with Jesus? What do we learn from marriage? What do we learn from being married? What do we learn from what the Bible teaches about marriage that teaches us what it means to be a Christian? And here are the two headings that I would just like to say. Two things and let's look at them. First of all, I believe marriage teaches you about repentance and grace in a way nothing else on earth can. It teaches you why your relationship with Christ has to be based on repentance and grace, not on works, not on good deeds, not on performance, because your marriage relationship could never be based on your good deeds and your performance. So first of all, what marriage tells us about our relationship with Christ, it teaches us about grace. And secondly, marriage teaches us about the relationship of intimacy to fruitfulness. I'll go back over both of these. Secondly, marriage teaches us about the relationship of intimacy to fruitfulness. I'll try to be loud. I know I've been in the balcony. I know it's hard to hear me from back there. First of all, marriage teaches us about grace and repentance. A lot of us think we know about it. We think we know what it means to repent and believe until you get married and you realize you don't know much about it. It was pretty interesting, for example, yesterday for me, just to hear briefly a place where R .N. Hatch at the hearing said, sexual harassment is unforgivable.

The Plant Movement Podcast
Making a Game Plan for Those Inevitable Slow Periods
"So what I feel we all need is a game plan because without a game plan, how are you going to execute anything? And one of the first things I like to do is not focus on anything negative. Nothing negative. I like to just start with a clean slate. So the bank accounts low. We already know that your emotions are all over the place. We already know that you feel negative. Things might upset you. You need to pause all of that and learn how to do that. And then now positivity and looking forward. So it's like, all right, expenses. What am I spending money on right now that I might not need? What can I hold off on right now that I don't need to spend? If you have staff, they can go through things for you. If not, you can jump on, take some time. Remember, you're an entrepreneur guys. So it's normal to be up all night long and then go out and kill it again. I don't know. That's just a mindset of a warrior. When you become an entrepreneur, that's what you build. And when it comes to expenses, what I'm referring to is like, do I need the same amount of people that I had before? Do I need the same amount of trucks that I had? Can I consolidate my debt? Right? Can I get it and jump into something where now I get to, let's say you have two, three, four, five credit cards that they're maxed out. Can I call a company, a bank that now I can put it all into one lump sum. And now I make a monthly payment, stay away from the weekly payments. The ones that suck out money from your account automatically, that is brutal, that will, that will kill you. So I would jump into something like that. See if you have the credit to do that and all that. And all goes back to what you've done in the past. And this is all a learning experience and the whole nine, you know, running a business is very important to take everything serious and to stay disciplined enough to do so. Another thing to think about when it comes to cutting expenses, do not cut expenses on what it costs you to produce your product, unless you're buying used pots or something like that versus you, you got a deal, I get it, but I would not stop using the fertilizers that you use, I would not stop your spray program if that is something that you guys do, which I think everybody should be on a spray program. You want to keep your product 100%. There's too many nurseries, at least down here in South Florida, that I see with my own eyes that are cutting on those type of things and what happens just also loan, we show up with a big list that we can help this person out and spend 10, 20, $30 ,000 there, and now I can't spend a dollar there because the product doesn't look right. When it comes to product, I think of opportunities. And when we're going to get into that later, but product creates opportunities who never stops moving, the people that service the top, the top one percenters, those people really don't stop moving. You want to be able to cater to them. You really have to think outside the box. It's like, all right, I was creating product that I was getting away, growing it cheaply, and I was able to sell it at a decent cost. I was able to make a decent margin, but who were those clients? Who were they servicing? You got to really think. So if you are selling plants for $3 and $3 .50 and something like that, I'm just giving you guys an example. Think of who your customer base is. Your customer base might be the landscaper is doing renovations on homes and stuff like that, mediocre jobs, 2000, 3000, $5 ,000 installed, maybe $10 ,000 installs. Those are the group of landscapers that I have seen that have been hit the hardest when it comes to that and have had to pivot and start doing other things, tree trimming, maintenance, other things to be able to keep the flow coming in because that market dried up with the high interest rates and people not flipping homes and all those things. You got to really think of why this is going on. So now you can create the best game plan that can help you move forward and get out of it. You can't cheap out on the products that you use to keep your product number one. And if your product isn't number one, maybe it's time to start thinking and doing a little bit more research on how to do so there's videos on YouTube. And there's websites where you can learn of what your plants need. If you're a grower to create the best product possible,

Check it out at aitoday .live slash list. That's aitoday .live slash l -i -s -t. Hello and welcome to the AI Today podcast. I'm your host, Kathleen Walch. And I'm your host, Ronald Schmelzer. So I want to tell you a little story. We had someone who completed our cognitive project management for AI training and certification. So for those of you that don't know, we have a methodology that we implement, that we have for running AI projects. And some folks who are project management folks who come from the project management perspective and background really think of CPMI more as like a process. It's a step -by -step approach for running AI projects, and it really focuses on business requirements and starting from business requirements and data requirements, then moving into data prep, and then you build your model once you kind of have that in place. And one of the things that's a core part of it is this thing called the AI go, no go, where you need to have these nine traffic lights, if you want to think of it, that all need to be green. And one of those things is, is do you even know what data you have and whether it's accessible? And this one person had gone through a CPMI project and they realized that they were like in the midst of their AI project and that they didn't even have access and that the team that they wanted to work with didn't want to give them access to that data. And that really was a moment where they're like, well, can I even do this AI project? That meant that they had to go back to the first phase and say, well, do I even have the fundamental business buy -in to make this work? And well, that was worth the entire price, the small price of training and certification because that really got their whole project, they were planning on spending tons and tons of money on, really kind of shifted it. So I just want to point out that part of this glossary series that we're doing here in the AI Today podcast, part of the reason why we have these conversations is that you may know, you may think you know what things are, what they mean, and then you find yourself engaging in it and you have these existential moments and you realize that maybe you don't know what you need to know. So that's part of why we enjoy doing this. We really want to share with you these key insights, this information, we want you to be informed so that you're not going into these projects, even without a basic understanding of some of the common terms that you may think you know, and then run into these problems later on. We want you to truly be successful. And that's why we've been doing the AI Today podcast since 2017, six years and hundreds of podcasts. You know? Exactly. And, you know, from that kind of education mindset, that's why we came up with our AI glossary series and our AI glossary as well. So we link to it always in the show notes and it's available at cognolytica .com. We wanted to present, at least at a high level, key terms related to AI, machine learning and big data so that our listeners and our readers and subscribers and customers at Cognolytica would understand these terms because sometimes they're presented in ways that just are overly complicated, don't make sense, or maybe you didn't understand how some of these terms were related to the larger AI landscape. And that's what we wanted to do. We wanted to help present them and showcase how they are related. So in today's podcast, we're going to be going over the terms analytics, data visualization, and then different types of analytics. So descriptive, diagnostic, predictive analytics, and projective analytics. We do have many podcasts on predictive analytics. It's one of the seven patterns of AI, and we have it in our glossary series as well that we'll link to. But we wanted to share different types of analytics as well in addition to that. So at a high level, first, let's define what analytics is. Well, it's statistical and other methods to gain informational insight from data. Okay, makes sense. And then there's different types of analytics. So we can have descriptive analytics, which is an application of analytics focused on providing an understanding of historical data, relationships, and comparisons. And it's not focused on providing forward -looking projections or analysis. So it's really focused on that kind of what happened. It's looking at historical data, and it's helping answer what happened analysis. Then we have diagnostic analytics, and that's an application of analytics focused on identifying the cause and effect relationship of data. So it's helping us answer and address why did that happen analysis. Then we have predictive analytics. So this is a pattern of AI, as I had mentioned, one of the seven patterns of AI, and an approach that uses past and current data to help humans make future predictions. So examples of predictive analytics could be forecasting, also predictive maintenance. So maybe we're looking at machinery or equipment, trying to figure out when it will break, determination of potential liabilities and risks, and other aspects of determining the future value of data. So again, we're taking that past or current data to help humans make future predictions. And then the last type of analytics we'll be going over is projective or also sometimes called prescriptive analytics. And this is an application of analytics focused on identifying the potential impact of decisions based on current data. So it helps with that what -if analysis.

And now it is on with the show. My guest today is Carlos. Carlos is the founder of Valeo, an asset management platform that connects you to leading traders and digital asset managers on chain asset management, very interesting. Welcome to the show, Carlos. Andy, thank you for having me. It is a pleasure. Let's do what we do at the beginning of the show, Carlos, it would be fantastic if you could please introduce yourself, just, you know, share a little bit about whatever you're comfortable sharing. I'd love to hear a little bit about your personal and professional story in terms of what has led you to founding Valeo. Sure, happy to. So educationally, I come from a background in mathematical finance, which I suppose was one of the reasons why crypto and decentralized open ledgers attracted my interest and curiosity in the first place. Now, as far as professionally, the first thing that I ever built was a software development company that did fairly well. That was also my first exit, solved my stake to my co -founder, then spent a bit of time working on perhaps an overly ambitious AI mental health startup. And in 2020, I founded my venture vehicle OpenHedge with the mission to advance open source finance. And at that time, I didn't have the single thing I wanted to spend, you know, the entirety of my time working on. And we were involved in a number of different things. Some of your listeners may be familiar with perhaps premium finance, which is kind of the one of the things we've been involved in the most. But more generally, I've been around crypto since 2017. At that time, I wasn't convinced that the infrastructure is going to amount to much as far as providing value to society. But in 2020, that's when the switch really flipped for me. And when it became apparent that this technology is here to stay, and that not only is it here to stay, but it's going to play an increasingly important role in how humans transact and record value. And most recently, as of roughly nine months ago, we've wound down all of our involvements to focus exclusively on Valeo, which is an asset management protocol to onboard the next 1 billion users into crypto. And the reason why we're focusing on it right now is because we need to question more the paradigms in which we onboard new users to our industry, because, you know, that's kind of the top of the funnel. I'm happy to expand on this in a second, but we need to do better as an industry. Yeah, I very much agree. So how long have you guys been building this platform then, Carlos? Yeah, sure. So we've been building for roughly nine months now, and most of that initially went into R &D because, again, maybe to kind of zoom out and start with the reason as to why we're If you think about what are the main gateways for people into crypto, they are predominantly four of them, one of those being Binance, second being Coinbase. Then in Europe, we have this thing called Revolut, which is, you know, you can think of it as something like a block or, you know, a cash app, whatever. And the fourth being NFTs. And if you think about what all of these gateways entail, or rather require is some initial knowledge about the industry and particular assets. So for instance, if you go on an exchange, you create an account, you still are left with the daunting task of knowing what exactly do you buy that, you know, what are the tokens that you want to have exposure to? And we as an industry, we take it for granted. But this is really a prohibitive barrier to entry for most users. And most users do not want to use exchanges, they simply want to have an easy way in which to get smart exposure to the industry. And so this is something that we needed to rework as an industry for a long time. And as a result, we found it valuable because we think there is a better way. And this better way revolves around backing the leading traders and asset managers in a trustless and non -custodial way. Right. So the idea is people that are potentially interested in taking some positions in crypto, but they're not perhaps that interested to spend all their time researching different projects or different traders, different types of coins. But instead they can come to Valeo and look at the different traders. I think you call them managers, right? Yeah, different managers on the platform and instead effectively back people that have talent and industry knowledge and it's a simple solution for them. Correct. So I'll share a story that is so illustrative of what people undergo a million times a year in trying to join crypto. So roughly two years ago, I spoke to a friend of mine who's a very smart guy, master's degree in physics, works in IT, all of the prerequisites to understand what's going on. And we had this in -depth wonderful conversation about distributed ledgers and all the downstream implications for society and democracy among other aspects. And he was immediately excited and he immediately understood the potential of what's going on here. And his first question was, well, Carlos, well, how do I get exposure to this? Like how do I get involved? And at that point I was like, okay, well, you know, the first step you probably take is you go on an exchange, you buy some ether and then you look at the coins that you think are ultimately going to do well. And so what ended up happening is he went on FTX, he bought a bunch of ETH and then he, you know, spent the majority of his portfolio buying coins that ended up going to zero promptly. But he thought those were, you know, based on his very limited amount of research, those were something worthy of his time and capital. And then FTX drug him for the rest. And the takeaway here was that even if you have very smart people who are capable of understanding the industry in each of the individual protocols, it doesn't mean they have the time to do it. So we simply needed a better way to make this happen. And the way to do this is to connect these people looking to enter crypto to traders and asset managers who are native to this industry, who know what they're doing. And for the people looking to enter, instead of having to analyze each individual token at length, they can simply look at the track record of the people that they ultimately intend to back. Got it. Thank you, Carlos. And, you know, it reminds me, Carlos, you know, you'll be very familiar of, I guess, the kind of the idea that for long term investors, you know, your average kind of long term investor who just puts a significant amount of capital into the market, it doesn't matter whether we're talking stocks or crypto or ETFs or whatever here, if you have that kind of long enough time horizon, then you're much, much more likely to outperform day traders who think they can time the market and move in and out of positions all the time, except perhaps for the, you know, one or two percent of those smart traders, asset managers who actually are good enough to to time the market and beat the market. Right. Well, certainly. And to that point, you know, asset managers can have edge in multiple dimensions, timing being just one of those. But the broader thing here, Andy, is that if you think about what happens when people just go on and exchanges and buy random tokens as their entry point, what this creates is this weird dynamic where asymmetrical information dominates and is very pervasive. And what do I mean by that? Suppose you're an army and you just created your account on Binance and you're looking to buy a token. You'll likely buy something that your friend will have told you about or something that you've seen on TikTok. And I know this may sound awful to some people, but this is the reality. And so what you'll end up directing your capital to most likely are a bunch of scam coins or a bunch of marketing and meme coins. And as an industry, it's not healthy for us to have these capital flows be diverted into these dead ends. What instead we want to make sure is that the capital entering the space enters in an efficient way that is conducive to the overall growth of our industry. And to your point about the long term, even if someone has a very long term horizon over which they want to allocate to our sector, it should be guided by someone. People can't be expected to make these long term allocations for themselves unless they are willing and able to invest hundreds of hours of research into this. And just as an equivalent example, consider retirement funds. Imagine a world in which retirees would have to day trade and manage their own personal portfolios that likely wouldn't be conducive to good outcomes. Right. But this is effectively what we have in crypto. And until this is abstracted away, we're going to see severe hindrance in the capital coming in. Yeah, great, great points and look not not to go on too much of a tangent here, Carlos, but it always strikes me, you know, this is one of the paradoxes of crypto. And look, there are many. But one of the paradoxes of crypto, of course, is that because the technology is essentially open source, anyone can spin up any kind of a new asset, any new chain that they so wish any time and, you know, spin out any kind of meme coin, as you've kind of talked about and put a little bit of marketing behind it and times that to infinity. And yeah, it's just it's just one of those crazy paradoxes that that we have Bitcoin and then we have Ethereum and now we have, well, hundreds of thousands, if not more potential tokens out there with many more to come. That's exactly right. And Andy, which you're describing is actually one of the root causes of the problem, asymmetric information, because if you look at this from the point of view of an entrant who just wants to allocate some capital to fundamental long term innovation, they have to scrape through a bunch of noise in understanding what is real and what isn't. And we take it for granted just how daunting of a task that actually is, because to be truly able to to analyze the things you get behind, you know, you mostly have to operate at the intersection of finance, technology, game theory, as well as the social context. Again, I don't want to use the word narratives because I think there are a shorter term phenomenon that is bound to disappear, hopefully. But again, the point being, there is a substantial amount of complexity. And so until this is curated by someone at scale, it will be incredibly difficult for new entrants to emerge in the market without them accidentally diverting their capital to scam coins, meme coins and things of that nature. And this is just something we have to tackle as an industry, because if the average experience of someone getting into Web3 is that they've accidentally purchased the wrong meme coin on an exchange and it's went to zero, even though they thought that they were backing fundamental innovation, you know, this isn't a very good outcome. Yeah, absolutely. Let's bring it back to to value then be great if you could just maybe talk us through a little bit about how the platform works. I guess a little bit more in terms of who you're aiming at this. But basically both on the depositor side and on the manager side, maybe some of the different user groups and then also like to understand, you know, how how technical people need to be if we're talking about normies that have no experience and DeFi and then can they can they come along and easily engage with value? Sure, so a few things to unpack here and just to first outline why value is different and to understand that we have to look at a bit of history of the problem, which has been as old as our industry, which is how do you make smart exposure easily accessible to people? Well, as an industry, we started by thinking, OK, well, the way to do that is clearly index product. You just put together a bunch of tokens in an index and you let people acquire those. They're curated. Everything makes sense. Indexes were tried in various shapes and sizes. And neither of them worked. But what we learned as an industry is that the reason they do not work is because things change too quickly. New tokens come up, all tokens kind of fall off the ladder of what's good enough, so to speak. Things change very quickly and most index products, in fact, all of them simply haven't been able to capture the dynamism of the industry, so to speak. So once the industry realized that, the next phase of thinking was like, OK, since things change very quickly, what we really want to have is we want to have leading traders and asset managers manage funds on behalf of new users. But but who are these top traders and asset managers? And that's where our industry is very different from from anything from Tradify, for instance, because most of the top traders and asset managers aren't your typical regulated funds that you can just LP in, and most of them are anonymous or pseudonymous traders and individuals on the Internet. So then the question became, how can you let new entrants back these anonymous individuals who you can't obviously know or trust in a way that's safe for the depositors? And so that was the question that led to the first generation of asset management protocol spawning. I don't want to name any names here, but what they all shared was this fatal flaw, which is why none of them really took off in the first place, because indeed, there were some protocols that enabled trustless asset management, but it came at the price of the asset managers being highly restricted. So, for instance, in the previous asset, in the previous generation asset management protocols, if I'm a manager, my investable asset universe is first limited to just a single network. So I would have had to choose either Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon or whatever. And on the single network, I was just limited to the highly liquid tokens and to synthetic tokens. Again, not to kind of go too technical here. But long story short, the reason why this was the case is because nobody had figured out a way how to prevent managers from counter trading their own positions. So, for instance, if I was a nefarious asset manager, what I could do is I could create a private position on a private wallet of mine of some liquid token. Then I could buy it from the funds that I manage and then unload my private position. And as a result of all of this, asset management never really stood a chance because the managers were extremely constrained in what they could do and constrained beyond the point of it making sense. They simply weren't able to do a good job. And Valeo is the first protocol to overcome both of these technical limitations on a framework level. So what we've managed to achieve is for the first time ever in a trustless and non custodial way, we've been able to give our managers all of the tools that they need to do what they're good at, which is to manage their portfolios. And so and this is possible thanks to two core innovations, one of them being that Valeo is the first ever shared state omni chain system, which basically means that you have one vault spanning the entirety of networks that we support. So arbitrum, optimism, et cetera, and Ethereum. And the other thing is a proprietary security framework that we developed, which is a mouthful, but it's actually fairly simple, called the cumulative price impact tolerance architecture. And without getting into details as to what exactly this means, the key takeaway is that it allows asset managers to trade long tail illiquid tokens without them needing to be trusted or manually curated. So effectively Valeo is the first protocol to achieve the zero to one in asset management, where on one hand, you have the backers who can back any trader or asset manager without needing to trust them and without worrying that the manager can run away with their funds. And on the other end, you have the traders and asset managers who have all of the tools that they need in order to perform. And that's something that hasn't been done before. And we've been live in very early beta for slightly over a month now. And the traction that we've been seeing has been tremendously encouraging. In fact, we have more daily active users than some of the multi -billion protocols out there already. But most notably, we've been seeing that the traders and asset managers on Valeo are generating returns up to five times higher than on the previous generation of asset management protocols, simply because they now have the flexibility that they've always been lacking. So but to circle back to your question, Valeo is extremely simple. The goal of it is to be the simplest way to get intelligent exposure to the Web3 landscape. So any user, we encourage you to give it a go, even while we're still in early beta. We hope you'll find the experience simple and enjoyable. Yeah, fantastic. Very well said, Carlos. Thank you for that. Learned a lot there. And you know, I also like the way you see this a lot in DeFi at the moment. And of course, you know, Web3 just kind of like different. I guess the easy way to describe it is gamification. And like one example is, you know, talking about seasons, right? And so I can see that you intend to operate a kind of seasons model on Valeo as well, right? Correct. So there's actually a double edged sword here. What we've ended up with as an industry is this MOLOC, where any serious go to market strategy has to have this gamification element these days, because that's simply the standard these days. People need to have something to be excited about. But on the founder side, we'd much rather not do that. We'd much rather compete in a playing field where there is no gamification. So the reason we'd rather do that is because you get better signal about your product market fit. But anyways, kind of being mindful of the reality in which we are in our approach to go to market has been to introduce gamification in the right and in a way that is sustainable to truly gamify the core value proposition of Valeo, which is that as a backer, you can instead of spending these hundreds of hours of building your own portfolio, you can find the person to do that for you. And you learn things along the way, you become more sophisticated. And on the manager side, there are also a set of things we try to gamify and incentivize. But indeed, to make it more exciting, we're doing seasons. We're currently in season zero, which is the very early beta. We're just testing the protocol in a limited way. But for anyone listening, if season one is going to be really exciting, even more exciting than the season zero. And look, I'm sure that for anyone that signs up and gets involved during the beta and they're in season zero, I'm sure there is some reward for that, right? Correct, Andy. In fact, we've managed to already build a very kind of loyal and engaged community. And so what we want to make sure is that all of these early community participants and early users are rewarded generously because at this stage, they've been tremendously helpful in pointing out to us where the bugs are, what features could be improved and so forth and so on. We already have an amazing community and all of whom will be greatly rewarded for the time they spend in the early stages of value to help us refine and perfect the product. And so when do you anticipate for launch? Do you have a kind of like a set date in mind or as a moving target and you want to just get the product really, really right first? Certainly. So in its current state, Valeo is live already on all of the networks that we support on the chain, on Arbitrum, on Ethereum and on Optimism. The only distinction here is that it's still rough around the edges in the sense that we don't have yet all of the integrations complete that we want. So for instance, now you can trade Perpetuals on Arbitrum. You'll soon be able to trade Perpetuals on Optimism. You have spot markets on all of the networks. But again, there's a plethora of things that we're still adding. Options protocols on Arbitrum, notably Premia, lending markets and a bunch more infrastructure just to help our traders and asset managers succeed. And while we're in this stage of rapid iteration, we've set the vault caps to a very small amount, $10 ,000 worth per vault just to make sure we don't have to iterate quickly in a high -stakes security environment.

Simply Bitcoin
A highlight from Europe's Anti-Bitcoin Bill Reveals Plan to Stop Adoption | EP 829
"It's all going to zero against bitcoin it's going up for ever more you're against bitcoin you're against freedom yo welcome to simp with bitcoin live we're the number one source for the peaceful bitcoin revolution we will be your guide through the separation of money and state speaking of the separation of money and state interesting news coming out of Europe kind of not as bad as the proposed bill by Elizabeth Warren that we covered on one of simply bitcoins simply bitcoin lives episode this week but it's something very similar right this idea that every single transaction needs to be KY seed right and then I think that will inevitably lead to the any host unhosted wallet needs to be KY seed all right the the wording specifically in the Elizabeth Warren bill included any minor any validator any software wallet so you know it's just of course the powers that be that tremendously benefit from having a monopoly on the creation of money having controls on money of course to benefit themselves of course they're not going to be okay with this and this was the theory that was originally you know put out back in the 90s in the book the sovereign individual I'm going to read you guys a passage from that book because I think it correctly predicted exactly the reactions from governments I don't think governments have been able to they're not used to this environment where they have competition and most importantly not only do they have competition but they can't shut down the competition right because we remember we saw Facebook try to launch their own you know digital currency and they got shut down real quick the thing with Bitcoin right and Bitcoin only right because aetherium is inherently centralized meaning it will inevitably be co -opted so they have no choice but to ally with the state and they were in order to survive but with Bitcoin can't be stopped and because it can't be stopped it creates a forcing function in the long term as more and more individuals choose to opt out of inflationary money into deflationary money so yes of course times are changing but it's not only on the money front right we're not only living through the disintermediation of money but we're also living through the disintermediation of information and yesterday was a historic day I've never seen this in my life the UK Parliament sent Russell Brand an extremely popular independent content creator a letter to rumble we love rumble by the way we're on there subscribe to us on there and shout out to our rumble audience as well it's been growing by the day so we appreciate you all they sent a letter to rumble asking rumble to demonetize Russell Brand like YouTube did so we have governments that are directly asking platforms to demonetize content creators of which they don't did they don't agree with that is absolutely absurd and these are the same governments that want you to trust them with central bank digital currencies if they had central bank digital currencies in place they wouldn't even have to ask the platforms they could just flick the switch themselves so when we say Bitcoin or slavery or how beauty on said it and I'm starting to lean this way to Bitcoin or death we are not exaggerating and you have to choose what world do you want to live in in the future and most importantly what world do you want the future generations your children your children's children to live in so it's gonna be a great episode I'm really looking forward to it you have to stay on top of what's going on anyways we also we also have a very special treat for you guys we have the head of customer experience from foundation devices the maker of the passport hardware wallet and he's gonna do a live demo for us during the culture cement segment so I'm really really pumped about that let me bring up let me bring him up on stage Bitcoin Q &A you're quite well known on Bitcoin Twitter as well how you doing buddy yeah doing very well thank you very much for having me I'm psyched to shoot the shit with you guys this evening well even in my time but yeah certainly some interesting goings on especially around the Russell brand thing so I'm sure we'll be able to share some insights on that one but not a good look yeah I completely agree man it's it's some some interesting times we are living through people some people call it the fourth turning I don't know man but the phrase that sticks with me the most is weak men create hard times hard times create strong men strong strong men create good times we're definitely going through this era and then I think it was actually Vladimir Lenin that said the very very famous quote right where there are decades that nothing happened and then there are weeks that decades happen I think we're definitely living through this moment of time anyways no more delay let's bring up my legendary co -host not optimistic today no smile oh there's this smile sorry I was caught reading the channels optimistic fields how you doing bro well I am doing wonderful and I'm actually really excited for this culture segment today guys I got a sneak peek of the demo that we're going to see and I think there's gonna be awesome this might be a simply Bitcoin first for the live show but to the news stories and stuff it really just goes to show that if you speak the truth you are the enemy of the state and I think more and more and more people are waking up to this because they either continue to de -platform you from your banks or de -platform you from social media for saying what they don't want to be said you know for saying the quiet part out loud and you know this is why we do our show in a very particular way so that we can survive on YouTube but man it really just goes to show that the powers that be are completely terrified of people talking about the truth hence why you guys need to talk about it more and continue to spread that signal but it just goes to show that this is the the last I don't know the last gasp of the great Leviathan you know what's them saying like darker before the dawn like this is their last grasping at straws to control the truth and and I mean I've been saying for a while I think the monopoly on truth is slowly and dwindling they're going to try to make examples of this so you know just be prepared we know what's coming so protect yourselves protect your family and continue to spread the Bitcoin truth the Bitcoin signal actually just truth with a capital T I suppose anyways Niko let's let's get into this one let's get into this one let's get into the show man I'm really really excited alright guys let's get to the numbers we have a lot to talk about today and I'm super is your Bitcoin in cold storage really secure is your seed phrase really secure stamp seeds do -it -yourself kit has everything you need to hammer your seed words into commercial grade titanium plates instead of just writing them on paper don't store your generational wealth on paper papers prone to water damage fire damage you want to put your generational wealth on one of the strongest metals on planet earth titanium your words are actually stamped into this metal plate with this hammer and these letter stamps and once your words are in they aren't going anywhere no risk of the plate breaking apart and pieces falling everywhere titanium stamped seeds will survive nearly triple the heat produced by a house fire they're also crush proof waterproof non -corrosive and time proof all things that paper is not allowing you to huddle your Bitcoin with peace of mind for the long haul stamp your seed on stamp seed alright guys I literally made it super easy for you guys you can scan the QR code on your screen it will take you directly to stamp seed website you can get you could store your generational wealth on titanium so you don't have to explain to your children why you lost your Bitcoin because you stored it on paper you can use promo code simply get 15 % off anything on the stamp seed website at the time of recording the Bitcoin price is twenty six thousand five hundred and seventy sats per dollar three thousand seven hundred sixty four block height eight hundred eight thousand seven hundred twenty nine blocks to having thirty one thousand two hundred seventy one having estimate April 21st 2024 total lightning network capacity four thousand eight hundred fifty five Bitcoin capacity value one hundred twenty nine million US dollars realized monetary inflation one point seven five percent the market capitalization of Bitcoin currently sitting at five hundred and seventeen billion dollars Bitcoin versus gold market cap four point zero one percent in the grand scheme of things Bitcoin is still a baby if Bitcoin reaches not if when Bitcoin reaches the gold market cap that is five hundred thousand dollars per coin and I think that's just getting started anyways we played you guys a video yesterday of a member of the United Nations talking about how we are in an information war we played you guys the video and she was basically recommending that that that they no longer have people to call on on Twitter to censor information she was also saying how there's an army of people that are propagating United Nations approved information well you know she's she's talking about as if the information that's coming out of the United Nations is a matter of fact right she's talking about the problem of disinformation disinformation well my question to you guys is who gets to decide what is disinformation and what is information right well we advocate for on simply Bitcoin is individuals not central planners not governments using their own critical thinking abilities right to dictate okay this is a good idea this is a bad idea right this is how the American this how the American Constitution it's literally written like that that there's a reason that the First Amendment is the way it is right the government or Congress should make no law you know basically censoring or stopping the freedom of the speech of people right and they made it that way for a reason because if there is a central authority if there's a government that gets to dictate what information is true what information is not true history has shown that they'll use that power to protect their own political mode right so thank God for the internet thank God for technologies like Bitcoin thank God for technologies like Noster for example they can't do this anymore and because they're not able to do that they're freaking out number one and number two and number two it becomes a forcing function over a long period of time but that doesn't stop them from trying here is the former New Zealand Prime Minister at the United Nations saying that that words are weapons of war right weapons of war if so if you say something against the government that all of a sudden becomes a weapon of war and again this has escalated it is escalated to the point where the UK Parliament has asked rumble to demonetize Russell Brand who's a very popular content creator who goes against the legacy corporate media's narratives right and it kind of embarrasses them so what are they doing they're attacking his money they're saying rumble okay they can't they've tried to deplatform people before they've gotten a lot of pushback so what they do instead is that they attack his pocketbook obviously YouTube complied they demonetize Russell Brand's content but rumble said no we're not doing that so love that of rumble we're on rumble we support rumble that's awesome but another thing that I want to say is that the allegations against rubble Russell Brand are just that they are allegations they have not been proven so something that has not been proven is a justification to shut off someone's living that is insane anyways let's check out this letter and this is a letter by part by the UK Parliament the specifically the cultural culture media and sport committee to the CEO of rumble Chris Palavoski who says dear Chris I'm writing concerning the serious allegations regarding Russell Brand in the context of of his being a content provider on rumble for more than 1 .4 million followers the cultural the culture media and sports committee is raising questions with the broadcasters and production companies who previously employed mr. brand to examine both the culture of the industry in the past and whether that culture still prevails today however we are also looking at his use of social media including on rumble where he issued his preemptive response to the accusations made against him by the Sunday Times and Channel 4 his dispatches while we recognize that rumble is not the creator of the content published published by mr. brand we are concerned that he may be able to profit from his content on the platform did you hear what they said the government is concerned that Russell Brand might be able to profit from his content because there was some allegations made against him conveniently a lot of Russell Brand's content is criticisms of the government so I mean big coincidence I guess you would you could say we would be grateful if you could confirm whether mr. brand is able to monetize his content including his videos relating to the serious accusations against him is so we would like to know whether rumble intends to join ryu tube in suspending mr. brand's ability to earn money on the platform we would also like to know what rumble is doing to ensure that creators are not able to use the platform to undermine to undermine the welfare of victims of inappropriate and potential potentially illegal behavior so they asked rumble to demonetize a content creator an independent content creator that's the key word when we had Parker Lewis on the show and I was talking about the legacy corporate media he didn't say no Nico it's not the legacy corporate media it's the legacy government media so anyways why is this happening I think Jeff Booth said this perfectly we read this to you guys the other day and this all boils down to the money this is why we say as Bitcoiners fix the money fix the world here's Jeff Booth he says because broken money Elon Musk said how did most of the legacy media go from superheroes of free speech to supervillains of speech suppression and Jeff Booth says because broken money ensures the centralization of power by stealing the productivity through inflation that should flow to society in the form of lower prices then those enriched by that theft and subsequent power must control the messaging to keep it but it all it wasn't only Jeff Booth that said this here's an article from our friends over at Bitcoin magazine of nine Bukele the president of the country shining on the hill the Savior El Salvador the first country that made Bitcoin legal tender the beachhead for the Bitcoin movement around the world he goes on to say the most vocal detractors the ones who are afraid and pressuring us to reverse our decision are the world's most powerful elites and the people who work or benefit from them they used to own everything and in a way they still do the media the banks the NGOs international organizations and almost all the governments and corporations in the world and with that of course they own the armies the loans the money supply the credit ratings the narrative the propaganda the factories of food supply they control international trade and international law but their most powerful weapon is their control of the truth and they're willing to fight lie smear destroy confiscate print and do whatever it takes to maintain and increase their control over the truth and everything and everyone I think come from Nico or simply Bitcoin that came from the president of El Salvador name Bukele so what is happening here two things are happening here thing number one the internet has empowered individuals and those individuals can now use the internet to uh to grow these massive platforms themselves and because they're individuals they're a lot harder to co -opt and at the same time we are witnessing the distance remediation of money that internet has allowed Bitcoin and Bitcoin has empowered individuals to choose their own money too so government states NGOs international institutions right that have had this privilege of having not only having the monopoly in the control over money but also the monopoly in the control over information it's quickly diminishing in front of their eyes and of course that system is fighting back they can't take that they've been used to operating in a system where they've been able to control the narrative they've been able to control the truth and that is slipping through their fingers and they don't know what to do and that's why they're short -circuiting the way they are that's why we've gotten to a point where the UK Parliament is literally asking a platform to D monetize an independent content creator not to mention all the stuff that was revealed during the Twitter files where it was exposed that the US government even though that is explicitly against the US Constitution the government should not be censoring speech was asking Twitter to D platform D boost and censor certain speech and these are the same governments that also want you to trust them with central bank digital currencies and they expect you to believe that they're not going to use central bank digital currencies as a weapon as a forcing function in order to control your actions as a individual and this was all predicted I might add in the book the sovereign individual which we'll get to during the new segment but this is some crazy times now what can you do to protect yourself in this particular situation do your own research pick what information sources you choose you you want to choose I love Twitter because it's like a news aggregator and the the news that you know pops up pops up Noster is a great platform rumbles a great platform YouTube is is good to do your own research don't rely on a single information source and then most importantly the most empowering thing you could do is to opt out of state money opt into Bitcoin I think that's the most powerful thing you could do look the most important the most important vote you can make that voting for a Democrat or Republican it's not to say that it's not important to vote but the most powerful vote that you can do that will actually change things is voting with your wallet opt out and the way that you do that is you buy Bitcoin earn Bitcoin mine Bitcoin and take that said Bitcoin into self custody the moment you do that you're part of the peaceful Bitcoin revolution whether you are aware of it or not and that is how we win if enough people take self custody we win and there's nothing they could do about it speaking of self custody we have the head of customer experience with us today Bitcoin QA and you guys make it super fucking easy to take self custody with the hardware wallet that you guys make and not to mention the awesome application that you guys make so Bitcoin QA what's your take on this whole Russell brand stuff I can't believe we've reached this point if I would have been told this five five six years ago I would have said that's impossible there's no way that's that that's so ridiculous what's your take on all this yeah before I enter you I've just got to say that was one hell of a fucking monologue I take my half to you that was fantastic yeah kudos and yeah the whole Russell brand thing man just completely shocking another example yet another example of government overreach Russell brands been a thorn in the side of the UK government if you can't tell by the action by the way to anybody's listening that I'm from the UK and he's been a thorn in their side for years and he's a very well educated man he's very well spoken and he has drawn a lot of following by speaking out against money printing against government policy he was rabid about the whole covert thing pharmaceuticals getting rich because of you know yeah you know all of the corruption that went on over those couple of years and I see this recent letter as that them seeing the opportunity as they're into trying you know get one back on him you've touched on earlier that the fact that all of these are just allegations at the moment and the fact that they're going around trying to take money off him from you know he's not been convicted of anything at all that's not see won't be but right now they're just allegations and they're trying to take his money off him it's just completely shocking and they're just trying to lash out because he's been a pain in their ass royally for years so yeah I mean they're just they're just overreaching and leveraging their powers wherever they can just to kind of deep platform and then hurt his wallet as well unfortunately yeah 100 % they attack his money they attack and again like they attack his money and they're also like hey guys these CBDCs like we'll respect your privacy you could trust us what are you talking about anyways Opti what's your take well I actually I kind of want to ask Q &A question because there is some talk about this in the chat what's your thoughts on Russell Brand being like controlled demolition Q &A whoo how do you mean like basically that this is like an orchestrated attack you know once everyone's talking about this maybe Russell Brand isn't necessarily as much of a truth speaker as people are making him out to be like does he actually believe what he's saying or is this just kind of one of those things where you know you create a figure and then you kind of tear him down to discredit the whole movement in general the whole truth movement yeah possibly I think I think most of what he says is genuine he before he started doing all of the YouTube stuff like he was he was a you know some form of a celebrity he had a big following and could have monetized himself as a product in many many other ways by coming out and being as outspoken as he has against the the prickly topics of like money printing and you know COVID etc he must have known you know he's smart enough to know that would have been incredibly divisive to people that followed him so I lean towards the fact that he's genuine and the fact that they're probably gonna try and use him as a scapegoat to warn ward off other people that kind of speak out against any government policy etc etc yeah I'd agree I mean like especially considering what his status was it's hard to follow the incentives and be like yeah he's got a lot to gain from this when in reality he's on the verge of losing everything so I'd agree with you and then just kind of going back to the beginning of this rant and and people are saying epic daily Nico Jones rant today so good job Nico I like when Nico gets get animated remember growing up guys when I grew up I had a saying and I'm sure your mother told it to you as well and we all probably said it in kindergarten you know sticks and stones but words may never hurt me and now we grow up in a world where words are violence like what is going on guys and that's a convenient it's a convenient way I know Nico I was getting there I'm asking rhetorical questions on the show now okay I'm learning some Nico Jones tactics but as we know guys as we know guys you know if you can stop words from being said then you can stop thought and if you can stop thought then you can ultimately stop behavior and this is where they're going they want to ensure that you guys sell censors so that you guys don't lose everything and this is where we are guys that they are absolutely afraid of people speaking the truth they're absolutely afraid of the average person waking up and exposing all of their lives because that's all they have they have lies and favors and they have the monopoly on truth as we think now is more important than ever to speak your minds to make sure you're having these conversations to as the saying goes you know speak truth to power and all that good stuff because there's been a constant theme throughout 2023 or actually rather since 2020 basically is that if your voice is too big and you talk against the establishment then the powers that be will do anything they can to put you back in line and whether that means you know breaking your reputation taking all your money dragging you through the court of public opinion we know what their tactics are and if you're following along closely then you know what the playbook is and it's almost like they're doing the same thing over and over and over again but I think the silver lining of this is that it seems like their playbook isn't working as well as it used to which in some sense should be absolutely terrifying because then they're going to go to even more extremes and you know I'm not gonna say what everyone's thinking but it's gonna get crazy guys and so I think it's just becoming very very clear that as an individual just even a normal person that doesn't have a platform like you want to do whatever you can in your power to protect yourself and hence why we always say that it always boils down to the money guys so protect your money protect your livelihood by taking your Bitcoin into self -custody by saving in Bitcoin and because remember guys this is always about theft they want to take your wealth and put you back in your place and then distribute it and make everyone feel good and we're seeing this happen in real time and it isn't lost on me that this is done via a letter you know it's just like hey how nefarious can a letter be but if you're reading in between the lines then you know how nefarious this letter actually is and that this is a coordinated attack on someone that's talking against the establishment and if people like Russell Brand you know say what you want about him but if people like him can't speak about the truth and they also get run through the grinder like imagine what would happen to an average individual like there's no hope for us if people of that stature can't talk about what's actually going on in the world and hence why it's so important to continue to double down on independent content creation spreading the truth talking about all this stuff because this is all we have we have the truth on our side and as the saying goes you know the truth will set us free so just just don't be afraid you know be brave but also be smart out there and the best thing you can do is just protect yourself and protect your money protect your family and I think as more people do this then the world will slowly but surely start to fix itself anyways you know amen we'll see what happens amen preach brother all right everybody let's get to the news we got a lot to talk about today let's check it out no no no no no no before we do So, yeah, we can talk about whatever you guys want to. If you have questions about Bitcoin or if you just have something you want to talk about, we're just going to like open it up. Shout out to Shane Hazel in the audience, throwing you an invite. The more I deal with the traditional banking system, the more I appreciate the properties and functionality of Bitcoin. It is, you know, it's an uncensorable aspect or excuse me, or property. My ability to transact with whom I want, when I want, where I want, and in the time frame that it allows. Is just it's phenomenal, it is just such a better way to transact value and to, you know, to be able to move your value to where you want it to, when you want it to. It's just yesterday or two days ago that walking into a bank, I'm still in shock, walking into a bank with some money to deposit in somebody's account and being told they don't take cash. It's still, my jaw is still on the floor. The attitude, though, in the banking industry has changed a lot because you've got older people who are retiring or moving into, you know, more management positions where they're not so much customer facing anymore. So the people who are customer facing are all younger and they don't remember a time when there wasn't FATCA and there wasn't the Bank Secrecy Act and there wasn't all this bullshit. So to them, they've grown up in a surveillance state and it's normal, which is weird as fuck because they have this attitude like they don't actually treat customers like it's your money anymore. They treat customers like we're in charge of your money and you have to get our permission to use it the way you want. And that is a, that's a second and third order effect of all this surveillance state bullshit and all this quote compliance stuff. It's a two, it's a double edged sword because not only has the younger generation grown up and are, you know, are accommodative of this, of this surveillance state, but the older generation, the boomers, and probably some, a lot of the Gen Xers, they are comfortable enough in their finances to not be in a position where they find a need or necessity to push back against the state. And I was just talking to my brother about this and he's like, yeah, I recognize all that stuff, but he's comfortable, you know, and so he just, he's not willing to, there's a lot of people who are not willing or have no incentive to push back against the state. So it's really a double edged kind of sword. Those that recognize it are in a position where they don't have to, they don't feel like they need to do anything. And those that should be doing something about it potentially, you know, don't even recognize it.

We talk all about the best advanced nutrition strategies to reduce inflammation and improve insulin sensitivity. There's a lot of things you can do if you are looking to lose weight, if you're looking to improve your blood sugar sensitivity. We know insulin resistance is at the root of all chronic inflammatory conditions, but there's a lot we can do from a nutrition perspective. We go through that in this interview. I talk a lot about intermittent fasting and how that helps improve mitochondrial function, helps improve blood sugar stability and turn on fat burning. We talk about how to improve your stomach acid, bile flow, pancreatic enzymes, so you can reduce the amount of endotoxins that are released from your gut and into your bloodstream that drive up inflammatory activity in your body. So this is a really powerful presentation showing you exactly what you need to do to stabilize your blood sugar, to burn fat for fuel and reduce inflammation. If you know anybody that's dealing with type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, perhaps they're overweight looking to lose weight or they're obese, please share this episode with them. And you can also check out the Reversing Type 2 Diabetes Summit that Dr. Yates is putting on. Hey everyone, welcome to the Reversing Type 2 Diabetes Summit. I'm your host, Dr. Beverly Yates, MD. It's my distinct privilege and honor to interview a wonderful colleague of mine, Dr. David Jockers. He's been a leader in many aspects of health and continues to help people have clarity about their health. One of the things that's so interesting as we do all the episodes here for the summit is I'm trying very consciously to give people different points of view and different aspects of what it takes for blood sugar success to be well. So with Dr. David Jockers, we're going to introduce him in just a moment here. He's a doctor of natural medicine and runs one of the most popular natural health websites online in drjockers .com and has gotten over a million views for monthly visitors and his work is really popular. It's been seen on shows like The Dr. Oz Show and Hallmark Home and Family. He's the author of the best -selling book, The Keto -Metabolic Breakthrough and also The Fasting Transformation. He's a world -renowned expert in the area of ketosis, fasting, brain health, inflammation and functional nutrition. He also hosts his popular Dr. Jockers Functional Nutrition podcast. Be sure to look up his work, check out what that he's offering. Dr. Jockers, welcome to our summit. Thanks so much, Dr. Beverly. Great to be on with you. Yeah. You know, I've really been excited for our talk because I think that there are so many ways in which people can eat and nourish themselves and some things are certainly more helpful or successful when it comes to blood sugar control and glycemic regulations than others. So with that in mind, let's dig in right away here. So please, if you would share with us your perspective here, what is inflammation and how does it develop? Yeah. Inflammation is just a natural process of healing. In fact, it's actually designed to help protect our body from some sort of chronic systemic infection and so, well, not chronic infection, but some sort of systemic acute infection from killing us quickly. And so I think we look at the history of mankind. More people have died from infections that got into our bloodstreams, bloodstreams spread throughout our body, went into major vital organs and killed us is what used to kill most of our ancestors. And so our body has created this inflammatory process to help protect against that. So the infection that gets in doesn't get into our lungs and cause pneumonia or our nervous system and cause meningitis. And so in order to do that, we created this inflammatory process to keep basically infection under control. And it's also part of the healing process. We break down damaged tissue and we try to remove that in order to build new healthy tissue. So for example, if we sprain our ankle, we're going to break down that tissue and try to rebuild new healthy tissue in that area. So inflammation itself is life saving. The issue is that it should be turned off when the appropriate area is healed. And so in our society, we have certain vectors that are turning up inflammation. For example, one is called leaky gut, right? So when somebody has leaky gut, there's damage, micro damage to the intestinal lining. And every time that person's eating food, particularly food that causes more gut irritation, they are further tearing that gut lining and they're not really allowing their body to heal properly. And therefore, they're spewing out bacteria and endotoxins into their bloodstream through that lining, through that hole. And that's driving up inflammation in the body because the body thinks that it's under attack from some sort of systemic infection or some sort of basically infectious process that could be life threatening. And so we've got to do what we can to get inflammation under control in our society. And so I think about it like a fire in a fireplace. You know, if the fire is on in the fireplace, it's great. It warms the house. You know, it creates a great environment, an ambiance. However, when we dump gasoline on the fire, right now it spreads on the walls and starts to burn our home. And obviously that's when it's a major issue. And so in our society, we have lifestyle habits that are dumping gasoline on the fire and causing us to burn up our home. And we just don't really understand it. We don't realize that's actually what we're doing to our body. And then we later, you know, after doing this for years and years and years, we get diagnosed with the chronic disease. But this is many years of chronic inflammation, damaging cells, tissues and organ systems of our body leading to, you know, that disease diagnosis. Absolutely. Absolutely. Thank you for laying that out so clearly. You know, it's so interesting in clinical work, sometimes it comes up. People are like, this just happened to me overnight, thinking that their body has attacked them or betrayed them and that their diagnosis has come on all of a sudden when in reality, nope, this was years in the making. So thank you so much for pointing that out for us. So anyone listening to this, if you have an inflammatory problem, please know. It took time for it to develop and it will take some time for it to heal. The good news is, if healing is possible, that it's likely to be a lot faster compared to the silent onset process. It's like too bad. It would be great if our body, as we get more and more inflamed, gave us a sound or a noise or maybe we turned polka dotted or something so we can know that something's going on here, you know? Yeah, for sure. And many times people do have chronic symptoms that are giving them a warning sign. And we just ignore it in our society, right? It's kind of like a check engine light goes on in our car. Typically we know, okay, I need to bring this in and get it looked at. But in our society, if we have headaches, chronic headaches, if we have chronic gut pain, if we have chronic joint pain, if we have skin rashes, acne, eczema, if we are gaining weight and we try some lifestyle strategies and we're just not losing weight, if we're gaining weight and we can go on and on, in our society, oftentimes the first thing we do is we go right to some sort of medication or we try to just ignore it. It's like we just let the check engine light stay on or we take some duct tape and just kind of stick it over it and pretend that everything's okay with the car. And that's really what we're doing. We're not actually getting to the root cause. Exactly. So that brings me to my very next question for you, which is this. What are some of the root causes of inflammation and how can this be measured quantitatively with lab testing? So when we look at root causes of chronic inflammation, one, and this is what you're really addressing in this summit, is a diet and lifestyle that is not right, right? So high blood sugar and insulin resistance, primarily driven by the food that we're consuming and lack of exercise, right? Lack of movement, food that we're consuming, obviously stress plays a role. So high stress, poor sleep hygiene and poor sleep quality. Sleep quality is super important. We've got to make sure we're sleeping really well when we are sleeping, but also proper hygiene when it comes to sleep. That plays a big role with our sleep quality. For example, shift workers, they might sleep eight or nine hours, but because they're sleeping at the wrong hours that are not right with, you know, humans, natural circadian rhythm or we're supposed to be sleeping at night, they tend to have higher levels of blood sugar and insulin resistance compared to people that are sleeping the same amount of hours and working kind of a normal shift and then sleeping overnight. So those are major factors. And then beyond that, we have things like chronic infections. So we know that when we have different infections, whether it's a candida overgrowth in our gut, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, H. pylori infections in our stomach, parasite infections, Lyme disease, things like that, that all drives up inflammatory processes in our body. Chronic overload of toxicity. All of us are exposed to chemicals in our air, water and food. So all of us have levels of toxicity coming into our system. But if our drainage and detoxification pathways are working properly, we should be eliminating a good amount of those and keeping our toxic bucket under control. And so we all have kind of like a toxic threshold. And so if we keep things under that threshold by keeping, you know, by limiting our exposure to toxins and then by allowing our body to detox and drain effectively, then, you know, that doesn't drive inflammation. However, if we're consuming lots of toxins from the food, we eat the air, we breathe the things we're putting on our skin, the water we're drinking, and then we're not doing things to help improve our lymphatic system, our liver, our gut, our kidneys. Right. We're not we're not peeing. You know, we should be urinating. Right. We should be peeing out toxins. We should be breathing them out. So respiration, perspiration, that's sweating, urination and defecation. Right. So we should be peeing, pooping, breathing. And sweating out these toxins. If we're not doing that, then our toxic load goes up, goes over that threshold, drives inflammation in the body. So toxicity is a big factor. You know, I mentioned stress. There can also be things like post -traumatic stress disorders. Right. So where somebody's had major trauma and their body never really recovered from that trauma and they're kind of reliving that trauma. Maybe somebody that was a war veteran or perhaps they were sexually abused or something along those lines. Right. They may relive those traumas on a regular basis, driving up inflammation in the body. So all of these things need to be addressed and and considered. Somebody might be living in a mold toxic house, right, breathing in mold and mycotoxins on a daily basis. They're trying to live a healthy lifestyle, but they're constantly overloading their their system with toxins. And so we've got to be able to look at all of those factors and make sure that we're addressing those to keep inflammation under control. Now, when we're measuring inflammation on labs, there's some easy labs that we can look at. You know, you can get done on blood work. For example, one of the most common is high sensitivity C reactive protein. CRP is a protein that our body, our immune system produces in response to inflammation. And, you know, so long as you don't get a false negative, like if you work out really intensely right before you get your blood test done, your CRP will be through the roof. That's actually a healthy level of inflammation, because after we exercise, we have inflammation to help our body heal and recover. So normally you want to not work out roughly 48 hours before getting the test done, ideally at least 24 hours. So you get the right measurement and your HSCRP should ideally be under one and really as close to zero as possible. And so typically it's not flag tie unless it's up over two or three, somewhere in that range. But anything over one is a sign that there's underlying inflammation there. And that's something that we definitely want to look at and address. So that's a big factor. You know, I know in this in this summit, I'm sure you've got people talking about things like hemoglobin A1C. We know hemoglobin A1C, that's a sign of the glycation process or basically when a sugar molecule binds to a major protein, like in this case, when it binds to hemoglobin, major protein that helps bring oxygen to the cells in the body and denatures the hemoglobin. And so it causes a sticky protein process. So we should have ideally like the optimal range really is is really under under 5 .2 on the hemoglobin, 5 .2 percent under. And so typically in our society, nothing is flagged until it's up over six, up over six percent. I like to keep mine under five, right? Between four point five and five. Some are in that range to make sure that my hemoglobin, my red blood cells have great capacity to bring oxygen to the cells so I can create the cellular energy I need to really thrive. So hemoglobin A1C is a really good marker. There's another one actually that you can test, too. It's it's it's called a novel marker for systemic inflammation. It's called GlycA, right? And so it's also a marker of glycosylation and again, a sugar molecule binding to proteins. In this case, GlycA looks at proteins particularly involved in the immune system. And so when that's elevated, I like to see it between one hundred and three hundred. Some are in that range, more closer to one hundred when it's up over three hundred. We know that's a sign of systemic inflammation. In fact, there are some individuals that will have normal HSCRP, but we'll see the GlycA elevated. And so that's a really good it's a novel marker. They've just been doing a number of studies on that, really starting just in the last five years. Very interesting marker. We know, for example, statin drugs will have a cholesterol lowering medications can have a mild anti -inflammatory effect that may bring CRP down, but they don't bring GlycA down. Whereas a lot of lifestyle strategies that you're talking about on the summit will help bring both of those markers down. And so that's a that's a really important thing to be looking at. Another key marker is LDH, lactate dehydrogenase, which is part of our natural energy, you know, our glycolysis and Krebs cycle. It's kind of a Krebs cycle glycolysis intermediary enzyme. And so when that's elevated, it's a sign that there's inflammation, particularly heart tissue related as well as liver. Right. Could be related to liver. And speaking of liver, liver enzymes are another really good marker. So when we're seeing liver enzymes like ALT, AST, GGT, when these when these are elevated up over roughly up over 25, that's a sign that there's inflammation affecting the liver cells. And then based on the ratios, for example, if ALT is real high, AST is kind of in the normal range, roughly 10 to 25 in that normal range. We know that inflammation is really affecting the liver when AST is high and ALT is more in the normal range or a lot lower than AST. We start thinking about that inflammation affecting muscle tissues or affecting the heart in particular. So that's a key marker for that. When GGT is real high up over 25 again and the AST and ALT are lower than the GGT, then we start thinking about biliary tree, gallbladder, bile ducts, that region. So it kind of helps us understand more of where that inflammation may be located. So these are just some of the markers. You know, if you get a good a good look, you know, you can also look at just a lipid panel, like where you're looking at your LDL, which is considered the bad cholesterol, your triglycerides, your HDL levels. We like to see the triglyceride to HDL ratio. If there was one thing I was going to look at on a lipid panel, I think all the markers can have some importance. We can get some good clinical data from all those markers. But if there was one marker I think is most important to look at, it would be the triglyceride to HDL ratio. So how many triglycerides, which are basically free fatty acids that our body can use as an energy source that are circulating in the bloodstream versus the high density lipoproteins, which are a carrier molecule that helps bring fats, lipids, all different types of molecules back to the liver from the cells. And so when we're looking at that ratio, we ideally should be under two. So under two parts triglyceride to HDL, roughly close to one. And that kind of close, as close to one as possible, one part triglyceride, one part HDL, like to see that triglyceride level certainly under a hundred. OK, and we look at that. That is a key marker for insulin resistance and inflammation. If your triglyceride to HDL ratio is up over two, if your HDL is under 50, you know, triglycerides are up over a hundred. You know, definitely a sign of insulin resistance and inflammation taking place in the body as long as the test is done fasting. Right. We always want to make sure with the lipid panel definitely can be affected if we eat a meal right before we we get that lab done. But that's a really key marker to look at and helps us understand how well our body's responding to getting nutrients into the cells. So when triglycerides are real high, we're not good at burning fat for fuel. We've got all these extra fats out in the cell or outside in the bloodstream. And those fats can become denatured and cause more reactive oxygen species and drive up oxidative stress and inflammation in the system. So all very important markers to be looking at. A lot of these tests are not expensive, but glyca is a little bit more pricey. But most of the other ones you can easily get from your physician. Just go in, ask for the high sensitivity, high sensitivity to your reactive protein, lipid panel, liver enzymes. Right. They'll run all of those. And then one other marker that we should look at as well as vitamin D levels are 25 hydroxy vitamin D. A lot of research out showing that levels on certainly under 30 nanograms per milliliter, where you're you're the lab will actually flag you as deficient, you know, linked with all cause mortality. So if you have levels under 30, you're all cause mortality, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, neurodegenerative condition. We talk about any sort of chronic disease and then dying of anything goes up. Right. So it's really easy actually to bump that up. Ideally, we do it by getting in the sun. However, most of us just not getting enough sunshine. We may not be living in an area where the sun's going to impact us in a significant way to get the vitamin D if we're up. Let's say we live in Canada, we live in Maine, we live in these northern climates. It's going to be harder to get enough vitamin D from the sun. But if we are in a you know, even if we are in that location, like in the summer months, trying to get as much sun on as much of your body as possible. Obviously, you don't want to burn. But outside of that, trying to get the sunshine is key. Sun offers a lot more benefits than just a vitamin D supplement. However, taking a vitamin D supplement as well can be really helpful. I usually recommend about a thousand international units per twenty five pounds of body weight taken with meals you do at one or two doses, depending on how much of that you need. And that will definitely get your vitamin D levels up. You want to test every three to six months or so and kind of look at where you're at. Ideally, I like to see it up over 60 nanograms per milliliter, usually not concerned about overdosing. The research shows that as long as you keep it really under about 150 nanograms per milliliter, you won't deal with any sort of, you know, toxicity, vitamin D toxicity. It's really hard to get it up over 150, although it can be done if you're taking like 50 ,000 units every single day. So if you're taking roughly five, 10, 15 ,000 units every day, you're probably going to optimize your vitamin D and do really well. And so those would be some of the key labs I would definitely recommend. All right, great, thank you for that list of people listening, friends, you know, here in the audience, please do take out your notes, get your paper and pen ready, or if you're keeping a Google doc or however you're keeping track and look at this list because it'll be helpful to you to help guide your own health and be aware. And you may find you're already working with a doctor who's doing these kind of testing. It's not time to time to up level. Hey, I just wanted to interrupt this podcast to tell you about my cell liposomal glutathione. This is an amazing product because our modern world is toxic. No matter how health conscious you try to be. The truth is that every single day you and I are being bombarded by harmful toxins and stressors, things like EMF, 5G, heavy metals, chemicals, processed foods and the like. And when left to roam free, these toxins take on the form of something called free radicals. Free radicals promote an unhealthy inflammatory response and contribute to oxidative on damage the cellular level. This is kind of like the browning of an apple. This is happening inside of our bodies at all times, and it's potentially leading to premature aging, a lower quality of life and a range of health problems. But the good news is that we can fight back with antioxidants and they are crucial in combating free radicals and keeping you on track. And one of the most powerful antioxidants known to man is glutathione. You see, glutathione fights free radicals and molecules that cause cellular damage while repairing the DNA and flushing out toxins. The only thing about glutathione is that not all supplements are created equal. You want a kind of glutathione that has optimal absorption capacity. And that is why I love the Pureality Health My Cell Liposomal Technology, which delivers the nutrients into your bloodstream. And it's proven to be 800 percent more efficient than other forms of glutathione. And even better, this is backed by a 180 day money back guarantee. And today we have a 30 percent off coupon for you. Go to Bloomberg .com to get context. This is Bloomberg Radio. We intend to hold policy at a restrictive level until we're confident that inflation is moving down sustainably toward our objective. We're running strong growth, we're running inflation that's above target, so it makes sense to guide towards higher for longer. There is a concern on the other side of this that they're going to need a higher neutral rate. The economy has changed since the shutdown restart, and the Federal Reserve is still struggling to come to grips with that. The Fed delivered exactly what they wanted to, provide a hawkish sap that allows them to speak more dubishly. This is Bloomberg Surveillance with Tom Kean, Jonathan Farrow, and Lisa Abramowitz. Well, there's a split decision, live from London, for our audience worldwide. Good morning, good morning. This is Bloomberg Surveillance on TV and radio. Alongside Tom Kean and Lisa Abramowitz, I'm Jonathan Farrow, and I'm not talking about the Federal Reserve. Rates unchanged at the Bank of England, Tom. The votes split, nine members of the MPC, 5 -4, in favor of maintaining interest rates exactly where they are at 5 -25. This is a surprise. It'll be interesting to see the defense makeup. You see a 5 -4 in terms of maintaining. That's the kind of tension, John, may be obscured in Washington. It's very visible feet away from our offices. That's the decision. Here's the signal they want to send this morning, Lisa. Further tightening required if inflation persists. It feels like this week's CPI print, a bit of a game changer for this BOE. I want to hear, though, from you.

Go to Bloomberg .com to get context. All these different participants who submitted their numbers, and by the way, economic forecasting is very difficult, guys. I've heard that before. I heard that today, actually, from Craig's chair, Jay Powell. I mean, not if you have a crystal ball, I don't know, do you guys not have one? Yeah, we don't. Let's walk you through the market numbers here. We've been talking a lot about the macro, but it was a pretty busy day for equity markets, obviously on pins and needles about the Fed, but of course, you had an IPO today in Klaviyo and not necessarily the best trading day for Instacart and Arm, once again. The net effect of it all is the Dow Jones Industrial Average, lower by about two -tenths of a percent. The S &P 500 giving back almost a percent on the day of roughly 41 points, a close right around that 4400 level, a key technical level there. The composite NASDAQ down about 200 points, or one and a half percent, while the Russell 2000 looks like it's going to finish out the day lower by about nine -tenths of a percent. All right, quick look at the S &P 500 in terms of the names, about 173 to the upside, 328 to the downside, so certainly more of that risk -off trade, no doubt about it, and two unchanged, Scarlett. Yeah, volume also slightly lower than the year -to -date average. Let's look at the sector performances here for the S &P 500. It was a down day for the major indexes, as Romain told us, but there are some sectors that did finish higher, including telecom names, healthcare equipment, and food, beverage and tobacco. So you're seeing a lot of those dividend plays, those safety plays come out ahead. On the flip side, you've got a lot of those big tech names, media, entertainment, semi and semiconductor equipment companies, and tech hardware, along with software and services, all leading to the downside, all down by at least one and a half percent. All right, a little nervous making sure that my gainers actually held onto their gains, but let's go to it. Klaviyo, right? The IPO, it's been a big week. Not all of them sent their own. Can we just get rid of that fourth one? Darn it.

Markets Daily Crypto Roundup
A highlight from Crypto Update | Championing Crypto Causes and the Latest DeFi Breach With Host Noelle Acheson
"This episode of Markets Daily is sponsored by Kraken. It's Wednesday, September 20th, 2023, and this is Markets Daily from Coindesk. My name is Noelle Acheson, Coindesk collaborator and author of The Crypto's Macro Now newsletter on Substack. On today's show, we're talking about crypto activism and another DeFi hack. And just a reminder, Coindesk is a new source and does not provide investment advice. Now, a markets roundup. Crypto assets were mixed today. At 10 a .m. Eastern time, Bitcoin was up almost eight -tenths of a percent over the past 24 hours, trading at $27 ,164. Ether, on the other hand, was down four -tenths of trading at $1 ,631. Ether's underperformance could be a market reaction to a series of reports from blockchain sleuths of large transfers of the asset to exchanges. While it is hard to know exactly what is behind on -chain movements, the reports could be enough to spook some investors into getting out ahead of what might be potential sell pressure. Meanwhile, Bitcoin trading volume continues to fall. A report from K33 Research published yesterday shows that Bitcoin spot volumes dropped a further 8 % over the past seven days. This has been driven largely by sharp declines in activity on Binance, the world's largest crypto exchange in terms of trading volume. The seven -day spot volume average on Binance is down 57 % since the beginning of the month. Most other exchanges are flat over the same period, with Coinbase registering a 9 % increase. It remains to be seen where the volumes leaving Binance will end up, if anywhere. Much of the drop could be from more liquidity providers leaving the platform in the face of intensifying legal pressure on the exchange from US regulators. This is likely to have a further dampening effect on liquidity, which could further delay the entrance of large investors. Institutions generally need a certain amount of liquidity to be assured that their orders won't unduly distort the market, and that they could exit easily if necessary. In traditional markets, US stocks are heading up this morning as traders brace for the FOMC rates decision later today. The S &P 500 was up over 0 .3%, the Nasdaq up 0 .2%, and the Dow Jones up almost 0 .5%. While the market is pricing at a pause, attention is now focusing on the likelihood of another hike before the end of the year. CME futures show odds swinging in favour of no more hikes this year, implying that the peak is already in. This would be good news for stocks which are already looking ahead to the likely timing of rate cuts. The bond market, however, is signalling that it expects US rates to be higher for longer. This morning, the yield on the 10 -year US Treasury reached its highest point since 2007. The updated FOMC summary of economic projections due to be published today should shed some light on the Fed's expectations for rate cuts next year. In Europe, the FTSE 100 jumped this morning on news that UK inflation came in lower than expected. The year -on -year increase for August was 6 .7%, notably better than the consensus forecast of 7%, and the lowest level in 18 months. Tomorrow, we hear from the Bank of England as to the outlook for UK interest rates. Odds for another hike tomorrow have dropped to below 60 % after being an almost sure thing just a few days ago. Earlier this morning, the FTSE 100 and the German DAX index were up almost 0 .09%, while the Euro stock 600 was up just over 1%. In Asia, Japan's Nikkei index was down almost 0 .07%, as data out earlier today showed the country's exports dropping for the second consecutive month. In China, the Shanghai Composite fell more than 0 .5 % after Chinese banks left their benchmark loan prime rates unchanged in line with the central bank's oil prices finally seem to be taking a breather, with the Brent crude benchmark down almost 1 .5 % over the past 24 hours, trading at $94 a barrel. This comes as Goldman Sachs raised its forecast for crude to $100 a barrel, citing strong consumption coupled with production cuts. Gold saw a sharp bounce this morning, with the price jumping over 0 .5 % in half an hour, trading as high as $1 ,943 per ounce. This has led to speculation of a large buyer entering the market. It could also be a reaction to a decline today in the DXY dollar index. Stay tuned. After the break, we'll take a look at investor trust in DeFi platforms and efforts to mobilize crypto Meet voters. the all new Kraken Pro, the powerful, customizable, beautiful way to trade crypto. It's Kraken's most powerful trading platform ever, packed with trading features like advanced order management and analytics tools, all in a redesigned modular trading interface. So head to pro .kraken .com and trade like a pro. Welcome back. In this section, we're going to look at crypto activism. But first, another DeFi attack hits crypto. This morning, decentralized trading protocol Balancer said that its web front end was suffering from an exploit and urged users not to interact with the website. According to data platform DeFi Llama, Balancer has a total value locked of about $700 million, making it the fourth largest decentralized exchange. The attack comes roughly a month after Balancer warned the public about an unrelated vulnerability in the protocol's pools. On -chain data show that, so far, over 200 ,000 has been stolen in this exploit. This is not a large amount by crypto hack standards, but it is significant in that it could further weaken investor trust in DeFi platforms. Crypto exploits have caused losses of over $1 billion so far this year, according to blockchain security firm Certik. Recent hacks have highlighted that there are many potential vectors of vulnerability. It's not just the core application code. This further complicates DeFi utility for investors looking for yield, especially given the high yield available now in traditional markets with much lower risk. On a more uplifting note, Coinbase is rallying grassroots activism. Yesterday, the crypto exchange published a blog post urging crypto's 52 million users, according to the company, to call their congressman. The company's Stand with Crypto Alliance will be organizing events across nine states. Coinbase is also launching a paid media campaign that aims to show how powerful the crypto lobby can be. On December 27th, Stand with Crypto Day will convene entrepreneurs and developers from around the country in Washington DC to meet with government officials. And the platform has also launched an app to make it super easy for users to reach the right people in Congress. This could have an impact. After all, if only 10 % of the reported 52 million users make a call, that's a lot of collective phone time. It should also send a strong signal that crypto users have political opinions and that pro -innovation candidates are likely to win their support as the US elections approach. A highlight from SPECIAL REPORT: SBF TRIAL 9-20 Update
"Welcome to the SBF trial, a Coindesk podcast network newsletter bringing you daily insights from inside the courtroom where Sam Bankman -Fried will try to stay out of prison. Follow the Coindesk podcast network to get the audio each morning with content from the Coindesk regulation team and voiced by Wondercraft AI. As we gear up for Sam Bankman -Fried's and unpack what happened in late 2022 that got us here today. It is one of the most consequential documents in financial history, given that it caused the collapse of a $32 billion empire in just nine days. And now to a highly anticipated criminal trial. It is the infamous balance sheet of Sam Bankman -Fried's trading firm, Alameda Research. Its explosive content served as the basis for a November 2nd, 2022 story by Coindesk's Ian Allison. The article raised questions about how sturdy the company's financial underpinnings were and by extension, how safe Bankman -Fried's better known crypto exchange FTX was. It turns out not at all. For the protection of our sources, we are not publishing the document itself, but rather describing its contents in finer detail than ever before. Labeled consolidated balance sheet 2022 Q2, it gets into the nitty gritty of Alameda's naughty empire. Much of that empire relied on tokens of projects Alameda was unusually close with, particularly the formerly white hot crypto startups it invested in. For example, it led eight figure investment rounds in the closely linked projects, Oxygen and Maps .me and counted nearly $600 million worth of those projects tokens locked and unlocked on its balance sheet. When FTX went bust, it stranded 95 % of those projects token supply in a state of limbo that seems to continue to this day. Those projects tokens have since lost much of their value, but even back then they were unlikely to be worth that much in practice. Attempting to trade them at scale on the open markets would have shattered their value. Alameda had multiple ties to Bonfita, the popular wallet naming service in the Ethereum ecosystem. It was the primary market maker for Bonfita's native token FITA. It acquired millions of FITA tokens by investing in that startup. Notably, Bonfita developers inherited development duties over the purportedly decentralized Serum crypto exchange, another FTX production. In SRM, the bounds of reality and believability began to break down for Alameda. It was a token that FTX group coders had conjured out of nothing for the benefit of Serum. The SBF founded trading infrastructure for much of Solana blockchain -based DeFi. Alameda reported holding nearly $183 million worth of locked SRM and $300 million unlocked, plus nearly $320 million in SRM collateral and an additional $330 million in locked SRM as a liability. But it was Alameda's miles deep holdings of FTT, the exchange token minted specifically by FTX, that proved to be the empire's undoing. CoinDesk's November 2nd, 2022 article authored by Ian Allison revealed that billions of dollars of FTT backed up Alameda's largesse, a fact that spooked market participants and eventually set off a run on FTX. It was during that chaos that people began to realize that the emperor had no clothes. Four days after Allison's story came out, Binance CEO CZ tweeted that, due to recent revelations, his exchange would sell its hefty FTT holdings. That quickly drove down the price of FTT, putting Bankman -Friede's companies into a tailspin. Bankman -Friede was forced two days later to seek a bailout from Binance. But that proposed takeover fell apart in a day, something another Allison scoop revealed was likely to happen hours before it was made official. Then, on November 11th, Bankman -Friede's companies were forced to file for bankruptcy protection. Allison's initial scoop on the collapse. Thousands of news stories credited CoinDesk for setting off the chain of events, including pieces from high -profile publications like The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, The Financial Times, The Verge, New York Magazine, CNN, and NPR's Planet Money podcast. CoinDesk journalists went on to win a George Polk Award, one of the top journalism honors, for their FTX coverage. And their finalists for the prestigious Gerald Loeb Award. Winners for that will be announced next week.

Real Estate Coaching Radio
A highlight from Real Estate Daily Success Schedule
"Welcome to Real Estate Coaching Radio, starring award -winning real estate coaches and number one international bestselling authors, Tim and Julie Harris. This is the number one daily radio show for realtors looking for a no BS, authentic, real time coaching experience. What's really working in today's market, how to generate more leads, make more money, and have more time for what you love in your life. And now your hosts, Tim and Julie Harris. Welcome back, Julie Harris. So I have to start out by saying I am a little overwhelmed from the results of the announcement yesterday that we are considering opening up the hair certified coach program again. Me too. And we received like 37 of you filled out the form and expressing your interest in learning how to become a real estate coach. Now I understand and appreciate your energy and enthusiasm and we're going to, I think we are going to relaunch that sometime in the next 30 to 60 days. It is something we really like doing. It is honestly from Julie and I's perspective, a tremendous amount of work. Because it's one of the only things, it's one of our main programs that we have to do ourselves. It's a 90 day program. At the end of the 90 day program, you will have learned how to be not just a real estate coach, but also have a real estate coaching business. And if you're interested in that, just simply go to Harriscertifiedcoach .com and I'm also going to leave a link in the show description of today's podcast below. So just as always, scroll down and you're going to be able to click over and then fill out the form. You've got to fill out the form. And so we are starting with an understanding of what hair certified coach is all about. It's not going to be something for all of you because it is something we take extremely seriously because in a lot of ways, when you have learned to become a hair certified coach, you're then going to be set out into the wilds to coach people using our material. But we're also going to again show you how to generate real estate coaching leads. You can start your own coaching business. Some of you are at a perfect point in your careers where this would be a great, I think, addition to your income, if not a whole new career path. So if this is for you, if you're curious, just go to Harriscertifiedcoach .com or like I said, scroll down in the link below. We'll take you over to the main page. Please do read the FAQs and then fill out the form. And then that form is personally reviewed by Julie and I. So in today's show, we are going to be focused on your real estate daily success schedule. This is, I have to say, it's a topic you and I talk about directly and indirectly all the time because at the end of the day, your life is rooted in a schedule. A lot of people, myself included, hate having a schedule. You as well. Sure. Nobody likes it. Everybody does. But the thing is, even if you don't have a schedule, a formalized schedule, you have a schedule. You just may not be acknowledging it. You just may not be acknowledging it because your life is basically being run around certain milestones throughout the day. So given the fact that you have a schedule, despite the fact you don't necessarily want one if you're a butthead like Julie and I, well then look at the facts. Why not make a schedule that's going to be conducive to the betterment of your long -term physical, financial, spiritual, educational wants, needs, and desires. At the end of the day, guys, you can accomplish everything you want to accomplish, and this is the best part, I think, and you're about to learn more why this is true, in less than three hours a day, usually first thing in the morning. So Julie, without any further delay. That's right. So there's not nine million things you have to do with your schedule, but there are some key things that you've got to adopt and adapt and turn into your daily minimum standards that you do as habits. And again, I love what you just said, because really at the end of the day, if you've accomplished three to five things, and we're going to really drill down on what those probably should be and you can adjust accordingly, if you do three to five things at a high level every single day, even if you don't get a real obvious listing contract or closing or something like that, that particular day, you're building positive momentum, which is going to result in really great things, maybe 30, 60, 90 days down the road. Indeed it will. All right. So what should you have in your ideal schedule? Number one, use and update your visual accountability whiteboards every day. You should be tracking all of the following based on your goals. These are on your wall. These are whiteboards with pens. You guys can visualize that. Harris, those of you in Premier Coaching, there are lots of examples of Premier Coaching. And again, when you join Premier Coaching, in the first level of Premier Coaching, which you have free access to listeners, and again, the link is in the show description, you also receive the Real Estate Treasure Map. The Real Estate Treasure Map is your fill in the line business and life plan. It is the first thing that we want all new coaching clients to complete. And a lot of this information is actually covered in the Real Estate Treasure Map. So if you want to know what Julie means by what your board should look like, it's in the Real Estate Treasure Map, join Premier Coaching, and actually I relabeled it in the first level. It actually says business planning Real Estate Treasure Map. There you go. So it's easy to find. No excuses. And by the way, all my elite, my one -on -one coaching clients, and I think yours as well, send, they will text us pictures of their whiteboards, their visual accountability prior to a coaching call, and that's some additional accountability, isn't it? When our private numbers page on Facebook, they will oftentimes, yeah, well, it's because if your real estate magic number, and we're talking Harris Coaching speak now, but bear with us. If your real estate magic number is 10, you need 10 listings at all times, and you've been able to hit the number 10 for the first time in your career. You're proud of that. Hell yeah, you are. You're posting it everywhere. Exactly. Yes, and you're getting a lot of love and support from the Harris certified coaches and your colleagues that are working on the same things as you. So what do you track with your visual accountability whiteboards? Leads, active listings, buyers, pending closings, and closed transactions. So for example, if your business plan, your real estate treasure map calls for you to do 22 transactions this year, on your closed transaction board, you're going to have one through 22, and you're going to fill them in. They travel through your boards. Everything starts as a lead. Then it's either a buyer or an active listing. Then it becomes a pending, and then it lands on your closed transaction board. You literally can visually see, are you on track ahead or behind? Think about this from an emotional perspective, finances are intertwined with emotions. If your goal is to earn, I'll just pick a very simple number, all of you should be able to wrap your arms around this, $100 ,000. Let's say your average commission is $10 ,000. This should be obvious that you have to sell 10 houses. For you to sell 10 houses, how many leads do you need? That's the whole process. How many contacts are you going to be needing to make per day? I'll give you the answer, 10. If you make 10 contacts per day, if you have 10 listings at all times, you will sell at least, you will get and sell at least 10 listings or 10 houses per year. Probably it'll be split between buyers and sellers. That is the very least amount of transactions and money you guys should be making in this market or any market, frankly. It does work like clockwork like that. That's the point of the treasure map is to show you that. Then number two, what are we doing on your daily schedule? Look at your finances every day. Yes, look at your finances every day. Use mint .com as your dashboard of key performance indicators or KPIs, your savings, your checking, your credit cards, investment accounts, investment properties, and everything else financial are visible using mint .com. This includes your credit scores as well as your upcoming bills and your actual budget. Mint .com is not an official sponsor. It sounds like a mint commercial, but that's because we like them so much and we use them personally. It's actually really easy to set up. It's mint .com, M -I -N -T. We did this yesterday. We always have run all of our business expenses and our personal expenses through an American Express card for a whole bunch of reasons, but Julie found yesterday, she sent me a summary of there was 11 charges on our Amex for our business card that she didn't recognize. Sure enough, there were some just rando charges that just popped up that worked from things we canceled over a year ago. Those merchants were hoping that we were asleep at the wheel and wouldn't contest the charge which we did, so you're going to have to pay attention to all that stuff and really be watching out for it. Unfortunately that happens. Sometimes it's a clerical error on their end, but nonetheless, make sure you're paying attention to your money. The other thing that happens is a lot of people have a direct negative visceral reaction when they're thinking about money. Even frankly, Julie's voice goes up when she talks about money, so if we start talking about money, you guys will hear it in her voice. It's kind of funny. It's a subconscious thing that gives her a little bit of anxiety. understand. I completely Most people feel that way, but if you increase their frequency of checking in on your money, so it's not like every time you log into your checking account, it's like seeing a ghost. If you're going there frequently and you're familiarizing yourself with the patterns of how your finances work and you become more comfortable with it, then it's not obviously going to have that same emotional reaction because you will have jumped in the deep end. These money things, guys, are very easy to move past.

Having our own little basket and like either we have like a living a dining room table and then we have like a breakfast table that we've had for a long time so We were real small kids. We had our own bedrooms and we would have something in our room like set up on chair. She'd always make us our own basket. And then she would make like a countertop display some. She got the whole fucking confetti. Walk a year. Thanks mom and this kind of a funny store. It was a two easters ago. It's was open all of them to everyone. No dad there might be something that all of them. I was like dude. It's probably not. It was the money for us. The golden egg. Yeah we did. A few of the smaller ones would have one dollar bills. Some of them. What had five. And then one of them would have a ten or twenty. That was the golden egg the golden egg. Yeah people did. I didn't really do it. What people do. When i was a kid. I live with my grandparents for a good when i was a move down there. I moved out i got. I got relocated for me to go. It's been great. But i'm going to get out of here. No yeah so. I when i got moved out of there before i think it was. I scurried second grade. Second grade But up until then like it was a huge deal with each other because they were like baptist. Yeah so i mean. Easter is awesome. But they'd be a big deal. Adjust fancy had easter suits. "Like. Oh yeah. Brush my teeth. Left-handed jabbing my mouth with a toothbrush. And then the The medicinal part or the similar religious silber tori herbs. Use comes from the roots and then they dry it and boil it the mix it with coconut water. And then they kind of swish it. Around and whatever wish they. One dose of kavakava is a chopped off top of a coconut. Shell you imagine what. I wanted to try it. I'm just. I'm also just obsessed with this feeling of holding your fingertips at the bottom of the bowl I like to drink my tea like this. I have a traditional chinese teacup. That was given to me by a chemistry teacher. I was gonna say. I thought it was japanese reduced so chinese The gentleman who gave me the cutlass chinese. I'm not sure now. That is cool. How they drink soup. They don't use spoons law the time. Yeah hold the bullets bonus so cute i. I saw that. I was like i've been used as spoon this whole time. Like suckered spins you can just drink it from the mole. Yeah but if you google intoxicating pepper yeah or at least google translates of this particular word but yeah it means something really fun. No you know the thing. I had had something prettier Like rejuvenating words this. I mean it definitely does something. It's worth the by water. We're all in. This is only one game one can of in. And i can't say words. Yeah i feel pretty good. I feel like a. It's supposed to be a at least scribe. It just wanna know this word. Sorry for being my phone need to know this word. That's okay because it was so fun but it's this is subscribe not by the people that use it by like the internet like women. Md or something or like people but people like that websites like that as a conversational lubricant. Is i read that somewhere. And then as post to help with people who suffer from social anxiety yes Which is very very similar to when people have a few drinks like at a party. I guess i feel more loose yes. It's nice that it doesn't have like addictive properties or supposed to be hung over it because it's not alcohol either so you're not gonna have like and like you can drive. Yeah yeah fine so we're alcohol and don't do that just don't did. Some some studies on are the ones that i read that. They gave it to people. Not the psychedelic water. But it was kavakava which is one of think the meeting ingredients in here and people who had ged which has general anxiety disorder. gad cat. yeah. I hate medical acronyms with us. What it is in the i. I want to say the people that got kavakava it reduced their gad by like fifty seven percent or something like some and for to be just a plant. That's my favorite stuff. Things are plants. And you're like oh that works nice. Yeah so that's it has less calories. That was something that's benefit thing said where this one has twenty calories where like a beer has one hundred hundred even just like straight tequila has like ninety but you know what straight to kill has enough top of your head. You don't worry about lie. I know that okay got worried about it. I mean. I did a lot of drink in this year and i also watch what i put him up body as far as calorie count. But there's so if you google kava kava the supplement excuse me the the yeah. The supplement it. There's a lot of things pop up about liver damage up so you're not supposed to drink with it if you have to actually have like alcohol beverages that you're not supposed to but there's two strains of kabakov wrote down here so once king peppers all i can ask sure that it said something else but like that also or drink intoxicating beverage. School was called noble noble noble noble once called tutti spill. That case you understand my accent t you die to yeah like that's the to strain so the first one is noble is the one that you can consume every day. It's shouldn't mess up your liver gonna mess up your liver unless you dislike. Od all you need is like a brick of kavakava pace or something kavakava paced. The other one is the one. I can't pronounce tutti to to pronunciation bad. That's bad from the good with that when you're not you can't eat consume that one every day. Good for you but nothing you should probably consume every day for like air and water air. Water love true but Yeah so this is probably the noble kavakava that were consuming today. You vanity fair your second one. Yeah it's got something called cava lactones. Cairo peruvians sorry. That's leave lou. Lisi losing my brain leaving my brain. Sorry and that's the thing of kabakov that's the chemical that has the effect so something kind of cool see research research we can read. Phones knows coming on my brain. Just come off the top. Okay you dr stuff to come straight up. I could go doctor. Go doctor on nights too boring. that's okay. It does some stuff with Gab receptors in your brain and then it so you'll can down regulate some dopamine in zimbabwe think serotonin receptors. I can't remember which one. I think it was inconclusive. Maybe both yada yada yada. So what that means when you when you consume kavakava like in coconut shell way it gives you increase amount of dopamine in your body and your brain or your blood or your body. Whatever so that's supposed to be one of the reasons. Why gives you that really cool feeling because that happens nice. Yeah it's definitely a feeling. Yeah i like it. I'm offering yeah and then I thought it was just going to be delicious water. But it's my tongue fun. Yeah that's my favorite part. Time fills fine head spaces nice and it's like so studying outside like i just can't i just can't with today and it wasn't too late good. I've realized what my timing means is twenty minutes off. Yeah if i say on the hour. I'm going to be within fifteen to twenty minutes here at at noon twelve thirty. That's what i plan. And i was here at twelve. Nineteen perfect also does the. I can't pronounce the work. That i just learned it like two weeks ago. These be ever heard of it. Actually carolina show because she'll look it up but whatever they were said if i say the second ago my mind's already too i can see my brain but i'm like i put those in my mouth just three months. V8 guy does going scott. I'm waiting to pop it. Do it three airport. The bowl will see this one little bit richer of purple color. So now i got the she have hibiscus plus lime. She's got black berry. Yuzu new pok mon. It does does sound like a plant based pok mon but the other thing does besides the yes decides that thing. I just told you don't forget what else talking about about the increase dopamine it also barnes to a receptor is slipping my mind too. But it's one the same receptors in your brain that cannabis like cannibal cannon man bullied skin. So don't talking about that when you smoke. We attached attached to sue. So that's one of the reasons why they think when you consume kabakov it gives you a decreasing levels just like a cd or that particular can can. Anna boyd decided it. Sounds better than what she said. The first time. I said the first time. Yeah okay the first one is like canidates. We'd there's a written in brains cadillac tunes cava lactose. What's in the act. As a gavitt hitter also watch onto a receptor the same same receptors. Canvases i.

That was the first time being was i about. Maybe it wasn't that year. I definitely was the year after. Because that's when i first got my first tail and i was a wolf in bad those weekends and then we just had such a good because she was a chicken hearner. Her has been were chickens. And so just ed some point you know protected chicken and so we just had such a good time and then for my birthday. Her husband's getting her a bat. She's like shut up. Like i know what the fuck she wants like. You just stop and it came in like a really beautiful like little case. That was like satin lined in a resin square. It's a cool like bat in. It's like a bet it. it's about a real bad. i love it so cute. It's amazing and so yes. She gets me something bad every year. And then my friend cole has gotten me a bat. Common like spandex. Batman shirt that man batman and that man is and then i got to see bats in the uk we did about. Have you been to austin texas where they have the bets on the bridge. No at Hulu they have huge bad houses. That are maybe like size of your fireplace is supposed to be crazy. And also it's supposed to be like super light one thing that you have. I never been awesome so i would have moved to austin. It's a cool place. Yes we're live like whatever. Andre graduates from high school. Come on let's go to texas worthy. He goes way. I'm going somewhere else. I'm not going to be in columbus georgia. Yeah can be here until you turn eighteen and you decide to do something. Mt that stays here like good job. Actually i'd be like dude dude. Get out of get out of here. I'm going somewhere out. I got eleven year. Countdown about tenure. Doug a decade countdown going. Every year i might nine years. I'll get the fuck out when you think about stuff like that. Like retiring i get seems like a long time and then it's not life is long. Life is short. Yeah divisible which season you're union which was like which stream of life. Yeah i'm kind of like in a middle place right now. it's like. I don't feel old but it is. I feel different. Yeah i'll give you that. I felt different. That make different choices. You're on a good path man. you're gonna get pathway. East coast sucked a whole. Life has been i will say. Also a group as a kid suck but that wasn't my choice. That was pressed upon me. But i mean the best choices from the and then my like or you're at like that much older than you but you know what i mean like graduated high school college doctor school right after school fucking awesome. Yeah great turn thirty. Started making get real relational. Yeah and then like the other people and then she gets sideways. Yeah for me but when people ask me about like i do it again because it had my son. Yeah so when you have a kid. You can't play the redo gave. Yeah it's like. I would not want to not have hand. Xactly ever happen to me so i can't play the other conversations with parents and they're like i love my children but they're always looking at me. They're like think about it before you have kids. I'm i'm the opposite. Yeah you know what i mean. Like kids are great. My some better than i mean. it's great. yeah so kept alive. Cames kept me. He's a fake or he's the person. Yeah me vibrant. He's in relevant. Yeah he's everything to me like he's a best friend. he's my student. I've his students teacher man. He's my teacher. I've his teacher y'all sultan right which is which school it's cool. I teach them like the conditional ways of the world and he teaches me the ways of nature. Because he's present. yeah it was. He teaches me the ways of. Which is you know what. I mean like the way. That really is teach of the way of the way that we've made it so it was a good relationship but like so i can't play the can't play the game because of the impact these had on me. Yeah but If i could like place where we're science fiction game and pimping keeping you go back to like twenty nine or thirty. I will do everything. Different for that sean. But that's okay. It's okay but pride that i would say up until thirty. everything's fantastic. I mean like. But then so i'm thirty nine now so for here on now my cool. Yeah got my dude good. Do things how. I would have done them. Yeah make different choices and different things with different filter. Now the have regrets. But i'm just looking at life as a teaching tool as opposed to being cyclical like. I'm going to go through the same cycles over. And over which are either happy or unhappy. I'm going to go discernible. Life was amazing. This kinda sucks. Saw destroying the sucked. Fuck that yeah exactly. I'm gonna go through a different. Yeah you're gonna be so. I got a new type nihilism or anything but like you know fuck it live learn. That's why i called. The saying came from life is fucking crazy is so you live and learn. I go lived like you mike okay. That was dumb more head a thought. Warren my heart. When i look to people like any relation that romantically any relationship. Well people's actions with people say relational they always think romantic. Musa true but the relationship. We have a relation like every week a friendship that we have a relation you know. Everyone has relation with everyone. That's our you'll have a hard. I fuck up as better. 'cause i romanticized people or i look at people with my heart as opposed to what the fuck they're doing. Yeah because of how people that say things to me but they do the opposite so if you have the experience is fucked up like you know some people are fucked up to you fucked up things. Some people will say the opposite an like one. Half of their body is like awesome and the other half is fucked up. I've had a lot of people that way. Which makes it difficult because you have to pick fifty fifty. So you're you're half right half raleigh okay. This person they're cooter path your this doug shit yeah well. This person is amazing. I've had a lot of people that are significant. Be has these. So i've had choose. I'm my god damn why you may choose. What is a dictum ear be awesome. You don't be both. Yeah exactly. i've had the the beaten by circumstance. I hate that phrase..

"I was looking at it this way. If you're not watching watching it like with her level that's a make any motions where she would know. Stop talking because it was the end of the end of the talk like she just walked over and put her right there and then she started drowning here. At least it was just like the doctor said this is going to happen. And she's going to go into seizure and soon she gets off the oxygen off the oxygen this whole time. Yeah so she was dying. They made at home though she told me. You wanna know. I look like i'm gonna say whether she's going to die a gift. You're the gift of easy transition. But she's not going to die and it's going to be able to take her. Yeah i to take your next month year because they do this for people all the time and not a lot of people do stay the toughest that i used to work out like people wouldn't stay i get it. It's well is hard it's hard. Yeah people wanna take the heart. Don't give a fuck. There's also a dog. Yeah but i did not have the relationship with the vets i worked for. They were fantastic people. And like you know there'd be there. They would try to do whatever they could. You know that was part of their training was making sure we were super respectful for these people because we had to be the ones to give the hard conversation. Yeah it's tough i. it was. It was hard but like thought about like apartment. Wanted to be a bit. When i was driving offers about a thirty five to forty five minute drive from here. Pardon me it wouldn't be a bitch. I was like this is fucking do it over the phone. Yeah could've again. But i was life thought flash. Thought it's like. I could just it can just do it and i don't have to experience that her like make that decision in front of another person but it was thought fly. They were thought of it in like comprehend. Think like. I don't even think of was actually contemplating it. That's not true. But flash head. And i was like sousa flasher house like fuck dude. I was like that's a bitch move. Leave her alone. With the eldest. She's put up with me. Been there for me all the dumb shit shit laugh. I'm here for your girl. Yeah so it was a it was very. It was a peaceful transition in Was hard man and it was like. It wasn't even like diskin joint. It wasn't like okay. It was literally like a fucking spiritual movie man like talking to her. She's fucking death. Yeah she can't hear me. She felt that she use in a word. So i you should be able to talk to my dog. You know they know wordsley. She knew a lot of words. She's smart. She's you have dumped. Oh yeah she was a doctoral time but like she was daf in the cargo through. This isn't just said my piece. Beautiful beautiful beautiful piece. That was crazy. It was crazy as soon as i was done like. I don't want to say. I can't say she just put her. There's literally walked over. Put her blue hill. And that's when. I heard her all the stuff. I just hit the button and i was like. She was waiting for me to say that she felt like she was dari in phillies. She gave me the solace or the the respect to say that to her for her giving you that she was giving. Kathy worry. so good to me. You're the one. I should be better see you. You're so good at this moment that let me say this like field. This like do that. Did you like susan dud. Then you're like. When i was driving home i was like what does she feel. Like for that. Fifteen or twenty minutes. When i was talking to her she was like. I'm a die but i'm going to stay alive just so he so for me. Yeah they get that out. I was like damn man. I was just fuck me. I've had a lot of bad weeks just like everybody else in life. But that's top five. Yeah i don't know if it's number one. It might be like you know who your rank top five four that actually. What a lot of awesome. Like well which one suck dick. The most in the running for is rough was just a one day. I wasn't there because my dog was sick. And i'll say hey come to the doctors. It was fine and a couple of people got wind. My dog was sick. Whatever they have known me for some of the patients there of me for eight or nine years only for a long time. They've no morally whatever so and some people were like that was told them whatever was going on and what after she passed or whatever. You get another dog that was just like signed signed. Can you give me a fucking psycho. May i don't know i was like anyway ahead. I was just like fuck you. Maybe that was just a weird way to handle like some people. Don't handle the situation. But i want to be in their fields but if that was like a real like responsible going child you gotta make another fucking baby like a whole. Fuck you your wife again. Yeah but it was. Say that though. They're like you're going to try again. Can you go fuck off. Just yeah really. I mean i get it. We weren't conditioned to society and people like how to handle tough things and situations especially death. Like what a taboo. Which is bananas. because it's like that's like one on the only certain things behalf we're change and death. Yeah like was weird. like people. like tabulates sexist taboo. The dying is habit but it's like he has to do it. Yeah i mean you want to do one of them. Do it really you really. Humans have to do it like it's a big part of human experience. You don't get to be a human more. I don't think you get to be like a third dimension conscious life without those two. You can't even plants from afar. Take.

"Whatever man so basically she had didn't know this for like a day or two later say congestive heart failure So i just like inhuman we just part of your heart is away and you get fluid build up in your lungs. Our lungs reflects she was drowning and fluid so they treated her for heart. Failure congestive heart failure with that didn't respond and they even they went all crazy so i thought maybe she had some crazy cancer. The shit whatever. And i was like damn it now. What the fuck man. I've i've always been this guy like always like like killing dog. Yeah like world most people will all. We put our dog down. She could walk to well and sometimes inside or she couldn't hear marley was death. I was like fuck it or she was blind in death. Like fucking bartlett. Was blinded carrying this little sauce around. Yeah all just kind of took. I'll take care of like a human a human you know. I don't care if she she has trouble holding bathroom or like can't see. I'm taking her leash. All the things got her barely you know like. I'm not the the terminator of death. Us media male lover like mecca maker. Tail wagged you know what i mean. they did all these things they they you got to come to. The hospital is not good. I'll say okay so. I got to tuesday aware there like we can't. She's not responding at all. She's happy in the oxygen cage. They're like she can't acting kind of normal she's great. She's great but she can't live outside of it because she can't breathe. Well yeah so. They're artificially keeping her alive with his oxygen and they couldn't do anything that wasn't responding. And i was like talked with. I was crying shit. The doctor was really nice. And i was like well. What am i gonna do this. But if i take home tonight. What's going to happen. I would love to happen is for her to fall asleep in waco. Yeah just transitioned over. Like i love for happened to be fucking amazing and be like your ears year hearing to come back and jump and run. That's what i would love. But like realistically i would like for. You know if if she's gonna pass. That's how i mean. That's that's how i wanted die. Yeah you know what i mean. She was like honestly what's going to happen. Is like just went down. This whole course of drowning and spasm. Being going to seizure and suffocating slowly. And i was like fuck. Yeah i was like i don't want that and i fucking want that and there's like this the the basically. There's nothing we can do. I spend jillion dollars order all the money. All the money's there like there's no more things that we can do. Yeah you have oxygen cage. Don't don't let me take yours. Yeah a they didn't actually make a joke by the they're really kind. Yeah i i'm not gonna kill my dog. I'm not gonna do it. I'm not gonna do it but like if she's gonna die. I'll gift her the gift of a peaceful transition. But i was like if she's not gonna die. I'm not gonna do it. Man just like i wouldn't i wouldn't kill you. Yeah i wouldn't kill andrei just because he can't fucking move well mean like fuck it. You know what i mean. She was like okay. And i was like they brought her out and i was like. Can i just spend an hour or two hours with before if she goes into this awful sequeira of death that you described in can we have our peaceful transition over but if not fuck mountain take your home or fuck it man. It's hard to say. Yeah and then like all aspects about our weather. She was looking at me like you could tell us. She knew it was like she didn't eat today. She's ready to transition over. And when she said that i was like fuck man. I don't wanna rob her of that. Like i don't want to rob her of the next step. That's how i look at it. Look at it. i don't look at it. As in like she's she's she's moved in transition. The pain is mind like she into other things hers her spirit and their energies show. I was like. I was like talk to because like i can't kill her as she's gonna die dying in my arms. That's different than like helping her ease. Trent ease the transition without suffering. That's what i would want anyone do for me. Yeah i'm not fucking killing her because it's a slight inconvenience. Yeah now you. What i mean or a big venus. I'll be like she's only personally the first person the love me so i held her and she was just let me start crying like she has hasn't later later shoulder like that like said she was a puppy. Like time taylor. She's start drowning. She started journeyman. And then i had like a little button and they came in and they were very very. I'm going to say funny way probably acceptable. How i avoid healing they were very calm and peaceful and loving the lodge. What's your name. i'll give a shout out. she was. Yeah bill auburn's really got exactly what the doctor in this awful moment in my wife was fantastic and it was like she was dying and then was hit a little bud and whatever they came in and show. You had a catheter hospital for four days. Yeah and they're like. Are you ready. And i was like no She's ready she's dying. He did a thing. And then i was holding. They put her to sleep and they did the other thing whatever she died or whatever but before then was like look. You have to pay for all the fucking weird. That used to be my job. Yeah so it's fucking job was get the paper signed and to take the payment and to see what they wanted to do whether they wanted. Criminals signed all the paperwork. She made me do that before spent the time with her baby. She is better. I did that. And then i was. I look after this is over. I want to leave and she was like you could leave. And i'll do it. I was like no. I'm not gonna leave her in this moment by herself. This is like my best like some people might laugh at me right now but i was like man. This is my best friend like her. Yeah like i literally. I love her more than anything. She's loved me more than any any human has ever loved me. Yeah and i was like i'll be fucking dan. I don't think. I live with myself if i was weak. Enough of big pussy lever. Like when she's gonna die. You are dying and i was like mommy and i believe and i was. I was like after. It's i want to leave. And i was like no need to pay you guys but cutest bill pay you whatever i could get the fuck outta i. I'm not gonna be able to handle this when she was like. Oh yes fine. Whatever she's like that's that's a good way to do whatever and like all of that happened. They beat me out on his fucking book. Yeah it was crazy man as intense. It was hard. I haven't really thought about it. Like it was tough week or the week when she was sick and trying to figure it out. Go through like incisions it. All this shit was hard I kind of like moved over my mind. The thinking like gratitude of having that that soul or the energy my life for so long. And i really do think of it. Like you know about alawites. The week before that we're taught we just talked about like how we think about reality is would like other societies. The reality is smoke. Yeah like it's not israel but that real then you wake from the dream and then you're really in live when you wake up. I was like yes. She woke up for this. So like your true self is like transition whether it's a physical place or different place or just. The energy moved on to smoke up as a southern woman down out. Oh dan whatever it is. I got a chance to talk to. Her is as soon as i said all the stuff i wanted to say to her human. That was done if you're not in. The dogs is very emotional when the one of the most impactful interactions. I've ever had in my life actually like when i was talking to her like. She's a little dog little table and i was talking to her. She's fucking death but a susan said it like she. She has this little puppy. She just put her chin on my sousa talking like she can't hear me. She put her chin like all my shoulder and then like just collapsed with light. Hold me but before she let me talk to her..

"I'm like dude. He's not he's like he barely touches. Looks like i know that was an accident. But i don't know what it is like. Don't him a class thing. Or if it's a very uncomfortable versus you were glass. Don't fucking touch my glass glass gigolo. I'm like it changes your is yes freaking weird definitely a. I try to straighten fake again. Yeah that's weird. Has the podcasts. If you're not watching the video you know how you can like. If you've ever wear how you can kind of like make you feel better. Yeah i just fig- jiggle. I think is the headphones. Feel crazy. That's how i feel whenever have like a headband. On which is an often. If i'm wearing a headband and usually cat ears Which people took part of this weekend to whenever i picture you may head like you have carriers. Yeah that's made. It would've made the logo four different. Say but maybe that's why it was just like i gotta make this logo go to so the make you night make official. That sounds. Yeah but that'd be like yeah like the fully that logo fully transferred on everything. I'm scared to hit the one but the do it nothing to do with you. So but like because like apple podcast is like really specific about changing about changing softening and got wanted to fuck it up but i go on all the websites and everything else has changed except have to do it on that one but i have to like research like what happens if they freak out and like the ni- like because one of the if you're if they don't if they reject your coverage of the podcast if you wanna do on the podcast app if you're listening to us on a puck essay. If they reject that they reject the whole show. Take it off. Yeah but if you ever noticed on apple. Podcasts are all podcast apps. They all have cool. Yeah they might not like the we the the the the podcast cover looks but like you can tell they put thought into. It won't let you have like a non picture on there. Yeah hey you can't have nothing. Yeah yeah is if you ever look at it. They're all have like ear headphones. Yeah we says glue. Pink this blur. They're gonna hit the one button to do it. It's all size appropriately. I've checked it like seven times. I'm just like now. But if they freak out if they're like bulkier show you don't get a plano more. That's okay to figure out how to like. Fuck it a little wanna do that. So that's the thing. So i gotta tell you that i was like it's changed everywhere except there is ever and they said spotify no everywhere. Well i think it's changed. Everywhere changed specify I don't know. I don't use about spotify listeners. Joe rogan. Yeah so that worked out really good spotify. Got that guy. And i'm like hey i need this spotify. Be listening to this show as always listen to ours. Just a metal have looked at the icon. We can do that if you guys zoo. Wissel spotify i appreciate it for real for real z's if you do listen to us commercial break as i dive into my phone. Tell people that were also mean we talk about funny share. Besides just my face tell. Y'all got half the jaffa change. It like deepen the inter-web where lake we upload. The podcast change that particular. Change that one catch but when you click on it and we need to the actual shows there yes. They're just like i'm just scared to do like the change that one because if they don't like your ardley fucking rejected and like now. Yeah we don't play. You think that you were like on it like having like an feel that way to start with cool. I was thinking about other eggs like it's too much of a face to face face off of their fun. It is a good good. I'm glad that worked out really good. I was proud of that. I can be them in thinker. With when i was really stressed out with owning a business i gave us a good tinker outlive tinker. Yeah something to kind of shish the brain but still focus on something but not focus on. Yeah so they have a lot of time and then like a learned about that later. Yeah what you've been reading reading anything or listening to building. Your brain inhabited dolgin my brain and just more alan watts philosophy. If you listen to me you know all he does but there's literally does this. Listen to alan watson. Joe rogan be like. Yes that's true. That's really cool. People like he had yuan. Musk on yesterday or whatever. Yeah i mean you know. they're they're. He's creating missions to mars in like extra planetary travel when it gets really cool stuff. And so like yeah. Listen and listen. L. youtube. I think i don't want to say thousands but there's probably like a thousand hours of lecture and it's really deep sub so like he's like non stop. Yeah and you just keep enjoying it. Just not i really like his like his take on everything like he was trained as a chris. I'm not sure what whatever whatever it was but he went to seminary school so he's very educated like the educated that and then he at some point of his life where we eastern philosophies he really went all in on those as we can talk about the both. yeah. I really liked to the part. He was talking about and listen to which was so much soul spark. That's a. that's a youtube channel. That has like eight or nine hours of was with music in the background..

"Comes to running. Yeah that's fair. That's like literally fifteen feet. It's like dude just like do do you. Don't need it. i think we're ready for. This is a pretty rambles. The preamble of stuff and getting some beverages in just kinda calm down film like that smooth jazz smooth yes. It was actually some sort of instrumental hip hop but is smell like smooth jazz. When you came in hang on occupy the people occupy the people people so today was really lovely I've just been driving around a good bit. Had things to do today and the clouds were really great. Whether it's been really cold. People are like dressed like it's freezing outside like it's not that intense. So but what. I just did. My dog is fucking crazy too late. She everything like a psychopath. We record the podcast. If you're listening to the podcast check out on youtube because you could look at your faces man. So she was licking the tripod. The little shake so we sort the podcast after that. Yeah we started podcast now right now right now it's happening. Oh yeah forgot to do that. Shit or warm baths in southern sounds and so we got going on right now. Twitter review lady twitter israel israel. We had zero twitter followers. I never use twitter like in my life. I still don't have it. I mean no why would you. I mean you have it. So let's get enough right right. So my whole i almost always huxley famous. People talk about twitter all the time. Yeah like i saw this on twitter minute here in. La more twitter people would be have literally ask for a while a use twitter. No one's really never used if you yeah me neither except for the podcast but i really appreciate all of the all you guys the donation out there. We have eighty four followers. Now we're not famous but we hero. Yeah from zero to eighty eighty fast. That's a fast car. Fucking tesla zero eighty eighty four hours. That's nice follow us on twitter. The twitter thing our twitter handle. There's numbers in that one. There is numbers is never ninety nine podcasts. Anyways the website all the stuff on there okay. So we have twitter followers. Sorry on a surprise to interesting for people that missed potato lady. This potato loves us. She is really kind of so but yeah so. I'm sorry. the point store is she said that our southern accent southern boulevard. So it's not just me. I know i mean it was blowing. I know what i got going on my life. Okay okay yeah. It was both of us that are southern accents. Make the explicit contact like sinking into a warm bath. Yeah fuck t shirts pretty nice. That's a nice compliment like. I have a negative conversation but cupcakes. He can do people like that. So like even just stepping back in like observing where you're coming from A lot of people my life has made me have made me very aware of like the content of my words. So that i'm not 'cause i can talk about negative stuff all day and it just fazes me it does it doesn't faze me what you did. It just doesn't even. It doesn't even connect that it's like a problem Like my mom being a nurse you know she might experience something that was really intense and i can just hear it in conversation and not be attached to those feelings or emotional about it and just be like those are just words that are heard and nabi attached to it but a lot of people that i love and care about cannot do that true. Don't like those kind of conversations. In like where i can just kind of like. Oh that thoughts on someone else could be sitting on it. And i'm trying to really be mindful about that interaction so i don't 'cause that and someone else will so people. Yeah you should. that's cool to like. Be thinking to be mindful calls it in someone else. Yeah because people will hook onto that and they get hooked fishing hook king off of it. And there's like the i miss my and then they get stuck there like some people spiral and it's like it's intense and it's like i don't wanna create that in a person..

"Colors. And i was like that. Sel believe their new colors. The black isn't new. It's just a it's a really deep wack and it absorbs a lot light like the gentleman doing the video he had Like this fun light. Lightbulbs will like old. Timey can see. Yeah you can see like foils on. Call the film film word boom and you can see how the and it just absorbed light like you couldn't see him at all like there was one part where you could see like light being reflected off and that was only because it was wet like the paint was still wet until dark. It was so he opens it up. And he's like here's an allusions. We walks inside and he looks like he gets smaller. Like you can't see the floor you can't see the back wall so it's like an optical illusion. They have a few cars that are made in this deep blue and it looks like the void. It looks like void of everything. That's crazy. I like matt black cars. That's for me. Like if i ever get a fancy car. I'm getting plant at that wrap so you can get your favorite car. And if it's not matt black then boom you can wrap it p tap right around the corner. They do that. It's expensive but yeah but if you get a fancy car thank you can wrap it. You don't want san diego. It was talking a friend. I wanted to send every time. I go to say meal because when you go there. The gas stations they have like the regular gas and electric pump. Also have a fourth gas lamborghinis and ferraris. And so it's like ninety three. I'm not sure what octane is. But it's four high performance cars. Yeah that's how nice the place was. We'll go for a company trip out to like i was with cars. I remember collect super gas. Supercharged gas high-performance gas only family. What does that. It's almost like ferraris lambeau online. Because now i'm interested like sam's card needs. I'm pretty sure that those guys have like super fancy gas for type and fancy gas. Yeah let's see what the internet throws with that. That's probably the best part of the internet is just give it nonsense and be like figure out. Those algorithms usually does is like fancy gases like. Oh cindy kuka stations. Fancy gas range won't go with that one. A gas for limbaugh's and god Very vintage style For range is oh because that says range like a like an oven rate not a probably the before jokes because you said fancy gas right now. It's giving me like circle circle k. fans fanzines. That's what time. I went out there failed. I don't know how to find out there. Eat lunch and where. I was eating lunch. I didn't know this but the guy like the booth beside me was the guy that wrote the The the promise the secret secret everyone. The the had a manifest. Yeah there's some truth to that but there's also people think that the secret is like i think something that would make it happen through magic. I mean you've read the nine alchemies nine dimensions of alchemy than you can figure that the mentions of al kabeer in the secret. Yeah secrets okay. This is a really good book that the nine let me make sure i'm getting. That is one of your ted books that you've ever yeah. There's not many books that i've read but that is one of them has made you read a book. One time. what was that. I read that book like the night before we were supposed to discuss. That's the whole point of giving you a deadline discussing. It'd be like read it. The book was that the go giver which one the right one. I love that book. If i were to write a book. That would be one of the books. I want if i spelt things correctly. But you know what there's laws or on the go giver off top. I think it was four if you read that but it's a fantastic book. Every time i balance anything through those four laws of the go giver. It always works out for me and eat away. Sometimes i forget about that you know like oh. Yeah already remember how to do that. It's a beautiful. It's a beautiful filter of infinite resources like give and receive your enemy like it's just a beautiful book of helping and getting is a great book. It isn't good book. You member the My boss that fired me. And i quit nicely fired you. Then you didn't leave. Stayed for the training. Go like you know. It's the alchemy of the nine dimensions. And the one that i read was the two thousand eleven two thousand twelve prophecies which was written by someone else to some added information. Greg was the same same book with like a different chapter or something. Yeah this barbara hand. Claw durham's his barbara hand crumley by becoming attribute. Some new books so like i said it goes through like what the what they explained the different dimensions being. Give it to you in a science science motherfuckers shit. So it's pretty good so we get into like this Thought this like a word. It's a thought experiment a philosophical trap. Yeah you know what i mean tramp. Yeah like because you can't prove it right or wrong right so i love it. I love it so yeah it's really good so like was right where you were god. We're all if you're got god or whatever or we're all god's or if you believe the spirit is the saudis apart. God you whatever you want to phrase it like. I don't want to do like a theological debate or whatever but at us but yeah you just idea that if god is in or you're like what would you do so like so when you go to sleep you can control your dreams right you wanna do you think you want to because you can do whatever you want right so if you could do that what would you do like so every night you go to sleep. It'd probably be.

"No you're <Speech_Male> already sick. You're gonna health <Speech_Male> crisis when you walk <Speech_Male> in there. Those <Speech_Male> are those are health crisis. <Speech_Male> Crushes crushes <Speech_Male> crisis <Speech_Male> crutches crunchies. <Speech_Male> Yeah correct <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> kris one. <Speech_Male> That's not <Speech_Male> making you healthy <Speech_Male> managing <Speech_Male> crisis and there's <Speech_Male> a difference between the two. <Speech_Male> Yeah so <Speech_Male> you know that. That's that's my <Speech_Male> thought. Boom health health <Speech_Male> and funds. Because we did <Speech_Male> it. Yeah i think <Speech_Male> the whole show. He <Speech_Male> chased <Speech_Male> <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Male> not what it is <Speech_Female> what it was. Oh how <Speech_Female> would that work on your <Speech_Female> your end of <Speech_Female> an internet stuff <Speech_Female> that easy to <Speech_Female> get a new demand <Speech_Female> <Speech_Female> to just be able <SpeakerChange> to do. You can change <Speech_Male> your domain <Speech_Male> change. The <Speech_Male> name the <Speech_Male> name could say the same <Speech_Male> because they're your website <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> it never <Speech_Male> ninety nine just means like <Speech_Male> always one hundred <Speech_Male> yeah right <Speech_Male> and that's i don't <Speech_Male> think we put on <Speech_Male> filters for <Speech_Male> years <Speech_Male> like you <Speech_Female> know <Speech_Female> what i call it. Open <Speech_Female> ended stories <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Male> stories story <Speech_Male> over. If <Speech_Male> there was going <SpeakerChange> to be more <Silence> accurate <Speech_Male> there <Speech_Male> be open source open <Speech_Male> stories <Speech_Male> list to <Speech_Music_Male> finish. That one <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> is usually me <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> <SpeakerChange> is fine. <Speech_Male> That's cool <Speech_Female> kind of fun though. Because <Speech_Female> it's like <Speech_Female> you shouldn't look to a <Speech_Female> single person for <Speech_Female> answers. <Speech_Female> True i mean <Speech_Female> you can get sparked <Speech_Female> inspired <Speech_Female> by others and then it's <Speech_Male> your job and <Speech_Male> responsibility <Speech_Female> to figure out your <Speech_Female> own and where <Speech_Male> you want to <SpeakerChange> think <Speech_Male> about it. So <Speech_Male> most people aren't that <Speech_Male> <SpeakerChange> mentally <Speech_Female> not lazy <Speech_Female> of like <Speech_Female> my whole thing. I'm like that's <Speech_Female> cool. But that's your <Speech_Female> shit <Speech_Female> doing good <Speech_Female> <Speech_Female> stuff and i got <Speech_Female> my own stuff. <SpeakerChange> I got learn <Speech_Male> and figure out <Speech_Male> if you remember the office. I <Speech_Male> don't know if you're a part of these talks. <Speech_Male> I can't remember <Speech_Male> because you're like your own <Speech_Male> entity. <Speech_Male> We <Speech_Male> cordless <Speech_Male> very well but still <Speech_Male> different <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Female> different. Yeah there <Speech_Female> was just times where it wasn't <Speech_Female> <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Male> what. I was supposed to be doing <Speech_Male> times where you weren't <Speech_Male> there because we started <Speech_Male> at different times. <Speech_Male> I besides <Speech_Male> that non <Speech_Male> nine. And i <Speech_Male> was there a seven thirty <Speech_Male> years. Yeah <Speech_Male> it was different <Speech_Male> in <Speech_Male> itself. There was an hour <Speech_Male> lots <Speech_Male> of time if you <Speech_Male> extrapolated <SpeakerChange> over <Speech_Male> two or three years. That's <Speech_Female> a lotta time to have <Speech_Male> other conversation <SpeakerChange> friday <Speech_Male> friday <Speech_Male> so it was <Speech_Male> like you weren't part of me. He's like <Speech_Male> you just <SpeakerChange> physically <Speech_Male> their <Silence> <Speech_Male> shit. <Speech_Male> <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Male> Oh <Speech_Male> god i got <Speech_Male> look. I'll lose it <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> for what you <Speech_Male> were talking about. Sorry if <Speech_Male> you say something. I'll lose enough. <Speech_Male> We <Speech_Male> think <Speech_Male> you were. There is always <Speech_Male> like just <Speech_Male> try. Teach everyone <Speech_Male> that we have to do <Speech_Male> one hundred <Speech_Male> percent of fifty <Speech_Male> percent of <Speech_Male> of it. Yeah we <Speech_Male> have to meet the person half <Speech_Male> way but <SpeakerChange> we have to go <Speech_Female> all. We can't do <Speech_Female> their stuff. We can't we <Speech_Female> can't do <SpeakerChange> what they're <Speech_Male> hundred percent of their <Speech_Male> life was. <Speech_Male> Buddy did a <Speech_Male> die done. <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> We've never done a podcast <Speech_Music_Male> with a switch <Speech_Music_Female> <Speech_Female> as <SpeakerChange> this is our longest <Speech_Male> one so fusses <Speech_Male> longest one so far. <Speech_Male> I'm here for <Speech_Male> all right. Well guess we <Speech_Male> ended. <SpeakerChange> My son's <Speech_Female> switch died. <Speech_Female> Yeah that's <Speech_Female> how you know when <SpeakerChange> it's done because <Speech_Male> <Advertisement> now it's time to hang out with <Silence> them you want to say. Hey <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> i <Speech_Male> <SpeakerChange> think everyone <Speech_Male> can hear that. Yeah probably <Speech_Male> <Speech_Female> i heard it <Speech_Male> never ninety nine. We <Speech_Male> might change the name. Maybe <Speech_Music_Male> not yet <Speech_Male> go there. <Speech_Music_Male> Look at <Speech_Music_Male> stuff. People were awesome. <Speech_Music_Female> Yeah <Speech_Music_Female> <Advertisement> peace <SpeakerChange> out guys. <Speech_Music_Male> <Advertisement> Are <Music> <Advertisement> you listening.

When i said that but then people started giggling around me like my. That's yellow we kind of joji. Whatever but yeah he's got some big ears man. The best movie experience like seeing other people excited but sorry sorry. Sorry i'm thinking about eight years. I think big ear. I think i should say big large and bigger than normal on women very attractive. That i don't know why. Why is it so we're listen well like that. No no just features. No way listens to me anyway. Let's say too many random things. I mean su- different vibrations like too much too much. Drink put light and watch football. He's told me that being told that i was like. Oh i guess. I gotta go read a book. Read a book to watch the office after rebates. And then something else yeah. Listen to reggae rap and let me read another book. Donut and go to bed. I can't slack off now because for what i want this spring to be the cover. Shoot or something i mean maybe a podcast artwork. We we shift my birthday. That are picture related. Doing like a boudoir party cool. You told me what do you have people over. Yeah but it's just comey us. I'm not like hires us friends. Okay well you said uh. That's why some girlfriends that are just like they're like. Hey i got laundry. I wanna fuck wear. It was my life if it's not. Robots like absurdly overly dressed on. I'm into it for the listeners. That are either way. There's going to be a bunch of people coming over in lingerie not here. That's from my birthday but this story. Oh yeah that's why. I wanted to 'em having like a boudoir birthday okay. That's fire bullying. So blood happens when your friends come over for boudoir photos. Yeah fucking shit and be like. Here's your polaroid ma'am okay. That's what we're doing. So yeah it'd be like polaroid style so imagine it'll be some volved. Spouses smell kahal. Yeah we'll probably do some drinks. I told people like polaroid's really fun. Because you don't need this whole backdrop because they're so small stroke so do the blur the yes the loons though. Yeah so like yeah. You can't like the foreground you know where your blurry in the foreground is whatever. So it's just going to be like maybe small props or just like getting bits and pieces body bits so how many robes are involved or is it just like everyone's lingerie chilin. Yeah i mean there's still going to be cold so whatever people have like the scene for the viewers. My vibe is core sets. I like more of like a goth style of a tire. Yeah yeah yeah have like some bad ass boots and things and some core sets and stuff. But i guess it's whatever other people have like i know some. My friends are a little bit more into like the software delicate look so they might have like soft laundry. The whole like garder vibe. Whatever definitely i will definitely bring my robes so people can have to wear what happens at a party. I think it's just gonna be a party. There's not really an agenda. No yesterday about what are they going to wear. So you guys are all in and then just party in our lingerie that we never get aware because we don't really wear it. Yeah so that's interesting party in it. So yeah so that. That's what that's what i meant. That as as more than the sexual. What are you wearing like so people in lingerie just their laundry dope is that. That's what i was really. You know it's like you wear it and then if you use it in your sexy time it's like you're taking it off because it's fucking uncomfortable as part but if he can find pieces you like that are comfortable but you never really get aware because it's like either going to wear and your house and you're gonna wear it all day for the fun of it just to have it because it's look or you don't wear it and it's just something you bought sitting there is..

And it's like you woke up and chose male violence and chaos. Isn't that was me. That was like my m. Like i woke up with the active. Like choosing chaos. Because people always told me stuff such as man you wanna hear some shit. That i know i know how to hold my shit but the person i told didn't so i don't know if it never affected my life which i thought was the most fucked up. Yeah is it didn't affect me but you know it probably affected other people if i can do. A redo redo thirties. Which i'm currently in. But i would redo my thirties and there's like two people. I wish i could apologize to. Could i could. But i also don't feel like a part of it was my fault not fully exact quite quite there yet. Yeah you got to apologize for your two percent of the of the hundred percent. That's like you suck but let me apologize gay man about it but i was like you know there was enough to work like i'm probably could have been kinder in the situation or how it ended could have been. We have two people. That's pretty good. That's a pretty good. That's a pretty good ratio of people the ratio. that'd be my thirties. I would say those are the only two people that were either like super mad at me where things were probably my fault And i could have just been like. I was really shitty of me. And i'm sorry bobby did also was a shady person. Firing let me hug you get the fuck out your life. Now you at least know that i was trashed. He yeah so. Let's sign it and it's like we're not gonna talk about this other deep things on the rest of the but only fright about it like the fight about the minutia but anyways for i forget. There's in that bill. There is a provision signed in there if it gets passed where the some branches. The government has to release all the information that they have on. Ufo's al yeah. That's a real thing in late. So you're saying we probably do like they have like build so they'll like disclose they're not going to disclose it. I mean that might be like. Yeah here's a piece of metal medellin seen so much other stuff. Like i feel we're pretty desensitized would be like. Oh my gosh alright. Yeah i kind of figured that anyway. So we'd get over it. I feel like the government thinks that we're like immature sixteen year old and like we can't handle real life truth. I feel like that's a lot of i feel like they're like overprotective parents and how they assume we will react to information that we can't handle things they might not be wrong though. I mean maybe it means like regular people like i mean we all have been sixteen and we got fuck over it strew. It's like give us give us like real stuff so that we can mentally prepare and move on. I don't think people get handled. Be outright. i'd be really all right. Be so outright. But i don't think like. I don't think so man i mean have you been on facebook. Yeah kind of like getting into like how up. They are as opposed what they think. Yeah so like what. Is it called like the primaries where there's a whole bunch of democrats and a whole bunch of republicans. They're trying to figure out like who's going to be too awful people who are gonna like shitty people that we get to pick. Yeah so the democrats didn't want bernie sanders to win. So they had. They left people on that ticket. The thing that would split his votes on purpose. They knew this guy wasn't going to win but they would split some of the enough justed take points away from him. Yes people vote like some people of that group would vote for bernie sanders. Some people would vote for the other guy or gal was so that way. Very seniors wouldn't get that type of vote It's twelve o'clock ankle and our sirens. Who's talking sorry. Jesus chased i hear something but so yeah so was messed up but yeah i wanna feel the burn.
