"I prefer guilty of that. But i understand why you feel that way and i think you're correct Okay let's do some Let's do some other list the topics. Let's see what gonna do. I know you lied. You got something. Well i see this amazing. I talk about that and then there's another one. Let's let's do. Actually i think this this funnier the topic on our sheet. Says maybe don't fake it till you make it. It's like it's timely. Right so i tweeted out. That retweeted this story of this guy who was like. Hey you know. The the elizabeth homes the founder of theranos for trial starts today. Funny story actually interviewed up their nose after all. The scandal happened so that i thought that was kinda interesting. There's a lot of people that were like. Oh yeah. I met her back way and everybody thought they were hot. Shit and it was a ten billion dollar start up and she was the next steve jobs and i had this funny experience. This guy's experience was all of us have come out and then a smart mentor of mine was like hey you should take a look at this role at theranos like this high level executive is they're joking and they're like no no like you know they're they're misunderstood and she's amazing. You should talk to another person saying okay. I guess at least get a good story out of this. So he flies there any interviews with her and he kinda tells the story. I don't remember all the details. Visit entertaining story. You find it on twitter and actually you can't twitter search socks by like yeah just take my word for it. It's entertaining sorry so the topic here is like there's been a bunch of these. I feel like that have happened in the tech world lately. And i think in the tech world. There was this gospel of fake. It till you make it. Yeah that's that's the cool way to go about things that's the hustler way. And then you see things like fair. There are knows you see nikola motors. Which was this. Like fake tesla basically literally f- like took the name right like tesla was the inventors last name. Nikola was his first name. Tesla was successful so he maims his company nikola and claims that. That's not why he did it but obviously it is. Why did it take the company public. Vs back it runs up to like forty billion dollar valuation. And then somebody's like. Hey bro you ever seen on nikola car on the streets and like no. Nobody's ever seen truck of there's ever and it's a questionable if it even exists. They have video of their truck. And it's basically just going downhill. It's like they just to release the neutral put it in neutral and just let it roll and they're like look electric self driving truck and and so anyways. Eventually the coach over milton has to resign. He forfeits some stock but he gets away with billions still a charged by the doj with securities. Fraud this year. And it's all you know. He's got a still at peaky like ten billion dollar fortune now. It's a one billion dollar fortune but likely to lose it. All my buddy worked at this company called head spin and was like he was like he had worked at a bunch of. I won't say the name. So i don't wanna give them away but you know high profile tech company you've heard of high tech but you heard of he worked at the pre ipo and he was like i'm a head span..

"Of applications. In the pantheon of pairings. There's peanut butter and jelly. There's exit toast. There's chicken soup and hot sauce. Come at me and now machine learning and climate change. this is the inner change i'm shale con. I'm a partner at the venture capital firm energy impact partners. Welcome so this week. We are talking about climate change and machine learning with two experts in the field but before we get to that conversation. I wanna talk for a minute about climate tech in public markets. There's been plenty of talk both on this show and elsewhere about the spac phenomenon that we've seen over the past year or and the impacts that it is having an might have on earlier stage climate tech innovation but what i've see less of is discussion around climate tech companies in the public markets. More broadly sets backside for a second. It's been a pretty wild ride for basically any public company that you could call. Climate tech with quotes around it over the past couple of years. In general these companies have been dramatically outperforming the market though it has been pretty volatile we Energy pipe partners. Awhile ago. Wanted a way to track this for ourselves. It's actually kind of hard to put a beat on what's happening across all these companies so a few months ago we created an index it's called the ap climate tech index and we made it public. Just go to. Www dot yippee climate index dot com. And you can see it on a daily basis updates. Every day to be clear this is not an etf and we're not making investment recommendations. Were just trying to have a straightforward way to monitor climate tech company's performance. All in one place the idea here was to be broad. So the index has thirty five constituent companies ranging from big companies like vestis to i guess medium companies like sun ron or beyond me to some of the post spec companies like nikola motor includes includes plug power charged point and so on and so forth. Anyway i find it a useful place to check in once in a while to get the pulse of the public markets on what they think about climate tech broadly in not just specific to one company. So here's what's been going on. Because i think it's kind of interesting. If you index back to january twenty twenty which is when things really started to diverge so you know. The markets are proceeding upward. Generally and then the market crash covid hits and the climate tech index companies crashed right along with the broader market market indices. Everything looked pretty similar but the recovery is where things really changed and as the markets recovered. More broadly the climate tech companies recovered much much faster and then continued to grow in terms their share prices way. Beyond what the market was experiencing the peak was basically january of this year january. Twenty twenty one. The client are climate tech index relative to january twenty twenty year before was up almost two hundred percent while nasdaq you know. Market index was up less than fifty. Percents is basically four times outperformance relative to the overall market but since then this year There has been calling the backlash and the overall yiping. Climate tech index fell forty percent from its highs by may of this year pretty recently much faster than the overall market which was falling a little bit during that time and we nearly had a crossover point where.

forty percent january twenty twenty two experts less than fifty this week sun ron this year nikola motor january twenty twenty year bef almost two hundred percent both january of this year january thirty five constituent few months ago may of this year Twenty one company past couple of years one shale con.

"The tests the cyber truck and reveal with the i won t and the s the suv. But we're talking about trucks today The new electric silverado will not be a modified version of the gas and diesel versions with batteries. Kind of tucked the places. Instead it'll be engineered from the ground up as an only truck and that's great news because it's the way to make a really really good. Ev a blank sheet of paper. And start with what you need. The battery the electron ix the motors converters. And things like that. It's the best way to make an any of course you can do it. You can have platforms have space for either at engine or a plug in hybrid electric powertrains but inevitably that consequences whilst it can be done. I think the best way to do it blank. Sheet of paper. It uses the same technology the ltm cells though it used to be the name they gave that batteries but increasingly they calling the kind of power train. Everything like the platform the altium vehicle engineering. That will be underneath things. Like the gmc hummer ebay. The cadillac lyric now. The company didn't immediately say when the silverado will finally be on sale. Gm's president muck said. Yesterday the company will make a commercial fleet focused version of the silverado again. All electric gm's been teasing this vehicle for a while now but now it's confirmed previously saying that it may not release pick up until the middle of the decade hadn't officially announced. The truck was coming until yesterday. According to the verge who say the electric silverado will be made at factory zero now. Factory zero is the name given to the recently rebranded. Detroit hamtramck plants dedicated to vs and The 'cause the gm is currently retooling costing about two billion to retool plant. It's the same one where gm's building the hulme. Suv and pick up the silverado as important gm because it's currently selling versions of the truck. The missing a microchip that helps improve fuel economy. Thanks to the global semiconductor shortage. It's that important to get these vehicles out of the dole an- with customers like the ford f one fifty. It is just a money making machine these trucks so important to these comedy because truck makers really when they make electric versions it just absolutely must nail it and be right. Shares of gm closed a new record yesterday on tuesday off. They confirmed plans for the all electric new silverado previously being the big investments in the next generation of av says. Cnbc thirty new. Ev's globally by twenty twenty five locos china as well but gm will have thirteen new full electric cars by twenty twenty-five spending twenty seven billion dollars in electric and they were going through their autonomous technologies in that budget as well the company plans to sell at least a million annually by twenty five which is a big target and almost a standing at the moment or as good as so big job to do their gm. If i get to do it there's some good things coming out of. Gm like why see this. Been some confusing things like they're they're intense to partner with nikola. Nikola motor took about how well the hydrogen stuff is amazing. Then weeks later. That whole kind of thing fell apart and you know what is nikola now. So they've made some questionable decisions which makes me cautious just tapping the brake pedal a little bit in my them for what they're doing as always. We wish everyone the best. Let's get these causal on the road game reviewed and let's see what they're like but now making all the right noises at least of course. There are plenty of companies who actually have got on the road. One of those pollstar volvos sporty bit of their electric and it has the pure electric all-star to its lineup. The post on one was a hybrid combustion and battery affair. It's about as close to rival the to a tesla model three performances. We've got on the market at the moment and that could be changing though with a new aggressive performance version of the pollstar to. Is this. what we've seen in the ceo of post to my single life posted on his instagram page. Some pictures of the pulse dots. Who and one of them. Well let's look a body k. on it or it's been choon because it's definitely sitting lower than the car. The dates next to the front grill looks different as well. The wheels different. The wheels borrowed from upholsterer. One the front bumper is different. The lower pies painted body color. The plastic cladding around the wheel arches. That's also in body color as well. The black wheels that visibly lower ride height does this. All say it's going to be a more aggressive pollstar to coming into the market. No announcement just putting two and two together and maybe getting five. We'll wait and see it would be about the right timing for that call to come onto the market to highlights. Early adopters buys get it. Get dot com and now they come with maybe a new version or an updated sportier version with a bit more performance. Now they've learned about the car they can eke out a little bit more performance of the battery and the motors. We'll have to wait and see. Vw had that power day a couple of weeks ago and during the event and in march of said it was moving ahead at ensuring. That's all of its emmy be based calls as the platform and that is the underpinnings of the car is not one single bowl that you plunk body on topic you can get longer and chaucer and it's modular but it is the basis of the engineering for all of their cars all fully electric all from the ground up. That next year is going vehicle to grid which sounds amazing. I have some questions. Let's work out Vocal said it was moving ahead with vita g and bidirectional battery charging technology. Now it's official official at the the power day in an interview yesterday with handles blast. Volkswagen board member tomas oberg said the test vehicles running. We are in the lost face of preparations and quite now clean. Technica said the beginning january next year every every electric car from the volkswagen group that uses this platform so audi with the q four h. On skoda with the any act and more say at with the coupe rura l. bone. No it's elbow simply boom mccoubrey born like the elbow nine but the court of l. a. They will not be able to charge. Obviously levi's do from the grid but put energy back on great as well over explained that expanded business models relating to the battery a one component of a much more fundamental change in the automotive industry triggered by falcons as itself monetize all of that stored electricity making it to utility companies and grid operators. How balance the great. Some of the income would go to owners of the cars says this article now. Handelsblatt said in the final analysis. The comic is may have the upper hand when it comes to battery storage. They provide the warranty coverage for those batteries. And goodness no we. We want a good warranty on area vase because if the battery goes wrong. That's an expensive thing to fix but comic is going to just those warranties to favor the use of their own network. So what do you think of this a couple of things. That weren't clear when they said that the platform is going to great. What does that mean there are caused that you can get battery that you can get out of the battery. The home to a will poll two point. Something kilowatts gonna plug socket in the front where guests would be between the driver and passenger. The ionic five coming from hyundai will three point something kilowatts like three point. Five six kilowatts is go to plukett plug sockets on one inside one outside same for the The six from kia. The hummer is coming from the gm. And that's going to have a six kilowatt ability to power so is that what gm talking about all gm talking about. We're going to plug on the you can if you go camping or you go to work and you wanna plug in a tool or you wanna plug in something that you can. They will enable that cars to have a domestic plug socket on like that is one interpretation of the phrase vehicle to grid Hyundai cola vehicle to load will be too l. Is it that all our what volkswagen talking about him. A much more beefy. If you like. V two g connection. And that's the thing that despite all my research. I just can't find a definitive answer. It seems to me that what they're suggesting. Is that second option that your cows. We'll be part of a bigger ecosystem. Where if you have sixty hour battery you say hey look. Thirty of is available to the local energy company. Or whatever in order to use it when the grid is expensive and tia and then we'll recharge overnight. Just make sure that. When i leave for work tomorrow morning go eighty percent or ninety percent or certain mileage. That is in theory berlin the execution of it is fabulously hard to get right now. Won a harry a one country around the world with different regulations and power grids etc. So we'll wait and see it's easy up because it's being done right now plucky on your car and call your vehicle to grid and that would be it would be a big step and that is where i see those two big companies that being tessler and vw on a fundamental level elon. Musk has talked about a battery day. How he doesn't believe in vical to grade from cows cows use energy. There are big energy store but you don't feedback into the grid is something that he's mentioned countless times. Almost how he's got no interest in vehicle to great. Of course high tessler will sell you a big battery for your house and these days you even by the battery you gotta by with sola. So yeah tesla will be involved in that side of it. But i will you about tree house whereas volkswagen talking very much about how calls will become integrated into energy lives in terms of hating our homes when it's cold and and cooling them when it's warm supporting national grid's enabling more efficient use of energy storing renewables talking about all these lofty goals that if they can achieve it if vw can be part of our life just life energy usage on the planet. Well that puts them in a whole different league kind of type of company but like i say fabulously hard to get right this one. I'm going to watch really really closely next. Sales of nissan z power vehicles have surpassed for million in japan nissan announced the cumulative sales of vehicles with a power powertrains supposed five hundred thousand units at the end of march e. power systems use a petrol engine to generate electricity for charging a tiddly. Tiny battery then is used to power. An electric motor. The car is any of a move to buy the electric motor. It's why innocents marketing over here and they started to launch this technology recently They called it like one hundred percent electric power driven and just go absolutely killed on social media. Just hundred people going No it's a petrol powered car. There's no plug sake on it yes. There's an electric motor driving the wheels. But it's not an easy anyway. Miss say it delivers ev. Like excitements quietness and smooth acceleration. Bus with the confidence of having a field they say without the need to plug in and recharge and this is where once again. I've got two years on this podcast. It's an impossible situation for these companies. Like toyota who had an only move advantage with hybrid technology nissan of this pretty good technology. The uses an efficient petrol. Engine generator charges a small battery. So these companies can't get batteries. The world is battery supply constrained. So what do you do if you get batteries. But you've got all these factories that can make engines. Well an engine to charge a small battery like one or two kilowatt hours powered electric motor cooler navy battle confuse everybody bingo bango. They make a lot of money but the problem is with a pal. It's just not an av because there's no plug sake on it. So if you want the carter move you've got to drive it to a petrol station and then the minute you do that you burning stuff and then we pump out of exhausts at the high of babies in pushchairs let me push kids around exhaust heights and wonder why they've got asthma and people are dying of lung disease. They push this technology. Because it's it's what they've got to make money with. The problem is again this with the leaf. They've backed away from saying. Hey we're going to be an all electric company. We lead the well to some of those say that world leaders in innovative technology but that pushing e power in february this year they launched the nissan cashkaro great little vehicle big seller with this power technology following their mild hybrid models. It's not electric power it's combustion technology and it's dirty and we can't carry on doing it. It's the impossible situation for these companies. They talk about how great visa but then they sell you a petrol car and they talk about. Well why would you buy a petro com o because of the convenience of not plugging in and the the confidence of having a fuel tank but in the same way they have to then sell you. Electric car like the lethal the new area. Well why would i buy the you just told me the plugging in a hassle and the petrol gives me confidence and now you want me to buy the area. Well which one is. It can't be both these companies again themselves. Twisted up and i just wish they'd go all in on a vase. Nothing i can do apart from make this little show educate people around the world about ev. Technology don't get sucked in by buying what do not let your friends and family by one of these. It's not if they think that. Buying an navy to patrol car by leaf instead great elka and price reductions for both versions the forty and the sixty two kilowatt hour version of the leaf have been announced to ensure that the qualifies under the threshold of our plugging. Cobb ground the money off the car. Here in the u. k. must have been revised now going to be below thirty five grants to access it Pricing now starts at twenty six thousand pounds on the road says fleet news and actually loads of other companies that have revised their pricing down on the only ones with the leaf per joke that it with e two eight the eight to eight apoyo followed vauxhall in reducing the price of its maka and varo a sta landis reduce ciccio brand pricing of the full. Bmw did it with the i ss. Well we'll coming onto thirty five grand to make sure you get the extra two and a half thousand pounds a free government money off. Don't buy power go and test drive a leaf all white for the new area much better than this sounds than this terrible piston technology that they're gonna try and hawk for a little bit longer but then get out. Okay a couple more stories in the av registrations continue that rise new car. Registrations grew for the first time since august last year but remained way down year on year because yes cove and the shift to new technologies continues with plug in vehicle demand reaching its highest ever volume in the month of march here in the uk awesome knees battery electric vehicles and plug in hybrids took a combined market share fourteen percent up from seven percent this time last year the number of models available to customers increased to a hundred and sixteen different cars and models available on the market with plug socket on registrations of pure electric cars because we cabin more about those increased eight percent to twenty two thousand units and finally in the us. This is just a room but we'll bug it in the show at the end to. Us federal government is currently looking to include a ramp-up of investments and electric occasion as part of the infrastructure jobs plan. It's unclear how the money is going to be spent but says electric The wedbush analyst. Dan lives one of the big analysts that follows the v. wells says the rimma flying around washington now is the incentive is coming back the tax credit for those that have lost it so gm and also tesla but the incentive be ten grand to ten thousand dollars of next year's tax bill the tax credit could be returning which would be enormous for tesla's there are about to bring out the cyber truck and the model why is has had it stride as well. That would be huge. News is of course. It's still applies to anyone. Else selling ebay. Bwi eighty four and hyundai and kia etcetera. But they haven't lost it. We're GONNA, take care of Lucid air is it true engineers Kerr according to Ben Saul Blah Blah Blah lucid is another car that may finally may be in the same class or even exceed come after. Tesla. Now, lucid has been hit. It's a pretty car and they got going on and you know making inroads and taking serious but another one called Nikola now Nikola Tesla. So they got last name first name. Nikola is building a plant just south of Phoenix Arizona and fact you know we got friends and family and people go man I'll go I'll put in my application on kind of get a job and they're going to build doing the city's yeah. You come on who you get a tax this. Dan It's a big giant Lauda Desert. They haven't done anything. So you're looking going. First Berlin Production Equipment, New Largest Supercharger Location, Daimler Emissions

"Our here, and today we have a super charger network update, which is nice. Little throwback for those of you that have listened to the podcast for a long time I used to do those every day at the start of the podcast. We also have some news on Berlin paint a small little updates slash rumor. I would call it on Battery Day and the news on Daimler Nikola Motor as. Well. Tesla stock with another really strong day to day even though it was relatively quiet news wise finishing up seven point two percent to four hundred and forty nine dollars seventy six sense that compared to the Nasdaq up one point two percent we'll start off with these super charger news. This is coming from Brian Mac se on twitter, who is a long-time listener and I believe Patriot supporter of. The podcast who happen to come across a super charger network location under construction near Firebaugh California. As far as I can tell, this location had not yet been noticed. So upon Brian tweeting these out Tesla Motors Club Forum members did some digging on this and they were actually able to find that the permit for the site as well as planning documents for sort of a conglomerate travel center at. This location those documents disclosed that Tessa. We'll have fifty six spots for Tesla charging at this travel center. Assuming each of those spaces has a super charger associated with it. fifty-six chargers would put this as the largest superchargers location in North America and possibly in the world surpassing cattleman city in the United States at forty chargers and believe in China, there are a couple locations that have fifty chargers. So. Pretty exciting this location is between San Francisco and La driven miles. It's about two hundred and thirty miles from La and about one hundred and fifty from San Francisco. It's not clear if these will be all version three superchargers but I'd have to imagine that they would be and as far as other features go. It looks like about two thirds of them thirty eight of the fifty six. will be pull through hopefully accommodating the use of a trailer and making things a bit easier for the cyber truck and potentially also accommodating the semi of course, cincy unveil of the semi. We haven't heard much more about Tesla's mega charger plans. So hopefully, we get a bit of an update on that during battery debt. Right next today is an update on Gigabytes Lynn gigafactory underscore four on twitter. Has Been following. The gigafactory development closely looks like some equipment has started to arrive, and some of that equipment carries branding for Geico Tikey Shah? which is a paintshop solutions provider based in Milan Italy. There's also some signing there that is co branded between that company and desolate GEICO take show describes their approach by saying quote innovation is our weapon of choice were constantly increasing the technological possibilities in. Order to meet the needs of the most demanding customers in a highly competitive sector and quote they also seem to be heavily focused on sustainability and they're their paintshop operations. They have a project called the party's project, and they say quote with the Party's project launched in two thousand, five Geico Kotecki show was the world's first company to offer zero environmental impact paintshop reducing consumption by seventy percent and. So. Without really knowing much more about the company does he pretty good fit for Tesla we know Tesla has pretty big aspirations with the shop and gigabyte Lin Yuan talked about it many times and even setting Matt aside, it's good to start to see some production equipment on the grounds of Giga Berlian and though I haven't seen it yet. Maybe this gives us another milestone to compare the progress with Giga Shanghai from what I can. Tell, it looks like paintshop equipment started being put in place at Giga. Shanghai. In early to mid August of two thousand, nineteen with production of course, then starting about four months later. So if that's the case, if Berlin falls a similar time line that could potentially project out to start production and January probably best to keep expectations for later than that but I do think it's helpful to keep an eye on how those timelines compare all Right next up today is something that could end up being completely nothing but I thought it was at least interesting enough to share earlier today Fred Lammert over at electric tweeted out a couple of images of him holding a pretty significantly sized battery cell and Fred Ask if anyone has seen this battery cell before or you have some information about them, please reach out to him. A says also by the way, this new cell May. Or may not have been made by Tesla I don't really have much speculation to add this. A couple of people on twitter were saying that it does look like a tablets design which we've talked about and past episodes. But really just pointing out to say could be something to keep an eye out for the next couple of days if electric is able to you dig up a little bit more information on whatever this ends up being. Last couple of pieces of news here. Today I on Daimler Daimler has reached a settlement with the US government to pay one and a half billion dollars and settlements and penalties to the US and California State to resolve allegations of Daimler using emissions test cheating software to conceal the actual emissions from vehicles even with the settlement, and despite the fact that engineers at the EPA found software designed to cheat the emissions tests. Damore denies wrongdoing saying quote as stated in the consent degrees the. Class Action Settlement the company denies the authorities allegations as well as the class action plaintiffs claims and does not admit any liability to the United States. California plaintiffs or otherwise and quote. So I don't know kind of disappointing to see a settlement of that nature that doesn't require the admission of fault with such seemingly strong evidence against Daimler right lasting today is a quick update on Nikola Motors. It sounds like from the comments yesterday that most of you preferred that I don't do significantly. Deep dive on this budget stick to the high level updates, which I'm totally fine with if Trevor Milton wanted to come back on the PODCAST, I would probably do that. Otherwise, we'll stick with these updates anyway today the Wall Street Journal and other outlets are reporting that the Justice Department has started to also investigate Nikola Motors due to the allegations that they had misled investors by making exaggerated claims about their technology I know that sounds similar to

I see the tipping point starting in 2025. Seth Goldstein shares the electric vehicle committee at morning star. He thinks half the vehicles sold in 2030 will be electric or hybrid. Already, battery technology is mature. Most electric vehicles can go 300 miles or greater on a single charge, and that is the number where consumers would say. "Hot new electric vehicle maker. Nikola has been surging since it's June. Fourth debut up over seven percent next week could be a major moment of truth of the company joining us now is Trevor Milton, founder and Executive Chairman of Nikola Motors. Welcome back Trevor Great to speak with you. Mondays win reservations. Open up what you're expecting. Expecting a lot of fun and a lot of excitement, so we've all been waiting for this. For a long time Negro finally allows people to make paid reservations for the Nikola, Badger. It's the coolest. Truck pickup truck. The world's ever seen so <hes>. Yeah, it's a big day on Monday on also those reservations turn into. Tickets for Nikola world happening December, when we show off the Badger, so it's just the next four or five months is just going to be an incredibly fun time you mentioned. It's the coolest pickup truck. The world has ever seen. The world hasn't seen it. Has It traveling I mean at what point will will the world actually see a truck and one that can operate as opposed to seeing mock mockup pictures because that's that's really the question for a lot of analysts and investors, they like the long-term vision they see the total addressable market is very large. The potential is very big, but then they go back to you. Guys have not made a truck yet. Well, we have made a truck. Actually meet the most advanced semi truck. The world's ever seen. We showed it off last year driving on fuel-cell, we made deliveries with anheuser. Busch these are big semi truck, so the technology's all done, which is now bringing it into the into the smaller market, and it's kind of fun I mean. Yeah, we haven't showed it off to the world, but that's the fun of it. The next four months everyone's gotta wait gotta get in line and Monday. The reservations open in December. They'll all get to see it in person so all the critics lot. Trucks. In December I understand that at unequal world. You're going to line this up against competitors. You might do a little I don't know racing or comparisons. Will it be operable in? December will actually be a truck that people be able to test drive. Who are there or that? You'RE GONNA. Actually drive onto the stage or or something to that effect. Oh, yeah. I'm probably going to rip up on whether it's ours or someone. Else's I can't promise you. WHO's is GonNa win, but I promise you is going to be a show, so yes, it will be operable in a bumper is coming off one of the vehicles, maybe even a whole rear end of a truck. I mentioned this because you had an interesting tweet. The June about Nikola world, not being <hes> a fake truck show, and there is a Bloomberg article article a couple of weeks ago, that that <hes> asserted that you had misled the audience back in two thousand sixteen <hes> when you were unveiling the Nikola one making references to a truck that was drivable when actuality it lacked parts that would enable it to operate at all. Are you suing Bloomberg over this, did you? Did you not make those comments? Was it in fact, this sort of a fake truck show in two thousand sixteen. Knows a total hit. Job Is really sad. I talked with him before he even had the cloud, it was all recorded. He refuses to release. The recording. Any would show the world the truth. I mean the answer was as every part on that truck was functionable. We just didn't feel safe driving. And at that time that was our first chuck what four or five years ago? Ago It was all operable, but it wasn't really that safe like it could have killed someone in the audience. We didn't know we are new. And so all the parts were there, though even took him out and showed them on the table, the people and and so it's kind of sad that I think it was just. It was just a hit job. Someone wanted clicks. Just, wasn't that cool, but that's okay I mean it comes with the territory when you're when you're coming out here with this kind of valuation and excitement, everyone always targeting for you and I. I kind of laughed with them as I said look, there's a lot of things you can hit me on. This is one that's kind of crazy. Because that's five years ago and the people there Oh tell you everyone there. We actually talked about it at the show so sure why he picked that. That fight okay, so between now and December thirty th when when Nikola world happens, you're asking investors to basically say we believe you in terms of your timeframes for delivering these vehicles whether it'd be the Nikola one or the Badger. We believe you in terms of the reservations turning into actual actual orders. What can you tell us? Though in terms of tangible progress towards meeting production targets whether it be who partnered with for the Badger or what what stage you are in the manufacturing process. Yes. We've got a couple of big cities going on over the next four or five months giving a lot of comfort to people one is we ever factory in Germany with the BECO-? We did a joint venture with them. We have the first ever zero emission semi truck coming off the assembly line right now, handbuilt units. I'll be taking videos of those. Showing some testing of those to the world as well over the next day following months. That'd be a Lotta Fun. The badger will be leaking videos to the public as well when they're. You know it's all about the leader. I mean the four months. All the way into. I guess our many months until December that leading into that as the excitement, so we don't want to give it all the way at once, but <hes> we'll be announcing who build Nikola Badger with us in the next couple of months. I'm on how many reservations we have the open Monday this Monday eleven o'clock eastern all that Nikola Badger reservations open up so people can get in line with them and they. They also get a ticket to Nikola world, so there's GonNa. Be a lot of data leak videos I've done if you follow me in the last few days, I've done on our battery technology wherever the only submerge battery technology really out there. That's really really danced pretty awesome. Idea deals on that Beatles are infotainment system. All these systems that people thought were fake, and so it's just kind of cool to like. Kind of fun to prove the critics on a little bit every time, not just give everything away in one day you. Can See Trevor that proving the critics wrong involves actually not just making videos and talking about these fantastic technologies, but actually putting them to work, so there's a little bit of skepticism amongst critics at this point, because everything or many things that you're promising are still promises even though they are, they are there and they're. They're promising technologies. I WanNa ask you about what has pressured the stock in recent days, and that is a registration of warrants on file with the SEC is expected to become effective in the coming days I. Don't know if you have any comment as to win. You expect that to happen because that could be a major overhang for the stock jp P.. Morgan is estimating in its initiated notes that that can mean tens of millions of shares coming to market of Nikola. y'All to answer the best. TRUMP SEC so ultimately, you're warrants that are gonNA come in, and once those are approved by the year with our ask finally. We're waiting on the SEC to give one approval that could take anywhere from a couple weeks to months. No one has any time line on that because it's the SEC, and so it's kind of interesting. A lot of people are putting articles out there that all these shares are hitting, and it's not even true is not accurate. Some will eventually shares come online. People bought shares Dave the desert on. But we don't know when they're gonNA. Come in when they do. Come. Most of these share folders that we have our long-term shareholders. They're like you know what I have. No desire to sell minutes for the long run. There are some that will cause. The value is increased so much that they're required to sell some of their portfolio because they can one item that much value in a portfolio so I. Guess that's the that's the. Punishment for doing really well, so some will sell some, but other people will buy, so it's just a stock market. That's how it goes. Travers speak with you. We hope we'll talk to you again and keep us informed on on. How are you can give us a number? On Monday. Monday because we'll be getting all that data in we'll see it depends on depends on all the data, but I will be given out some information coming after that after that day of just not sure win because it just. Data look far to trevor thank you. Trevor Milton of. All Right Guy, what do you think? I was absent that day in high school. We did the periodic table, so I'm not familiar with the properties of hydrogen, but what I will say is J. P.. "Twenty fourth day of April two thousand twenty my name is Tom Solomon I know I know I know member one Friday used to feel special but now it's just another day get the calendar out of pants that thing off what one week from today we may I don't know why I'm looking forward to may I think may speaking to be Mr optimistic I'm I'm all optimistic about may I think are they will make big headway as it starts getting warmer and although all the the the models I knowing knowing the models so you know some people think they're ridiculous but they are all show that this virus guy is going to be much less of a problem in about another two another three weeks middle of may something like that so in the middle of all this today the rescue bill for four hundred and eighty four billion dollars was signed by the president in the oval office and this I I've I seen I get a lot of emails from you about a number of you very upset about the fact that there was no roll call in the Senate but I look at it I'm not trying to dismiss your your concern I don't think it's right either but I still this brings up why can't they vote remotely I I don't understand this is this is seventeen hundred method seventeen seventy seven or something this is what what well yes well you got to be here in Congress and you gotta stand up and say yea or nay or whatever and they finally went two of those new fangled electronic voting things seriously why can't a member of Congress why can't they vote from where they live they represent you and your your neighborhood really congressional districts I would just as soon see them stay in your congressional district and have I don't know an annual two weeks old German to Washington DC but I was I was mentioning this yesterday I I know you can do I I use it regularly but I so I I'm a little behind I got an iPhone ten oh my gosh it's so last year so I got an iPhone ten and that is what what that what changed are was the the fact that my passwords I went inside into all these various apps and they ask do you want to use facial ID and I go yeah so I didn't go into my bank app I'll add couple banks in I've got on both of their apps they have my facial ID and so it looks at me he added it knows it's me and it lets me and at that point I can take money I can pay money I can transfer money I can do all that in in up with just facial ID that's all that's all it takes so why can't members of Congress sign in with facial ID from wherever their offices I'll K. Macomb have you know double double authentication I mean absent something sends them a numbers eight type in the six digit number and boom you now you got facial ID and you gotta love the double of Thorton double opt in to authenticity and you've got yourself pretty solid that is Joe blow your congressman and if they stay in your district may would that maybe they just might be more concerned about you and your issues in your area then sitting in Washington DC basically acting like some big elitist if you go around the city I'm telling you it is they in you go on to some really nice restaurants around the district and it got photos in there of the if they're really lucky they got a president or two on the wall about our president came to eat at their establishment that's big deal in Washington and they got they got the same thing with members of Congress and I asked a friend of mine who was a congressman is sent is that a big deal goes you better believe it is I can get a a restaurant reservation in the finest best hardest to get into restaurant I can get a restaurant reservation I can be there in an hour and I've got a table so they clear the sun the moon and the stars for these members there so they're superstars in Washington and they're treated like that they're put up on their elevated in so no wonder the way they are I would just as soon they stay right in my hometown I don't even think about trying to go to Washington DC and get an appointment with your member of Congress or better yet don't even have an appointment just go by and say stop in and go hi I'm from congressman farm worse district can I see him for a minute they will they will snarl at you like you are some sort of yeah what are you thinking don't you realize where you are they've got special elevators for them they got always closed off for members only so I think this is we'd we'd they have they have created this environment of they think they're big deals by code because of the way they've created their whole lifestyle in Washington DC so I would like to propose that Adam Colbert nineteen what we will benefit from this is that we will set up a remote voting system for members of Congress let him stay in your home town so speaking of the bill so eight four hundred eighty four billion dollar corona virus relief packages is number four or five lost track because maybe they're already talking about another one so said Harris who is a professor at Cornell they were talking about the fact that a lot of big name companies talk money from the payroll protection program and harbored god you know bad now by the president's letter saying giving back the money Ruth's Chris last time I checked they said no we're not giving back the money and there's a bunch of them that are saying no we follow the rules the rules say you can get the payroll loan for years as long as she spends seventy five percent of the money on your payroll and they have a lot of people were in the restaurant or shut down so their waiters and waitresses and bartenders and dishwashers and everybody else in the in their restaurants they want to pay them and they want to Pam on this on this deal that's a freebie from the government so professor said hard Harris says don't blame the companies it's easy to do but the government made the rules and the companies follow got your exactly right I agree with the point of this is the government's fault businesses have as their job making profit and so companies that can squeeze inside a program that gives them extremely low interest loans that are then forgivable are gonna try to do that so government failed here the STA treasury and Congress failed to set up rules that made it impossible for publicly traded companies companies that are sitting on huge pots of capital companies that have access to debt markets and capital markets should have been excluded but government didn't do it so we're left with this crazy system where we put out threats from the treasury department and that's the area we rely on journalists like you to find the stories that's not the way it really should work now it should not but that's about it it's exactly like it did with tarp they gave me all kinds of money out and did not put any rules are they said here's the money here's the money and the company went okay the banks back in two thousand eight now it's all these companies AutoNation which is the largest auto retailer they own they own car dealerships all over the country they're worth billions of dollars they got ninety five million dollars on this deal so there's a billionaire whose company got four million dollars and he says there's Nikola motors billionaire founder of nik Nikola motor receive four million dollars in PPP funds says he doesn't plan to give the money back and he did not prevent small businesses from getting loans so there's a lot of companies are just out forget it you you you wrote the rules I follow them don't complain to me so the treasury puts out this threat if you will that publicly traded companies have two weeks to give back the money intended for small businesses or face severe consequences so that's a firmly worded statement from treasury secretary Mnuchin and I I don't know what they're gonna do but the the treasury said they have until may seventh to give that money back but if you look at the rules these companies problem shake shack dot the ten million and they were embarrassed and they sent the money back with that subject Jack's owned by Danny Meyer who's a big social left guy in New York so yeah it doesn't surprise me and he does very very well pot belly restaurant says world under the money Dan Rutz Chris they were holding on to the money so there's it will be interesting to see what happens between now and may seventh I don't know what the consequences are I presume these companies have some pretty good lawyers and the lawyers are gonna tell this treasury department to take a hike but it's so typical of the government to just hand out money without a worse so today the president signs the four hundred eighty four million billion dollar bailout of superb program and I wonder if they put tighter rules and now I haven't read it yet just signed just before the show today Josh brown these ritholtz wealth management guy he's talking about it too but we'll we'll play it when we come back about what Wall Street is looking at all this and also you like bacon hello on bacon because they're low on on the pork producers are having a tough time and they do need help where everybody everybody's got their hand out right now the phone number eight five five two nine five sixty six hundred what do you think these big companies will do you think they'll give the money back I don't eight five five two nine five sixty six hundred you can find my phone number my email address the links to my Twitter Instagram my podcast it's all on Tom Sullivan dot com.

"Twenty fourth day of April two thousand twenty my name is Tom Solomon I know I know I know member one Friday used to feel special and our speech just another day get the calendar out of paychecks that thing off what one week from today we may I don't know why I'm looking forward to may I think may speaking to be Mr optimistic I'm I'm all optimistic about may I think are they will make big headway as it starts getting warmer and although all the the the models I know I know I know the models so you know some people think they're ridiculous but they are all show that this virus guy is going to be much less of a problem in about another two another three weeks middle of may something like that so in the middle of all this today the rescue bill for four hundred and eighty four billion dollars was signed by the president in the oval office and this is our life I seen I get a lot of emails from you about a number of you very upset about the fact that there was no roll call in the Senate but I look at it I'm not trying to dismiss your your concern I don't think it's right either but I still this brings up why can't they vote remotely I I don't understand this is this is seventeen hundred method seventeen seventy seven or something this is what what well yes well you got to be here in Congress and you gotta stand up and say yea or nay or whatever and they finally went two of those new fangled electronic voting things seriously why can't a member of Congress why can't they vote from where they live they represent you and your your neighborhood really congressional districts I would just as soon see them stay in your congressional district and have I don't know when the annual two weeks old German to Washington DC but I was I was mentioning this yesterday hi I know you can do I I use it regularly but I so I guess I'm a little behind I got an iPhone ten oh my gosh it's so last year so I got an iPhone ten and that is what what that what changed on a was the the fact that my passwords I went in signed into all these various apps and they asked me you want to use facial ID and I go yeah so I didn't go into my bank app I'll add couple banks in I've got on both of their apps they have my facial ID and so it looks at me and it's it knows it's me and it lets me en el at that point I can take money I can pay money I can transfer money I can do all that in in up with just facial ID that's all that's all it takes so why can't members of Congress sign in with facial ID from wherever their offices I'll K. Macomb have you know double double authentication I mean absent something sends them a numbers eight type in the six digit number and boom you now you got facial ID and you gotta love the double of Thorton double off into authenticity and you've got yourself pretty solid that is Joe blow your congressman and if they stay in your district may would that maybe they just might be more concerned about you and your issues in your area then sitting in Washington DC basically acting like some big elitist if you go around the city I'm telling you it is they in you go on to some really nice restaurants around the district and it got photos in there of the if they're really lucky they got a president or two on the wall about our president came to eat at their establishment that's a big deal in Washington and they got they got the same thing with members of Congress and I asked a friend of mine who was a congressman I said is that a big deal goes you better believe it is I can get a a restaurant reservation in the finest best hardest to get into restaurant I can get a restaurant reservation I can be there an hour and I got a table so they clear the sun the moon and the stars for these members there so they're superstars in Washington and they're treated like that they're put up on their elevated in so no wonder the way they are I would just as soon they stay right in my hometown I don't even think about trying to go to Washington DC and get an appointment with your member of Congress or better yet don't even have an appointment just go by and say stop in and go hi I'm from congressman farm worse district can I see him for a minute they will they will snarl at you like you are some sort of yeah what are you thinking don't you realize where you are they've got special elevators for them they got always closed off for members only so I think this is we do we do they have they have created this environment of they think they're big deals by code because of the way they've created their whole lifestyle in Washington DC so I would like to propose that Adam Colbert nineteen what we will benefit from this is that we will set up a remote voting system for members of Congress let him stay in your home town so I'm speaking of the bill so eight four hundred eighty four billion dollar corona virus relief packages is number four or five lost track because maybe they're already talking about another one so said Harris who is a professor at Cornell they were talking about the fact that a lot of big name companies talk money from the payroll protection program and harbored god you know bad now by the presidential they're saying to give back the money Ruth's Chris last time I checked they said no we're not giving back the money and there's a bunch of them that are saying no we follow the rules the rules say you can get the payroll loan for years as long as she spends seventy five percent of the money on your payroll and they have a lot of people were in the restaurant or shut down so their waiters and waitresses and bartenders and dishwashers and everybody else in the in their restaurants they want to pay them and they want to Pam on this on this deal that's a freebie from the government so professor said hard Harris says don't blame the companies it's easy to do but the government made the rules and the companies follow got your exactly right I agree with the point of this is the government's fault businesses have as their job making profit and so companies that can squeeze inside a program that gives them extremely low interest loans that are then forgivable are gonna try to do that so government failed here the STA treasury and Congress failed to set up rules that made it impossible for publicly traded companies companies that are sitting on huge pots of capital companies that have access to debt markets and capital markets should have been excluded but government didn't do it so we're left with this crazy system where we put out threats from the treasury department and that's the area we rely on journalists like you to find the stories that's not the way it really should work now it should not but that's it but it's exactly like they did with tarp they gave me all kinds of money out and did not put any rules are they said here's the money here's the money an accomplishment okay banks back in two thousand eight now it's all these companies AutoNation which is the largest auto retailer they own they own car dealerships all over the country they're worth billions of dollars they got ninety five million dollars on this deal so there's a billionaire whose company got four million dollars and he says there's Nikola motors billionaire founder of nik Nikola motor receive four million dollars in PPP funds says he doesn't plan to give the money back and he did not prevent small businesses from getting loans so there's a lot of companies are just said forget it you you you wrote the rules I follow them don't complain to me so the treasury puts out this read if you will that publicly traded companies have two weeks to give back the money intended for small businesses or face severe consequences so that's a firmly worded statement from treasury secretary Mnuchin and I I don't know what they're gonna do but the treasury said they have until may seventh to give that money back but if you look at the rules these companies forum shake shack dot the ten million and they were embarrassed and they sent the money back with that subject Jack's owned by Danny Meyer who's a big social left guy in New York so yeah it will doesn't surprise me and he does very very well pot belly restaurant says world under the money Dan Rutz Chris they were holding on to the money so there's it will be interesting to see what happens between now and may seventh I don't know what the consequences are I presume these companies have some pretty good lawyers and the lawyers are gonna tell this treasury department to take a hike what is so typical of the government to just hand out money without rules so today the president signs the four hundred eighty four million billion dollar bailout of superb program and I wonder if they put tighter rules and now I haven't read it yet just signed just before the show today Josh brown these ritholtz wealth management guy he's talking about it too but we'll we'll play it when we come back about what Wall Street is looking at all this and also you like bacon the low on bacon because they're low on on the pork producers are having a tough time and they do need help where everybody everybody's got their hand right now the phone number eight five five two nine five sixty six hundred what do you think these big companies will do you think they'll give the money back I don't eight five five two nine five sixty six hundred you can find my phone number my email address the links to my Twitter Instagram my podcast it's all on Tom Sullivan dot com the real world and you leave here you're listening to Tom Sullivan news ninety three point one K. F. B. K. balance of nature changing the world one life at a time I haven't got a gold and two and a half years my wife can I get my track record because she seen me not get sick my daughter got sick over Christmas my wife got it about three days after she left I went through both of them and get sick like like to think my immune system is armored up and I'm able to repel the simple stupid colds and if it isn't that the what is because I'd get leased a couple colds a year and what has changed in the last two and a half years the only thing I can think of isn't taken fruits and vegetables in on the.

"With words, he was a radical editor writer and activist the book Frederick Douglass by David blight. Thirty four minutes past the hour. Welcome back down here with you Michael in Princeton, Minnesota. It's anything goes Friday. What's up, Michael? Thank you. In your first hour. There was a guy that called about hydrogen vehicles back about fifteen years ago. I went to the state fair here in Minnesota. And there was a hybrid semi tractor there. So they've been out for a long time. There was another time when this whole, you know, way back when I was a whole lot younger and. We were I worked at a gas station when you weep up the gas and check the oil and all that opened up the hood. And here there's a little tank with a couple of electrodes going to and I asked the guy said, we'll what is that? And he's well at some trawlers machine to divide up water, you know, and then he was taking hydrogen. I guess and putting it into his carburetor. Another dying with ether. It was. It's it's juicy in the the the combustion. Yeah. And another time. Pickup and he got out. He was going to pump his own gas. So I thought well, okay. Well, he's doing that. I'll go check deal. I opened up the hood. There's no motor. I said how did you get here? He said the motor in the back. He had a seven or eight whores engine back there with a hydra with a motor hydraulic pump. Any head the serval hooked up to the front of the transmission. And I asked him I said, well, how does that work? He's well, he says I haven't got it perfected yet for high speed. But he says I can definitely get around town hall things with it. He says got more power than a gas engine. Even though the engine was small and back years ago. The automotive stores like warshafsky J C, Whitney, you know. I don't even know if they're in existence anymore. Right. Used to sell a kit for injecting water, vapor into your Carburetion system. Yeah. Your eyes. I guess apparently they found out long haul drivers found out that when the humidity level is higher. They got better mileage or something, you know. That's absolutely, correct. The problem is that he also get more rust corrosion inside. You inside your inside, your your your fuel system, you're injectors and everything else. So you know, that never really I I remember back in the seventies people modifying their cars, and I had friends who were into that. You know, grew up in a working class neighborhood. And and working on your car was like one of the big things to do. And I, you know, I did it myself, you know, basically took apart and put back together parts of anyway, the engine of an old Mustang that I bought for a hundred bucks. I recall back in the sixties. But yeah, there's there's lots of ways to to do this. But the really exciting stuff that's coming along. And I was talking about this in the last hour. Louise, I needed to we had we've been driving the smart card since we were in DC it which is perfect for DC because you can park anywhere, but it's a little too, cedar. And when you you know, we got we moved to Portland art three kids live here, we've got grandkids. So wanted to get a car that had a back seat. And so I picked up a Prius hybrid plug in plug in hybrid. And I am because we didn't want to pay the high price for Tessler something like that. And and it it goes thirty miles on a charge. You know, whenever we get home. We just plug it in and I almost never drive more than thirty miles where averaging one hundred hundred and thirty six hundred thirty seven miles per gallon right now. And I haven't driven on gasoline in weeks. I mean, you know, it's just anywhere around town. I'm within thirty miles or where I'm going, and you know, the Chevy volt was a forty mile range some of you know, the the new ones are probably gonna have fifty sixty mile ranges. And of course, electric cars now two and three hundred mile ranges is like it's here. And then and then we had a caller earlier who was talking about this company Nikola Motors in in outside of Phoenix that or Scottsdale, I think it was that is gonna be rolling out or has rolled out of hydrogen fuel cells operated. Trucks, you know, competitors for giant diesel eighteen wheelers and he said ATV's, I wonder if he meant RV's large larger vehicles and yesterday, I was driving. I was walking walking to work. And I saw a UPS truck that said hybrid vehicle on the side of it. It's like, you know, this stuff is all happening, right? I mean, Norway now sixty percent of the car sold the Norway this last year last year, we're electric because in twenty twenty four Norway is gonna make it, you know. That's it. You can't import anymore gasoline-powered engines into our country, and and other countries are doing this China is making is making more electric cars than the United States. Does. Minneapolis is introducing electric buses and our garbage truck out. Here's propane. Yeah. Yeah. There you go. I mean, all this stuff is happening. And while the Republicans are trying to rescue the fossil fuel industry, which is just pathetic. It's just pathetic. Michael. Thank you for sharing that it's great to hear from you, Jennifer in Chicago. Hey, Jennifer, what's on your mind? For educating me. Secondly, the conversation you were having with a previous caller about getting a receipt joining here vote. I've been thinking about this for a long time. Why can't there be a government sponsored website where you put in the number from the receipts that you get when you turn it in and you can go onto that website put in that receipt number and it shows you how voted if the day ever comes Jennifer when we have a really solidly truly bulletproof internet then. Yeah, I'm with you. And and I'm, you know, I'm kind of torn by this because you know, online banking is a thing. Right. People do that. Right. And you know, but may be that the banking industry is covering up how much fraud there is you know, I mean, how often are people's checking accounts hacked. I don't know the answer to that. I would love to know the answer to that is is it fairly frequent credit card fraud is or. Or is it and we all pay for that? That's one of the reasons why we paid twenty nine percent in interest rate down their credit cards were paying for all that fraud. Or or is it very infrequent? I mean is it is it actually as far as I can tell it's not actually when you talk to the voting experts is not actually possible to have a truly safe, you know, voting system that would be safe from industrial. Great hackers like coming out of North Korea or China or something like that who want to mess with our elections. And you know, that that's what concerns me, but you know. If you go on and look and see how it shows how you voted you're saying that the tally might not match up still while I'm saying that that would have to be there would have to be some kind of an interface, and maybe it's possible to make that a fireproof wall or whatever firewall there would have some sort of interface with the entire election system, which then if not directly indirectly puts the entire election system online. And that's where you've got some considerable risk. All good chunks of our election system or are online right now, they're just not supposed to be, you know, and it's the the standards that are used particularly in states like Georgia where there's no paper trail whatsoever and the autumn RC Jennifer as really received that you have. But the ultimate way of knowing that your vote was actually counted correctly is voting on paper. Having those paper ballots counted by people or if it's a machine have that have that machine. Be open source software be owned by the government and have that machine be tested in a series of. Random tests in every election. And you know, then, you know, then you have a high level of security at belief that your vote was actually counted. But you look what happened in Georgia and the two thousand two election. You had you had max Cleland. Vietnam war veteran who lost three limbs in Vietnam, he left he he lost both his legs in an arm in Vietnam and absol- certify of a war hero, and he was running against Sonny Perdue as I recall who who who was a draft dodger during Vietnam and Sonny Perdue is running these ads saying the max Cleland was not a patriot. Right. That he he was he was like morphine max Cleland picture that of Osama bin Laden, this is after nine eleven two thousand two election, and and sunny was four points four points behind in the polls and won the election was held week out a month out and and on the day of the election. He was four points behind in the polls and the exit polls showed him losing my four points, but the voting machines in Georgia showed him winning by five points. And you know, so therefore he. Became the United States Senator replace max Cleland now, I think he'd be I think he still is. I mean that I you know, we had just left Georgia eight oh three years before that happened to you. Yeah. We lived in Georgia for thirteen years, and it just blew my mind. And there was literally no it was impossible to audit. You couldn't audit that election. And and and all.

Okay. Impeachment impeachment. One impeachment is completed with any president Miller female. Okay. Do we still as a nation have to give them retirement because my understanding is when a president retired? We still take care of that purse. Well, we provide them with some form of security, and yeah, they they have a pension. They have a pension, and which is not huge and they have ongoing secret service protection. And they're I'm sure that there's a whole bunch of other perks pinching. I don't know Renee. That's a really good question. I mean, it's never happened before when we get fired. We lose our pensions. Don't we? Well, it depends on the company that you're fired from and how strong the union is. But you know, probably in most cases. Yeah. Enough money. Yeah. Ubiquity already enough money. So he should be financially. Sound? Yeah. All money stole from his daddy's estate. Okay. So he should be. Okay. He won't star. I'm not saying. Yeah. No..
